I changed my review from positive to negative. I almost fell for the oldest trick in the dealer book. I qualified for financing through a credit union on the initial day that I purchased a vehicle at this dealership. I had pre-qualified with a lender prior to visiting the dealership, but they assured me that they could meet or beat the interest rate that I had qualified for. Needless to say, after they "beat" the interest rate that I had qualified for, I signed paperwork and went on my way. 5 days later, I get a call from Josh saying that I am still approved, but for a much higher interest rate and my payment would only be $10 more per month. I immediately went into the dealership ready to return my vehicle (which you can legally do, by the way, if they change financing terms that are not in the initial purchase agreement). So, they haggled with me and we ended up with the exact same terms that I initially agreed to. What an inconvenience. I am positive that they were trying to make more money off of me... they probably thought that I would have showed the car to all of my friends, family, co-workers, etc and that I would agree to those terms since I had fallen in love with the car in that time. They were wrong. Be aware of this trick. My salesman was great, Jordan is awesome... but Josh was not so good to work with. All he seemed to care about was increasing his commission.

This our second purchase from this dealership and both times have been amazing. Jordan Mac was our sales rep and was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and overall a great guy! I haven't even purchased a car here yet, but Keli'i (sales rep) and the Manager have been extremely helpful while i am trying to work things out. They have great Customer Service and have a very honest team! I will for sure be buying a car here pretty soon. Recently stumbled across a used car I had been looking for, going on a little over a year now. I understood I was going to have to travel due to the rare features the car needed to have. Salesman Jordan was amazing over at Orem Mazda, over the phone and in person. He delivered what was promised and ensured that everything, including financing, was ready to go when I arrived. I had a quick turn around back home to Nampa, ID for work the following morning so timing was critical and he nailed it, evening coming in on his day off to ensure the deal went through smoothly. I found my car on a Monday and by Wednesday I was in Orem, UT purchasing the vehicle. I would most definitely refer anyone to this dealership and I hope to buy another vehicle soon.

They lied when they said I could count on a good price. After a long huddle with the "sales manager", my salesman came back with the sticker price. Fortunately, I remembered what the sticker price was & did not fall for their lie that sticker price was a "good price"They lied when they said the car would be ready to drive off. They promised it would be ready to go at 2:30pm but didn't even start prepping it until 4:00pmThe scam: In sorting thru documents a few days after finally getting the car after all their lies as to when it would be ready, I found we had paid $200 for some useless 3 year theft insurance which I never before heard of. I still can't figure out how these liars and scammers snuck that one past me, but they did. there are some decent car dealers in Utah. Orem/Bountiful Mazda is not one of them. We won't ever go back, and you should never go in the first place.

My wife is trying to buy her lease, but everytime She goes in they send her out with the wrong paper work. They do this because if they do the leg work for you. As they put it. They get to charge your institution a second commission fee for selling the car to you. Their finance manager will lie to your face to get you to come back so they can pressure you again. He has bullied my wife 4 times. He even lied to me directly. If you want a Mazda go to Provo, or any where else in the state.

The last time I purchased a car the experience was horrible. We needed a new vehicle, but just couldn't bare the thought of going through another awful experience. We looked at other places, trying to keep an open mind. We saw a vehicle that was advertised online, and went into Orem Mazda determind to only test drive. Jordan McAnarney met with us, and took us for a test drive. We discussed after what we thought, and what our budget was. Jordan was not overly pushy. He was very adament that we would have a good experience, and that is what we got. We actually left without purchasing the vehicle. So we could decide, away from it, if it was the right decision. Jordan was absolutely understanding, and did not try to pressure us into the sale. We returned after lunch and purchased it. Financing went smoothly, and we got the car we wanted out the door for under what we were expecting. Because of Jordan and the others who helped us at Orem Mazda, we actually look forward to purchasing our next vehicle. I never thought we would ever say that!

Buying a car is a nightmare, it was not a happy experience, but I found the BEST place to buy one. I felt and knew that they were always looking to make sure that I had all i needed. They worked with my budget and I received a great deal for my used Mazda 3. Experiences like this made me even more loyal to Mazda and now to Orem Mazda. The best honest and hard-working salesperson in that store is Jordan McAnarney.

