This place is running a bait and switch. I went to look at specific vehicles that are listed on their site, brand new, 16 miles, in stock. What do they say? "Oh that one is in Florida and it has 5000 miles. I can get it here though. Oh, that other one sold yesterday". "But I'll take $1000 of this one ($4500 higher price) if you take it today. Ya, right. Those vehicles are still listed on their site, with the same details, weeks later! Scammers. Beware. If they'll lie to you like this before the sale, imagine dealing with them if you have issues after the sale.

I drive from Rochester to Buffalo to buy my cars because of the quality of the sales staff and the service, that I have not found locally. I have just purchased my fourth Lexus from Northtown and continue to urge friends to do the same. Zach Barringer is my salesperson and a pleasure to work with. He worked very hard to get me what I wanted, and a price I was happy with. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, which is the hallmark of a true professional.

My experience at the Lexus dealership has always been of the highest quality. David DiPasquale has always helped me with every purchese and Zack Barringer also took care of me with this last purchese. They were able to get the exact car I wanted and in the time frame I requested. Everyone from the front desk to the financial office were polite, knowledgable and friendly. Having dealt with Northtown lexus on many occassions David and his sales staff know what I like and what I neeed in a vechile. Last week I went to Northtown Lexus to look at new vehicles. I purchased my last car there two years ago. While there, I test-drove a vehicle. Jacob was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Lexus vehicles. He went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he take us to lunch while we thought about the vehicle but he took me to one of their sister dealerships as I was torn between a Lexus and another vehicle. He arranged for me to test drive that other vehicle. Nonetheless, I purchased the Lexus. I love the vehicle. I would highly recommend Northtown Lexus and have always had excellent service from their service department and sales people Jacob and Brittany. I highly recommend this dealership. In fact, today I received a call from Brittany asking how I liked the vehicle.

First class dealership facility. Can't say a bad word about any part of the shopping experience at Northtown Lexus (3845 Sheridan Dr.). The negotiation was easy and the salesperson (Chuck) was very helpful, knowledgable, and addressed all my concerns. My new car is beautiful, and has all the options that I wanted. Always a pleasure. The service staff is great and if I choose to wait the lounge is wonderful. If I choose to drop my car off the staff get me in a loaner easily. Very kind and helpful service reps. I never feel like I'm being ripped off. Instead, I feel like they are really trying to help me.

I had been negotiating the price on a Lexus ES350 with Ryan and he indicated a certain price. I did offer a lower price. However, when I drove 2 hours to the dealership and met with his Manager, Tom, price went up more than the indicated price by Ryan.Not a good experience with a typical car-salesman attitude.

Came all the way from Ontario to buy the car, sight unseen. Scott was very helpful in trying to guide me through the paperwork to import the car into Canada, although he could only give me his side of the story as far as exporting the car was concerned. He was always available and friendly and tried to answer all my questions. He spent 2.5 hrs going over the car and it's features when we went to pick it up. The car was a year old, so there was a few "spots" on the carpet which I cleaned up myself with spot remover..the car could have been better "prepped" by the service department but otherwise was clean. Would not hesitate to do business again with them.
