This is my third Hyundai and my second one from Ourisman Hyundai. I worked with Ricky and he was phenomenal!! He made the process super simple and explained everything very well. With a sales agent like he is under your employment, you are an extremely lucky company. I work in customer service with the airlines. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because of the salesman I was originally speaking with via email, he was extremely nice and helpful. There was a big miscommunication, a huge problem with this place. So apparently there are two separate buildings, one for new cars and one for used cars, no one directed us in that area for used cars. Secondly the website said they open at 9 AM, and we were in the new car area and no one arrived until about 9:10 AM, the service section was open and we asked them when did the sales associates arrive and they did not even have a definitive answer for us. So basically we went in looking for used car specifically one that I was looking into online. So there was a miscommunication about who I was supposed to see for the used cars and they started arguing 15 feet away from us, not even trying to be discreet about it or not even trying to hide it. Then they continue to argue outside, and then when one of them came back in the sales associate next to us was asking him what was wrong and she kept pointing at us and looking at us like we can’t see or hear ANYTHING. Come to find out the entire hour that we were there, The vehicle have been in the service waiting for a new ENGINE. Why is the vehicle on the website if it’s not ready to be looked at? I specifically asked if the vehicle is ready to be looked at an answer I got was the yes. This place is definitely not professional and the communication is definitely under par. This is the third time I've came here and my salesman Nick Cutlip is the best ever. He got me into a 2018 car with only 18,000 mil on it. I give him 20 stars if I could. This is the second Hyundai that we've bought from Ourisman. We were very pleased at the professionalism of the sales staff. Our only complaint was that we felt like we had to wait a lot. Also, they should look into computerizing all of their forms, etc. There's no need to write out forms when you can just click on options.

This is a great dealership to go to if you're having issues with getting a car. The sales team work with you to help find the best possible option to get you into a car. I haven't been to a dealership where I wasn't there all day. I was at the dealership for about 3 hours top if that. Nick was my salesman and I highly recommend him to anyone. Every single encounter with this dealership was favorable and the best in comparison with other dealerships we visited prior to coming there. Nick was a very friendly and helpful. He did most of my paper work over the phone. By the time I arrived most of work had been done. Nick was scheduled to leave work early, so he passed me to Imad who was very helpful. I did not think I would walk out with a brand new vehicle. I recently filed for bankruptcy and had received a letter from Nick Cutlip at Ourisman Hyundai. I carried my letter for nearly two weeks in my bag hesitant to call as I was unsure if I should get another car or better yet if I would be approved. I loved my old car (Toyota Camry) but I needed and wanted newer. So I took a leap of faith (and so glad I did) and called Nick. I spoke to him on the phone and told him exactly what I wanted, did not want, what I could afford and that I did not want to waste my time nor his. He understood 100% and said he would give me a call back. He called me back and wanted me to come in. Although I was still hesitant, I went anyway (I told my mom, I am leaving off the lot with a car today!!) Me, my kids and my mom got there and his same demeanor of positivity on the phone was the same in person and I instantly liked him. He gave me several options to choose from, explained the cars, features, etc. I test drove a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and I was in love!!! I thought the process was going to be long, drawn out, blah, blah, blah but let me tell you: me and my family was in and out in about 3 hours!! All of the staff was friendly, courteous, nice and very down to earth. It was no gimmicks or force to get something, it was either yes or no. I am so glad I came here as me and my kids are in a reliable, newer and beautiful 2016 Hyundai. Thank you soo much Nick!!!

Back in June 2016, I got a letter from Nick Cutlip of Ourisman Hyundai Mazda & Used Car Center in Laurel, Maryland. In that letter Nick went on to explain about his divorce and bankruptcy and what he had been through, and how he eventually was given credit to purchase a vehicle. I was a little skeptical since I was now going through the same thing and figured no one would be willing to give me credit. But for some reason I held on to the letter and finally in September 2016, I gave him a call. I must admit after talking to him, I was highly impressed with what he said, and with that I decided to give him a try. He kept telling me he had a 90% success rate at getting people in vehicles, of course, I was still skeptical, but I said maybe, just maybe I will be one of the people in the 90%, just give it a try. I went out to meet with him on Saturday, 9/3/2016, and in less than an hour, he was back; I took it to mean I did not qualify, but low and behold, he said congratulations, you just brought you a vehicle. I was totally surprised and could not believe that I qualified. Thanks to Nick, I am now driving a 2014 fully load Form Edge and I love it. I can truly say that Nick lived up to every word he told me. Truly no hassle and no hidden agenda or fees. I will definitely be going back to see Nick when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Nick I love you Man.

Nick was great! the dealership closed at 9pm, and we didnt get out til after 11pm. He went over and beyond to get me into a vehicle that day! He was very friendly! Even called to check on how I liked the vehicle. While I was discouraged, he encouraged me to stay positive that I would be in a vehicle that day. I recently filed bankruptcy and the car that I was driving was a lease which was about to expire so i knew I had to start looking around. Every Dealership in Delaware that I went to told me that they could not help me until the bankruptcy was discharged ( 4 month) I could not wait that long. I needed a car asap. The day after filing i received a letter from Nick Cutlip from Ourisman Hyundai stating that he could help me purchase a car before or after the discharge. That is what he deals with bankruptcy. Nick was awesome, We talked several time on phone discussing different cars but none of them seemed right. NIck told me not to worry that he would find me the perfect car and to trust him. I put all my trust in Nick. A short time later received a call from Nick telling me that he got me a great deal on a great car. I had always thought that I needed to buy a used car and was always afraid of buying someone elses problems, But not the case with NIck. He put me in a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with only 6 miles on it. I could not be happier. NIck did an awesome job for me. I drove 3 hours to deal with Nick . Everyone at the dealership was terrific. They go out of their way for you. I cant say enough about Nick and everyone who was involved in the purchase of my new car. I will also be driving back to them for the first oil change and to say hello to everyone involved. They make u feel like family. He called me back and said come in and pick out the car that you want. I was a little apprehensive. I went to his dealership and picked out my car. I appreciated John Frank's professionalism and courtesy. He got me what I wanted without a lot of haggling & hassle. He had to go to the other side of Baltimore County to get Red Riding Hood. The financing session was a different story. I was disappointed that I was initially offered a very high interest rate in spite of my relatively good credit rating and decent interest on current loan. There was a lot of back and forth that put a bad taste in my mouth. I was ready to walk away because my 2012 Tucson was still in good condition.