We dealt primarily with the dealership through the internet so when we came in we had a firm price from them. Our salesperson (Amanda Montgomery) gave us a test drive, explained the technology package we had purchased. We needed to leave but she sensed we hadn't mastered the technology and insisted we come back for additional training and spent an additional 2 hours with us after we had already bought the car. I found that pretty amazing!The actual closing on the car included the traditional attempts to "up-sell" additional protections but it wasn't a hard sell and turning down the add-ons was easy.,

I have always hated going into dealerships, because I felt like I would be pushed into buying a car. I walked into Orem Mazda thinking it would be about the same way. I was wrong. The employee that helped me was not pushy at all, and there to help out any way he could. He completely changed my opinion about car salesmen. I would recommend If you go to Orem Mazda to ask for Little Wayne. He will serve you and work as hard as he can to make sure you get the car of your dreams.

We bought a used Subaru Outback at the end of January 2016. We only drove it 2000 miles when we took it in for an oil change and were told that the engine had metal shavings and would need a new engine. We paid $8000 in January and the car is now worth $500 and is not drivable. Orem Mazda refused to do anything to help us. I am very frustrated and financially strapped because of this. We owe $7500 on a loan for a worthless car. I would recommend staying away from Orem Mazda.

Lil Wayne met us in front of the dealership with a smile and a handshake, "Welcome to Orem Mazda!" He was great to work with--no pressure, just genuine interest in meeting our needs. He was personable, knowledgeable about the cars and our options, and patient. When asked about specific details, he gave honest responses with sufficient detail that I trusted what he had to say. I hope we cross paths again, certainly when we return to buy our next Mazda.

In searching for a commuter car, I searched several different dealers with several different models. My wife and I decided that the Mazda 3 was the right one for us. Alex let us take a car home after working out some numbers to test it out to make sure we liked it over the weekend. Found out we loved it, but wanted to see what our options were for a 5 door instead of he sedan. Alex and Aaron were great to work with to find the right car for the right price. Chip the General Manager got us the options we wanted for close to the price we wanted.

I spent 4 hours and a half looking for cars and waiting to get the paper work done. Interesting thing when I am signing the final papers it says leasing ... Between all the time nobody say that I was leasing. The manager try to explain me the advantages of leasing but I really felt frustrated because when I see the opportunity to buy 2 vehicles like the advertisement said .. I was leasing this 2 vehicles. I am a person who likes things right and I felt like I waist my time there... I like to feel free when I can choose if I going to buy or lease something And I want to know it on front ... The manager was really nice to try to explain me but pushy in the way to make me sign the papers ... Thanks guys but not thanks just for the reason that I want to be able to say no when I feel that things are not right or were not handle the right way ... I really appreciate the concer of the manager in make me safe some money and explain me the great deal but sorry I will not go back. Every one have good or bad experience mine was not the best ...when somebody says to you if you do not take the deal now let's do not do business later. I felt push. If you are going to return later why do not sign now.. My recommendation for you please train your guys in body language and to make people comfortable and not push them ... If the manager just make me feel free to say no and he will take a no I will say yes At the same time . when somebody just is trying to make sign anyway that is not a good signal for anybody ether is the deal is so good. I understand his concer of me losing the deal but trying to make me sign and think later that does not give a good trusty sign to anybody .( by the way Tully was a wonderful guy )

I worked with Nate Speer at Orem Mazda and was so impressed! He was extremely honest, trustworthy, and upfront with the car and his intentions. I felt really comfortable with him and didn't get the feeling of the prototypical, greasy, car salesman. He was open about the fact that I was under no pressure to buy. But even when I was interested, he took the time to educate me on the car and not only sold the car, but sold Mazda as a company. I just felt like Nate was a brother and a friend and made me feel comfortable so I wasn't anxious about the experience. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Orem Mazda, specifically Nate Speer.

I drive older cars and was looking for a newer car after years! I liked the look and reviews about the Mazda CX-5. My husband and I drove into Orem Mazda to test drive one and they were helpful! We came in late, but they stayed to let me test drive! I wanted the lower end model in a certain color and with certain specs. They found it for me and had it brought in. I test drove it the next day and ended up taking it home! The process was painless and smooth! Thank you, Wayne (sales guy), Amanda (sales gal), Josh (accessories), and the business manager for making my new car purchase quick and easy!

Justin is the best sales person I ever met. He is really know his job really well. When I called him and told him what I want and took him only a few hours to found the correct car for me. Alexis Laws in Sales, Justin and Tyler Eastman in Finance gave me the best experience i have had at a dealership so far, and I have been to quite a few. I had been meaning to get rid of my 2013 Ford Focus for months, and get something that I actually loved driving, but every dealership I went in to wouldn't give me a good trade in price, and I wasn't getting very much valuable help. - At Orem Mazda, i received exceptional service from everyone that i dealt with, and they went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. I absolutely adore my new Mazda 3 Hatch, and I highly recommend asking for these people to help you out.

