My vehicle had a weekend on-road maintenance issue and I went to Northside on Monday without an appointment. Dorothy Sausley did not miss a beat putting me into the queue, offered me a loaner (I used the office instead) and I was provided a full in person debrief of their findings and recommendations. The computer issue required Lexus involvement, and that process was explained to me as well. Could not have been happier.

Someone hit my husband's ISF and crunched the front end. Just under $7,000 later, it was as good as new. They gave me an estimated day it would be complete and they stuck to the schedule! Arrived earlier than appt. they completed service promptly washed car and met with tech to learn more about features and navigation question. Only minor negative was the purpose of the first service was to rotate tires. While driving the next day, I noticed that three tires matched in pressure at 36 lbs and one was 50 Lbs. I'm glad I only had to let air out as opposed to add. No adverse outcome and thank goodness for the TPS system

Believe it or not, I have never had a flat tire after driving to and from work 40 miles a day in Atlanta traffic. Thankfully, I called NORTHSIDE LEXUS who rescued me immediately. I had no idea what you do with a tire that goes flat as a pancake in a couple miles. Many thanks to my rescuers especially as I was trying to get to the dentist for a new crown....an appointment I had for 3 months ahead of time, I am so grateful to my friends at NORTHSIDE LEXUS

She was very helpful, made a couple of recommendations and suggested the best service that would best fit my vehicle and mileage. Very much appreciated. The only recommendation I would have is when the vehicle is returned from service that the paper floor mat be removed and tossed away.

We took our vehicle in for service not knowing precisely what the issue was, other than some sort of annoying tire noise (and probably uneven wear). Joel Garcia, service advisor, welcomed us almost immediately after pulling into the service driveway. After a brief discussion, he offered to bring his lead service technician, Matt Gallipeau to consult with us. Matt immediately offered to take it for a road test with us. He was very courteous and particularly patient as the noise we had been hearing was not evident at this time. Upon returning to the service center, a good bit of discussion ensued as to what could be done, with Matt suggesting 2 or 3 options. We finally decided on one option and to leave the vehicle for this service. Joel then took us to his inside office (always a very nice place to do business), took in the vehicle and lined up a loaner vehicle for us. He estimated a time frame for the work which turned out to be very accurate.Overall, both Joel and Matt were very friendly and easy to work with, as well as effective at their jobs. BTW, Matt's suggestion that we decided on did fix the problem. My Lexus now once again sounds like a Lexus should, as far as road noise.

The rating that I gave to this dealership was because the people in the service department always does a great job when ever I need to have my car service or any other problem it is always taken care of in a timely manner, the prior service advisors I had were very courteous and kind and very knowledgeable about suggestions that may need to be taken care, and at the end of the service the service advisers communicated with me about the service.The new service advisor did not do a good job he just told me to go to his office did not introduce his self to me to let me know his job title about, I had to ask and tell him everything that needed to be done. Afterward the service was done he did not come and let me know the car was ready some else had to come and get me out of the waiting room to let me know it was ready. Not friendly

I had taken my car in because of the tire indicator light. The tire I needed had to be ordered. when I took it back in for the replacement, it was discovered that another tire had a hole in it with and allen wrench inside the tire. The dealership only had the one replacement but they immediately offered us a car to drive so we would not have to wait until the 2nd tire could be ordered and delivered (possibly that afternoon and possibly not) or return to have it exchanged when it came in. Everyone there was very courteous and considerate of our time and inconvenience.

I am always greeted by professional employees with smiles on their faces. I love the two separate waiting rooms. I always prefer the more quiet room upstairs so I can read while my automobile is being serviced. Great option for clients!

I was in another state when I had to buy new battery. Don't think it was right of Lexus to not give me some kind of credit for a 2 1/2 year old battery purchased at Lexus because I didn't bring the battery back with me. We were on vacation and had the car serviced before we left and I didn;t have room to bring back the battery. Not a happy camper on this one.

Brought my ES350 in for the 5000 mile complimentary service and waited at the dealer rather than get a loaner. The entire process took 45 minutes, which is exactly what I was told it would take. First time that I got my car back on time from any dealership. Much Appreciated.Only downside was that the waiting room is right next to a large sliding door from the outside service drop off area. It opened and closed very often and was very loud. I'm pretty sure that there is a way to silence the door that Northside Lexus hasn't discovered yet. It made it harder to talk and read.

My new 2015 navigation system maps are very outdated. The maps are 2 years behind Google Maps. This is unacceptable especially when one considers that the updates are well over $300. Less expensive vehicles have more updated maps.

