What started out as a pleasant interaction with John Bingham in Used Car sales turned into an experience I will not soon forget. After driving down from the Northwest suburbs and then spending the next three hours working out a deal, I thought both parties had agreed to a purchase price of a 2003 Lexus RX300. Unfortunately when they went to transfer the plates John noticed the engine light was on. Since the service center was closed for the evening John indicated he would not be able to tell me the code or determine what the issue was and would need to tell me in the morning. I was fine with that response and indicated that he should call me in the morning and then I will make my way back down south the following day the complete the paperwork and write the dealership a check. Hearing nothing from John or anyone else in the dealership the following day, I left John an email and then a follow-up voice message mid morning. John called back and left a voice message telling me the car was sold. How does that happen? No calls telling me there was another offer. What about the whole offer and acceptance. Did we not have a binding agreement. For a few dollars John and his counterparts sold their integrity and reputation. On the upside they all played their stereotypical roles of 'used car salesman' perfectly. I'll be sure to pass along the rave reviews to my family and friends in the southwest suburbs. PS. If I could remove the one star I would.

I have leased three vehicles in a row from Orland Toyota and I have been very pleased with the service I have received. My salesman (for all three vehicles) has been John Bingham. John is the epitome of the professional salesman. He is knowledgeable and friendly and allows me to make decisions in my own comfort zone, not his. He has been an excellent representative for Toyota and for Orland Toyota. The rest of the staff has been equally friendly and professional. I have also had an excellent experience when servicing my vehicle as well. Nice job Orland Toyota.

Do not go to this dealership- sales rep we worked with was fine but the financial guy completely screwed up our auto loan. We went in pre-approved with our bank and he put the loan under the wrong bank (nothing showed that bank in the paperwork copies we were given) and we had to pay over $100 to get it switched to the correct bank.

This is the third Sienna I have leased and the first I have leased from Orland Sienna. The process from start to finish was exceptionally professional. My salesperson, Ronney Perez, the Sales manager, Sue Jimenez and the Business manager, Ali Zayyad, were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and provided me with great service and a great deal. The dealership itself was beautifully decorated and every person in a "red Toyota shirt" was smiling. What a great experience!

On June 1, 2015 my wife and I scheduled a test drive for a 2015 Prius. We arrived and were met by our internet rep, Robin, who introduced us to sales rep Brittany Ellison. Brittany is very enthusiastic and had an answer for, or able to find and answer for, all our questions. Since we didn't arrive at the dealership until after 7pm, we were able to agree on a price around 8:30pm. After the usual paperwork and vehicle prep, were out the door at 10:00pm. Brittany stuck with us the entire time, making sure were ready to go. Overall, a pleasant, low stress experience!

Came in looking for the VW Eos I saw online. I test drove the car with Josh and he pointed out many things that I had no idea to look for when buying a used car. Overall, I liked the car but did not realize the possible maintenance costs that may arise in the coming years. Upon returning back from the test drive, Josh had me check out a 05 Toyota Solara. At first I was a little apprehensive but he soon showed me why he felt the car was much more suitable for me. I found the car to be much more to my liking! Josh was absolutely amazing at his work! Ive never worked with a salesman so diligent, realistic, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and will certainly return when its time for my next car! Thanks!

Wonderful experience buying a new 2014 Corolla LE I began with some internet research and ended up at two dealership websites...Orland Toyota and a competing dealership website. On the Orland Toyota site, I got connected with Joe and in a few back and forths, I was given a very competitive price on the Corolla. The other dealership could not match the offer nor were they as thoughtful in their responses. So I made an appointment to go in that day where Joe connected me with Josh. I took a test drive in the vehicle Joe and I discussed, Josh explained the features of both the car and the dealership. He made a big point about his desire to build a relationship with me through the car's entire lifetime. He answered my questions clearly. As a result, I agreed to buy the vehicle. The out-the-door price was what I had agreed earlier via email. Took 1.5 hours from walking in to the dealership to leaving with a new Corolla. No surprises! A wonderfully pleasant experience...and the car perfectly meets my needs. I will trust that Josh's comments about a lifetime relationship will be demonstrated when I bring the Corolla in for service.

