Service department is not very good. Bought my vehicle from this dealership. The saleman Dan was great. But service department was not good. Vehicle under a warranty but they could look at it until next week. Also did not provide me with a vehicle, so had to pay for my own rental. Crazy I purchased two vehicles here and sent people. When I get my vehicle back. Never get my business again. .

The sales people are not pushy and are very kind. I also like they will give you the quotes to take with you in writing, and they by far have the best pricing I have been able to find. It is worth the drive to go to Nucar Mazda.

The salesman that waited on us, Sal DiPasquale, was excellent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and could not have been nicer. He narrowed down the cars we were interested in and showed us exactly what we wanted. He answered every question we asked in a polite and professional way.Also, the Finance guy, Ed Woodring, was wonderful. He sat us down and explained, in layman's terms, everything about the sale and went over every item in detail. He even got us a print-out of the service record associated with the vehicle. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I will definitely return here to purchase my next vehicle.

Not having purchased my new vehicle from Nucar, because of its physical location in proximity to me, I chose their service center. I initiated an appointment via their online access. As a 'first time' customer, I opted for the 'complimentary' special which I later found out was offered in error as I had not purchased my vehicle from them. In light of that, the service representative offered a coupon which was perhaps not the best, but it was at least an attempt to assuage the disappointment. I attributed it all to a reasonable mistake and chose not to pursue the matter beyond their explanation. However during checkout, the service manager offered to honor the complimentary deal although it was erroneously presented on the web site. This represented the utmost in integrity and good character! Frankly, one simply does not see this much any more. Despite having to eat the cost, they honored their word. Their waiting area was very clean and the show room was impressive. As far as I am concerned, for what it's worth Nucar will have my business going forward.

Steve, Carolyn and Sam made purchasing my new Mazda completely painless. Carolyn helped me find exactly (and I mean exactly) the car I wanted. Steve and Sam came up with financing that was not only in a comfortable monthly payment for me, but included everything I wanted to add to the vehicle (auto start, extended warranty and tire protection as well as ResistAll Protection for the pain and upholstery. In other words, they did an amazing job putting me in the perfect car at the perfect price. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them (although I hope to hang onto this one for a while). The no pressure salesmen ship. (ANDY SNYDER) & (ED WOODRING) was great. This is our family's third car purchase from NuCar Mazda, and we will be sure to return! NuCar staff is very friendly, personable, and hospitable--it doesn't feel like your "typical" high-pressure car dealership. Sales person, Carolyn, and financial manager, Sam, both went above and beyond to make our car purchase experience as smooth as possible, and worked very hard to provide us with the best possible deal. Prices are fair, and they offered a good quote on our car for trade-in. Our family truly feels like NuCar Mazda was working with us and not against us like some car dealerships. Carolyn especially was very patient with us during the decision-making process, and helped our family discover a car (Mazda CX-9) that we likely would not have explored had she not advised us of it and all of its offerings. Carolyn was so invested in our experience that she even played with our 1-year-old son while we signed paperwork so that we could better concentrate on our needed tasks. Each staff member, throughout the process, was very kind and professional and helped explain all of the fine details with great clarity! It definitely was a positive and memorable experience for our family, and we will surely come back to NuCar for future car purchases.

In the end I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was working with someone online who turned out to be the sales manger who was very helpful but when i got to the dealership he dumped me (I use that phrase because thats how I felt) on a really lazy salesman who didn't know anything about the vehical I was buying. I was also very disappointed in how filthy the truck was when it was delivered to me. It was raining the day I bought the truck but that doesn't excuse how dirty the windows were on the inside. All in all a very disapointing experience. I wouldn't buy from this dealership again.

You're honest and straight to the point, regardless if it's good or bad news, which is far better than what I deal with at a shop for my wife's van (they are not Mazda, so all good :) ). The vehicle you service for me is 10+ years and approaching 180k miles, yet your shop does a great job keeping it a safe option for my family and road-ready. You have helped me balance the decision on whether or not a trending-maintenance issue is necessary or more of a 'want' and in a lot of cases, it ended up being a 'want' and we passed on your advice at the time and all ended well, let alone, it allowed me to put money away on a monthly basis to be prepared as it approached more of a 'need'. The other place we used to deal with (my wife's van) would tell us how urgent and dangerous it would be to put it off. Stuff like this is what stands you far above others. You help me understand the reality of it, even when that means the maintenance is put off for months or even a year or two!I usually don't go out of my way to recommend a dealer-shop, based on my past experiences, particularly with the one we have dealt with for my wife's van, but NuCar Mazda (New Castle, DE) has definitely changed my opinion about that. I absolutely will recommend you to others, without a doubt and very easily so!

