Oxmoor turned out to be a great idea for us. We live almost 4 hours away but they had something close to what we wanted. We called and talked to Alex, who was amazing, he had the Jeep put aside and ready to drive when we got there. My wife seen a different Jeep in the showroom and we changed our minds. He was great with the paperwork, numbers, personality and the whole shebang. Darlene in Finance was just as awesome. Hard to believe in a city with so many people coming in and out they took the time and effort to take so much care of us. Extremely pleased with the dealership, Alex, Darlene, Jeep and Chrysler Capitol for the 0%.

Overall a good experience with reasonable minded individuals. Clay seems genuinely a good man with a handsome beard, worthy of friendship even though when signing with his pens it feels like you’re grasping at a drinking straw or possibly a shoestring fry. We drove an hour and half to get there and the only real complaint is that the trees in the front lot keep the location hidden from those of us from out of town. It took a few trips down the street before we realized it was inside a small forest. Thanks Clay! Merry Christmas!

Inquired about my Jeep Renegade on a Tuesday evening, had to work the next day and talked with Nikki and Jessica all day, even was pre-approved upon arrival to test drive the car. Jessica was able to update me throughout the process and was just excited as I was for getting approved. I walked away with the car within two hours of getting off work at the hospital. Paul is an AMAZING salesman with lots of great experience. He makes you feel like family! Duncan is awesome as well! He works with you to get the best deal possible. There was only three pictures on the website so when I called beforehand Cary went out with his phone and took a lot of pictures and sent them to me. Drove over an hour to look at a low mileage certified vehicle. My vehicle is 3 years old and also certified. Was told they would value my trade while we were on the test drive, "it'll take 5 minutes" After the test drive and 20 minutes later was offered half of book value for my trade. How insulting! Would not recommend unless you want to give away your trade or like wasting your time. Guess they didn't want my business.

I traveled over 700 miles thinking to myself, "I hope I"m not making a mistake!" In retrospect, I did not make a mistake. I was very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. I came in looking at a new model. When it became clear I wasn't getting what I wanted from the model I was looking at, Paul did not try and talk me into it. In fact, he went out of his way to find an aftermarket solution. When that didn't pan out, I asked him to keep an eye out for a used vehicle that met my needs. Two days later I got a call from Paul about a vehicle that was perfect for me. I immediately went in and test drove. That afternoon I drove it home. In my opinion, Paul sensed what style of service I wanted and adjusted to me instead of making me adjust to him. He was entirely believable, which is why I was able to trust him when he suggested I come in and check out the vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with Paul's service.

Great experience with the sales team. Dealership's service team won the business for the sales side. Price was average compared to other dealers, but since I have been having my current Jeep serviced there, that team service won my loyalty. Point of improvement is the dealership needs to have more private area for sales staff to work with clients. To much personal information being heard on the show room floor.

Paul sat me down at his desk, and 15 minutes later, showed me a 2011 Jeep Compass. Test drove it. Loved it. And then the team went to work. First of all we dropped in to just look at a vehicle in which we had seen online. A very nice salesperson immediately came to us to see if he could help us. This salesperson was Cary Luter. He proceeded in asking what he could do in a very professional way, not try to push anything like other salespersons at other places have done. He worked with us and sold the vehicle we had seen online we drove away thinking it was a pleasure as all the people we had met were very nice. But that is not the end of the story. We had a situation arise regarding the manual transmission . My husband just did not test drive long enough to realize that he was not going to have a problem with the shifting as he has a very weak left knee resulting from major surgery. He drove it a couple days and realized it was not going to work. We called Cary and told him our situation . Cary worked with us on the second trade we drove away happy with the new used vehicle . Cary was very professional throughout this transaction .Thanks again to Cary you should be proud to have him on your sales staff.

I think everyone likes to get a new car, but no-one really likes the process. You are investing a lot of money into something that will hopefully last you a very long time and keep your family safe. After looking at multiple dealerships and a few different makes/models of cars, my husband and I finally decided to purchase a 2014 Honda Pilot from Paul Miller at Oxmoor Chrysler. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. Duncan, the finance person we spoke with, was also very helpful and not pushy with additional warranties and unnecessary add ons. Hopefully we won't need another car for awhile, but when we do we will definitely stop by and see what Paul has to offer!

The whole entire staff did everything they could in my favor to get me to drive away in a new 2016 jeep with the monthly payment I wanted. They came back with numbers and I told them the payment was not where I wanted to be, they came back 5 minutes later and shook my hand with the payment that I told them I would do. Friendly get stuff done bunch of staff. They are extremely good at their jobs and dedicated to get people in vehicles of their choice. I have absolutely nothing bad to say and will recommend them to everyone!!

Cary worked very hard to close our sale while he was closing another at the same time. That caused some extra time of us just sitting & waiting, but it wasn't excessive. The rating would have been 5 but for the final price difference & rate, I know they shopped for a lower rate, but 3.6 with 2 reductions for paperless payment when we were able to find 2% on our own was disappointing. Also this vehicle was on your lot for a few weeks & the price even lowered, but at the time of our sale, it could not go down at all, just as I was told prior to the decrease. I've bought plenty of cars to know about Mark-up & profit to be a little bit left feeling there wasn't total honesty in the deal, there never is.Truth be told this deal would not have been done without my co-purchaser wanting to just get it over with to accept a worse deal than we wanted.Cary was great at prepping the car from stickers, etc late at night. His hard work was appreciated.

After searching Louisville far and wide for the right used car, and dealing with less than friendly salesmen trying to sell cars for way more than they were worth, my father and I pulled in to Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in search of a used Honda Accord. We were promptly greeted by Larry Kaplan, who was more than happy to answer any of our questions and let us take a test drive. We left Oxmoor to look at a few more cars before making a decision, and I checked my phone to find a personalized video from Larry with the car we looked at, thanking us for coming in and inviting us to call him if we had any questions. By the end of the day, our choice was an easy one. We got a GREAT deal on an '06 Honda Accord and a fair price for our trade-in as well. Everyone we dealt with at Oxmoor was friendly and professional, and it was clear that they are a dealership that still goes by the "the customer is always right" motto. If you are looking for a used car, definitely make Oxmoor your first stop.

