I bought 2004 F-250 Super Duty 141000 miles which comes with 30 days - 1000 mile warranty but i just drive the truck 200 miles and water pump broken i called them and they told me i can take it to any ford dealer and they will deal between. Now they dont want to pay because they said is not include the warranty.Its cost me $1600 with all the belts, water pump and pullies.Please dont go to this dealer they are so rude and nasty people.They are only nice until you buy the car.

Noticed light on vehicle, called for service and was able to be seen the next day. They were able to arrange for a loaner vehicle so that I could take care of important family matters. Problem was repaired on the visit and everyone was very helpful.

I am disappointed in the level of customer service I experienced from Salesman "MP". Here is why 1)Salesman "MP" - was not available when I arrived at the location, knowing I was on my way, then putting me with a newer employee that I had no rapport with. I felt I had established a level of trust and understanding with Salesman "M", that was lost when being forced to work with another employee.2)Salesman "MP" informed me that you had the vehicle ready for me for when I arrived, it was not cleaned. I informed Salesman "MP" two days prior to my visit that I was to look at one particular vehicle, thus giving him ample time prepare the vehicle, he did nothing.3)A cursory review of the vehicle would have indicated that radio knob was missing, the rear hatch did not work properly, and that the floor mats were missing. Though the items would be able to addressed, it would have taken time to correct, which I was limited on. I had informed Salesman "MP" of my two hour drive to your location, and yet he could not take the time to review the vehicle.It is for these reason that I did not purchase the vehicle for which I came to see. Without these errors, I would have purchased the vehicle without reserve.Other observations about my experience not related to you are as follows;The snide and condescending attitude of the Sales Director was very off-putting and was not justified. The tone of his voice when he interjected himself into my conversation with the salesman established a hostile environment. The same attitude of the Sales Director was apparent it in the negotiation process, or shall I saw lack thereof. His lack of willingness to even flatter the idea of moving a price point on the sale vehicle contributed to the loss of the sale.oI asked for a 2.9% ($989) reduction on the sale vehicle. No return or counter offer.oContinuing on to the trade-in vehicle, I asked for a 5.6% ($500) increase and still no return or counter offer.At the end of the day, the sale was lost over a 4% difference in negotiated prices on a used vehicle.The car-buying experience at this dealership was deplorable based on the actions of two employees.The salesperson "C" I worked with needs more extensive training. He did not appear to have knowledge about the vehicles and was agonizingly slow with paperwork and quotes.

Pat is a super nice person and always has a bright smile and a cheerful attitude. Pat doesn't know the words "can't do that" as he always takes care of me whenever I am at the dealership. It's like talking with a friend, rather than some unknown person. If Pat doesn't know the answer to your question, he knows who or where to find an answer for you. BTW: he is evidently not related to Lou Costello ... but he still has a great sense of humor.

I came to Ourisman Ford and Lincoln because they had the exact car I was looking for (2016 Ford Edge). The sale person was ok. He was not very informative. I'm not sure if he assumed I knew everything about the car already since I had found it online. I was very disappointed to learn that my car is not equipped with Sirius radio even though the booklet I have in my glove box states all new ford vehicles are equipped with a 6 month free trial. There is also a part of the carpet by the brake pedal that is not attached to the under part of the dashboard. The salesman told me the service department was closed and I would need to take it to another deal at another time.

In general, your staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Chappie, the sales manager. Our salesman was knowledgeable but, unfortunately, was like most salesmen: our best friend until the car was sold then appeared to be uninterested/unreachable. I guess it is easy for a salesman to loose perspective; sales come and go and one probably becomes indistinguishable from another, but to the buyer, it is an important decision and a very large expenditure. Some display of gratitude would have been appreciated. I also felt that our salesman took too much for granted during the sales process (i.e., the sale is a done deal, you cannot possible find something better).

Called for same day service on my A/C as it was 90 plus degrees outside. June said bring it in right-a-way. I waited for my car and they completed service much faster then expected in less then two hours.I went to Waldorf Ford first as I live near that service center. We purchased the car care plan with our 2015 Explorer. The past two times I have used the coupons for the scheduled service the staff (not the cashier) has acted like it was a hassle to redeem the coupons for the scheduled service. This included not redeeming one of the coupons that I gave the representative when I dropped off the car. While we were happy with the overall service of the vehicle the customer service aspect of our experience lacked when dealing with the service representatives.

I appreciated how reliable the shuttle service to and from the metro was and that my car was ready when it was promised to me. Not everything was fixed on my car (by my own choice) because things were a lot more expensive than if I did the work elsewhere.

Andy was excellent! He was neat, prompt and was genuinely pleased that I was his customer. That is rather rare these days, but I am glad Andy is the exception to that rule. Andy took great care of my car while it was getting its 20,000 mile service. The only quirk was the strange development of lugnuts that had swollen so large that a wrench could not fit on them. As that was the very first day that Ourisman Ford's Service Department had worked on my 2014 Escape, I am very certain that "swollen lugnuts" were not any fault of Ourisman. However, I'm still wondering what exactly happened. I've had a dozen cars in my lifetime and never had lugnuts swell, EVER! Is it a Ford thing? Is it a third party parts manufacturer thing? Did the dealership in Greenville, SC overtighten them? Before the service at Ourisman, the dealership in Greenville is the ONLY other place to have worked on my car. Have I been driving around for the last 5,000 miles (or more) with lugnuts that would render my car unserviceable by roadside assistance if I had experienced a flat tire? I've got to know! When my car goes out of warranty, will I be better off getting some different kind of lugnuts? I've got to know!Andy went the extra mile by getting one of the service techs to talk to me about the lugnuts. Thanks, Andy.The problem still irked me. Therefore, I looked for other resources and called Ford Customer Relations. They were very helpful by getting a case number set up to compensate for the parts and labor to replace what certainly must be defective parts. The only thing Ourisman Ford's Service Department could have done better would have been if they had gone ahead and coordinated with Ford to replace the lugnuts. Driving around knowing that I can't get roadside service because of the lugnut situations has made driving a little more tedious.But again, please let me be clear: Andy and the rest of the 20,000 mile service was handled very well. I also enjoy the convenient location of Ourisman Ford.The likelihood of me recommending Ourisman to family or friend is only an 8 because I have not yet had much experience with the service department. After more visits, that likelihood will definitely go up if I experience the kind of service that my advisor Andy provided on my last visit. Another factor that made my rating as high as an 8 was the wonderful waiting rooms that Ourisman provides for service customers! THANK YOU SO MUCH for having a "business" wait area with no televisions and excellent, fast wi-fi connectivity! That was fantastic! Thanks, Andy! Thanks, Ourisman!

I did not have service done at my last visit. I purchased and had installed 4 new tires. The original tires that were on the car that I purchased in July 2011 made the car sound like a drum, thump, thump, thump. The reason given is that they had flat spots. There tires were routinely rotated by Oarsman but the noise never went away. My guess is that I bought the car off the lot at the end of July 2011 and the car had a DMV sticker from March, so it probably sat in one place for long periods of time. This occurred to me with another off the lot purchase of a BMW. I stuck with the tires for 58,000 miles. They still had plenty of tread left but I could not take the thumping anymore. The new tires make the vehicle (2011 Ford Escape) sound like a new car. If I ever buy a car off a dealers lot again, I will not do it unless they put on a new set of tires.

Joon, was very helpful with the mx process. Had my oil changed, tires rotated and a problem with my passenger seat button. A part had to be ordered and he gave me the information on what's going on with the repair. Also with my oil change it had a rebate with it. He showed me all the information I needed to fill out the rebate on the Ford site.

He indicated how long he thought it would take for my service and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I had my coffee and doughnut, like I always do.My care was ready in an hour and half. We were looking for a Ford Escape and there was no run around with price. Talked with dealer over the phone and told them what we wanted and what would be out of door cost. Ended up it being where we wanted with no hidden cost. We also wanted to be in and out of dealership within a certain period of time and they made sure it happened. We bought a Ford F-150 4 years ago and have all of it's service done here. While waiting for the scheduled maintenance to be done we made a deal on a new Ford Focus. I've taken my Lincoln MKX twice to your dealership and I've received a customer service that is exceptional. Andy has assisted me with my vehicle maintenance and even went as far to tell me that I had a maintenance warranty on my Lincoln that the dealer never told me I had when I purchased it in Jan. I also like the fact they clean the exterior of the vehicles. In all my experience with dealerships I have to say that your dealership made me want to continue to purchase only Lincoln vehicles and I've had in the pass Mazda, Chevrolet, and 2 jeeps. Service was great and advisor was very pleasant. Advisor explained that the service would not correct the issue during this visit. However, on the next visit after the parts arrive hopefully, the issue will be resolved.

The communication on my 2010 Ford Edge gas tank recall while in for replacement was very poor. My car was in the shop for a week and I only new my car was ready for pick up because I called to check up on it. The gas tank recall part was on back order and I never was informed it had arrived. When I went to pick up my car, their was no one available to go over the repair with me and the cashier was unable to answer my questions. I tryed to get the person who retreived my car for me to go over it with me, but he could not speak english and did not understand what i was asking. I concider communication a HUGE HUGE part of customer serivce and will not return to Ourisman Dealership to have my car serviced.

My home is in Alaska. Through circumstances I am in Virginia helping my sister recover from surgery. I started looking for a truck more out of curiosity but found incentives that inspired a serious search. I was looking for a specific configuration for a F-150 Lariat. Ourisman found such a vehicle out of state, brought it into VA even without a contract to buy in place, gave me a great price that exceeded anything competitors were able to do. Very happy with the vehicle and the process. Excellent communication from Ourisman.

