Yesterday was my first visit to an Ourisman dealership and I really enjoyed my experience. The previous two days, I had been to two other Honda dealers in Virginia. Shah (sales) and Gabriel (finance) at Ourisman blew them away. My sales consultant Shah was warm, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to talk to. He was very thoughtful, and he made me and my family feel valued and truly welcome. The Finance Manager Gabriel was also friendly, professional, and straightfoward. I felt secure he was giving me the best information on my purchase and acting in good faith. I have not had a car buying experience this good in at least 9 years- maybe ever. Great job, Shah and Gabriel!

My car buying experience was a bit rushed due to my previous car being stolen and needing a car soon to be able to pick my son up from daycare. I found the car I was interested in on their website. I made an appointment for the following day, and Gerri helped me. She was kind, helpful, patient, and determined to answer every question I might have about the car. She spent extra time with me going through the safety features to make sure I understood them. The dealership was willing to work with me on the price and I left feeling like I was treated very fairly in that regard. Gerri even wrote me a card as a thank you :) I highly recommend this dealership and the incredibly kind people who work there!

I recently bought a new Honda from Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner and very happy with the service I got. Joseph helped me a lot in deciding the best option. He is honest and transparent. All the sales team is great including Joshua at finance. Thanks guys. 10/10

My initial experience at Ourisman was good. Got to test drive 3 different cars I was interested in without any issues. When it came time to me wanting information on a trade value for my car and looking at pricing information for the car I was interested in, that's when things started to go down hill. We got the trade in value of my car, which was extremely low for a car in good condition, besides minor scratches. Also, Got the overall break down of the vehicle I was interested in. After telling the salesman we could sell our car for more money they were offering us, they came back and offered 2k more after they just tried to tell us they couldn't offer us more. Seemed decent enough so next all I was inquiring about was what my interest rate would be and monthly payments. I gave them the information to check my credit score. Next thing I know I am asked to sign all these papers "in the event you buy the car today so you don't need to take time to do it at the end". Some of the papers were reasonable and made sense as to why I needed to sign, so I did. An hour goes back and we still have yet to have a final breakdown of payment. I am then asked by the salesman for the title of my car, my insurance card and the registration. I questioned why they needed that when I am just trying to figure out the payment and he said "the manager needs it to send to out accounting office". Another 30 minutes go by and another paper is brought out for me to sign, a buyers guide. I really start questioning now and I am told  "it just goes along with the other documents you signed". Still at this time I have never told them I am buying that particular car today. The used car manager comes over and we tell him we need to go. We been there long enough and we are getting no where. He tells us it will be another hour until we can talk to the accountant about the final numbers and walks away. We talk to our salesman again and explain we just wanted to see the numbers and if they can't give it to us now we are leaving. After telling me we need to wait, I get an alert on my phone from credit karma showing me they ran my information. After being told it will be another hour wait, miraculously the used car manager comes over 5 mins later and tells us what the monthly payment of the car would be. We explain again we aren't waiting to confirm and purchase the vehicle today. What started out as a decent day quickly turned extremely stressful and shady. I will never go back to this dealership. There was no need to gather and copy all my information and lie to me as to why they "needed" to do it. I understand they need to make money but being honest and not being rude goes a long way. I am even more stressed and frustrated now that I even signed some of the things I did and believed the things they were telling me.

My experience was horrible. I found the car I wanted online made an appointment to purchase the car after my test drive. I noticed the brakes were making a weird noise. I was assured by Frederic that my car would go to service and it will be okay to take home put cash down to leave the same day because I live two hours away. I drove home after purchasing the vehicle and the next morning the check engine light was on. I called the dealership and Frederic stated “oh yea I told you the engine needed a part they must have forgot to put it on.” At this point I don’t want this vehicle because I was lied to about the condition. I’m 7 months pregnant and have two other children. I drove back to the dealership and demanded a refund based on my contract. After two hours of discussing with the used car sales manager Stan that I am within my rights to cancel this purchase he agreed to take the car back but made a lame excuse about not being able to give me my cash back that I just gave them the day before. I said it was fine and told them I would be back next week. I was told I could return Friday everything would be closed out and I could get my money back. Friday after calling all week I was told on my way in Friday my money wasn’t ready after driving two hours. I refused to accept this and when I arrived I asked for the General manager. The GM wasn’t available and another sales manager assisted me with writing out my request for refund and it was processed after another two hour wait. The General Manager never came to speak with me the used Sales manager who told me Friday never came an apologized for not even processing the request to get my money back. All in all I spent 12 hours to not have a new car driving back and fourth in an unsafe vehicle and wasting me and my children’s time. I will never recommend this Ourisman dealer to anyone and I urge those who are purchasing to make sure they bring someone with them to inspect the vehicle!
