The owner, Nick, is very nice and polite. Not pushy, lets you wander around and see what there is to buy without having someone stand over your shoulder. The reason I only gave it three stars is the condition of the cars. I went there looking for a Toyota Corolla, and at least half of the inventory had some consistent scratching on the driver side of the vehicle. All of the scratches were exactly the same which would lead me to believe that it's something that happens during transport or storage. It's really a shame because the condition of most of the cars, other than that, is excellent.

They advertised online that was a 4WD truck. We called to confirm and all sounded good, so we drove the hour and a half to the dealership to check it out. We got there and the associate told us it was a 4WD. We looked inside the vehicle and investigated further only to realize it was 2WD. Waste of our time, not to mention extremely deceptive. Would not trust this dealership.

Crooks using bait and switch. You'll leave with a Lemon for sure. First, Nick, the COVID mask goes over your nose. I called in three times to confirm they had the vehicle I was interested in, I set an appointment online and by phone separately - each time confirming the vehicle was there - and when I drove 1hr45mins to see this vehicle I was pointed to a dirt lot with RAV4s of a lesser trim. One of the RAVs had a popped tire - "SOLD AS IS" was on the inside of each car - and the one vehicle I wanted was no where to be seen. I waited almost 45 minutes before I finally interjected myself to ask about the vehicle . . . "Oh, that vehicle, oh, oh, that vehicle sold about, umm, ohhh, 35 minutes ago." said the Doesn't-understand-how-COVID-spreads-Salesman. To note I have had this fraud OC Chief Auto company removed from my organization's statewide employee new/used car service. Maybe being in the red will learn these crooks.
