This was my first car buying experience, and if I had to do it all over again I would absolutely still choose Pacific Honda. My sales associate Scott was amazing and made the process simple and hassle free. We initially went to the dealership only to look, but after meeting the sales team and sitting down with Scott we decided to make the jump and purchase a vehicle. I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle, Pacific Honda has an amazing team. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

*DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.The short version: After my vehicle was at Pacific Honda for 22 days for a major warranty job, not only did they not finish the job properly but misdiagnosed their own screw up multiple times. Finally, they managed to sprinkle in a bit of terrible customer service, and poor communication on top of it all. I have tried to resolve this issue in a reasonable manner over the last month with Pacific Honda management with no success, therefore, I am forced to give a 1-star rating for the horrendous experience I've had.I have posted a detailed account of my experience online. Transaction focused dealership. Only want to close the sale. I was pretty much obligated to get their alarm which is costly compared to other brands and even when I mentioned I'd like to shop for an alarm in the market I was told I would not be able to take the car without it. Called Pete the salesman and he told me twice I could take the add ons from my contract which my financing bank recommended as I could find better deals elsewhere. I went back to the dealer and Pete again told me I could take the alarm out, then went to talk to his manager who came back and told me no, that once it's activated, it cannot be removed. Also they made very confusing with the APR during the sales process as I had been pre approved by my credit union, they made me believe they would match that but my contract was signed on a higher APR based on my credit scored at the moment.I'm not satisfied with the purchase and again the customer is the least important for them. They want close the deal and push extras without giving you any chance to escape. Had to speak with another financing agent to amend the contract to remove the paint sealant and the honda care. Paul was rather rude and came again with sales pitch making the customer feel uncomfortable and scaring tactics so that you can stay with the extras.For me, this shopping experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this dealer to any of my friends. Once you sign the papers, they own you and they could not care less for honoring their word such as been told at least twice that the add ons could be removed from the contract. Horrible experience for me.

I was looking for an uncommon vehicle, a manual transmission 2011 Kia Sportage or Hyundai Tucson that I could tow behind my motor home. A friend found a 2011 Kia Sportage at Pacific Honda with a manual transmission. It had been on their website for about two months, not a popular car with a manual transmission. They then advertised it as "reduced in price". I wasn't in hurry to buy, since I lived about four hours away. Eventually, I helped a neighbor make a delivery near the dealership and they still had the Sportage, now almost three months on their lot.I checked out the car and it was in very nice shape. Since I was only going to use it for towing behind my motor home, I didn't want to overpay, especially since the dealership hadn't been able to sell it. I didn't want to get stuck with something I couldn't later sell. They initially priced it out the door at almost $16000.00 when they had it on special at $11900.00. They had added an extended warranty, GAP insurance and who knows what else. I told them previously that I was paying cash, so why would I want GAP insurance. Apparently, they were swing for the fences with their price. I told them I was willing to pay $12000.00 OTD. They immediately sent the sales manager in who gave me the story about how they just got the car in.....I told him that I knew they had it for at least two months. He told me there best price was $12750.00. They didn't seem interested in negotiating after that so I left.I thought about it and decided the car was clean and would make one more offer at $12350.00, about two weeks later, I checked to see if they still had the car and they did. We were going out of town for a week and decided to call when we got back. I checked when we returned home and they no longer showed the car for sale. Another two to three weeks passed and I bought a Honda CRV which is towable. A few days after I bought the Honda, my friend who had originally found the Sportage at Pacifc Honda, called and said they were now advertisng it again as a "new arrival". This may be a typical dealer practice, but I found it sleezy.

Bought a 2006 Mazda Miata and it did not last a year, the engine is blown and the replacement cost could reach $6000.00. This is more than half the cost of the car. They assured me when I bought it they had inspected every component, the reason it blew was a bad radiator. I will never buy another car from them.

It was the best experience ever. Agreed with price over the phone and came in to see Scott at 4:30PM and got out at 7PM driving home a new car. Scott made everything easy and smooth transaction. First and foremost I already know what I had in mind when I came down to Pacific Honda. While I was originally to meet with a different individual I was referred to Scott. Now I'll be honest, I've had my run in with different sales men before but Scott was very approachable and easy to talk with. He didn't run figures until the end which was very nice as I was able to focus more on what model I had wanted. Even though I may have been a bit of a pain as we talked numbers he was patient and tried his best to work out a plan that best suited me. That to me shows how someone can go above and beyond. Certainly I will be taking my business to this location from now on as long as I live in San Diego. I was never a Honda fan till I dropped in and I can certainly say Scott is someone you can trust to help you get into the car you want. If anything they need to give this man a raise!

Bought my 2013 Honda Accord here in mid June 2015. The clutch and transmission completely went out one month later. My vehicle was still under warranty and I had purchase an additional Honda care and still nobody would cover it because it looks like it was damaged from someone misusing it. My husband and I are very careful with our vehicles and make sure to drive them properly. We've been driving manuals our whole lives and are very familiar how to drive them properly. I am now responsible for replacing my whole transmission and clutch and I only drove it for four weeks. It was obviously damaged before I purchased it but now I am responsible for the $9,000 it will cost to replace it. I called Pacific Honda to see if they would help me out with the repairs since they sold it to me in that condition but they refuse to take any responsibility at all. They got their money so they don't care what condition the vehicle is in as long as it's fixed enough for you to drive it off the lot. I'm in the military and they knew I was scheduled for PCS orders. I was supposed to be driving across country in less than a month and my vehicle sat three while I was waiting for an answer from Pacific Honda. They ended offering to fix my vehicle at a discounted rate of 6,000 and they needed the payment up front before they would even order the parts. They already had my vehicle torn apart in their garage so they would have made me pay a huge fee before they would let me pick it up anyway. I decided to take out a loan and take them the money so I would be able to take the car across country when I moved. With all the money I spent on towing fees, rental cars, and all the repairs, I may as well bought a new car. To this day I'm still having issues pop up that should have been taken care of before I bought it. This company covers up problems like a band-aid and never actually fix the problems. Take your money and go somewhere else that's trustworthy. These people scam military and take advantage.

I leased a car from here and had an incredible experience and I decided to post about it. Normally people like to write about their bad experiences and honestly I am here to do the exact opposite. My experience was just amazing and never thought that the buying process could be so easy and smooth. Sunroad Automotive has great values and I can tell you that Erik Nelson who is the General Manager made sure that my buying experience went smoothly and without a hitch. It's not just the price I was after when I went in, it was to see if I could get the experience that only a few token dealerships can offer and that is friendliness, accuracy, caring about my wants and need and allowing me to pick out a vehicle that suited my taste and my budget. Happy to say that my needs were not just met but exceeded which to me was a surprise due to past experiences at other dealerships, I thought this was just going to be a bit of a hassle and slow process but indeed it was just the opposite. Leasing and or buying a new car is not what many people look forward to and I know I sure did not first going in, but after my time spent and experience I had with Pacific Honda I am going to tell my friends and family that when they are ready to purchase a new or used vehicle that they should only go to one place to get their vehicle. Pacific Honda has been around for many years in Kearny Mesa and I am so glad that I decided to make the stop to look at cars and this visit has left an a good impression that will last a life time. Vehicles under warranty are not money spinners for them. I have been to them twice for a transmission and brake problem and their mechanic cannot seem to reproduce the problem. It is so easy to reproduce - I can even show it to the mechanic but they dont make that happen. I bet they are waiting for the warranty to end so that they can charge for it as now if they fix - they dont make money of me.Avoid this fraud place. Contacting the manufacturer directly!

"SAM" is a violent individual that will threaten, harass you until he gets what he wants. Agrees and has you sign papers for what you tell him you can do and lets you drive the car around for a few weeks and drops the ball on you and needs more money down or is going to have the car repo'd. He says he tries to help people, well guess what your job is??? You sell cars and if you don't like it find another occupation. When Sam told me that he wished I had bought a car from another dealership because I was a problem TRUST ME I WISH I DID!!!!Service dept. allowed "Sam" to sell a car that had none of the recalls taken care of and after owning the car for 38 days the recalled part (altinator) failed and now at 2100 miles of owning the car is requiring an oil change (Oil Change Due Message is on) DOES THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DO ANYTHING??? WOW!All the General Manager wants to do is "handle things internally"Thank goodness for Poway Jeep, they handled my recalls within 24 hours and I was back in my car. Honda offered help, but seriously do they really think I want them taking my car, the one Sam threatened to repo multiple times, even after getting funded from the bank! I wish I could give this place -1 star!

Thank you to Ted Cosby, Mark Salzman, and Steve Geradi, and Dottie Dahlin (Finance). The Pacific Honda Team suprised me with their customer service, above and beyond attitude and the perspective of their customers as human beings and not simply pocket books. After several days of haggling with a few other dealerships I was not sure if I was going to give my business to Pacific Honda. Honestly, I walked in for the third time thinking that I was wasting my time and they were trying to swindle me into a payment amount I was not comfortable with. Well, instead I pleasantly experienced the opposite. Ted passed our info to Mark who began work with Steve. I was very impressed with Mark. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I did recognize and felt that Mark was my advocate. I felt he was working to make me feel comfortable. I appreciate this non-pressure and non- insulting form of service. The approach led me to relax and feel confident in the prices and process. Mark Salzman is the man you want for a no pressure, high effort deal! I will continue to work with him in the future when we are ready to purchase my daughters first car. Simply put, integrity and character are of upmost importance to me. Mark has these qualities and more. My first impression of Pacific Honda was medicore. It was the same typical car salesman the vibe. However, by the time I walked out of the building tonight and stepped into , not only the vehicle I wanted, but that same car with more accessories, I was in shock! Ted didn't lie! Steve really did go and work a miracle! Mark really is the negotiator you want on your team, and Dotti wraps up your deal in a smooth package that left me feeling confident in my purchase. Truly a memorable car buying experience I will do again and easily recommend to friends and family. Thank you again Ted/Mark/Steve and Dotti.

