Best experience I had with this location was with the sales man name Elijah. He was great throughout the whole process. He made sure to keep me updated when I called for information. Place is clean. Management won't show their face to you for nothing. Over all after flipping things got done. If you decide to go to NYC Motorcars go with Elijah. He is friendly, understanding and will work with the budget you give him. Only 4 stars are given due to Management avoiding clients, however Elijah gets 5 stars all around.

Amazing experience! Juan was amazing, he worked hard to make sure I was happy. He went above and beyond to ensure my need were meet. The whole team did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable with the purchase I made. I will definitely come back to NYC Motorcars of Bronx for my next car!

They bait you with a low price then introduce the “fine print fees” when you arrive. I called the dealer to inquire about an suv. It was an excellent price and almost too low. I asked if it was in an accident or salvage and they said the car fax stated it was an accident free rental. I then asked what the price plus all fees excluding tax. They said $1495. I asked what the fees were for and they reported the typical fees. The price was still great with the $1495 in fees. I asked again, are there any other fees and the rep said no, just tax. Upon arrival, there were in fact another $6000 in fees. When asked about the $1495 they said we should have read the “fine print.” Very deceptive dealership. Stay away. Oh, if you want to pay in cash fully the vehicles cost more too.

Very great experience. Helped with everything and it was a one day process. Parking wasn’t an issue. They helped with all my concerns and answered all my questions. Weren’t trying to push me for anything like other places may do. Adrian was the best and made the experience even better. Thank you for all the help.

Great experience finally after searching at various dealerships got the BMW X6 with the red interior that I’ve always wanted!! Juan was my sales rep he was patient and very knowledgeable about trade ins and what to do with a vehicle that may have high mileage Juan let my husband test drive it and all. Great place to buy a vehicle thanks to everyone at NYC motor cars.
