The salesman that waited on us, Sal DiPasquale, was excellent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and could not have been nicer. He narrowed down the cars we were interested in and showed us exactly what we wanted. He answered every question we asked in a polite and professional way.Also, the Finance guy, Ed Woodring, was wonderful. He sat us down and explained, in layman's terms, everything about the sale and went over every item in detail. He even got us a print-out of the service record associated with the vehicle. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I will definitely return here to purchase my next vehicle.

So I went to look at a truck I had my eyes on. I got there and it was being sold. I had a second one in mind and I'm so glad I purchased this vehicle. I was treated by Ken like I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle. He was friendly kind and very professional. He made the experience so wonderful. Ken listened to my needs and he guided me through this process. Ken made me feel like he really cared about my purchase he was not just just a salesmen he was there to help me. He did everything he could and I went home that night with my new truck !! I also was in touch with Dave Ramirez he did the paper work with me. Dave was friendly and funny and he took care of business. He explained all options for warrentys down to service to me. I truely made me feel like he was there to help not someone who was just at their job. Theses 2 men made my truck purchase the best ever!! It was a busy day and theses 2 guys always smiled!!! The other staff was smiling and said hello and talked to is a well. I will referee and continue to buy from here always !! Thanks Nucar !!

My car was stolen so I had to buy another car. I was hoping this would be an easy task. I picked out a car and sat in the dealer for 3 hours with paperwork. I then waited another 2 hours for them to detail the car....which it was never finished and I had to get a loaner and pick up the car the next day. The finance guy Sam and I shared stories about our stolen cars cause apparently he had been a victim of theft in the past...ironically enough we discussed ordering black tags for my car only to call a month later telling me I had to order them and use the tags under t-tag....what tag?! My car was stolen I told you 3 times! Had to get a new t-tag. My tag came in and it was not the tag we had discussed. I was them financed through some no name bank that required me to have a bank account with them or they would charge me $15 to pay by phone. I asked to be financed with my credit union for them to eliminate checking my credit 7 times! I then had resistall coated on my car they for got to give me the car kit so of course I had to go back and get that. It was stressful enough my car got stolen but then to go through all this and I still have to order my own tags. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience. If Sam had done his part to dot his "i"'s and cross his "t"s instead of trying to sell me a bunch of extras maybe he would have ordered my tags, and listened to me when I asked him to finance through my bank. You would think me putting $10,000 as a down payment they would work for my future business since my husband needs a car and referrals. I can say out of this whole experience the guys working in the back in service/repair shop were willing to help anyway they could.

You're honest and straight to the point, regardless if it's good or bad news, which is far better than what I deal with at a shop for my wife's van (they are not Mazda, so all good :) ). The vehicle you service for me is 10+ years and approaching 180k miles, yet your shop does a great job keeping it a safe option for my family and road-ready.I usually don't go out of my way to recommend a dealer-shop, based on my past experiences, particularly with the one we have dealt with for my wife's van, but NuCar Mazda (New Castle, DE) has definitely changed my opinion about that. I absolutely will recommend you to others, without a doubt and very easily so!To NuCar Mgmt: These are GREAT people who have seriously earned my trust, which is a miracle given my previous jaded opinion of other dealership-based shops...and I see this with other commenters, too...please show it back to them and grant them an upgraded facility! ...and coffee service...better coffee. :)

I had an issue with my window wiper fluid and thought it was broken. Soon after dropping off my vehicle i received a call saying it was fine and it works perfectly. I appreciate the quick response. Also the main tech that i was communicating with allowed me to use a rental for the morning and that was greatly appreciated. Service time and price is always a plus.

This was the best dealership service center I have ever used. I was visiting Delaware for a few days from NJ and had a recall for spiders in my gas tank so figured I could drop it off and get it taken care of in a day. Well the whole gas tank had to be replaced and they gave me a loaner to use. They did a wonderful job and the service was great. I will come down from Jersey to buy a car here when I am ready for an upgrade! Awesome dealership.

Mazda should close down this dealership because they do not represent the brand in a positive way. This place is filled with disgruntled GM salesmen who seem irritated they have to sell Mazdas and Chevys instead of Cadillacs. They are not helpful, not friendly, and are not knowledgeable about the product line they are selling. The worst part about my experience was the constant lying from Mike Spenser. He lies so much I dont think he even realizes he is lying. I am grateful I did not make the mistake of purchasing my new car here.

Went to dealer for a specific vehicle we found on their website. Spoke to Q before leaving one dealer where we ran into what I feel was Bait & switch to make sure car we were interested in was physically there. Q told us he has put his hands on the car and it was right there. I made sure they were aware of our situation on the way down there, 30 min. from where we were an hour from home. When we got there q was actually pulling the car to the front door. We went in gave him our licenses for test drive and went out looking the car over and everything looked great. Q then comes out to let me know that his sales manager just told him that car was going to Texas and was already sold. Thank you very much Nucar Mazda and Pacifico Mazda for completely wasting my time and money. The 3s and 5 rating were strictly because of Q, otherwise they would have been all 1s.