This dealership is the shadiest dealership I've ever dealt with. I don't appreciate the way my deal was handled with the purchase of my Daughter's car on which I was the co-signer. 70 days after the deal, the finance manager called me and told me I had to return the car due to the deal not going through with the bank. He also threatened to call my "Commanding Officer" after telling me he sent me numerous text messages to return the car (which was a lie) the bank tried to charge me sales tax, being that I am tax exempt, the dealership was going back and forth with the bank for almost 2 months. I'm not sure how this resulted in being my fault. Well my Daughter finally agreed to pay the sales tax and redo the contract. This was on the 25th of June. The dealership told my Daughter she had to come in with two payments reflecting the new monthly payment amount with the taxes included. The dealership said the bank was demanding this on June 25th. (Although her payments were due on the 29, so it should have only been one) I write the check and send my Daughter in with the payment on June 27th, she resigned the contract and told me I had to resign the contract with Shawn Thompson, he would be there until 9pm. I went to the dealership at 8:30pm that same day, Shawn was nowhere to be found. I called Shawn the next day, no answer, just like 20 other times I've called him in the last 60 daysSo on July 8th, I check my bank account and found that the check I had wrote out to the bank had been illegally altered to say "Ourisman" on the pay to order line instead of "RAC" which was originally written by me. I get a call this same day from the finance manager (Rick Mims) demanding I return the car. He was yelling in the phone so loud, I would barley understand what he was saying.This dealership is a fraud. Do not go to them to get a car. I will be talking to JAG and a civilian attorney about this situation ASAP!

As I proceeded to walk into the dealership I was greeted by various personnel (service, porters, managers and sales personnel) of the dealership that welcomed, thanked and offered assistance. My salesman was Nick Cutlip, there was another gentleman that worked with Nick I cannot recall his name and Shaun Thompson Finance Officer. Nick was not the typical salesman that was anxious to sell a vehicle. He was very patient and took the time to access my needs as the consumer on the specifications, pricing, etc. I was a very indecisive customer (actually test drove 6 SUVs) and the dealership took their time to ensure that I purchased a vehicle that was best for me and my family. In my years of car buying this has been the best by far. The customer care provided, the fairness and negotiations was top notch! They dented my car while changing a tire and they refuse to fix it. The technician didn't mark any dents or abrasions on the car walk around sheet, because there were none when I dropped it off. They kept trying to get me to look around the shop and point out what could have caused the damage. I don't care what caused it, I just know that you caused it. Be a professional and admit it and fix it. The service manager Andrew Cohen is very unprofessional and a crook. He kept trying to split it 50/50. They wouldn't let me talk to the owner or get his contact information. If you go here be sure to video tape your car the whole time or you could get it back missing a door or a busted out window, and they'll claim it didn't happen there.

I tried 2 dealerships before coming here. They all said they specialize in bankruptcies, but ourisman was the only one who could get the job done. I got a letter from Nick Cutlip and came in with my mom. We came a little after 1pm and were driving home in the new car by 4pm. Nick really cares for his customers and isn't pushy at all. Gary was very helpful in my first experience buying a car. He knew his stuff was straightforward with me. The only downside to the experience was the salespeople that wasted time trying to get me to purchase extra warranties and gimmicks after I had decided what I wanted. I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to file bankruptcy. I had received dozens of letter's about reestablishing credit and buying a new or used car. After researching and numerous calls, I narrowed my search to three dealers. I'm so glad that I went to ourisman hyundia first. I was replacing a 2012 hyundia sonata hybrid and knew I wanted another. So in came salesman Nick Cutlip Sr. He was so nice and professional and had such great knowledge of the hyundia line. The process was fabulous as well as quick. In a few short hrs after a few test drives we were on are way home with are used silver blue 2015 hyundia sonata hybrid. We would and will recommend this dealership and Nick in particular to all are friends and family, as well as all that ask. So in conclusion again, are best car buying experience ever. I had just filed for bankruptcy but I desperately needed a new car. I received a letter in the mail offering approvals for new and used cars for people in bankruptcy. Although I called and inquired about the program, my hopes were not high. I spoke with Nick Cutlip, he asked me a few questions, and I was pre-approved over the phone. I made an appointment to come into the dealership the following Monday. I was greeted with such a warm welcome. I was escorted to Nick's office immediately, no waiting. Nick was so personable, although I had just meet him, It felt like I had known him for years. After asking me a few more questions, we went on the lot. The first two cars I was shown were not to my liking. He said, "Wait right here, you're going to live this one." Nick came back a few minutes later with my dream car. I didn't know what I loved more; the car or Nick for knowing my taste! We took a test drive and in under 2 hours, I was driving back to Delaware without a care in the world. Nick was a Godsend that day. He was warm, personable, extremely knowledgeable and above all, sensitive to my situation. I did not feel judged at all. If I'm ever in need of a new or used car, I will be making a trip back to Ourisman and Nick Cutlip. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Having an open bankruptcy, a lemon of a car that sat for 3 months due to engine issues, and relying on borrowing relatives cars to get to/from work left me feeling hopeless. I received several car financing offers in the mail. I was sick n tired of being sick n tired, so I decided to try my luck. I read through every offer, and the one that caught my eye was Ourisman Hyundai/Mazda. The next day I gave Nick Cutlip a call. He took my info over the phone. It took him a little over a hour to call me back. The whole time I sat thinking.....I knew they couldn't help my situation. Nick called back and flatly told me "Come on up here, and pick out your car !" I rode to Ourisman via Uber and a prayer. A couple hours later I was driving out in a 2012 black Hyundai Sonata Limited hybrid....fully equipped (leather seats, panoramic sunroof, premium sound, heated front/back seats, back up cam, navigation....) with only 18,000+ miles on it. I was so excited I was speechless..........Nick pointed out that he had the same car (mine looked better though :-)I received excellent customer service from the whole staff. Nick made my buying experience very easy and pleasant. He was very patient and wasn't judgmental of my circumstances. Before I drove off he linked up the Bluetooth to my phone, and answered any questions I may have had. For the past 15 years I've always bought my cars from Carm**......not any more....my next car will definitely be purchased at Ourisman Hyundai !! P.S.I really love my Hybrid Sonata !

And left with a new vehicle. Began the process with a phone call to Nick Cutlip and was able to meet the following day. Even though he was busy, he still took the time to listen to what I needed, what vehicle I had in mind, and he brought the team together to work on my deal. Every single person involved made me feel like they were looking out for my best interests (pun not intended), and at the end of the day I walked, I mean, drove out with a new deal and a new vehicle. Everybody involved took the time to explain my options clearly. This was a very good experience.

