Looking for a used car in a specific range and model, Alex was extremely helpful, easy to deal with, and no pressure. After finding the perfect car, at Nye's ,I still decided to look around. It was not a problem. I came back, they held the price, and Tom explained the buy process very nicely and and filled out the financials easily. The tags went on that was it. A nice experience. Everybody was friendly. Thanks guys.

My husband and I stopped by today after work as were in the market for a car. We really appreciated the laid back atmosphere - there was absolutely no pressure and they allowed us to take the car for a test drive with no hassle. Great dealership with friendly employees!

We bought our JEEP here about 4 years ago and got a great deal. So we decided with our next car to see what they had and went home with a Ford Fusion for a great deal once again. I recommend them absolutely. The sales team wont hassle you into making a decision either. Our sales guy was Tom.

Hi my name is Angel this past Thursday I stop at Nye looking for a vehicle for my wife,funny it was 6:15pm and he closed at 6:30pm we spot a Toyota mr2 on the lot we say wow we like this car,usually when I'm looking for a vehicle I always drive my 1999 Camry it's not fancy believe it or not some places they just say things like are you looking for cheap car or something just dependable,I ask Tom knowing the time can I take the car for a test drive not only he say yes he also say take your time and I did honestly it was no pressure very nice guy I purchase the car he detail the car my wife she's very Happy I strongly recommend this business Tom kiefer Thank you glad to do business with you.....

In the last year, my fiance and I have each bought a used car. Mine was from Apple Nissan in York, and hers was from NYE Motors in Manheim. The difference in dealerships was unbelievable. We dealt with Brian but met with a bunch of the other guys that worked there. Everyone was extremely nice. They do not make commission so you don't get the pressure at NYE that you get at other dealerships. Brian went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. I will definitely be buying my next car from them.

I do not enjoy shopping for a new car. I don't want the hassle of negotiating and being pressured by pushy sales people. This was definitely not the case at Nye Motor. We called about a truck we were interested in test driving. When we arrived at Nye, we were greeted and handed the keys. My husband and I were able to take it for a drive without someone breathing down our necks. We got back to the lot, walked around a little and then headed inside. I liked that no one was standing at the door just waiting to pounce when we returned. Everyone made us feel comfortable and unpressured. This really is a place I would go back to and would have no problem recommending to friends and family.

I bought 2 great vehicles in two weeks. This will be the third vehicle I have purchased from Nye's. Their no pressure and no hidden fees approach to selling cars is refreshing. After visiting most dealerships in lebanon, schuylkill and berks counties, Nye's was our last stop after 3 full and unsuccessful days. What a great surprise! Mike was there to help us right away. The cars were clean and priced great! within 10 minutes we were test driving the car we wanted and were new owners within an hour. Mike's customer service is outstanding and made our car buying experience a real pleasure. Drove 5 hours from upstate NY to buy a 2012 Ford Lariat Diesel, it looked so good on their' site I was ready to buy it site unseen, but they wanted me to see it in person. I've driven a long way before and had vehicles sold before I got there and they said as long as you call us and tell us your on your way it will be here. Truck was as nice as the pics, had a few small issues such as a missing seat belt and Tim and Mike ordered me a new one to be dropped shipped to my home right there as we spoke. They got the paperwork done asap, temp tags and I was on my way back to NY, pretty painless, highly reccomend them , thanks guys !

People, I need you to stop everything you're doing right now and listen to me. Gather round. This place is amazing. I recently moved here from out of state and am in my last year of grad school. I was looking for a car that was well-priced and high quality. I don't know anyone here...not a soul, so I have been an extremely cautious buyer...definitely a Type-A personality. SO, when I tell you that my experience was tremendous, please believe me. Tom was sooo helpful and went the extra mile (or 2, or 3...maybe even 17) to get me into the car that I really wanted. Since I'm an out-of-state transfer, he was gracious to do some research for me and point me in the right direction for getting the information I need...right down to how to get to the DMV. These people are very laid back, but also very professional, and their prices are more than fair. I did no haggling over the price, but trust me, you won't need to. And can we talk about the car??? Yes let's talk about the car. It is in great shape and is absolutely beautiful. I'm more than satisfied and suggest to anyone who hates that hassle of car-buying to stop your car search and stop by here. As for me, I'm on my way to Google+ to write yet another stellar review. Everyone at NYE was very approachable, friendly and respectful. I contacted Nye Motor Company on a Saturday regarding a Ford F350 I was very interested in buying. They are located 2+ hours from my home and they close at 3 pm on Saturday. By the time they got back to me it was too late for me to get to Lancaster before 3 pm, no one was willing to stay late to help. They are closed on Sunday so I made plans to see the car Monday after work. I called Nye at 11:30 AM and was told the F350 was still available, I asked if they would please call me if it sold and said I would be driving up after work. I also emailed "Brian" whom I had spoken with on Saturday and told him I was coming to see the truck, and to let me know if it was not available. We drove from west of Baltimore through torrential rain and rush hour traffic to arrive in time to see the truck. When I introduced myself, I was told the truck had been sold first thing in the morning to a buyer who was waiting when their doors opened. Someone was supposed to call me but I had received no phone calls or messages. Very sloppy, poor customer service. Huge waste of my time which seemed to matter little to the people I dealt with.