I am so disappointed in the service received at this Ford dealership it is almost disgusting. Long and short, I had new brakes and rotors installed on my vehicle a year ago. The brakes failed, so I took it back in. They said everything needed to be replaced and nothing was covered under warranty. On top of this, they charged me $1000.00 for front brakes, which was almost twice the original fee. The service person also told me that the sync person looked and fixed my sync feature. He did not fix it and I confirmed with the service person that he did not even look at it. Honestly, this is just about the worst service I have experienced from any service group in a very long time.

The service agent Joon Ko was very helpful and professional. I was disappointed with Lincoln IT upgrades for the nav system. They were unable to upgrade it and I lost my existing system. So, now I have no Nav. until Ford/Lincoln gets it fixed and has me come back. Please let me know when it is available.

Overall I was satisfied with our purchase experience with Ourisman Ford dealership. Don did very well as our salesman and he helped us feel exicted about our new 2016 Ford explorer sport.My only recommendation is that as a dealership, I would strongly encourage that you be completely upfront with customers on current deals and incentives. This includes everything from what is advertised online/TV/etc, as well as red carpet pay our lease programs that I feel aren't vocalized as much. I feel that you are more upfront with your customers and give them a great deal without the need of negotiating the price down, you will see more recommended new customers walk through your doors.

Your dealership provided my scheduled 25-mile service with care and excellence. Actually, I originally called to make an appointment for a satellite radio item. Your service advisor reminded me of the 25-mile service due on my 2014 Ford Escape. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted and received a summary of the services to be performed. The service I was provided started off a little shaky, I went in to see a specific vehicle and was shown a different version of what I asked for, I wasn't sure if it was a mistake in the system or if the sales person was just trying to assist me in keeping my options open and payment lower to around what I had asked for. In either case, I was a little thrown back by that but Chappie got things on track by showing me exactly what I wanted. He worked with me and spent a great amount of time finding the vehicle I wanted. Chip and Dave were also excellent, they were also equally patient and I never felt rushed. A great team and they got everything I needed taken care of. In the end, I am extremely happy with my new Explorer.

Brought my car in because the "Oil Change" light was on even though I had 1200 miles left. Joon took care of me right away. The only reason I gave less than 100% marks was that I had to wait about 1.5 hours for the oil change. But that was because I had no appointment. My only issue with the Ford Dealership is that EVERY time I am there, the techs try to upsell me on a radiator flush, a differential fluid change, or a fizbit cleaning. And its always $300+. Id like a break from the upselling.

We purchased our first new car through Chappy in 2012. We had a great experience with him. He is easy to talk to and he doesn't push you to buy anything. So when we were ready to look at another new car, we went right back to Chappy. We worked with him as well as his son, Chip. His son is working his way through law school and is just as easy to talk to as his father. Chip took us to test drive different cars and had a vast knowledge of each car we drove. It was a pleasure to work with Chappy and Chip. They answered all our questions (face-to-face, text, and email) with patience and professionalism... and we had a lot of questions! We purchased our car through Chip. We highly recommend seeing Chappy or Chip if you go to the dealership! Don't pass up the fancy starbucks machine in the waiting room, it makes a mean latte :-)

I have very low mileage on my car and just don't drive that often anymore since retiring. I bring my car in basically just to maintain my warranty. I have held my breath each time I come to the "dealer" and await the bill and although like I said my car is like new, I have been afraid every time I come to pick up my car and the maintenance has been very affordable. I brought my Lincoln in because the "Check Fuel Door" warning was appearing each time I started the engine. The fuel door was secure in all instances. The technicians checked the car and seemingly fixed the vehicle so that the warning ceased to appear. Unfortunately, this problem has started again and I will have to bring my Lincoln back in.I was cautioned by the service manager that this might happen. The service manager was most helpful, courteous and accommodating. The Ourisman team is excellent.

My experience was good only after I made a thorough complaint regarding the customer service level that was being provided. I was very disappointed in the beginning and should not have had to lecture or make suggestions to how customers should be treated. On a Thursday, I had unexpectedly failed a safety inspection due to low power steering fluid, but I had to leave in an hour to go to my daughter's college graduation that was 3 hours away. And when I returned on Monday, I was only going to be home for one day before I had to leave for a business trip. I called Joon at Ourisman, and he solved the problem. He diagnosed my car and ordered the parts within 45 minutes, then sent me on my way with paperwork showing my plans to have the problem fixed in case I was stopped for the failed inspection. When I returned from my daughter's graduation on Monday, he repaired the car and had it ready to go for my early Tuesday departure time. He was absolutely fantastic!

I spent almost $1,000 for 4 brand new tires and could have received the same tires, with the same warranty from a place that specializes only in tires. So, when selling your tires, DO NOT tell the customer that we're getting a deal on them. That's just not true by the standards of independent tire retailers. Perhaps for dealership service shops, but not only tire retailers.

I recently purchased a Ford focus,that was due for scheduled maintenance.The employees in the service department are very responsive and pleasant. Ther were several staff members available to help. I was able to pull my car into the garage and get it serviced immediately.There's also a large waiting area with tvs, comfy chairs and free snacks : )They found carbon build up and was able to quickly address the issue. I was in and out fairly quick. My car was returned washed and cleaned, which was much needed.

I have a 2016 Lincoln MKC Reserve. It's a fabulous vehicle. The service staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. In my experience, they are very professional in all that they do. My most recent service was conducted at a day and time that was convenient for me. All work was completed quickly while I waited in the dealership's waiting room. The available chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat. My service advisor explained what work had been done and presented the vehicle score card to me. All was done exceptionally well.

He was determined to find the vehicle that matched what I wanted and he did. Russ worked with management to find the vehicle and get it delivered to the dealership. Car was in Ohio. Quite a long distance for me to go, but I still make the trip because of the great service I receive at your service dept. It would be helpful if you had a loaner car when you don't have parts in stock and have to make an extra trip.

I have been working with the staff at Ourisman Lincoln in Alexandria for several months now on finding the right car. I ended up test driving several cars, both Lincoln and Ford, over the course of several months and finally ended up buying a used Lincoln MKX, with which I am very happy. I worked with a young man named Colin Cantfil, who stayed in touch with me over the course of several months. He is an excellent salesperson, very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about his product. I never felt pressured and genuinely felt that he was there to help me make the best decision in buying a car. Once I made up my mind on a car, the rest of the team at Oursiman was there to see me through the process. I am very happy and would recommend Colin and the very capable team at Oursiman Lincoln of Alexandria.

Upon my vehicle being service, I informed the person at the desk to have someone check my tire pressure. I was assured that the tire pressure was check and corrected. Within 5 days after service, the check tire pressure light came on. Very disappointed.

What's not to like. i showed up unannounced sans no appointment a service writer I have never meet walks to my car and assures me everything on my list will be completed. The lounge was comfortable quiet with good coffee. In less time than I expected my freshly cleaned MKX was in the service lane ready for my departure.

I have been bringing my car to be service every since I brought it from you guys. Even though I have a dealership close to my house, I rather come out to VA, because I have always experience professional and excellent service there. I came in for my mileage service and I felt that I was going to be there for some time, but I wasn't. The only gripe that I have and I guess it's because it's free and that is the car wash. You can tell that it just goes through the washer, it's never dried off and I have to dry it myself so that I will not have water stains on my truck.

I really appreciated the service; however, I'm very concerned that I DO NOT have use of my interior ceiling lamp. There was a problem with the light when I purchased the vehicle (Ford Escape) in April 2015. The dealership could not find a solution for fixing the problem. Therefore, I was given back my vehicle and told to wait for a recall on the part. It is now January 30, 2016 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE USE OF MY INTERIOR CEILING LIGHT. What would be necessary for a solution to my problem?

Very late on December 25, 2015, my 2014 Ford Escape's engine light came on. I was leaving for home after enjoying Christmas dinner with my family. Seeing the engine light greatly concerned me since I was several miles away from home. I arose early on December 26th and took my vehicle to Ourisman's for service. Although I did not have an appointment, my service manager warmly greeted me and said the service department would check the problem. Within a couple of hours, my car was serviced, washed, and I was on my way home. I even enjoyed the coffee in the customer lounge. Thank you!

My service advisor was awesome. I was very upset bc my warranty had expired and no one from Lincoln bothered to contact me and let me know so I could renew it. I was quite angry especially since I thought there may be an issue with the transmission. He put me in rich with the service manager and they made sure I was well take. Care of and communicated with. O was very pleased.

Purchased the Escape, the staff was very helpful, my only concern or problem is that I came there wanting one of three cars all Escapes just different colors. I arrived around 9:30 and was not completed until 1:30 and I had to rush out then as I had another appointment that I had to make. I don't believe it should have taken that long to purchase the vehicle.

This experience was great even though I was extremely stress because my car had died after 12 years. Over that last few days, Mike Hughes put in every effort to locate a 2016 Ford Escape that would fit my needs and price. Chappy Polk was reassuring that the car that I wanted was able to get to the dealership. Chappy even provided me with a car to get around in over that last few days. Mike and Chappy were both patient, understanding, and reassuring that things would work out, even when I was so stressed out. The financial department was seamless, thank you. I had normal Service scheduled and performed in a timely manner. They sddressed concerns for an issue with rear defroster and advised me that the rear window assembly needed to be replaced.My only concern is that Ourisman Ford put the window on order and said that they would schedule a time for me to have it replaced...I am still waiting on that call. That was 2 months ago. Its heading into WinterOther than that, I've never had any other issues.