Not only is she efficient, but she made me feel like it was as important to her as it was to me to get my car back to normal.My car was tied up only for one day, due to Natalie's planning. The battery in my car went out unexpectedly. Without hesitation, the Northside Lexus Service Department scheduled me in. My service advisor, Allen Adcock, was amazing. Before addressing the reason for my appointment, he walked around my car and noticed a scratch. He went to his desk, pulled out a compound, and removed the scratch. Furthermore, he provided me with a loaner car, at the last minute, so I could make it to my meeting on time. Thank you Allen for your professionalism and outstanding customer service. The service end of this dealership is very helpful and customer friendly (sometimes too much so -- I really didn't want you to move my loaner car to a shady spot, I liked it where it was). I am a little frustrated that after the alignment, the steering wheel is not quite centered, I am sure they will make this right, but it will take another trip to the dealer. I appreciate that the Lexus corporation fixes problems because it's the right thing to do, not only because some federal agency demands it. There was a problem with cracking dashboards, which is a cosmetic problem, and did not affect the function of the car. However, because Lexus values the loyalty of its customers, they put out a recall to replace the dashboards at their expense.It took a while for the parts to get in, but Northside Lexus did a wonderful job on the work, and, as always, the car came back washed and looking better than ever.

I was generally impressed with the Iinitial detection of problem and ultimate repair; however, after waiting for about 2 hours, I had to find my own car finished and out on the driveway just sitting with no one around. My appointment went as expected; everyone from the person checking me in to the people behind the service counter were friendly and treated me well. I was there for the 2nd scheduled service on my 2015 RX350; basically an oil change and tire rotation. My only complaint was that I had to hear from my wife (it was her car) that while the car had been washed the inside was not wiped down. We have been driving Lexus' since 2007 and, being our first luxury brand, she was always impressed with the cleaning our cars have received after being serviced at the dealership. She feels like this part of the service has slid a bit.

The only real "criticism" that I have is that I find it a little rude when then people at the counter, never look you in the eye, because they are working on the computer screens. Granted, they need to pull your information up to help you, but common courtesy would be to pull your eyes off that screen when talking with the customer.

The tow truck delivered me to Lexus, took charge of my car and told me not to worry about a thing. I didn't! They worked with insurance adjuster, kept me appraised of all steps along the process of repair. I couldn't be happier with the results. My car looks like new and I am confident the work was done correctly and professionally. Northside Lexus always makes me feel like I am part of the family. She is very knowledgeable about the Lexus product and went out of her way to help me understand the service needs of my vehicle. When I called for an appt. to bring my car in for service she was most accommodating. She answered all my questions and assured me the service department will do an excellent job. I was provided a loaner car and this year I requested a RX350, because that is what I drive and in which I feel most comfortable. She honored my request. I had my vehicle in for a 60,000 mile check-up and being a woman, I wanted to know that my car is still in good condition. She explained in detail what the service department would do. Dorothy made the experience painless. I know she is looking out for me and she goes the extra mile to help me understand what needed to be done. All dealerships, not just Lexus, should have service managers like Dorothy. This fine young lady is not only a hard-working, honest, and respected professional, she is a real asset to Northside Lexus. I drove away being thankful for this lady in my life. The only complaint I have is from the carwash department. My car was not vacuumed and maintenance folks got it a little soiled on the inside. Should have been vacuumed and inside door facings wiped clean. Other lexus dealerships clean a car like detailing it. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of my car when it was brought to me. I spent almost $2,000 on new tires and maintenance. I just thought that justified a cleaner job.

My service was marred by one item---I came for car inspection initially and was pleased that you caught my need for 10,000 mile inspection---mileage 9999.94 or close to that. I was told all my information for the inspection was in the car and should have checked prior to leaving the lot. I trusted your great customer service in the past and found my insurance card missing. I made several attempts to call service dept, finally left a message, and called back at 4:50pm to find my service contact had already left for the day and no one could find the insurance card because she had her files locked up somewhere else. Anyway, 5:30pm call from my earlier service message relayed I would be called in the AM, which I was. Your person still could not find my insurance card and I was told to go online and copy from my insurance co., which I did. Not sure where my card is with all my personal information. Hope you eventually find it and it is shredded to protect my information. Thanks. You may need a better system for car inspections w/ regards of handling of insurance cards in the future.

I was able to schedule my service online and arrange for a free loaner car. I was served promptly as I arrived at the dealership. The representative went over each of my requests, looked at my vehicle, and even brought in the technology specialist to answer my questions about my nav maps. I was given an accurate quote on the price of my scheduled maintenance.I received several updates throughout the day regarding the repairs and was advised appropriately about my windshield glass being on back order. The rep relayed my request for OEM glass to my insurance rep, as requested. My vehicle was ready when promised and each of my requests was done in a quality manner. I was very appreciative that they replaced a leather seat that had cracked prematurely.This dealership is always professional, friendly, and honest and makes me glad that I purchased a Lexus. As always Dorothy Sausley handled my 10,000 mile service with skill and attention to detail. The paperwork was ready, the loaner car ready and I was in and out in 30 minutes. 2 hours later my car was ready for pickup. All inspections passed and report sent by Victoria. Dorothy has been my service rep for 6 years. She has been promoted to management and I will be sad but she has promised to oversee my service needs. Our new RC 350 F Sport was "bumped," apparently while parked in a parking lot. Neither of us was in the car at the time. But someone left a crease along the right rear quarter panel. The damage was only cosmetic. Nevertheless, we were understandably upset. The car is less than six months old and has only 1800 miles on it. Northside Lexus Collision Repair Shop did an outstanding job of restoring it to new condition!