After several visits to other local dealerships and one very long Saturday we ended up at Oxmoor. We had looked on line and decided to purchase the Jeep Renegade. We drove quite a few, looked at every color and style imaginable. We had horrible salespeople at the other dealerships who tried to push us into a lease. Even after I told them our preferences and budget we felt pressured to increase our budget. Knowing we might have to compromise on some of our wish list we felt misunderstood. We finally ended our very long day by driving all the way to Oxmoor. Thinking they would be closed we were interested in just comparing the sticker price to what we had seen earlier in the day. Actually to our surprise they were still open. We ran into Larry Kaplan in the parking lot. My husband and I looked at each other as to say 'oh no, here we go again'. We told Larry exactly what we wanted and our budget and he took us inside to look on his computer to see what they had on the lot. He found us the Renegade we had fallen in love with previously. In the car on the way to the over flow lot he told us he did not work on commission. We found that to be refreshing. He actually seemed excited to see what he could do for us that very night even staying with us after closing time. The buying experience was amazing. We got most everything we wanted including the warranty and still remained within our budget. LARRY KAPLAN is amazing at what he does. The buying experience was not scary and we in no way felt pressured into a vehicle we couldn't afford. I would recommend Larry at Oxmoor to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I would like to revisit my review written a couple of days ago. I gave one star due to the indifference of the original person assigned to follow my Jeep's service - Carrie. I was never able to reach her or anyone else in the service department after 2 hours of trying. I kept getting nothing but voice mails. Finally I got someone who told me Carrie was no longer available and my Jeep had been assigned to Jennifer. Everything got better after that. Jennifer was very professional, very helpful and is extremely competent. Once I got my Jeep home I discovered that someone had tracked oily footprints onto the driver's side carpet and floor mat. I called Jennifer and she had me bring it back and all of the oil was cleaned off the carpet and the floor mat - I was impressed with how every stain was completely gone. So Carrie gets to keep the one star and Jennifer gets 5 stars and the dealership gets 4. Truthfully she saved me as a customer because near the end of my 2 hour quest to reach anyone in the service department I had determined that I would never go back to this dealership. And your shuttle driver is the BEST.

A great car purchasing experience! I contacted the dealership by phone and I was immediately connected with a sales person at my request. Joe Zielonko found the vehicle we wanted in the on site inventory. We established a time to meet to see the car, and he as waiting when we arrived and the car was in front for our inspection. He answered all our questions while showing all the car features, and offered us a test drive. We had driven one previously so we asked only for some time in private for my wife and I to discuss the purchase. We made our decision to discuss a deal with Joe. It only took ten minutes to arrive at an agreement acceptable to us and the dealership. There was no pressure on us! The sales management and financial management staff were spot on getting everything prepared for signatures. The service department staff had the car detailed, full of fuel, and ready for us at the time we requested. Joe personally gave step by step instructions in the car on how all the systems operated, and did not quit until we were fully satisfied we knew how everything worked. When we left the dealership we were not only extremely satisfied with our purchase, but also feel we made new friends. Great job and thanks!

We are very Happy with our Chrysler Town and Country car. We had gone in Oxmoor to pick up our 2006 Dodge Durango after an oil change. Eric started talking to us and we did say we were thinking of trading in our car. (We had only been looking on line) Eric was very polite and not pushy. We told him what we were considering to buy. Went inside and looked at what he had, to make along story short we left our car 2006 Durango on the lot and drove home with a new car. We took our family on a trip to Atlantic City. Our grandchildren just love the DVD and we had plenty of space to store things I like the wells and the back. (Car seats 7) The car has so many bells and whistles, phone, shades on windows, storage cubbies, flashlight in back and the back door opens by pushing a button. This car did help to make the trip memorable and we felt safe. Thanks again for being such a nice salesman. Good luck on many more great sales.

We had a bad shopping experience with Cross Jeep and immediately came to Oxmoor for something better. Immediately the difference was evident. Our sales rep Bryce was very attentive and knowledgeable about the Grand Cherokee which we were shopping for. What a great day! We did not know when we pulled into Oxmoor Chrysler on Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY that we would be leaving that day in a sporty Jeep! I have always wanted a Jeep and wished my next car would be a Jeep. I had been looking around at various dealerships, etc. My husband and I went inside to talk about a silver Jeep on their lot. I contacted them B/C they insisted to get the sale price you must contact the dealer. They have called and emailed nonstop not just one person from the dealership but 3 different individuals keep emailing/calling me. I was going to contact the lady that seemed the nicest and she was the first to contact me, but then she kept sending me the same generic email so I decided against it B/C the hassle is not worth it at this point.

The van had minor damage that was not disclosed and they did not return phone calls to fix it. They also added a benefit package to the invoice without explaining it nor pointing it out and refused to issue a credit for it. The salesman was nice enough but the dealership did not live up to expectation. Will not recommend not buy from again!

It was a little frustrating that for some reason my husband and I had to be there at the same time (this was difficult given our work / childcare schedules) to sign the papers rather than allowing us to sign at separate times. My husband was waiting at the dealership for a long time between telling them we wanted to buy and the paperwork being ready. these 2 things were negative but overall the people were nice, the price was straightforward and they were very apologetic for our wait. at the end my husband had to leave so greg followed me in our new car to drop off my rental car so that i wouldn't have to come back to the dealership.

I went to the dealership looking to buy a Jeep Cherookee but my pre-approved loan was not enough for the vehicle I was looking at. Paul Miller was the salesperson that worked with me and I told him that I would have to go home and decide if I wanted to increase my loan or go a different way. Paul was very understanding and did not try to put me in a lower cost vehicle that I wasn't interested in. He told me that it was an important decision and contact him when I was ready. I contacted Paul Miller a week later with a Jeep Cherokee I found on the website and asked him if it would work with my original loan. Paul contacted me back very quickly and told me that they would make it work. I went in to the dealership ran through the paperwork with Paul Miller and Bridgette then went over to finance and met a really awesome Marine named Duncan who helped me get through the paperwork. After it was all done Paul Miller took me out and pointed out every feature on my new vehicle and how to use it. Paul Miller was by far the best salesman I ever had the experience to meet. He didn't pressure me at all, let me figure out what I wanted at my own pace and then made sure I knew everything there was about to know about my new vehicle before I left the lot. I really appreciate everything that Paul Miller, Bridgette and Duncan did for me. Thank you all!

Eric McPherson took great care of us through the whole process, which ran past 8 pm on a Friday. While we were waiting our turn in the finance office he even washed and vacuumed the truck himself because the lot guy had already left for the day. Eric is 5 out of 5. For the dealership, it's 4 stars not 5 because the dealership almost sold the vehicle to another customer even though we had made it clear that we were driving 3 hours to get there and would be buying the vehicle unless it had some surprise problem.

I will admit the last car I purchased in 2012, I walked out of this dealer and went across the river to Indiana. The service department and their work made me take another look at the sales side of the store. My salesman Larry Kaplan was patient, kind and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision without being pushy and demanding. I first worked with Joe almost one year ago. I came in with a Nissan Altima and $7000 negative equity. He worked relentlessly with the management and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my car-buying experience. My experience at Oxmoor was great and I left the lot in a beautiful brand new silver Jeep Wrangler at an unbeatable and affordable price. Fast forward one year: My husband and I come to Oxmoor with our newborn just to admire the Jeeps. We both traded our "fun" vehicles (my silver Jeep included) during my pregnancy for more family friendly vehicles. I wanted back in a Jeep so bad but thought it was impossible with the negative equity I had accumulated through three trades. We had no intention on buying another vehicle. I jokingly told Joe if he could get me the same monthly payments I would buy a Jeep right then. I have no idea how he did it, but once again Joe worked some sort of miracle because I left the lot in a GORGEOUS orange Jeep Wrangler with a better interest rate, shorter loan term, same monthly payments, and (after a small down payment) practically no negative equity left! It was a deal I could not pass up (plus, look at that beauty...)!Also, Oxmoor stands behind their vehicles. I've only encountered small hiccups, but each time they worked very hard to fix whatever issue I was having. I am so utterly impressed with this dealership and my experience(s) with Joe. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone at least go in and see what they can do for you!! Actually, my husband just left there with his own brand new Jeep Unlimited today! (:

