I just recently bought a Subaru Legacy from James. In my experience he treats customers like close family. That is definitely why Pacific Auto has stayed in business this long and has such a good reputation. It was the best large purchase I have made in a long time. I went to the dealership three times to make this decision. With each visit he did not pressure me but answered all my questions. I can see why customers keep coming back and refer others. I know that I will be telling everybody that I know, if they want a good deal and a quality vehicle go to Pacific Auto. Thanks again James.Your Friend and Customer,Kyle

I have now bought 3 cars from James. He has always been honest with me and stands behind what he sells. I have had him do maintenance repairs, body work, windshields, and he has always saved me money compared to everyone else. Thanks Pacific Auto and keep up the good work. Jeff

James was absolutely great. I live in omaha but had spotted a few vehicles on the Web site that looked good, so I called ahead and let him know I'd like to stop in. He let me take a CR-V to a friend's mechanic for a pre purchase inspection, and was incredibly helpful and informative about the vehicles past and any repairs he had done, with no pressure.

I do not have one negative thing to say about these guys! I called them to schedule an appointment to look at the car I wanted and it was mine the very next day (same day as test drive)! James and Josh were super knowledgeable. Every question we asked they replied without even blinking; with the answer I was hoping for. The car I purchased from them is a salvage, but looks brand new. They really do a terrific job on their repairs. Typically I dread doing business with a dealer, but these guys were not pushy at all and extremely helpful. I highly recommend doing business with them!

I have been doing business with Pacific Auto, and specifically Mr. James Ngu, for twelve years. I went to James to buy a used car for my daughter after Mr. Utley of Utley Autos in Lincoln, who inspects repaired cars for Pacific Auto, recommended the dealership saying that he had some very good cars. I have bought a total of four used cars from Pacific Auto over the year, and I have been entirely satisfied. The company, and its owner have always supported their cars, and whenever there was any problem at all they were willing to inspect and repair it. Never have I had any reason to lodge a complaint against the company. I would, and have consistently, recommended cars at Pacific Auto to friends and acquaintances.
