Just purchased our third vehicle from Maggie Prokos and Northwest Dodge in the last 5 years. As I expected, she and the team were great to work with. I generally take many months / year to decide on what we want / need. We visit several times before we ever get serious and Maggie is always helpful every time we come in. This time we finally settled on another Charger (R/T Scat Pack with only certain features). Of course it's a hard car to find and I was figuring I'd have to order it, but Maggie was able to locate one 3 hours away and was able to work out a trade to get it for me. Car was there the next evening and Maggie came in on her day off to take care of us. I would note to the management there to figure out better customer parking. Always seems to be a struggle to get parked. Definitely recommend Northwest Dodge and Maggie in particular for a great experience.

First time buying a car all on my own. Went in knowing what I needed and what I was capable of spending. Took just a bit of work, but Maggie was able to get me all fixed up with exactly what I wanted. Been about 4 months since purchase, about to go in for an oil change. Happy with the overall experience.

I came in to look at Jeep Wranglers. I have never owned one before and have always wanted a lifted/jacked up Jeep. Mike Cruse assisted me. I hadn't planned on buying on this particular day. Mike made it too easy for me. I thought that when I finally did buy, that I would have to then take my Jeep to a shop and have the aftermarket work done. Nope. Mike handled everything for me. He helped me customize my Jeep to my specs, had the kit and wheels put on, all within a few days...boom. I finally have my lifted Jeep. Mike Cruse is very knowledgeable and personal, customer service driven and can exceed all expectations in the car buying experience. Cudos Mr. Cruse.

So out of the many Car Salesmen I have encountered in my life, one seems to stick out the most. Jason Dunaway. He is what you call a very experienced salesman. He was very helpful when i came to look for a new car and he knows his stuff. Anything that i was looking for he would find, any questions i had he would know the answer, and anytime i needed his assistance he was always right there. He works long hours and takes extra time out of his busy schedule to get you the car that you want. He is persistent, dedicated, and gives you a positive feeling when going through the car buying experience. Thanks again Jason!!

I came in just "looking" and comparing sports cars. Jason Dunaway was the first person to approach me and from start to finish he was quite honestly the best sales person i have ever dealt with. Very smooth and non pressuring. I had already test drove the Camaro and i had the challenger and mustang left to go. After driving off in my new Challenger i had no doubt Jason helped me make the right decision. I will recomemd jason to everybody i know!

Took my 2009 dodge 3500 on 01/25/2015 because it was leaking oil from what it looked like coming from the Turbo. Robert stated it sould be a couple of days before they would be able to look at it and determin what the issue was. On 01/30/2015 Robert Longoria called me and stated the turbo needed to be replaced, oxygen sensors and the catalytic converter, they gave a quote for the the catalytic converter and the oxygen sensor for 2200-4400 On 02/04/2015 Robert called stated the turbo was covered under the extended warrinty i purchased, and they were waiting for the MPP ( mechanical protection plan) inspector to go and inspect the truck,. I spoke to the inspector and he verified that only the turbo was covered under the extended warranty i asked him if i would be able to get the other 2 things done some where else because the charge with northwest dodge was too high for me and he said yes. I got a call from robert again and he stated that if i did not get the other issues fixed with them the turbos warrinty would be voided.( this was not true since i had already spoken to the inspector myself). I told Robert that i only wanted to have the turbo done since it was the only thing that the insurance covered. I called rober on 02/09/2014 since i had not heard from him he stated that the truck also needed an oil change and the crank case filter i asked him about the cost and he quoted me $360.00. On 02/11/15 I called robert and asked about the status of the vehicle he stated that it would be ready the next day he asked again about the oil and the crank case filter he said the truck had no oil at that point i agreed to have the oil change and the crank case filter changed. on 02/12/2014 Robert called stated that the truck was ready, went that evening to pick up the truck and on the ride home it was making a horrible noise, once home my father and i checked out the truck and noticed that the pipe from the exhaust the one that meet the catalytic convered was cut opened completely and never got reattached. I was unable to contact the dealer since they where closed for the day. On 02/13/15 drove the truck back to the service department and spoke the service manager,he then inspected the truck spoke with the service guy and came back and told me he could not fix it. that he had to replace it and he could not replace it for free and it would be 4400 dollars to do it. I dont understand why they cant fix something they did, that cut on the pipe was not their when the truck was brought in and now they cant fix it, i have lost time , hours at work and money only so they can tell me they cant fix something that they are responsible for.

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Northwest Dodge. The Customer Service I received from Salesperson Charles George and Finance Manager Billy Knight was excellent. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to help me to find the exact vehicle I wanted and the best deal possible for me. We went to Northwest Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram to try different vehicles when we began our car hunt because we did not know exactly what we wanted. We met Ed Kristek and he helped us from the beginning of the process until we drive off the lot with our new Jeep Cherokee. I went to purchase a used car, not sure what I was looking for exactly but Maggie was able to help me out and find me a car that was perfect for me. She made sure the car was in excellent condition before I left and was very knowledge of the cars/jeeps/trucks on the lot. Overall my experience was great with everyone. Everyone was very kind and friendly, I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!

I was buying a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V from this dealership. I live about 3 hours from the dealership and started the process over the phone. After waiting days for them to get back to me and me trying to talk to the loan department myself i got an approved loan from the bank and put a deposit on the car! I already switched my insurance over to the new vehicle and cancelled my extended warranty and gap insurance on my trade in which already had a trade in value in the loan contract. After spending a couple hundred dollars switching the sensors from my aftermarket rims back onto the stock rims and submitting paperwork (that was rushed through as a courtesy) requesting a day off from my duties as i am a doctor in the US Army i was ON MY WAY to pick up my new vehicle when i received a call from the dealership manager (not LJ) telling me there was no point in me coming in to pick up my new car anymore because they sold it to somebody else just then and that i was out of luck!!!! I was stunned to say the least!!! After telling them but i already had an approved loan and they already had my deposit on the car they told me "well sorry maybe if you had an 800 credit score it would be different!!!!!!" I then told them i wanted my deposit back that day, needless to say i was very disappointed, or i would call a lawyer the manager then told me "fine have your lawyer call our lawyers" and then he hung up on me!!!!! I am currently still trying to recover my deposit and am exceedingly disappointed!!!! If you have the ability to buy a car somewhere else i would highly recommend it and avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!!

We had a great experience. Jesse did a great job to make sure we got the best deal. Plus Northwest also has a coupon on their site that made the deal even better. I liked that they kept their promise and when we got there we got the jeep on the internet not a story or dance of how they didn't have the car anymore. The GSM (Rick) also help to make sure that all the little problems we had were fixed and that we help very happy. I will buy my next car there again. the only negative thing was it took over 5 hours to get in and get out with a car and that did not include the back and forth we had already done the day before via email.

This is only my 2nd visit to Northwest Dodge so I don't have too much to say but... the service here is really good. First time I brought my car here it broke down and had to be towed.. they fixed it really fast and got me on my way. Now I'm getting an oil change done. Prices are fair, services are quick. If your looking for a solid dealership come here.

I checked out a few dealerships on 45 north, went to the car show and drove one of the Jeeps and I got hooked ever since. I came here just to look at their jeeps but I left buying one... it was a great decision! The sales people here were very knowledgeable and patient. They also have a beautiful dealership. I even keep a bunch of their business cards to give out to my co-workers.

My service light came on and I brought it to Northwest Dodge, the light is inconsistent coming on and off. The techs at Northwest Dodge took GREAT care of me. They even put me in a FREE loaner car for being in the Jeep club of Houston. Definitely coming back here.