I leased 2015 Ford Escape Titanium on November 17, 2015. The vehicle is very nice. But, the control panel (radio), is a tad complicated for someone whose previous (Ford) vehicle is 18-years old. However, I am enjoying discovering how things work in this day/age. To this end, my sales consultant (Colin Cantfil), was invaluable. He kindly (and quickly), synced my cell phone with the vehicle. So, I did not have to struggle through that process myself. (It would have taken me forever to do that. And, I would not have been enjoying the vehicle as quickly.) He also showed me how all of the controls work. With practice, I hope to master them. I really appreciated the fact that he was very patient. He was an extremely good listener. And, responded and acted accordingly. He presented me with the options. And, allowed me to make my own choices without undue pressure one way or the other. He is a terrific asset for Ford Motors and the Ourisman Ford Lincoln Dealership as well. And, I feel very fortunate to have had him as my sales consultant.I had been considering switching to a new vehicle for several years now. And, Colin Cantfil was the tipping point in my decision to continue driving a Ford product.Colin Cantfil and all staff at Ourisman Ford Lincoln of Alexandria treated me extremely well. And, I rate Mr. Cantfil and all of the staff at the dealership at very the highest level during my recent transaction there.

I was not impressed with the service I received at Ourisman and I will not recommend them to any of my Ford car owner friends. I needed a new alternator. I took 8 hours on a Saturday to replace it. The car was dead the next day. Since it was a Sunday, the salesmen weren't sure if they could give me a loaner when I brought the car back so that was a hassle. I don't mind spending the money or time but fix it correctly the first time. I suspected it was something electrical in the first place, hence taking it to a dealership than my regular mechanic. Two months later, I now have a new alternator, new battery wires (which don't look new at all but my first suspicion of the problem), intermittent wiper motor (after replacing the wrong motor), and new fuses for the radio and power locks. The service director, Mr. Nasim, took three weeks to return my numerous phone calls about setting up service to get the wipers fixed. He kept asking if I was 'sure' that they were working when I brought the car in to be fixed in the first place. It ended up that the part was there but since he was in meetings, he didn't ask another colleague to help me out in completing the service. When I picked up the car again, I found that the intermittent wipers would not work. Each time they would say the work was complete it was not. They would pull the car to the front, and before pulling out of the parking lot, I would turn on every possible function in the car: the wipers not working, the radio not working, the power locks not working. Does anyone check the car when the work is done? Does anyone put the computer back on it to run a diagnostics? Does anyone look at the work order to make sure they're replacing the correct wiper motor? As in, "it says to replace the wiper motor but the high and low wipers work. Maybe I should check the intermittent wipers because that's a different motor." Aren't you supposed to be the professionals? *The shining light was the Starbucks machines (yes, two of them) and Krispy Kreme Donuts from down the street.*

This was the most streamline and easy process I've ever had making a large purchase. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we were greeted with friendly people who listened to our situation and helped us make the best selection for our needs. They were willing to price out different options for leasing vs financing for a couple different car! This was a big help and is ultimately what brought us back after looking at other dealerships. I highly recommend Ourisman Ford in Alexandria to anyone even thinking about getting a new or used vehicle.

I haven't bought my car yet, and may not even buy from here, depending on the price point, but Chappy knows that. I had a bad experience at Lindsay Ford last night with what I would describe as hidden pricing - they wouldn't tell me any of the details, just final numbers, thinking that I wouldn't know anything about how finance works or how to do a simple amortization. They kept trying to move fees between either interest or he term, rather than just coming down to their advertised price. Chappy knows about that experience and is being totally up front and honest in all of our dealings. He's giving me no bs and I appreciate that greatly. The difference in professionalism and integrity between Chappy and the guys at Lindsay Ford is worlds apart. I would definitely recommend Chappy, regardless of whether I buy with him. The whole experience so far has been excellent.

I was due for a oil change and I was having a problem with my door locks because the key would not open or lock the door manually. They also said I was due for fluid changes in my transmission and the rear. The door locks were spray and working and fluids changed in time.

The waiting room was very nice and clean...I didn't mind waiting there and it was quiet enough to do some work. The wifi was fast as well. I was very happy with the service provided and the tech did a great job explaining everything to me. My daughter and me worked with Maxx on 11/07/15 trying to find a nice used car for her. Though we had to leave after only an hour, we got to test drive two cars and narrowed our selection down to one at Ourisman Ford & Lincoln of Alexandria and one at Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Alexandria. While both dealers had identical optioned cars, the feeling was much better at Ourisman Ford & Lincoln. Kind of like I had purchased there before (which I haven't) and we were old friends. While at the Chrysler dealer looking at the other car, Maxx had gone to bat for us, called me, and got us a better price than what the website had. I told Maxx the situation and that I would be back later in the day to thoroughly test drive. When I got back, there was no pressure, just "here are the keys, see you when you get back".Made my decision on Ourisman Ford & Lincoln's car and offered a lower price which Maxx got approved. Pulled the trigger on Maxx's car and after 3 days, still very happy. Maxx even got me a "We Owe" for a current state inspection and when I called on Monday for Ourisman's service records to show the work done when they traded it in, I had the work order in my hands by the end of the day. After my traffic accident, where I was rear ended by another driver, I began shopping around to several dealerships to find a replacement car. If I shopped around, I found that the salesmen we're only interested in moving their inventory and not what I was actually looking for. As my time was running out, when I had to return my rental vehicle, there by losing my means of self transportation, I decided to give Oursmen a try, since they were also a Lincoln dealership and I hey lost my Lincoln Navigator in this accident, I don't "what did I have to lose?" To my surprise I was very impressed with the layout Of the facilities, its cleanliness, the layout of the automobiles based on making models of the cars as well as the separation of the the make and model as well as by new and pre-owned. The sales rep Kevin and the Senior Sales Manager chappy conducted themselves in a very upstanding and professional manner , in making me feel comfortable that they were there to assist me in making my decision and not one of their own. My credit wasn't that immaculant Nor did I have enough for a good down payment butt those two, the financial rep and manager went above and beyond the call of their profession to make sure it was possible for me to get into the car of my choice. just with a little bit of effort from the banks I was able to purchase a 2008 Land Rover. To Kevin , Chappy and the behind the scene staff, my hat goes off to them for continued success and a job well done in being number one within this Northern Virginia Community in car sales and customer service! As a retired military soldier, I want to give them a big HOOOHA!! Keep up the excellent work!

I own a Ford Escape 2013. I came in with no appointment due to my car engine light coming on. Joon was able to assist me right there. A mechanic checked my fluids allowing me to get back on the road and not miss work. I was able to come back later to address another issue. Joon was awesome! He waited until I arrived that evening and stayed longer than he had to. He made sure everything was addressed and checked me out personally. I have never been treated so well at a service center. I was astounded, I will be returning for all my future services to ford ourisman.

I was able to get a same day appointment. Jason greeted me and my vehicle was serviced quickly. He also assisted with a late request for new wiper blades and getting them installed. Fast, friendly and quality service is appreciated. Usually I do not like to get the car washed because it adds to my wait but everything was very fast for this last minute appointment. The recall job got done on the second visit. When I called for an appointment to get this recall item cleared up, I made an appointment for that issue, and an oil change. Surprise, the next days when I get the call that the recall item has arrived "special delivery" and let's schedule an appointment. WHAT? I asked. They said it had been done. Suggestion, when someone calls for a recall item, why don't you order the part and call me to come in for the installation, instead of backwards.

Mike from Internet Sales handled all of my initial inquiries about a 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost Convertible; I arrive at the dealership on a Sunday afternoon and met with Mike. We purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. This is the 3rd Explorer we have purchased from this dealership because of the outstanding professionalism and vehicle knowledge of the staff. My husband has very specific requirement for the purchase and they were met without hesitation. We were treated as if we were the only customers in the building. Our sales representative, Don Gardner was available whenever we have questions about the vehicle prior to purchasing he has reached out to us several times after the sale to see how things are going. Upper management also did an outstanding job; ?Chappy? was very instrumental in our decision to purchase a new vehicle. The entire sales staff was very accommodating. During that same visit we ask to have our 2012 Explorer service and they did not hesitate to make accommodation. That is just another reason why we continue to buy and have our vehicles services at this dealership. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will without a doubt return to this dealership. All-in-all, an ok experience. With my '99 F-150 with its 372,500 miles on it, the problem was a little more technically challenging than just a simple "stalling out" problem. It was fixed I dare say due to the technical wizardry of the mechanic (who I compliment).My only other comment deals with the personality of the service writer. Not a particularly good first impression. At times, he seemed like he was not particularly insightful, just biding time (there to write ticket), a little condescending, and short. Definitely not the same caliber as Anthony Romano was. (Just commenting.)

I had the pleasure of dealing with Maxxx Manu while shopping for a new vehicle. We knew what we wanted and Maxxx showed my wife and I a few vehicles. Once we found the Ford Edge SEL Maxxx worked with us to get us the options we wanted. Also the price the dealership was fair, and they gave me a fair trade in for my old Ford Mustang. I would have to say the best experience was there was no "High pressure" sales, or feeling like you were paying too much. I will continue to get my vehicles from this dealership. We are very happy with the car.

Chappy, Josh, and others were friendly, professional, as well as, helpful.I miss my Chev Tahoe, but I have to admit that I do love my 2016 Ford Explorer. I have even returned a couple of times to have my SUV washed there in the Service Department. The Service Department was very accommodating. My husband and I purchased a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid and this is our second year of ownership. For every service call I have had, I am courteously greeted by my service manger and my car is always checked-in quickly for my routine maintenance. My service manager always asks if I would like my car washed and this last time he made sure my cloudy windshield was properly cleaned on the inside as well. I am then directed to a comfortable and spacious waiting room where both coffee and doughnuts are always available for customers. My car maintenance is always completed in the designated timeframe and then I am on my way. Working with the team at Ourisman has always been a pleasant experience.