Short experience: they rip you offLong description: I purchased a car from Orem Mazda and was given "expedited" finance because we were there way after close and had plans. I was told there were no additional warranties charged. I reviewed my paperwork after getting insurance and noticed they added Millennium Coverage onto my loan for over $2000. I purchased a 2016 vehicle. Why would I purchase additional coverage knowingly. When I contacted the sales manager, Tyler Eastman, he said he would send a cancellation form to my email. All I had to do was fill it out and the money would be put towards my loan. After receiving the form on 12/3 and sending a signed form back to Tyler and Sean Smith, my salesman, on 12/7 I have yet to see any money returned. I have sent 2 follow up emails to Tyler on 12/11 and again on 1/14 with no response.

I was having issues with my mazda 3 and I brought it into your service department and they were able to tell me specifically what was wrong with out telling me all these other bogus issues just to make money. They fixed it quickly and will be returning if I need to in the future.

I bought my first car from OremMazda 3 years ago, it was a used Mazda6. After that car began running on it's last legs I came in to purchase a Mazda3 in August and had another great experience, the sales people looked out for our best interest and gave us the best deal possible. After our great experience with my purchase, my wife was in the market for a new vehicle as well so of course we went to OremMazda to look at the new CX-3. We came in and shopped a few times before making our purchase and Nate was very accommodating. I loved my experience here at Mazda. It was my first time buying a car and both Rhett Dial and Sean Smith made it very easy to understand the process of purchasing a car. I had a lot of questions about buying and leasing a car and they both made it a lot easier to understand. I loved sitting and learning about how to use my car. I know I would've had a lot of questions if they hadn't sat down and explained to me the specifics of the car. I love the Mazda dealership! I loved the friendly atmosphere and I really loved that they had answers to all of my questions. My wife and I have made several car purchases together during our marriage and a common characteristic has been that they've all taken a good 3-4 hours of our afternoon on a Friday or Saturday.Jesse is a familiar face for us as we have had family and friends purchase cars from him so when I reached out with color and feature choices, he went to work for us and found us the right vehicle right off of the truck! Having already discussed the financials over the phone, I felt like this purchase had the potential to be a quick one and we were not disappointed.Jesse had the vehicle prepped and ready to go when we arrived. Our payment and terms were as described over the phone and financing kindly honored my request not to try to sell me anything extra. Although the salesman was nice and not aggressive, I am disappointed with the false advertising done. The vehicle should be listed honestly. It is mechanically sound but in need of major cosmetic repair to both exterior and interior. Don't waste people's time or falsely suggest the car is ready to be put into service straight off the lot.

The car that I wanted was in short supply due to the 2016 Mazda 3's being just around the corner and dealers not getting any more 2015 Mazda 3's. I was referred to Rhett from a relative who said he was a great salesman. I went in on a Thursday trying to narrow down what I wanted in a vehicle and he was able to help me narrow it down to a select few. If I found something I was not satisfied with, he helped me find something more specific. We have had a 2003 (brand new) Mazda Tribute with 225,000 miles on it. Loved that small SUV.. loved it. We wanted to buy a Honda because our son in law sells them but after test driving them and several other new small SUV,s we went back to Orem Mazda. We had a great experience with Jason Van Wagoner. We asked Tyler to see if he could find us a used car that would be better on gas mileage than an SUV and one that was in better condition than most cars. Within one day Tyler called us with some options. We test drove a few and really liked the Chevy impala. It was in VERY good condition. Just the dash lights were not working but we were told that they would be fixed before purchase. Tyler was awesome at explaining everything about the car and was very kind to answer ALL of my many questions. My father who lives in Price was helping me with the purchase and Tyler was so good to call my dad many times to explain the car "which I did not want to do" and to discuss the financial part of the deal. On the Saturday we picked up the car everything went super smooth. Tyler had everything ready so when my dad came from price he was in and out quickly. I love love LOVE my car. One other thing I want to mention is that after I picked up the car I noticed that the dash lights were still not working after it had been serviced. Tyler was very accommodating and actually came to my work to pick up the car to take it back to Orem Mazda to be fixed. Everything is great now. I, grateful for such a great experience. All of our past experiences with buying a car have been stressful, high pressure, and disastrous experiences. Often leading to my wife and I storming out of the dealership not being able to handle another sales pitch or high pressure approach. This time it was completely different with Tyler Eastman and Orem Mazda. From start to finish Tyler has been nothing but helpful, and even now that we have bought the car he still continues to be a huge help. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever. Tyler clearly explained the benefits and features of the car we looked at and also what Orem Mazda had to offer that set them apart from everybody else. Then Jackson came and showed us around the dealership and showed us how to use the different facilities. We left there very satisfied with our overall experience. My family just bought its 7th car from this dealership because these cars have turned out to be fantastica and this dealership has been great to work with. Everyone has been so accomodating and helpful. They haven't pressured us, but have tried to get us the best deals on what we have wanted and needed. They have put extra time into helping us make just the right arrangements, even when it hasn't seemed to make them a lot of money. We've recommended a lot of friends, and we'll probably keep going back there over the years when we have auto needs. Chip, the general manager, has been fantastic. I went to this dealership to look at a used Mazda Cx-9. I was debating to get the the Mazda CX-9 or the highlander but after looking at the cx-9 I fell in love. I recently purchased a car at Orem Mazda. Although I love my car, I will never purchase a car at Orem Mazda again and I am telling others to take their business elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and lack of integrity. On their website they state, "Customer satisfaction is our number one priority." Not my experience at all. They were willing to lose any future business on something as small as a passenger floor mat and a key. After I purchased the car, I was told that the passenger floor mat (which was missing when I purchased the car) and a second key were on order, but after almost two months and several calls and messages later, the manager replied that none of this was true because it wasn't "in the paperwork," so I was out of luck. Just make sure "customer satisfaction" is "in the paperwork" and you will be okay...maybe.

