Beyond excellent customer service and only the best stock. If it's not reliable and worthy to put their name behind, it will NOT be on the lot period( referring to used/trade ins etc). Phil at Odaniel is one of the best salesman I've ever met. Not because he can "sell" you on the car, because the vehicles are top notch and sell themselves, but because he knows the cars, takes into consideration what your NEEDS are first and foremost. If you feel like you are being pushed into a vehicle you don't want, told you only qualify for a specific model (that you didn't really want) or feel like you are being taken advantage of, you are in the wrong place and you should drop that guys business card and run away really fast... And run straight to Odaniels car dealership(s) so you can get treated respectfully and get a vehicle that meets YOUR needs and budget not some over achievers sales quota.

This was my first time buying a car so it was an overall decent experience. Phil was relatively non-partisan. I am a tough grader, but I would have given him 5 stars if would have given my father and me a referral discount after my father told him he bought at least 2 cars from O'Daniel previously. Though this fact came out after the invoice was printed it, it would have been over and above if he gave us referral bonus.

His verbal and written resposponse were always easy to understand in layperson's terms. After becoming fed-up with the games that were trying to be played while working with a Dealership on the north side of town, I reached out to Tony Ballinger at O'Daniel Ford. After e-mailng Tony what I was looking for, he apparently waved a magical wand because he came back with the exact 2016 Ruby Red Edge Titanium that I had requested. Not only did he locate the vehicle I wanted, he located one that came with an additional $2,000.00 rebate from Ford( that the other Dealership didn't even know about) and 20 inch tires and rims worth $995.00 at NO CHARGE! After telling Tony what I needed to get for my trade, he asked for the mileage and VIN #. Thirty minutes later I receive a call informing me, "no problem" all systems are GO. That's without even seeing my trade! Are you kidding me?So for those who are tired of playing cat and mouse when purchasing a vehicle, go see Tony Ballinger at O'Daniel. He'll making buying a new car great again!

Working with the staff at O'Daniel Ford Mitsubishi was easy and enjoyable. They went out of their way to get the exact SUV I wanted, down to the interior color. Tony Ballinger located the car and had it ready to go on the day we wanted it. He spent over an hour with us reviewing the operation of all the electronics we were unfamiliar with. The first cars sales associate I've given a hug to before driving away!The financing was all set up and prepared for us by Mike, so all we had to do was sign. Options were reviewed with us on all warranties etc. that were available so we could make educated decisions.Jeff O'Daniel checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.We drove from Monticello, IN to buy our car, and had our large dog with us. She was welcomed in to the dealership which was really nice for us to not have to worry about her out in the car.

I really liked the no haggle experience. The prices were listed on many cars that included all discounts, rebates., etc.I test drove 3 different vehicles each time downgrading in class. Don Spice Jr. continued to be very helpful and friendly throughout even though his commission was more than likely impacted in a negative way due to the subcompact car I ended buying from him..Mike Everson spent a lot of time explaining the fine print and also explaining the many products offered. He too continued to be friendly and respectful, etc. even though I declined on all of the products offered. I'm pretty sure his commission was impacted in a negative way as well.

My wife and I drove from Wapakoneta Ohio to look at a truck that I called about. When I called about that truck I talked to Phil Swaidner. Phil was very courteous and professional on the phone, he answered all of my questions and even took pictures of the truck with his phone and sent them to me because we live so far away. When we made the trip to the dealership we were greeted by everyone we came in contact with until we met Phil. Went in on a Saturday afternoon looking to test drive a Mitsubishi. Left with a Ford Edge that I would have NEVER thought would be in my budget. I don't like shopping for cars! In fact, I hate it! My husband couldn't get enough! However, Don Spice (salesman) was wonderful as was Brent when we financed our new car. We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. This is an amazing car, but since I am not a tech person, Don spent all the time I needed for him to help me so that I could understand. I will probably have to call him to ask a question or two, but he told me that it wasn't a problem. He would do whatever he could to help me. My husband is pouring over the book, but I am more of a hands on person. I need to see and actually do what is being talked about. Thank you both for taking such good care of us, and for the kindness you have shown to us!

Glenn Campell has been our liaison with this company, while always friendly and honest, what stands out most of is the level of knowledge no matter the challenge and the lengths they will go for their customers. Which brings me to one story: I had a huge bubble in my tire which is a special size for my model, and I was getting ready to drive over 200 miles. The original car dealership told me it would be a month, Glenn found me a tire, had it shipped and on my SUV in less than 48 hours - at a cost less than I was quoted by the makers of the vehicle! These are just a handful of reasons I am a satisfied, returning customer.

