My husband and I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander. To begin, it was a long process as we had done our research and knew what we wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Raymond Walford. He was vey upfront and helpful with any questions we had and was persistent in keeping in touch. I had initially contacted him and ended up waiting about 3 weeks before we decided we were serious. We did have limited exposure to the pre-owned sales manager but that was okay. We also had a bit of anxiety with what we would get for our trade-in after negotiating the car we wanted to buy. It worked out in our favor All in all, the staff was very friendly. The transaction was as quick as it possible could go since we had all the necessary paperwork. They knew we were serious and we appreciated their business professionalism. The finance person tried to keep things lighthearted and didn't try to up sell us. which was good. However, he seemed to hurry through things but I guess when you do that for a living, it can get monotonous. Delivery of the car was in great condition despite being preowned. The only thing that my husband and I think the dealership could do better is coordinate their stream of email correspondence. It seems like some dealerships have their e-sales communication down while others seem a bit disconnected from the customer (we had 3 different people from the dealership in touch with me- not sure why). Thanks so much for the whole team for giving us a positive buying experience!!

One of the easiest buying process we have had. Our sales person Lauren Smith was knowledable and informative without being pushy. She listened to what we wanted and delivered without and gimmicks. Our finance person Donna Jones was helpful and didn't try to sell add ons, everything was explained to us, no hidden fees. A totally great experience

The trash hadn't been dumped and there were ants and flies in the waiting area on the floor and furniture.Hopefully this will not happen in the future, as the customer service here is excellent as well as the professional staff.

I liked that I was able to tell both the sales associate (Keon) and sales manager (Monty) where I was financially, and they gave me the space to go to the lounge and run my numbers.Allowing me to move away from the sales associate's desk created a less pressured experience for me on what is a large purchase in my life.Also, Monty let me take the car to lunch so I could have more time to think. That was super impressive and went a long way to building trust.Lastly, Keon was an excellent communicator. Keon and I were able to talk periodically over text. Communicating over text allowed me and Keon to keep the discussion moving even when I was not at the dealership (at lunch).

We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013. All of the service has been at the dealership. When they sell a new car, they offer the Ourisman Advantage. The advantage offers a car wash with service, a loaner car program and full exterior detail every 24 months. When I went for scheduled today's appointment, I asked for advantage benefits. I arrived at 6:30 AM but they didn't have a loaner car available. When I asked for my detail, they said that I needed to bring the car in earlier, service starts at 7:00. They promised to hand wash the car, and I agreed. When I picked up the Jeep ten hours later, it had not been washed. I am so disappointed in their false advertising and not fulfilling their words. I picked a terrible dealership to buy my Jeep.

Lauren and Ron Ward were great to deal with in the purchase of my new JKU. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in a Wrangler. After an exhaustive search of available options, I decided to have my jeep ordered from the factory, but it didn't end there. I wanted a lift kit and big tires. After discussing the options available, I chose to have Ourisman install the mopar lift kit and picked out 20" rims and 35x12.50 tires. They were able to get the jeep fitted with a back-up camera and heated seats in the rear. I could not be more pleased with the way it turned out. It is definitely a head turner. Thank you Ron and Lauren for guiding me through the process.

