I love taking my vehicle to Nyle Maxwell to be serviced. As much as I call to check on my car when I have to drop it off I tell myself I hope Brian is a service advisor because the customers keep him busy on the phone. I make sure to talk with him about what is going on with my vehicle and he comes at me straight forward with the answer. Keep up the awesome job Brian. 8/25/2021 my service was completed faster than I thought it. I love taking my vehicle to have serviced at The Original Nyle Maxwell in Taylor.

From the very start of reaching out to the dealership to the end of the buying process. The sales staff was very welcoming, acknowledged you when your in there site of view, where if your there for them or looking for the person your looking for. My sales person was Seth K. he help me through the buying the vehicle I was wanting and looked at some other options while I was there and went over everything with me. I was very pleased with how helpful and went over everything and answered all my questions that I had. Once I decided what vehicle I was getting he help getting everything handle and the finance person I was working with Kyle, he also was very helpful and went over everything step by step. All staffing where great and very welcoming they made me feel part of there family. Thank you

Great experience with Nyle Maxwell Dodge. Our salesman Justin was extremely nice and excellent. He was tentative and made the auto buying process very easy and simple. Everyone at the dealership showed us respect. I purchased many cars and I rank Nyle Maxwell Dodge and Justin at the very top. I will definitely recommend y’all to anyone I encounter that’s looking for a new or pre owned vehicle.

I called looking for a specific car and Jose was able to give me all the info I asked for. Once I was ready to come look at the car in person, he was very responsive and helpful with directions to the dealership. Jose was great to work with and we never felt pressured to purchase. We had lots of questions and he was patient and answered all our questions. Even after purchasing the car, there was a small issue and I messaged Jose. He was very responsive and handled the issue quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend working with Jose if you are looking for a car.

Went in for routine oil change. Service was great, in a decent amount of time! Showed me what filters I needed changing (made sense to me). Told him I can change them myself, and was fine with my answer, no pushing their services. Thanks!