Loved the attention we got by our dealer, Ricky Z., as he clearly cared about our purchase and not simply pushing us off with a car. He didn't shove the first car we mentioned down our throat and gave us tons of options and styles that were exactly what we needed. In a sea of dealers we met, none but Ricky seemed genuinely interested and happy to send us off with a smile. I just got discharged and ive tried everywhere to get a car... I was honestly down to my last ten dollars and I put it in the gas tank to get from Baltimore to laurel. I got there and was greeted with open arms and I got there in a putt putt and left in a 15 years newer automobile... It was a great feeling to deal with someone who understands my situation and was not judgmental and quick to dismiss.I spent 3 days car shopping and what I experienced was unnerving and discouraging. One dealership wanted me to put a $6,000.00 down payment on a vehicle I really wasn't interested in and they were telling me what to purchase instead of asking what I was interested in. Another told me that there was nothing they could do for me while another didn't listen and wasn't willing to work with me to find an alternative that was acceptable. Instead the salesperson went to his manager to ask permission to dismiss me quickly and the permission was granted (the salesperson didn't think I could hear him). I was at this dealership for 20 minutes before I was dismissed. And they sent me a letter stating that they could help but the reality was that they didn't even try.I spoke to Nick for a few minutes over the phone, and he was confident in what he could do for me. Even though I called him to ask to be removed from the mailing list because of the prior experiences, but after talking to him I was willing to give it one more shot. Nick asked me what I was looking for and even though it was not doable he provided alternative selections which I found to be acceptable. After a minimal amount of time spent looking through the inventory and talking about the pros and cons, he presented realistic options and I happily drove home in a "new to me" 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited with all the features I was looking for. He delivered what he said he could, though I didn't make it easy but he delivered and that says a lot. I would be happy to recommend Ourisman Hyundai Mazda of Laurel and Nick Cutlip to anyone in the market for a vehicle. . .

The worst service experience in my life. My car was still under warrenty, and I made a list of the things that was wrong with it and gave it to Ourisman. Now this car is my only means of transportation right. So I explained to the assistant service mgr. ( James ) I couldn't bring the car in until he had a loaner because I have to work and transport my kids to school. He totally understood that, three days later, he told me bring the car in. I explained to him im at work and I would only have time to drop the car off get the loaner and leave. Well when I completed the 40 min. drive to get there he said I have to wait 30 min for them to check the car out. After that He said yes your right the car needs to be fixed. then there was no loaner, I had to wait another 30 min. for enterprize to come pick me up and take me to the car rental. Then I had to pay 50 dollars out of my pocket that wont be refunded for ten days. So later that day I had to make a second 40 min. trip to pick up my car. This is what I found.When the assistant mgr. wrote up the things that was wrong with my car I told him he didn't include the license plate holder wich was cracked and needed to be replaced he said don't worry I got it. Well, I had a bright neon green piece of tape on the plate that was there way of fixing a 36,000 car. Also my breaks squeek so loud that every one is looking at me when I ride by in a 36,000 car they didn't fix that. Also there;s an emergency light on in the car they didn't fix that. On the total wating process I lost three ours from work and it cost me 50 dollars out of my pocket and my car is still not fixed. I called the service mgr. took 5 min. to explained every thing to him and he just blew me off saying ( well when ever your in the nieborhood just drop by and we'll see what we can do ) and my car still isn't fixed. This is the worst experience I ever had with a dealership. I would not advised any one to go thru this. If you want to talk about my terrible expierence ( 443- 467-1375

Phil was my salesman, and he was great! This Hyundai dealership was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I visited. While there was still some pressure it was nothing compared to other places, if I said I couldn't afford something or didnt want something they listened. They were also very willing to work with us on the price to get it to a price that I could afford. I would highly recommend coming here to buy your car, and ask for Phil!

I use this dealership because they are close by and they honor their quotes. I usually start shopping by email, but for my last two cars have ended up at their door. I contacted Nick Cutlip after receiving one of his mailers for individuals with less than perfect credit. I was at work first thing in the morning when I made the call. First, he took my call and information before he was even on the clock at the dealership, which stood out to me from the beginning. He asked me a few questions to be able to get the ball rolling to see what he could do for me. After we spoke, he told me not to worry about a thing and that he would have everything worked out for me by the time I got off of work. He did not lie, nor did he disappoint me! He called me before I even left my job to say that my financing was worked out and that I could come and pick out my vehicle. Since Ourisman has such an extensive inventory online, I was able to narrow down exactly which vehicle I wanted to see, test drive, and be mine in the end. I told Nick which car I wanted and he made sure to have it cleaned, ready and pulled out front of the dealership once I got there. He even made the test drive fun for me and my 13-year old son who came along with me that evening. After that, the process of paperwork between Nick and then to financing was effortless. I have never spent less than 5-6 hours at a dealership when buying a car, until now. They literally cut that time down more than in half! They all made me feel welcome, important and excited about my car purchase and in my dealings with them that day. Everyone was professional and yet still made you feel as though they already knew you prior to coming into the dealership. They should be the gold standard for other dealerships/salesmen who are only looking for their next sale, instead of the person buying the vehicle and their needs. I am so happy that I was able to work with Nick and everyone at Ourisman Hyundai because they were so awesome! If you want to be treated with respect, fairness and excellent customer service when in the process of buying a new vehicle( especially it you have credit issues or hiccups like I did); I would highly suggest Nick Cutlip and Ourisman Hyundai to anyone! Initially I just wanted to have a look around and inquire about a couple of vehicles that were online. Nick Cutlipp spent a great deal of time with me and my husband. He took all of my information and within 20 minutes I received a telephone from Nick stating I was approved. First, let me preface this by saying that Greg Pearce was an excellent Salesman. He was nothing but professional, and helped me throughout the whole car buying process. In fact, I had no problems whatsoever with the Sales Team, and Finance Department. I truly loved the Dealership that I had bought the car from, and looked forward to a fantastic experience with them.That soon turned for the worse.When I purchased the car, I was told that the first service is free, and they would schedule my appointment. I stated that I needed a weekend, in the morning. As this is the only time that I would be able to make an appointment. Last week I received an email notification telling me that my appointment was on a Friday at 7 am. While, technically, Friday's are a weekend, I work a 9-5 job. I cannot make this appointment.I tried to use their automated system to change the appointment, but the web page wouldn't load properly for me for some reason. No matter the OS, or Device I used. So I figure I would call, and do it over the phone. What could go wrong?I called on Monday at 5 pm. Service Dept was not able to answer the phone and the receptionist took my message and number and told me that someone would be in touch with me. I never got a call back. So on Tuesday at 5 pm, I called again. Still no answer, and another message taken. Still no call back. I repeated this process for each of the days of the week, including Friday (which was AFTER my scheduled appointment) and still never had anyone call me back. Saturday I called and left a message with the Service Manager. I've yet to receive a call from him as well. When I called again today, I was assured that the woman would take my message and hand walk it over to them. At this point, I am fed up. As a customer, I shouldn't have to call 6 times and leave messages to get a call back. (Which I am still waiting on). They will service my car for the first free service, and then at that point I will be looking for a new place to take my car for all it's needs. I'm deeply saddened by this, as it started out so well. I feel like I was misled, and lied to about their 'Great Customer Service'