This dealership is not honest. I purchased a used car from them, they were aware of problems that were involved with this car. They warrantied the car for 3 months, 3000 miles. They heavily pushed the extended warranty which puts money in their pockets, and they can rid themselves of the vehicle. When I first learned of problems this vehicle had, they told me they had fixed the problems, but would not release the work orders. I drove this 3 month 3,000 mile warrantied car only 7 times in 2 months. The rest of the time it was in their shop or Ft Wayne Nissan. I e-mailed the owner, Jeff O'Daniel, and he ignored me. I called, got immediately directed to voicemail. After constant pressure from e-mail and phone calls, he finally responded. All he told me was that he was referring me to the Manager that I have had to deal with since November, when I purchased the car. Since I was relentless, O'Daniel agreed to extend my 3 month warranty to April. It was due to expire in February. I have a faulty tire pressure sensor, and I told the Manager about it. It did that from the beginning, and they claimed they fixed it. It was fine for 2 days then went out again. I called him, he blew me off. I wanted to know where the tires were purchased, they are new, I wanted warranty info on them, he blew me off. I tried to start my car today and it would crank but not fire. After 10 minutes it did. But, the service engine soon light came on. I called him, he said it was probably a sensor and they would not cover it. Blew me off again. As soon as the ink dries on the paper, don't expect them to back their cars. Never again will I buy a car from this company. BEWARE!! I was a sucker, don't be one too. I've rated their friendliness as poor. They are friendly until they get you to take a bite of the apple, then they are snakes. I'm sure if there is a lemon law in Indiana, they know it by heart. If the time limit runs out, the attitude changes. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS!

I have bought from him before and feel like he is very honest and I can trust him to give me a good deal.I would have given this process a 5 star but I did not enjoy my visit to the finance department. I purchased a 2006 F-150 from Mike Pocci. I seemed like a really nice truck. Less than a week after purchasing the truck I noticed the truck was misfiring. This is common in this year of the model. It requires for a full tune up. This can be very pricey. After doing my research and looking into my options I found that I had to have a full tune up done. The dealership is obviously aware of this issue with model and year having issues. They never disclosed that this vehicle has never had this service done to it and it was way over due. I am assuming that is why the previous owner traded it in. I find it very had to believe the dealership wasn't aware of issues that were involved in this truck. They didn't hesitate to sell the truck knowing the issues the truck had. In short they sold me a lemon. Like a fool I took it to their service department to have the tune up done. They took me to the cleaners again, I wouldn't recommend buying any vehicle or taking any vehicle there for service.

I think that ODaniel is the best Dealership I have ever dealt with. I have driven Ford's all my life and have never had a better Dealership to work with. They keep their word on everything that they have said or done. The Service Dept. is awesome, they are very neat when they work on the vehicle, oil change etc. They have been kind when servicing my car and would recommend them to "ANYONE". My salesman Phil Swaidner is great, he is honest, kind, and did everything he said he would do for me buying a used 2013 Focus. He went out of his way for me to help with a few issues I had with the car. Mike in finance is awesome too. I just feel that they keep their word and go the extra mile for their customers. The honesty and kindness did not stop after I purchased the car and that is a bonus. Again, they are the best Dealership I have worked with in the past 40+ years. I am a loyal Ford person and have found the best Ford Dealership to deal with. If you want honesty and good work go to ODaniel you will not regret it.

I bought my first car here, 8 years ago, with guys named Paul Berry and Scott Oser. Today, after that car bit the dust (8 years and 130,000 miles later), I was in need. My credit isn't great, but I had a trade and a down payment. A great, great guy by the name of Will Douglas called me after I inquired online. I explained the situation, told him my dad had worked there in the detailing department, and that I really wanted to stick with them. Took my SUV in for look at my transmission he told me it would cost $99.00 got a call that they did not find problem that they would have to look into the transmission that would cost $200. later a call back now $3000. to repair or have it tow away.told them to put it back together or I would call my attorney. when I GOT MY SUV BACK THEY GAVE ME A BILL FOR ALMOST $800.00. I was shopping for a late model Ford Escape. I met Scott Oser and told him that I was interested in a used Escape. At the time, the low mileage used Escapes in stock had more options than what I was looking for. I asked him about a new basic Escape S. We sat down and crunched numbers and worked on a what I was looking for if I traded in my current vehicle. Scott found an Escape S and I was pleased with the value they offered for my trade in and the selling price of my new Escape. When I took the delivery of the new Escape; we met with Mike Everson to arrange the financing. He was very efficient and it did not take long to sign all of the necessary paperwork. The title work to take to the license bureau arrived quickly and the visit to get the new registration went without a hitch. Scott and Mike made this car purchase a great experience!

