My husband and I got off our flight at airport to a dead car. We were able to get it jump started but it wasn’t working right and had many dash lights going off. We managed to get it to Pacifico Mazda and they were able to get it in right away and were very reasonably priced. Staff very nice and helpful.

The staff is courteous and professional. You are treated with dignity and respect. The waiting rooms are quiet and the bathrooms are clean. You are kept informed about your vehicle and the cost of repairs. You are never pressured to consider repairs you are not prepared to undertake. The scheduling of appointments are painless. You receive your vehicle back in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the service I receive!

Car shopping can be such a stressful and daunting task - I know from experience! We visited several different dealerships recently and always left with our heads spinning, wondering about the mystery fees, and how slick many of the game playing salespeople came across. We then visited Pacifico Hyundai/Mazda. When we pulled in the parking lot, we prepared ourselves to be approached by another fast-talking, head spinning encounter.....WOW, were we surprised!! We were greeted with sincerely friendly smiles, were offered refreshments, and introduced to an OUTSTANDING salesperson, Juan. He made us feel comfortable with NO fast-talking sales pitch, answered all our questions patiently and clearly, and most importantly, was HONEST, professional, and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson or “car buying” experience. Juan went over and above to make us 100% happy with our new vehicle and the customer service we received. He was with us for the whole process and NEVER made us feel like we were just another sale. From dealing with Juan and the other Pacifico employees that we came into contact with, I can honestly say that the next time we are in the market for another car, we’re going straight to Pacifico!!! Yes, I gave Juan and Pacifico 5 stars .... if I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! You can bet we will ABSOLUTELY be recommending them to our family and friends!!!

From the moment I walked and until I left everyone was super friendly and helpful. The first time I saw the CX-3, I was head over heels! The body style...the interior...everything is perfect! What made the experience of getting my CX-3 was having Lamont as my salesman! He has the patience of a saint (especially dealing with a crazy person - me!). Lamont knew the answer to all of my questions and he took the time to get me acquainted with the CX-3. Cynthia was great and set my appointment for me. I knew what I wanted and what my budget was, and luckily, they had a great fit for me that Jason suggested. Greg -who was very charming and accommodating- showed me the car and its features. Brian worked up numbers for me including an extended warranty that were well within my budget, but I still had to think about it. The next day, I had made my decision and made plans to meet Greg to finish the deal. He was super helpful in letting me know what information I could provide in advance to expedite the process once I arrived. Greg was ready for me when I arrived at the time we scheduled. The finance manager, Ed, had things squared away and ready for me to sign. I would highly recommend Greg as a salesperson and the rest of the team involved. I love my new (to me) 2013 Mazda3i GT!

My experience with Pacifico Mazda was certainly an unpleasant experience and I left highly disappointed and quite sadden by the fact that Jodi Delia and her manager Brian Green were unwilling to work with me in purchasing the CX-5 Touring.First and foremost I had originally requested my sales person to be Lamont Dean as I read his reviews and was also comfortable with the fact he had 20 years experience. I was in contact with his Internet Sales assistant Cynthia Crum in which her and Lamont sent me several back and forth emails confirming my needs in a car as well as confirming my appointment with LAMONT DEAN. I had even called the day of to confirm my appointment and Jay which I believe is the manager said it was ok.When I arrived to the dealership with my boyfriend and his mother who I may add were potential car buyers as well; I was greeted by sales associate Jodi Delia. I stated that I had an appointment with Lamont Dean, and I was told that Lamont took a personal day off and she would be able to assist me. I was a bit peeved, however, when seated at her desk I asked her why no one told me that I was NOT meeting with Lamont. Jodi smiled and did not answer my question and stated she is here now and she can help me just as well. After traveling from Northern New Jersey I figured I might as well work with her.The profiling and test driving experience was fine. It confirmed why I wanted to purchase the 2016.5 CX-5 touring. Jodi was engaging and accommodating in that sense. However, once we got to discussing the price there really was no engagement. I was shown the numbers and my boyfriend and I did not agree with the sale price number given and asked Jodi to work with us and meet us in the middle disclosing a counter price. After all the #1 reason why people dread going to the car dealership is because of the negotiation process. Which there was none!Jodi's manager Brian Green came to speak with us where I was under the impression he would be more flexible with the stated price, however, he was not. Instead he stated that the price given was the lowest price he would go and showed us different websites etc. In which I was uninterested. However, since he was into showing me websites I showed him a website of a competitor dealer site that had the price of the same car much less expensive than what he was offering. I asked the manager again if this was the lowest price he was willing to go and he agreed it was.I was hoping that day to walk out the dealership completely content with my purchase price and driving off the lot with my new car. Instead 3 potential car buyers exited the building extremely unhappy.

Was introduced to Jodi upon entering the dealership and worked with her throughout the entire purchasing process. She gave useful advice and even discouraged going with a higher priced vehicle that didn't fit our needs, which was a big plus to see. Cynthia helped me work on getting online pricing for different options and Brian helped get my old Mazda turned in for a decent price. Bonus: after I purchased the new vehicle (CX-5) and drove home, I realized my sunglasses were still in my old car's visor. Jodi went over to another building, found my car, picked them out and held them until I was able to get them the following week. Things like that go a long way and I would recommend Jodi and the dealership to any who wanted to purchase.

Reggie Jefferson was incredibly kind and easy to work with during the negotiation process and successfully obtained the deal I was looking for. The customer service was excellent! He even ordered me a owner's manual for the vehicle when we discovered it was missing. I also had a lease I was turning in a few months early from a different dealer. Pacifico covered my remaining payments with no issues and took care of turning in the lease for me. I love my new Jeep and couldn't be happier!