This is my second purchase from Nye Motor company. I first bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them, and when I sold that Jeep to my brother I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion from Nye. Both transactions were great and couldn't have been any better! I originally was going to buy another Jeep from Nye's and actually had them hold one for me. However, I changed my mind when I drove the fusion they had on the lot. They didn't mind at all, and they were very friendly about everything. They made the paperwork and financing easy and hassle free. The sales staff was no pressure! This is definitely a difference from other dealerships I've shopped at, and it was very appreciated by me. Don't waste your time with other dealers. Just go to Nye Motor Company!

Our family had recently expanded and we were in the market for a minivan. We traded in our honda pilot and got an oddessy. The van was very clean and completely serviced. We were given the best trade in value. Customer service was great. They were flexible with us picking up the vehicle when it suited us best. The owner was very professional and friendly. His staff was also helpful and kind. The facility was very clean. They also provided drinks and snacks while we waited. They had toys for the kiddos to okay with! If you need a car, go there!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our first experience so much with Nye Motor Company in 2010 when we bought our Jeep. This past summer, when we were in need of another car in addition to our Jeep, without question we knew we would return to Nye Motor Company again! This past summer Tim found us exactly what we were looking for (actually even better than we were looking for) and we bought a Honda Crosstour. We do not enjoy car shopping due to previous experiences prior to buying our Jeep but with Nye Motor Company we felt like they had our best interest in mind and we appreciated their friendly, no pressure approach. When we buy our car at Nye Motor Company we know it will be a quality vehicle and that we will be satisfied with the Customer Service.

I was from out of state and Greg helped answer many questions I had about the vehicle and called me several times during my truck search. When we arrived we were handed the keys and were free to go, Greg let us have as much time with the truck as we needed and never bothered us at all. They were very tight on the negotiation, but immediately fixed a blown fuse in the sunroof before we left with the truck. The building was also very nice and clean.

The sales staff at Nye were just great--no high pressure sales. We found just what we were looking for at a very decent price. They let us take the car to our mechanic to check it out and it passed with flying colors. We would certainly return to this dealership again. The only suggestion we would have is it would have been nice if the car had been cleaned more thoroughly inside. We did mention this prior to finalizing the sale; however, it hadn't been done when we picked it up. Overall, it was a very positive, painless used car purchase!

I was pretty bummed when I went in over my lunch break to checkout a pickup truck they had listed for 8900. I asked if there was any room to negotiate - I had brought cash with me but they strictly said they cant lower the price or negotiate in any way. Perhaps that is the way you choose to do business but generally speaking thats not how the world operates with used cars. They wouldnt budge so I left. I have been researching used pickups in this price and mileage bracket for the past 3 weeks. I am an extremely educated customer. There was a used pickup 1 year older with 40k less miles for 1000 cheaper available as well as another local pickup of the exact same year make and model that had 25k less miles for the same price. I'll be purchasing one of those but if Greg would have negotiated he would have had a cash sale today. Nye is entitled to do business how they see fit but if you have any plans of them working with you or having your best interest in mind as a customer to put you in a vehicle and move cars off their lot you should seek service elsewhere.

I had already shopped around the web so I knew what I was looking for when I arrived. I had called earlier in week to check the car was still available and it was they knew I had been looking for that particular model and year so they set it aside till I could take the trip up Saturday morning. The sales men Greg was help full and not pushy at all the car pretty much sold itself. That being said the were open to questions and were able to give me all the information I asked for on the vehicle. I had shopped around so the APR was what really sold me they held the car for another day and worked with their banks to get me an APR that was not just lower then the other dealers but lower then what my bank had run for me. Over all the experience was hassle free and I felt totally confident in the vehicle I had purchased and drove home with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a lightly used car or truck, they seemed to have a great deal of quality vehicles in the lot as well and many in great condition.

The only gripe I had, which was very small, was that they didn't budge on the price at all. But it was the best price for this vehicle in our area, so it was easier to forgive. When test driving we noticed a small crack in the windshield. They didn't blink at fixing it. They were great to deal with and we were encouraged to take our time making our decision. During the purchase process they submitted the loan application to two local banks, the one was notoriously slow, and usually higher. So when the first came in and it was acceptable we signed the papers and headed home. The next day they called me and said the other loan came in lower and that if I wanted to go that route I could just stop in and sign the paperwork. Most dealers would have just thrown that response away, and we would have never been the wiser. Save yourself the hassle, and just start here.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they completely scammed me. 1. They falsified the mileage for the vehicle on the agreement that i signed. (I had a 4k mile warrenty and they added over 2k in false mileage which left me with a little over 1k on my warrenty) 2. They lied about the financing agreement because they never checked with the bank. In my own experience, take your money elsewhere. Their business tactics are unethical and immoral.
