We recently purchased a new Tiguan. Rob found the car I was looking for, Mike Baker showed it to us and we bought it. We got a good trade-in deal. Teri was very efficient with all the paperwork, even when WE made a mistake and some of it had to be done over. I love the Tiguan (traded in a Subaru Forester).

being a single mom and taking your 2002 beater to a dealership doesn't really sound like a good idea but, after calling around and getting quotes on parts and labor they gave me the best deal. They got me in right away and had it fixed in no time. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I have no regrets... Thank you

I was in need of a good used fuel efficient car. I went to Noyes and Leo came outside to help me out in the lot. Once I explained my needs he was straight to the point on what he thought would be a good car for me. It turns out he was right! I love it. Leo is a good, honest, man and I appreciated not having to deal with the typical "car salesman" mentality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Noyes and in particular Leo.

I recently purchased my 3rd new VW, my 2nd from Noyes, at the end of March 2014. I was reluctant to trade in my VW CC, but with a now longer commute to work and the poor handling in the snow I knew it was time. I dealt with Steve (sales), Rob (owner) and Spencer (sales manager). Steve was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing and answered every question I had. Rob gave me a fair price on my trade in with a first offer. As a returning VW customer I didn't have any concerns regarding my purchase and basically just wanted a smooth transaction. Spencer got my the financing I requested (0% interest) and they handled my questions during the transaction. I have dealt with Andrew in service during the regular maintenance on my other VW vehicle's and never had complaint. He even helped me with a minor scratch I had on a previous vehicle at no charge (I hit a rose bush). What great customer service! My only recommendation to the dealer would be to explain the survey that VW corporate sends out. I unfairly marked that the dealer did not explain the Bluetooth, Carnet, etc. during the process. However, I already knew how to use these features and requested that they not explain them to me. Great customer service that will keep me a VW/Audi customer!

We visited Noyes VW last year because we were interested in a Passat, and made it clear that the purchase was a year away and could be made elsewhere - we spend winters in Vermont. The service was superb. We returned this spring, spoke with another salesman who was very helpful and took another test drive. The owner spoke with us about the vehicle and our plans and was completely transparent about the purchase process and VW incentives. We purchased the car and the process was very smooth, both when we wrote up the original agreement and when we took delivery. The sales staff was very helpful walking us through the electronics in the vehicle, answering all our questions.

I drove up from Southern Massachusetts after finding the car I wanted to buy on the internet through the Noyes website. Not sure if I was making the right decision trading in a much beloved car for a new car. My kids didn't want to see the old ride go, and I had a lot of memories attached to my old car. My sales person Leo understood this and remained patient with me as I embarked on this enormous decision. However, after driving the Jetta Hybrid, it was a no-brainer and I left that day with my new car. Teri in financing also was a big help. I forgot some much needed paperwork for the trade-in and she went above and beyond her duties to help me get everything in line for the sale. Noyes is a class act. Also, as for Volkswagen, I'm impressed with the quality of the car and the dealership. I noticed during my visit that the dealership building is Platinum LEED certified. This makes the building extremely eco-friendly and efficient, like so many of the cars VW makes. Very impressed with the facilities and refreshments too. Thanks to all the people at Noyes and the young man who detailed my car for the ride home.

I was initially in the market for a new (2013/4) VW Golf. At the time they were running (VW incentive) 0% financing on new Golfs. I could not settle on one so I went to Autofair VW in Nashua, NH where the sales manager was a total crook. So I went back to Noyes VW in Keene and it just so happened that they just got in a 2011 Golf right off of a lease with 30,000 miles. I was able to trade in my 2005 Ford Focus ZX3 for $2,000 (probably what it was worth). The 2011 Golf was advertised online on Noyes' website at being World Auto Certified with a listing price of $15,650. When I began negotiating with Mike he tried upping the price by $1,000 for "Certification Fee." I put my foot down on that one because the car was advertised as already being certified online for $15k, not $16k... The sales person backed down and I was able to get them to take $500 or so off to get down to the TrueCar price. All said and done I was able to get them to around $15,000 flat - I financed the rest after the trade-in, around $13,000; I was able to get a slightly lower rate from VW Credit than what they first advertised because I have good credit. Bottom line: Do your research, take plenty of test drives, know the car, know what it is worth.

I've bought a couple of cars here but no more. If you need service on any of your cars, it will not be the same experience that you have in the show room. I agree with the other posts, Debbie is fantastic as well as Rob. The service manager has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen, no call backs when promised and replacing parts after being told not too (Wiper blades and light bulbs) really?? My 2002 VW Jetta has been in and out of service for the past month and just now they have finally determined that it needs a new transmission, however, they will only put a new on in to the tune of 6K and the warranty company won't cover it all, so more out of pocket expenses. I kind of feel like they are to blame as they replaced part after part on the car and all along it was the wrong item, yet I still had to pay for it. My car has been in their shop for two weeks with only two phone calls to explain why and it's always the same thing. I won't have time to call your warranty company until tomorrow. Well, now the warranty company is even recommending me to get a second opinion. The car is not even worth the cost of this transmission and now I feel like I was sold a lemon. If you buy a car here, be careful about the service and make sure they know nothing is to get done without your approval first.