I recently had my RX 350 repaired after an accident caused over $17K in damages. I was seriously considering trading it in, as I didn't know if I could trust it after all that damage. I was very surprised to find that my car looked like new when I got it back. There was no change in drivability and the paint is blended so well that I would never have known it was repaired.The collision tech assigned to my vehicle, Felipe, kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle and answered all of my questions. He showed me the car after they disassembled the damaged areas and clarified what needed to be replaced. They used all OEM parts on my vehicle, except for the radiator and A/C. I left some expensive items in the vehicle, since it was towed from the accident, and they were all there when I came to claim them.Northside Lexus exceeded my expectations and has a good reputation with both insurance companies, the tow truck that came to the scene, and the diminished value appraiser I hired.

Great service. But this review process SUCKS. Forcing a review to contain a minimum & maximum number of characters is a waste of MY time. I work and don't have time to spend on this. The fact that I'm doing this now simply reflects my belief that a) customer surveys do serve a valid purpose, 2) there are too many surveys being taken (saturation leading to AVOIDANCE), and 3) this survey needs to be revised to capture the salient points- and offer a place for comments WITHOUT REQUIRING A MINIMUM NUMBER OF CHARACTERS. Do a better job for your client.

My ES330 broke down while driving my great grandson to the doctor and I had to have it towed in. It was Friday afternoon about 4:00 when it arrived at Northside Lexus. They told me it would be checked out on the next business day (Monday) which they did and kept me informed along the way. They got the parts and had it finished on Tuesday. The vehicle was also completely checked out for any other potential problems and possible maintenance items I should schedule.We bought our first Lexus in 2004 from Northside Lexus and we have been extremely satisfied with the reliability of the vehicle, the service department and the buying experience.

I took the car in for and oil change. Probably he smallest service center does. However, the response of the staff was outstanding. They greeted me on arrival and had everything ready for the service. I was waiting for the vehicle but had an appointment. The service area was full of vehicles and I got the car back in a very short time all done. During the oil change they inspected the brakes etc.I have in the past 5 years plus have always had excellent service from the staff of the dealership. If you have a Lexus this is a "Must" dealership to do any work on your car.

Love the personalized service when I arrive at this dealership. I am met at my car door, checked in and within 3-5 minutes, my service advisor meets with me to discuss my needs. I am given a loaner car so I am not inconvenienced while my car is being serviced. I receive a report via email and I pick my car back up at my leisure. The warm cookies are a treat while I am waiting for my car to be brought around. The lobby is comfortable and the drink selection is extensive. My car is washed and vacuumed when I drive out of the dealership, and I love the experience each time I visit.

I came in with a battery that had to be charged by the Lexus Roadside and he told me I needed to get a new battery. While I was getting the new battery, they checked my tires and found a nail in the front left and back right that were not repairable. I was very impressed that the day after my 30,000 check up, I picked up my suv just to have it leave me stranded the next day with all kinds of lights and no way to drive it.. I telephoned the dealership and was not happy at first but they sent a wrecker right out and brought me to the dealership ( also the wrecker service was awesome as I had groceries in the back and they took me by my house and help me retrieve and put them up ) and I was given a driver and Jon took care and sent me on my way and they called me the next day or so and let me know that something had gone wrong with a part they had cleaned and that Lexus was going to fix and replace at no charge to me.. The repair took almost a week but I was kept informed along the way , I was very happy with this as I only brought in my suv for the 30,000 check up and had to pay 821.00 for this service, and since it is only a 2010 you can tell I put very few miles on a car.. Any way Jon and the dealership stood up and took the blame and fixed my suv.. I have always bought my cars there since their opening and I am so happy that this dealership is that awesome.

I was binging in my truck for its 30,000 mile ck up and was surprised by the cost but was happy with the service, and then with in 24 hours the next day my car broke down, but the service people at lexus were so great ; they had a tow truck come pick me up in an hour and brought me to Lexus to get a driver and leave my car, and now just received the call from Jon where they were at with my truck, and they are taking care of the problem and will probably have my truck ready tomorrow. Was very impressed how they stepped up to make this problem right.. I have been driving Lexus for 20years and after the ck up thought I might have to change the type car that I drive because of the cost of check up, but was very happy about the outcome.