I received a letter from Nick Cutlip and I called him on the phone and he pre-qualified me on the phone and I went in and purchased a new car and got the best car service from the entire staff. Lead by Nick they were so friendly and everyone knew their job because each one explain to me step by step and before I left, I knew how to operate the car and use all the features. I will never use another dealership again. Nick was awesome to work with. I was in the middle of a bankruptcy and Nick was very understanding and sensitive to my currently situation. He did all the pre qualification by phone and email prior to me coming into the dealership. He explained the options and what I could expect. By Friday, I went into the dealership and was in and out driving in my new vehicle in under 2 hours including financing. This is my 4th vehicle purchase and never have I had such a quick and easy process. I even drove away in the vehicle that I was set on having with the monthly payment that I wanted. Everyone at Hyundai from Nick to Financing was awesome. All I can say is WOW!!!. I even received a free tank of gas and my 1st and every other oil change is free. What more could I ask for!!! Had an ok experience purchasing my vehicle. I have gone back a few times for services/oil changes. My last service on the car indicated to me that they are a shady company that is trying to trick you into getting services you don't actually need - they lump certain services in with other factory recommended services so if you don't comb through what they tell you they want to do, you'll get shafted. When I confronted them about this they tried to play it off as being fair since my next oil change would be free. Perhaps I shouldn't have even gone back for that oil change because, even though it was scheduled, it took nearly an hour and a half. For an oil change. Additionally a car wash is included with oil changes. Well my car was basically rinsed off and if you brush your fingers across the car you would get dirt all over your fingers. The only way I can imagine coming back for anything at all is if my car broke down right outside their parking lot, and even then I'm not sure.

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy.I bought my Sonata in 2012 and co-signed with my Father. This is the only documentation that has both of our information tied together and shortly after, we were notified that our identities had been stolen. Unfortunately this is speculative because we can't prove it, but please be mindful of this when you are choosing your location to purchase your Hyundai.Fast forward to the present, we were suckered into buying the Platinum, bumper to bumper warranty. I've asked several times for clarification on what this gets me and after going to the dealer to have a tire repaired they tell me I'm set for free brake pads. Three hours into the services, the pull me out and hand me a $315 bill because while the pads are free- the roters and brake fluid is not. After much arguing, they agree to put the brake pads on without additional services. My total wait time for an oil change, brake pads, car alignment, radio reset and patching a tire took 6 hours. Once I leave I have to turn around because the radio isn't working and needs to be reset again.Please keep in mind they charged $100 for an oil change and $35 to plug a hole. I know dealerships are going to be on the expensive side, but I would hope the service and work would reflect the prices.The following morning I go outside to find my tire is losing air again. I do not have time in my schedule to drive back for a service that should have already been completed correctly the first time, so when I called back to ask for a $35 refund- their way of handling it was hanging up on me.They also promise every other oil change is free, but what they really mean is every other one pending you go to the paid tune ups they offer. Please do not buy from this dealership. They have many tricks up their sleeves, they're rude and untrustworthy. Please save yourself the headache and heartache and buy somewhere else- I wish I would have.----UPDATE-------When we went to fix the tire ourselves we found that the nail was still in the tire and they never repaired it at all, but still charged me for it. I have called back four times and only once did a Manager get on the phone for me. He told me he was going to talk to his team and would get back to me that day and I have not heard from him or been able to speak with him since.

It was my first time purchasing a new car and I did not feel pressured by him throughout the entire process. He was very patient and his knowledge base was very apparent. I stopped by Ourisman during the late evening hours and each time Austin was patient and respectful. He even stayed passed closing time and did not try to rush the process. Austin did not play any games which I appreciated. I highly recommend him as well as his overarching supervisor, Ishmail. I purchased a new 2014 Elantra SE at Ourisman. This was my first car buying experience and every employee over the phone and in person made me feel valued and safe as a customer. I set an appointment with Nick in Used Car Sales because he worked with my boyfriend's mom long ago. He was very attentive and went the extra mile for many customers including me during my visit. I had great freedom in test driving any car I wished and I didn't have to wait long for the key. The haggling experience wasn't scary because I did my homework and brought facts when it came to internet price of the cars and the appraisal of my trade in. My appraisal from Carmax was honored and Nick worked me a great deal on my new Hyundai, applying a few extra discounts I did not expect. Both he and the new car sales general manager were open to negotiation and we settled on a price I was comfortable with. I was doing my homework in order to buy a used car for my wife. After I saw a few cars on the Web and I researched their cost, I decided to look at one of them in person. I called Ourisman Hyundai of Laurel and Mr. Nick Cutlip answered the phone and helped me with my initial questions. I followed up with a visit the same afternoon. My intention was only to test drive the car but Nick provided honest advice about the car and financing options. Nick was very helpful and very attentive with me and my family. The car price was as good as it could have been. I ended up buying the car that same evening because the way I was treated. Mr. Nick Cutlip is a great individual to do business with and I will not hesitate to recommend him to others as well. The overall Ourisman buying experience was excellent including the financing manager and everyone that helped us. The time it took to do all the paperwork was very reasonable and efficient. I was very impressed with everyone I was in contact with. We are very happy with the car purchased we made!

I told Nick what car I wanted. He didn't have the car at his location so he drove to another dealership to pick it up. Most of my transaction was done on the phone, e-mail or texting. By the time I got to Nick there was little left to do (I'd told him I didn't want to be there forever). He and the rest of the team I worked with were very friendly. I choose the Hyundai dealership, because I received a letter in the mail from Nick Cutlip. As I reading the letter I said to myself, "They always say the same thing, we can get you in a vehicle not matter what your credit score or with no down payment." So when I contact Nick on a Friday afternoon, he actually responded to me in a very quick manner. The same day I went out there to meet with him. And sure enough he put me in a vehicle that I absolutely love. I was facing credit issues and was very unsure if I was able to get a vehicle, but with Nick help, I was approve for my vehicle. Last year 2013 I filed for bankruptcy due to a loss of employment. I received a letter in the mail from Ourisman Hyundai. Sometime in March 2014 I decided to walk 5 miles from my home to the dealership to try and get a vehicle. When I entered the show room (used vehicle) I didnt feel welcome and decided to leave. I went somewhere else and did not like what I was hearing so that same day I decided to return back to Ourisman Hyundai. Upon my return I was greeted by Nick Cutlip who apologies for not taking caring of my right away when I came in earlier because he had a customer. After all said and done Nick ASSURED me he will do everything within his power to assist me in getting a vehicle. I told him my situation and he advised me NOT to allow anyone to run my credit because I had an open bankruptcy. He looked up my information of the court system web site and advise on or about the time my case will be discharge. I was so grateful for the information because when I went to the other place they was trying to have me get a vehicle with a cosigner which I DID NOT WANT. On Thursday May 1st Nick called and told me I was in the clear to come in and choose a vehicle ( I was at work so I couldnt get there fast enough). He told me to go on the web site and see if theres anything I would like. Nick also offered to come and pick me up from my home and take me to the dealership.I must say I am truly appreciative and great full for Nicks help and concern. I know theres other dealers out there but I choose to Ourisman Hyundai because I know I was in good hands. He is a very excellent sale person who know his product and what his customer is looking for. Hes one of the few that knows about KYC (know Your Customer). I am really enraged at the horrible tactic of business these guys are implementing right now. I bought my Hyundai Sonata 4 years ago and when purchasing was guaranteed free oil changes and car washes for life, no questions asked! I had received such service as promised during my purchase for the past four years. All of a sudden, when I had taken my car in for getting something checked out, they stated that they voided my free oil changes unless I get all my maintenance done from them! When I asked for them to look over my contract, they insisted they do not have a copy and transferred me to finance department. Now, if there is this communication gap that exists internally where by, they cannot themselves check and confirm this, there is something wrong. I am so dumbfounded at the horrible way they entice people to purchase a car from them promising free oil changes and then this happens! STAY AWAY. I will NEVER purchase another car from them ever again!

