I have leased a new 2016 M235i from Morristown BMW. This is the third BMW I have leased from this dealership (previously a 540i Sport and a 128i with the M package) and my wife is currently driving her fourth X3 and looking forward to leasing another in Feb. 2017 when her current lease ends. It is obvious that we are loyal to this dealership due to their attention and great service. I should mention that there is a BMW dealership which is closer to our residence (BMW of Bridgewater). That being said, I want to lay out an issue with this most recent transaction. I ordered my M235i with the limited slip differential. The official BMW USA website states that the car comes standard with performance tires, mixed size, non-runflat. The run flats are a no cost option which I did not select. I intended to purchase an inflatable spare that I could throw in the trunk when necessary - one is described in the owners manual (another option would be to upgrade to run flats with performance specs - also described in the owners manual). In addition, the runflat option comes with engine speed limitation as well. I did not want these options. Although I will not race the car, I intended to attend Octoberfest and run the car on a track with an instructor to better understand the limits and nuances of the (BMW) driving experience. I will not be allowed on some tracks with non performance tires, thus the car is not meeting my expectations from that standpoint. Let me say that otherwise the car is was delivered in excellent condition and drives very well on public roads - something I have always found with my BMW's. The car came with an interior which was different than the one I ordered, but I was called immediately to make sure it was acceptable (it was). It has also come with the runflat option (including the speed limiter). I never would have put the money into the limited slip differential and then opted for the run flat package. I called my sales person and we are to meet and discuss options, and it is my hope that these problems will be dealt with accordingly. I have every reason to believe that this issue will be handled to my satisfaction. However, I have never had any real issue before, so this is new "territory" for me. If allowed, I will follow up with a future communication.

We have bought yet another vehicle today from BMW Morristown, this time a 2015 Estoril Blue 335i xDrive M-Sport 8-speed automatic. A month ago we purchased a 2015 Alpine White M3 7-Speed DCT (you'll find another review from me below). Our experience today has re-affirmed once again that BMW Morristown is the best dealership in the area due to their exceptional service! This time we dealt with Alvin Monroy (salesman) for the car purchase and Kevin Luan (finance manager) for the paperwork. It was my second time working with Kevin and my first time both meeting and working with Alvin. Where to start with Alvin...first off, he's by far the most human-like car salesman I've ever encountered in my life. He is somebody who you truly feel like you can invite over to a barbecue and enjoy a game with. He's incredibly professional, calm, polite, charismatic, friendly, and sociable. He worked with us extensively with the utmost patience to help us narrow down our car search and it was obvious that he had our best interests in mind the entire time. He fully and clearly answered all of our questions and made sure that we received all of the available incentives. He was never pushy, didn't pressure us, and played no games whatsoever. He is extremely straightforward; his only agenda is getting you the car that you want at the best price possible. Another great quality about him is that he is very knowledgable and knows a lot about the cars that he's selling, as well at the competition's cars. He and I talked about a lot of different vehicles and I was surprised to see how much he knew about each model. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with him if you're considering getting a new car because he crushes the car salesman stereotype. I also really hope he is still there for our next car purchase because he is truly one of a kind! Kevin is also amazing because he is charismatic and his focus was set on making the paperwork as easy and simple as possible while getting us the best deal with the bank. Although they've recently had to switch banks because of some issues, everything worked out fine for us as Alvin took even more money off of our car in order to make up for the difference in rates. Kevin is not your typical finance guy. Like Alvin, he is friendly, easy to talk to, and played no games. Instead of pushing us to buy every available extra, he talked to us about our driving habits and determined that many of them wouldn't suit our needs. He rightfully suggested only one, the Wheel and Tire Package, and we were glad he suggested it because it's a total must with the M-Sport Package. While signing the papers, we had great conversations and even shared a few laughs. There seems to be great communication between the finance department and the sales team because both guys knew what was going on at all times and the buying process was very fluid. In case you haven't been to the facility, take my word that it is impeccable. It is much larger than other BMW dealerships that I've been to and contains significantly more inventory. The lot is huge and they even have a considerable amount of inventory on the roof (thanks for the tour Alvin!).There is also a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs as well as fresh coffee, pastries, and other beverages which makes the place quite welcoming. All of the staff there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and appreciative of the well-earned business customers give them. The manager actually came over a few times to personally thank us for our business! There is no doubt in my mind that our future car purchases will come from there. I was referred to BMW of Morristown by a very good friend of mine. So I decided to pay a visit to BMW of Morristown even tho it was 30 mins away. When i arrived i was greeted right away and then introduced to Shravan Patel/salesman. Shravan was very knowledgeable and an easy person to speak too. Shravan took me for a test drive and then was very helpful in helping me find the car i wanted. i also met the manager Stewart who was also a professional and a very nice man. when i decided which vehicle i wanted i was escorted to the financial office where the paperwork was completed quickly. When my new 528i was brought to the front of the store it was turned over to me nice and clean. Just when i thought i was done, i was introduced to Jay who gave me a detailed lesson on how to use the many functions inside the vehicle. It was nice to see that everyone was a professional and enjoyed doing their job. Because of such good treatment i will have no problem driving 30 mins to get my car serviced at BMW of Morristown . I would like to thank Larry for an excellent and fast first experience with purchasing my first bmw. He was able to find everything I wanted from the color (interior& exterior) to all the features before even coming in!!! The car was ready for pickup prior to my arrival!! My family has purchased a few cars from BMW of Morristown, recently an Alpine White 2015 F80 M3. The service is phenomenal at and they have a great facility with a TV, comfortable chairs, coffee/pastries, and of course an amazing stock for you to glance at as you wait for your car to be serviced. Everyone that helped us with the buying process was extremely professional. Jesus, the salesman, was going through a tough time due to family health issues but insisted on coming into work when he heard that we were there to check out the car again. Despite his personal issues, he was devoted to help us with anything we needed and because of it, we closed the deal. I also worked with Kevin, who does financing, and he was a very pleasant and outgoing individual to deal with. He had our best interests in mind and gave us advice on what kind of financing plan to pursue. In essence, everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for the phenomenal buying experience, will buy again soon!