Best buying experience that I have had so far. Tyler hooked me up on a new Mazda cx5, and I absolutely love it! I just moved to Utah and I am not use to the snow so the AWD has been awesome to have on those snowy days. Tyler and Nicole was super nice and helpful even after I left the dealership. I have been looking for a Ford fusion for a while when I came upon one that was at Orem Mazda. I was a little nervous to go through a dealership, but after talking to Jesse I felt a lot better about it. I came in and went for a test drive and really liked it, but I want ready to buy yet because I needed to have my dad come in to check it out with me. I told Jesse that and he didn't try to push me into buying it right then. I felt really good about how I was treated, so I decided to bring my dad back and purchase the car. What an awesome experience! My salesman was Corbin Scott, and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, but never applied any pressure. I told Corbin how important it was for me to get in and get out quickly, and it took me less than 1 hour to completely purchase and pick up my new Mazda. Jesse and Josh let us take them on an adventurous test drive where we really were able to experience the vehicle--and the extensive knowledge of our Mazda reps. As prudent buyers, we asked very in-depth, for REAL questions, and we felt we received honest answers. The only car they had that fit our needs was one of their showroom cars. Josh pulled it out of the showroom and into the rain, allowing us to drive the car we really wanted. As most cardealerships, they were hesitant to commit to hard numbers, but we feel they truly wanted to give us the best price.

I worked with Spencer M. at Orem Mazda, looking for used Mazda 3 or 6. He worked with me as much as possible to find the one I want. He also helped me to try and get a good deal despite me being a first time buyer. In the end I ended up buying an older Mazda 6 with low miles that has a warranty. BEWARE!!!!! Just as all other car dealerships out there, they are only interested in making a sale AT YOUR EXPENSE! We had a Mazda 3 that was standard transmission, we wanted to trade for an automatic instead. We were told "no problems, we can SWAP straight across, car for car" So we went to the dealership where we had originally bought the car, cancelled our service agreement (On instructions from Mazda of Orem) and when we went to do the "swap" there was no car to swap with. In the end they wanted us to trade our fully loaded Mazda 3 with low mileage for a shell of an automatic, with no options and a price tag of over $100 more per month! My advice for anyone going to search for a car, avoid this place, you are just a number to them. And where ever you go, GET IT IN WRITING!! so these weasels can't back pedal out of an agreement!