From the time I arrived to being checked out was only about 50 minutes. I was so impressed with the quick service. The quick service was great since I have to drive to Conroe and on a Friday afternoon I didn't want to get caught in the traffic. I also appreciated the car wash and vacuuming of the carpet. Needed new tires, had been planning for them so no real surprise. I was able to coordinate that with the 30K mile service. My service rep, Dorothy, asked the dealership's "tire expert" to discuss the replacement tires. That was unexpected and helpful to me. I also requested a Nav System update. The update software didn't work and Dorothy chased down another to make the upgrade. Excellent customer focus and service.

We took the car in for the 35, 000 service, this was to include topping off the fluids, checking the battery cable and washing the car. We mentioned that the battery required a jump start one month prior. the service consultant Allen stated that they would check out the battery. After the service was complete the service man informed us that he decided to go ahead and replace the battery just to make certain that we would not have that happen again. We were so very pleased at the initiative and the customer service we received. Ironically my husbands truck was being serviced at the Ford dealership the same day, we immediately noticed the difference between the two dealerships with both the customer service, attention to detail and person to person service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone... service is just beyond 110%, plus we were in and out within 1 1/2 hours.

I went in for a battery check due to a couple of jump starts I needed in the last couple of weeks & I ended up getting a whole car inspection report to boot without requesting it & free of charge! The cool thing was I had the complete vehicle inspection report emailed to me for my records of suggested services/repairs down the road. Really nice feature! I was very pleased with my service & my new battery purchase.

I drove into the garage and was immediately greeted and before the first gentleman could get back a second young man approached me to help. I was taken to the appropriate cashier who located my contact for the appointment (original contact was at lunch so someone else filled in). Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Not only does the service department misdiagnose your problems, but they also try to xxxx you with their overpriced quotes and then try to insult your intelligence even further by offering what they call "world class diagnostics" for services that weren't requested or needed. Fortunately, Lexus vehicles are Toyotas and ANY qualified mechanic can diagnose and fix these vehicles (unlike Mercedes or BMW vehicles). I literally saved THOUSANDS by not using NORTHSIDE LEXUS in Houston. Stay as far away from them as possible unless you have a warranty where you can get their services done for free. Otherwise, spend your hard earned $$$ elsewhere or you will be bled dry and your problems won't be fixed!!

I was not able to get my car in for it's scheduled maintenance due to other work and travel obligations. Northside drove to my place of business to drop off the loaner car and take mine in. They serviced the car and had it back to me by 4:00 that afteroon! Everybody from the man that took care of my transportation to the calls from the Service Department were handled with professionalism and courtesy. They communicated the expected time for the car to be returned to me and the delivered as promised. I highly recommend Northside Lexus for your purchase and service needs!

First off I've always had Excellent customer service at North side Lexus and its my go to dealership. I would take it to West side Lexus as its about the same distance as North side but I had a bad experience at West Side and so have my friends. I called in to set up an appointment, they appointed me to Brady Lamar as my service adviser and sent me an email as a reminder of when to bring my car in. When I got there I was greeted with a handshake and down to business. I told him that I needed my recalls done, he check the database to make sure and set it up. He told me it will be 3 days to have them done and asked if I will needed a rental, I said yes and I mention to him that I was interested in test driving the New GS350 because I was thinking of buying one at the end of the year. Now I've been to other dealership and when I request for a car usually they give me whatever they had ready which is a ES or a RX. Brady tried to get me the GS but they were all out and got me the New IS350 which was really nice too. He assured me that when a GS was available that he would make a priority to call me. Sure enough next morning a GS was available and I got a call bright and early, When I got there front desk had my paper work ready, the car was washed and clean and ready to be driven out. When my car had its recall done Brady let me know that I needed the 75,000 mile service, cabin air filter needed to be replaced and my rear tires are worn. I told him I could take care of those on my own and that I needed to have my differential fluids replaced. He had that knocked out in 30 mins and I had my car back ready to go. So overall North Side Lexus does not disappoint, staff is great and Brady Lamar is very helpful.

They always provide a courtesy vehicle if I want it or have everything available for me to work if I choose to wait on it. I influenced my daughter to purchase same model vehicle and she now owns her second RX350. Also influenced sister to do same and she owns her second RX350. Liz is great to work with. She went over the items highlighted in the inspection report and emphasized the things that needed to be taken care of in the near future and those items that could reasonably be postponed. She laid out the cost of each item highlighted, and since the work was going to take the majority of the day, she set me up with a loaner car.The work was completed when promised and my car was returned freshly washed and for the cost estimated. I was a happy camper.