In the past 12 months my wife and I have purchased three Jeep Wranglers from Oxmoor and more specifically from Joe. Our first experience with him in April of 2015 was amazing to say the least. He was able to find the vehicle that we wanted and worked to make it fit in our budget. Joe never pressured us into a vehicle price range we weren't comfortable with and even sat and assisted us with number crunching for the better part of a day. When my wife and I decided to get two more Wranglers in April of 2016, we knew exactly who to see. Joe was twice again an absolute pleasure to work with; his customer service doesn't stop after the sale is complete. He has sat down with us on a couple of occassions to give us his opinions on aftermarket modifications and resources.Buying a car can be a very stressful event. I've got to say that the Oxmoor team leads in the car buying experience and makes it as comfortable as possible. Once again, Joe is a top notch member of this team. Our brief interaction with Jade was comforting, he listened to a few of our opinions and has shared them with his team.If Oxmoor's customer service alone doesn'the sell you, they seem to have a wider selection of new vehicles with lower prices than the competition.

This review is based on both the service performed on my vehicle on 22 March 2016 (service advisor - James McDaniel) and the service performed on 15 October 2015 (service advisor - Adrian Moreno).22 March - Vehicle brought in for a 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and a malfunctioning 12V power outlet. James McDaniel wrote the work order at 8:52 AM and took my coupons for the oil change and tire rotation. The 12V outlet problem was corrected with a micro fuse. The oil change and tire rotation was performed and the vehicle was said to be ready to go at 10:39 AM. After paying my bill, I was somewhat confused with the charges on the oil change. My coupon indicated an oil and filter change (adding up to 5 qts of motor oil) for 24.95. As my vehicle holds 7 qts of oil, my assumption was I would be charged for an additional 2 qts of oil that would not be covered on the coupon. The bill indicates I have been charged for all 7 qts of oil. It certainly seems that your oil change coupon is not exactly "truth in advertising". When I exited the parking lot on my way home, I checked the tire pressure sensor and was shocked to see that the left front tire was at 41 PSI, the right front and left rear were at 49 PSI and the right rear was at 54 PSI!!!!! Are you kidding me? The max recommended PSI for the tires is 36 PSI. Is this the kind of attention to detail afforded to the customers by the so-called mechanics in your service department? I immediately returned to the service department and informed James McDaniel of the problem to which he replied "that's not good". He sent the vehicle back to have the tire pressures set to 36 PSI. He indicated it would only take a few minutes. After 40 minutes McDaniel brought the vehicle out and his only comment was "all four tires show 36 PSI". No explanation or apology was provided for the sub-par work in the service department.15 October 2015 - Service appointment for a recall (radio security), oil change and tire rotation. Work order was opened at 9:47 AM and vehicle was listed as ready at 11:32 AM. The vehicle was brought to the parking lot and I waited an additional 45 minutes before approaching Adrian Moreno. He informed me he was waiting for the paperwork from the mechanic. After waiting nearly an additional hour from the time the vehicle was brought out, I finally departed. It seems the unresponsiveness displayed by Mr. Moreno is tolerated by management and speaks volumes about what is considered acceptable business practice.There are other places to have services performed. Based on these two experiences, I can't recommend Oxmoor until these deficiencies are corrected.

The experience was unlike any other. You got greeted at the door with a smile and a hand shack. The sales associates was very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles they sold. They tell you up front what they can do, no hiding behind the numbers. To me that's a big sale point. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past that don't even come close to this dealerships. I saw a 2014 Dodge Charger on Autotrader, and then called to discuss a trade. I talked with Cary Luker, and we were able to work out a trade over the phone. Cary was very helpful to me, in that we live almost 600 miles from the dealership, and it was very important to me to know what I was getting before traveling to the dealership. Cary was able to work out an arrangement where I was able to put down a deposit to hold the car until all of the financing details could be worked out - and to allow us time to drive to Louiseville to trade the cars. The car appearance and condition was just as Cary described it. Cary was even able to work out a solution to an issue caused by Autotraders website. We also had a very pleasant exchange with the Sales Manager, Jade Mitchell as well. Overal, I was very pleased with how well Cary was able to orchestrate a trade in deal from 600 miles away.

When Jade Mitchell made me an out the door offer I immediately said yes. The wife and I did make them work to get the vehicle she wanted. Ordering it (Jeep) was the only way to get the options she wanted. The Cherokee Trailhawk arrived in 3 weeks with a normal special order time of 6 to 8 weeks. Our salesman was AWESOME........ While our buying experience was great, being able to get our plate was awful. Our paper plate expired by 3 days, when I called to inquire the title department acted like it was no big deal. A guy from Oxmoor met us at our local branch was 20 minutes late and caused even more delays. I wouldn't let the license plate hold me back from going there again, but it wasn't the easiest for the buyer.

I remembered many times being quoted a payment then when it came down to closing the deal, the payment was a bit higher and the F & I manager trying to sell me an additional warranty. I can say for a fact that Richard who closed my deal was as transparent and kind as they come. My payment was exactly as quoted and he stated there was enough warranty left on the vehicle I chose so any additional warranties would be a waste of money. In fact, we spent more time talking about family and sharing stories then we did closing the deal. All and all, I would have to say this was my best experience ever in regards to purchasing a vehicle and would recommend Oxford Chrysler to anyone regardless of their credit situation.

Let me start by saying that I found this great deal on the Internet. The entire staff worked with me over the phone as I live in Michigan. After securing the best deal that I could. I rented a car and headed to Louisville to pick up my new van. My salesperson (Raven) met me at the door and took me to my van which was cleaned and full of gas. She showed me how everything worked and helped set up the satellite radio. She even drove me to turn in my rental car. We did all the paperwork in about 20 minutes. It was a pleasurable experience, everyone was friendly and attentive- worth the 320 mile drive. I don't know why but the same van in Michigan cost enough more to make the drive worth it? Unlike other dealers they actually sold the van for less than the Internet price.

I worked with Ryan on January 16 2016 with my wife Kristina, and we only came to the dealership to test drive the new 2016 Jeep Cherokee. We were deciding between the GMC Terrain, the Chevy Equinox, and the Mazda CX-5. We had not considered the Jeep until the day we walked on the lot, and loved the car more than any of the others. When we got out of the test drive Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep that we drove and what features were available on the model we were wanting. He is a very personable, (very down to Earth) professional individual. The thing that stuck with me most was the fact that he knew we were shopping, but did not try to push us to the table that day. I left that day feeling like we had someone who would work with us and not try to put us in something we didn't want. All other dealerships that we visited tried to sell a car that day, and we weren't ready. On Tuesday January 19 2016 I went back to test drive one more Jeep to decide between the Latitude or the Trailhawk. We decided on the latitude (namely due to me knowing my wife wouldn't like the off road feel). He was willing to put off a sale for the month of January for us to order a Jeep the way we wanted from the factory. Unfortunately (not reflected on him or his sales managers) the color we wanted to order was not in production for this quarter. He then located a Jeep that matched what we wanted and I worked out the deal with him. Not only did he not make me get the Jeep sooner than I wanted (Monday) he actually worked with his finance managers and sales managers and they came up with a plan that would allow us to get our Jeep now instead of wait, that worked with us. He even offered to push it further back into February so we would be more comfortable, but we knew we would be able to get it. Regardless... the point of this review is to say how great of a sales experience I had with Ryan and Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I would recommend anyone to Ryan.