I had been looking online for about a week and had 4 dealerships narrowed down to what cars I wanted to go see this day.I stopped in Ourisman and spoke to Nic Cutlip as my first dealership. Needless to say I never visited the other 3. We saw 3 cars that we liked on the lot. Nic took his time to explain the pros and cons of each vehicle to us. We were leaning towards a Volkswagen and the Hyundai. After weighing things out, and with the help and knowledge of Nic we chose our Sonata SE. We love it and it was great to work with Nic. He made the whole experience a pleasant one. We also liked closing our deal with the Finance guy who made things pleasant with no pressure. Horrible customer service. They run a shuttle service, and told me to be outside my work an hour earlier than I was planning to leave for the day. I work right up the road from the place and it took over an hour for them to pick me up. The first guy got so lost they had to send a second driver. I don't even work 10 minutes away! It was an hour I could have continued working, and when I complained to the manager he just looked at me like I was an idiot and basically told me it was my problem, not his. I would only recommend this place if I hated the person I was sending there.

I went to Ourisman Hyundai because I heard that Nick Cutlip was very easy to deal with and was always honest and fair. I so glad I made the decision to visit him. I had talked to him before I went and he had a very nice car waiting for me. But, when I got there, I said I wanted to look at something a little smaller. So, as he returned the Sonata to its spot on the lot, I noticed a silver Elantra GT, just like I was looking for. I looked at it, and noticed it was a 2013 with only 2018 miles on it. At 52K miles, I brought my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe V6 AWD to Ourisman for a repeat problem: a knocking noise up front while accelerating. Ourisman had previously worked on the car in 2012, at 43K miles for the same problem -- at that time it took them several tries to identify the cause of the knocking noise as a worn driver's side front axle assembly, which they replaced under warranty.When I called Ourisman this time to make the service appointment I asked about a loaner car and was told one could be provided. That turned out not to be true. I specifically asked the service advisor and mechanic to check the axle assembly - the mechanic declared it fine. After replacing a wheel bearing the knocking noise was still present. At that time the service advisor recommended I get the front brake rotors and pads replaced. I was not convinced this paid work would solve the problem and decided instead to take the car to another dealership. Their mechanic immediately identified the problem as worn front axle assemblies (both right and left), which they replaced under warranty. They also advised me the front brake rotors and pads were fine and not the cause of the knocking noise.

My husband's 2007 Hyundai Sonata was totaled late November 2013 as a result of someone else's negligence. We both loved that car and it was our first car from Ourisman in Laurel. We looked at CarMax and a local used car dealer in Bowie, but then called Ben at Ourisman since we had previously bought new vehicles (2007 Sonata and 2009 Sante Fe) there. We told him our dilema and stated we did not want to spend much, had NOT planned on buying a car at this time, but our car had been totaled. We explained we did NOT want to spend much, but wanted a comparable vehicle. He put us in touch with Nick and that night he found us a car. No fast talking. Which is rare for a salesperson. He made me and my son feel extremely comfortable. The process was scarily easy, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. My trade was in such bad shape that they even gave me a loaner until the car I was buying was ready for me to take ownership. I went to Ourisman Hyundai looking for a used car for my boyfriend's daughter and I knew if anyone could help it would be Nic. We initially wanted to get her name on the title to help get her credit started and although we were unable to get her name on the title (she had no credit) Nic and his staff spent over 4 hours trying to make it work. They honestly tried everyway possible to make it happen but in the end even though her name wasn't on the title, we purchased a 2009 Honda Civic that she absolutely loves and is so much more reliable than the previous vehicle she had. The look on her face when we drove away from the dealership (after being there half the night lol) was priceless. Even though the car was a used 2009 it was in great shape, low miles and to her it was as if it was a brand new car. The staff was amazing and I would like to thank everyone especially Nic for making her very happy. I would/have recommended everyone I know to your dealership. Thank you!

I was in search of a used vehicle and I was referred to Nick Cutlip. Upon meeting him for the first time he was very professional and I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase. He allowed me to take my time and select the vehicle that I wanted. Once I found the vehicle I informed him of the price range that I needed to be in and he made that happen. Even when i was a little apprehensive about making the purchase he was very encouraging. I came in with a trade in that he was able to offer me more money on which decreased my down payment. I took the car home to give me more time to think about it and of course I fell in love with the car. I returned the following day to complete the sale and overall i was very pleased with the customer service that I received. 30 days later I received a follow up to make sure that things were going well with my purchase. I can definitely say that I would refer this dealership as well as Nick to anyone I know that is in the market looking for a used vehicle. This has been my third car purchase and I must say has been one of the most memorable. If your looking for a good quality vehicle and good quality service make sure to stop by the Hyundai Laurel location and ask for Nick Cutlip. You won't be dissapointed.

Customer Service was great the day of sale!!!!!! A few minor hiccups like the extended warranty wasn't clear, I had to come back to the dealership 3 days later because the battery died, the flyer I received in the mail said I would receive 2 free gas tanks, which ended up being only 1.I also received my Financial letter and they state that there is a NO GRACE PERIOD on the loan!!!! While at the dealership I was told there is a 15 day Grace Period. Not so happy with the experience, but hey they made a sell & that's what matter's right.!!!!!