I found a great car. The dealer experience has been the opposite. I'll break this down across staff, sales, and service. STAFF:If you ignore my review, and buy a car, truck, or Jeep from Ourisman of Bowie, first get everyone's cell and email. Staff doesn't have a direct line to reach them. They also don't have voicemail, but they do have a general after-hour voice mailbox that isn't attended to. You will need all the contact info you can get, but it probably won't help you. My salesperson's cell phone voice mailbox is full and emails and texts aren't responded to after the sale. So, generally, the Ourisman employees are unreachable by phone and email after the sale has gone through. Whenever I call the main number, I get transferred multiple times, and put on hold for lengthy times. I got to know most of the staff. Mike Snowden (sales) and Mike Click (pre-owned sales manager) have thus far been unable to resolve my issues below. I then moved on to Bryan Paitsel in service and Ron Ward (sales manager) who were helpful. SALES:At the time of sale, I was told no recalls were in effect. The car they sold me (a used Mazda 3) did actually have an active recall, as stated on the CarFax online. Not a big deal, recalls are free. The nearest Mazda dealer is 35 minutes away. And fortunately not an Ourisman dealership. When I was presented a printed CarFax at the time of sale, they conveniently left off the final page (which mentioned the active recall and a prior accident record). Fortunately, I did my homework prior to sale, so I already knew about this. But this was a slimy tactic.Lastly, the finance department didn't order my tags in time, so my temporary 60-day tags expired before my permanent tags were issued. I could not drive the car legally for almost a week. Fortunately, I was out of town. Furthermore, my registration listed the vehicle as the wrong color. When the tags were finally installed, they were hand tightened with loose screws.SERVICE:I had two minor warranty repairs that I needed fixed under the included warranty. The salesperson promised to fix the first item (a loose center console) prior to sale. At the time of sale, the service department was closed, so it could not be fixed the same day. I finalized the sale, and the salesperson said I could come back anytime to get it fixed. I later noticed the second issue (a power mirror motor) not working. That sounds easy enough. This was not under warranty but I worked with Mike Click and was offered a discount for the fix. After 18 phone calls, and after having the car in service for three weeks, this console was worse than when I bought it. (This not being a Mazda dealer, I even provided the repair instructions on how to fix the console. That didn't help.)The power mirror? They ordered the wrong part, installed it anyway, and permanently disabled my blind spot monitoring system. They also ignored the blind spot monitoring malfunction light in the dash. So after three weeks in service (I was on vacation for one of them), the center console was broken more than previously, the wrong power mirror was installed, and the blind spot monitor system was disabled. They didn't even offer a free car wash after all of this. These issues were resolved in the coming weeks.

I found this dealership through true car, trying to get the best deal possible. Within a day I was contacted by salesman Mike. We went back and forth on pricing over the phone and email. When Friday came around I left work early and drove an hour to talk in person and buy the jeep I'd been talking about. Met with Mike seemed very nice so we made a deal. I knew ahead of time the vehicle I wanted they were getting from another dealership which was fine, and I was told I could pick up the next day. Saturday I called and Mike said he'd call me back he was working on getting it there. Couple hours later I called again he said it just wasn't going to happen so I said when. He told me Monday, I respond saying I would be there when they open. Monday I went in he greeted my fiance and I and said give him a couple minutes. He then informs me the vehicle was sold at the other dealership, keep in mind I gave him a down payment and was told the vehicle was as good as mine. He try's to get me to buy another jeep not on they're lot. At this point I was a little angry. He kept saying this wasn't his fault, making it seem like it was my fault because I knew what wanted when I came in the door. I finally request for my down payment back and I left. An hour later the manager contacted my fiance asking what happened. He tells her they're never was a vehicle coming that he knew of. So my advice is beware of this dealer. I'm just glad this all went down before the vehicle was purchased. Going to buy from Adams Jeep Annapolis very good people.

A friend referred me to a salesman named Don Okay. The friend and went to the dealership to first look at the vehicles in the across the street lot. Immediately walking on the lot I saw exactly what I wanted, then walked over to the building office to seek out Don. As friend and I walked over in the drizzling rain, sure enough, Don was just about walking over to meet with us with umbrella, not knowing we were about to come looking for him. During friend and I conversation with Don on how much I loved and wanted the vehicle I saw, and my credit status. It was at that point, I honestly knew that I was going to drive away in the vehicle. Don came through for me as he assured me during our conversation. I was under no pressure, I want what I want, got exactly what I wanted. I was working with several dealerships in Maryland and Virginia and they were not responsive over electronic communication. Lauren kept in constant communication via text and email and we worked to keep me within my budget. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that it was agreed that I would be walking out the door at the set price that was agreed upon before making my long drive and once I got there, due to financing, and instead of honoring their agreement to get me out the door at that price, I wound up having to eat an extra 1,000. Still a pretty good deal and the experience was very smooth for the most part.

Lauren kept in constant communication via text and email and we worked to keep me within my budget. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that it was agreed that I would be walking out the door at the set price that was agreed upon before making my long drive and once I got there, due to financing, and instead of honoring their agreement to get me out the door at that price, I wound up having to eat an extra 1,000. Still a pretty good deal and the experience was very smooth for the most part.