I came in to look at a bmw and ended up walking out with a brand new one. if you ever want to buy a BMW, come visit BMW of Morristown and ask for Shravan Patel. He made the process simple and fast. I have owned various BMW cars. They were all purchased at a BMW in New York. I was referred to BMW of Morristown by a very good friend of mine as they thought I would definitely be happy with their service and professionalism. am usually loyal to where I purchase and service my vehicle. However, I decided to pay a visit to BMW of Morristown. Larry Stokes...what can I say? Great business person, very knowledgeable....most of all caring for his customer. We were able to work things out to both our satisfaction and above. He was able to enlighten me to much more that BMW had to offer and how I could ascertain them. Robert Redcross...what can I say? He made the financial experience very smooth for me. Dare I say it was a pleasure? Not every BMW dealership is the same. Based on my experience, I am now a loyal BMW of Morristown customer. Cannot rate the service yet, because I have not experienced it. However, I will get all my servicing done here.

I saw their advisement from their website and went to this branch to meet the saleswoman who contacted me. when I got there I was told that lady already left this company, which supprised me. Only a few days. I waited for about 20 minutes, Larry greeted me and my friend. I am so happy that we waited and met Larry. He is very nice, efficient and helpful. I made deal for the car I want, but need to order and get from their SC factory. I was told it will take 3-4 weeks. It is ready faster than I espected. I didnot have the gap of returning my previous car and get this new car. Perfect timing. I really appreciate Larry's help for this purchase and I will definately recomend this location for your next trip!

From the moment you drive your car into the immaculate garage, are greeted by a cheerful service employee, arrange for the service you need, and pick up your vehicle when it's ready, going to BMW of Morristown is an outstanding experience. This must be what service was like in the good old days, when customers were made to feel valued. I would recommend BMW of Morristown strongly. Also, you will not find a better salesperson than Brian D, he has been doing it for years and really knows the product.