Went in for an oil change, paid over $40.00, before leaving checked oil filter and found it to be the same oil filter I came in with. Supervisor didn't believe me when I told him, not until the mechanic told him that he didn't change the filter. Went back in to put a new filter on the car when the mechanic told me he didn't even change the oil. I should of called the orland police and filed a theft report. A very dishonest company. Have notified everybody I know to stay away from orland Toyota. Don't buy from this dealership, go to oak lawn Toyota and deal with Ronnie C.

Worth the drive My husband and I knew we wanted a Toyota Sienna van, and we had checked out the prices and models available online at dealers close to our home on the northwest side of Chicago. After talking with the internet sales representative at Orland Toyota Scion, a price was agreed upon for the particular model we wanted to purchase. The drive to Tinley Park, Illinois, takes about an hour, and we were apprehensive about the promises made. But they stuck to the price and found our car at another dealership. It was delivered clean and shiny within a few days of our visit. Our sales rep took the time to show us the many options and made sure we knew how to use them. Filling out the papers was especially easy, and when we complete that task, the van was waiting, ready to drive the hour back home. I would revisit this location for my next Toyota. I highly recommend our sales rep, Frank Peligrino, for obtaining just what we were asking for and delivering what was promised.

I highly recommend Orland Toyota Scion in Tinley Park, IL. My sales person, Thomas (Tassi) Pavlopoulos, was very patient and helpful over the two weeks or so that it took me to make a decision regarding the vehicle that I wanted and the buy / lease option. We looked at multiple vehicle and lease options. He ran the numbers for me on several options. He sat with me and went over each option on several occations (and never looked frustrated). When I met him I told him it would take me at least two weeks to make a decision and he really seemed to understand. I got the feeling that he wanted me to make the right decision as much as I wanted it to be right. In the end I received the exact vehicle that I wanted (Tassi even went and picked it up for me the day that they delivered it to me) and couldn't be happier with it. The leasing process was easy and fast. And all of my dealings with this dealership have been great. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, also.

My wife and I started months ago comparison shopping on the Internet for a new car. Worked with Nissan, VW, Ford and Toyota. Ultimately bought a Toyota Corolla and we love it. We received wonderful, patient, respectful, customer service from Agnes, the Internet person, who endured our many emails over several months. When we were finally ready to stop by and see Toyota in person, Agnes sent us an email containing a number of cars and pricing which she had preselected from inventory at our price point, with the options we requested. We ultimately purchased one of them. She also provided this list to our salesperson. With a prescreened list in hand we did not waste time on cars we did not need to see - it was a very efficient process. Rima, our salesperson could not have been nicer. No hard sell, just intelligent, knowledgeable conversation and a wonderful attitude. She made the purchase experience pleasant. In order to close the sale she stayed way after closing on a Friday night with my wife and I. I if you go there ask for Rima! Candidly, after visiting the competition, I was honestly surprised to see how much more in options I got for our dollar from Toyota. This is our first experience with a Toyota dealership and it has been a great one. Based on this experience I intend to bring my service business to Orland Toyota as well. We will see how well that goes, but at this point I have no reason to expect anything other than great service. Kudos on a great job!

We went to two dealerships that day (Toyota and Hyundai) and the experiences were worlds apart, a big credit to Josh and to the dealership. Service and information were excellent. Josh is a consummate professional. At the other dealership, a nice sales rep just dragged it on and on, kept us waiting forever, as if we were supposed to stew in our own juices. Dumb! Josh and people at OTS were prompt, informative, attentive. Not pushy. Josh even assured us hewasn't trying to rush us... just wanting to respect our time limits. as we'd stated them. It was clear to us that Josh is very proud of the dealer he works for. Took us on a tour of service dept. Made sure we had cards and brochures. Best Car Purchase Experience! We had nearly finalized a deal at another Toyota dealership in the area, when at the last minute the manager changed the price. We immediately left the dealership and decided not pursue any other discussions. At that point, we started calling around at other local dealerships and ended up talking to Debbie at Orland Park, who gave us the best deal. When we arrived at the Orland Park Dealership, Debbie introduced us to Josh Tornabeni, who was going to complete the sales transaction. We told Josh the price that we wanted to pay for the car, provided him the previous paperwork from the other dealer confirming the price that we had negotiated and more importantly told him that we did not want any further negotiation. Josh was upfront and honest. He had a quick conversation with his manager and came back with the response we wanted to hear. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be drawn and completed, Josh had the car detailed, waxed and filled with gas. He even introduced us to two of the Managers, who were both very nice and appreciative that we decided to purchase a car at their dealership vs. another one. Since the car we were purchasing was for my mom, Josh made sure that she was happy with the car that she selected, showed her the service area and re-assured her that if she ever had any questions to never hesitate to call him. He made the comment that the dealership was his second home and he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable any time we had to visit. Josh escorted us to Roxanne's office to complete the financing paperwork. Roxanne was equally polite and entertaining. Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant. We were in/out in 1 hr. 20mins! (We were in the previous dealership for 4 hours and walked out.) We highly recommend the Orland Park Toyota Dealership and most importantly, Josh Tornabeni!