I have purchased several new autos and used cars at this dealership and these guys do it right from sales to service . I have even used the body shop on occasion and the quality and workmanship has always been top notch. Service dept always goes out of there way and are extremely courteous and you wont leave unless your completely happy. They do go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I've bought cars from California to florida and never found a dealership that treats customers this way. This dealership has that old school quality and ur treated the way a customer should be all the way from your purchase through the life of your purchase including excellent service I don't know why anyone would purchase an auto anywhere else. My wife and I worked with Phil Swaidner at O'Daniel Ford in New Haven, IN. We had to decide the type of vehicle that would work best for our antique business and fit my 6'3" frame. After considering both transit vans (one was too low to the ground and other too big to fit in our garage), we went back to our old standby, and purchased another F150. This was our 5th Ford truck purchased in a row. Phil was very patient with us and showed us the advantages of all these great Ford products. His "boss", Jeff Lengerich was very helpful and courteous each time we visited the dealership. Also, during this time, my wife and I had five major surgeries between the two of us. We get our oil changed about every 6 weeks, because that is often we hit the 3000 (mostly highway) mile mark. We always go to the dealership because we like the fact that they do the vehicle report card every time. As much as we are on the road, we don't want any surprises. The only issue we have is the fact that when they are done they don't wipe down the front of the vehicle. It is very obvious where all the hands have been on the hood and front end. This just seems tacky, especially as we pay more to have our oil changed at the dealership.

Purchased a used Chevy S-10 two days ago for my son. I was told that the dealership mechanics has checked the vehicle and found no issues....they said this several times through conversations with both myself and my parents. After test driving, my father was able to determine that the vehicle needed new tires and an alignment which was not told to us by the salesman, only pointed out by us. I purchased it knowing this and took it into the shop to have this done only to find out that the steering rods need replaced as well. I understand that buying used, you tend to get what you pay for, but feel that the dealership had to of known the steering rod issue and should have told me. I likely would have still bought it but now I feel as if they were hiding it or even lying about it. Now I am putting $1K in tires, alignment, and new steering rods. While the salesman was friendly, I will not purchase from this particular dealer location again. There are far too many choices today and I will seek out more trustworthy options in the future.

I am very happy with my 2005 Ford escape. I was not pressured to buy in a hurry, nor pressured to go look at something 'just above' or higher that my price range . The service was very professional and friendly. The vehicle was being serviced before the sale, and I was kept up to date on its progress. I felt the most comfortable at this dealership! Even though I had a good feeling about this car, I wanted to have my mechanic check it out since I know little about cars; they had no problem with me taking it in to be checked out. I really appreciate Phil working around my work schedule, when I could come in to finish the transaction on his Saturday off. Also, I really appreciate them comparing my options with different banks to find me the payment option I needed.

Stopped in to get a spare key made for my truck and they got me for $25 labor for changing a fuse to my lighter. They knew i was in the waiting area but were too sneaky to come and ask me if I wanted it changed. Didn't catch that I have a real problem. The "check engine" light must be something new to them. Good thing their 99 point inspection (which I didn't ask for) didn't say I needed a new transmission or new engine. AND I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM THEM. I traveled 100 miles to look at this car and Mike Pocci had the car ready for me to test drive and to my pleasant surprise had a 'sale' sign in the window for $500 less than the price I saw online. When I returned to the dealership to buy the vehicle Mike was busy and Jeff Lengerich jumped right in and got the paperwork started and sent over to Mike Everson in Finance, who beat my excellent credit union interest rate by 1%. Then Mike Everson went on to expedite the paperwork and I was out the door in record time. I've never been keen on buying used cars from dealers but these guys worked so well together and found me some breaks (without me even asking). It really felt like they knew what I needed and made it happen before I asked! Next time I'm in the market for a car O'Dainiel Ford is the first place I will shop.