Pat (my salesperson) was awesome. Her patience is what set her apart from other sales people. She made sure I liked the car and did not pressure me. She wanted to understand why I was buying the car and took the time to listen. I have purchased over 40 cars and Pat made this was my most satisfying experience. She actually cared that I made the purchase for the right reason versus making a purchase based on impulse. She has a repeat customer. The finance guy was also very good. He made sure my finance options were clear and understood. This was oddly the best experience I've ever had buying a car.

When I arrived at the dealership I already had a understanding of how they worked. Dealerships want your money and didn't care about anything else. But this dealership and made me feel like they actually was looking out for my best interest. They were welcoming. Friendly, considerate of what I was looking for and needed. From the time I walked into the dealership, I felt comfortable. Lauren and Keon who greeted us outside were extremely friendly. To be honest, I am very cautious around sales people; but Lauren and Keon were able to remove that wall with their friendly and open personality. From start to finish, Lauren worked with me through every step. She answered every question-she even answered questions that I asked more than once. She was extremely personable and made me feel at ease. I had a few moments where I felt overwhelmed (nothing that she did-just the car buying experience). Yet, the entire time, she was patient and offered kind words. I know she is a salesperson, but it truly felt as if I was talking to a friend. I was first contacted by Nadina jones who was very helpful in getting the process started. We then started working with Lauren Smith who just made this an overall painless car buying experience. Our trade in was in service for a recall they went over and did the appraisal before we even arrived. They didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot, they were able to find vehicles we wanted on other lots and started working on finding the right one. She then mentioned they had a higher model on the lot that we went to check out. It was more than the price range we were looking at but after running some numbers and negotiating our trade in price we were comfortable with the great deal they were able to give us (even before incentives) Our special needs toddler was with us and Lauren was awesome with him she offered to hold him several times, was very personable, and all around just an amazing person. (For instance, none of the vending machines would take our 5 dollar bill and the cashier wasn't around Lauren didn't hesitate to solve the situation and ensure we were able to get something while we waited. That to me is going beyond just getting a sale) She answered all our questions and was never pushy from the moment we started emailing her to when we drove off. If you looking for a car this is the place to go and Lauren is the person to talk to. Also worth mentioning the finance section was an equally great experience was not pushy on additional services and was able to get us in and out no issues (I am horrible with names I wish I could remember his name he was an all around great guy). I want to first stand up and applaud Lauren Smith and the Ourisman CDJR of Bowie. I cannot even believe this is a dealership at all, I would say it is a family. From the time I walked in the door, and even before hand when I spoke to Lauren on the phone we were in a "no BS zone". I was in and out in less then two hours, and even the process with the finance director Chu Park was amazing. I would give ten stars for the way me and my family were treated during our time in Ourisman CDJR Bowie. We went in to just look and talk numbers as we were just beginning the process of upgrading my wife's car. My salesmen was money hungry he amped up the prices to insanly high amounts but I know my cars so I was not fooled by a long shot. It is true what they say, that car salesman are snakes that can't be trusted. I would have easily be duped had it not been for my knowledge of cars.

In summary: everyone was friendly and respectful during the bargaining process we ALL hate to endure when buying a vehicle. At the end of the night, it was a fair deal and am extremely happy with both my purchase and experience. Being a total computer nerd, I do all of my research online first. I chose Ourisman because Nadina was the most expeditious and responsive of all of the dealerships I had contacted. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted by Vincenzo who introduced us to Nadina. He kept us entertained, answering questions while Nadina went to find Raymond to pull up the car I had originally inquired about.Raymond quickly came with the keys and sent us off on a test drive, alone, so we could privately evaluate the car. Love at first sight, it was time to haggle.After a bit of banter, papers pushed back and forth, numbers were agreed upon and finalized. I've walked out more than once at a dealership and it never crossed my mind to do so. During the process, Raymond was 100 percent respectful of our demands and enjoyable to banter with. Finally, the financing process with Donna was smooth and painless, exceeding my original expectations.I followed up the next day to get the official tour of my vehicle in the daylight. I was immediately greeted by Nadina and other members of the staff. Raymond came out with Kevin to show me the bells & whistles, cracked a few jokes and left a much wiser and proud Jeep owner.Being my third Jeep and fourth Jeep dealership, I will definitely return to Ourisman when ready for my next purchase. I checked out the truck on the lot the night before trying to avoid any slick salespersons. I went out the next day and called ahead asking someone to bring the key to the truck out so I can sit in it. Ron brought out the key in the pouring rain and just said check it out. He didn't get in the truck with me, he just gave me all the space I needed. when I gave him the key I asked if we could go talk about the truck. for the first few mins he didn't say anything, just typed on his computer. I picked the truck because i thought it was a fair price, then all of a sudden Ron turns to me and tells me he found me about $8000 in rebates off the truck price. He was awesome. He came up with a great price on my trade in and got me a spray in bed liner. The whole process was so easy and very quick. I was only there about 3 hours including time with the finance department. I would very much recommend the dealership and especially Ron. Ron Channell drove in on Sunday even though he was off that whole weekend because thats when I needed to buy the truck. Thanks Ron.