I made an appointment to have the 2nd key & valet key made (for some reason they were not available upon purchase). My appointment was at 7 AM. I was in line waiting until seen at 7:28 AM. I was told someone would call me on my cell phone in 60-90 minutes. Finally, after waiting in the lounge, at 10 AM I asked why it was taking so long and was told the keys are done, but no one had called me for pickup. If this is an indication of what to expect of the service department, I'm not inclined to continue to service me new vehicle at Pacific Honda.

My wife and I went to Pacific Honda for the purpose of looking around to see if we would be interested in a Civic. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Civic that we love and a buying experience that we were completely satisfied with. Our salesman, Jimmy Gardemann, was very knowledgable about the product and very helpful without being pushy. The financial representative, Robby MacIntyre, was also very helpful in explaining each service we were purchasing with absolutely no pressure sales. We even got the trade in we were hoping for on our 2011 Mini Cooper. Would definitely recommend Pacific Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Richard Inzunza made buying the car easy from the start. He was very up front with any deals he could get us, didn't hassle me into trying to get something I didn't want beyond simply offering it, and made sure our car was detailed nicely. I was looking for Honda Accord EX-L and came across Pacific Honda. Normally stay away from used car dealerships due to the hard sell and amount of time to work out a fair deal. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not receive that treatment from Richard Inzunza at Pacific Honda. He was very informative of all the features of the car and discussed all thouroughly. The negotiation on price was handled efficiently and loan rate offered was very competitive. Made an appointment online to have car A/C serviced & when I got there EARLY, I was told that there was "No way" they could get to my car that day. Huh?! I made an "appointment"...The guy told me "Yeah...it really shouldn't have allowed you to do that b/c we are swamped"!! He told me to call back on Tuesday morning "at8", but they open at7a to schedule an appointment b/c Monday was a holiday. Ummm no thanx!!

After reading other reviews, we took my 2012 Pilot for its 30k mile service to Pacific Honda. We were price gouged on the labor and the vehicle was returned to us with greasy handprints on the dash and steering wheel. The work they did was good but not sure I would recommend them if you have other options. They offer a 5% military discount (which is nice) but other places offer 10%.

I was hoping to buy my daughter a nice used Honda she did online research and I obtained a check from my credit union, hoping the process would be quick and painless. NOT! Jeremy held my drivers license hostage! He asked for in while at the table took it away and when I asked where it was he told me he left it in the other room. This is my personal information I do not want just laying around! When I asked for it again he actually had it in his pocket. needless to say we walked out. funny thing is while he left us alone in the room while he "tried to get us a better price" my daughter was calling other dealers and we ended up buying a Honda at another dealer that treated us with respect.

Last weekend, I went shopping for a used Honda CRV with a friend of mine.The first dealer we went to shifted us three times and each person told us something different. Then, on an impulse, we went to Pacific Honda and met Ricky. He was the most helpful and pleasant car sales person I have ever encountered in my many years of driving and purchasing cars. He was open to my thoughts and concerns about the cars and answered my questions in a very straightforward way. We also met the manager who could not have been more helpful. I was prepared for a struggle over price of the CRV and the price of my trade in and was very pleasantly surprised that we came to an agreement in a very short time. Even after the deal was completed, everyone we dealt with was easy to talk to and pleasantly helpful.Pacific Honda has my vote every time!

I went to Pacific Honda about a month ago very stressed out about the prospect of spending days worth of time and energy in trading in my decade old car for a newer used car. Thanks to Ricky and the team at Pacific Honda, I traded in my old car and drove home in a new one that very day, after just a couple hours of test drives and paper work. They even let me take the car before I had paid, since it was a weekend and I couldn't get the check that same day! Ricky was fantastic the entire time I worked with him--he was very easy to connect with, had a great sense of humor, and was truly someone I felt that I could trust to work fairly with me during my entire experience. He even let me use his personal computer to update my insurance policy! The take home message is: Pacific Honda, particularly Ricky, made the entire process as enjoyable, easy, and pain-free as possible, and it truly is refreshing to find a company that still cares about the customer as much as I felt they did with me. We were purchasing for our 16 year old son. We started and finished with Ricky, but most of the dealing was with Jojie. He was incredible at understanding what we were looking for and understood the need to stay within our budget. Our son had saved some money and we had matched it so there was not an option to go much higher. He was very personable and took care of details that may not sound like a lot, but made an impression to us! Little things like making sure we left with a full tank of gas and making an extra key/fob so we had enough. You might take this for granted, but when we bought our other sons car from a different dealer we had to take care of these items on our own and they made it clear we had to! I had bought a Honda new in 2005 from Pacific Honda, loved them then and I was not let down with a return visit. I WILL be back. And that folks is how you build repeat business!

We bought our 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid from Pacific Honda. Richard Inzunza & Lenny helped us with purchasing our Car. They both were really great and went above & beyond to help us with everything. We found about the car through Internet, and when called them to inquire about the car, they were very professional, fair & patient and answered each and every question we asked to the best of the detail they could. I had talked to Richard on phone at least 10-12 times in a span of 3-4 days and never ever felt pressured or ever got neglected. Even though few times we missed him on phone call, as he was with other customers on the lot, but he promptly did give us back a call and made sure all our questions/concerns were addressed. We got a fairly good price deal on our Car from Pacific Honda. And Lenny also shipped the Car to our place so we didnt have to drive all the way to San Diego. Richard, Lenny thanks for all the help. My initial expectations were extremely low. I had been to CarMax and saw them undercut on my trade and offered a ridiculous APR of 24% from the only so-called bank they could find. Now my credit was atrocious and my bankruptcy was discharged in February but I had just re-financed a vehicle that I needed to change because of the practicality. My salesman who was recommended highly by a friend was Jojie Delfin. We spoke over the phone at length about the chances of a trade-in (2010 Nissan Titan) for a 2012 Mini Cooper. After taking all my information he stated firmly that with Pacific Honda there is always a chance. I was skeptical, I had heard it all before. However, I really wanted that vehicle. The following day Jojie Delfin and his colleagues had poured over the copious amounts of lenders in the area trying to secure not just "a loan," but one that would fit my financial situation. Not only did Jojie Delfin find a bank to finance the Mini Cooper but he was able to keep my APR at the Nissan Titan's current refinanced rate and with very little down on the Mini Cooper. I became a believer that Pacific Honda can beat anyone in town. Jojie Delfin is the consummate professional; down to earth, personable, and works hard to get the job done! I called this certified used dealership after finding a Chevy Malibu through Kelly Blue Book. They agreed to a 2 hour window for me to get to the dealership. They were not pushy at all, they worked with me to find the best interest rate available even though I came with loan ready to buy. I also brought the print out of the add with the internet pricing of the car with me. The price was lower than what was on the physical car at the dealership. The manager, Lenny, checked the VIN # on the ad and the car and when they matched he honored the lower price. Richard went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. The car ended up having more on it then I expected. I had to bring the car back a couple days later to have the alarm synced up and tire pressure monitor installed in the tires and Richard made sure I was able to get a loaner car for the day so I didn't have to miss work. I will definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family looking for a newer vehicle.

I was very comfortable to work with him. My friend and I walked into pacific honda,Scott came up to me when we looked at a CRV, he asked if we need any help. He didn't ask any question and not push me to look at any car. We said we wanted to look around and he showed us two cars. Then we left. Another friend of mine told me she had a dealer in Poway Honda whom asked if she wants to buy a new CRV. My friend told her I wanted to buy a car , if she could give me a quote.It was almost 10:30pm when I got home. I sent a message to Scott asked what the best offer he could give me and Scott replied quickly. I told him wanted to wait if the poway dealer would response. Scott told me he will handle it if she can't quote.... I felt he is very honest ,nice person after had a few messages with him. The dealer my fried told me seemed like she was not very interested to her customer, and i felt not good. I made a decision to buy with Scott. He really take care of you ,not just sell a car to you and push you to decide. Scott filled the car and explained to me all the details about the interior of the car and showed me how to set up the electronic system after gave me the keys. He was very patient. He answers all my questions whatever I have, no matter when. Scott is the best person in Pacific Honda, my friend also agreed with that, she got her the same model car with the dealer in Poway Honda two years ago, she said that dealer didn't explain anything to her when sold to her 2years ago,she was told that everything was in menu. She said she should have buy with Scott 2 years ago.Scott gave me a good deal and l like my CRV. Lost my business after talking to Steve (Sales Manager) who rudely walked away from the negotiating table. That was enough for us to walk out and our day wasted. The following day we got a great deal (new car) at another Honda dealership with sales staff that treated us with professionalism and respect. In today's economy business is earned. To start I was extremely stressed due to the fact that my 2001 Honda Accord was basically falling apart on me. I looked into trading in my car by looking on Pacific Honda's website and as soon as I punched in my information, I was able to get a quote and a very friendly associate contacted me. I made an appointment and came into to check out the inventory and due to my bad credit I was so lucky that Mark went over and out to get me the financing I needed w/ a low monthly payment and APR. I am so happy to have made the choice I did, especially because Mark really cared to make sure I got what I wanted. I drove off in my new for me, used for them, 2010 Honda Civic and it drives like a dream! It was the best decision I have made thusfar. I am originally from Los Angeles and am new to San Diego. I've never dealt with people that were so nice and worked so hard to help me purchase a car and considering my circumstance i didn't make it easy for them!! they definitely pulled some strings for us to make it happen, and every time we had a bump in the road they assured us we weren't leaving with out a car.. it's actually funny because we were shopping around at different dealership but not once did we apply to pacific honda, they had called me telling me i had approved for a car (which i felt like i wasn't gonna hear that in a long time) 2005 honda accord fully loaded, I THOUGHT IT WAS FRAUD! so i googled the pacific honda number and inquired about the person that called me AND SURE ENOUGH it was the sales person who helped me purchase the car! not only at the moment i thought i was too good to be true so i took a chance to go down there thinking they were gonna tell me it was a mistake, and the first thing Larry said to me was CONGRATULATIONS YOU APPROVED do you want to see your car, we put together the paper work and all i needed was my $2,000 down payment. Well the next day Reza calls me in and tells me, Larry really worked hard on your case! he worked his magic and was able to get $1,000 off your down payment, and all you need is $500 now and the other $500 later (NOW THAT DEFINITELY SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! right? WRONG!) we did a run through with the car make sure everything was in good and working condition, get insurance, cross all our T's and dot all our I's by the end of the day we were on our way home with our NEW but used 2005 honda accord. We went back to the dealership today to give our down payment and Reza and Larry hooked us up with a full tank of gas! TALK ABOUT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And i will recommend Larry "MAGIC" Pinnick and Reza Ghasemi to ANYONE without any reservation.Thanks again for all the help with getting me a car! I LOVE IT!

