If there were 10 stars.....They would get 10 out of 10! From the moment we arrived at the lot I knew I was leaving with a new Mini. My girlfriend and I had been looking all day to no avail. Showed up at Northwest Euro and we were greeted by Jake with a smile. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction of their incredible inventory. We saw this beautiful Blue 2013 Countryman and after we took it for a quick drive we were sold. WE could not be happier with our new Mini. Jason went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and up to their standards. He took it for a quick spin to check on it's performance and returned to tell me, "We're gonna put a knew windshield in that for you. It just doesn't look good." What service! If you are looking for a Mini and a staff that will be there always to support your purchase. Look no further. Northwest Euro is that place.

Couldn't ask for a better Mini or a more fantastic buying experience. Having worked at a dealership before (and swearing I'd never work at another one again), I was somewhat dubious about this used car lot. Boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. Nice clean showroom and office and my salesman Jake was outstanding. He managed to take care of everything and even another customer all in short order as he was the only person on duty (it was Sunday after all). If you're in the market for an experienced Mini, by all means this IS the place to be.

Ever since I sold my 1st gen mini last year, I've been looking for another car to fill the void. I've test driven many other minis from various locations but ultimately decided to go with northwest euro because I knew I would be buying car that would not break down the minute I leave the lot. Jason was great to work with and made the process painless. He reassured me that all issues with the car have been taken care and if not they would be before I drive off.

Well, I had a somewhat stressful first time car buying experience at Northwest Euro. Still a 5 star review though! The initial experience was great! It's not the typical dealership experience; Jason is just a car guy, he's not pushy and you can tell he only wants you to buy from him if you truly love the car. Ended up finding an awesome Countryman and bought it that night. The real value in buying a car here is that they stand by their cars and will take care of you if anything happens. There's always risks buying a used car but this was quite the surprise. About 200 miles into driving my car the engine broke down and needed to be replaced. There you go, kinda of a stressful situation. Jason told me when I bought it that he would take care of me and he came through. He put me in a loaner car and gave me an engine he was saving that has half the miles on it. I've got it back now and its driving great! Anywhere else i'm sure I would have been out on my own paying thousands for a replacement. These guys are great. Would have preferred a car that didn't break but so impressed with how this was handled.

Excellent service. The sale was super fast and easy and I had no pressure to buy anything. All the cars were incredibly clean and taken care of. I would highly recommend Northwest Euro for an amazing mini and a great deal!