I needed an oil change, which is what they did. They also said the front brakes were bad, they replaced them as well. The air conditioning doesn't work on the passenger side, it would have been good to know what's going on with it, but no issue. That would have been the extra step for me since I mentioned it.

Shady Tree, SHADY TREE!!!!! Found On Road Dead. I believe it now that I've purchased a vehicle from here. I had the unfortunate experience of buying my first new car from here; a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. For starters, the car was a lemon. My carfax was dirtier than most. In the first year alone, my vehicle spent 2/3rds of the time of ownership in their shop being repaired. I've been in more rental vehicles than what a new car would warrant. In the first year alone, I had to have a fuel tank replaced, my front axle was removed (when they did this repair, they didn't even think to give me a front end alignment after reassembly), my front seat was faulty (at the end of this repair, the mechanics literally left the faulty pieces sitting in my back seat), I could go on and on. The repairs are literally half done and temporary. I asked Lincoln to buy back the car four times, requesting a new one. They denied me all four times, sticking me with the vehicle. Customer service at the dealer level and at the corporate level is the worst I've ever seen. I've been here so much, individuals know me by name. I've even written individual letters to the board of directors and the customer service managers at the corporate level with no response. I've witnessed the turnover rates of the service individuals in the service bay. As I live some distance away, I always call two weeks ahead to schedule appointments and request loaners because I've become used to their times of repairs. On average, my car spends a month in the shop just for repairs. Often, when I arrive for appointments I made two weeks earlier, there's ALWAYS drama!!! The loaner I requested was given out, or the the loaner car was dirty. They even offered me a Ford Focus once for a loaner, and I was furious. I didn't purchase a Focus - rule of thumb typically is for the rental to be comparable to the car you own. I've had rentals for so long that it gets embarrassing when friends are questioning if I'm actually driving my car vice a rental. It's obvious they don't take care of their customers, which is why I left. You couldn't pay me to buy a car from here again. This dealership is literally the worst experience I've ever had. This dealership has ruined the Ford/Lincoln brand for me as a customer. I wouldn't handle this dealership with a long handed spoon.

I am totally satisfied with my experiences thus far with the Ourisman World of Ford Service department. During my service sessions they have expertly serviced my vehicle(s) and have kept me appraised of any issues that they have uncovered, even when I've not emphasized them on the initial intake. During this service, as the rotors needed to be resurfaced a second time, they interfaced with the warranty vendor and appraised me of the discussion and its results, after which they consented to the our joint resolution of the matter and handled my concerns to everyone's satisfaction. Their professional knowledge and willingness to assist the customer in resolving technical issues with their vehicle is inspirational and a credit to the dealership. I've been to countless dealerships over the years searching for what could replace the vehicle I owned at the time. Ourisman was the first dealer that from the start took me seriously and helped me in every way they could. From the start, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, answering every question I had. Then, unlike ANY of the dealers I had visited prior, they were the first to not offend me with an insanely low trade offer. I understand that business is business, but Ourisman knows that you won't keep the customer interested if they know that they will lose tremendously on their trade and be downright offended by an offer. Even after the purchase, every question I had was answered either by email and phone.

I am a loyal customer and multi=vehicle purchaser from Ouirsman. I had a scheduled oil change on Friday June 12 prior to going away for the weekend. When I returned, my coupon for a 29.95 oil change was in my mail. I was disappointed to learn upon calling that Ourisman would not honor that coupon and credit the difference back to my card. I realize it is a small amount, but loyalty is usually a two way street.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership, an '09 Ford Flex and a '15 Lincoln MKZ. I always thought their service was good, although overpriced. I was almost -- dead wrong. They charged me $1,500+ for brake work on the Flex that was done in a negligent manner. The wheel acted as a circular saw, slicing the brake line. I ended up with no brakes on I-95. Do you think that's bad? They would not properly reimburse me for the poor workmanship. Don't buy from Ourisman. Don't believe there claims about service. Run while you can -- because driving an Ourisman Ford might just kill you...

As, in what is becoming all to familiar, coming in for one thing leaving after spending a lot of money. while I'm happy that potential problems have been spotted and fixed, I am concerned that the increase in repair costs will force me to find another place to service my cars. I've had nothing but great service when I have taken my car in for repair, but cost is something I'm going to have to consider if I'm going to continue to bring my cars in for future routine maintenance visits.

The first Ford dealership I went to I explained my problem and made an appointment before coming in. They spent a little time on my car, said there wasn't a problem, then told me to come back another day. Instead of wasting more time with an inattentive service center, I went to Ourisman Ford. The employee who worked with me took the time to identify the problem and spoke with courtesy and respect.

I used the Trucar buying service and it was very straight forward. The sales staff was very informative. A little disconnect from finance to sales that needs to be addressed to keep the good service from sales going. I used the internet mostly for setting up my deal. They could improve by answering emails a bit faster as deals can be lost or made by how quickly sales folks can respond to emails. Otherwise no issues!

I bought a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Max was the sales associate who helped us. Max was more knowledgeable about that vehicle then any other sales associate in any other dealer of any type of car, and trust me, I have been to a lot of different places test driving a lot of different vehicles in my search for the right one. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone who are considering buying a ford or lincoln. Maxx and Mike are extremely helpful and very welcoming. They did not push me on price or buying date or anything, which makes you feel comfortable when purchasing a car. Mike Powers has lots of knowledge in Mustangs in different model years. Maxx Manu also has great knowledge about ford car models. They both are wonderful salesman, but in fact you will not even notice they are salesman. They get my car to their dealership in just one afternoon. That is extremely fast in my opinion.I would highly recommend to talk to Maxx or Mike if you are thinking about getting a Mustand, or Ford/ Lincoln in general.Z.L.

Everyone was helpful and welcoming and we got a great price. The only issue was that the salesman did not mention that the price he showed us included a down payment which we don't remember ever mentioning to him. So, we thought we were getting a very different price for the car. They need to make sure the sales staff go over every detail that makes up the price. Also, whoever comes up with the price shouldn't write in blue marker all over the page, it was very confusing and made us feel like they were trying to confuse us.

I had great service but I am still waiting for my refund check, the work you did, had to be redone when I was on vacation. Brought bill to ford and he stated he would give me a refund since you all did not complete the job correcting on brake lines. The manger stated I would get a check in a week or so, It has been a month and still have not received the refund check from your home office. Please look into. From personal experiences, going to dealerships to buy and or to see cars has always been a painful. Especially during the negotiation phase. My experience at Ourisman was great. I looked the car on their website and I went to the dealership to look at it. I liked it. I made an offer and now I own a 2014 Nissan Sentra with only 15500 miles. Zero hustle! Maxxx was great on answering my questions about the warranty on the car and its history. By far, buying this car at Ourisman has been the best car buying experience. I highly recommended.

I was shopping around for a vehicle for several weeks and visited 4 other car dealers before coming to Ourisman Ford in Alexandria so I have a first-hand experience comparing them all. Toyota, Honda, Nissan, VW...all good and professional but what was it that separated Ourisman Ford? It was the sales associate, Lee Brooks. He was really genuine and helpful. Since we just moved to the area from overseas; had no car; and wife limping on a bad knee, Lee was nice enough to pick us up and drop us off at the Metro. He did not try to "hard-sell" U.S. push us. He was able to gain our trust in a genuine way and it didn't seem manufactured, like the other dealers we visited. He was honest and didn't hide behind the PR hyperbola seen in Ford's advertising campaigns. While he did talk about some of the benefits of buying a Ford it wasn't his primary sales tactic. I felt the other sales associates from the other dealers talked way to much about the greatness of their product or dealership. While a certain amount of that is necessary Lee was able to balance that with connecting with the customer. My wife instantly felt comfortable with him. Lee worked very hard to give us the features we wanted. Very pleasant experience. We really had no intention of buying but he was able to say the right things to seal the deal. It wasn't what he said but how he said it and more importantly, how he treated us. Thank you Lee!!!!!!

I really appreciate the professionalism at this dealership. I left and end up coming back because of a horrible experience at another dealership. I purchased a new 2015 Ford Escape. The staff was very professional. Let me take my time to consult various individuals before making a decision. Lee was awesome and I would recommend people to work with him directly. The financial team Hatcher and another gentleman who actually sealed the deal were very helpful and honest, which is very important in my book. I know Mrs. Hatcher did not "officially" close the deal but because she started it and made me feel comfortable about even financing through you all. My wife and I ordered a new Ford Edge in a color we thought we liked. When it arrived, we had second thoughts about the color. Chappy and Don were very understanding and worked with us to find a different color we did like. Knowing a new car is a big decision, they emphasized that we should be happy with our purchase. Raegan contacted me within 24 hours and asked when I would like to come in and test drive the vehicle. He wasn't pushy and allowed me time to decide what my next step would be. I loved the vehicle right away! The process was seamless and quick. I was in and out in a couple of hours, without any issues. All of the staff there was really nice and helpful. I would deifniely reccomend Ourisman Ford and Lincoln to everyone, and tell them to ask for Raegan.