I just want to say that for once this was an actual pleasureable experience contrary to what I normally have experienced in the past with other dealerships and sales reps. When I walked thru the car lot and before I entered the showroom/office nobody asked me if I needed help, it seemed like most of them were more consumed with personal conversations with each other then trying to make a sale. As I entered the building Angelina focused on me and greeted me and asked me if I needed help, which was obvious that she is extremely friendly, professional and meant business, to my delight. To be truthful when she asked me what car I desired I did not think I would drive out with the one I wanted due to credit issues, etc..., but contrary to my negative attitude she was very positive and made me feel that way also. To make a long story short, I think Angelina is a top-notch professional, has a wonderful and sincere personality and a valuable asset to your business. I know I will continue doing business with your dealership in the future and will recommend it as well to friends, relatives and co-workers as long as you have Angelina or people of her caliber there. Tony Momon was exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicles he showed us. Answered all questions. Besides knowing his vehicles he was very pleasant and put us at ease. He even offered to come in on his day off to get more information for us. The Finance gentleman was, again, very informative. He took his time explaining everything I was signing.Then there was Paul and Steve who were very helpful. These guys are "tops" in my opinion.I will certainly recommend Pacific Honda to anyone in the market for a vehicle.My only hope is that the service department is as good as the sales department. I have never bought a new car of a lot before and i was in the neighbor browsing for an affordable 2012 or 2013...i just happened to walk onto the honda dealership by chance, meaning i didnt really expect a honda to be in my price range, when i was approached by a sales professional by the name of Daniel Nichols...I explained to him my business and my doubts about being able to afford a honda...he steered me toward a 2012 civic si that was initially priced out of my price range. This Autobody Service shop has Horrible customer service. I brought my car in there for a manufacture recall over a leaky hose and when i showed them my car had started smoking the drive up service girl gave me this really sarcastic "you didnt bring it in earlier" comment. As if everyone is supposed to be a mechanic or something, i had an appointment so, I let it slide cuz it was 7 am and i was the first person there. The next girl inside (Jerremie) made me feel like i was walking around with the plague, i asked for a tissue and after locating one treated my like i had the plague when i asked her for another pen to use because the one she gave me did not work. I'm a 4 year veteran of the retail/sales industry, i know customer service. She was nice enough however to show me to the shuttle area. After going home and doing house chores i realize that 4.5 hours have gone by, so i call over there to see the status of my vehicle, and nobody can find its record, so a lady not involved with service marilyn who was very kind helped me figure out what was going on. Turns out my vehicle had finished and Jerremie was nowhere to be found, and had just not called me to let me know that it was done. So thus far in one single morning at Pacific Honda I have been made to: 1 feel like an idiot 2 feel like im some diseased monster interacting with others (introducing...purell)3 feel like ive been forgotten about.This has not been a good trip, its just the kind of place i dread going to again. Now i remember why i haven't been there in four years. Thanks Pacific Honda I WONT be returning voluntarily

Angelina was the reason for my successful trade-in for a new Honda Accord Coupe. Since I walk-out, but 2 hours later she called me for a great deal. Although I lost a lot of money. I was very satisfied based on her desire to accomplish the deal, and persuaded the manager to change his mind. Before coming to this Dealer, the other Honda dealers were very negative, and did not take a closer look on my outstanding credit. But based on her instincts the sale was done. basically; because she focus on the person, and not the dollar signs that most salesman do. She should be commended to the higher levels of "salesman." or promotion for that matter. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends for a future purchase in a new or old vehicle.

I made an online appointment to have an oil change, and to have a technician inspect my breaks for a clicking sound. I also asked the technician to inspect my undercarriage, and my headlight sensors. I scheduled my appointment a day before for 8:00AM the following morning. When I drove my car in on the scheduled date, Brandon my designated Service member began to ask me questions about my visit. I had explained to him that I had an appointment scheduled. He asked me to follow him, to his cubicle to gather more information about my visit. After my consultation with Brandon, he informed me that my car would not be ready until the end of the day. I informed him that this was not acceptable, because I had other commitments. I informed him that the latest that I could leave my car for was until 2:30PM. Brandon told me that he would see what he could do, to service my car by the requested time. At 12:30PM Brandon called me, to inform me that my car was not going to be completed by 2:30 PM. I explained to him that I understood if they couldn't complete all of the inspections. I asked Brandon, what work had been completed up until that time and he informed me that no work had been done. He informed me that I had 2 cars scheduled ahead of mine, and that my car had not even been looked at yet. This is upsetting because of the fact that I scheduled an appointment to have these services done. My time is valuable, and I just completely wasted my time at Pacific Honda even with a scheduled appointment. This was my first visit with Pacific Honda, and my car only has 5,000 miles on it. My car does not require too much maintenance.

Our family purchased a 2003 Honda Odyssey with 83,000 miles for our 20 year old son and the experience could not have been more enjoyable. My experience with Pacific Honda and the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles was fantastic. You know the part of the deal were it seems to good to be true and you're waiting for the other shoe to drop...well it didn't happen. In fact, I found that Ricky Lechuga and his manager (Lenny) were not going to let me and my wife leave until we were completely satisfied with the deal we received on our 2012 Honda Civic for our daughter. Who does that, really? They made it a point repair cosmetic issues on the vehicle and even paid for our rental car and that was after they had already knocked the price down from the original asking price. This car could pass for a new car if not for the manufactured date...most importantly is my daughter loves her new, used car. I just leased a 2013 Honda Accord. Angelina James first met me on the salesroom floor with a friendly smile and then proceeded to explain all the features of the new Accord while I took a test drive. I was very impressed by the value and quality of the car and returned one week later to seriously discuss a lease. The dealer had just obtained an Accord with all the features I wanted, and Angelina took me for another test drive in it. She worked patiently with the Director of Sales and myself to arrive at a deal. After all the paperwork was complete Angelina presented me with the owners manuals and further assisted me by driving my old car home while I drove my new Accord. Buying a new car can be a very stressful experience. However all of the people I dealt with at this dealership have been friendly, straight forward, and very happy to address all of my concerns.

While I could probably sell Hondas for you as I have owned 4 and I still own two (a 2004 Pilot and 2008 Accord)the experienc in buying from Pacific Honda would make me a Honda owner even if i wasn't already sold on the brand. My salesperson Mark Morrow was the perfect saleperson for me. He was freindly, polite, listened and was responsive. While looking a the 2013 Civic in New York that we bought from you a New York salesperson had all of the traits that I don't like; he was pushy, he didn't listen well and he tried to close the deal that day even though we told him we were just looking and weren't ready yet. If I had bought from that dealership ( that is where I have purchased my 4 Hondas) it would not have been from him. I enjoyed working with Mark so much that he didn't have to solicit me for this reveiw. I asked him for it so I could pass on my thoughts. If someone asks me where to go for a Honda in San Diego I will send them to Mark.

This is my review for PH Certified Cars for Ricky and Lenny.I recently purchased a Certified 2011 Honda Accord and I am really thankful to Ricky and Lenny for making the deal possible. Ricky made sure that I test ride as many cars as I want to decide on which one I really want to go with.He was pretty responsive about each and every detail I sought from him, with a smile and lot of patience.The guys were very helpful in negotiating the price I wanted to pay and explained to me in good details about how different Plans that I purchase with the car work. They even helped me to Finance the car with the APR which seems to be satisfactory, since I had no credit history.They even filled the tank Full for me, I don't know if that is common.It is important to mention that these guys honoured their commitment about the post-sale committment of getting the bumper painted,even when I contacted them after 2 weeks without any unwanted excuses and also offered me a loaner car while my car was in workshop.I hope I will have a good time with PH if required in Future.And in general I would recommend the following to anyone going to buy a used car..1)Please do your homework in negotiating the price. You may compare rates from different vendors and also rated for service plans/security system etc.2)Also work out on the insurance that you will be needing. It is better if you already have some idea about the premium and liability limits from different insurance vendors. Because when you are buying the Car, you may be in a hurry and may land with a bad insurance.

My first purchase from Pacific Honda was 8 years ago. I bought a preowned CR-V which I drove for 8 years and it never broke down on me once. Pacific Honda was true to their word and awesome to deal with. As my car reached 200,000 miles and was showing wear and tear I decided to shop around for another CR-V. I really was hoping to make another purchase from Pacific Honda. While shopping around at other places, I felt either I wasn't confident in the customer service or comfortable with the CR-V they were trying to sell me. Finally , I saw some options on Pacific Honda's website and hurried over to their preowned car department . I was greeted by James Morrison who promptly showed me the options I was interested in . When I narrowed it down to the car I wanted, James went out of his way to get me a fair price on my trade-in and on the certified preowned CR-V I ultimately purchased. It had been a while since I had to deal with car buying and James made it so much less stressful than it could have been. In the end, I'm so glad I bought a certified Honda FROM Honda because they really do make sure every part of their preowned cars are absolutely the best and practically make the car seem like its brand new. Also the warranty you get is unlike what you will get from other non-Honda dealerships. To entrust Pacific Honda to uphold these values and facilitate this purchase was icing on the cake.