What I bought:I was looking for a kitted out "work truck", so RAM 2500 with 6.4L, big boy box, 4.10, AUX switches, sprayed etc. But no SLT stuff/fluff, just barebones hauler.How I got it:I found this truck by looking on Ram's locator and AT. I live in freaking Pennsylvania, but you know it can be hard to find the right truck.Who:I reached out to Gary through email regarding the "actual" price. I wanted to know which rebates were included and if I was eligible for them. It took him about a day, and he responded with a neat breakdown of the fees , which was... Allowance$40,910$29,500Documentation Fee $300State and Local Taxes $444.60License and Fees $220Less IncentivesTrade Payoff- $4000$27,500Your Total Price*$35,876.60*Now* How many dealers would do this over the email or phone? Just about none. I knew what I wanted and what numbers I was comfortable with. With just the numbers we went back and forth a little bit (twice) until we were both comfortable. I filled out a credit application online so they ran my credit and gave me a good APR. I was advised to come down the same day since they were closing some sort of interval of sales: similar to shopping at the last day of the month. I drove down to Maryland from PA that night and was greeted by Gary. Mind you, I never talked to this guy on the phone...Clean and professional place.The truck was clean, parked and waiting in the front. We ran through some paperwork and I started moving my stuff from my truck. Donna in finance handled paperwork. Everything went as planned, with very slight amendment to APR rate .09% increase. All numbers matched up, no surprises. Just boring paperwork with numbers we already agreed on. 100% honest work from both Gary and Donna.Other dealers would only give me numbers and rebates used if I came in. And we tried that. They wanted to rip us off really badly and put us in a bad financial situation. Oh, the stories they'd come up with as if I don't know how to manage money.TLDR; Gary+company were great! He worked with me to get all numbers square in advance. I like this because it helps me align what I can afford with my budget at my own time. Set it all up entirely through email...How's that for ya? I went *IN* to local dealers and they couldn't treat me that well. I'm gonna return to this place, or wherever Gary is at least, to buy my next truck. Big ups to Gary + Donna ! I love my 2500, gonna pull this weekend :)

My daughter went in to make her first purchase of a car and ended up with a person who simply didn't understand how to listen or engage. Buying your first new car should be an exciting experience - not one that you dread and belittles you. I recommend that Ourisman spend some time teaching their salesmen how to engage with their clients in a thoughtful and supportive way. The old school methods of the used car salesman simply no longer work in a world where information on price and expectation are available at the touch of a button.

My son purchased a used Hyundai from Ourisman Dodge in Bowie Maryland. The check engine light was on for a bad TPS (Tire Pressure) sensor and he was told they would repair the issue if he bought the car and brought it back to service. He was also promised floor mats and told they would be available that weekend.The service department said the TPS light was bad and he had 2 nails in his tires. Coincidentally, my son had to add air to his tire every day. The rude service manager gave him an offer to replace either the TPS sensor OR the tire... but not both. Absolutely ridiculous.It's been several weeks and the floor mats are not available yet.Avoid this dealership at all costs! They are liars. Brandon Ritter is really good at selling cars but never returns phone calls as promised.