We needed to purchase a vehicle. We were a bit nervous based on having had some bad experiences in the past working with different salespeople at a few local dealerships; my wife informed me that she was not visiting dealerships. I contacted O'Daniel Ford to express my interest in two types of vehicles on their lot; after talking to the Salesperson we scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving, both types of vehicles were sitting near the Sales Office. We went to the Salesperson office and discussed the advantages of both vehicles in regard to the vehicle performance, cost, and advantages of ownership. That discussion led to the lot where the Salesperson demonstrated the features, comforts, options, and convenience of the vehicles. We agreed on a trade-in value for my truck; we agreed on a purchase price; everyone I worked with was friendly and courteous! I informed my wife of the deal, she was very happy. The Salesperson worked with the Business Manager in arranging a meeting to complete the sale. My wife and I met with the Salesperson and the Business Manager (very short meeting), we signed the paperwork and my wife left the dealership. The Salesperson then transferred our license plates, reviewed the operations of the vehicle, then thoroughly explained and demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle.Since our purchase the Salesperson has followed up with us to ensure that we are happy with the vehicle and Thank us for our business. We would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle form O'Daniel Ford! My wife wants to shop for her next vehicle at O'Daniel sometime next year.

As frequent car purchaser (seems like I am buying a car every 3 years or so), I had grown so tired of the "dealership game" that I pretty much had given up on them. Do your research (Car Gurus), find a private party and close the deal. This time I decided to try out of town dealerships. Since I was willing to drive (in this case over 4 hours), folks should know I am serious and packing cash. Having said that, after my research and "offer" on-line, I was curious to see the response. Initially it started to unfold like the traditional pattern. Comments such as this is the best we can do, we have more in it than that, etc. etc. I was patient and finally heard from Tony Ballinger. He was straight up with me in regards to the conversation he had with his manager. I made an offer, and that was my offer. The dealership decided to work with me for the overall good of the monthly numbers and to hopefully earn a customer who may become a repeat buyer. If you treat me right, I will be back. I expect to buy another vehicle from Tony in the future. I realize I will not always get the deal I want. If I do, great. If not, there are other dealerships out there that may have a reason to accept my request. Tony got it close enough to give this dealership a shot at earning (and keeping) my business for now and in the future. Tony was very helpful and went beyond the norm in regards to customer service. I also try to through a little extra tip to my salesrep. He decided not to accept my extra cash offer, which only tells me that he will probably still be at the dealership next time I return to buy a vehicle. He has taken his approach to this business as "his business". That's what professionals do. He was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate his honesty and going that extra mile. Thanks Tony! BTW, I purchased a 2005 used Ford Escape. I would reccommend this dealer to people who may be looking for a vehicle. Keep up the low pressure tactics and let your cars do the talking. Our decision to purchase a new (2013) Ford F150 Super Crew Cab was driven by a need to replace a 2000 GME pickup with 260000 miles. I have never purchased a Ford vehicle due to the fact that my grandpa was a Chevrolet dealer for 40 years, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was as simple as going in and talking with Mike and showing him the vehicle that their business had. Even though it was at their west lot, he had it delivered the next day for me to look at. I always dreaded the infamous "pressuring" of a car salesman to buy a vehicle, but didn't feel that in the least with Mike. He not only exceeded my expectations, he answered every question I had about the vehicle. The final negotiation of the price was probably the highlight of the purchase. I go to great links to try to get the best price, I go dealer to dealer trying to get the price that I think is right. O'Daniel also offers a wonderful detailing to your vehicle for a fair price. As a young mother, I often have cheerios and goldfish under seats. The detail crew returns my car looking brand new! We had a family member purchase a vehicle here years ago. They said it was a wonderful experience. Since we leave so close we wanted to check Odaniel out. When we went to the lot they were closed. However Tony was still there. He came out answered our questions on what we were looking for. Tony even let us test drive a couple vehicles including the one we decided to purchase. We went there not expecting to get help with anything and ended up driving off the lot a few days later with a 1 year old vehicle. If it weren't for the customer service Tony gave us after hours, on a Saturday, we probably wouldn't have bought a car.

