Had one of the best car buying experiences of my life at this dealership recently with an Acura Type S, I’m military have owned about 7 cars in the last 12 years turnover is quick due to mileage. John Ernesto was a brand new sales rep there and jumped right on the opportunity to help me get into a test drive, find the car I wanted and at the price I was looking for…which is not easy in a time like this. He was able to answer all my questions, maximized my trade in and had me out the door in record time. Will definitely stop here first for the next vehicle.

I was helped by Ernesto and i have to say he was beyond helpful, understanding and i had an amazing customer experience. I went in there and explain my needs budget and what i was looking for. He worked with me as much as possible to get me the best deal i can get, which in the end he was successful. I STRONGLY recommend going to Open Road Acura of Wayne and speaking with Ernesto. He will give you the best experience and will get you what you need with no hesitation.

I had a great experience at Open Road Acura of Wayne. This is the second car I have purchased in this dealership. I found a car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you to Jenifer for answering all my questions to the best of her abilities and advocating for me with her managers. Finance department was also very helpful, he helped maneuver me through all the terms and paperwork included with financing.

We started off at our original dealership Park avenue Acura the numbers were good but being that we were customers with them for 3 years I would think I would have got a better number then we went to Ramsey and that was a total joke almost insulting I was losing hope I went to Wayne simply told him where I'm trying to be at and the numbers the other dealerships gave me which is something you do not do. Their price was so good I did not even bother to negotiate Dave is the man he helped us out no pressure nothing I must say this is the first time I meet a sales rep like him.

My wife and I purchased a 2018 MDX yesterday. Our transaction from start to finish was smooth and easy. Humberto Cruz, our sales agent at Open Road Acura of Wayne made this purchase seamless. I give him a five star rating. He was very accommodating throughout the whole deal and answered all of our questions. We initially saw the car on Tuesday and drove it away on Saturday. I highly recommend Humberto.
