I have been dealing with Northpointe for over 10 years, and for many reasons, I won't bother to go anywhere else. During better days, I bought many brand new vehicles from Jim Harry. He always made sure I got a good deal, and that every detail was taken care of. If there were any problems after the purchase, he took care of them immediately. Some years later, I found myself in a poor financial position and had to purchase a used vehicle online. It developed some problems that needed attention. I did not buy the vehicle from Northpointe, but they treated me as well as anyone else! They ended up fixing EVERY problem that the vehicle had and I am glad to have an inspection sticker on the windshield. Northpointe's service department always does a great job, and manage to find and fix all problems my vehicles have ever had over the years. Whenever I have gotten a vehicle back from them, I know I can rely on it. That's peace of mind that I appreciate! Northpointe is full of great people that will take care of you in all cases. I am glad that such a dealership exists.

Matt listened to what we were looking for, from what we really wanted and what we would accept and found a great Jeep for us that fit into our budget. He was also realistic and down to earth. Very easy to talk to. I appreciated that he made us feel comfortable discussing our finances and options in that regard. Not to mention, WE LOVE OUR new Jeep.

My boyfriend and I both bought our cars from Northpointe from Matt. Matt was super easy to work with and an amazing help! Any questions I had he was very quick at responding to my calls or texts! Great guy to work with! Found a great car and a great deal. Definitely recommend car shopping at Northpointe! Ask for Matt!
