Bought my first truck from here. They were very polite and walked me through each step of the buying process as this was my first time buying a vehicle. Had a small electrical issue that I noticed a few days after purchase and notified them. They quickly offered to take it to their mechanic to fix the problem and they did just that! If you are looking for a great truck and great customer service, this is your place!

I am writing this as my truck is broke down on the side of the road. This used car company has to be the biggest bunch of swindlers I have ever come across. For starters, the car failed the registration inspections because the windows were too tented and the vehicle did not come with the standard jack or spare tire even after I specifically asked if the car had it already. With this particular car (2012 Ford F-150), there was a factory recall to get a software update on the transmission. When i asked the salesmen if the car had been in to have the software updated, he immediately took offense and left me a rather unprofessional email saying that alp of his cars are good cars and high quality. Turns out, the car did not have the software update which was a free and easy fix if he would have just been honest with it would have been no problem. The biggest issues is that it appears the car had significant water damage. The car will sometimes short out over night and I am unable to start it. The previous owner must have plugged the door drains too because I will have water filled doors sometimes after a big rain. Bottom line, I should never have bought this car in the first place, and I would not trust a single car on the Oldham car lot. I would advise buying a car from someone else that has at least an ounce of integrity.

Went there a few days ago in a rental car. Once I decided on the vehicle that I wanted to get. I wasn't sure on how to return to rental car but Tiffany set it all up for me and had someone follow me to the rental place. Nice and easy buying experience!