went to purchase a challenger!!!!!! and I did!!!! thanks to MICHEAL PHELPS(HYUNDAI) who sent me to KEVIN BATTLE! who was at ourisman the next dealer over where the car I wanted was... me buying a car for the first time expected the dealer(s) to have that I owe it to them to buy a car attitude.. but not at all.. I seemed to be more forcing to buy then him lol... he was calm and listen to what I was trying to work out etc... he didn't beat around the bush or make you think the impossible was possible..(like most dealers).. which in my eyes is a good thing cause why get forced or lied to then get repoed in 2months?? you look bad and so does dealer!! if you really want a buy a car and want the truth on what you can afford and not be hassled,forced or lied to then this dealer iship IS DEFINITLY WOTH CHECKING OUT!!!! My wife's caravan needed safety recall work. I stopped by the service dept, and made an appointment for the repair. The service guy behind the desk said the part was available and he would save it for my car. A few days I got an email notice of the appointment. I dropped car off for the repair work, however, about 3 hours later after returning home, I get a call telling me the parts for the repair was not available. I am upset because they should have told me before I wasted all the time dropping the car off and having my wife pick me up and later drop me off the get the unrepaired car. I ve got better things than to waste haft a day running back and forth to the dealer to get nothing done. I think they need to have better communication with the customer. I will take the car to a different dealer and hope their service is better.

Drove in a Jeep from Rockville for me to test drive. It was used, which was fine cause that's what I was looking for. A large scratch from someone taking their key to it was visible from the driver side door. Salesman promised to have it corrected but to go ahead with the purchase with a good faith handshake. A week later, I come back thinking it will be sanded out and painted but instead got an amateur job and that is putting the word amateur lightly. The scratch looks worse than before I brought it in. When I requested the Salesman (Raymon) to give me the trade in back or another vehicle of similar value, he said I'll look into it but never called back. Will never refer anyone to them!!!

I was so excited about my husbands new 2015 Jeep that Mr. Johnson sold him the previous day. He convinced me to go check out the Jeeps. Im glad I did.I was greeted by the entire staff, but one in particular was recommended. His name is Mr. Eddie Johnson. Mr. Johnson made me feel comfortable as well as excited. Mr. Johnson showed me that he was detailed oriented. Based on the amenities I had mentioned to my husband the day before my arrival; Mr. Johnson delivered the perfect Jeep!I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Johnson was very informative, personable and he answered every question I had patiently. Commonly seen, most car salesmen have no knowledge of the vehicle and have to ask questions or get information from the other salesmen in the showroom. Not Mr. Johnson. His objective was not only to sell me the Jeep, but to make sure I was comfortable buying the right Jeep. With Mr. Johnsons experience, he not only let me test drive the Jeep but he made sure the Jeep was in tip top shape before I drove off the lot. He also set up the features in the vehicle to include the radio, Bluetooth, navigation, etc. Without reservations, I will recommend friends, family, co-workers and anyone else who is in need of a vehicle to Mr. Johnson.

I drove to Ourisman from Baltimore because I found the vehicle I was looking for online. I had spoken with Kevin Battle on the phone, and was greeted by him when I arrived. We went for a test drive, and quickly began negotiations. We arrived at a number quickly, and I drove away happy. I'll be back in a few years for a Grand Cherokee for my wife. Probably the best experience I have had when buying a car. They were great, and the facility is tremendous!

my experience with Lauren was probably the best experience i have had with a dealership. im 20 years old and came in, in a hoodie and sweat pants and she came right to me and was as friendly as could be and was extremely professional and treated like a normal customer witch appreciated tremendously. Between her dana and carlos we were able to work a deal on my new truck and couldnt be happier with it.

My parents surprised me with a Dodge Dart after I total lost my previous car. My dad went as far as to make me think I was helping with groceries out of his car while my mom was cooking and the salesman pulled around the corner with the car. My mouth fell open with shock and then excitement kicked in. My dad loves the Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler brand. I love my car its just perfect for me and Billy the salesman who I met when we were looking for cars when my mom said the car would be totaled is a nice man and even purchased me and my family sodas while we waited on the paper work to get finished.