Corbin Scott was my sales rep. He worked the whole time on making me happy and getting exactly what I wanted. He didn't push me into something brand new that I didn't want, he just helped me get the used car I liked and enjoyed driving. I just bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Orem Mazda and I love it. My salesman Brad Jensen was wonderful to work with and Scott the manager treated me with respect and I didn't feel pressured at all. My experience started with Gary Higgs. I had come in a week ago and wanted to test drive the 2014 Mazda6. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and could answer all my detailed questions (I had already done a lot of research before the test drive). After test driving other makes, I decided on the Mazda6. I contacted Gary and he set up a time to meet. We were a bit early, but he came and worked on getting me great financing as well as showing me around. The whole process was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I love this dealer! They are super nice and very knowledgeable. I did end up buying a Mazda 3 from Jesse and am really happy with my decision. I thought I would wait to write a review until after my first service visit to make sure what I was told was correct, it was and everyone in the service department was just as nice. I am glad that I decided to go to Orem Mazda!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE! DON'T WALK, RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE! My sister bought her new car there, and to start off, they charged her $1000 more than the negotiated price. Not in charges or fees, just straight $1000 more. To compensate for the "misunderstanding" they offered "free oil for life", but on her paper it says oil changes, so when she goes to get it, they say it costs $40 to change the oil. $40 for an oil change is nothing free at all. To top it off most everyone is rude and disrespectful. I know car sales can be tough, but this is the worst of the worst from what I've experienced. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This is the second car in about a month that I have purchased with them. I got one for my son and decided that I need one as well :). I decided to go back to Orem Mazda because they treated us so well there. I love that I can go there and feel comfortable. I am glad that I found this dealership and will continue to go back!

Renn Smith was our salesman, and he was awesome! Answered all of our questions that we had. We also had repairs done the same day on our other vehicle and as always the repair dept was great! Nicole called us and checked up on us to make sure how the car was doing.

My Wife and I went into the dealer to inquire about a few used cars that they had on their lot. We were immediately up-sold to cars out of our price range, and whenever I mentioned our price range it was disregarded. The salesman tried to use the "what do you need your monthly payments at" line, and only increased the term and interest rate on the "quotes" he gave us to get the payments down. Almost the entire staff was sitting in the managers office while the salesman we were working with ran back and forth getting "quotes" to help us on our price range. We felt like the staff was pressuring us more than we've ever been pressured at a dealership. Bottom line: If you have a price range and a certain car you want, don't bother going in here as they don't seem to care. I love Mazda vehicles, but I will never purchase from the Orem Mazda.

My son was looking for a car and we decided to go into Orem Mazda to look around. I was very surprised with how well we were treated and wasn't pressured at all. I have been to other dealers where all they want to do is push you into a car that you don't want, but here we Josh talked over all the car they had to choose from and we found the one that worked best for my son. They understood that he is a college student that couldn't afford much and they kept us right where we need to be. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I was looking for a new vehicle, so I headed to Orem Mazda. The sales rep, Becky was great. Nicole had wonderful customer service. Both were super patient and willing to work with me. I wasnt sure what model I wanted to go with, so she took the time to really educate me on the differences between a 6 and a 3. I would recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. Plus they have an awesome carwash!

Orem Mazda was a terrific place to buy a truck. We had been looking for over three months for "just the right truck". We searched the valley only to find that other dealerships either didn't listen to our needs or they tried to convince us that we didn't know what we wanted. Scott listened to our needs and found us exactly what we needed, in fact it was better than we expected because it had beautiful leather seats.They had to stay late to finish up the sale but they were so friendly and willing to help. No complaining or pushing us to move along.Way to go Scott and Nicole! Thank you for your awesome service.

Our overall experience with Orem Mazda was awesome! They were very friendly but not pushy. Jesse found us a Honda Accord (which we were looking for) in Ogden. They were more then willing to go get the car for us to test drive with no strings attached. Luckily it was exactly what we were looking for. They were also great to give us what we needed for our trade-in's. Jesse's manager (we forget hi name) was also very friendly to work with. We had been to many dealerships that day and this was the first one that we didn't feel like the vultures were after us. Thanks Orem Mazda and thank you Jesse, Nichole and the rest of your staff for the great service!

The whole staff at Orem Mazda has exceptional service! I have never been to a better dealership. I just recently bought a new CX-5 and I love it. I was treated so nice and got to meet more of the staff. I personally think that Chip, J.D., Chris, Wayne and Monte are the best!! I get all my maintenance done in Orem for my car, which is huge because I have to drive up from Cedar City, but its totally and completely worth it! I've gone to the Stephen wade honda mazda dealership in St George to get service done on my vehicle once and It took them 2 1/2 hours to do the same thing Orem mazda did in 45 mins and I got lots better tx and respect at Orem Mazda then Stephen Wade. So Its worth the drive to get the best tx, service and respect! Thank you to the staff at Orem Mazda!!