On Dec 31, 2012, I went to Pacific Honda to purchase a used Honda Accord EX-L, I had been to a number of car lots early in the day so I was not in the mood for games or BS. However, I was greet immediately as I walked on the used car lot by Richard Inzunza, he informed me he was with a customer however, he would get another gentleman to assist me. Fred Beraud assisted me and showed me a number of cars on the used lot, I informed him of what I was looking for and he showed me the exact cars I was interested in. He did not show me cars with a lot of miles or try to persuade me to buy a car I really did not want. He actually listen he was very helpful and friendly. These two gentleman made my car experience a very pleasant one and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car to check out Pacific Honda and ask for Fred Beraud or Richard Inzunza. I have owned a Honda CR-V for 15 years and always received great service from the Pacific Honda service department. When it came time to replace my car, I thought I would give Pacific Honda Sales a chance. I had already done my research and knew I wanted a Pilot 4WD LX model. I also already had a quote in writing from another dealership (albeit a dealership 90 minutes from my house) for a price I was willing to pay. I stopped by Pacific Honda to see if they could match the price. So why did it take 3 hours to purchase a car when I already knew what I wanted?? Why did it take 3 hours to conclude the transaction when a a car with the exact specs I wanted was sitting in the lot? Bottom line: Everything you have ever heard about car salespeople I experienced at Pacific Honda.1.) The Hard Sell - The salesperson was trying way too hard to sell me a car that I had already decided to purchase. She kept telling me that she would get me a "good deal". However, I didn't want a "good deal", I just wanted Pacific Honda to match the price I already had from another dealership. 2.) Let Me Talk to My Manager - The number of times the salesperson went back and forth "to see her manager" to see if he would offer me a "deal" was ridiculous. (Why couldn't the "manager" just come out and tell me what my options were? Why couldn't the sales person just take me to the "manager" so I could talk to him?) I knew what I wanted and I knew what I was willing to pay. Every time she came back with a quote there was always one more thing. They could offer me the car at X price, if I purchased the extended service package. They could offer me the car at Y price, if I purchased the security system. On and on and on went the litany of add-ons and each one affected the "base" price of the vehicle. Perhaps this is standard practice in the industry, but it is downright insulting to the customer. Consumers want to know what the cost of the car is - period. 3.) Don't Let Them Out the Door Without Signing - When I finally agreed to a price, then I had to wait to talk to financing (which was the only bright light in this whole saga. Dottie was fabulous. They should have Dottie on the floor selling the cars.) I had offered to pay cash and walk out the door with the car if it would get me a lower price, again salesperson unclear on what would get a better price. So...I meet with financing, but I have to wait, and wait, and wait. It is raining. It is getting dark. My daughter has been with babysitter for hours now and I am still waiting. Salesperson tries to fill the time by offering drinks, going over the owners manual with me, but she doesn't know very much so it is clear that it is a futile effort. Finally, I talk to financing.4.) Financing - Financing was fabulous. Dottie was so knowlegable and was able to push me through the whole process and get me out the door in 20 minutes. She does the soft sell on products and packages I declined to purchase with the sales person, but Dottie actually sounded like she knew what she was talking about. I'm telling you, Pacific Honda, put Dottie on the sales floor, she knows her stuff.5.) Bait and Switch - I was willing to buy the model on the lot (allegedly the "only" one in the model I wanted), but there were some accessories that came already added to the car -- wheel locks, mud flaps, cargo tray/liner, etc... so I had to buy the "extras" if I wanted that car. It wasn't that big a deal, except once I got it home and looked at it in the daylight I was hard pressed to find the "mud flaps". I looked on the official Honda site to try to see what the "mud flaps" look like except they aren't listed as an option. The cargo tray/liner is non-existent. I'll be going back to the dealership when it re-opens tomorrow to inquire about the "add ons" that don't seem to be there, however, given the track record so far, I don't have a lot of faith that I will be very satisfied with what they tell me.In the end, if you enjoy the haggling and the back-and-forth of negotiating, you might enjoy the car-buying process at Pacific Honda. For me, I am just grateful that I only have to buy a car every 15 years. I couldn't bear to have to go through this process again any time soon.

I just got a 2013 Honda Odyssey last night. Angelina James greeted me in the parking lot when I arrived and let me test drive a car immediately. I wasn't planning on buying the same day, but after she got me a great deal we decided to drive the minivan home. I even changed my mind before the paperwork was finished, and wanted beige leather instead of the original Truffle that came with the one I test drove. They didnt have one on the lot, but she located one on their nearby lot, had it detailed and delivered before the paperwork was finished. She even stayed after their closing time and helped me link the phone to the car. Excellent service! Angelina was very professional. I am usually stressed when making a large purchase like a new car, but she made it a pleasant experience. If you need to buy a new car, I'd recommend asking for Angelina James

I purchased a new auto from the dealer after the usual back and forth negotiations on price, primarily because the dealer was conveniently located near my home. I decided to purchase a car after a test drive and asked the dealer to work up a price and details for me, but I had to leave for work. I had to contact them the next day because I don't think they thought I was serious when I said "OK, work up the details and send me an offer". " I am giving you another chance to earn my business." After agreeing on a color and price, the sales rep later responded, it would take many days and cost extra for the color he had agreed to sell me. In addition, the car on the lot had "special tires" that needed to be removed if I was going to get the car at the agreed upon price. After working out the details and settling upon a price for the special tires, the dealer happily took my money. AFTER TAKING MY 30 THOUSAND AND HANDING ME MY KEYS, the sales rep and manager met me at the car and said "the car has a head light problem and we have ordered the part...we will give you a loner when you bring it back in for repair. They showed me the receipt for the ordered part, so they knew about the defective headlight prior to taking my money and did not tell me...then they wanted me to take time off to have it repaired. I was clearly angry in the parking lot so they agreed to pick my auto up from my office. It is a secured lot so I made them pick up and return the auto to my home, but I had to arrange for my spouse to be home to meet the sales rep who picked up the car a few days later. The car was returned to my house at 10 pm (after the dealer closed) and the sales rep had his son in my auto....he said he had to pick his son up from somewhere on the way home from work. While I appreciate him trying to be a good father, this further increased my liability. Now I have a dealer sales rep and son, driving in my auto. Suffice it to say, the experience was just ridiculous and unprofessional. This is my 5th honda, third from this dealership. Worst experience by far. One final note, after we agreed upon a price (by email) the dealer wanted me to sign some paperwork that night. I had to work the night shift and asked that the paperwork be done and ready to sign on my way to work. He assured me the paper work was done so I left to go to work early and stopped by the dealership. The paperwork was not done. I didn't have time to listen to the sales pitch on all the service plans they sell, even after I stated I was not interested in extended warranties, etc. So, I had to return to the dealership the next day to finalize the deal. This required more time on my part, and was really unprofessional.

My husband and I bought 2012 Odyssey EXL at a price close to the lowest quote received on email. Our buying experience was pretty pleasant with the Honda dealer on Convoy St in San Diego (with a different salesperson). But the true colors came out when I referred my friend's family to this dealer. If you want to be treated like a s***, please go ahead and experience it yourself. This dealear does not know what a customer service is. Especially the so called "manager" named Paul and Salesperson Robby. After buying the Odyssey at this dealer, I referred my friend's family who was also looking into buying the same vehicle. When they went and told Robby that their friend(me) bought the vehicle at $30,450 which included the destination charge and some accessories the week before, the Salesperson did not believe them and accused them of lying. My friends felt very disrespected and mistreated by this salesperson and the manager. So I went with my friends to the dealer the next day to prove that I was the friend who bought the vehicle there the week before. My friend's couple and me and husband were not even welcomed. Paul the manager came out at the door said he was not willing to make any offer. He lied by saying that his salesperson spent the whole day with my friends trying to negotiate the price when it was only for an hour. The manager was NOT willing to hear any of my friends had to say and only believed what his salesperson told him. Paul did make a ridiculous offer saying that my friends would have to pay $400 more if they wanted to buy the vehicle. When I complained that this was not what I had expected for my friends to be treated, the manager didn't care. He said there were eight other Honda dealers in San Diego that my friends could go to. This so called manager didn't even seem to care whether I go on all the car sites and yelp leaving negative comments. He said I could go and complain all I wanted. This dealer is full of crap and disrespect for customers!!! And you know this dealer had the guts to call my friends that evening saying that they were willing to make the offer. Who in the world want to go back to the same dealer that treated like you a piece of s*** and not welcomed into the dealer would go back and buy the car. That was even more humiliating and disgusting getting a call back from the dealer. I still get very upset and infurious when I think about the treatment that my friends and I received at this dealer. My message to the Pacific Honda General Manager, hire a private consultant and reexamine how your managers and salespersons are treating customers. If you want to continue to have customers being disrespected, mistreated, humiliated and disgusted by your staff, please don't do anything. Customers are not STUPID and they will do their homework and go to EIGHT OTHER HONDA DEALERS just like your manager Paul said. If you are in San Diego and looking to buy a Honda, The BOTTOM LINE, DON't go to Pacific Honda.

