I loved my experience at North East Ford! The team was straightforward, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Top notch customer service from Northeast Ford. Very friendly staff, and my dog Maggie is always welcome and greeted in the kindest way from all the staff. Best dealer experience I've ever had from any dealer, from sale to service, Northeast Ford is the best!

I had a good experience at Northeast Ford selling them my vehicle. Obviously, they want to get you in the door with one offer and then offer you lower once there, but still fair pricing. Their customer service was above and beyond. They treated me to lunch, were prompt with paper work, offered to drive me home, and surrendered my plates to DMV for me. I would work with this dealership again.