This is the second car I have purchased from Ourisman Ford, and the process was simple and easy thanks to Maxx. I turned in a 2012 Ford Escape for the 2015 version and Maxx made sure to include any and all incentives available to me. I got a great deal on my vehicle and Maxx is always super helpful. My husband and I visited Oursiman after going to four other dealerships. Finally my search was over and I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful. I went to Ourisman of Alexandria (World of Ford Sales Inc.) at 6129 Richmond Hwy Alexandria, VA 22303 to see what kind of deal I could get before going to the Nissan dealership. But after meeting Raegan Hooker-Hairston my awesome salesman, I fell in love with the 2015 Ford Escape the deal was way too good to pass up. Not only did he "not" play games, he was honest, thorough, super friendly and he even took the stress out of buying the vehicle. To say the least he truly made it an enjoyable experience. The manager was fantastic, as well as Cynthia Hatcher the Finance Manager. I will definitely recommend Raegan as well as World of Ford to my family and friends. I've been looking for a good deal on a 2014 Focus ST for a few months. This was the first dealership to actually work with me and get me an amazing price. The salesperson Raegan Hairston kept in contact with me and answered every question I had accurately. The finance process was quick and easy. Henry Hylton walked me through the steps and did a great job. I just purchased a Ford Fiesta from Ourisman Ford, and let me just say, for a person who does not enjoy the process of buying a car, this experience has changed my mind. My salesmen were Chappy Polk and Brian Haynesworth who were both friendly, honest and overall made the process an extremely painless experience. They even stayed pasted closing time to make sure that I was all set and ready to go in my new car! I will definitely be recommending Ourisman Ford to a friend and I don't plan on bringing my future business anywhere else!

I purchased a new Ford Explorer on 28 Dec 2013. The whole experience was positive. The staff took good care of me and I felt very comfortable working with Chappy. I am retired military and I connected immediately with Chappy. The vehicle has a lot of new technology on it and Chappy comes in on his days off to demonstrate how to use it. I recently bought my 2nd car from Ourisman Ford in Alexandria this time it was a used Ford Focus. My salesman was Chappy who I dealt with before and can personally attest to the fact that he is as nice and professional as all of his reviews indicate. I also interacted with Ms. Lou A. King, who I found out after the fact to be the General Manager. My interaction with her came about when I asked Chappy for a third key to my new car (which I love 40MPG!!!). The third key for me is necessary as I keep one key, another stays at my parent's house in case mine is 'lost' and the third key is for my roomies. I watched from a distance Chappy's interaction with Ms. King. I was very impressed with her expressed understanding and most importantly her immediate willingness to get an additional key cut for me at a negligible cost! I observed her to be approachable, courteous, pleasant and most helpful in my interaction. It cannot not easy being a woman in charge in a male dominated business. My experience was once again very positive with the entire dealership and process. Thank you Chappy and you too Ms. King--way to go putting the customer first!

First of all, I'm not sure why someone in charge of this dealership was in the "lane" but I'm not versed in the details of car dealership life, so whatever. Ms King seemed very anxious, spastic, unacknowledged by her staff, rude, and lacking the precise tact for a customer service based position. Now I've been to many a dealership in my time, more so just the get in and get out type deal. However, in this instance I was quite entertained by the lackluster of her approach to dealing with the business, mainly customers and staff, of the dealership. Don't get me wrong, the guy who installed the parts I needed was very thorough and efficient. I was simply off put by someone in a managerial role, to be placed in a heavily populated customer area, and not have the simple mindset of being efficient enough to handle it. Word of mouth is probably your best and most popular brand of advertising. I'd be mindful of who you put in an area where people are watching. Just food for thought.

I bought a brand new Ford Edge at Ourisman Ford in February of 2013 and was very happy with the car buying experience. I was told that scratches the car had on the front bumper as I bought it would be removed courtesy of Ford, so I brought the car in for this service. My experience with the servicing department has been very disappointing. The service process was delayed and riddled with mistakes due to internal communication problems of staff, and I had to bring the car in twice as a result. The second time of service the scratches were removed successfully, however, upon picking up the car I realized that my Alexandria decal sticker (for paying personal property taxes) was missing. I brought this theft to the immediate attention of one of the managers, Janet Pincher, whose response unfortunately was less than helpful. Basically, her stance was that Ford does not employ thiefs. Given that the sticker was taken while under Fords supervision I find this to be an unacceptable answer that deflects all responsibility on the part of Ford and does not attempt to diffuse the situation. I reported the theft to the Fairfax County police in order to replace the sticker, and they informed me that this was not the first report of stolen property they have received about Ourisman Ford and that in previous cases the managers responses were similar to the one I received.This has left me very dissatisfied with the Ford service department and, more importantly, with Ford management who refused to take any responsibility for the theft occurring under their watch, and proved very unhelpful in resolving the issue in any way. Janet Pincher was also unable to comment on how she would prevent such occurrences in the future. I would be very uncomfortable bringing my car into Ourisman Ford again in the future for servicing.

I had a great experience at Ourisman Ford because everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I actually enjoyed meeting these folks and working with them. Hemi was knowledgeable and very nice and helped me understand the car's features and details, and it was actually a pleasant experience discussing price with Eric, not how I remember my last new car purchase at another manufacturer in 2003. I got a fair deal and would shop at Ourisman again. In fact, I decided not to go back to a competitor to drive its car a second time because I was being treated so well at Ourisman.

I have purchased my cars at this dealer for years and have always had a very pleasant experience. My experience a few days ago buying a new Ford Fiesta was truly outstanding. I spoke with Mr. Polk on the phone and told him what I was looking for (model, color, options, etc.). He got back to me very quickly and confirmed he had what I was looking for. He was very nice, did not pressure me and was very knowledgable. Since it was difficult for me to get to the dealership and bring the car home, Mr. Polk had the car cleaned up and gassed up and prepared the paperwork. He then delivered the car to my house and we closed the deal at my kitchen table. The whole experience only took about 4 hours and I never had to leave my house. Best car buying experience ever!

I have purchased my cars at Ourisman for years and bring them to the dealership for service. I like being able to make an appointment. I dropped my car at the appointment time and it was ready when promised. Bobby called me to verify the work that needed to be done. The work was completed, the bill was correct and my car was ready when I arrived. This visit was for scheduled maintenance.

My husband and I had an outstanding car buying experience at Ourisman thanks to Greg Clark. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and unlike every other car buying experience we have had previously he was not aggressively trying to sell us on anything or pressuring us. We have in the past walked out of car dealerships for that very reason even if we wanted the car. Instead, Greg was personable, very patient, and honest, and thus inspired a lot of confidence in the car I bought and the process; so much so that we ended up buying two cars on the same day, which was far from planned. Additionally, Greg has also been very helpful in the days after the car purchases in explaining technology features and answering any questions that are coming up later on. I highly recommend this dealership and, more specifically, working with Greg Clark. I have already passed on his card to a number of colleagues and friends who asked for it after I told them what a good experience we had.

I really enjoyed meeting with Mr. Chappy he was very professional, friendly, efficient and accomodating to work with. Mr. Chappy was always available to answer any of my questions and he did answer all of my questions. There was no pressure from him to make a purchase at all. The staff at this dealership was always smiling, cheerful and greeted me every time I walked into the show room. Chappy was my salesman. He is a Black 'Matlock'. He even wears the same old fashion suits. He is witty, fun, and blunt. He has sold my family 2 cars. Each time we got what we asked for at a fair price with no drama. Every time we deal with him he turns something I dread (car shopping) into a tolerable and fun experience. My teenage daughter even likes him which is rare. The staff is always helpful and courteous when I stop in for service. Actually, most of salesman seem to honestly like each other (go figure:)). Ourisman Ford has FREE Starbucks coffee and doughnuts and I always grab some. I am active duty Navy, he is a retired Army and works with a retired Marine at the dealership bks 'Bubba'. I highly recommend the dealership and Chappy and Bubba. They are not your typical car salesman. If you visit Ourisman ask for them ONLY and spare yourself the headache and drama. ***Best in the Business

My salesman, Chappy Polk, was simply the best. Just walk into Ourisman and ask for him by name. I purchased a 2013 Focus ST that was factory-ordered. Price was negotiated when the order was placed and was no hassle at all. There was a four-month wait between the order and delivery due to it being a new model, but Chappy kept me updated on the build at every step along the way. I'd like to add that custom ordering direct from the factory is the absolute best way to buy a car, if you have the time to wait on it. When delivery time came, I was in and out of F&I in under two hours. I've spent an entire Saturday at other dealerships during previous purchases, so this was much appreciated. Everyone at Ourisman was extremely professional and made every step (ordering, price negotiation, dealer add-ons, F&I, tax/tags/title) quite pleasant, instead of the usual dreadful experience. My tips for buying a Ford: -Shop for a car when you don't need one, not when you absolutely do-Research, Research, Research!-Order direct from factory with the exact options you want if at all possible -X-Plan if you can-Be realistic when negotiating price-Finance through a credit union if Ford can't do 0% interest-Say no over and over to the dealer add-ons/extended warranty-Drive away happy.Thanks again, Chappy and Ourisman!

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership for warranty repair. Bobby was great but the Service Manager (Janet) is horrible. Total lack of people skills and did not attempt to provide any information on the status of our vehicle without it being pulled out of her. She is the worst Service Manager I have ever encountered. Car was in the shop FOR 42 DAYS due to the liftgate opening by itself and was damaged while entering a parking garage, dealershp could not diagnose so in their minds, it did not happen. Ford/Lincoln Customer Service is just as bad as this dealership. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR WARRANTY REPAIR. DRIVE TO RICHMOND IF YOU HAVE TO BUT DO NOT GO THERE!If you do not have a Ford or Lincoln and were considering buying one, DON'T DO IT!