I started looking for a replacement for my 1998 Ford Ranger (it was having mechanical problems). And with being newly married and new home owners I had to stay under a certain price range. So my search started with a 02 Chevy Trailblazer. Which I couldn't get financed for cause it was to old. So Mike Pocci went to work trying to find a vehicle that will fit in my price range and in the requirements of the finance company. After about 2 weeks I came across the 08 Jeep Compass on cars.com and sent Mike an email to see if it will work. At this point I never seen a picture of the Jeep and I got a call later that night from Mike saying that the Jeep will work. So Friday the 13th of September I went and test drove the Jeep. And I feel in love. It has plenty of head room and plenty leg room. So the next stop was to go and see Mike Everson (loan specialist) he was very professionals and took time to explain to me all the details of the loan and was very understanding that I needed to get the wife's approval. So almost a month later I had an issue were I couldn't get the Jeeps shifter out of park. So I called Mike pocci and asked if he knew of a way to override the system to at least drive home and he transferred me over to Bill Ford and he took the time to look online to find out the answer for me. While during that time I grabbed the owners manual and found the switch. Which I called Mike Pocci back to let him know I was able to shift and told him that I was going to need to take it in for service. He arranged for me to have a loaner car and to take the Jeep in for service for me. The sad part was the part that needed replace wasn't covered under none of the warranties and the dealership took care of the work for me and the parts. Both Mike and Bill went above and beyond the call that day and I couldn't thank them enough. I highly requirmend seeing any of the guys at O'Daniel Ford in New Haven.

The only drawback I had was that my car needed to have some work done on it after I paid for it, but before I could take it home. It seems to me that a vehicle should be ready when a person comes in. It only took a few days so I guess that's not so bad. I was just anxious to have something to drive again. Customer service was good so I would probably recomend them.

This is by far the worst car buying experience!! I have owned my 2007 GMC Acadia for 4 months and in that 4 months have had to have a brand new transmission, brand new rear differential, new power stearing bracket and pump and I also have a leak through the interior lights in the 3rd row seat as well as by the gas pedal on the driver side floorboard AND a leak in my air conditioning system. When I had the air conditioner recharged, I was told there was already dye in the system so someone knew there was an issue and it wasn't disclosed. I was supposedly allowed to speak with the previous owners prior to purchasing the vehicle and was told they never had a single problem with it. I doubt very highly that it was even the previous owner I spoke with. I was told the car was inspected before I purchased it and they didn't find anything wrong with it. I have a hard time believing that the front end, rear end, power stearing system as well as an air conditioning system and multiple leaks could have been overlooked. I have spoken with Tony and Jeff Odaniel looking for some assistance and or resolution and was told "at least you purchased the warranty." Jeff did offer to allow his service manager to look at the one leak and assured me it is a quick fix. I don't want the quick fix, I want the problem resolved correctly which I don't trust them to be able to do. Please, Please, Please, go elsewhere before you even think of purchasing a vehicle here. Had I not purchased the $1500+ warranty, I would be out over $6000+ in just under 4 months on top of the car payment.

Had a great vehicle-buying experience. Roy was fantastic! He worked diligently to find the vehicle we wanted that was within the price range we could handle. His persistence was successful because after our initial visit to the dealership, we loved the new Ford Explorer but also knew there was no way we could afford it. We also didn't want to settle for the base model of this vehicle either. He kept in communication with us and brought us back in to discuss other options and was able to locate a model that wasn't completely out of our price range and yet still included some of the features we really wanted. We were quite pleased with our purchasing experience. His approach made us feel valued but also didn't use the hard-sell method that usually makes me flee from a dealership. He was able to look at our trade-in, our credit score, and our income and provide us with a realistic and honest picture of what which vehicle we could afford and qualify for. From the start Tony was very informative and helpful. The selection of vehicles on the lot and on your website was great, for what we were looking for. Only issue that we had is the quality of the tires on the vehicle we purchased. Also after taking ownership and really looking it over on the features noticed driver side floor mat was missing and the little tray that goes in the center console. Although i dont beleive it to be are salesman fault or the venue he works at, but perhaps the Odainels on Illinois Road were the car was being held at. when I approach the service desk im greeted with a friendly smile.Im a new customer to this dealership. I bought my ford 150 at a different dealership because I didn't know o'daniel had a dealership in new Haven which is a lot closer to where I live.I feel very comfortable when Im there. Im developing a good trust in the mechanics which is very important to me.they explain things to me in simple terms I can understand. I have been there only twice and I will go again for my repairs. Believe it or not, using general ford parts makes a big difference in performance. Im very please and would recommend them to other ford people.