Purchase Used 2011 Toyota Camry Frank was friendly and sincere through out the process. He helped me purchase my car rather, than selling me a car. Everyone at the dealership including your Cashier to the After Market Salesman, Ron Orel, gave the impression that they wanted my experience to be as good as possible. My only suggestion would be to find a quicker way to deliver the car. The paperwork and waiting was rough however, Moose made the last stretch a real pleasure. This was my fourth purchase at Orland Toyota and as always, I feel very good about the whole experience.

This dealership sets the bar. My wife and I just purchased our THIRD new vehicle from Orland Toyota-Scion. Our siblings add another three vehicles that our family has purchased from them. Great People, Great Product Everyone at the dealership - from the salesperson to the porter - was positive and professional. My questions were answered. My needs were met or exceeded. I was not pushed into something close to what I wanted. My exact car and exact color was located. And, I got it for the price I wanted to pay. Josh Tornabeni was my sales consultant and he was amazing. He answered all of my questions and gave me honest feedback. I truly felt he was more concerned with getting me exactly what I wanted, then focusing on the sale. There was no back and forward shading negotiations like most car dealership. He was upfront about pricing and was able to offer me the price point I was looking for the first time. I was so excited to buy the 2012 Toyota RAV4. Unfortunately, I did not get the car, despite being the only person in the dealership for the first hour. A second family came in and started looking at the same car, even though Josh was already running our finical information for that vehicle. The sales consultant working with the other family knew we were looking at the same car before he started working with that family and before even crushing the numbers told the manager the family was going to take that car. SO I had to wait three hour while the other family debated weather they could afford the vehicle and if they could split the down payment onto two credit cards. While, I had a 8,000 dollar down payment ready to go. I wish I knew the name of the other consultant. While, I was able to find another car (it wasn't as nice or as cheap) Josh the superstar consultant was snaked out of a sale by someone he works with. I truly feel bad I could not buy a car from him :(

We are expecting twins in a couple months and needed a second car to tote our soon-to-be four kids around. Having dealt with Al Krajewski many times before (four previous Toyota leases, two of which resulted in purchases), Orland Toyota was our first stop. Even though it had been 10 years since I last dealt with Al, he remembered me right off the bat and quickly began working to find the right car for our growing family at the right price. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Josh Tornabeni. I visited this dealership twice in the process of buying this car. On the first visit, I explained to Josh that I was not going to buy a car today, I just needed information and pricing. Even though he knew I wasn't going to buy the car on that day, he still gave me his undivided attention and carefully explained everything about the several vehicles I was considering and their cost. I never felt rushed or pressured and even though I asked many questions, Josh always took his time answering them thoroughly. And when I came back the second time, he still didn't pressure me or rush me. This was VERY important to me because I am a recent widow and this was the first time I was buying a car without my husband. I really feel that it was more important to Josh that I was satisfied and comfortable with my decision, than it was for him to make the sale. While this may not be important to a big company like Toyota, or even to the bottom line of the dealership, I assure his supportive attitude and patience is why I would recommend family and friends to see him when they are in the market for a car.