We have had our Explorer serviced in this place a few times. I hoped that the first experiance we had was just an unsual one because the sales department ratings for this place were pretty good. Unfortunately, today they proved that this was the worse possible place to take your car for service. Every time I went there they would give different prices for the same service. Today they were trying to convince me that regular 3K miles oil change service was $69 and when I asked them to look up my prior oil change where I paid 40-50% less, the service provider told me that they used wrong oil in my car the last time they serviced it. So, you cannot even rely on this place for something as basic as a standard 3k miles oil change service, you may end up getting a cooking oil in your car.

I would rate my overall experience with the purchase of my new F-150 XLT 4x4 as exceptional. All aspects of the process was handled in a timely and professional manner. My sales associate was Chappy Polk and he was Outstanding to deal with. His attention to detail and knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was superior. Anthony Gantt was wonderful to work with and as a new salesperson he did just fine! He tried to bring the vehicle to my home in Arlington, very nice touch from the dealership. With some of the follow-up work I needed done with the vehicle he was terrific in lending help, but could not always follow-through often based on information being shared from supervisors! Anything Anthony is able to do, he does just fine! (4 stars for Anthony!) Some of the other dealership staff do not return phone calls too quickly and it takes time to get service scheduled for work on the vehicle or to get the tags in hand (arrived very final day before temp. tags were to expire). Seems staff may be overworked. :-( 2 stars for dealership currently... will see how things improve over the years! Love the new USED car and look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership.

Bobby Jennings has always treated me honestly and fairly. I will not take my Lincoln MKX to anyone or trust their opinion the way I do his. I drive roundtrip 60 miles to have Bobby service my car while I live 3 miles from a different dealership. I highly recommend him to all my friends and clients. Bobby's definately a 10+ for wonderful customer service.

I filed a USAA auto quote and request. Cris Moses almost immediately reached out to me via email and offered his services. I have always drove a chevy truck so moving to a Ford was a huge transformation for me. Chris helped make that transition easy. His professionalism was such that he did not need to become condenscending about a competing dealership to make his Ford vehicle look better, but rather used comparisons to prove the F-150's worth and value over otrher siimilar makes and models.

The salesperson, Mr. Greg Clark, was extremely responsive to my first visit to your car sales lot albeit I had no interest in purchasing a vehicle at the time. He met with me within seconds of upon my visit to your new car lot. He was patient with me in terms of explaining the pluses and minuses of each vehicle. And he showed me several vehicles on the day of my visit. He discussed the pros and cons of purchasing a vehicle versus acquiring a lease. He voluntarily arranged and kept various appointment s with me to enable my spouse to join me in considering the proposed purchase. The salesperson explained in detail to us the steps we would have to take in order to accomplish the purchase. The salesperson, at all times, was mild mannered and courteous towards us. Moreover, he was frank with us in assessing the current trade-in value of our existing vehicle. Mr. Clarks customer service skills were tremendous. We feel you are very fortunate to have him as a part of your organization.

This is not a place to go if you are in need of "second chances" for your credit. Finding a vehicle online was no problem and the dealership I found seemed to be a good one. I had no problem with them contacting me once I submitted my information. Mike Powers was the first to reply, then Nick Clark. They were fine, their responses were good and I decided to take a trip to the car dealership to see what I could do. When I arrived I was greated by Maxx Manu, who new my name and my reason for coming. That was good. He was quite friendly and showed me the vehicle I was interested in. I explained my credit history situation with him in detail, and he said, "not a problem, we will work with you." That was not true. It was a Sunday when I went there and of course they were unable to find financing on that day. So, Nick Clark came by and introduced himself to me and stated they were still working on my financing. Later, Maxx came back out and said because it was a Sunday evening it was taking longer than usual. Later than that, the woman from the finance section came out and indicated that they would have to continue to find financing the next day because most of the banks were closed and they were unsuccessful. Ok, I got that. But what followed was the kicker. I called Maxx the next day to check the status and the run around began. He would never call me, I had to call him. When I reached him he said, I will check and call you back in 15-20 minutes. Finally, he said, if I could pay off the car I had co-signed for, they had a company that would finance me. I paid the truck off on Friday evening. I called Maxx Saturday morning and told him. He asked if I had the letter showing that the truck was paid off. I told him I could fax him what they had sent to me. He said that would be fine. Did he call me to follow-up, NO. I had to call him. He wouldn't even answer his phone. So, I wrote an email indicating my disappointment and disgust. Guess what, Maxx called. He said, "I don't have my cellphone, I gave it to my wife who left to go to Africa so if you need to reach me, call the main number." What a kicker. I truly didn't believe him at that point. So, again, I asked what the status of my application was. He of course said, "I'll call you in 10-15 minutes." That's the story of his life. Needless to say, he asked if I had $3,700 to put down - WOW... I just paid off a car, of course I didn't have that kind of money sitting around. Poor business practice. Even if you're not going to sell someone a car based on their credit history - JUST TELL THEM. You don't have to beat around the bush, not answer your phone and brush people off. Be honest and up front. Do it with integrity. He could have just said, "unfornately we are not able to find a finance company for you at this time." I could have appreciate that and accepted it too. What he put me through was unacceptable and not necessary. I plan to never go to another Ourisman dealership. Always seem to get poor service. My only complaint is really with Maxx and how he handled my entire experience. It just wasn't fair.

I have had been a customer of the dealership to get my Explorer serviced here for many years and the service has always been excellent. My service manager Bobby Jennings has always been very friendly and helpful. He listened to my concerns about my Explorer and looked into the possible issues. He then addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. He has always explained what needed to be done. He always made sure that I knew which service was the most important service has to be needed to be done each time at the time of my service of my Explorer. When I had to get a new vehicle, Bobby helped my by getting the best sales person to help me and talk to me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Bobby Jennings had my vehicle, a 2010 Ford Escape, twice this week. Once during a state inspection process, he looked at the vehicle for a transmission problem that Ford had advised the dealership about and corrected the problem with my vehicle. It now runs much more smoothly. Subsequently, I reported to Bobby Jennings that the vehicle was jerking and not accelerating as it should when the accelerator was pressed. In this case, Bobby Jennings determined what the issue was and expertly corrected it within a day's time. The very highest praise I can give someone in the Service Department at any dealership is the one I reserve for Bobby Jennings: I trust him. Thanks, Bobby, for GREAT service and correcting two problems with my vehicle. I love this vehicle and you ensure its trustworthiness!

I went to the dealership for service on my 1999 Lincoln Town Car. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and patient. I would gladly buy another car from Chappy Polk or Mike Powers again. I had some after market accessories added as well. Brian communication gave me a level of expectation and security they was upheld when retrieving my vehicle.

Pulled into the lot and Don was waiting for us to come in, very friendly. Sat down and described what we were looking for based on Ford's online inventory. He had the car ready for us within a few minutes. Took a test drive, while Don showed us features and asked relevant (but not prying) questions.Ended up getting exactly the car we wanted without too much hassle. Working with financing was easy and (relatively) quick.No information on pricing, as I bought using the A-Plan.Would definitely go to Don again (but hopefully not any time soon).

I don't know much about cars but I had to get my car serviced and the Service Department was very helpful in explaining to me what I need to have fixed to get my car back on the road. The pricing was reasonable. I would recommend Ralph Taylor, he was very helpful.

I will begin by stating this was the most painless purchase of a vehicle in 45 years of driving. Mr Chappy Polk went above and beyond the normal situation of purchasing a vehicle, and should be commended by his dealership. The gentlemen assisted me step by step and even purchased dinner for me as I awaited the preparation of my new 2012 MKZ. Mr Polk's personality was superb and genuine. Mr Polk went into detail on every aspect of my purchase with his undivided attention. I initially entered the dealership debating whether to purchase a BMW OR the MKZ. Everyone we encountered at Ourisman Ford, Lincoln in Alexandria was most friendly, helpful and knowledgable about their area of expertise. When we brought the car back for the protection package & Guidepoint the service department (Brian, I believe) was very thorough in explaining various details we needed to know. Mike Hughes has been very available to answer questions as we've gotten to know our new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The price item on the survey is simply because we'll never know if we could have gotten a better price somewhere else. We are very impressed with the comfort of the service department waiting room, though we don't expect to spend much time there.

I expected the experience to be a nail-bitter but the staff and salesman were cordial and like all businesses need to make a profit but that seemed to be their last concern, they were flexible and worked with me on the price and value of my trade in. I bought a great car for a great price and didn't once feel pressured about anything during the negotiation. I've never been a Ford guy before but think I will purchase Ford vehicles from now on at least based on my experience at Oursiman.

I was specifically shopping for a 2012 Mustang and I found that Ourisman Ford and Lincoln had the best price for what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a sales associate by the name of Chappy Polk. He went through great lengths to get me into the Mustang I wanted. I appreciated his sincerity and upfront honesty throughout the process. If anyone is in the market for a Ford or Lincoln I highly recommend Ourisman Ford and if possible I would refer them to Chappy Polk. He didn't run me around in circles and the process was very simple and easy for me to understand everything that was going on. If I ever get in the market for another car; specifically a Mustang I will be going back to Ourisman Ford and speaking to Chappy again. Thanks again for the great business and level of respect I was being treated with.

Dreading the task of buying a new vehicle, we arrived at Ourisman Ford and immediately we were greeted by a very pleasant Sales Consultant, Chris Moses. Chris was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made every effort to find exactly what we were looking for, accomodating our price range. We were able to negotiate with Chris and Dan (sales manager)in a very pleasant,nonagressive atmosphere until we agreed upon the price of the vehicle. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently with Christy Dudley in finance and the young lady who sold us the Undercoating and Protection Plan (do not remember her name). Chris was very thorough in explaining the features of our new vehicle. Our last vehicle was purchased nine years ago so we had to get over sticker shock. Thank you Ourisman staff! I have purchased many Fords there over the years. Unlike many car dealers I am happy to note that each time I visit, there seem to very few staffing changes. Knowing that I can count on the same honest folks, whether for sales or service makes a huge difference to me. Plus I love the free donuts, starbucks coffee, ride to the metro and picking up a nice freshly washed car after every service.