I bought my first VW of my life at Noyes VW in Keene and I have to say it was a great experience. I drive a lot of miles, 30,000 per year, and was keen to find a car with great MPG. The 2014 Passat TDI SEL was a perfect fit. Debbie Nelson was AWESOME! She was patient with me and my family as we test drove just about every car on the lot. There was zero pressure to buy and when it came time to seal the deal she was upfront and honest about what she could do and what she could not do. The best part of the buying experience was the 1 hour of time she spent with me before I drove the car off the lot - making sure to explain and demonstrate all the features of the Passat. I recommend Noyes and especially Debbie to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Andy M Peterborough, NH

The salesperson Debbie was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Noyes matched an offer from other bigger dealerships in NH. It was a joy to work with them and I love the Passat that I now lease.

We were trying to buy a Jetta sport wagon in CT, and the dealer there made a mistake and got us the wrong car. We were disappointed, but my husband found the Keene dealership (Noyes) online and called them. They said we could come right away. We were there in two hours, and they were completely ready for us. It was amazing. I think we were there for a total of half an hour before we left with our new car. All of the paperwork was ready, they showed us all the bells and whistles, and they sent us on our way! (They were also very nice.) It was really worth it to drive the two hours.

I recently purchased my second VW TDI Jetta at Noyes VW. Both times, the salesperson, Debbie Nelson made the entire process painless. Her knowledge and expertise in VW sales is amazing. I only had to go into the dealership once a year for annual service. The dealership is always immaculate and the waiting room comfortable. The service department always explains thoroughly what service is performed. I highly recommend Noyes VW to anyone who is interested in purchasing a VW.

Over three trips to Noyes in the year after we bought our new Touareg from them, we kept mentioning a problem with the passenger seat back not staying where it was set. We were told each time, basically, that this couldn't be happening, since this was a manual control. Each time we were told that they would do research on this and get back to us. We spoke to several different people over the course of the year, but no one ever got back to us. We decided to visit a different dealership. We went to Northampton VW. The problem was diagnosed in less than five minutes, a part was ordered and the problem was fixed. At Noyes, we felt as though we were not being taken seriously. As a result, our visits to Noyes began to feel very confrontational to us. We will not be using this dealership again.

I was about to purchase from the VW in Nashua NH and decided last-minute to check online. I came across the same exact car with less miles and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Dave, a sales rep, and he said that the trade in amount I was offered by the Nashua dealer was low. He gave me $1,000 more on the trade and the car was cheaper! They had it ready for me to pick up two hours later. This is the ONLY great experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would strongly advise everyone to take a look at their inventory. I will always go to them in the future! Thanks Noyes VW!!! :)

I drove 2 hours from where I live in Southern Maine to Noyes VW on a Saturday. I had been searching for an Audi A3 for months. I found it here, went into the dealership to not only see the owner on site but the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. This transaction was by far THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service didn't stop when I drove off the lot with my car. I recieved a follow up call from Mike, my salesman, a few days later to see if I had any questions. I will definetly recommend Noyes to ALL my family and friends.

I was very happy with the buying experience at Noyes. The Sales Man, John Cloutier was helpful, straight forward and professional. My car purchases in the past have all been nothing of the sort and I find the whole process exhausting. I would highly recommend John and Noyes for their straight forward buying process.

I stopped by this dealership with no real commitment to buying a used or new car, but noticed a used Saab that looked interesting. John Cloutier, the salesman, was awesome in answering my questions and showing me the car without all the sales gimmick pressurization stuff. A genuinely nice guy who knows cars. The overall experience was simply fun, as it should be?!! And the car was delivered in primo condition, detailed, serviced, efficient! This is a small family dealership that sells VW's, and other quality used cars...my next car will be a VW (when I have more money!) and I will definitely buy it from these guys...major reason: TRUST...I really feel that there is honesty, and a sense of making the whole experience fun. DO I WIN THE $100?

I love my new Volkswagen Tiguan,our dealership experience was great, our salesman was John Cloutier, he was great, a wealth of information and he was not pushy in anyway, I felt no pressure from him to purchase a vehicle. We looked at a new and used Tiguan, John was able to answer all of our questions, about each vehicle and gave us the time to decide what was best for us. My daughter was looking for a used Jetta. We looked at several Jettas at several dealerships before going to Noyes. We found the sales staff at Noyes friendly, professional and knowledgable. Negotiating was straight forward, no games, no pressure. John(sales)and Terry (finiances) did a great job helping my daughter stay within her budget and get the vehicle she wanted. John thoroughly explained everything regarding the car. I would recommend this dealership. This was the first time my daughter bought a car from a dealer and I was surprised we actually enjoyed the experience!