He made a pleasant time out of the "car buying experience" which I usually liken to dental surgery. Everyone else we met with to finalize the purchase were also nice to deal with. ( I believe the finance guys name was Dave). Overall a great and authentic experience without it feeling pretentious in any way.

I loved how smooth the entire process was for me. I applied online and I was very concerned about my ability to purchase because of my credit. But I was able to get the car I wanted with a great interest rate, monthly payment and no money down. And when I came into the dealership, the process of completing the paperwork was so easy. The truth is they try to make it work for everyone. They made some money and saved us money. Dave Carsh and Dan Stanitski was very pleasant and professional when we explained our requirements. Dan explained and demonstrated the technology package on our test drive. FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THE BODY SHOP THEY ESTIMATED MY VEHICLE AND THEN PERFORMED REPAIRS I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE. AFTER A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE NEGOTIATION I PAID FOR REPAIRS AND DROVE AWAY. I GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE WITH ONE OF MY BUSINESS VEHICLES. AFTER IT SAT THERE FOR ALMOST A MONTH, UNTOUCHED, WHEN I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 3-4 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION. I PICKED IT UP AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO GET PAID FOR A TOW JOB THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY BUT THEY INSISTED ON. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. DON'T DO IT.

Your service writers are excellent. They listened carefully to my concerns and they really made me feel like they were looking out for my best interest. They explained what maintenance services I needed to keep my 2000 Miata in the best possible condition. I'm also impressed by your mechanical staff ... they evaluated my vehicle and gave me guidance on what work was required and what services were not necessary at this time. I trust your entire auto services team. I will purchase my next new Mazda within the next 12 months ... I knew what I was looking for and Nucar had it. Though I originally attempted to purchase this vehicle thru a different dealership, there unwillingness to do a dealer a trade to get me what I wanted, forced me to drive a greater distance to get the truck that I wanted. I have to say that it was worth the extra drive. Nucar Connections was very courteous and professional and provided me with the truck I was looking for in a very timely and efficient manner. I am very pleased with the outcome and with the 2014 Silverado LTZ Z71 that I purchased. One thing I detest is when a service person comes into the waiting room to tell me what wrong with my car or what the work is that they recommending should be done, everyone in the waiting room can hear what's being said. It is a little embarassing for the car owner and I am sure makes them very uncommfortable. I WANT TO POINT OUT THAT MY SERVICE REP DOES NOT DO THAT BUT OTHERS DO. My rep is more professional and calls me outside to discuss my car repairs.

Excellent follow up on internet lead from cars.com. Response to inquiry was very quick, less than 30 minutes. Scheduled appointment and received follow up calls to confirm. Sales person was very helpful and courteous and got us all the information we needed to make the decision to buy the vehicle. We were a cash buyer with no financing but we waited an hour just to get to the business office to complete the sale. Actual completion of sale and delivery of vehicle was less than 30 minutes but the hour long wait was a waste of our time. Overall buying experience could be improved by having more than one person being able to handle the back office work. Vehicle delivered clean. Other than the long wait for the business office I would recommend the dealer. Facilities are a little dated and could use some upgrades.

The car was serviced quickly, with only a short waiting period. The car only needed the oil changed and tires rotated, along with the 27 point check. The only issue I have is that the tires are usually under inflated (31-32 psi vs the 35 psi that they should be.)

they were responsive to me ---set up an apt,, they were "swamped" with winter weather issues---serviced a recall item that I forgot to mention, fixed a "stuck seat belt " catch--no charge---explained what they were doing & suggested an oil change was needed ( this was the reason for my visit), --at my request , they blew out my drain hoses under the car. this prevents water from seeping into my car (no garage) --no charge, the tec reps and Manager are knowledgeable ,polite , they look at you

This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Our sales guy, Dan was great. My husband was looking for specific features in the vehicle we were looking for. Dan was very knowledgeable about what was available for our specific wants. Concerning the financing of the truck, we had a specific payment that we could afford and they were able to work with us to get to that payment. This was a very smooth experience from the test drive to signing on the dotted line. The finance manager, Sam was very detailed in explaining the warranty we had left but also in explaining what other options were available. We didn't feel pressured into anything and felt he had our best interest at heart. All in all , it was a great experience and we plan to tell our friends and family.