Spent several days back-and-forth with two other dealerships in Louisville letting them know what I had to trade what I had to put down and what I could afford a month . I wanted a no haggle black-and-white yes we can or no we can't answer, The other dealerships went back-and-forth and back-and-forth . I called Oxmoor and spoke with a Jon Kolts, over the phone told him what I had what I wanted , within 30 minutes he called me back said they could do it. drove straight to Oxmoor dealership, my wife loved the Durango. I've been looking for a newer (but used) explorer for a few weeks and went to Oxmoor Chrysler to look at a local trade. Gates came out and asked to help me, after decided the local trade wasn't what I was looking for he took the time to look up other explorers (because they are part of the Oxmoor Group they have 1000's of vehicles they can look at for you) and took the time to find one that I fell in love with down the road. He drove me to it and took the time in the freezing cold to jump the car (even though we later discovered it was the key fob needing a new battery, not the car). He continued to go above and beyond to make sure I was purchasing the car that suited me best and made sure to take the time to look over the carfax and financial information with me. They even offered me the most for my trade in from 6 local dealers that I previously visited! Having Gates go the extra mile will make me purchase all of my family's vehicles from Oxmoor Chrysler and him from now on. I highly recommend Gates if you are interested in any type of vehicle!

Went on December 29 to look at some Town & Country vans and quickly found a couple like we was wanting. It was fairly late when we arrived, and Jacquan Persley went above and beyond the call of duty, along with the sales manager, Jade Mitchell, to stay after closing to let us examine and test drive. We was able to work out a deal I was pleased with and closed the deal. Paul Mahoney was a great guy to set up my financing and even let me know the next day that he was able to even get me a better deal than was originally financed, nothing better than having to pay less on a loan. The service dept. are very customer friendly and service oriented , when I bought my dodge ram I was told by the salesman I had an appointment the next morning to get 3 recalls done at 9 am when I arrived there had been no appointment made so even though they had a full day they still got me in took care of the recalls installed a bed cover and freshened up the interior because the priviouse owner had smoked in the truck , they turned a bad day into a great day they are the most professional group of people can't say thanks enough

Sybil Koch went above and beyond when I ended up in her service department on a long road trip. She took the time to check the vehicle and discovered a new transmission was needed. Being five hours from home and five hours from my destination, I was in a jam. Sybil helped me out and did so with kindness. I was in a rental car and on my way within an hour and beyond that, she met me at the dealership on a Sunday to hand me the keys to my repaired jeep. I'd received a recall notice from RAM for my 2013 RAM 1500 regarding an ignition key RFID update. I made an appointment. Upon arriving, the service writer indicated that there were other software updates needed in addition to the RFID recall, and asked if I wished to have those done done at the same time, also noting that it would extend the time needed by an additional 1 hr. or so. I OK'd the additional updates and returned at the specified time to pick up my truck. It was done on time, returned to me clean. The software updates were clearly noted on the service documentation I received, with no additional charges being assessed. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the service experience at Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

We were returning to Cincinnati from Nashville when our truck overheated south of Louisville. Picked Oxmoor as our tow destination and left the truck after hours and managed to find a ride to Cincinnati. Oxmoor service quickly diagnosed the problem, failed water pump, and squeezed in our repair completing the work Tuesday. Charges were appropriate, repair has held up, and Oxmoor even provided on their invoice a diagnostic reading for a check engine light.

I am attempting to cancel my GAP and Easy Care VSC but it seems like no one is interested in assisting me to take care of the steps I have to complete. It was a total reversal when I was inquiring about the vehicle I recently purchased with them however, when learning about their commission will change after I cancel my GAP and Easy Care VSC, no one wants to help anymore. I emailed the finance person that I dealt with during my purchase but unable to get a response from him. I just wanted to know if the documents I filled out was done correctly because I wouldn't want to find this out after 4-6 weeks after the allotted time for cancellation is over. These guy is not remotely close within the professionalism that the dealership promotes. As soon as they know that they're isn't anything for them anymore they will leave you up in the air...I would not buy anything or recommend anyone to this dealership!!! If I find out that my documents are incorrect and overdue I will sue this dealership for providing incorrect information to purposely collect money.

We were in Ky visiting family (654 miles from home in SC), when our engine light came on and we were quite perplexed. We had just had the oil changed in SC before leaving, and here we are with a check engine light and not sure why. I brought the 2012 Jeep Wrangler to the service when they were opening and shared the issues. Sybil Koch was VERY helpful. She understood our dilemma, and worked us into the queue in order to determine what was up. We definitely had a problem that needed attention, and it was going to take all day. Needless to say, we needed to find a car to use, so we were connected to Enterprise, just up the road, and they came, picked me up, set me up with a car (which our extended insurance covered), and we were still able to visit family in the Masonic Home, proceed with our plans while in town, and pick up our car the next day. From the time we limped into Oxmoor we were treated extremely well. We met Service Advisor Sybil Koch who took notes and realized the position we were in was bad. Our Jeep got in for service very fast. We were told a transmission replacement would take five weeks (Jeep estimate). With Sybil's help we were able to use a rental and the car was done in ten days. We were able to attend a wedding in Texas and still get home five days later than planned.Home safe and in California with a Jeep that ran great really appreciate the way we were kept informed and the attention we were given. I am only giving this place one stars because of the finance person I dealt with. It was all good during the process but when the deal was finally over then it changed from being very helpful to almost I never existed. It was hard to get a hold of Dennis Brimm, he didnt return any phone calls but when I finally got a hold of him he took his time to provide the papers I needed from him. In addition, his email comes with an attitude that was really unprofessional. I replied to his email with a question and a confirmation to see if what i did was correct as far as financing is concerned but again, no surprise here of course he didnt reply or even acknowledge it.I will never ever set foot in this dealership again nor recommend it to anyone I know. I would rather go back to Iraq and/or Afghanistan rather than deal with this dealership...Greg Johnson and Nikki Manion were very nice and helpful

transmission issue occurred, so had car towed to dealership. sat for weeks with no updates, I had to chase them down . eventually had to open a case with Chrysler corp. basically the service center is understaffed for transmission techs, but that shouldnt become my problem, but it did.I've made 2 car payments on a car sitting at their dealership. you think they have called to offer anything to me for such a pathetic experience, correction a pathetic 6 week experience? nope, they could care less and that's why I will tell everyone I know any way I can to stay away from this dealer and the moment I get my car back I'm trading it in.. never again will I even look at the Chrysler, dodge, jeep brand again...save yourself the grief and save your money, look anywhere else but here... you'll thank me later..

