Salesman went way above normal before and after purchase. Our price agreement was within the national average on trade in and new vehicle price. I recommend this dealership to anyone. 5- star!!!!

Purchased 2013 Nissan Altima from Scott Dunn. He made me a good deal on a trade in. I recently went to Destin FL. I filled up before I left and didn't fill up again until I got to Destin FL. 600 MILES and once I had filled up in Destin, I didn't fill up again until I got back home. 600 MILES!! My wife and I love the car. Best trade I ever made. Service has been great at Orr Nissan.Jerry Faulkner, Jr.

I went to see what they would trade my Cobat for and they gave me a good deal and the Nissan I got was a 4 door Sentra and Rusty was very patient and courteous to me... I drove several of their cars and I decided on the white Sentra... All the employees that I worked with was extremely nice and very courteous to me... It was so late when we got through they cleaned it up which it wasn't dirty good and told me to bring it back the following week which this was a Saturday and I did and they detailed it for me... Friendly, knowledgable and listened. We were looking for a car for our daughter. Right price with the payment we wanted. Was very patient while we worked out our decision. One of the best dealerships I have worked with.

I bought a new Nissan from Orr Nissan in Searcy and everything went perfect. Also, the service after the sale has been first class. I will definitely be buying from Orr Nissan again.

I have purchased parts from Orr Nissan several times and have been happy with the service I received from them. The price was comparable and a good part. I have never purchased a car from them, but if I were buying a new one I would shop with them.

I'm in the process of shopping for a used car. My lifetime best friend has been doing business with ORR Nissan for several years and wanted me to go there first. The first salesman I met was friendly but rather pushy and wanted to put me in a car that very day. I explained that I was shopping and not buying today, but he was very persistent. After taking me for a test drive in a couple of cars he said he had to meet with his daughter and another salesman would help me. Neal, the other salesman was very soft spoken, not pushy at all and did not try to sell me a car that day when I told him that I was only shopping and wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. He took us on a couple test drives of a Nissan Versa Hatchback and a Nissan Sentra. I really liked them both and since then I've been looking online for both of those. I will be buying a car in the next month and I'll continue to look online at ORR Nissan and if I do go back, will ask for Neal and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership is very clean, their cars seem to be good quality so I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

I am a regular customer at this dealership for servicing and have been for the past four years.Yesterday (11/29/2011) I was in there to have an oil change done. The oil change took about 30 minutes to complete and once done was sent to get washed.Some ten minutes after leaving the service bay I asked where my vehicle was and was told it was being washed. Another ten minutes later Matt checked and notified me that as new vehicle washes get presidence on service customers it will be another ten minutes.Finally when my vehicle was ready Matt informed me of this and I left. On arriving at home I noticed that some cash had been missing from my vehicle so I called the dealership this morning and spoke to Matt who passed the information onto their Head Sales man who called me and appologied and offered me a free Oil Change the next time I would be at the dealership.i will not be going back here again and would strongly advise anyone taking their vehicles for sevrvice to be very careful what they leave in their vehicles.this dealer ship lost a vauable customer and in future I will take my vehicle to another Nissan Dealership and make sure nothing is left in the vehicle prior to any work done.