Since purchasing my 2010 F-150, I have had all my service performed by Ourisman Ford Lincoln Dealership. It is the friendliest most customer centered dealership I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I have visited dealerships in CA, OH, NC and VA. I now go out of my way to have Ourisman keep my vehicle performing great! Andre Epps has become my primary point of contact for the service department, and he coordinates the servicing of my vehicle with the least distruption to my work commute. I have now made two purchases from this dealership, and won't go anywhere else. I highly recommned this organization to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle!

I am giving this rating because I have been satisfied with the service provided for my two Ford cars. One a 1998 Lincoln, the other a 2010 Lincoln. Ive had major maintenance on my 98 Lincoln and have been satisfied with the service employee Andre Epps who let me know what the amount would be and provided informative explanation of the work needed; which allowed me to make the appropriate decision. His professionalism and knowledge is one of the reasons I have confidence in bringing my car to the dealership. I purchased my vehicle from Chappy Polk. Unlike others in the past, he totally understood that I'm a strong slightly high maintenance woman and was looking to trade for something more amazing than what I had. :-). I was upside down in my vehicle and he was brutally honest about what could work for me based on my credit and the payoff of the other vehicle. Rick and the others worked hard to get me the car with a good interest rate. They delivered the new car to my house and I appreciated that. Chappy gave me a crash course in how to operate the Sync features and followed up later on to see if I'd settled into the car ok. I still need running boards and will follow up with Mary to get them installed. She's wonderful and knowledgeable about what would look good on my SUV. I've had my car serviced a few times and think the guys are great. I never wait long for the service items. I go there and hope they keep up the good work. I can't speak for others' experiences here, I just know that when I come here they remember who I am and it's one of the reason's I rated it a 5 and I'll buy my next vehicle from here when I'm ready to trade it.

Long-time user of Ourisman Service. Service cannot be beat. Bobby Jennings does a fantastic job handling both my cars. The price is not as good as I might get at one of the cut-rate service centers, but it is more than made up for by quality and great service experience.

I did a 3 week search for a used vehicle with a very specific list of wants in a certain price range. Most everything I saw was beat up or had too many miles. I came across a posting online from Ourisman Ford in Alexandria. A couple phone calls later I made the trip down 495 and met with Max Manu. He was a great salesman and the car is better than we could have hoped for. We ended up with a 12 month warranty on the vehicle which nobody was offering at this price. The car was priced lower than anyone else, had less miles, and was in great shape. I highly recommend Max and this dealership.

Because of the blatant lies about available discounts (incentives) that were available on my 2012 Escape and deception over the value of my trade-in (2010 Escape), I was overcharged $3,000 on this deal (thanks to Mike Hughes and his tag team member). I was charged $2000 over the internet price they had posted on this vehicle and received $1000 less than an offer they made to me in a direct mailing to me. At the time of sale they insisted that my 2 year old trade in with 22k wasn't of value to them because it was a 4 cylinder and that they would have to send it for auction at "Manheim" and that they'd lose money giving me any more for it. I had a problem with the upholstery on my new vehicle and brought it in 3 days after purchase to have it looked at. They ordered a new seat cover and when I brought it in they gave me a rental car. When I got it back it was worse than before. This time I had to see Mike Romano, service manager. He said they would send it back to their contract upholsterer. He said this would only take a couple of hours so I wouldn't need a rental car. I brought it in at 8:30am and at 1:30pm (5 hours later) I was getting pretty hungry so I asked a service rep what the deal was and he said it was done but they didn't have anyone to go get it. I said I'd go get it. Again the seat looked like crap. I called Ford and they arranged for me to take it in a third time. This time although the work was barely acceptable, I gave up the fight and will have to live with it. Honestly I suspect that they used the same panel that was on there originally. AVOID THESE PEOPLE - THEY WILL SCREW YOU COMING AND GOING!!!!!!

Nov 2011: Purchased a new 2012 Ford Fiesta. Sales man was wonderful (Chappy). Within the first week the seat warmers were not working, and then the lights, and then the battery light came on. The Service Department indicated that the alternater was bad...on a brand new 2012 car. The Service department gave me a loaner vehicle. The vehicle was dirty and had garbage from the previous customer. Within a block of leaving the dealership I noticed that the flat/underinflated tire light was on. I was driving my son to school out past the Dulles airport and the tire went completely flat. Thank goodness for AAA service which quickly came to our rescue. I brought my situation up with the Service deaprtment with a sublime response. I pointed out the condition of the loaner car and that the spare tire needed to be rotated out. It doesn't speak well for the Service department it this is the condition of their loaner vehicle. I went to speak with Mike Romano the Head of the Service Department but he was no where to be found.We stopped using this delearship's Service Department when we had a Ford Explorer due to the Service Department. Will definitely consider having our new car serviced elsewhere.

bottom line bought vehicle from Ourisman who never put fluids in it. 300 miles later, they realized their mistake. sales manager acknowledged issue and agreed should get replacement vehicle. Service Director refuses to provide new vehicle.11/5/2011 purchased 2012 Ford Escape Limited from Ourisman Ford of Alexandria. That night noticed no registration sticker on it, and razor blade on hood. salesman told me it appeared someone had stolen registration sticker.Sunday 11/6/2012, when put it in reverse to take to dealer to put new registration sticker on, vehicle took several seconds to engage in Reverse, then shook violently and made loud metal crashing sound that father and son playing soccer quickly looked at vehicle. When got to dealership and described what happened to salesman, Darin Porter, told me to Put it in Reverse slower. slightly offended, but let it go. Service not open to put sticker on, but Darin said would only take 5 minutes come back Monday; parked vehicle for day.11/7/2011, happened again (and two more times that week); vehicle violently shook; made metal crashing noise before engaging in Reverse. spoke with Service (think on Monday, but did not get Service employees name), and they said to drive it couple more days since it was new and maybe would loosen up. Back to that morning, 11/7/2011, now quite upset as serviceman said they had to re-inspect vehicle before putting registration sticker on. resulted in being hours late for work, but sticker now on . Fine, took vehicle to work.11/11/2011, went to Service again and man that re-registered vehicle that Monday was walking out the door. expressed great concern about vehicles engine. He said would have to have transmission guys look at it and theyre not in until Monday. (I had suggested leave vehicle for them to check Saturday morning as issue appeared to only happen in mornings.) Fine, would bring back Monday. Over the weekend, had to drive to Manassas as I was going to rent trailer to go to my dads for Thanksgiving. On way back, engine felt like it was seizing up, and every time at stop sign or redlight, vehicle would chug to stop, especially when slowed down at crawling pace.11/14/2011, took vehicle to Service, recommended they keep through Tuesday because problem seemed to be strongest in morning. Called couple of hours later to see if could get back that afternoon. serviceman stated, Oh, you can have it back now. There were no fluids in it. You mean windshield wash? Oil, fluids, and a valve was sticking. Oh, I could have fixed that myself. No, it was good that you brought it in. A valve was sticking and needed replaced, and there were no fluids. It needed checked by us. Incredible. Got dealership after work, okay well see how it runs on way home and if acting up will take back.Since that time, continued to have problem to point I walked couple of miles to get to metro to go to work. called dad, will not be there for Thanksgiving.sales manager, Eric 703-660-9000 (ask for Eric the Manager), repeatedly acknowledged Service at fault, and agreed I should receive swapped-out vehicle; however, Service Director, Mike Romano 703-660-0421 refused to swap out vehicles. he had servicemen, Andre 703-660-0494, call to fix vehicle.Called Ford, who said up to each dealership. called bank to cancel loan. only three-day grace period. called BBB - initial two weeks just to open case.and, just received email from yet another, Janet Fincher, Service Manager, Ourisman Ford Lincoln Mercury of Alexandria 703-660-0453 - We were able to duplicate concern you described. have a few parts on order for transmission. expected to be in on Tuesday. we can have vehicle ready for pick up on Wednesday. ENTIRE VACATION WITHOUT A VEHICLE, and MISSED THANKSGIVING WITH FAMILY. never, never, never go to Ourisman Ford of Alexandria, Virginia - NEVER! These guys are the biggest rip off in the area. Took my F-250 for an oil change and a fuel filter change and they charged me $390.00. I even brought in my own fuel filter and they still charged me $180.00 to install it and they charged me a ridiculous $41.00 enviromental fee??? Just an incredable ripoff. They had my truck for a total of 35 minutes and they charged me $390.00. Great, they stuck me for the $390.00 but they'll never see me in the shop for the rest of my life and I hope they'll never see you as a customer either now that you've read this. I have no idea how these guys stay in business. Worst dealership ever! Stay away.

Misrepresented that they could get me the vehicle agreed upon. When there was a problem getting the vehicle, they did not inform me. So I waited 10 days thinking the vehicle was still coming and not aware there was a problem. I visited in person one time and called twice to check on the status, and they still did not inform me. Consequently, every time I talked with them the story changed. I would not do future business with them or other dealerships connected to them. I don't believe in one time occurances - if this happened to me, I am sure it happens to others.