We purchased a used car for my son. Said they would put full tank of gas, didnt. Was pulled over by police for temp plate. Dealership gave me a temporary plate for a different car . Police confiscated temp plate, i was told i couldnt drive the car . Dealership treated me like i switched the temp plate. Needs new brakes, windshield wipers, and the best part ? Transmission issues. Im sure this will cost me a good amount . Other than that, great .

I took my 300c which I purchased a little over 8 months ago in on May30th, actually it was towed into the dealer. The car wouldn't go into drive, I was told it wouldn't be looked at until middle of the week, that week came and went and nothing, then another week came and went and still nothing, no follow up, no update. I had to initiate all contact. The reason why my car was sitting on the lot and not in service? They were understaffed for transmission techs, they have only 1 technician.No loaners so I racked up 3 rentals, finally got a loaner last week. I haven't been re-reimbursed for yet by Chrysler because they haven't indicated it a warrant-able claim, even though the transmission is out of the car being repaired, I'd call that warrant-able claim under power train, wouldn't you? So who knows how much longer now. I had to chase down every update on my own, it's already a hassle being without my vehicle so having to chase down updates is just insult to injury.The Service Advisers can't do anything because they're just a middle man so to speak, I guess they're there to vent to, I don't know.I bought certified pre-owned thought it would be a good move and provide me some even better service. Nope, I got a free tow, $600 in rental fees, have made a payment on the car while it sat on their lot. It's been a nightmare that I hope I can save anyone from. As soon as the car is fixed I will be literally driving it from their dealership to another dealership and trading it in, it's not worth the hassle of keeping and worrying about what may go wrong next that will have it sitting for another month and a half or more because of a specific service staffing issue which will ultimately become the customers problem. Right now I'm at 5 weeks without my car, I may end up having made 2 months worth of car payments on a car sitting at their dealership, or more who knows at this point. All I can think about is trading this car in and never looking back at the Chrysler brand and this dealership's service.Don't take the risk, move on, I'm learning that the hard way so you don't have to.

The vehicle that I was interested in was sitting out front waiting for me when I arrived and the sales person Greg Johnson was very kind and friendly and worked very hard at assisting me. The financial person Paul Mahoney was very nice and friendly. The only 2 things that were a downside was the person that was suppose to assist me and that I had been communicating with, Dawn Mouser said that she was busy when I arrived but would be with me in a little bit but in the meantime Greg would help me but Dawn never showed. The other thing was I was there over 4 hours which wore me out since I had drove over 2 hours to get there.

The Finance Manager kept on Lying to us that he contacted the Chrysler company about our issue but it is now over a month we never receive an answer and every weekend both me and my husband went to Oxmoor and asking him If he already send a request to Chrysler Company but he keep on telling us that he kept on calling the Chrysler and even leave a message but they never call him back. You can tell that your finance manager is such a liar and didn't do his job.

We were visiting family in KY when our 2012 engine light came on. Being 650+ miles from home caused up a great pause, particularly since we had just had the oil changed 2 days before leaving South Carolina. I came to the service area about 7:15 and met Sybil, and she was the best! She was helpful, indicating she would work me in as soon as possible, but reminding me that Mondays were always pretty busy. She opened the waiting area and kept me posted at all steps along the way. My extended warranty provides for a rental car, and she called Enterprise, and I was able to visit with my elderly mother and other family that day, and pick up the car on Tuesday morning. We had no problems returning home and I am very thankful for Oxmoor's excellent customer service and support. A special thanks to Sybil Koch, who made me feel like someone really did care about me and getting me back on schedule. Car was towed twice to the service department. Took 3 days to put in a 25.00 Speed sensor and was charged 205.00. By the time I drove home the check engine light came on and the car couldn't be seen until the next week. By Thursday the car would not start again but was able to be jump started and taken back.... The car was looked at Friday and I was told I needed to purchase a 256.00 new battery. When I asked if that's all that was wrong I was told they couldn't diagnose the car because they couldn't get a charge. 20 minutes later a sales person called me wanting me to consider trading the car in because it's "up in miles!" My car has 80,000 miles on it! But it's interesting that the gentleman who I sent to tow the vehicle was able to charge the battery to put my car in neutral... he also said Joseph Price charged the auto to move it from the service department.... But it couldn't be charged to diagnose without purchasing a 256.00 battery?? Shady operations. By the way, I didn't need a battery...

I was recently in Louisville for the NCAA basketball tournament. The first day in town my brakes locked up on my Chrysler Town and Country. I managed to get the van to Oxmoor's service department the following morning. I had no idea what to expect bringing my van to a dealership 650 miles from home. As it turned out, I should have had no fears. Everyone at Oxmoor was fantastic. Janet told me they were extremely busy but she would try her best to fit the van into the shop. By mid day the problem was found, parts were on hand and work begun. I can't say enough about the personal attention I was given. From Janet at the Service Desk to Tim the shuttle driver. Everyone was professional, courteous and extremely friendly. I know if I was from a nearby area, I would be a regular customer. Thanks so much for making a stranger welcome.

Spencer and Jade went above and beyond to get a purchase price in our range, and we were so grateful to drive away in a newer, nicer vehicle than we thought we would. Yestarday around noon I dropped off my van for scheduled maintenance. I was told that my van would be ready around 4 or 5 pm because the repair should be take about 4 or 5 hours after they get it. At 5 pm I was asked to wait until 1 pm the following day. The next day I received a call from the service department advising me that my van was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at 1:30 pm, I find that my van has no headlights. When I dropped off the van for maintenance, only 1 headlight was out. Now I have no headlights whatsoever. What's even worse is that I wasn't even offered an apology for this incompetence. As the weather continues to worsen, I'm told time and time again that my van will be ready in a moment. Finally after about 45 minutes to an hour, they have my headlights working again. The service technician drives my van around for me to pick it up, he gets out of the van and sticks his hand out with the keys, acting as if his ignorance was my fault. In the end, it is me that has lost 2 days of work because of sub-par work ethic in the service department. On topping of that, not even an "im apologize with the inconvinient' i received from them, because its clearly ''someone'' didnt very well his job...like i said before, like was my fault and was a favor what they did to me. I remind you wasnt free. I have given this rating 1 star, because a rating of 0 star is not available. As long as they keep up this poor costumer service, i dont recommend this dealership to anyone.

Purchased a car and 2 days later it wouldn't start and couldn't jump the battery. Dealer basically said tough luck. It's your worst fear from a used car dealer. They have indicated I could tow the car (from Lexington to Louisville) and they would look at it to see if they might be able to assist. No promises and the tow would be at my expense. I know I'll never return to Oxmoor and since I'm in the insurance business I deal with many people in need of vehicles; I will certainly discourage my customers from going to Oxmoor.

Today my husband and I brought our new Jeep home from this dealership. We had recently been through a serious personal situation and wanted a smooth car buying experience. Unfortunately, the exact vehicle we wanted didn't exist in Kentucky but instead of trying to talk us into a different vehicle, the wonderful people at Oxmoor Jeep searched for exactly what we were looking for. We had to wait a few days for it to arrive (and I'm NOT a patient person), and when there was a hiccup in the timing, I arrived unannounced in the dealership and expressed my unhappiness. I have to admit that I was being totally unreasonable, but Dexter, Willie and Dewone never got flustered. They listened to my concerns and did everything they could to ease my stress. Dewone even drove one of our trade in cars to the dealership to help me out. I walked out of there with a smile. This is the nicest group of people that I've ever dealt with when buying a car and I will return when my daughter is ready for a vehicle and every time we are looking. I recommend Oxmoor Jeep to anyone looking for a car.