We have been in the market looking to purchase a first time vehical for my teenage daughter for a few months. We finally found a great Hyundai Tuscan (which was perfect) for her. I found a car online that I was interested in and called to find out if it was still available. I spoke with Nick and went out to see and test drive the car that night. After the test drive I sat with Nick for a few minutes to review what I was in the market for. He was very helpful. I left the dealership and let him know I would be in touch. Nick did not pressure or bug me with phone calls. A few days later I went back to the dealership to test drive a different car. Again, Nick was helpful with NO pressure or sales tactics. A few days later I ended up buying the second car I drove. In hindsight I wish that I had looked at the interior a little more thoroughly during the DAY. I have noticed that the carpet in the car needs some cleaning. Other than that the car is great. I ended up using financing that Irena worked up for me. It took a few hours to reach the final deal. I didn't like that she was pushy with the warranty but other than that she was good. I am very pleased with my buying experience with Nick. I very much appreciated his no pressure approach.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Ourisman Hyundai Mazda. He traded in his car for a used vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were quite surprised with the deal that we got on the vehicle. They were able to make it work so that we could lower our monthly payment (which was our goal). We were just looking around, but they made us an offer we couldn't refuse and we ended up driving away in our new car that day. There was a ton of paperwork that took a little longer than we expected, but other than that, we are very satisfied with the service we received. They also had a great warranty plan included in buying a used car and great service plan. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Ourisman.

My visit to Ourisman Hyundai was excellent!! I had been shopping around for a new car since my engine decided it was a good time to blow up. I had looked around at different dealerships but didn't really find what I was looking for. When I stumbled upon a 2010 Mazda3 Hatchback on Autotrader.com, it piqued my interest. As I was checking it out online, I noticed that it had two different prices-a sticker price and an internet price. Since this was my first time actually considering buying a new car, that confused me a little. I decided to call the dealership to see if I could get some clarification, spoke to Nick Cutlip and he was very helpful in explaining what the difference was between the two prices. While I was on the phone with him, he asked if I was interested in a particular car, I told him it was the Mazda3, and he immediately asked if I would like to schedule an appointment to come check out the car, so I did. When my Dad and I arrived at the dealership, Nick took us out to look at the car, said I could take it for a test run, which I did and absolutely fell in love with it. When we got back, we sat down and got to the brass tacks of everything. Now, my credit isn't the best in the world, so I obviously had to have my dad cosign everything. Nick sat down with us and explained all of the options we had, even told us about a little snag in the process with my credit score, just so there were no surpises. After all was said and done, I am the proud owner of 2010 Mazda3 Hatchback. Everybody that was involved in the process was super friendly, but most of all, Nick Cutlip made it happen. On my first visit to look at a used Hyundai Accent Austin came out to help me. He was prompt in answering my questions. I decided to have them check my credit score, and when he came back he told me "I have good news and bad news, which do you want first?" I told him just to lay it on me. Then he said "there is no bad news" and then explained my rating and how it would affect any loan. I know he was trying to joke, but when someone is very anxious about their ability to buy a car it's rather upsetting because that only increases anxiety. I told him I would come back to test-drive on a later date.He did call me for follow-up the earliest date I said I might stop in. I missed his call, but emailed him the next day he would be in to work. I told him that the price was too high for the car and that I needed to look at something more cost-effective. He emailed me back and asked if I had seen the price recently (it hadn't changed.) Later that same day I was in another dealership getting ready to sign papers on a car when he called me. I told him that I was signing papers on a car and he asked me what kind of car I was getting and when I told him it was a Saturn he immediately told me I shouldn't get the car since that company is no longer making cars and tried to pressure me into not buying the car and to buy the Hyundai I had looked at with him. He tried to scare me into thinking that I was making a HUGE mistake and "wasting my money". I let him know that the cost was a little lower than the Hyundai he was trying to sell me - and that this car had more safety features (ABS, side curtain airbags, traction control, etc.) and had power windows & doors - all things the Accent was lacking. He continued to try pressure me and I said goodbye and hung up.I would NEVER recommend anyone to work with him, and if his behavior reflects the dealership's way of doing business I would never go there either. It's a terrible thing to try frighten someone with their choice of a car because they aren't buying from you.

My husband has been looking for a particular vehicle, Toyota Tacoma 4WD 4 cylinder Truck. Not many 4 cylinders in the area of this particular vehicle. We stopped at a dealership closer to our home to test drive a vehicle....didn't "feel" right. We then decided to make the drive to Laurel, as my husbands choices were limited. We called ahead to verify the vehicle was there. It was. Upon our arrival, we drove right up to the vehicle. Nick came out and started talking to my husband. From then on the rest was easy....Nick did not pressure us in any way. He was polite, listened and asked questions. If we choose not to answer his questions, he again didn't pressure us. Nick allowed us space to make our decisions, feeding us information on our trade, information on the possible new purchase, and possible financing options. The overall experience was the BEST car buying day I've ever had! I would certainly recommend this dealership, as everyone we ran into was very polite and helpful, with no pressure!

It all started with a flier that my husband and I received in the mail from Mr. Cutlip. We had received numerous others but this one caught our eye and seemed to "speak" to us. Mr. Cutlip sat down with us first and explained things regarding our current financial situation. He was very honest and straightforward which can be hard to find in the car business. We felt very comfortable with him and he was able to answer all of our questions. We were able to find the car that we loved and Mr. Cutlip worked VERY HARD(along with the finance manager) to get us a rate that we were comfortable with. We never felt that we were being taken advantage of and or that Mr. Cutlip was not being honest. He is a wonderful salesman and is excellent at his job and was certainly a pleasure to work with. We drove off in our "new" vehicle with a great experience and very happy with our decision. We will certainly use Mr. Cutlip again and recommend him to all friends and family. Thank you again! We greatly appreciate it.

Well from the moment I called Mr. Cutlip he is on point with my needs, he assured me right away that he could take care of me and he did just that! When I initially came to the office, they did not have the car that would suit my needs, but 24hours passed and he immedietly texted me a picture of the car I's been looking for and he tucked it away until I could get to the office to purchase it! I unfortunately had to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and it was recently discharged. I needed a vehicle immediately and heard about Nick from a co-worker. I then got home and received a mailer from Nick. I called him at around 7pm and explained my situation. He took my information and called me back within 20 minutes with an approval. I met with Nick that weekend and he showed me a few cars. I test drove one, wanted the car and was sent over to financing and left with my car. I was very pleased with the experience and customer service.

Poor communication from the dealer. They would not just tell me if they are interested in the trade or not and I have to keep on calling them. During one of the call, manager started talking sentimental about dealership existence if they do deals like mine (means they want lots of $$$s) and I that was quite unprofessional. Would not recommend this place if you have a trade as they won't give you decent $$s.

