I can honestly say that purchasing my truck through OC used auto was surprisingly very personalized. I had been in search of this particular type of vehicle for several months now and going into dealerships always made me feel uncomfortable because I used to work as a car sales person with Mercedes and then Lexus. I felt that everything was transparent and honest which made my purchase not stressful at all. Very nice gentleman!!

Amir was amazing throughout our buying experience. We did a pre buy inspection on the vehicle we were planning on buying and he drove it to the inspection himself for us. Also when driving back, a maintenance light went off. An issue was found during the maintenance service and he fixed and paid for it. It was a normal thing that happens with the diesel truck we were buying but he could have just had his mechanic turn the light off and he could have sold it to us that way. Instead he paid for the service, parts and labor to fix the issue which was thousands of dollars. He didn’t make anything on our sale because of his honesty and we were so grateful for his integrity. Also, when we bought the truck we wired him the money and we accidentally sent too much. He easily gave us the money back and it wasn’t a hassle. He also does not nickel and dime you with fees when you buy a vehicle from him. He does the registration for you like a dealer does but we shopped at a different dealer at one point and they wanted about $1,000 in fees. He does not charge you anything other than the price of the vehicle, registration, sales tax and a small smog fee. He is very straight forward. We really liked him and want to support such a stand up person.

I bought my car here, that is true, about seven years back, and that was a fine experience. My most vivid memory was sitting in my new car with the young salesman and him spending an inordinate amount of time explaining all the then-new computer features that were flashing at me from the dashboard. All these years later and I have to admit I've mastered little of what he said and rifled through the voluminous owner's manual to find out if a feature is flashing at me or somehow disappears.

We bought our car (Toyota Rav4 Hybrid) from here last week and Steve "Sunny" Chen was the product specialist who helped us. It was a seamless experience, and Sunny was great--highly responsive, nice, forthright, and knowledgeable. Really refreshing giving how frustrating the car buying experience was with other dealerships. Can definitely recommend SF Toyota and Sunny, specifically.