My 1995 Lexus LS400 with 147,000 miles on it was displaying the "check engine" light and needed a state inspection. Being an older Lexus with fairly high milage the car just needed some attention to maintain performance and reliability. The entire staff at Northside Lexus were very friendly and professional. A loaner car (RX350) was provided while repairs were made. This was most appreciated because of the convenience and but my wife's 2002 RX300 with 160,000 miles on it will need to be replaced soon. Test driving the new and improved RX was a pleasant experience.The only rating that was okay as opposed to great was price. I realize it costs money to run a first class operation. The price for clearing the check engine light and dianositc work was reasonable. The cost to change the serpentine belt and the engine air filter was okay but I could have and probably should have done this work myself. However, I do value a "done deal" the $1,000 cost resulted in the care being more road worthy. The state inspection was not able to be done due to a problem with the dealership's dyno but this can be done elsewhere without difficulty.Sales Manager, Lance Williams, came by to say hello while I was waiting for service consultant, Brady Lamar. Lance is always friendly and professional and I look forward to buying our next car from him.

I really want to thank Liz Rincon. She has been my service adviser for several years. I give her a 5 star rating. I will request her always as my service advisorI would also like to 5 star Yedi on the service desk. I had left my car overnight after service was completed and found out I needed it early the next morning. I raced in to Northside about 7:15 AM hoping I could get it that early. I have a 2003 Lexus SC 430. I have had it for 10 years and I love it as much, if not more than when I bought it. I also have a MB SL 550 and Infiniti 2011 SC 430. I love my Lexus the best, I still get compliments on the car and it is ROCK SOLID, because I am willing to take the best care it deserves. Lexus Service employees absolutely ignore any of my requests. I've asked to let me know if service would take longer than 2 hours, they assured me that it would take much less time. Of course, simple maintenance service took over 3 hours (last time it was over 4 hours so it was improvement). I asked not to move my seat position since I don't have memory button. Sure my seat was moved as far from original position as possible. I don't understand why service people need to mess with my a/c settings, head light and other settings if they perform tires rotation and oil change. Just don't see the connection. Once my warranty service is up I will never use Lexus service again.

While I was waiting for my vehicle, she emailed me the recommended action plan. Then stopped by to discuss the options. Her customer service and friendliness was outstanding! I took my vehicle in for it's 75k mile check-up. I can usually only schedule service around or close to a weekend and make it a point to schedule service when Anita's techs are working. I was provided with a loaner vehicle as it was expected that the service would take a while. My vehicle was not ready on the original day we'd discussed, but Anita kept me informed of the reason. I needed a brake job in addition to the inspection. I was able to pick up my vehicle on the day and time agreed upon. The weather was extremely cold, but it appeared that the service techs went the extra step to return my car with the heater running, so that it was comfortable when I got in it.

I was on my way to work Thursday after Christmas and low an behold the car wouldn't start - dead battery. Jumped the car and headed on over to the dealership with no appointment to see if they could help me out. Even though they were obviously busy with scheduled appointments (day after Christmas and all) Jacque greeted me at the door - always smiling and willing to help. I told her I was backed up at work and trying to get there as soon as possible. Jacque said no problem - we will get you out of here as soon as possible (I was out in 2 hours! - couldn't believe it). I really appreciate how fast Jacque and the maintenance team jumped on my dead battery yesterday morning..and the icing on the cake was they were also able to update my inspection sticker....and wash my very dirty car! Lexus impeccable Customer Service is why my husband and I will probably always buy from Lexus when shopping for cars (we currently own two).Truly, Donna McMillan

Jeff called shortly afterwards to confirm receipt of my car and type of service needed. A few hours later,I received an e-mail itemizing all the issues checked & the result. Normally I come prepared if I need to invest in a high expense of buying new tires. As I did not plan on buying new tires I did not do my research before hand. I trusted and went by Anita's recommendation and I can't be more pleased. I really like how the car is quietier and handles well. Everyone in the service center from the person that greets you upon arrival to the staff handling the close out are friendly and effecient. Everyone is working hard, working together and working quickly. Even though the wait can be longer than expected everyone is moving as effeciently and effectively as possible.

Dorothy is my service representative and was very nice. I waited for my car which did not take very long. I went to the front desk to checkout and asked a question. The young lady, (I did not see a name tag), went so far as to print out my answer. To take time to do that is very exceptional instead of telling me to talk to Dorothy or someone else.

Your service and friendliness of staff is good; the invoice prices are sometimes astronomical; my wait time recently with an advisor, other than my own) was an unacceptable 50 minutesthis area needs improvement!! I don't give high marks unless I feel it warrants it. In this case, I don't feel it does.Also, as far as the rating the service experience was neither Poor nor Excellent I feel another category should be included, which is "average." I clicked on Excellent as it was most certainly not Poor. Perhaps adding an "Average" category might make more people respond to your questionnaire. I almost didn't fill it out but in this instance chose to fill it out for this very reason.Thank you.