On March 1st of 2014 I visited Orland Toyota Scion to purchase a used car with my mother in law and wife. I was seriously apprehensive about buying a car at a dealership because of having been pushed into a car that I really didn't want in the past by other dealers. However after I arrived at the dealership I met Josh Tornabeni. My apprehension quickly left as we talked. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend and he went to work on it right away. He showed me and my family several cars that were in our price range and a couple that were a little higher than what we wanted t spend but he was never pushy. We finally after about 2 and 1/2 hours found a car we liked and although it was a little higher than what we wanted to spend we decided on a 2007 Toyota Camry. This is where Sue Jimenez came in to the picture she worked with us to get the payment down so that we could afford it. Through the entire process Josh never left our side until the deal was complete and he had answered all of our questions. While going through the financing part of buying the car Sue was very understanding and informative. Not only did Josh Get me in the car I wanted he has changed my mind about car dealerships and car salesman. I would recommend Orland Toyota Scion to anyone looking for a car be it new or used. The staff are professional and are not trying to just sell cars that want you to be comfortable doing it as well. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership and especially Josh Tornabeni. Josh went way above and beyond what I expected and when I am ready to get another car you can bet your last dollar I will go back to Orland Toyota Scion to see Josh to buy a car. We just got the news that State Farm totaled our honda van the day before and we needed a new van. It was a Friday night and we thought we would stop in and look at the toyota. After a few minutes we like what we saw as it had more standard equipment for the money then the Honda. We ask to have the third row seat lower so we could compare cargo size and John Davison help us open the tailgate and lower the third row. After putting my wife's walker in to compair size we decided to see what kind of deal they would give us. We talked trim line and color and John had it in inventory and brought it into the shop for us to look it over. That was nice considering it was very cold that night. He offered us a test drive and the car rode better than our honda. After a little hagging we got a good price that fit our budget. Even though we were just looking and didn't have the old plates or even a checkbook. They got our credit approved and we drove the car home. The whole process was rather short compared to buying the Honda last time and painless. My wife felt we got a very good deal and was happy. We did get a good deal and when my wife is happy it makes my life easier. Thank John & Orland Toyota

I was at the dealership with my friend to purchase her new vehicle. Knowing how women are often treated by car dealerships, I figured I would just go as moral support and backup to all the very hard work she had put into researching her vehicle, knowing her price, and knowing exactly which vehicle she was going to purchase. Initially, she was given excellent customer service from the internet sales person (Debbie?), but even after double and triple checking with debbie prior to getting to the dealership, management at the dealership still re-negged on the deal as presented to my friend. This put the sales associate, Josh, in an extremely awkward position, and was not really an excellent reflection on the dealer management. Josh himself was the utmost in professionalism throughout the process, however, and was very good at explaining why certain pricing standards were or were not being met, and was consistently willing to go back to his managers to attempt to rectify the situation. He was a very easygoing salesman, and made the process fun. Josh was an excellent representative for this dealership, even though I am sure he was just as frustrated as we were. I cannot commend his customer service enough - it was above and beyond excellent! My only issues with this entire process came when we were nearing the end of the sale, and we met with two managers. Neither one of them made mention to my friend of the fact that she would NOT be able to drive off the lot in the car she had just purchased outright. They knew full well that this would not be a possibility, but left that unpleasant task to Josh who was also under the impression (as we were), that the model being purchased was not part of a recall prohibiting the sales of such vehicle. That was pretty poor judgement on the part of the management - but again, Josh found a way to turn the situation into one where he was able to provide excellent customer service by procuring oil changes/car washes for my friend for an extended period of time. Finally, in an ultimate show of customer service, Josh found a way to personallly deliver my friends vehicle to her driveway once the recall was over, even though this added a good 2-3 hours onto the end of his day, using his own personal time to ensure that this happened. Josh is a true asset to this dealership as he was able to put two women at ease through a process that is typically quite daunting, and to handle all the mishaps that came up throughout with a gentlemanly flair of professionalism. I will definitely be referring friends and family to go shop with Josh should they be in the market for a new car.

Once we decided on which car we wanted, she introduced us to the sales manager, Sue Jiminez. She was also very helpful and accommodating. We agreed on a price and then Ron Orel helped us with an aftermarket purchase, which we were happy with. Afterwards we were taken into the finance department where we dealt with Roxann Seckus. She helped us get the payment where we needed it to be after purchasing an extended warranty. After owning Chevy's for over 20 years, we decided to purchase a Toyota and are very happy that we did. I went to the Orland Park Toyota this past Saturday to trade in my 2003 Volkswagon and look for a new car. Originally, I was nervous about the car buying experience since this was my first time looking for a new car; however, I was immediately put at ease upon meeting Al Krajewski, the friendliest salesman I have ever encountered. Everyone at Orland Toyota treated me with respect, kindness, and patience. When I say everyone, I mean every single person I came into contact with. John Bingham was the absolute best! When I couldn't physically come into the dealership, he communicated with me via email. This made things so much easier and saved us time when I did get in to the dealership. John was my partner in this car buying experience from beginning to end. He was the one who showed me the used cars and took me out for the test drive. He was the one who answered the questions I emailed to him the next day. He's the one who patiently shifted gears so to speak when I decided I wanted to look at new cars rather than the used ones. When the one I wanted was purchased right before I said I wanted it, John found one that was (except for the color) identical. John never pushed anything on me. He never made me feel like he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. In a matter of a day and a half, this man had me trusting him as I would an old and dear friend. When I did finally decide on a car, he did everything in his power to get me into that car right away. He knew how much that meant to me. And when I sat in my car--as the new owner--John was right there to celebrate with me. And the best part, I felt like he was truly happy for me. My car comes with 2 years of covered maintenance. I will be there every 3 months not just because I want to take good care of my car--I really want to see my new friends at Orland Toyota again. This was truly THE best car buying experience I've ever had.