I am not one to spend time on review websites to submit a review but I was really happy with how the whole transaction process went. Originally I leased a 2011 accord from Honda in Mission Valley. The process was good, I requested to get everything handled by email and phone before I came down to the dealership because I just do not like to play the game that some sales people like to play. They accommodated me (I forgot the internet managers name at that time) and I was happy with the process. Everything was approved by phone/email and all I had to do was come on down to sign the papers and drive without any haggle. This is what I wanted to do again. I was returning my 2011 Accord for the new 2013. I called Mission Valley and the cheesiest sales person said he did not want to accommodate working with me by phone/email even though I contacted them originally through the internet...This is 2012 my man, and 20 months ago your dealership did accommodate me but obviously the internet manager at that time is no longer there so now we have some control freak running the internet sales department. He told me flat out "Thats not how this business works, you need to come in before we talk numbers". BYE BYE I told him.OK, now for my review for Pacific Honda. I contacted Pacific Honda through the internet and told them how I wanted to make the deal happen. I wanted them to run my credit, talk numbers over the phone and all I have to do is come on down to pick the car and drive off. Mark Marrow is who I dealt with and he accommodated me and we made the deal happen. Mark responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner and professionally. He made my experience top notch and I would definitely recommend Pacific Honda to all my friends and family. The 2013 Accord is pretty tight too. Thanks Pacific Honda and thank you Mark Marrow for putting your customer at the top. I really appreciate you.

I bought a car from Pacific Honda in 2008 and was pleased with my purchase. However, that purchase took me about half a day. This time, I started out on the internet, finding what I wanted and requesting a quick quote. I got a call from Frank Taylor who was very friendly and most informative, and we set up a time for me to come in the following Saturday. Frank said I should ask for Mark Morrow. When I arrived that Saturday, I asked for Mark and waited only a few minutes for him. I told him what I wanted, and he took me directly to a 2012 Civic that was exactly what I was looking for. He showed me all the features, we took a test drive, and I was sold. He moved me through the purchase quickly, and I was out of there in just under 2 hours. It was definitely the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Pacific Honda. Oh, and their service department is great, too.

My husband and I went by the Pacific Honda to test drive the 2012 Honda Odyssey. We were choosing between the Honda and Toyota Sienna. Mark was our sales associate and he was very knowledgeable, and explained all the features the Odyssey had to offer. He was able to explain the key differences between the Sienna and the Odyssey; and that was when we choose to purchase the Honda Odyssey. We did not know which model we wanted so we took the Odyssey Touring for a test ride. We fell in love with the car! So smooth and it has Bluetooth, voice command, video for the kids, and the reverse camera. All of which I love today!!! We had our newborn son with us. You could see he was very maternal and caring because he helped me strap him in nice and snug. He did not rush with all of our questions and did not try to "close" the deal by being pushy. He was excellent and comfortable to work with. I will defiantly refer him to my friends and family! My entire family is much happier traveling in the Honda it is the best way to go! BTW, he gave us a great deal!!!

Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Since it was a used car, there were several scratches and dents in the interior and exterior but Richard and his sales manager, Lenny, made sure they would fix them. After the repairs/touch ups, the car looked brand new and was in excellent condition. Also, Dottie from the finance department was very friendly and helpful. I am a previous, civic owner and went into Pacific Honda to begin my new car-hunting research by checking out the new civics. I was not intending to leave with one the same day. I had a great experience buying a used Chevy Camaro from Pacific Honda. I got the car well under blue book value. I mostly dealt with Kevin and he's been very helpful through the whole process. I knew the car wouldn't be on the lot long so I went over at my lunch and the team at Pacific Honda started working with me and kept working with me until I could come back to the dealership after work. Kevin has been very helpful even after I purchased the car. I just brought the car back in today to get a few dents and scratches taken out and Kevin was there to help and also have them re-detail the car.

Ted was very pleasant and likeable, not the typical pushy salesman. He was very patient with us throughout the whole sales process and took very good care of us. Our only gripe is that it took us 5-6 hours from the time we stepped into the lot to when we finally drove the new Odyssey home. Kevin is a great guy to deal with. We had been looking for a used minivan for a couple months at least and dealt with ALOT of salesman and car dealers but just had never felt quite certain about pulling the trigger on any of the vehicles we looked at. Kevin was, from the start, a totally different kind of guy from most of the other people I had talked to previously. We got along well; he dealt with us in an unhurried, casual fashion and avoided the painfully obtuse manipulation that seems so common to the trade he's in. Had we to purchase another vehicle I would probably just call Kevin again and tell him to keep an eye out for what we wanted rather than drive around all over the place; I really believe he wanted us to be happy rather than for us to merely make a quick purchase (more than once I was about ready to go ahead with a car when he pointed out why it might not be the best choice for us). Overall we are very happy.

Our experience with Wally was great. We were moving to San Diego from overseas and began looking at Hondas online. The inital person we were working with, Zach, gave us a great price and referred us to Wally for internet sales. When Pacific Honda didn't have the color we wanted, Wally got us exactly what we wanted from another dealership and had everything ready so that when we arrived in country and in the store, all we had to do was sign the paperwork! We had a mixed experience -- it started good and ended up pretty bad.THE GOOD:Robby was super-friendly and attentive when we came to look at cars, and again when we came for a test drive. He responds promptly to emails.THE BAD:Once we were ready to buy, we emailed Robby if he would match another dealer's offer. Since he'd spent time helping us out, I wanted to give him the sale if at all possible. We very clearly named the specific price. He replied that he would be happy to match the offer. But when we arrived at the dealership less than 24 hours later, it was a TOTAL bait-and-switch! He asked for documentation of our other offer (which I provided) and had us fill out the financing application. The application included information we hadn't specified our our initial in-person visits, including how much we planned to put down (about half the cost of the vehicle) and our income (which was probably more than he expected). He took the financing application upstairs. When he returned, he gave us his "best" offer... $28,400. Umm, WHAT?? Let's take a look. So, your best offer is (a) only $800 below sticker price, (b) $2,400 above the other dealer's offer you'd previously agreed to match, and (c) $1,200 higher than the starting offer you gave us 7 days ago???? I couldn't tell if he was nuts, or stupid, or if he just thought we were stupid. When I confronted him on this, it was apparent that he had simply forgotten what he'd offered the week before. (He gave us some lame half-excuse about it being a different manager on duty that day -- whatever, dude. Keep better records.)When I expressed frustration that we weren't getting the price he had agreed to match, he was very apologetic but didn't have a satisfactory explanation. He just told me that the price was ridiculously low and it would represent a $2500 loss to the dealer (I know this to be untrue).I was just so annoyed that he would agree to match an offer just to get me through the door, then completely renege on the deal. Even in retrospect, I'm still baffled... did he actually think this would work?? Robby seems like a nice guy, but this behavior was totally unprofessional, and in the course of trying to explain himself, he tossed out a couple of obvious mistruths about the cost of the vehicle, etc. It's insulting to be lied to. I felt it was not very respectful.I don't get why any dealer would risk this behavior with customers. The car sales business is more transparent than ever -- with just a few clicks, any buyer find out the dealer's true cost for a vehicle. When I walked in the door at Pacific Honda, maybe all Robby saw was a young mom wearing a t-shirt and sweats who probably doesn't know what she's doing. But dude -- don't judge a book by it's cover -- I'm an Ivy League PhD, my math skills are way better than yours, I know your game, and you better believe I've done ALL my homework. THE OUTCOMEWe left Pacific Honda and went to another dealership the next day and bought the car for the exact price we wanted and not a penny more. It was smooth sailing with no runaround. So it turned out great for us (and I do LOVE our new Honda!) but I wouldn't trust Pacific Honda again.

we purchased two 2012 odyssey touring elite from pacific honda. very happy and satisafied!! here is the detail.my wife and i were looking for odyssey van for about two weeks. Last weekend, we decided to go to several dealerships and see if we could strike a deal. my sister in law also looking for odyssey van. so it's gonna be a two car deal. i assumed all the dealership loves the two car deal. anyway, went to couple local honda dealerships, either the price was unbelievable high or the dealership didnt show much of interested helping us out. so we were about to stop shopping, but we were near by Convey, and close to pacific honda dealership, so we were thinking just give it a shot in Pacific honda. As soon as we got there, we met Wally. he was very friendly, and knowledgable about the odyssey. unlike other saleperson. he pretty much know his stuff. Also he was very accommodated and patience with us. the color i wanted for the van for some reason, it's rare, it's smoky topaz. almost all honda dealerships in San Diego has very limited supply for it. however, wally looked up his inventory and told me that if i want, they could get it by tomorrow!! anyway to make the story short. we got the smoky topaz and diamond pearl both touring elite!! great colors on those van!! finance department, i forget his name, but he was very nice and friendly too. they threw couple incentives items to the van. so overall experience was wonderful. if the future, if anybody wants to purchase honda, i will definitely recommend them to go pacific honda and see Wally. he will take care you!! There are no words to describe how I feel today. Mr. Larry "Magic" Pinnick is to thank for my elation. I had been going through alot lately, and had given up hope for a brighter day. I didn't believe that anything would come out of inquiring on purchasing a vehicle and had been told no so many times. This man, was dedicated to helping me and putting me in a vehicle. His hard work, and commitment in doing so shined right through til the end. Not only did he keep trying until he found a bank to finance me but he also took the time to make sure I had a way to the dealership. Making time from his schedule he picked me and brought me back home. He found a way around every obstacle that was in my way prohibiting me from being able to purchase. The day I signed my paperwork and it was official, I couldnt believe it. Magic told me he would get me in a vehicle and did just that. Holding back my tears I thanked him repeatedly for all his help and for giving me something my life needed right now. I truely appreciate everything he has done, and wish there was something more I could do to show my gratitude because thank you isnt enough in my eyes for giving me and my children a great start at our new journey. So it didn't take long to go back and see Wally Sibou, only 2 days! While I was looking for my new car my girlfriend fell in love with the new Twilight Blue CRV and she couldn't get her mind off of it. Wally made our first transaction so enjoyable that we decided to go back and give him another shot. Once again Wally made the car buying process painless and enjoyable. I was not looking forward to the battle of negotiating for a new car, but discovered that my apprehension was completely unjustified. I met with Wally, who put me at ease right away - he was there to help me get what i wanted, he was low key, honest, and patient - he did not try "steering" me in any direction I did not want to go, he was simply there to facilitate my needs. He stayed with me the entire time, seeing me through every step, which was great because he gained my trust so much that I wanted him there. He made me feel like he was going to take care of me and I was going to get a great car and a great deal, and I believe I did. If you are thinking about getting a Honda, I recommend you go down to Pacific Honda and ask for Wally. Wally set me up with Jose in financing, and he was equally patient and friendly, and I got absolutely no "vibe" from either one that they had to make a sale. Just from initial phone calls to other dealers, I felt pressure was already being applied to me, so i was most grateful not to feel this way during my visit with Wally and Jose. Hopefully by the time you go down there Wally will be running the place, then you will be sure to meet him!