We really enjoyed working with Jesse. He was a great salesman. We found him to be very professional, knowledgable, and most importantly NOT PUSHY (as most car sales-people are). He found us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We had looked at several other places and had another Mazda 3 in mind. The 3 Jesse found was newer and worked out to the same payment. Over the 3 or 4 times we went in during the sales process we met several other people: the manager, finance guy, and a couple of the other sales-people. It seemed the more people we met, the more we appreciated Jesse. The first night we went in the manager used the "what do we need to do to get this deal done today?" line. He also said he looked up the car fax on the other car we were looking at and said it was a rental-car and possibly a car from one of the flood regions back east......oops, did he not think I would have already checked the car-fax of a car I was thinking of buying? It wasn't a rental and was from Chicago. We had somewhere to be and the manager told us he could have us out in 15 minutes, which anyone that's ever bought a car knows is impossible. I realize that a lot of people that say they'll come back don't, but we said we would and we did. If people are serious about buying they'll buy. The ones that aren't serious might get pushed into a deal they don't like and then they tell people about their bad experience and Mazda loses potential customers they don't even know they could've gotten. Moral of my story: if you go into Orem Mazda, ask for Jesse. Lastly, we did have to go back to re-sign the paperwork, which isn't a big deal because we live about 5 minutes away. For some people that live farther away that could have been annoying.

Buying a car from a dealership has been a negative experience for me until recently. My wife decided to buy a new Mazda 3. I did a lot of research and when I walked into that Mazda parking lot, I was ready for the war. Thankfully, there was no casualty. Everyone there was very friendly and willing to make my experience a positive one. Both Jessie and Nicole were very professional and helpful. I talked to Jessie several times and never felt pressured to purchased the car. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd say to Orem Mazda, you have a five star sales person. Buyer beware! Once we had an agreed upon price they tried to shift $2000 of the signing documents. They are crafty. When I noticed, they tried to negotiate this to $1000. I walked. You should too.

My wife and I are about to have our first child and needed a reliable car and after working there butts off they managed to work a deal that fit our needs and our price range. Orem Mazda will definitely have two customers for life. We are extremely happy with our 2013 Mazda6 and the way we were treated buy the dealership. Looking for a CX5 I went to D. Dahle Mazda and didn't get a great vibe. I called Orem Mazda looking for a specific model and color and got J.D. I've had nothing but bad experiences with dealerships but this is the first time I knew I wasn't being taken advantage of. August 17 we helped our daughter buy a used Hyundai Tucson from Orem Mazda. J.D. Fagan was our sales agent. He helped us process the whole transaction in record time. He offered to replace a couple of missing grab handles out of his own pocket. The next day the battery died and we had to replace it. When we told J.D. about the battery he offered to pay for it out of his own pocket also. J.D. has been very nice and very kind especially considering we were buying a used car.

My experience at Orem Mazda could not have been better! The sales staff was so friendly and helpful. I worked with Brenan Cole and J.D. Fagan, and both helped maximize my time there in search for a car. I am generally very indecisive and figured it would take me weeks to find a car, but Brenan sat down with me and guided me to the cars that would be within what I was looking for. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want to look at. They stayed in contact with me as there were more cars that might be what I was looking for. I felt the staff was honest and informative. Brenan worked with me to help me get the car I wanted, the car I fell in love with. I got the car I loved at a price I was very happy with. The sales staff was very professional but also very personable. I would recommend this to anyone.

The sales staff was very helpful in meeting my goal of a new vehicle. Jd was able to explain the advantage of the closed lease program verses buying a used vehicle. This made sense financially and we were able to buy a new vehicle with payments thw same as buying a used vehicle with little warrenty. My mom and I were almost ready to leave when JD casually walked up to us and asked if we needed help. I explained that my bank wasn't giving me a decent loan and there really was nothing there in my price range. JD then asked me what I was WANTED to drive. not necessarily what the bank would give me. He took my mom and I to his desk and got my information and explained options to me. This dealership was the FIRST one we had visited. My mom and I wanted to look at other options because I didn't feel comfortable making a decision that second. JD was a very low pressure salesman that really listened to ME and what I WANTED. I didn't feel like I was just a number to him(which I felt that pressure at other dealerships). I went looking at other dealerships and just had my heart set on a Mazda3. I ended up going back and getting the car from JD. He even sat and showed me all of the cool features that the car has. I would definitely recommend to talk to JD if you go to Orem Mazda.