After researching online and visiting other dealers, we knew exactly what we wanted. We walked onto the lot around 7:30, met Nick Cutlip and quickly got to work. Our ownly indecision was to buy a new or used vehicle? We test drove a used, looked at the price and walked over to the new car lot. While we were walking around to see the other Hyundai Sonatas we spotted a lone red Sonata parked up front. It was the packeage we wanted, with a little extra. Nick got things rolling quickly and within 20 minutes we had a deal. We appreciated that there was no waiting while we back and forth, it was painless. We knew what we wanted to pay, and the business manager, Eli, met us at our final price. Overall a great experience. The only complaint would be that there were 3 deals going on at the same time and it did take a while to get paperwork done. Nick Cutlip is a standup guy!

When I went in, the salesman I spoke to on the phone was with a customer, so the sales woman standing right there jumped up and decided she was going to help me. After test driving and starting to talk numbers, I then learned that the original salesman was really mad because she had "stolen" his customer (which she essentially did). There was a whole lot of tension and she was really rude to her coworkers about the occurrence. I had to prompt her to take my trade in to get assessed and she was not proactive in trying to make a deal. Eventually, we could not come to a good number and I left. Ethics, professional courtesy and lack of training seem to be a problem at this dealership. Bought a wonderful car somewhere else.

I have been buying cars for almost 30 years.. this was the BEST experience I have ever had. I knew the car I wanted but was not able to get in until later in the evening. I was not rushed or pressured and was given the exact deal that I wanted including a great price on my trade in. Carter was outstanding and was one of the most personable sales people I have ever me. I went into this dealership wanting to just show someone the type of car I was looking into purchasing. A salesman approached me who was very friendly and told me they do not have the color I wanted but would see about getting it for me. The very same day I received a call telling me we have found the car we are securing it and it will be here in the morning (friday), what time can you come in??? I live an hour away from this dealership and was not prepared to be back in that area the following day, so I set up a Monday appointment to return to the dealership. Monday comes and I get a call from the sales manager Ismail Whea, who wants to know when I will be in so they can get the car delivered. A bit puzzled I said well last week I scheduled a 3pm appointment for today and was told the car was delivered already?? He tells me no we have to go and get it still, so I said OK well then call me once the car is on site then. I was called much later after my appointment time and told them I would be able to get in there later in the week now. OK now first chance I get to go an hour away to visit this dealership and confirm pricing and trade in value, I set an appointment and arrive to begin the process. I worked for an hour with the salesman and the sales manager to finally be quoted a reduced rate of 1000 dollars off of the sticker price which already included freight. I get an estimate on my car and then ask for a printed copy of price so I can get the funds for them. I see this price added back in again and am then told by the salesperson oh yeah that is what we do. I turn to speak to the sales manager, Ismail, who then turns and walks out of the showroom. At this point I decided there is no way I can give my business to a dealership that wears down a customer and promises offers that are bogus.WATCH out for this dealership they are very sleazyThe next day I received a call from the sales managers manager who never apologizes to me for these unethical business tactics by his salesman, but still wants my business. He then offers me the already quoted price again and then tries to add more to my trade. I informed him NO, he had lost my business and I would not be able to even think of doing business with ones that have such poor unethical tactics.I have found the same car at a new dealership who has much better business ethics and has been a pleasure working with!!!

I gave the rating I gave because the customer service was great from the begining by me getting a letter from the Internet Sales Manager that my bankruptcy was cleared and was offered a credit amount to get a vehicle. I was waiting for the discharge from the bank, so I could go and get a vehicle, but I heard from the dealership first. I was so excited as I badly needed a vehicle. I called Nick and he was so pleasant over the phone, I made an appointment for the next day. I told Nick that I am taking the cab there so I better come home with a vehicle with no down payment, he checked with his manager they told me to come in. I went in. they were pleasant from the start, they worked hard to get me a SUV that I wanted in the first place, I was so happy the Overall experience was great, the friendliness was great, the quality of work was impressive, the price was right and the overall experience started when I got the Congratulations discharge notice from the dealership itself instead of the court, I was so happy and excited, that letter actually help me to get the car earlier than I had expected. I am sooooooooooo happy!..... I am enjoying my vehicle and if it was not for the letter I received I probably would not be driving right now, this feels soooooooo good!.........

My daughter and I were shopping for her first car. She saw the exact maroon Hyundai she wanted on this website. Even though it was a bit of a drive we went to see it and take it for a drive. It drove great and Nick showed us all the paperwork saying the car was in great shape. We were still not sure so we left to see a few other cars. Nick did not pressure us at all which is the thing I hate most about car shopping. We eventually returned to buy the car. It needed a little interior work and Nick was on it. Nick made purchasing a vehicle for our son relatively painless. I mean, we still had to pay for it but the rest of the experience was very pleasant. My husband found the exact car our son was lusting for, a Mitzubishi Lancer. It was posted on the Ourisman website. Because we live in the Westminster area, I called to make sure the car was still at the dealer before we went down to look at it. Nick was the one I spoke to on the phone. He was friendly and informative. When we were able to get to the showroom later that afternoon, Nick greated us personally even though he was with another client. He showed us the car, gave us the keys for a test drive and kept touching base with us while finishing up with his other client. We drove away with the car that night and needless to say, our son was thrilled when he saw it. Thanks, Nick!

This is the second used car that I have purchased. The first was at Fitz Mall about six years ago. I will go back to Fitz Mall next time. I test drove a car one day and returned the next to purchase the car. When I returned to purchase the car, the person who I had initially dealt with had been fired as had the supposed used car sales manager. Nick finished up the deal, but not without some surprises. My suggestion to you, if you do buy a used car from Ourisman is to first, pin down what the cost of the "inspection" will add to the Internet price of the car as the inspection that the initial (fired) sales person refered to is not the Maryland inspection, but the "inspection" and subsequent work that Ourisman does to the car to make it sale ready. There can be a HUGE difference and can really add to your car's price at the last moment. Also, pin down the exact meaning of the 30 day, 1000 mile warranty. The cruise went within five days after purchasing the car, however, Ourisman will not cover the cost as the cruise is not part of the Maryland Inspection nor the power train warranty. Granted, all of this I take responsibility for as I did not get the details in writing, but one would think that a large dealership like Ourisman would be more on the up-and-up. Fitz Mall certainly was. They even fixed a throttle problem four months after the warranty expired. They are a dealership that has integrity and stand by their cars. I cannot say this about Ourisman. Finally, take Ourisman's ratings with a grain of salt. Soon after my used car purchase was completed, I received a letter from Nick that if I submitted a review of my experience that included all five star ratings, I could come by Ourisman for a free tank of gas or a free detail. This struck me as odd. If the dealership was confidant that people were having such a positive experience, why would they need to pay people for a good review?