I have to say that based on some of the reviews here, I wasn't expecting much, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised!!! I was referred to the manager Dave Abbe by a friend of mine, who works for a dealer near my home. I made the trip out to Morristown, met with Dave, who had me go over the options that were available with their "BMW Genius" Jay. Jay couldn't have been nicer or more patient. Once we had chosen a car, I spoke to Dave again for a few minutes and went over the pricing. They found the exact car I was looking for, and 2 days later I was driving home in the 750 that we had chosen, at a price that was better than anyplace I had been shopping. I have never had such an easy experience at any of the dealers closer to me. Do yourself a favor, and give them a try. It was definitely worth the trip!

They had sold a car that I had a deposit on the day before I was to pick it up and did not contact me ! Imagine, that they had taken deposits for the same car from 2 customers. Their sales department is a joke. Spent 2-hours there this morning and never even got a trade-in value on my car nor did I get a price on the car I was looking at. I was an easy sale for them - had every interest in buying the car today! P.S. I bought my current BMW from this dealership.

My convertible top stopped working, and I realy like to drive with the top down.(brrrrr its a litle could now ) I read all the reviews on this dealer, and I was nervice. Everyone was very nice and helpful and fixed the problem the next day. They even gave me a discount. I defenatly reccomend this dealer.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by all employees that I encountered. Everyone at Morristown BMW has been great, from sales to service! No other dealerships are comparable! My car was serviced faster then they anticipated. All my questions were answered. The facility was in top condition. I am always a bit resistant to dealing with dealerships. I worry the cost will be excessive and they will push for somthing I don't really need. I came in first for a problem with my BMW 335xi making some noise I never heard before. Initially my service advisor Alan told me I was looking at about $800. A later phone call from Alan and I was surprised to hear that I needed new tires and a brake job also and it could cost about $4000 or more but he would work with me and try to cut some of the cost. It did wind up costing about 30% less.When I pick up my car, Alan came out to my car with me and make sure I have no other questions before I leave. My car has been running like new again. Thanks to Alan, I would tell everyone I know who has BMW to go to him for service because I know he will take care of them.

I have been at this location before and I am always greeted with great professional people. Alan and the entire service team are second to none. My lastest servicing was easy and quick.The whole experience was painless and stress free.This is the way it should be. It was so easy, I felt like it never happened to me when I go visit other dealers for service. Alan goes above and beyond and will always make sure that everything is going well. I am very fortunate to have had BMW Heather shepherd me through the process of buying my first BMW. I entered my email address on the BMW website and promptly emailed inviting me to come for a test drive.She gave me to Larry and he helped me to appreciate the BMW brand on a number of different levels and spent several hours allowing me to test drive several different models. I did not feel pressured to buy and all the employees I dealt with stayed a bit past business hours to accommodate my inquiries. I love my car and will get my next car there and I will tell all my friends and family about this dealer and make sure they all get BMW from them.

Hello Mr. Paul, I wanted to take the time to recognize Robert Redcross. We stopped in at BMW of Morristown about 6 weeks ago. We were professionally greeted by Robert with his warm smile, and engaging personality. We spent about 2 hours with him going through the series, the options etc. I was turning in a BMW and definitely looking to hop back into another one. Lucky for me not only was I able to get the car I wanted, but working with Robert, I must say was a very pleasant, seamless exercise. Being the Director of HR for a major aerospace and defense company, and in times when it is hard to find dedicated employees, as well as employees of Robert's caliber who shine, and truly make you want to recognize their spirit, kindness, and his "no hassle"- approach. Additionally, I must say that Robert was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer every question we had about the car, options, financing, etc. Needless to say, I was very impressed with Robert, and truly appreciate his warmth and his exceptional customer service skills. Service adviser gave me a 'ball park' verbal estimate, couple of thousands. I asked for a detailed written estimate, Would not provide. They wanted my signature on an open ended service order, in writing. Went to national headquarters and was told each dealer sets their own policy on this issue.

I purchased a used 2010 Toyota Prius from them yesterday. The remarkable thing was that they were closed due to Hurricane Sandy. They opened just for me, gave me a fair price, and took the extra time to do the paperwork by hand since their computers were down. I would definitely recommend them and buy another car from them. A big thank you to Mike Wendroff my salesperson.
