Just bought a 2007 suzuki at nova, and I had a great experience. Dealer was courteous , friendly and over all franc with me.The car was nice and even look better than the picture. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends, or family .

Having prior researched online for used cars from a number of dealers in our area, we found most likely our best choice at Nova. The question of availability was promptly responded to by email, but we did not get there until a week later. It was still available, but while there we looked at a couple other cars too. Still came back to the Hyundai, our first choice. There was no pressure to buy, Moe was pleasant about the transaction, answered all our questions. We trusted his word. Felt we got a good deal.

back in 2013 i was looking for a family SUV. nova had two 2003 Yukon XL Denali one was 4x4 the other one was AWD i wanted the 4x4 but when i got there someone else was there for the same Denali ( they had two ) i had to make a decision on which one i was buying. i did not notice that i end up buying the AWD big mistake BUT lets be realistic that was my fault i should know that, in this case i do not blame my mistake to MOE OR THE DEALER THEY WARE very friendly they had two same color same year. the only difference was 4x4 vs AWD like i said before that was my fault may be i just got confuse because the SUV i wanted was there and they had two one month later went back for jeep but this time i was more prepare i had with me a code scanner PEOPLE WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY IS THAT YOU SHOULD DO YOUR HOMEWORK i am not defending nova auto sale because at the end of the day they are trying to make a living. but in a different way, PEOPLE STOP BLAMING ON SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKE if you do not like a car is very simple do not buy it, DO YOUR HOMEWORK don not be afraid to get dirty get under the car. get code scanner take your own mechanic DO YOUR HOMEWORK I wrote this review a year later and i still got my SUV and as for the other one well i am sure the other person got it... WHEN i went to get my tag at mva they ware asking me for the bill of sale i only had a copy they said they do not take copy but they told me to call the dealer so they can fax a COPY of the bill of sale ( hey i had a copy already ) what i know for sure is that when you send a copy you only get a COPY, but anyway MOE send it and i got my tags in 30 minutes and they also took my original copy too. yep. the one that they did not want at the beginning DO YOUR HOMEWORK

Just bought a used Jeep from Nova. The staff was friendly, but more importantly, they were honest, straightforward, and offered a fair deal. They even went out of their way to facilitate me when I had a special request as far as pickup/delivery of the vehicle. No high-pressure nonsense, nothing shady, they just wanted to sell me a car and at the same time make sure I was happy.

Attracted by nine 5 star reviews, and decided to buy an used car at 'trustable' dealer. The car was a 2005 VW new Jetta model. I did by the car two weeks ago from Nova Auto. Frankly speaking, the early talking to Moe was good, and I did think the guy was honest to trust. However, the car I bought is really a nightmare. The first day when I tested and drove was good and the car looked in good condition. And I did drive it for 50 miles, and no problem happened. BUT, the second day, when I restart the car, after few mileage, the check fuel cap light popped up, and the third day, the check engine light poped up. I tried to contact Moe to ask more, and the only reply is " to ask the warrantly corp, and there is no relationship with them anymore." OK, I did visited the repair shop including pep boys and two small autobody shops, and got the answer that the car has hidden issues code which can only be indentified by VW dealer. Then I have to visit VW dealer, and have to pay several thousand bucks to start the fix, including purge valve, CV boots, and engine rearmaint seal, etc. Called to Nova Auto's Moe, and he was not willing to listen and just hang up the phone. The big constract to the beginning. Nobody wants to encount problems car. I believe that Moe doesn't know the poor condition when he sold the car, but the reply and attitude to customer's problem is so poor to accept.

As a young girl, I always feel nervous about buying a car since many car salesmen tend to give wrong information to female buyers or pressure them into buying. But Moe, who was the salesman I dealt with at this dealership, didn't make me feel that way at all. I saw a 2004 Infiniti FX 35 posted on cars.com and decided to see it. I called the dealership (Nova Auto Sales) and was able to make an appointment to see the car the same day. I met with Moe who showed me the car, which was exactly as it was pictured and described. I asked about any problems with the car and he was very open about the control for the side mirrors needing a repair. Given that the car had 180K miles on it, I was still very impressed that it was in such a good condition. I also had a chance to test drive the car on my own. During this process, I felt very at ease asking questions and I never felt that I was being pressured into buying the car. Moe even mentioned to me that I had to use Premium gas only for the car and that its gas usage would not be very efficient. I was very impressed with his honesty. I left without committing to buying and said that I'd think about it for a day. I went back the next day and bought the car. The process was pretty easy and, again, I was relieved that I wasn't pressured into buying it at all and that it was entirely my decision. I love my car and I have not found any issues with it besides the one minor issue the salesman mentioned.

I went to this dealer to trade in my old car for another one. The salesman,Moe, was very helpful to me in this process. He asked me what I was looking for and based on that showed me a couple of cars. He made it easy for me to select my car because he was very honest and clear in letting me know the pros and cons of getting either one of them. It took me only about an hour to do this whole process and I left the dealer with my new car. Will go back again!!

Called close to closing time asking about a car I saw online. My car had just been wrecked and need a replacement quick. The salesman stayed 45 min after closing just to meet with me. Had all the vehicle info on hand and was very honest, straight forward during the whole process. The price negotiation was easy and laid back. By far the fastest auto purchase I have ever made. Would buy from again!

I bought a Sonata 2002 with a 158,000 a month ago and this car rides like a Champ, the only things I have to do is going to the DMV register and get new Plates and keep going. Moe the owner is a very nice guy and the best part is that he is a very honest man, if the car has something he will let you now and if you will like to buy it anyway.... it will be your Problem. I definitely recommend this dealer.

just purchased a vehicle from NOVA Auto Sale. Moe was the salesman we dealt with and he was very easy going, professional and honest with our vehicle deal. The transaction was very easy and we are very pleased with our purchase. The vehicle a 2002 Hyundai Sonata was very clean, had been detailed in and out, A VA inspection and emissions test had been done at no cost to us. The vehicle's engine fluids had been changed, car serviced and completely inspected by there staff mechanics. We also had the option to take the car to a garage of our choice to have then check the vehicle out also. We also got a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty at no cost to us. The car fax was presented to us without having to ask for it and I would highly recommend a vehicle purchase from this Dealer.

The owner was friendly, polite and honest. Everything he said was wrong with the car was true. No games, He knew it wouldn't pass Md Insp was honest about it. Brought car 2 years ago still driving it a 1997 mazda mvp minivan. It starts everytime and thats all that matters for 1,750.

This could be a very small dealer, but the owner is very friendly and willing to hear any serious offer. The car was clean and in good condition, including a carfax report and the virginia inspection. Maybe a full tank of gas was going to be nice, but I forgot to ask, jajaja. I will do business with this dealer again. Please don't expect a state-of-the-art dealer, this is a small used cars dealer.