I have purchased several cars in the past from him, in all to date is four and referred many others whom have purchased vehicles there as well. He did a great job. Other dealers I dealt didn't look my way when I came on the lot, because as a basketball coach I like to wear my sweats and be comfortable so it appears Im only looking and not wanting to buy. This is one reason I drive a Challenger and not the Camero today. Appearances, can be deceiving which Mr. Cutlip takse in to account and that is why he has slod several caes to myself and my friends. It was an overall pleasant experience with Mr. Cutlip as my salesman, and I will return there for my next purchase.

I can only echo all of the 1 star and 2 star reviews on this dealership with the absolutely horrible experience I have had. Everything everybody has said applies. My personal experience is below, but please notice the only good reviews from this place all come within a few days of each other, not like the long spread out bad reviews over the course of a year or two. This also shows if you look up their sister store in Bowie on city search. They have a 5 star rating, yet when you go over all 15 of their reviews, pull up each user individually and notice that EVERY PERSON reviews the SAME EXACT LOCATIONS all for 5 STARS all within days of each other... coincidence? We were originally working with another dealership who was great, but they were unable to get their hands on a new 2012 hyundai my wife really liked. Ourisman was the only dealership within 300 miles that we could find that had it in stock. I told them what I wanted my payment to be, how much money we were putting down on the deal ($4500, keep this in mind, and it's also the exact deal we had setup at other dealers). After 3-4 phone calls I finally get a phone call saying they can make those numbers work and that our payment would be $320 with $4500 down. I gave them a $500 deposit by phone to hold the car until we could get down there. The salesperson Zena was far from professional. I could do nothing more but nod my head and just smile as she rabbled on like 'the door edge guard we put on keeps the water from getting in' blah blah blah. I've only been a mechanic and building custom cars for over 10 years, 5 of those years were working for dealerships. We go into finance and start drawing up paperwork... that's when the guy looks at me and goes "so you already did $500 over the phone and you're writing us a check for $5908". Apparently their way of making numbers work was to assume we'll pay cash for the taxes when EVERY DEALER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH figures them in on the total in regards to financing. This was not how it was ever explained to me prior to coming there. My wife had been without her car for over 3 months at this point, they had me trapped, so I bit the bullet and went with it anyways, but they're already on strike 2 with me at this point. Fast forward 2 days and we find out that this incompetent group of rejects never even got all the stuff they needed to submit for financing. My wife is a medical assistent for surgeries, and I'm a restricted DOD contractor so out of touch during work 95% of the times. My wife was kind enough to give them a copy of her paystub, but even told them it would be awhile before any information got from me as I'm at work. This proceeded to turn into no less then 15 phone calls from the dealership to my personal cell # and my wife badgering us for this information after they screwed up, while we're both at work doing our jobs. The constant harassment and belittling has gone far enough, and I've now refused to give them anything else in regards to help them finish their job. As we sit right now I have a case open with HMC (Hyundai Motor Company) in regards to this dealership and their practices and operations. I'm so turned off by the whole experience I don't even want this dealership to get any credit for a sale, and have already told them if no information from me means they can't get the financing through, I'm fine with it and they can have this car back. I've had great experiences with 3 other dealerships so far during this time, and will be happy when I get the go ahead from HMC to wipe my hands clean of this dealership and erase them from my memory. Do not be fooled by this group of jokes.

We had seen a used vehicle under the managers special for used cars on the website, with an incredible price that led us to go straight to the dealership the next morning. After test driving the car and sitting down to talk price, the internet sale price we were shown was not the same. We then showed the salesman the specials page. It turned out the internet price was a mistake and should not have been there, but they honored the internet price since it was on their website. Very friendly staff with good ethics, honesty. We highly recommend this dealership.

Although my salesguy--Mike from the internet sales department--was friendly and knowledgeable, I was nervous about doing business with Ourisman Hyundai because of the bad reviews here. My experience was so different than what others have described. I was promised a great price on a 2012 Elantra that another dealership said they "couldn't touch," and that price is exactly what I paid. Nobody tried to question or renogotiate the deal, add hidden fees or charge me for a bunch of "extras." In fact, a few options that I had come prepared to pay extra for (including the Ipod cable) had already been factored into the price I was initially quoted. I received a fair price for my very old trade-in, more than I expected, and everyone that I dealt with from Mike through the finance manager were informative, friendly and seemed completely above-board. The dealership also seemed well organized. My paperwork process was stress- and hassle-free and I was in and out in relatively short time. I would, and will, recommend this dealership to my friends. If you want a laid-back salesman who knows his product, will treat you well and actually has a personality so that the couple of hours you spend in the dealership is pleasant, ask for Mike Reed.

The customer service here it absolutely horrible; but in their defense they are following their leaders. I went to this dealership in 2008 and purchased a car then in 2010 to purchase a second car for my son. Decided i am ready to upgrade to the new 2012 Sonata so I went back on a Saturday afternoon. Pulled up in my 2007 Hyundai, 3 salesmen were in front of the building smoking and talking. I browsed around for a while and looked at several cars. No one came over to assistant me. Finally I turned and said "seriously, no help here"? The gentlemen simply looked at me and never moved. A complaint was made to Al who in turn called me and begged my forgiveness and set up an appointment to meet with him personally. We agreed on a date and time; well I worked through my lunch hour to take off from work to meet with AL. When I arrived I was told that "Al didn't even show up to work today, I don't know why." So frustrated and hungry I left with no intensions of EVER going back to that dealership again, not even for an oil change.

He promised me that he will get me a nice deal and despite having a good credit history he ended up selling me the car more expensive than any other dealer in the state and after I signed the contract, the whole staff especially himself was very rude. My car did not include floor mats which he had promised me to install and it is in fact included in the price. I would not recommend to get any car used/new from this dealer or at least think twice/thrice before doing so.

2003 Hyundai Accent auto started having bad transmission problems at 34K miles - drove to the dealership no problem. After checking it out they determined the entire transmission had to be replaced. Gave zero hassle on doing warranty work on replacing the transmission with a new one. Had transmission in stock so I got my car back almost exactly 48 hours after dropping it off.Jerome and Dennis were both very kind and helpful! Zero stress and zero problems with getting a very expensive warranty job done. Good on them!

I purchase a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon in May of 08. It was a show case car. I test drove the car and it was some shaking in the stering wheels. There just told me that being the car was just sitting there it need to be balance.I took there word for it. a month after that the shaking began. Notify the dealership on the problem. There had me bring the car in so there can take it back to the shop there purchase the rims and tires from. It was fine after that.Took the car in to get my tires rotated and the problem came back.I have been going back and forth with this dealership for 10 months. I wrote to the manufacture so there can some out to look at the car. There felt the shaking in the wheels and do you know there had the nerves to say it is nothing there can do about it. I had to get my self a lawyer. Make long store short DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM OURISMAN HYUNDAI IN LAUREL,MD. The manager don't give a sh*t "Andy", the service is POOR. If I knew this ahead of time I would buy a car from there.
