Was not planning to buy a new vehicle for another 5 months but when I came across the truck I was looking for, I took a test drive. Absolutely the most stress free buying experience I ever had. Jack Oleson never made me feel pressured into buying the vehicle. The facility was clean and laid out very nicely. I love my new truck and will definitely use them in the future.

I had a specific car in mind when I walked in. I knew every feature I wanted. The salesman searched and found the car I wanted. It was Friday evening and I wanted to take the car on a trip the next Tuesday. The salesman said he would try his best but wasn't sure if he could make it happen, the car was two states away. He made all the arrangements and delivered my car Monday night.

I got a loan for a Chrysler 200 and it is such a dream come true! They worked so hard with me to get such a beautiful automobile! I didn't think it was possible! The staff at Northwest Hills dealership went out of their way to make me a happy person and took the fear away! They are there for the customer that's for sure. First time I ever experienced buying a new car without sweating! I recommend everyone and I get compliments. The 200 has a sleek, sporty look. It handles smoothly and is great on gas.. I also get 2 years of oil change and tire rotation free! I am a true North West hills #1 customer!!!

The salespeople were very friendly, informative and I liked the fact that I did not feel pressured in any way. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford financially.They worked with me and I drove away in my new 2016 Jeep Patriot Sport SE!Overall, great experience! I will definitely be purchasing any future vehicles with this dealership.

I visited a few dealerships and amazed by how I was treated by most. They seemed uncaring, like I didn't matter. I stopped at Northwest Dealership just by chance looking at other vehicles. It was closing time, which I didn't realize, when a salesperson approached me. I noticed a Jeep Wrangler that I just adored. Even though it was closing time the salesperson (Matt), spoke with me and we actually ended up on a test drive. I appreciate a persons time especially since I don't have much myself, he did a lot of hard work to get me comfortable with a deal I could handle and a vehicle that I love to drive. Thank you, Matt.

Per my bill, all fluids were to be topped off. Power steering fluid was below the low mark. Were the other fluids checked???