My wife and I went in to Orland Toyota with an offer from another dealership on a 2013 Sienna XLE who didn't have the color we wanted. We were shopping for our first Toyota. Upon walking in, my wife and I were met immediately by John Bingham who promptly greeted us. We let him know what we were looking for and he immediately got to working for us. We had already test driven the car so that wasn't necessary even though he offered. After showing us a similar car, we sat down and talked numbers. Eventually, we got the offer from the other dealership matched. They didn't have the car in their inventory, but were able to obtain it within 24 hours. John was professional, courteous and prompt in dealing with us. Roxann the finance person was as well. She gave us the available maintenance and warranty information and was not at all pushy about it. Before leaving with our new car, John took some more time to show us how to use the various options in the car and was able to answer all our questions. We left happy customers.

Marek has excellent customer service skills. There was never any type of pressure to purchase on July first. I thought about the purchase for a couple of weeks and decided the vehicle was a good fit. I phoned Marek to let him know I was coming in on Tuesday July the 23rd. I came in the 23rd and purchased my new vehicle and to my surprise I find out upon departure it was Mareks day off. I must say Marek has gone far and beyond to make this the best purchase experience of my life. The only reason I rated my overall experience good and not excellent is because I am spending a lot of money on a new Toyota and received a cheep tacky key chain!

Bought a used 2012 Toyota F J Cruiser in june 2103. I have given them the best possible rating because they have helped me in numerous ways while selecting a car to purchase. The atmosphere was great, I didn't feel pressured when I initially visited them on a Tuesday. The sales consultant understood I was just browsing while giving me useful information on the cars. I came back on a Friday and test drove a car I liked. I wasn't pressured to buy, but I wanted that car so badly. The finance department helped me out and we worked out a great deal. I love my new car and I appreciate them helping me out the way they did. Chris and Roxanne are truly spectacular!

In the last 6years i have bought 4 different models of Toyota, Ali Zayyad is the best sales representative, i have ever met, He takes time to explain different feature of the car and pricing to you, after making a deal, He will take you to your car and show you how to operate equipments in the car. Hes very ready to answer question at anytime regarding any issue with the car. I once had a problem with the 2nd row seat of my 2012 Toyota Sienna and took it to the dealership, Ali's response was very quick, the service technician was good too. I have also met the manager Tom who will bend over backwards to make the deal happen. So far my buying experience with Orland Toyota has been very pleasant. I will recommend them to first time Toyota owners.

We dropped in on John with about an hour left before closing. We knew the car we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. He quickly got a quote on our trade in, and worked hard with the financing guys to get us the deal we wanted. We kept him there after the doors were closed, but he got us the car we wanted. We can't say enough about how well they treated us.

I purchased a 2013 Tacoma at Orland Toyota. The sales consultant I dealt with was John Bingham. What a great experience. John made me feel right at home from the time I walked in until the deal was done. He was willing to work with me any way he could to get the deal done. The vehicle I purchased had to be sent from another dealership out of state and John kept me updated every step of the way. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and it always seemed like a me against them to get the best deal. It wasn't like that with John. It felt like I was dealing with a friend.