So back in January of 2014, I purchased a new 2014 Cherokee. The sales process was the typical sales process. Them trying to get you into a car/jeep that you may or may not want. And when it came to negotiations you have the constant back and forth back and forth to get the amount to what it should be. Luckily, I seen the price on the internet and got it $4000+ below MSRP. It was a great value! So we worked out the price/payment. The actual process wasn't extremely too bad but you don't get the sense that you're wanted at the dealership that you're kind of a nuisance. In fact, I've bought from two Oxmoor dealerships, it's mainly the dealership management that allows this behavior. So we signed and I have my new car. It took them over 30+ days for them to send the payoff for my trade in. This is unacceptable by any standards. I ended up threatening them stating that if the trade in wasn't paid off by the time my payment came due and I ended up having to pay that amount I would be looking to them for reimbursement. I felt they were trying to get a lower payoff amount. Also... If you need to get in touch with someone. You might as well forget it. Once they've sold you the car your on your own. It's absolutely impossible to get a call back. Save yourself some trouble... If you're wanting a Jeep or Chrysler vehicle.... plenty of better options for a dealership. I honestly don't know if I would want to accept a free vehicle from this dealership just because of all the hassle.

I have recently finance a Dodge Avenger SXT from Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Louisville Kentucky on August 15th. Before we finance the vehicle we noticed some imperfections on the car such as scratches and dents on the exterior of the vehicle and the interior of the vehicle underneath the glove compartment console the lining would fall down which they informed us that they would fix those issues if we purchased the car. They also told me that they would payoff full for my trade in. We also had an EPP pricing discount for bottom dollar of the vehicle. The next day I went through the paperwork and did not understand how they came about to get such a large number that was being financed. I called them on August 16th to get an exclamation on the documents. I was still working on August, Friday the 16th so I had to show up after I got off work at 7:30pm. The finance manager Dennis Brimm was there that I spoke with and could not tell me how that number came about and told me that I would need to come back on Saturday, August 17th to speak with the general sales manager, Tim Robinson. I then explain to him that I was going to Lexington to see my sister that I barely get to see and that I was not going to be able to be at the dealership on Saturday and the primary signer would be out of town. When I was out of town I noticed that my uconnect bluetooth was not pairing it would say uconnect not available. So I then go back to the dealership on Sunday, August the 18th with the primary signer and still did not get any closure on the paperwork. Then I go on to explain that the uconnect bluetooth was not working. Before financing the vehicle Tim Robinson the general sales manager, Dexter Golden the sales manager, and Chris Cannon the salesman assured me and the primary signer that it came with the vehicle. They were trying to get it fixed while I was there Sunday, August 18th but told me that I would have to come in and make an appointment to get a technician to look at it. So again I left the dealership on Sunday with no resolution on the vehicle. They have called me and told me that they have made an appointment on Tuesday, August 20th to bring in the car to fix the interior and exterior of the vehicle and that they were going to troubleshoot with the uconnect bluetooth. I had originally purchased new rims for the vehicle that the dealership was ordering but never once did they tell me how much they were and still have no answer to this day so I have decided that I did not want the rims on Monday, August 19th, which I made several attempts to get in contact with someone but never got a call back. I go in at 8 o'clock Tuesday, August 20th to drop off my car and explain to the lady at the counter about the situation on interior and exterior and the uconnect bluetooth not working. I again explain to her that I do not want the rims that I have originally wanted on the car that they need to fix the paperwork without the rims included with the purchase. The primary signer showed up at 8:40am to get more closure on the paperwork and the rims that we did not want. He called me throughout the day and told me that for them to take back the rims that we would have to pay a restocking fee for something that I did not see, for something that was not placed on the car, for something that I did not know the total amount for the rims. The primary signer tells me that Tim Robinson the general sales manager told him to make a deal with parts instead of Tim Robinson taking care of it. Parts are willing to take back the rims and send us a check for the rims minus the restocking fee instead of them re doing the paperwork without the rims so now the paperwork says that we have rims that we did not get and that we are paying interest on something that we do not have and then he goes on to explain to me that the reason that the uconnect bluetooth was not working was due to that the package of the vehicle did not include that, it just came with the capability of it and if wanted it that we would have to pay for the package. The primary signer left at 3:40PM that day and still did not get any closure on the paperwork. I called a man name Tracy from I'm assuming the customer service department on Wednesday, August 21st wondering how my purchased was and I go on about my experience. I said that the car needs to have the uconnect Bluetooth function that works because that's what we were told and the paperwork needs to be redone and whoever he needs to contact to make that happen he said that he would do so. After that phone call with him I received one from Tim Robinson at the dealership saying that he would install the Bluetooth at no cost to me but he would still not redo the paperwork for the rims. On August the 23rd I and the primary signer met with Evan Harn the General Manager of Omoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to go over the paperwork and other closers of the deal. Within that conversation he confronted me and the primary signer that we did not get the EPP discount on the car due to the information that the primary signer gave to Dexter Golden and Tim Robinson was not working. He agreed that once the primary signer got the correct information for him that he would reimburse us for the difference of the vehicle. So then the primary signer was trying to get the information but unfortunately we cannot get ahold of that information that day. Then we go and work out a deal for the rims. I finally get the answer how much the rims cost which is $4,000 and Evan Harn was only going to reimburse us for only $1,400. He would not negotiate anymore. Evan Harn then goes on saying that if we want to make a better deal then we have to go talk to parts. As a consumer I am appalled about me and the primary signer having to stretch out this far for something he should be doing. We were the ones purchasing a vehicle and he should be stretching out his arms and legs trying to help out the situation not telling us what we need to do. Given the fact that the rims are $4,000 including labor that was never performed on the car we were still going to have to pay for that. Within this meeting that we had with him he quote unquote said that he's in this business to make a profit of us, which I think is pretty arrogant to say in front of a customer. While we were there I and the primary signer decided that we wanted to cancel the easy care gap warranty because we were deceived and lied too about EVERYTHING. The total reimbursement back for cancelling the warranty was $3,155. We also go further in to explain that I am still getting phone calls from Sam Swope dealership from my previous vehicle that I traded in saying that I am late on my payment. I have told Sam Swope several times that I no longer have possession of the vehicle that I traded in at the Oxmoor dealership. Sam Swope has no record of the dealership ever contacting them saying that they are going to pay off the vehicle. Evan Harn said that it could take up a few weeks for them to send them a check but he would call them to notify that they are doing so. After that I pick up my car because it was still at the dealership from getting the interior and exterior finished and the uconnect bluetooth installed. The primary signer and I go around and inspect the vehicle and we noticed that there was an imperfection on the driver side tail light. It looks like there is a wide faded white line going through the inside of the tail light. And it's pretty noticeable. Me and the primary signer go in and try to get the key from parts and confront them about the marking. They said Oh I noticed that too. But they didn't even try to fix it or call us about it; they just assume that we weren't going to notice. With this kind of service that we have experienced at this dealership we didn't even want them to fix the tail light. As we were about to leave Evan Harn gave us a copy of the check that they are sending Sam Swope to assure us that they were going to take care of that. Whenever I got home I called Sam's Club to see if they got a call from Oxmoor dealership saying that they were taking ownership of the vehicle and they said no. That's another lie made by the dealership that Evan Harn would call them notifying them that the dealership receive that vehicle as a trade.On August 24th the primary signer finally got the information that the dealership needed to get the car epp pricing. I get a call on August 28th saying that they have a check written out to me and the primary signer for the adjustment on the vehicle. The amount was $4,090. The amount was a combination of the adjustment of the vehicle and the adjustment rim reimbursement. I go up there on the 28th of August to sign a general release document over the acceptance of the check. I read through the general release form and I've noticed that they have spelt my name wrong. Confronting them about it they said to rewrite the correct spelling beneath the incorrect spelling of the name and to initial it.. I have never experience such incompetent service in my life. They have plenty of documentation with my name spelled correctly but yet on a general release form inquiring of receiving a check they spell my name wrong. I asked them to make a copy of the form so I can leave with the form and the check in hand.Just when I thought it was over I get a letter from Oxmoor Auto Group on September 17th. It stated that I needed to get in contact with the runner Phillip Schad to make arrangements to meet at the Indiana license branch for the transfer of the vehicle. I call him to see if he would be available on September 24th at the local license branch and he said that would be fine. I bring all documentation that was required of me and the primary signer for us to properly do the transfer of the vehicle. While we were at the DMV they told us that there was a delinquency fee of 21 dollars due to the fact that we have had the car longer than 30 days but yet to get a plate. But I wasn't notified of making arrangements at the DMV until the 17th. Phillip Schad said that he would write us a check for that amount. Then the DMV also had a problem with the purchase order receipt and were the dealership marked the rebate as dealership manufacturing discount and that they took taxes after the discount and not before. Therefore we could not accomplish it finalizing the transfer that day and we had to wait until we have received a call from Phillip schard saying that the errors have been corrected. Almost a week later I didn't receive a call from Phillip, instead I had to call him on the 30th of September knowing where he was in the progress. He then goes to explain that he spoke with Tim Robinson about the situation and he said that they have already cut us a check for the expense and that they weren't going to fix the paperwork. Which is on comprehensible since we got the check on August 28th and we didn't go to the DMV untill September 24th. The dates don't add up. Phillip Schad said that Tim Robinson was supposed to call us regarding the information and I explained to Phillip Schad that I have not yet received a phone call from Tim Robinson. Phillip Schad also said before we got off the phone that he would contact Tim Robinson to give us a call. By then I go ahead and call the dealership to speak with Tim Robinson but the secretary said that he was not working that day. I go ahead and ask for Evan Harn and the secretary said that he was with a customer. I left a message with a secretary for Evan Harn to call me back. He neglected to call me back that day before he left. I have yet to get in touch with Evan Harn and Tim Robinson about the tag situation.On October 1st I call the DMV to get more closure on what the dealership needed to fix in regards of the transfer. I then call Phillip Schad and explained to him what the DMV wanted and he said he would give me a follow up call after he gets done at the DMV that day. It was around 6:00pm that day and I still have yet to get a call from Phillip Schad. So I called Phillip Schad to see were he was in the progress of straightening out the paperwork. He goes to explain to me that the paperwork should be done by tomorrow and then I constructed a time and date to meet up once again at the DMV.With all the stuff that I have been through with this dealership I can say for sure as a fact I will never buy another car from any Oxmoor dealership. I have been getting the runaround, wasting my valuable time on effortless employees that do not care about my business. I have been torn up about this situation for a long time and I cannot imagine anyone else going through the pain and suffering I have underwent from this car buying experience. I have never been so hurt at the fact that people have lied straight to my face at the dealership. I am crossing my fingers I do not have to deal with them anymore after this tag situation because it pains me to even go to the dealership to see people that dont care. There is a no self-integrity at this business and honestly I feel sorry for every single one of them that have to stoop down so low to make a living.