i was surprise because i don't really expect that the day we went to pacific honda i got the kind car that i want. especially the color red that its hard to get on the CR-V 2012. because i went already on the different Honda dealer and they keep saying that they dont have available on red, but i didn't stop to looked at the internet and i tried to call all the dealer here in san diego. and called the pacific Honda and i talked to wally on the phone he said he can get me the CR-V LX on red that's only available that they have color in red. but i'm not sure yet if i am going to get it because i don't know if i can get a good deal with them. the next day, me and my husband decide to come over to see the car but wally is off on that day but, he made a note that we are coming on that day and his co-worker jimmy his the one who assist on us. he is so nice and friendly very professional and also their manager. We can tell their doing their job not only to sell the car but, to make the customer happy and satisfied. bcoz i decided to get the Ex instead on LX but they don't have in red color again, but to make us happy they said they can get on red but they have to pick up on Los Angeles. because they have one in red color but is on LA to make the customer happy they make a deal with us that before they close the store they give me an assurance that i can get the color red that i want. i saw their effort and consideration to their customer. again thank you jimmy and wally for your good service!!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot at Pacific Honda. I was in need of a new car but I kept procrastinating because I did not want to deal with pushy salespeople. When I finally made it a priority I went to a Honda dealership (not Pacific Honda) and I did not have the best experience so my husband did some research online and found Pacific Honda. We initiated contact with the dealership online and we were matched up with Mark Morrow. From that point on the experience was stress and pressure free. We ordered our vehicle, waited a couple of weeks and it was delivered as promised. Mark was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I hope that Mark is still working at Pacific Honda when I get my next car because I will be going directly to him. Even after the sale was completed he followed up with my husband and me to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Mark!

WALLY WAS GREAT! WE GOT THE DEAL WE ASKED FOR AND HE ANSWERED ALL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL FEATURES OF OUR NEW HONDA CIVIC HYBRID WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR CAR. SINCE WE ONLY HAD ONE DRIVER AND TWO CARS (THE ONE WE ARRIVED IN AND OUR NEW ONE) HE DROVE OUR NEW CAR WITH MY WIFE AND AGAIN EXPLAINING AS HE DROVE TO MY WIFE THEN AGAIN WITH ALL OF US ON THE WAY BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE ONLY THING I HAVE NOTED SO FAR AFTER ONE WEEK WAS THE MAINTENANCE BOOK WAS NOT COMPLETED FOR THE DELIVER OF THE CAR. AS WE TOOK TIME TO COMPARE DEALS WITH SEVERAL OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND WHILE THERE WERE OTHER DEALS I COULD HAVE TAKEN WALLY WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THAT FAMILIAL CATCH PHRASE "HOW CAN I EARN YOUR BUSINESS" AND MEANT IT! For the last couple weeks I have gone to a few small dealerships to inquire about buying a used car. Every place I went I felt as if they just wanted to sell a car, not help me find the car I wanted. I told each dealer, "I'd like a Honda Civic." They responded by "Well, how about this Hyundai or Ford." I wanted a Honda and everywhere I went they told me that a Honda was out of my price range and that it just wasn't going to happen.After being denied once again by a not so friendly dealer I decided I had to deal with a Honda Dealership to get what I wanted. I have lived in San Diego my whole life. Ever since I could remember I heard the jingle, "Pacific Honda, for all the right reasons." So I called and was pleased with the service from the moment I called until the moment I drove off the lot with my new car.First I worked with Tony. He and I chatted about my situation and he immediately looked into getting a brand new car for me. He told me, "Don't worry, you won't leave here without a car." Seeing as I have heard that line before at every dealership i had gone to in the last couple weeks, I was very skeptical at first. Tony was friendly and responsive to my needs and kept me company while I waited. He was also true to his word, I did not leave without a car. I decided to get a used car and that is when Jojie started helping me.Jojie, who was also very friendly, immediately knew which car was the one for me. a 2007 Honda Civic LX with low miles and great gas mileage. Jojie brought the car to me, we took it for a test drive and I loved it, it was exactly what i wanted and needed. Jojie ran some numbers and got my payment down to where i wanted it and I agreed then to buy the car. He then took it to get it cleaned and told me to come back to get it detailed after the weather clears up next week.Financing guys always make me nervous. They talk really fast and get you to sign sign sign as fast as you can. Fadi Houneini was the most pleasant, easygoing friendly finance guy I have ever dealt with. He spoke softly and slowly, explained everything in detail and made sure I knew my options but did not try to pressure me into anything. My agreement was clear and I understood all the details and was assured that this would be a smooth transaction.I would HIGHLY recommend Pacific Honda to anyone looking into buying a car new or used. The friendly sales staff and the attentiveness that is given when you're there made "the dreaded car buying experience" quite the opposite... "For all the right reasons." :o)

Had a great car buying experience with Fred at Pacific Honda. I had narrowed down my search to 2 different models of certified used cars that I saw online. Fred was patient, knowledgeable and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy something new or more costly. I test drove several cars before making my final decision and Fred helped me narrow down what were the most important things I wanted out of a car to make the best choice. Having never bought from a dealer before, I was prepared for a pushy salesman who would try to rip me off at some point in the process. Instead, I got Fred whose low-key, calm, guy next door demeanor were non-threatening and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone I dealt with or saw during the process was friendly and personable. The asking price was well within the range I had seen during much online research and they offered me a shockingly fabulous trade-in price for my 1993 Accord. I wanted to finance through my own lender or pay cash and they didn't push their financing on me at all. When I decided to pay cash, it took a couple of days to get the payment arranged and they held the car for me-I was shocked that they didn't use any hard sales technique to force me to make a choice I didn't want. I've been so happy with my car-it looks like brand new, runs perfectly, passed my mechanics inspection (before purchase) with flying colors. I highly recommend Fred and Pacific Honda.

Daniel and Fred were both friendly and were effective in how they conducted business. The main issue came when actually paying for the car, they were busy and we had to wait for a while, at the same time Fred did fill the tank on the rental we had as we were waiting so it makes up for the wait to an extent.

Lenny and Richard treated me like I was a V.I.P when I went to buy a used car. They were very friendly and very funny. I was able to buy a used Hyundai for under the cost that I researched this make and model's going price. They showed me the Carfax on my car and withheld no information pertaining to the car they were selling me. Lenny also referred me to an insurance agent that gave me a lower price insurance than I was paying before. Dottie was also very friendly and informative in the finance department. The lease was up on our 2009 Honda Accord and so it was time to find a new one. I absolutely despise car shopping and dealing with those sharks. However, a friend recommended Mark Morrow at Pacific Honda and after procrastinating as long as I could, I decided to give them a try. Believe me when I say, never has buying a new car been so enjoyable! The folks at Pacific Honda were fabulous to work with, very kind and accommodating. Mark himself was a true professional and we got right down to business without a lot of that whole runaround with "let me go talk to my sales manager" kind of crap. I didn't feel like I was being sold or being taken advantage of in any way. All in all it was a great experience and I would be glad to recommend Pacific Honda and especially Mark Morrow to any of my friends or family. Thanks to them I am the proud New owner of a fully loaded 2012 Honda Accord and we might even decide to add the little CRV to our family and you can bet that we will come back to Mark for that one, too!

I just like to thank Pam Rieger and Bill Kulek for all their help in getting my car fixed. I had a noise in the steering wheel and had been told that I was beyond the warranty so nothing could be done about it. This noise was so bad that it made it hard for me to enjoy my Honda and being a first time buyer of Honda I wasnt sure that was the car for me. Then Pam and Bill went to work and got the car fixed for me so I can enjoy driving my Honda and can recommend Honda when someone ask me what I thought. The service at Pacific Honda has always been the best and I did not buy my Honda from Pacific Honda but the dealership I bought my car from always wanted me to do more then I needed to do as far as recommended service manual states. I was a bit concerned as to the purchase I had made and after a few times of being pressured to do more then was required I contacted Pacific Honda and Bill Engles told me just what I needed and has kept me going with only the required services and not a lot of extras that my car did not need. I would highly recommend Pacific Honda to anyone as they always provide excellent service.

I had a great experience at Pacific Honda and would definitely recommend! Cheng and Albert were both great, they were easy to deal with, communicated in a clear and straightforward manner, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Cheng got me the deal without wasting any time. They even helped me get the car to my apartment the same day we finished the transaction (I drove the new car, Cheng drove my other car, and Albert drove a third car for them to come back in). The whole experience was great, no complaints at all!

Overall, a great experience. Salesman Ricky Lechuga was professional throughout and gave us all the information requested without any over the top "hard-sell" techniques. He clearly listened to our requests and worked to get us a fair deal. My only criticism is that we found it incredibly inefficient and time-consuming to have to go across the street and wait over 30 minutes to begin the financial paperwork. This process could certainly be improved and felt like the type of experience I would expect from 2nd rate dealers. Once our offer was accepted, we waited about an hour and half or more before we were on the road with our new vehicle - this was excessive in my view and dampened our enthusiasm considerably.

