I took my car in for routine oil and filter service, but also had an issue with the engine light being on. I worked with Rochelle. Rochelle is super friendly, caring and very professional. As a matter of fact I always request Rochelle because she’s always friendly and upbeat when I take my car in for service. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Great dealer and great people! From finance to the salespeople they did an awesome job getting me what I needed and meeting me halfway on just about everything. Did an amazing job getting me a better rate than what came back at first (Cut it in half!). Breath of fresh air working with a dealer that is straightforward. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive and will be seeing them again! Thanks Lauren, Glenn, and everyone else!

This review is based off of my experience with Rochelle in Dodge Services. She has always gone the extra step to satisfy the customers. She also demonstrates grate enter personal skills in communication. Rochelle is an asset to your agency please acknowledge her for her continued great service.

Had a major issues with the steering wheel damper...aka.."death throttle" with the steering wheel on my 2019 Jeep. It should not have been an issue given the vehicle damper wasn't being recalled - which was odd. It turned out it was installed upside down at the factory!!!! A very alarming and disturbing vehicle experience on the freeway. Kudos to my service advisor Natasha Tennessee - "the best of the best" - always responsive, listens to her customers and ensures all concerns are addressed. She immediately scheduled the service and got it taken care of with a newly redesigned damper - took about 1.5 hours...no issues with the wait.

Chantelle and I received premiere customer service from both Patrick and his manager. They had a selection of 3500's with good prices. We traveled from Philadelphia and they made sure that it wasn't a wasted trip for us. They listened to our concerns and needs, took the time to ensure that we got what we needed. Brittany also was great...very pleasant. I will be going back to do business again!!!
