Jennifer was my first point of contact and she was amazing. Constant contact and check ups via text and email along with phone calls. She kept her promises and made the process a breeze. Dulce also was super kind and helpful when Jennifer was not available. Ivan Smith also treated as a VIP guess and was super helpful. The finance guy Kevin was fast and efficient getting me out the door but took his time to explain all the details of what I’m signing and he wasn’t pushy about the warranty, which I appreciated. Great experience overall!

I just bought my brand new 2021 RAV4 here. Our sales person, Dulce was absolutely AMAZING! She was there for me from the first phone call to the moment I drove off (which was well past closing). She made my dream of buying a brand new car a reality. She’s super personable and wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Their sales manager was also great. He was able to work the car into my budget. Lots of negotiations, but we made it work. Their finance manager was also just absolutely awesome. He made the process with my bank easy and quick.

I would like to start off by saying this was by far a pleasurable experience. Valentine, and I spoke via telephone on the previous day and scheduled to meet. I came into the dealer w/ no expectations, honestly I thought I was going to browse and be on my way. However Valentine and I walked the lot, found a couple of vehicles to work with and went inside to crunch numbers and work a deal. Professionally, and quickly we came to a meeting ground where I the customer and the dealer were able to agree happily and feel great. Although it took some time to go through the low inventory, I felt as if I was VIP and concierge was on point. To the TEAM at Norwalk Toyota (Envision Motors) I would like to say great job and Thank You. To Valentine, Jason and Leon, you guys are awesome and I appreciate the 1 of 1 experience. Dulce and Charles here took extremely good care of my wife and I. They both went above and beyond to make sure that we not only got the car that we wanted but at a price that we all were happy with. We will definitely be returning customers. 10/10 I couldn’t recommend any other Toyota dealer that Envision Toyota of Norwalk.

I’ve had a brilliant car service at Norwalk Toyota and my car is absolutely running as if its brand new. I’ve taken my car to a lot of shops & dealerships in the past but never has my car run so well since the Service Manager, Gary K, has serviced and maintained it. I’m very pleased with the car service and top notch customer service Gary has provided. He is personable and has a great understanding of cars and i’m so pleased he was able to service my car and fix all related issues to make it run as if its brand new again. Highly recommended. Ask for Gary.

I have 2014 Avalon Touring and had been serviced 3 times in this dealership. Service rep Melina Stevenson Has excellent knowledge an war attitude. She gave me a complete list of checked 27 point inspection including thickness of each brake pad. Wash the car every time after service even small job. Recommended

The Costco auto program is great. Everyone in that program from this specific dealership is on their game ( Tracy, Amanda, Richard and Dan) were all eager to help and are knowledgeable people when it came to my needs and what I needed to do to purchase a car. It is well appreciated from a first time buyer in general. The only thing that was a concern was my car had a stain and I asked to have it cleaned before we left but the whole process of buying a car I forgot to check by the time I got home it was dark and I didn't notice until the next day. The overall experience was great. So thanks Norwalk Toyota.

Steve H was magnificent. He was patient as we switched from car to car as well as color choices. We wound up with a Scion iM where we were able to qualify for zero percent APR. Also George in finance was great. We were in and out of there in no time. Overall it was well worth it to travel from the Vine. Would recommend Norwalk Toyota to anyone looking for a Scion or Toyota.

We purchased a 2015 Rav 4 from this dealership on July 1st. We went thru a car purchasing program from Consumer Reports . from start to finish it was a great experience. Our sales associate, Amanda Goodgion provided excellent customer service. All the expectations that we were given from the Internet program we used were met and exceeded. It was a pleasure doing business with Amanda as well as every other person we interacted with. I have never had a car purchase go this smooth. I highly recommend Norwalk Toyota to anyone needing a car , you will get professional service in a relaxed atmosphere.

Everyone here at Toyota of Norwalk was great ... I was just about to give up on looking for a car I went to so many dealers ships and nobody wanted to help me ..I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR A USED CAR .Then I came in to Toyota of Norwalk and spoke with the most caring wonderful people who gave me a chance and now am leaving the lot with a brand NEW 2015 TOYOTA ...I couldn't be more grateful and excited ... Absolutely love this dealership! I've bought two cars from here and always received the best service. The staff does everything they can do to make sure you get the best deal possible. Look for Dider Moreno he sold me 3 car and every time I go he try's to get me the best for me. He like to keep his customers happy and he is very respectful, if he see something you don't like he'll do his best in his power to get it fixed for you. I would go again to Dider Moreno to buy another car. Every time I go I always look for him and he always welcome me back with respect.

Went to get my CAMRY services and I had a great time. I've serviced at every dealership from Carson to Longo and Norwalk was great. Was looking at the new avalons and the sales people were smart and friendly. Kept my CAMRY and will definitely be brining it back for life - or until my lease is up and I do get that Avalon!

I did a credit application and got approved over phone. I was told they had my Red Camry XSE. When I got there ut was Silver! They tried to make me take it! 4 hours later I went home with NO car! Tommie called me a month later saying they had my Red XSE. They brought car down from Norwalk to me at 8 pm on Thanksgiving eve, & rushed me to sign the contract! The next morning I realized they bought me the WRONG car! It was a Camry SE- not XSE! When I looked at contract it was written for the SE but they were still giving me the higher payments for the XSE and they didn't want to ammend the payments for the cheaper car! When i told them to come get the car, they gave me a hard time about coming to get this car I did NOT ask for! Who does that? I had to contact the owner of dealership to get satisfaction! General manager was of NO assistance! I would have kept the car if they would have ammended the payment!

Tried getting information on a vehicle and they never sent the promised email. Tried more than once to receive the information but nothing. Truck was listed on cars.com but not on their website.

POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. I BROUGHT A CERTIFIED 2008 SCION XB TO FIND THE NEXT FEW DAYS THE TIRES HAD OUTTER WEAR DAMAGE, WINDSHIELD DETTACHING FROM THE MOLDING , AFTERMARKET PARTS, RUNNING PAINT ALL OVER THE CAR. TOOK THE CAR IN SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO SHAKING, HESITATE TO START AND ALL THE ISSUE STATED ABOVE. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING JUST REPLACED THE TIRES. I CONTACTED SCION CORP AND MY LAWYWER TO INFORM THE THAT I WAS SOLD A LEMON.... TWO WEEKS LATER THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN AGAIN AND WHEN I ARRIVE I WAS TOLD BY THERE SALES MANAGER (DAVID) THAT THEY WOULD'NT BE FIXING ANYTHING THAT THEY WILL JUST BUY THE CAR BACK. EVERYONE AT THE DEALER IS SHADDY AND KNEW THAT THE CAR WASN'T IN SCION CERTIFIED CONDITION TO BE SOLD. I BELIEVE THE CAR HAD FRAME DAMAGE FROM A FRONT END ACCIDENT BUT IT WASN'T NOTED BY CARFAX. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NORWALK TOYOTA...............................