We purchased a used vehicle from John about 3 years ago. Had a wonderful experience with him at that time. When we came back this time to purchase a new vehicle, he was just as friendly and helpful and even though he was busy and had to have Al help us, he still made time to come around and make sure we were ok. I had the best car buying experience of my lifetime this past Saturday when I bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Al Krajewski. Al was the consummate professional. He took time to search the inventory for a better choice than the car I originally came in to test drive. He assisted me with all of the various issues for example, showing me how to save money by buying new license plates instead of transferring my old ones. Al was pleasant to deal with, and he answered all of my questions in an honest-straightforward manner. I could not be happier with my new Toyota, the whole buying process, and Orland Toyota. We needed a mini-van because we are having a third child. I had purchased my previous car from this dealership and I had the car for 13 years with no major problems and 180,000 miles. I was still driving the car, our family had simply gotten to big for everyone to fit in it. Al Krajewski was our salesman. He was extremely nice and patient with us and helped us to find a mini-van that we liked and fit our budget. I would recommend Al and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. We were extremely satisfied with our experience.

Arrived at 9:30 AM left at 6 PM. I think deal was ok. The price on Toyota Certified Used was lower than price on dealer website; they honored the price but refused to negotiate price that we had. The tire had plug in it, which there was no room for negotiation. Not to happy about that. I think tire got flat in parking lot from nails I saw with construction going on. I am not happy that cost of tire was passed onto me. Otherwise, a decent experience.

We walked in the dealership pretty late that day (45 minutes before closing). I didn't expect to get my car the same day. But they stayed late and helped me get the paperwork done and gave the car to me the same night. Ty is helpful, friendly and not pushing. There was one key missing. He and Chris were able to locate the key and gave it to me when I went there to pay the car two days later. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would like to go back if I want to buy another car.

I bought a 06 Wrangler here last week. Beforehand, I'd been considering making the 4hr drive for it based on a verbal agreement with "Chris" that the sale included a soft top (a $800 value) and a hard top. Due to the distance, the inclusion of the extra soft top was a big part of my interest. On the day I drove out there, Chris sheepishly tried to explain away how the soft top had been lost. I know it was an honest mistake... However, he went on to tell me that it's disappearance wasn't his fault. As he explained it to me, "managers can't babysit their employees". Sorry Chris, but as a manager, everything that negatively affects my experience at your establishment is your fault. Manager or not, having integrity in your words and actions is important. I expected him to go out of his way to give me a replacement top, a better deal on the selling price or, at the very least, a heartfelt apology. Instead, he continued to refuse to take responsibility for his team's mistake and told me to take the deal or leave it. He definitely didn't go out of his way for me.

Wow, definitely didn't read the reviews before I went to Orland. But my experience wasn't nearly that bad. I knew I wanted a gently used Venza in white with a sunroof and leather seats and they had just that. So, despite the inflexibility on the price, I went and got it. Our salesperson Ali was very helpful; he did come down on the price $1000 and he tried to work out other options as well for my husband and I (like offering me more money than carmaz for the car I was selling and putting pressure on the bank to give us a lower interest rate). We showed up after his working hours one day and he even came back to the dealership to help us out. He does call back if I need something and was very helpful with follow up issues/questions I had about the vehicle. I will definitely be sending business his way if I come across anyone who needs a car.

After two trips to the dealership and talking with the salesman and then the 'closer' and a deal was agreed upon, the salesman changed the agreed upon deal. I walked out very upset because they didn't stand by their word. I called the general manager and he said he would look into it and call me back. He never called. I called five times and he NEVER called. The GM should listen to his own message on his voicemail because he must have forgotten what he said.

We bought 3 cars from this dealer. we got good deals and a good experience from buying a car from there. The downside to this dealer is the service/repair. when they try to sell you someyhing or a part they dont tell you all the hidden fees, charges, and other prices. if you spent $100 on a part, then you end up payin $400 on labor and other fees. my wallet started crying in agony. but i have no choice.

I can't fit all the things that went wrong here. They sold me a car that didn't have the features they said it would. When I went to pick it up, they pointed me to the cashier and she gave me a key. That was it. I had to find it in the lot, remove the stickers, remove all the interior plastic protectors. I had no plates, no 2nd key, no manuals. In the next few weeks, I'd have to call them over and over to find out what was going on with the add-on's they sold me originally. Once, only once, did i get a call from them. Every other (of man) "we'll call you right backs", ended with me waiting too long and calling them back. I wish I never had stepped in that toyota. I wish I could give the car back. I will be going anywhere else for service and any further help. The cashier that gives you the key is the height of their "customer service"

Service is 25 to 40% higher than other Toyota dealers depending on the work to be done. Call around and you'll see. "Diagnostic" fees are charged if they do the work or not. I had to return THREE times to get a repair completed correctly. Parts not installed - at all. . . run from these guys