Don't expect good follow-up and assistance after you purchase a new vehicle. Also be wary that your trade does not get paid off up to a month or more after the fact. I don't know it has been a month for me and I still had to make a payment on it in order to keep my credit good. Oxmoor should have paid it off in a timely manner and still has not done so after a month. Don't expect any feedback from the team there either if you send them an e-mail. Once you drive off the lot you are history. Veterans take your business elsewhere.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I called to inquire about a car and Lindsay Jones was a very delightful young lady that was very knowlegable and helpful. I then visited and met Chris Cannon and to say the least, he went the extra mile. Evan Harn then completed the deal with the help of Jeff Newville in finance. This team was very easy to work with. Thanks for a good experience in buying a car and as everyone knows, that is not alway true. I give this dealership a thumbs up in the sales department.

Ken showed us exactly what we wanted to see and did not try to push on us higher priced vehicles. He let us experience our visit. His communication was excellent. There was no guess work and the car ended up being ready when he said it would. I find the service department very friendly but thought it was worth Tate reminding his folks that a good service department relationship is first based on good service. Friendly is really nice but effective is still more important. I'll bring both of my Jeeps back to service because Tate gets that.

Friendly is really nice but effective is still more important. I'll bring both of my Jeeps back to service because Tate gets that.

Really terrible service department. They love to be overly familiar and act like your buddy when you bring your car in but they offer extremely poor communication. They are disorganized and ultimately the service work done has been iffy at best )I've had to return one car multiple times for the same problem). I would recommend that unless you are under warranty and the work will be done for FREE that you hit one of the three or four independent Jeep specialist guys. My fellow Jeep lovers have recommended I go to a place called Moab Offroad as being better trained, more honest and cheaper. I will try them next and give a review.

Was in the market for used Wrangler. Couldn't find what I was looking for so I looked at a new 2012. Started online negotiation. My offer was accepted. After work I went to dealer, test drove, and bought the Wrangler. Was late so gas tank was not filled at that time. But the dealer did fill my tank one month later when I had the time to drive back up to Louisville.

Oxmoor Chyrsler Dodge Jeep is by FAR the WORST dealership I have ever wasted my time by visiting. I typically do not write reviews however anyone shopping for a new vehicle deserves to know this before wasting a trip like I did. I was looking for a New 2014 Jeep GC that this dealer did not have, I spent hours in their showroom discussing my trade and ended up getting my credit ran 12 times without consent for them to run it! After telling them I was not interested in buying a car from them on 6/23/13, I started to get credit inquiry letters in the mail and I am still getting them today! I cant believe that a dealer would hotshot my credit when I told them I was not interested in buying a car. I never signed one paper or gave them my Drivers License. The only information I gave them was my trade in 10-day pay off quote. Not to mention the General Manager Tim called to follow up and hung up on me a few days later when I told him AGAIN that I was not interested. Its a shame that they had to scheme against me and try to LURE me in to buy a car when I didnt express interest. THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE, THEY CALL AND HARRASS YOU AFTER YOU ASK THEM TO DELETE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT TO THE EXTENT OF LOWERING YOUR SCORE!!!! STAY AWAY, TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE THE DRIVE AND VISIT OTHER DEALERS TO GET HONEST SERVICE.I ended up going to Sam Swope off of Dixie in Louisville not only did the VP of Sales help me out, he ordered the car I wanted directly from the factory without running my credit or taking any information other than my name, phone number and email.