Came in for a front end alignment only, about 1 1/2 hours later got a call that we needed ball joints and was quoted $800 for everything. Ball joints have no indication that they are bad, it appeard that tires were not even removed. We believe that the wear on one tire was the reason he assumed that ball joints need replaced. Service dept. did not do the alignment as requested and we were charged $45 just for the analysis. Good thing we had a coupon for $30 off. We took the vehicle home, removed tires,looked at ball joints and bearings and all seemed to be just fine. We also asked for additional quotes for future work but they did not provide quotes.

Tony did a great job of working with me to get the price that I was looking for. I was also very impressed that he called me as I was heading back home to Warsaw and said that thgey would deliver it to me that night if I wanted. This was great as it saved me an additional trip back to Fort Wayne. Tony was a very courteous and congenial saleperson that seemed to put the customer fisrt and didn't seem to be in it to see how much commission he could make off the sale. He has also followed up with me to ensure that all is well. In the future I will be a return customer.

Our overall experience with O'Daniel's team was outstanding. It started with an attentive, but not pushy salesman (Mike Pocci), and continued through the sales manager taking care of trade in value, and the loan closing. I drove by the lot and saw a vehicle that I was interested in so I stopped. The salesman always took me seriously, even though I did not show up with my husband initially. They were accomodating to our schedules and stayed in contact without being over powering. We were able to negotiate a price that all parties were comfortable with, and drove off of the lot as a happy customer. This is our first FORD purchase, as we have been a GM family in the past. We wanted to give FORD a chance because we respected the fact that they were the only dealer not to take bail out money. FORD did not disappoint!

The car buying experienced was the best we have ever come across. The first day we showed up to see a vehicle it was raining and one of the sales men came outside and walked me inside with an umbrella. They were all very helpful and Phil called to keep me updated!! Great experience, Angela with some assistance from Mike Pucci, treated us intelligently and fairness. The vehicle was delivered as promised and in a timely mannor. Angie even sent the vehicle back to the service department for a recheck when she noticed a brake cable hanging down under the vehicle. Mike attempted to program a remote entry for us but the vehicle was missing a component to do so. Bill Ford, the used car manager introduced himself and thanked me for doing business at ODaniel Ford. Two thumbs up all the way around.

The sales person rated great in my experience. The communication with the manager seemed to lose something. A $300 gift card was promised if deal was closed by Nov. 30, 2010. Deal done with Tony fullfilling his promise, it took 3 months to get the gift card in the form of a check to complete the deal. Buyer assumed it would be available in December.

We stopped at O'Daniel Ford to see what they had on their used vehicle lot. We were greeted, not jumped on, by Tony B., (our Salesman). We let him know what we were looking for and he put us into a couple of different vehicles to test drive. The next day we bought one of the ones that we drove. Everyone that we dealt with was very courteous and polite, we couldn't have ask for more out of dealership. They gave us everything that we wanted out of our trade, with no hassels. My husband's health was beginning to fail and he wanted me to have a newer vehicle so he wouldn't have to worry about me having a breakdown when I was out and about. We bought a 2008 Ford Escape in March of 2010. Toni Ballinger was VERY helpful. We have had no problems in the year+ that we've owned it. I brought my van in to have new tires put on and an oil change. The service manager was very friendly and got me checked in right away. He showed us where the waiting room was if we wanted to wait and also told us they could transport us if we wanted to go somewhere. I told him we were fine just waiting. We went to the waiting room and it was very clean and organized. There was a TV with cable for my four year old son to watch so that helped pass the time. Other salesmen passed by as we waited and asked if we needed anything. The service manager came and told me the answers to the questions I had about my rotors and told me it would be only a few more minutes. As we finished, the receptionist checked us out. She gave me extra copies of the invoices and a rebate card and fully explained how to send all the papers in to get my rebate from my oil change and new tires. The price of the tires saved me a lot of money from other companies I had called but with the rebate it only saved me more. All the employees we were involved with were very friendly and helpful. Overall our experience at this dealship was great.

Glen and Mike always go the extra mile when I take my cars in to be serviced. No matter what the problem is, they will figure it out. The check engine light kept going on and off on my son's car. It was so frustrating because it would come on one day and go off the next. I took the car in. Glen drove it himself for a couple of days until the light came on and they could diagnose the problem. He immediately called me, let me know what the issue was, and had it fixed that same day. I have bought 5 cars from O'Daniel Ford in the last year and half. (It's a long story) I would recommend using them for all your automobile needs