I went to Ourisman Ford with the intention of buying a Ford Escape limited, using USAA's auto buying service. The USAA service let's me specify the model, make, and options I desire on the vehicle, and then refers me to a dealership. I chose a Ford Escape Limited, quoted at a price with a nav system and remote start.Once at Oursiman, they assured me that although they didn't have the vehicle in stock, they could get me one shortly with the options I requested, which included a navigation system and a remote start system. However, when I started signing the paperwork, I noticed the asking price has suddenly jumped by $3000. When I asked why, they said it included hidden fees that weren't included in USAA's price. After I told them I would have to think about it, they sent me an email later saying they would sell me the vehicle for the price with only an additional $1200 in fees. Thinking this was a good deal, I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle at that price. However, once I was there and had begun filling out the paperwork again, they said the price was really going to be with $1800 in fees and they had accidentally put the wrong price in the email. However, when I said I was going to leave, they offered to keep the price as promised in the email, but it would cost an additional $600 for remote start. I signed the paperwork for the vehicle, and went to pick it up the next day. When I did, the vehicle did not have the navigation system promised, which is a $2,500 option. Infuriated, I refused to accept the vehicle and demanded the paperwork be voided, which they have supposedly done. Neither the sales rep nor his sales manager even apologized.Ourisman's Ford shady practices of charging hidden "processing fees" and bait-and-switch tactics with vehicles are deplorable, and it should be well known that they knowingly and unabashedly engage in deceptive selling tactics.

Attempted to lease a Lincoln MKX through them with a trade-in. Was given an exorbitant monthly price, even counting the $10,000 from the trade-in. Rejected the deal, and was offered a Ford Edge for slightly less per month, still with the trade. After shopping around, learned that they were basically giving me $0 on the trade and that I could find a MUCH better deal elsewhere. When they called to ask when I'd be back to sign the deal, I informed them that I had found a better deal elsewhere and would not be returning. They dropped the price at least $100/month and tried to match the price, but at this point it was more about principle than price. While I don't expect car dealerships to be the gold standard for honesty and integrity, I at least expect to not be blatantly ripped off and lied to, both of which were attempted at this dealership. Good negotiation is about getting a deal that both parties think is fair, even if it's not the lowest possible price. There is nothing fair about the "deals" Ourisman offers. Look elsewhere!

This was by far the worst experience with any car purchase in any capacity that I have ever experienced. Car was sold right out from under us after terms and price were agreed on the night before we made a 5 hours trip to pick up the car. Car was listed on the internet for $2,000 less than they had intended, but they were willing to honor that price because we saw it on the internet and they had to. Well they wound up not selling to us, but I would love to know how much that car sold for. I'm sure it was more than we had agreed on. Salesmen were rude, unprofessional and extremely indifferent to our disappointment in going home on an additional 5 hour trip without the car. Disgusting experience overall, and I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't care if I ever step foot in Virginia again if it's businesses practice on such an unscrupulous level. The only positive outcome was that the salesman and the dealership did not get a penney of ours, and never will.

Now I am going to file a complaint against their business license in Fairfax County. See if that gets their attention!Oh, and when you purchase a vehicle you get a nice message from Sharon Nap(sp?) saying she represents Ourisman and wants to know if she can do anything or if you have any questions about your recent purchase... blah, blah, blah. That's all it it. Empty customer service. Guess what, you can never get hold of her on the phone!

Andrew worked hard to locate the vehicle we wanted. Once we finally agreed upon a price, my husband and I decided to take the weekend to think about it. They wanted a $500 deposit to bring the truck in from another dealer. I called on Monday morning and gave our credit card info. On Monday afternoon, the Andrew called back to say the vehicle we thought we were purchasing had been sold on SATURDAY and he would send me the window sticker from a similar one for my approval. The second truck did not have an option that we wanted so we told him we did not want it. Almost immediately, the General Sales Manager Lenny called to ask why we did not want the vehicle. I told him and he was very rude and agitated and told me they were "not going to give me" the option. I told him I did not expect him too but that I would not pay the dealership $600 to install an option that is $300 from the factory. He was very rude and hung up on me. I called back to make sure they had not made any charges on my credit card, and lo and behold, they had! When I asked why would they tie up the money before confirming availability, the lies started. Lenny intially said they had never offered to sale me a truck with the desired option. When I told him I had an email from the sales person with the window sticker, the then said the truck was sold on Satury. Then it went to the purchaser took delivery on Monday. Finally he told me that they had worked on this deal for 5 days (didn't know there was a time limit) and that any hesitation had been on my part. I told him that was the way it should be since I was the purchaser and it was my money. He then told me that he did not have to answer any of my questions. When I asked who could answer my questions, he told me there was no one over him, which is completely untrue. It been a couple of days and my credit card company says that no credit has been requested from Oursimand so I filed a complaint with American Express. Lenny was probably the most unprofessional person I've had to deal with on any level. They were unable to deliver the truck I wanted (and I know it's not their fault it was sold) but when I didn't want the other vehicle they wanted me to buy his attitude was disrespectful, rude and nasty. Would never even consider going back there and would try to dissuade anyone from doing business there.

Overall it was neutral visit for a dealer service repair. I had 2000 Focus ZX3 with a minor cooling system leak. Another mechanic diagnosed as a leak around the thermostat housing which he declined to fix and referred me to a Ford dealer.They charged $465 for replacement of the thermostat, gasket, and housing, and for flushing of the radiator system and refill. They charged me: - Thermostat: - Parts, materials, etc - $77.00 (Ok) - Labor - $153.00 (Very high for assume rate of 80.00 / hour for 1 x hour.)* (ttp://www.focushacks.com/index.php?modid=59)- Radiator Flush and Refill - Parts, materials, etc - $123.00 (High, but ok for a dealer) - Labor - $74.00 (High, but ok for a dealer)* Overall: Costhelper.com says it should cost $50.00 - $125.00 (http://www.costhelper.com/cost/cars/radiator-flush.html)The labor is the big area for wide price discretion. I asked what the hourly rate was and I was told it varied: they use a computer system that calculates labor cost based on job type. It sounds scientific but the assumptions are open to debate ... a whole lot of debate. Based on internet self-guides, the two jobs were less than 2 x hours. I could have gotten a better rate but I was in a hurry, I had no tools or space to work, and I could not isolate leak or perform a pressure test. Since I have had the car for 7 x years and I had not perform major work on it, I accept the service bid. Overall, I thought they charged a premium of $100-$150 for the materials and labor.

Took my 2,000 mile 2005 Mustang GT convertible to Ourisman for a warranty issue (3rd time) and got the car back with 70+ more miles on it then it had when I dropped it off and both of the back tires were literally burned off the car and I still have the warranty issue unresolved. Car was suppossedly taken without authorization by a line tech Named Eddie, this is what the General Manager personally told me and the car may have been driven to this techs house overnight and brought back in the morning. The front tires have substantial wear on the outer edges as well from this 70 mile "Joy Ride". Wittnesses say the car was doing donuts in a school parking lot just 2 blocks from the dealership, I went to the school lot and took pics and sure enough, a lot of rubber was left there and who knows where else he did this at since 2 blocks doesn't equal 70+ miles! The dealer admitted the car was taken while in their possession, they are offering to replace the tires only, motor has a tapping noise and the dealer says it sounds normal to them. Insurance adjuster heard the noise and advised I not drive the car , its that severe. This is a returned, abused, damaged stolen car and I want it replaced or purchased, this dealer IS responsible for the safe keeping and they have a obligation to return the car to me in at least the same condition as when it was dropped off, not with a damaged motor! My lawyer is preparing to take this to court and Ford Corporate is being notified of this incident as well as the local news media. THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOUR CAR IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO OURISMAN FOR SERVICE. I wish I had been warned of this dealership, my $35,000 car now worth way less then I owe on it because of the negligence of Ourisman!Jeff Gibson 7039998471

I just want to warn you buyers about them because not only do they extremely inflate many of their prices, they don't believe in negotiations, and once they have decided they don't like the price you are offering, they turn their backs to you and treat you with absolute dis-respect. Both employees who were dealt with were extremely rude. A week after having visited the dealership in person, a call was placed by myself as to inquire about the vehicle of interest, and the sales consultant acted very cold. When the high price was questioned in terms of negotiations, the sales consultant stated in a smart tone: "It is, what it is". When the sales consultant went to summon the general sales manager in regards to coming down in price, he abruptly shouted: "It's Sold!", and the sales consultant then stated that the vehicle had been sold.Interesting that the first question I asked when the sales consultant answered the phone was: "Do you still have such and such vehicle?", to which she answered "Yes we do."I've been to multiple dealerships and I know the different games that they play, and for the most part they have all been respectful, courteous, and extremely professional. This particular dealership however has truly disappointed me in their absolute disregard for customer satisfaction. Turns out I am also not alone in my feelings because I have found multiple complaints filed against this dealership as well (On here, and within the Fairfax County Consumer Protection Division. as well as the Better Business Bureau). Be forewarned.

AVOID THIS DEALER! Tried to tell me my explorer needed >$650 worth of repairs, including replacing my K&N airfilter, the PCV valve that had been replaced two weeks earlier at my orginal dealer before I returned to DC, and finally, the solonoid part that actually needed replaced. I specifically asked in advance for them to record the diagnostic codes for me, but they didn't. I asked the "service advisor" to show me the parts that needed to be replaced, he didn't even know where the air filter was, let alone what a K&N filter was. I took my explorer to a mechanic recommended on cartalk.com, who fixed the problem for around $300 - and even left the old part in the new box on my floorboard for me. 2 years later and haven't had another problem with it - and haven't gone back to Ourisman. I'm getting ready to buy a new F-150 - you can bet it won't be from Ourisman. Almost forgot to mention - they charged me $75 for the diagnostic. I left a written request for the service manager to contact me - never heard a thing. They keep sending me service flyers though. Morons.