I saw a White Dodge Challenger SXT Plus, sitting on the lot a few days earlier and fell in love with it. We had gone just to test drive the 2014 Jeep GC. We were ready to purchase if the correct color combination was in stock. Tom was the first one to greet us as soon as we walked in the door. Of course i love no pressure, but i do want to be greeted when i walk in. Tom did just that and asked if we need help. Of course we did. He arranged for us to test drive, showed us the vehicle, and salient features of the JGC. Since the color combination we wanted wasn't in their stock, Tom said he can arrange it no problem, which he did quickly. Long story short, Tom and Dana McGriff (Sales Manager) worked quickly to match the lowest price quote I had and gave me what I had in mind for my Trade in. We finished paperwork late in the night, and took delivery of our vehicle the next day. Our toddler didn't give us enough time for Tom to go with all the features, but he's more than ready and available to make sure that we understand and know about all the features of the Jeep GC. Dealer messed up my new car registration. While they were attempting to straighten out the registration, they let the temporary dealer's registration expire, despite multiple requests for an extension. I had to take the car off the road. Dealer's performance was less than satisfactory.

I walked into the dealership unannounced on a cold Monday night to look at two specific vehicles. I was warmly greeted in the parking lot by Kendric, who was on his way to deal with another customer. Brandon came out and greeted me almost immediately and immediately responded to my requests, no messing around. He was proactive in demostrating a number of the Ram's features and very helpful without being aggressive or pushy at all. After viewing the two vehicles, I narrowed it down to one, and we got down to work. I asked them to shoot me their best price, and they shortly came back with a price a bit over what I originally wanted to pay. One quick exchange and I got the truck at a price I was very happy with, and purchased it immediately. Dealing with Brandon and Dana was very easy and there was no pressure or hard sell - it was easy. When I came in to pick up the truck to drive it off the lot, I got to deal with Kendric again, and he was very pleasant and took care of a last minute issue in no time. All in all, a great experience.

I was looking for a new dependable vehicle without bluetooth ( I do not have a cell phone ) and satelite radio. Mike took me seriously and did not treat me like I was crazy. Which was the general reaction from most of the other dealerships I had contacted. He treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted and then helped me get exactly the opitions that I wanted and none of the ones that I did not. I found that the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Even my husband who absolutly hates car shopping enjoyed the expirence. I have dealt with the Ourisman family of dealers (Chevy) before and have never been disapointed. If you are looking for the odd color and strange options this is the dealership for you and Mike will get you what you want.

My experience with Ourisman of Bowie, and Andrew Thomas was by far the best experience I have had with a dealership and a salesman. Andrew did an excellent job by actually listening to what I was saying about what I was looking for and what my needs and wants were. I went into the dealership very well preparred ahead of time in regards to what I wanted to spend and the financing I was looking for, and he actually gave me an initial estimate that was better that what I had calculated. After doing the official financing they came back with an even better number, and I even received a pretty fair deal for my trade in. The whole process from start to finished took only about 3 and a half hours and was very painless. I would definitely reccommend Oursiman of Bowie and especially Andrew Thomas to anyone in the area looking to purchase a vehicle. Even with living in Springfield, Virginia it was worth the drive up to Bowie, and I will most likely be buying my next Hyudai from there as well, in a few years!

My husband and I made a deal with Billy Stewart over the phone. However, upon our first visit to the dealership we experienced some unfortunate situation, and were not able to complete the deal and left with out a vehicle. The very next day Ron Ward the General Sales Manager called to apologize for everything that had happed the night before, and promised to right the wrong. Our second visit to the dealership was exceptional, Ron took care of everything for us before hand. All we had to do was sign the papers and leave with our car. We got truly exemplary customer service at Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie. Everyone who interacted with us showed a genuine desire to work with us in finding the right car for us, answering our questions, coming to an agreement on the price, allaying our fears, and guiding us effortlessly through the quagmire of paperwork. Andrew, our salesman and first point of contact, felt more like a friend than a salesman. He even brought us pizza, and something to drink, when we realized that we had not had lunch yet. Both Robert and Victor projected an honest understanding of our hesitancy and our financial limitations, and worked to overcome these obstacles. By far the worst experience I've had buying a car. First off...I bought a brand new $30,000 Dodge Charger car back in April. They put down the wrong VIN on the paperwork and had me driving around in an unregistered vehicle for almost a month...I'm sure if I would've been pulled over they would've understood(ha yea right!). Second off...they sent the wrong paperwork into the MVA even after the VIN situation was fixed. The manager Ron(who comes off as a used car salesman with all his false promises) " I promise I will contact you immediately when the tags get here to the dealership". All this is after I've I had to drive to dealership 4 times because I could get a straight answer over the phone and I needed to get another set of temp tags. Third off...Its AUGUST 9th now and I still do not have my plates. I call the dealership and speak to Andrew to tell him I still do not have my plates or title. He states the tags are there at the dealership. When I arrive he says the tags have been here for sometime(20 days to be exact). I ask him why I was not contacted...he says since I had a co-signer they probably left her a message on her phone(lie) and that's probably where they sent the title to my vehicle as well(another lie). When we talk to the lady who give me my plates there's an envelope with my registration and...wait for it...my title!! Great job detective!! You couldn't look in the envelope?! Now you think this place would attempt in somehow to make it for me considering I talked about buying a new Jeep as well for the winter time. Nope! Not at all! I mentioned a minor scratch on my car and asked if they could fix it considering I drove to this place 5 times and the headache they put me through. Their answer...we have a guy who can take a look at it for you and we'll let you know a price. Really?! You're going to charge me for how much money I spent coming up here! In the end all I can say is I will definitely not be purchasing my jeep here. My only recommendation is not to purchase a vehicle here...please save yourself a headache and money.