Brennan greeted us in a friendly manner the moment we walked in, was more than helpful in helping us to drive several cars to make a meaningful comparison. He was polite, patient, and knowledgable. After our decision, he was always available to answer questions and let us know when our car would be available. At delivery, he was thorough and helpful in explaining everything about the car and answering our questions. Brennan really worked hard to get us in the car we wanted. He answered my calls immediately when I called and was very professional. I have never seen a salesman work so hard to get what the customer wants. The entire staff was very kind. The service department detailed rhe car inside and out, even though it was already clean. It sparkled when we left. I called shortly after the sale to get an appointment for tinted window and still was treated as though we are V.I.P. and they offered a loaner car while the windows got tinted, as Brennan said he would when we bought the car. I wont shop anywhere else for our personal or company vehicles from now on!

I hate cars. But now I love my Mazda6. We stopped by the Orem Mazda on a whim and were immediately greeted by J.D., who was extremely friendly and patient. He listened to what I was looking for and showed genuine interest in getting me what I wanted. He never tried to get more out of me than original expectations and set me up with a car that I love for a fantastic price. The process was easy and pleasant. Further, I brought my car back to be detailed and then again to replace the battery (I don't blame the dealer) and each time, J.D. made time to greet and assist me. He even surprised me with my car washed up and running already in front of the building when it was ready.J.D. and the Orem Mazda Staff were fantastic and I highly recommend them to everyone. I honestly can't speak highly enough of my experience. If I am ever looking for another car, I know where I'm going. And I'm asking for J.D.

I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Mazda of Orem. Becky Bench is the internet manager and worked with me by phone to obtain financing. The next day when I went to the dealer, Brenan Cole helped my husband and I find the right car at the right price, to fit our needs. They were both so helpful and friendly. I have never had such an easy experience purchasing a vehicle. It was fast and friendly. I knew what I wanted and needed before going and I was in and out with my new car within a couple of hours. I have purchased several new cars in the past and this by far exceeded my expectations. Brenan was very helpful, friendly, and non pushy. I would recommend Brenan, Becky, and Mazda of Orem to any person looking to buy a vehicle. I would also like to give a shout out to Chad in Finance. I have had dealers tell me your financed only to find out a couple weeks later that the financing was different than we discussed. Every thing was exactly what I expected and needed! No hassles. I bought a new 2010 Mazda5 from Orem Mazda in late 2009. I paid off the car early and have followed all applicable steps for a refund of my GAP Insurance Contract. I sent a certified mail to Orem Mazda in July 2011. They claim to have not received it. I visited the dealership in September 2011 and filled out the refund paperwork. November 2011 - still no refund.They're not honest and I would not recommend dealing with them.

From the moment we arrived at Orem Mazda we were greeted by a NON pushy salesman JD Fagan. JD was great through the whole process, very personable, friendly and down to earth. He didnt try to sell me into a car that I could not afford and was willing to take the time needed to help me find what a was looking for(including comming in on his day off) Although the trade-in value I got for my truck was a little below what I was hopeing I felt that the managers were very fair considering it had some mechanical issues. J.D. was awesome, He got us the perfect car for us. He wasn't pushy, and didn't make us feel pressured at all. We delt with a lot of salesmen throughout the whole process and he really stood out above the crowd. When you go to Mazda in Orem request J.D. because you'll get an honest and helpful salesman that really has your best interest in mind. He listened to our needs and found us exactly what we where looking for. Although, beware of the finance guy, he out right lied to us! We had to go back and talk to someone different to get everything all straightened out. The sales team goes above and beyond, but the finance guy falls short.

Being a girl and knowing absolutely nothing about cars I was terrified to walk into a dealership alone. You hear horror stories of people and all the crap they go through buying a car. Orem Mazda and their salesmen, Josh Hawkes, changed that for me. I never once felt pressured and I felt like I could ask any question and I got an honest answer. I knew nothing about safety features, engines and extras that come with cars. Josh was more then willing to explain, help me understand and find something that fit my needs and budget. I had a blast and couldn't be happier with my car. I would recommend anyone to visit and check them out. You wont be disappointed!

This was not a typical car buying experience. I found the car I wanted quickly and the paperwork was just as quick. I was treated very nicely and was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. I have had the car for almost a month now and I still love it just as much as I did when I drove it off the lot! I would recommend Orem Mazda to all of my friends and family members.

