I loved my experience at Northwood Chevrolet. JP was lovely and helped me find exactly the car I was looking for. It was my first time buying and he helped me feel at ease. Adam was wonderful in explaining all the financing. Thanks for the great experience :)

Super friendly and dedicated team. I had the pleasure of doing business with Liz who came in on her day off to explain the types of deals they had to offer. The paperwork took a bit to process, which is to be expected. What was not expected, is that during the down time, Liz recommended fun things to do around Humboldt after she learned I was new to the area. Overall great experience, talented salespeople and staff!

Our first time ever buying a new car. We felt respected, they listened to our needs and thoroughly answered our questions and were even helpful finding a special deal for us when they weren't certified to give us a deal through USAA. Every single person we dealt with was kind, helpful and courteous. I would definitely buy from them again.

Northwood is a friendly place with a great selection of new and used. We bought our family suv here last summer and then I came in a couple of weeks ago to and picked up a nice used truck for myself. It was like I was a celebrity. The sales manager remembered me as if I had been there 1000 times. The staff was very easy going and fun to work with on both occasions. Will always be buying and servicing at Northwood from now on.

Had heard their commercial before that stated "We will meet or beat "any " bay area price. I brought in a quote on a comparably equipped car but the sales man said he couldn't help me any more on his price. He said the bay area price must be a "lost leeter" to get people in. Or they are just loosing money. In any case he would not even ask if he could get me a better price. The difference in price was over $2000. Three days later I heard the same commercial again.

As I was driving home my alternator went out and I just made it to the dealership before my battery went completely dead. I limped in unscheduled to the Northwood Chevy service department just before noon on a Friday and Brent came over to help. I explained what had just happened and indicated to him that I would like to get my vehicle repaired by the end of the day so that I could make the two hour trip home for the weekend. He said that the service dept. was going to lunch and that he would see what he could do and would call me back after lunch. Brent promptly called me at 1:15 pm and said they had located an alternator and that they would install it that day. I then got another call from Brent at about 2:30 pm and he said that my vehicle was ready to pick up.What a fantastic service department! I'm sure they could have scheduled me in after all the other vehicles that were in the shop but recognized my desperate situation and took prompt action. I don't often have good experiences with dealerships so I feel the need to point it out when a dealership goes above and beyond to support its customers.Thanks Brent and Northwood Chevrolet in Eureka, CA.