I bought a Honda Crosstour here. First off, Wally was super nice and easy to work with. He knew the car very well and was able to explain all its features. The dealership was willing to work with me. I traded in an Audi because I wanted something a little more suited for my needs. I shopped around quite a bit looking for "crossover" vehicles but honda really offered the best deal. They worked with me on my used vehicle and worked with me on my credit as both were not in the greatest of conditions. Over all I really had a pleasant experience at Honda and am amped on my new car. My wife and I detest car salespeople. Even with all the positive reviews here, we were wary when we arrived at Pacific Honda, ready for your typical high-pressure sales situation. We were delighted to find that Paul (sales manager), Wally and Fadi (finances) were informative, personable, professional, and in most cases, took "no" for an answer with minimal pushback. The one item that was pushed hardest was the extended warranty, but when we indicated that we wanted to take a few days to think about it, they quickly agreed and provided paperwork and information we could take with us. Wally was absolutely fantastic, even going so far as to correct Paul's understanding to our benefit. We had called ahead and let the dealership know we had a time constraint, and Paul, Wally and Fadi all did a great job helping make efficient use of our time -- I'd say we spent less than 10min total waiting as we moved through the car buying process, and Fadi had the paperwork well organized when we got to the financing stage. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the experience we had buying our new Honda Fit from Pacific Honda!

Very brief...After couple phone calls to Wally (salesman)I Dropped the trade in on a thursday morning, told Wally (salesman)I couldnt stay I had to be at work, asked him to text me the deals he had for me. A good friend of mine bought a car at the Pacific Honda so when i needed a car he recomend dat i should to go see Ricky Lechuga at Pacific Honda. Ricky was good guy, very friendly with great personality, he sold me a used 2007 Honda S2000. The car had a few scratches and damage in the roof but he take care all the damage, replace da roof and put new set of tires. He even give me rental car while my car was at da shop. Eventhough the car was a little bit overprice i was still satisfied when i got the car bcuz it looks brand new and drive great. Overall, i was very satisfied with my experience at da Pacific Honda. You guys have a great stuff especially RICKY LECHUGA ur assume men!!!!!

We were met on the lot by Pete, who showed us the model we were interested in. He explained the difference in all the models of the CR-V,and we choose the SUV we wanted to purchase. He asked what we were willing to pay, and we negotiated a price we felt comfortable with. All negotiations were very low key and friendly. We decided to take advantage of the great offer of 0.9% financing for 36 months. We met with the finance person to close the deal. All employees we dealt with were very polite and the facility was extremely neat and clean. When we were ready to take possession of our new SUV, all the features and controls were demonstrated to familiarize ourselves with them. We couldn't be happier with the courteous service and the great product at Pacific Honda.

I purchased my car at Pacific Honda in 2003 at a fair price. Since then I've kept up with the services and have consistently found everyone there to be friendly, honest, competent, and quick. I recently had a major service done that came in nearly $150 less than quoted, and some body work was done at no charge.They will shoot you straight every single time, you honestly can't find better service for your Honda anyplace else.I will never take the car for service anywhere else.

I got a brand new car at Pacific Honda 10 days ago and I am so very pleased with my purchase. I love my new Honda Fit 2012! Tarig helped me with my decision. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, but didn't put any kind of pressure on me, which I appreciated very much. He gave me a lot of info, answered all my questions and was there when I needed him but was respectful and didn't force anything. He was very patient and I had all the time I needed to test drive different cars and make my decision. Once I made a choice, he presented different options, helped me to make arrangements that respected my budget, gave me a great deal on the trade in of my old car and helped me get an excellent rate on the financing. He facilitated all the paperwork also. I give him and Pacific Honda 5 stars without any hesitation and would recommend them to my friends.

I went to pacific honda with my girlfriend and was expecting the worst (as in any other dealership) this was until we were greeted by Wally (salesman), he was so low key not pushy completely understood when we told him "WE ARE JUST LOOKING" he just shrugged his shoulders and said "cool", we started to loosen up we finally went on a very informative test drive (this man know his product and likes it)got some numbers and were allowed to leave (unbelievable). Two days later I called Wally and told him I wanted to buy but had only 45 minutes, he said "no problem" and to my utmost surprise I was in and out in 40 minutes.This salesman is amazingly talented and friendly, I will personally recommend him and this dealership to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work Wally

Wally and Paul were both great to work with. It was finally fun buying a car. They made me laugh which is priceless. What a great team. I know Paul will go far in being the new Sales Manager. Although AAA supposedly had a "special rate" with a Honda dealership in Escondido, I decided to check with a closer dealership to see if they could come close to the special rate (Escondido is about a 30 min. drive from my house). Not only could Pacific Honda (in Kearny Mesa) come close, they BEAT the rate I was quoted as the special AAA rate! Wally was our salesperson, and he was super nice and helpful, and also very knowledgeable about the car. The car buying experience was painless, and I am excited about my new car. I was a bit concerned as I saw some reviews that weren't very positive, but I have absolutely no complaints. I hope the service side of the business is as efficient and pleasant as the sales side.

The prospect of buying a new car to me,(a first time buyer) was scary to say the least. Finally in June, I decided to just go in and test drive some cars that peaked my interest online. After-all there is only so much online shopping one can do. I arrived on at Pacific Honda with absolutely no intention of leaving with keys to a 2012 Civic - but I'm glad I did. The sales person Jaime walked me through what I described to him as important to me in a car. Every thing from gas mileage, crash ratings, color and trim were made note of. Within 15 mins, I was in the perfect car. While on the test drive Jaime talked to me about the 0.9% APR offer they had going on-and of which I wasn't aware of. Not knowing my credit score, we ran some info and I qualified :) and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and Jaime. I was in and out of Pacific Honda with my new car in an an hour and a half flat. After buying my Civic I wondered why I waited so long to buy a car - and quickly realized that I definitely picked Pacific Honda for truly all the right reasons!

And I was skeptical of my first dealership experience before I even walked in. But these guys were awesome, from the moment I stepped on the lot, to closing the deal with the Finance Dept (Fahdi was so great to deal with). Joji and Kevin both proved their skill at reading my consumer personality and acting accordingly -- no pressure, very transparent, accommodating all our concerns, informative. In a word, helpful! Bar none, one of the best overall car buying experiences I have ever had. When I walked onto the lot, I was greeted by Scott Steven - who I later ended up purchasing the vehicle from. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the models of Hondas on his lot. I went in to test drive a hybrid and realized it wasn't quite was I was looking for. Scott recommended I check out a CRV. He was extremely patient with me while I hemmed and hawed in regards to which vehicle I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure at all from Scott. He wanted to make sure I got into a vehicle I really liked that fit my lifestyle. Such a cool guy. When I told him I was going to another dealership to test drive more vehicles, he even encouraged it! The respect and courtesy I received while on the lot of Pacific Honda is one of the number one reasons I went back to the dealership. Scott worked deligently in finding the EXACT vehicle I wanted and it was delivered in a very reasonable time. While I was waiting for it to be delivered, I was greeted by the owner Bo. Such a nice (and very funny) man! The finance process was fantastic. Once in finance, Paul Tavares took great care of me. I know it's a business, but Scott and Paul made me feel like they truly had my best interest at heart. Honda has an amazing reputation and it was such a pleasure being able to have a high quality experience when dealing with people who represent Honda. Thank you Pacific Honda!

We bought a new Honda Pilot from Pacific Honda in San Diego and had a great experience. Our salesman, Richard Inzunza, was professional, helpful, and listened to our needs. He spent a lot of time test driving cars with me (and my three children), negotiated a great price, and then hunted down the Pilot when they were out on their lot. He even came in on his day off to close the deal. His support staff, Lenny, Lionel, and Dotty were also professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. I was looking on the internet for a Honda Accord (used) with low miles, so I called Pacific Honda and Albert answered my call and answered some questions I had, he even called me back before I drove down to San Diego, so I wouldn't have a wasted trip. Albert was very pleasant to work with to find the right car for me. Albert took us all over the dealership and let me choose the Honda Accord I wanted to test drive. Albert was so patient and very nice to us. I actually picked out the car I wanted and Albert made the deal a smooth one. Usually buying a car is such a big hassel and your there for hours upon hours just doing paperwork. I leased my first ever Honda, an Accord SE on 4/21/11 from Pacific Honda. When this car was totaled on 6/2/11, Pacific Honda went out of their way to comfort and act as a resource for me. They assured me that they would take care of me when the time came to get another car. Once the insurance company finalized the numbers, Pacific Honda was able to locate an extremely inventory limited model/color so that I was able to replace my original purchase with the exact same model/color, at the same price. Because of their help, I was able to get my new car before the checks from the insurance company had even been received. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!Not only are the people in this dealership friendly and courteous, but they LISTEN, a skill which most car salespeople do not have.Thank you Wally, Lionel, Franklin and Steve!! This was my first car purchase and I couldn't have found a better price. I've always wanted a Civic and I had my heart set on getting one. I didn't think for what I was willing to pay they could put me in one, BUT they did! There was even some minor detailing I requested on the interior to be done and they let me take the car that day and bring it back in the next week to have what I asked for taken care of! I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Jim and Ricky were FANTASTIC and we will definitely go there for all of our future car purchases.