The salesman i worked with when buying my Mazda 3 was really nice, and when i told him what i wanted in my car he showed me the exact car i bought, it had everything in it. They were really easy to work with. Even when i had to take my car into the service center the man was really courteous to us and they fixed my car. There was an oil leak in the transmission case, which they replaced and i have not had any problems with the car and i have had my Mazda for almost a year and it is a 2007 :) I love my car and really like working with the people at Orem Mazda

I had a great buying experience at item Orem Mazda. The staff made us feel very welcome. They treated us with respect, they were knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer service and follow up since our purchase has wonderful as well. I feel I can fairly recommend them, and have recommended them to family and friends. P.S. We also purchased a new mazda from the former owners, and we had the complete opposite experience -needless to say, it was a horrible experience. On my first visit the salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very low pressure. He listened to my needs and recommended the perfect vehicle - a Mazda 6. After researching other brands and fleeing high pressure sale people, I brought my wife back with me and we purchased the Mazda 6. The salesman made a great offer and even showed us on nationally know car web sites that his offer was far below what this vehicle was currently selling for in our area.Then there's the service.The salesman introduced us to the service manager. I immediately recognized him. He had been the service manager of the Mitsubishi dealership I had purchase my last new car from (which has since gone out of business). I was unhappy to see that dealership fold since I felt the service department, under Wayne's guidance, was exceptional. The fact that he was now in charge of Orem Mazda's service totally made purchasing from this dealer a no-brainer.

The sales rep who "helped" me purchase my car spent the entire test drive looking for the ipod hook up (the year mazda I was looking at didn't have an ipod hook up as standard option, but he didn't know that). He then took 4 hours to fill out the paperwork. It should have taken about an hour, but he was new and no one intervened to facilitate the process. I specifically told them not to check my credit, bcs multiple checks on your credit report lowers your credit score, and they checked it anyway (I was preapproved through America First for the full amount and I had the paperwork to back it up). When I had a question later about a light that came on (it meant that the security system was armed) no one at the dealership could explain it to me.There was a problem with the paperwork later and it took nearly three months to sort out - I called multiple times and was told that all they had to do was fax it, which they didn't do (repeatedly). I would not recommend this dealership (Orem Mazda) to anyone I liked based on my experience.

Not pleased with the dealership. The price was terrible. Sold me the car for well over what it's worth. I should have done more research and I take blame for getting hosed on a used car. Guess I trusted to get a fair price. Bad idea. I felt taken advantage of as a car buyer. I had a lot of questions that were not answered. What gets me is that three months after we bought the car, we brought it in for a recall. That fine, I understand the recall but then after the service department does an inspection on the car, they tell me that all of our fluids are bad and old and need to be flushed. I'm handed an estimate for well over $500. This was just a few months after I bought the car. Why was this not done when the customer bought the car? You would figure that hen you go buy a car, everything is up to par and ready to go. The heater does not work, the air conditioning does not work. Electrical parts such as the clock do not work. The engine cuts out while trying to accelerate. But my fault. I should have checked all this when I bought the car instead of trusting a dealership to sell me a quality product. Best part of this experience is the free car wash.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the customer services and support that we received from Orem Maxda. Our journey started out with Todd Thornwall, whom is an excellent sales person. We never felt the pressure you feel from other dealerships. We maintained communication until we had reached a price we were extremely comfortable with!! We then met with the financial people who were very accomodating, (even finding someone to pick up our loan when our credit union didn't come through). We live in South Jordan and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Salt Lake valley, the drive is definately worth it.

We had a very good experience with Schyler our salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle. The sales maneger was also very friedly and a strait shooter.We felt we got a very good car at a very fair price. We would definatly recomend Orem Mazda and our salsman Schyler to a friend.

We had decided we wanted a Mazada 3 but were still undecided about the option packages. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and professional, as were all of the employees with whom we dealt. We would definitely recommend Orem Mazda to friends and family. We had a great experience.

Our experience with Orem Mazda was exceptional. They made the experience very pleasant. We live 60 miles from the dealership. We were referred to them by a friend and passed probably 5 Mazda dealerships on the way to get there but it was well worth the drive.

I love my new car! When I went to the dealership, I had already been to several others. The others were less friendly and the cars were all dirty. One of the things that impressed me with this dealership was that the cars were always clean. The salesman was very friendly and helpful.

Orem Mazda is the best! I will continue to use them in the future. I love my CX-7! Skyler was awesome to work with. I had a service done on the car and they sent me with a rental car no charge while it was in the shop! They went out of there way to make sure I was happy!-Bridgette

Skylar was very friendly and answered all our questions with respect. We had some concerns with the over all cost and him met with the financial person and got the price where we wanted it. It was the easiest and quickest purchase we ever made. Our daughter recommended this dealer and we would recommend this dealer to all our friends and family.
