My wife tried to take the vehicle to the dealer she got it from, which was the worse mistake. They gave her the run around how they would need the Escape for 2 days. When she told me this I told her not to even think about calling them, we have a great place here in Oroville. She made the appointment, they drove her to work, and everything was figured out within a couple of hours. Thats what I call service.

Your service department is more "user-friendly" than is the Ford service in Chico....Perhaps it's because they are so large, and less interested in the customer. I will return to you for my future Ford needs and services. Unfortunately for you my Ford - even with 108000 miles runs like top and I probably won't be coming in frequently. Wayne Medley

Our experience with Vince and Oroville Ford was the best experience we have ever experienced through our 35+ years of purchasing vehicles. No pressure and in and out with all paper work within a half hour with keys in hand of the exact vehicle we were looking for. From working with Bob to find exactly the car we wanted, Ford Exploer Sport, to Sean being very helpfull with the process and working with us through all the features of the vehicle, and Vinnie getting us through the paper work process, Oroville Ford provided with just what we were lookinig for at a great no hassel price. First time I have ever bought a vehicle from a dealer. I was anticipating a typical salesman. Someone who would be pushy, trying to convince me into buying a vehicle I would not be that interested in, and not too helpful. I was proven wrong. I had an amazing saleman...Zach. He did a wonderful job. I did get a little disappointed at times, and was ready to go out of town to buy a vehicle I wanted. Zach was able to help me out and help me make a great decision in keeping my purchase local. I am very happy with my car. I appreciate all the hard work, and time it took for me to get something I really wanted. Thank you!

While serving jury duty, I asked my wife to stop by your previously owned vehicle lot to see what was available. She entered the office and Sean met her at the door. He graciously showed her what we thought we wanted and allowed my wife to drive several models of Taurus and Focus. When my wife met me at the courthouse, she told me what a pleasant experience she had and that Sean was a quality man.To be up front, I am very wary of used car salesmen. I soon found out that Sean was not the stereotypical "lot vulture". He was more concerned in finding us a vehicle to meet our needs than making a sale. he even went so far as to taking us to an associated dealer because they had another vehicle that might be a better fit for us.Returning for the third visit, Sean was able to negotiate a very fair price on the 2012 F-150 we liked. We are exceptionally pleased with our vehicle, the purchase process and, most important, your sales staff. I would like to thank Sean for all his efforts to find us our F-150. ALL the staff was very courteous and helpful. I hope the move to the new dealership location works out for all of them. I bought a F 150 FX 54. Just got it and like so far, just have to set up all the goodies in it. Yes, I was informed that I could stop by anytime for help. I have two friends that have a F-150, this was a primary reason why I purchased this truck. I had been hunting for a Raptor in the north country for a couple of weeks. Michael from Susanville Ford put me in touch with Vince and Oroville. They hooked me up with a beautiful limited edition Ruby Red Raptor. The service was great, the price was fair, and I was in and out the door in my new truck super quick. First of all, I LOVE MY CAR!! My mother-in law just came to live with us, she has a 2013 Cadillac cts. We drove from NY to CA in it would not trade my car for hers ever!! Bill was my salesperson and he did an excellent job in all aspects of this purchase; he made all the paperwork go smoothly in the process that involves others at the dealership, and he covered everything that needed to be done in a highly efficient manner. This purchase was a new 2014 Ford Escape SE. Comparing the salesperson Bill Daniels to other dealerships over the years of several new car transanctions, this was the easiest ever. Bill was calm and polite with no pressure. He worked out the terms to make transaction feasible and appealing. The thing that made this work so well is that we were able to interact with Bill instead of two or more staff members as is usually the case when buying a new car. Indeed, in comparison, the several other dealers we talked to were either lacked knowledge, or distracted by artificial problems. But, with Bill at Oroville Ford, everything went smoothly, was forthright, and done in a timely manner. My wife and I have already told relatives and acquaintances specifically about Bill's efficiency and also Oroville Ford overall, and give you the highest of recommendations. Good news travels fast, so we it is certain that this will all return to Bill and the dealership in good ways in the form of additional sales for years to come. In today's world these kind of things matter greatly to everyone in society. This experience was truly a positive and amazingly effective one that everyone benefited from and so it merits the extra praise as given here.

Zac Byrd was very helpful and patient as we looked at cars, and I thought I had my heart set on an Escape. However, I took one look at the CMAX and wanted to test drive the car. It was good looking and I love the color. Needless to say, I chose the CMAX and Zac was wonderful about entertaining me while Jamie Hashemi worked his magic. When the approval finally came through, I believe Zac and Jamie were as excited as me!! They were both awesome to work with and I just so appreciated their patience and determination to help make this happen! Oroville Ford is just amazing and I had a great experience!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY 2013 FORD ESCAPE!!! I WENT IN WITH CASH, TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED DUE TO SPINAL INJURY AND IN 2 MINS WAS SEATED IN THE DRIVER SEAT OF MY NEW CAR -- CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!! THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS ONE OF THEIR NEIGHBORS AND NOT JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BENNY BROWN'S OROVILLE FORD AND WILL BUY MY FUTURE CARS THERE AS WELL. I ONLY HAD ONE SLIGHT HICCUP WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT DEALER REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY, SOME KIND OF HEATER VALVE OR SOMETHING.

Our experience was great. We were treated with respect and like one of the family. We would recommend Oroville Ford to our friends and family. Our only issue was the the degas set cap was not properly tightened and the next day the coolant in the overflow bubbled out after going to work the next day. The Service Manager sent someone to look at the car, fill the coolant, and ensure that the car would be fine to drive home.