This is for the service department. If I could give them zero stars I would. I was stranded when I turned off my 2009 Honda Civic (23k miles) and it wouldn't turn back on again. I had to get a tow truck. The tow truck driver tested the battery and said there seemed to be something wrong with the alternator or battery. I took it into the Pacific Honda service department and tested the battery and said it was good and just blew me off. I took my car in two days later to get the oil changed (elsewhere not the Honda service department). They checked the battery and said it tested bad. I called the service department (my car is under warranty for another year and a few months) to make an appointment to check it again. When I got there, they claimed they had no record of the appointment and "sometimes the girls up front don't keep good track of the appointments". What? Isn't that their job? The service writer named Jennifer was extremely rude. She told me it would take 5 hours. I asked if they could give a ride back home and they said they don't offer that service. On the website, it says that you request a shuttle service or rental car. I just left because I didn't want to sit and wait for 5 hours. My opinion of Honda has really been tarnished. I am going to take it to a different dealership for service. Perhaps, I will have a better experience. I doubt it can be worse.

Our overall experience was fantastic. Nancy Dunn was our dealer. She was so helpful and not pushy at the same time. Eventually, she was able to give us the car at the price we initially asked for. I had an appointment to get my old vehicle looked over for a trade in. I knew what I wanted (a Fit sport) and Ted didn't try to convince me to pick up a more expensive car, he respected my decision. He showed me what was available and we went out on a few test drives. We went over the numbers, did the whole back and forth price negotiating, and eventually came to a number I was content with. After that I went to the financing department and signed my papers. When everything was finished I had a new car, cleaned up, with a full tank of gas. We all know buying a new car can be a hassle, but Ted and Dottie (she's works in the Financing department) made the best experience I've had so far.

we just went to look at new hondas and were met by a salesman (Wally) and WOW we were impressed right from the start with his courteous low pressure approach and knowledge of hondas. I decided to try and get a newer car and trade in my old one. As we went not to sure we would be able too Dennis talk to us showed us some nice cars , then as we talk to him about our budget and ideas he explain everything in a way it all made sense with no bs like other dealers would. Even though I only had the intention of test driving cars and not purchasing, he still took the time to drive out to pick me up from my home and take me to the dealership (I don't own a car, hence the special treatment. I went to three Honda dealerships in San Diego County to shop. My experience with Ted Cosby the Sales representative compared to other dealerships was amazing. Not only did he reveal all my options, Ted and Fadi( Sales Manager) advised me of the buyout at the end of my lease.Other dealerships strictly came up with numbers with no explenation. In my thirty five years of buying and leasing vehicles my experience with Ted and Nadi has been the the best. Our salesman, J.T. McDonald was fabulous. He listened to what was important to us in a vehicle. He did not play the game "what will it take for you to take this car home today." My wife and I visited Pacific Honda because we had purchased Hondas from them before. I was in the market for a sports car, looking at the Mazda MX5 but had concerns. I knew about the S2000 but did not believe I could actually get into nor be able to drive the car being a bit mobility limited. We met Dennis on the lot and let him know we would like to view Honda Accords. As part of his consulting he asked if I was looking at other cars. I mentioned the Miata and causually mentioned I would really like a S2000 but had concerns.Dennis picked up on the mention of the S2000 and said one just came in yesterday would I like to take a look while looking at a 2009 Accord. Knowing I could not drive the car I said sure. After test driving the Accord Dennis convinced me I should at least take a test drive. Everyone was professional and willing to negotiate the trade-in value of our old car, the price of the new car and options, etc. Wally, the salesman we worked with, made the process fun- good personality and knowledgeable. It was obvious why he was the salesman of the month. Lionel and Adam in finance were very polite and fair on the negotiations. Not at all sleazy like other dealerships - no games. They were respectful of our time and our needs and did not rush us through any part of the process. They wanted us to look at and test drive as many cars as we wanted in order to be sure of our decision. I passed 3 other Honda dealerships on my way to this dealership because a friend recommended them highly (and her family has purchased at 20 cars from them over the years). After my experience, I would gladly make the drive again and be loyal to this dealership because my experience was so positive. I got the sense that their goal was to be fair so as to get repeat business -- and they will get mine. Instead of just handing over the keys, Wally came out to the new car, showed us every feature and how to use it and made sure everything was comfortable. It didn't seem to bother him that the dealership had closed 1/2 hour earlier. He was genuinely interested in making sure we were happy. Wally and Adam (finance dep't) both followed up with us 48 hours later to make sure we were happy with the experience and the car and to see if we had any questions. I would absolutely recommend this dealership without hesitation.

Nancy was fabulous! I knew what I wanted and she didn't try to sell me anything else. Absolutely terrific. I did feel a little pressured by Finance to purchase the options (paint protection and alarm) and I did not feel that I could change my mind and decline. When he explained the payment for the options, I thought that it was a ONE-TIME payment, not that it would impact my monthly payments. This was not clear to me at all. After I agreed to the options and reviewed my monthly payments, I questioned the amount. He then explained that the options were a MONTHLY addition. Had I known this, I would not have received the Paint Protection option. Altho he apologized, I explained that I didn't really want the Paint Protection, but he tried to just sell it to me and did not offer to re-do or modify the lease. This was disappointing. I went in not wanting to pay more than $200/month and now I am paying $40 over. Lesson learned.

Before committing to a purchase, they were very flexible in allowing me to see if my motorcycle fitted inside the Odyssey mini-van, which was a primary motivation for the vehicle choice. They provided no particular pressure to buy one option over another, but provided good advice on each model. The price on the trade in value of my leased car was excellent and they accepted the leased car despite it having 12 months still to run and some significant miles on the odometer. My ultimate choice of vehicle was not available, but they had it available for me to pick up within one day of committing to purchase. Throughout it was an excellent and effortless purchasing experience, and there are too many good reasons to recommend Pacific Honda to remember them all. At the end of the day it comes down to the people that I interacted with the most and Wally, Lionel and Steve were a delight to deal with.

The process was very smooth...from shopping for a car in the lot to making a deal that I was comfortable with to walking me through the leasing terms. I pretty set that Pacific Honda is the only dealership I would purchase or lease from in the future...and Wally is definitely the best!

I visited 2 dealerships one of which is only 3 blocks from my house and was horrified at the way I was treated by both the sales people and management. But at this dealership (Pacific Honda) things were quiet different. I felt at ease right from the start because I was not pounced on by a salesman, I was given sometime to browse around and then was casually approached by a salesman who made a great first impression with a firm handshake and instead of high pressure tactics he proceeded to ask me questions and introduced me to a car that was totally different from the one I had in mind. Everything from then on was great. I normally dont rate companys that high but the reason I did this is because i really liked the experience here, everything from the greeting to me signing th paperwork where everything was explained to me thoroughly. I would definitely do business here again and would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!... We will definitely be buying all cars from this dealership in the future. Very professional staff who we found very easy to work with and made this transaction stress free. They do not apply pressure like other dealerships do-they inform you of all your options and give you the time and freedom to make a decision. Excellent pricing and financing offers as well!

I read negative reviews prior to visiting Pacific, but decided to go with an open mind. My experience was outstanding. They honored the price they had sent me via e-mail, had the vehicle I was there for, provided information necessary, etc. The application process was painless and the paperwork/upselling at the end was even quick. Rich Kise is an outstanding salesperson who is not afraid to be truthful with you - additionally, he knew the vehicle I was buying - Natural Gas Civic GX. Samantha Hill was also a joy to work with. They were very busy the Saturday I was there and they didn't let that get in the way of making me feel at home. I'd recommend them.

Jason was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We actually visited the Honda Dealership twice- the first time to browse around and then a second time. We interacted with Jason both times. We had our 2 year old son with us who was getting restless during both visits. Jason maintained his professionalism and patience. He listened to our concerns about the kind of vehicle we needed. Jason was very knowledgeable about the various features on the Honda-CRV. Overall we had a great experience. I just wish cars in general were cheaper. We like our Honda CRV.

JT is a very nice person a a good seller. We were talking about price for about four days and finally we got a very good deal.Then he helped me to get an insurance companie. He is gentle and pacient. When I got my car he followed me to my house with his car, I parked my car and took me back to get the car I was driving beforme I got the new one. This was really nice of him. My salesperson Bo was very helpful. He went out of his way to get us a vehicle that was tough to find. It was basically a Honda Pilot that in a rare color. The price was great and lower that the other dealers we shopped. Financing was very easy. He did a great job and we will tell others to shop at Pacific Honda.

The friendliness and knowledge was great, price I feel I could have done a tiny bit better. I still got a good deal. Rich is the salesman to go to. This is my second vehicle I have bought from him. 2008 civic and now 2010 CR-V. He is down to earth. Best dealership and service center out there. Besides they have express service 7days a week. The folks I delat with at Pacific Honda all made me feel good before, during, and after my new Honda CRV purchase. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy during my initial visit. My sales person, Tarig Elamin, answered all my questions about the vdhicle and dealership. When I came back to complete my purchase Tarig showed me several cars that I would be interested in. When it came to buying I was shown the invoice, Edmunc's TMV, and MSRP prices. I got a reasonable price for my trade in. The finance manager was open about the warranty, security, and int/ext protection plans. I did purchase a Honda warranty and LoJack through the dealership. All in all I got the car I wanted for less than the MSRP.

The only reason to go to this dealer is, they may have the particular car you want in stock. That is why I dealt with them.If you go to the dealership, take pencil and paper with you. Do not trust any of the numbers they tell you because they switch the numbers around until you are confused.The initial sales person you meet will be friendly, but once he has you interested, another person comes along to take away whatever the first one offered. That is the game they play with you.They cheated me out of a fair price on my trade-in by telling me they could only sell it wholesale, when if fact they were planning to sell it retail. So I lost about $2,000 on the trade-in. I would have been willing to split it with them, but they wanted it all for themselves.I tried to purchase optional wheels, but they did everything possible to make it difficult for me. They told me they could not get a reasonable upgrade and offered me other wheels at an inflated price.Judging by my experience, the customer service is low. The quality of work is equally bad. They are moderately friendly. The overall experience was such that I will not return to the dealership. Pricing is cut-throat.If you want my advice, test drive the car with them, but go to another dealer to close the deal.