Was met promptly by check-in representative at driveway. Overall, check-in process on driveway entrance and at service desk was rapid and efficient. I particularly like the on-line check-in process that allows me to pick a schedule that best fits my calendar and allows me to pre-register any special mechanical concerns.The service experience met all my requirements -- complete and performed to high quality. Nice touch to include a car wash as well!We have had a number of Lexus vehicles and have always had excellent results. I have NO concern that the service will include "extra and unnecessary" repairs that some unscrupulous shops attempt to foist off on customers -- with a specific target on women. Lexus is very sensitive and responsive to its female customers from the purchase experience through to all service visits.Well done, Lexus!!

Driver was two hours late picking up car. Nobody answered phone in service department. Driver was an hour late the next day redelivering the car. $20 was stolen out of the center console of the car. Very disappointing first experience as a $90,000 new car buyer from this dealership. Doesn't bode well for a return purchase.

Upon my arrival I was promptly directed to the inside and met with Ben and asked if there was any problems with the vehicle and my purpose for the visit. I informed him that I needed the 15,000 mile check and he stated it would take approximately one hour and referred me to the waiting area. After about a hour he came and told me the car was ready. A very pleasant experience in every way.My only concern that I expressed to him was on my two previous visits my service adviser was someone completely different and I was not comfortable with that arrangement. He assured me that he planned to be there for a long time and if I had a problem to simply call him and arrange an appointment. Could not have been more pleased with the experience at North Side Lexus.

However, I recently moved from the Washington, DC area and the dealerships there provide refreshments all during the day for customers. Here, you only provide drinks. Your prices even appear to be higher than Virginia and Maryland. You never have any discounts.

The group at Northside Lexus were prompt, courteous, and freindly from the moment I drove into the service entry until I returned to my vehicle after the maintenance service. The attendant promply came to my vehicle to get basic information then directed me to the service counter to check in. After I had taken a seat with my complimentary coffe, Jeffrey came out to check and see if there was anything other than the 10K mile check up that needed to be looked at during my visit. I explained a concern with the vanity light on the driver's side and he added that to the check list. Jeffrey checked in with me periodically to let me know the status of the services being performed as well as to inform me that they were washing my vehicle prior to completion. He later came out to personally let me know when the work was completed and to get my signature on the appropriate paperwork. All in all, an extremely pleasant and friendly experience!

The "check engine" light came on on my IS 250, I panicked, but was able to speak to someone in the Northside Lexus service department and she reassured me that my car was still driveable. She immediately made me an appointment the next day and made arrangements for a loaner car. I was able to drop off my car quickly and Kyle took good care of me when I arrived. He did not make me feel like they would "rush" the work on my vehicle, and let me know I could keep the loaner as long as necessary to ensure my car was repaired. He timely contacted me to let me know the problem with my car and the solution. My car was ready the same day, which I did not expect. As always, I am very happy with the service, which is why I drive all the way from Pearland to Northside Lexus. Even though there are dealerships closer to my home, they are not as helpful and friendly as Northside Lexus. They truly give you the "Lexus experience".

My RX350 was in the parking lot at Kroger and would not start. I called the road service number and the service car arrived in about 20 minutes. They jumped the battery and recommended that I go to the service dept and have the battery, alternator, etc checked because I was going out of town the next day. I went to the service dept and they told me it would take 45 min to one hour. It actually took about an hour and twenty minutes which was not bad.

Eight weeks after purchasing my brand new car from Northside Lexus, my daughter found an ant nest in the passenger door area when she opened the door. After spraying it with ant spray and brushing everything I could find out of the car, ants continued to appear. After re-spraying and hoping they would be gone in the morning, I was extremely dismayed to find ants crawling all over the car the next day. I called Northside Lexus to see if they could help me. Jon Gosling was the lucky rep who answered. After a short period of startled disbelief, he said to bring the car right in and they would take a look at it and see what they could do. When I arrived, Jon and the service manager looked at the car and told me they would get it taken care of - at no charge, as a goodwill service since ants are not a known warrantee issue. Jon arranged a free loaner car for me, and I left them to deal with the ants. I received daily updates of the fumigation, dismantling of the doors, trunk, wheel wells, backseat, carpet, etc. They also called in an exterminator who baited the ants away from the car, and finally my car was declared ant free. When I picked up my car, I saw no ants (and I really inspected everything), and I would never have known that it had been taken apart and put back together - it looked excellent.I waited 2 weeks before reviewing, because I was afraid the ants may make a re-appearance, but all has been well.I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism shown by Jon Gosling and Lexus. I am a happy driver again, although I am still checking the car before I get in.

I really enjoy my service visits to Northside Lexus in Houston, TX. The service is always very reliable. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable about the service that is being performed. I have had the maintenance done on my car there since it was new. (2007). I have developed a friendship with my service advisor. This dealership always has a loaner car available for me. I do not have to wait very long to get the car either. The place is very clean and chocolate chip cookies are always available for their customers. They also have a coffee/soda bar one can enjoy if he/she has to wait very long for their car to be serviced. I drive 125 miles one way to have the maintenance done on my car. It is worth it. I would recommend Northside Lexus for anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Lexus to enjoy.