Service Advisor (Sean Bradley) offered 50,000 mile maintenance options. Both were completed during this visit. Additionally, new tires were installed along with an alignment. NUCAR offers a 30-day Price Match for new tires, for which I did find the same tires being offered at a lower cost and I have sent a letter to NUCAR Customer Service for them to consider matching the price.

Every time I take my Tribute into the dealership for servicing, John Stidham always goes above and beyond for satisfaction on the service. This last time was a major one, he even got me an estimate from the Nucar body shop to do the work that needed to be done to keep my Tribute going. If John ever leaves, you are missing the major part of true customer service that Nucar has. If I were you, I would make sure he is taken care of properly to make sure he never leaves! Service is always fast and courteous. I would like to see general questions be answered by any available service writer rather than forwarded to a specific advisor. Quick questions don't always need to to be left on a voicemail and be required to have a call back.

I found my salesperson to be well informed about the vehicle that I was purchasing, not only about the equipment but the assistance on working up a deal that met my financing needs. I like his not pressure approach and his accurate figures on the vehicle as I always ask for the best price at the beginning and compare with other Chevy deals in the area and as before his number were very acceptable. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Nucar in the last four months and I am very satisfied with all of the Nucar personnel that I dealt with and mostly the vehicles. They are great listeners to what I had to say and helped me figure out which car best suited my needs. By letting me drive several cars and take them home to show my wife really allowed me to learn about the car. I was convinced that day that we would buy a car from NUCAR. The overall experience was great, however, there continues to be an issue with billing. When I purchased my vehicle, I was given 2 yrs free oil changes. Every time I get an oil change done, I'm told there is no record of this. It's a minor inconvenience and the staff usually has it straightened out in a few minutes. That being said, I still don't know why this continues to be an issue. Other than that, the service is excellent.

The detail shop did an amazing job on my 2004 Tahoe. Dave was wonderful and made sure it was perfect when we came to pick it up. Literally looks brand new again. I called in to set up an appoint for my new silverado which had a running issue. the woman i spoke with apparently lost my info or something along those lines so i was a little upset when i showed up to drop it off. the guys in service managed to squeeze me in and not only get my truck diagnosed but fixed under warranty in an appropriate amount of time. all while i wait. great experience great service. would definitely return for any future problems.

Great job as usual. The only question I have is why is the Multi-Point Inspection Form printed on a black and white printer. The results would be much easier to read and understand if it was printed on a color printer. I cannot tell which box is checked on the report because all the boxes look the same. This service Department has so far been consistent with fine customer service, i.e. they work with appointment dates and times that work well for the customer...they listen and they will take the time to answer questions...the wait while at service department is good and everytime I bring my car in clean, I bet it back from them the same way, I don't think there is even a fingerprint anywhere to be found..... that is something that other manufacturers' Auto service centers should be more mindful of - in the past I used to get my prior Volkswagen back with dark prints on interior and always equipment left under hood like flashlights, tools and even a large wrench.

I have been a Nucar customer for about 13 years now. I am NEVER disappointed with the service received and this service visit was no exception. The cashier (sorry forgot her name) took my rather frantic call regarding a tire blowout (had my cat in the car going to the vets - certainly not an ideal time for a car issue!) and she found there was only one tire in the area available that could be ordered to match my tires. She took care of getting the tire ordered and let me know when it was going to be onsite the next day so I could get to the service department for the tire replacement. This quick work saved the rest of my week's vacation time. I truly appreciate the concern and quick reactions to solving my unexpected problem! Also, being my first visit to the Chevy Dealership from the no-longer available Buick Dealership, I immediately felt "at home" - it was truly the Nucar Feeling! Thanks to everyone who assisted with my service requirements!!