Having bought 3 cars in the past 6 years and this by far was the most transparent and stress free transaction. Was interested in a 2013 jeep model with good gas mileage and a low interest rate. Browsed their website along with others for several days and was contacted by their internet sales department. The people in the internet dept were more than happy to lead me in the right direction. Once I got to the dealership Patrick the GM and Willie Gault took great care of me and helped me find the car that was right for me and to help me get any/all rebates and a great interest rate. There were no hidden fees and every step was laid out for me and I never felt pressured to buy. Beautiful building and very friendly staff, I'd recommend Oxmoor Chrysler to a friend/family member any day.

I had asked for pricing on a new Cherokee from several dealers. Dustin was the only one to respond with an actual price of the car I wanted, with a price that included ALL fees and taxes---just as I requested. He was the only one that actually read my email! After a couple of more emails, the car was mine-- I just needed to come pick it up. The delivery was easy with no surprises. Oxmoor made it easy.

after contacting an online representative about a vehicle that i was interested in, i was told that car had been sent to auction and was no longer available. i was contacted several times about cars that the representative thought i might be interested in. all of these cars were priced above what i had stated was my budget price. the original car was never taken off of their website. i noticed one day that the price of that car had been reduced. courious, i contacted the dealeship online. the representative said it still showed being in their inventory but would have to go out on lot and check. they would get back to me as soon as possible. no reply. i contacted them again the next day. same story, they would have to go out and check and would get back with me as soon as possible. no reply. about five hours later i called them. my called was transfered to the online manager who then transfered me to a salesman. this salesman said he would check and call me right back. in less than ten minutes he called back and informed me the car had been sold about an hour ago. the online reps did not follow through with anything they told me they would do. i missed out on a vehicle that i was very interested in purchasing even before the price had been reduced. they would have made $1600 more on the sale and i would have been happy. four hours have passed, i would have thought a manager would have called and at least apologized. i guess they don't really care.

I FOUND A CAR ON CARS.COM,CONTACTED THEM ON THE INTERNET AND WAS GIVEN A NUMBER TO CALL.THE PERSON WE TALKED TO SAID THE CAR WAS STILL LISTED AND ASKED US TO COME SEE IT.WE MADE A 2 HOUR DRIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP ONLY TO FIND OUT THE CAR WAS NOT FOR SALE.THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAID THE CAR WAS TIED UP IN A TRADE THAT WAS MADE DUE TO THE PERSON GETTING A LOAN.IT APPEARED THE INTERNET TEAM DID NOT HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION ON THIS CAR AND IT IS STILL LISTED ON CARS.COM AT THIS TIME.IF WE WOULD HAVE JUST BEEN TOLD THIS WHEN WE CALLED THEM WE WOULDNT HAVE WASTED OUR TIME DRIVING UP THERE.

Shopped all over town, and nobody excpet for Oxmoor would show me a discount for a new Jeep. They knew more about the vehicles and had a better selection...would start here next time and save myself a bunch of time and headaches.

One sales person showed us the automobile and was very nice, soft spoken, and polite. However, it went down hill very fast after we went inside. The finance manager, Dexter, was very rude and unprofessional. He approached my husband and I with a negative attitude and said "I HOPE you all understand the price I just gave you." Then went on to imply that we were ignorant to the fact that the price that he gave us was lower than the PP price that we asked for. The problem was that he wanted to hand write on a price on a peice of paper and not show us the PP price. He was simply playing games and I did not want to play the pricing games.Then we had to wait about 10 minutes before they would give me the keys to my vehicle so that we could leave. The next day another very rude and unprofesional sales person called numerous times harassing us to come back to the dealership. He even called numerous times after we told him there was no way we would ever be back. He even called several times and acted like he did not know who he was calling.I expect to treated with respect and professionalism. Also, I am not your "G" and do not appreciate being spoken to with such disrespect. This dealership will not last long while employing such people as those we dealt with.

My wife and I are newly married and were looking for a Wrangler as our first new car together. Previously the two of us had been to plenty of lots before and had experience with the car buying process, however none of our prior experience were as easy and enjoyable as our time at Oxmoor Chrysler/Dodge! I could go into detail about how at home we felt, but the bottom line is, I will recommend this dealer to everyone. Rami treated us like family, and got us exactly what we wanted and in a timely manner. I would say we were a little on the picky side when it came to committing to our New Purchase, but I would do it all over again if I could. I am so happy we decided to stop by this dealer to check things out! It really paid off.

I got a Chrysler 200 yesterday, I have been looking for cars for sometime now, not sure exactly what I wanted or could get due to my circumstances of my current car. Everyone was extremely friendly and did everything they could to help me be at ease and satisfied with all they could do. I was very upside down on my current car due to numerous mechanical issues. They were not pushy, did not laugh in my face or complain about not making much money on my deal like Sam Swope Chrysler, Jeeop Dodge did on Dixie Highway. I was very satisfied with the service I received yesterday. Everyone that works there is extremely friedly and made you feel welcomed. My family was out growing the van we had and I was looking for a used van that would be bigger and also come with more features. I never thought that I would be able to afford a brand new van, much less a Town & Country, AND it be loaded with everything I could ever want! All thanks to this dealership and most importantly my sales guy Rami Dawod. He was AWESOME! I seriously walked out of the dealership with a new friend! And who could ever say that about their car salesman, I never could until now. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful and I could tell they loved their job and helping customers leave as happy and satisfied as possible. I did for sure! Most people don't enjoy or look forward to purchasing a new car. At least this is true for our family. We liked our VW but needed to upgrade to a Van as our family is growing. We looking online at the Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna & the Chrysler Town & Country. After test driving the Odyssey and Sienna, we went to the Chrysler dealership (saving our top online pick for last). Very soon after walking into the dealership, I was greeted by the Sales Manager who introduced me to Rami Dawod. Rami listened to my needs and showed me all the cool features in the Town & Country. I could tell he loved showing me this Van and talking about all the amazing features. Needless to say, the Van (although the base model) was loaded with very cool and interesting features (which are all upgrades in the Honda and Toyota). Leather, DVD, Nav System, back up camera and the list goes one and on. The Van was perfect for our family! Now comes the part nobody likes, working out the deal, trade in included. My wife and I had a budget that we felt would be fair for both the dealership and us. Long story short, we walked out to the dealership that day feeling very good about the deal we made. Our sales representative, Rami worked hard for us helping us get the van and not go over budget. There were no games and we were treated very well throughout the entire process. If you go to Oxmoor, be sure to ask for Rami Dawod. He will take good care of you.

I signed a loan for my daughter. and it ended up in my name and they said it was a 3.8 percent and it ended up a 5.8 They did nothing but lie to me. it asked below Would you have preferred to write this review while you were still inside the dealership? no because I larned all this after the fact