From beginning to end the level of service provided was exceptional. My tight work schedule did not afford me much time to drop my car off at the dealership for a second opinion and wait for service to be completed after receiving an expensive laundry list of 'recommendations' from a neighborhood service shop. Mark kindly arranged for a convenient car swap at my office before having Kyle complete a full work up including a thorough vehicle history check for previous repair and maintenance discoveries. After completing a full car inspection I received a follow up promptly with an honest assessment, discounting many items on the aforementioned list of recommendations from the neighborhood shop. Kyle made certain to make me feel comfortable with the service taking place and also left me very informed regarding future needs. Car troubles seem to appear at the most inconvenient times but Northside Lexus made it a breeze. Thanks so much!

Although the service I received was very good, I am very disappointed that I have had to have my Lexus GS 350 in for servicing 4 times in the last 4 months. With only 27,000 miles on my car, this seems to be excessive. Most of the work has been covered by the extended warranty I purchased, but I would expect Lexus quality to be better than my experience has been.

She is terrific! I will close by offering this observation - I have a 2008 Lexus. My wife has a 2008 BMW. EVERY time we have a service issue with the area BMW dealerships it is a painful experience - they do not meet promised deadlines, they are not particularly pleasant to deal with, we are always having to guard against upselling by service advisors. In short, in light of our contracting experience I will NEVER buy a BMW, but would absolutely buy another Lexus from Northside Lexus. Not even a close question. Keep up the great work.

On august 31, without having made an appointment, I went to the Lexus dealership to have the car battery checked. After a thorough inspection, I was told the battery needed to be replaced (alternator etc. was checked and found to be in good working order) and it was done within the hour! For a Saturday morning service I was quite surprised that I got in and out within 90 minutes time.

As always excellent service, especially with my service rep Pat Pendergast, it it after the service I have issue with.Please impart on your mechanics on how important and a matter of life and death on doing RESPONSIBLE maintenance and or repair on customer vehicles. My issue is after my 135K service and suggested repair on Fuel Injector Flush was that the next day leaving my home my RX330 suddenly died in the middle of the street as I pulled out of home driveway. After repeated ignition starts my suv would not start and with the help of a good samaritan was able to push the vehicle out of the street and had it parked in front of my house. The good samaritan noticed that he could smell gas under the suv and thats when I did too. I could not risk trying to start my suv again for fear of it catching on fire. Luckily this problem happened doing a regular business day and while the dealership was still open. Being a AAA member I called for a tow to the Lexus Dealership. Pat as usual took excellent care in getting my suv fixed up again quickly. The problem was that the fuel line was NOT PROPERLY installed right and it popped out. And luckily for me it happened while just pulling out of my home driveway and not on the Freeway cause the car just died and the steering wheel locked up and I could have been in serious trouble. I was also blessed that my wife and 3 year-old daughter was not with me at the time of the suv failure. My family depends on our vehicle because we are a One car family. Mistakes and errors happens that the fact of life but some are just to costly to let happen and the consequences deadly. Rest assured I will continue to use your dealership for future maintenance and upkeep. I have even recommended Pat as a rep for a colleague working with my wife whom is looking to establishing a service & upkeep relationship, she drives a Lexus too.Thank you, Ivar Orallo

The collision department staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous. The repair work was excellent. There is no evidence of the damage. The department handled all of the insurance paperwork with the other person's insurance company. It was convenient to have the rental car available onsite. Omar called to keep me informed of progress during the repair and notified me when the last work was being completed and when the car would be ready for me. The car was clean and ready when I arrived. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and repair work.

I would always tell anyone who would listen how wonderful the service and people were and they were always surprised that I was receiving this type of service with a vehicle not purchased at Northside.I am now on my third Lexus and I just can't imagine driving another brand since I would probably have to give up Northside. From the sales force to the service department, I always feel like I'm visiting home.

When you go to Northside Lexus, you get total service. Of course the car is given a thorough going-over, but that is not what I mean. I take that for granted or they would not be in business. What I am talking about is the complete package from the time you call or go online to set up an appointment to the way each employee treats you. They are more than friendly, they are professional to the max. This extends from the receptionist to the driveway greeter, to the service consultant, the service technician, and the check-out counter folks. You get the complete package. It is obvious that they are happy in their jobs and it comes through in performance. I get the impression that they really care about my car and are dedicated to ensuring that I am happy with it as well. The service people know intuitively that the next time I feel the need for a new car, my choice of dealer will be largely based on my impressions gained over time with my current vehicle. I have been to other Houston Lexus dealerships but none of them comes up to the level of the folks at Northside.