Easiest car buying experience I ever had. Went through the Mazdausa web site and priced out the car I wanted using two local dealerships to contact. NuCar was super quick in responding with what they had in stock and their price, along with offering similar used vehicles on hand. Then Mike contacted me directly through email and got down to the specifics of what I wanted. After going back and forth with what I wanted, my price range, and time frame Mike said he could have the car ready for me the next day. They were the right price (I think I even mentioned in my email that if they could work that "miracle" in the price, I would pick it up that night....which they did) and couldnt have made it easier for me.Once the car and price was confirmed with Mike, Sal contacted me with the loan app. A few minutes on that and a follow up email he next morning and I was all set. Went into the dealership with wife and kids in tow and less than an hour later was driving home in my new Mazda 3. I'll say it again...easiest car buying ever!Leased my 2005 Mazda from the old NuCar 8 years ago and remember waiting for 4 hours to get eveything settled. BIG difference between then and now. Mike and Sal were great, John is going to work on my wife's Mazda 5 tomorrow, and I'm sure the rest of the NuCar staff are great and friendly as well. Want to see how the service shop is with my wife's car....I'm planning on being there with every scheduled maintenance.Thanks NuCar Mazda!!

I had a unique situation that I found myself in and in need of a newer car with better gas mileage. I emailed Jeff with particulars that I could work with to do the deal. He acknowledged my emails and phone calls with extreme professionalism. Jeff, along with Mike and Eddie, never gave up on me. They were able to accommodate my needs and I am now the proud owner of 2013 Mazda 6.....off the showroom floor! I couldn't be happier and I owe it all to Jeff, Mike and Eddie!

Sal came outside to meet us when he saw us in the parking lot. He didn't wait for me to come in, which was very important to me. He did everything he could to help me find the right vehicle for me. He didn't make me walk all over the parking lot, he brought the vehicles to me. Also, he went next door and brought 2 chevys over for me to drive.I made two trips to the dealership and he did not pressure me to buy, he just wanted to find the right vehicle for me. He introduced me to Mike so we could discuss what I wanted in the CX-9. Mike then went to work immediately to find it and brought it in a day. Mike made sure the financing process went smoothly and quickly. There is nothing they could have done differently to please me. This was the best visit I made to a dealership looking for a new car. I love my CX-9, it is beautiful.

Q Gordon has to be the most competent, friendly and effective salesperson I have ever worked with. I went to NuCar Mazda after looking at other SUVs. I had narrowed my search, but knew very little about Mazdas. When Q saw me on the lot with my son, looking confused, he came out and offered me assistance with absolutely no pressure to buy. However, because of his attention to what I was looking for in a vehicle, I left after less than two hours driving my new 2013 Mazda CX5. What impressed me most about Q was that even after I closed the deal, he still continued to assist me. He programmed my iPhone to the car, he returned my rental to Enterprise, and he made sure I knew how to operate all the cool technology that came with my new car. I never felt like I was being rushed although he was very busy that evening. What great communication skills!!! He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It has been a little over 10 years since I purchased a vehicle. I was unsure where to go or what to do. Friends of mine have been buying cars from NuCar (Dan Stanitski) for a while now so I figure I would start at NuCar. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, always making sure I was taken care of. Dan Stanitski was very informative and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured and he was always smiling. Mike Spencer was very professional and courteous. What I liked most about these two gentlemen was their 'Don't worry about it, we will take care of it!' attitude and each of them had a lot of patience. I didn't feel like I was taking up their time. My husband and I were looking for a car that would be worth the money to spend on it. Dan understood what we were looking for and gave us a couple of options to look at. Nothing seemed impossible and we walked away with a car my husband feels great about me driving for safety, fuel efficiency, dependability, and comfort. Dan was very patient as I called looking for the best not only in car safety but also what we could afford combing insurance as well. I would definitely recommed going to visit him and my husband is looking forward to working with him again in the near future for a new car himself.

I went into this dealership in a panic, as my car had died earlier in the day (on rt 495, with three kids in the car!). I went in, not knowing what to expect. This auto purchase was the easiest I have ever done. Sal is a true gentleman and I never felt pressured or pushed into any portion of this deal. With Mike as a solid point person for his team, I had the details of the purchase within 20 minutes of walking through the door. Steve was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and maintained dignity while following up on the sale. Many dealers are so pushy and overbearing it makes buying a new car a hassle. He made me feel like when, what and how was my choice while still showing he was excited about the sale. I did most communicating through email, yet still felt like I knew him personally.