Mario was very patient and attentive, I did not feel pressured at all. He did a great job of finding the vehicle I wanted and the way I wanted it. Also, It was delivered a day earlier than anticipated! Very pleased working with him! Jim was a pleasure to work with also. He insured I understood the details of my purchase. My only disappointments that evening were 2 dents on the vehicle (that were not noticed/mentioned prior to pick up or while in detailing, however will be repaired) and the vehicle detail prior to driving off the lot. There is window sticker residue still on the inside of the window and another dealer's sticker on the back. These are minor things however, not the kind of things you want to see after signing all the paperwork.

My questions about the vehicle and purchasing process were answered in a understandable way. The sales associates were helpful and explained things about the vehicle. I hadn't bought a new car in more than 20 years, and was relieved to get the financing approved in such a speedy amount of time. Was even offered a refreshment while I waited for the paperwork to go through. I worked directly with Dwayne Cluff and Walter Sellers. My experience was an enjoyable one and with Dwayne and Walter's hard work I was able to get into my dream car (Chevy Traverse) I had gone to a different dealer and was told the final monthly payment would have been $89 more than I wanted to pay so I started looking for a different vehicle assuming I would never be able to afford a NEW Chevy Traverse in my budget. As a 1st time customer to Nucar and an Assistant Manager in retail, I strive for superior customer service with each and every customer. The only improvement Nucar can make is getting better about returning customers phone calls. I put in several phone calls regarding my purchase in which majority of the time my call would go unanswered, I would leave a message, and I never received a call back. On the few occasions I did speak with someone, I was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes and on another occasion a call back in 30 minutes in which I never received a call back until the following day. All I wanted was a "Hey, I don't have any new information at this time. I'm still working on your deal. I'll call you tomorrow." Other then that, the sales managers Erik Sunstrom & Karen Collins were very good to me and I appreciate everything they were able to do for me. Dennis, my salesman, was a pleasure to work with and I thank him for everything as well. My new truck is wonderful!

Always feel like I get a good deal on price and trade in. With good credit, you pretty much sign and drive away. Low pressure. Everyone friendly. Have bought 10 or so cars from them in last 20 years - probably 10 out of 12 cars total in last 20 years. I'll go back again...and again.

Had a great experience when I purchased the car, then when I needed maintenance, I made an appt....did not have a long wait, everyone that i dealt with was extra friendly. I called back with a concern, and was put at ease. A great experience!!!!

verybody at newcar was great. there was not a person that walked by that did not say hello or offered to help. tom reale was our sales rep. & he was fantastic. we will surly be back the next time we need a car or truck. thanks for the great service.

i like dealing with the sales person Felicia Gonzalez-Benson. She makes me feel relaxed, as she talks about the products. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks she sells. I like her style of honesty and i like not having to barter while trying to understand about what i am buying. I came back to Nucar because she was great in helping me to find a car for my daughter in 2010. She is top drawer, A1+. She does a great job not only with selling the car, but touching base with the consumer to see if everything is going well.

The bodywork repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time, paint, trim & lines match perfectly, and the staff was very easy to work with.

I bought 2 HUMMERs from NuCar back when they had their HUMMER dealership. I always brought my H3 and H3T to their service dept. for anything, big or small. They always got everything completed correctly, the first time. I wouldn't be waiting for hours either, within minutes of me pulling my vehicle into the service bay, it was with a technician. Highly Recommend!

We bought our Tahoe an hour away from NuCar and we are 30 minutes in between. Initially we tried the other dealer service and were really unhappy with the work and how they handle customers. Because of that we looked for an alternative; after finding NuCar, we would never consider going back to the original dealer. NuCar service does a great job and even when there have been issues, they stood behind their work. If we are able to buy new again, NuCar would be the top of the list and for service, its already there!

Nucar treated me great! They had a variety of Tahoes to show me from the low end to the top of the line Tahoe. I was even more impressed when I got a email from them just to see how I was doing and if I was still interested, I wasn't expecting that at all! When I'm ready to purchase my Chevy Tahoe, I will be going back to NuCar!!

Purchased used; sales/service both fair. Having an issue with a "pre-existing" problem. Next time will resolve first or find a new dealer. It is my belief that they will resolve the issue, however somewhat reluctantly.

Dwayne Cluff, Chuck Maynard & Dan Collett made the buying process actually enjoyable not a chore, they each went the extra mile to please, they all were extremely knowledgeable about there product.