We had visited several dealerships before coming to Ourisman Chrysler Jeep of Bowie because we were not satisfied with our experiences. After our first visit at the Bowie dealership we knew we had found a place where we could do business. We worked with Andrew Thomas while he was training Yasir Martinez. The fact that our visit included employee training did not in anyway deter from providing us excellent customer service. In fact, both Andrew and Yasir were exceptionally accommodating to our questions and concerns. Andrew, being the most experienced assured that our purchase was delivered on time and in accordance with the terms we had agreed upon. Of worthy of note, Andrew was very knowledgeable of the mechanical and interior designs of the vehicle. He was very helpful in walking us through all the electronic features that were new and initially confusing to us. Andrew also personally handled a return visit to repair a nick in the paint. We left the vehicle with Andrew and picked it up from him the next day with work completed. Andrew's friendly and professional qualities are a real attribute to your dealership. Yasir is well on his way to providing you with the same. We will not hesitate to refer others to your dealership. As an aside, Dana in finance is top notch - friendly, thorough, and no high pressure.

Not pushy and a fair price. The man behind the curtain, Ron was the most pleasant sales manager I have ever dealt with. None of the usual back and forth haggling, just a fair price and fair trade offer. The only down side was after leaving, I noticed that the key Fob wasn't working and then my bad experience happened. I contacted my salesman who informed me that he noticed that the Fob was not working properly when he tried to access the truck for the test drive. Instead of figuring out what was wrong, he went forward through the entire sale without mentioning it. I emailed the next day, he replied that he noticed the Fob was not right and that was what warranties were for. Too bad to ruin what I thought was the most seamless, painless new vehicle purchase that I had ever encountered. Three hours at the repair shop, time lost at work to learn that parts needed to be ordered. An up front acknowledgment of the problem would have gone a long way instead of hiding it. Anyway, positive experience, just advice to check everything as your salesman is only interested in the sale. Ron is top notch as I have never failed to haggle after the initial dealer offer, that is until now. Very fair offer on trade and good truck price. One suggestion to improve. Have the salesman present warranty info before you see the loan/closer, so you'd have more time to consider.

Anyway, positive experience, just advice to check everything as your salesman is only interested in the sale. Ron is top notch as I have never failed to haggle after the initial dealer offer, that is until now. Very fair offer on trade and good truck price.One suggestion to improve. Have the salesman present warranty info before you see the loan/closer, so you'd have more time to consider.

Mike Hickerson was very persistent in following up after my first inquiry. I think he kept emailing and calling my house for over a month in a half. He was great, friendly and helpful.

I have given the rating above for Jerry becuase since the beginning of our visit with the dealership he was always answering the questions I had to the best of his knowledge and looked for answers if he needed more from Ron Ward. Both Jerry and Ron were not pushy at all when it came to us looking at the Jeep , which I have had experience with before with other dealers. Jerry took all the information we were looking for in the Jeep and found the exact one we were looking for. When it came to the financial part of it, he was more than willing to help us meet the financial goal that we set. When signing and picking up our Jeep, Jerry was more than willing to help explain features and provide us with great customer service while we waited for finalization. I am very pleased with our choice in the vehicle and the choice of the dealership we chose to shop at. I would highly recommend them to others.