I called the service department. I explained the situation. The first day I called the customer service representative told me not to worry, the lights would turn off by themselves (engine and skid lights). That I had not put the gas cap on correctly while filling up. I believed that until the next day when the lights were still on. I called again and this time this representative told me she would have someone call me back. Dean called me back and asked if I could bring the car in and they would look at it. Kyle took over once I was at the dealership and asked if I could wait for it. Dorothy took over and explained the situation. She had obtained a loaner for me. She called me that night and told me what was going on and hopefully I would have my car back the next day. I was kept informed when the mechanics wanted to keep the car longer. When I did finally get called by Dorothy to come any time and that my car was ready, everyone was so nice and my car was washed. This service department is the reason my next cars will be Lexus cars!

When my AC failed, I scheduled, what I thought would be warranty work with Northside Lexus. It has been several years since I had a car serviced by Northside, so when I walked in at 7:45am for my 8am appointment and there wasn't a very friendly greeting awaiting me (NO ONE was smiling!!), I became a bit skeptical. My service agent, Liz Rincon wasn't all smiles, either, but she was very professional and compassionate to my frustrations after she verified that my factory had expired several months before my paperwork indicated. I didn't have my extended warranty information handy, but Liz told me to email her the information. Now, to the service of my vehicle: Northside Lexus service people not only diagnosed the problem, but were also able to determine that the problem was caused by the other dealership's improper and negligent mechanics. Due to these findings,Northside Lexus really scrutinized my vehicle to ensure everything else was operating properly and in Lexus standard condition. Northside Lexus communicated the findings to the warranty company who subsequently denied the claim. Liz, via telephone, email, and fax they forwarded all information and documentation of problems found and steps for repair to the other dealership's customer service department who will be doing the repairs, at no cost to me. I don't really believe that another service shop would have or could have made the same assessments of my vehicle and determine who the real culprit was and go the extra mile to hold them accountable. Liz Rincon even expressed Lexus' willingness to inspect the work once the other dealership have completed it. I traded in my 1998 ES 300 that had 350,654 miles on it, so, I know, first hand, that it is great service that will increase the life of a car. Northside Lexus serviced my 1998 Lexus many times and, today, they proved that their great service has not changed. Note: The service person who pulled my car out, unwittingly, parked it in the pouring rain and Liz drove it back under the carport for me to get into. Those type of things stand out to me. How refreshing!

I incurred an early morning tire failure and pulled into Northside before 6 am - an early arriving employee opened up the customer lounge and made sure I was comfortable - also taking responsibility for the vehicle and service write up - I was driving off a mere 7 minutes after the official opening of the service dept - Well Done

I purchased & serviced this vehicle in Baton Rouge. This is the first time to have it serviced here in Houston. It took about 5 hours for the 65000 mile check-up. I just felt that it was a long wait. I was told the car would be finished in 1 1/2 hours after the initial oil change, which would have made it 12:30pm. I did not get lunch. After 1pm, I kept asking how much longer and kept being told that it would be soon. I didn't leave until after 2pm. The dealership in Baton Rouge has snacks for their customers, which I wish Northside had since it was a long wait.

Service was provided effeciently and accomodated my schedule needs. The waiting area is comfortable and allowed personal work to be completed. Having the showroom open gave the opportunity to see new models and features. The service consultant took the time to understand the issue and provided a comprehensive explainnation of the service report.

I have to say my experience with Northside lexus has not been good one.and after 2 years of servicing my vehicle with them i will no longer use them are recommend anyone to them. I took my Lexus for service after making an appointment and it seemed that i could not get any response back. After my service was taken care i notice grease smudges all over my car as if the mechanic clean his dirty hands with the headline of my car.I contacted management and still have not revived a response back i guess i was just a number to them after all.

The salesman presented me an out-of-date Carfax information on a pre-owned Porsche. He convinced me that the car still had a year left of the basic warranty. I took the it to Porsche dealer after buying and found out that the warranty had expired 8 months before. I called the Lexus sales manager and he said he couldn't do a thing to resolve my problem. I told him my purchased price was based on the information that the salesman presented. If I knew that the car's basic warranty had expired I wouldn't have bought it at that price. All I wanted was a 1 year reimbursement on a extended warranty that i'm going to get for the Porsche. If I'm buying a 4yrs/48k miles, I just want a 25% reimbursement. Beware of this dealer on pre-owned vehicle that's not Lexus. They will tell anything just get your money.

Customer Service always sets the precedence for how business is conducted with any organization and Northside Lexus is the perfect example of this. Awesome dealership, very friendly, professional, and customer oriented. They go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. When a replacement part was not immediately available, they provided me a loaner car and when the service was completed, they drove my car to my work place and swapped cars; very, very nice touch! They confirmed the appointment and kept me advised of the status as the work progressed; providing excellent customer communications.

I brought my car in for service and my service advisor, Pat Pendergrast, did a great job in making sure my service issues were addressed. Service was very good. Checkout was very fast because I called Pat 20 minutes before I was going to arrive and they had everything ready for me when I steeped foot into the dealership.