Just brought a Mazda 3 from them. Cynthia gave me a price by email & they stuck to the quote. Reginald was very helpful too. Did not try & push me to buy additional features such as gps, extended warranty. Very friendly people & try to make car buying experience as painless as possible. I was in a hurry to buy a car & they understood it. I am not giving it 5 stars because my new car was not properly cleaned (just minor dirt) & the whole process took me 4 hours to drive out with the car.Overall I would still recommend them !

This is my second car from Pacifico, first with Lamont. Lamont was easy to talk to and deal with. He was straightforward about their inventory and pricing from the get go. I would definitely see him again for my next Mazda. My only complaint was how long the paperwork took to finish. But having worked in a dealership, shame on me for thinking I could get in and out quickly on a Saturday :). On the plus side, they have complimentary soft pretzels in the waiting room if your tummy starts grumbling while waiting

John made certain that I was in love with my Mazda 3 so many tests drives were had.l!! Jack Kettell helped me with the financing process. He was exceptional. He took the time to explain every detail and he was really easy to follow and very friendly. This was my first car purchase and I totally trusted him with all the financial information. No one pushed me to make a sale, they actually gave me some time to think about it and decide if I wanted the car. Jason Oquendo was also great. He offered me to drive the car for a couple of days to decide if I really wanted it. That meant a lot to me because I was able to see how the car would perform on my day to day. They also got me a great deal on my interest rate for the car loan. I will definitely buy my futures cars from them. I would 100% recommend Pacifico to anyone looking for a fair treatment in the sales process as well as in the financing process.

John DeCarlo was an exceptional sales representative and treated my wife and me with respect. He answered our questions thoroughly, was engaging and a pleasure to deal with. He allowed us to keep the car overnight so that we could make sure it was suitable for our needs. I am from out of state here visiting a friend. I had my sisters car and it was acting up my friend referred me to pacifico, I called and after being thrown all over I got lisa's voice mail after 10 minutes she called me back. She was very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. She scheduled me asap when I came in I was greeted by a friendly bubbly face and it was Lisa. She assured me that my sisters vehicle is in the best hands and they will get down to the issue. This was the first time I was at this dealership, and let me tell you Lisa is wonderful. She took the time to go over somethings with me , I was there for at least two hours but she made sure she came out to me to let me know that my vehicle was still in shop and that Cliff will be out to talk to me. From the moment I first walked in the door, Jodi Delia warmly greeted me and then worked hard and helped me buy a beautiful new Mazda 3. I must admit, I can be a challenging customer, but Jodi was extremely patient, professional and very proficient in her job. Today marks the day of my family's second car purchase from Pacifico Mazda. While that may not sound like a big deal, let me add that we have NEVER returned to a dealership as a repeat customer before coming across Pacifico. Why you mask: it's simple. At no point, did we ever feel pressured or hustled (unlike every other time at every other dealer we've been at to date), and right upfront the sales price the quoted for our new car was exactly what all my research said would be a fair price to pay my Mazda 3 (ok, more like it was a fair price BEFORE the Mazda loyalty rebate made it even better). John DeCarlo even talked me out of a more expensive trim because I obviously didn't need the bells and whistles. Only a class act does that. Lamont Dean even came over to personally introduce himself to me because I couldn't be there when my wife bought her car from him last year. And Brian Green just made everything go by as smooth as possible (funny guy too).Seriously, if your ever in the market for a car sold by the Pacifico dealerships, do yourself a favor and go visit: you won't regret it.

From the start, he discussed several make and model options with me, pointing out key features and key differences. My new Mazda 3 6-speed = GREAT! Mike was very easy to deal with, not too pushy and didn't try to B.S. me. He brought in the specific car I was looking for & I got a fair deal on both the new car & my Hyundai trade-in. So Mike gets 5 STARS. Jason Oquendo was also very nice and explained extended warranty options clearly. 5 STARS for him, also.However.....The face of the organization is the voice answering the phone and they leave much to be desired. It was obvious that one of these girls does not care about the person on the other end of the line. I was dumped into voicemails multiple times until I almost got rude. The people answering phones need to know Who is not working that day & tell the caller, Just because they are in a different building is not an excuse to not know who is on the roster on a given day.

It was a depressing notice which made me think there was a Mazda recall.It indicated it was very important I come in for service (and this was four days after I hadfour-month service by your service department. I found my car online and was very happy with the ease of navigating the website. Once I found the car, I was able to settle on a price in just a few minutes. I arrived by train from out of town and they had a car waiting for me at the terminal. At the dealership many of the employees stopped by to introduce themselves and thank me for my business, including Cynthia Crum the Internet Manager that I initially contacted. While I was waiting on paperwork the salesperson behind me made a sale and the emeployees congratulated the new owner. Everyone there was very professional even when no one watching. Even though I was buying from out of state, all the license fees, state taxes and other paperwork were all taken care of, which meant no trips for me to the DMV! I had a great walk through by Lamont Dean who also had a video presentation on his computer about my car. By the way, I also got a full tank of gas!

Had a headlight out and was concerned that I already replaced it about a year ago at a tire store and wanted a dealerto do it to see why. Could not make it up to the dealer I regularly use so I called Pacifico and they fit me in. Was pleasantly created and the service was outstanding. They even found out why my bulb went. The previous shop broke the clip. Now I need to get this taken care of with them. I cannot express the gratitude I have and will definitely return for routine maintenance on my cx7.

Nobody likes taking their car in for service, but Pacifico made it easy. I dropped off on Saturday for my Monday appointment. By 10;30 Monday morning my car's problem had been diagnosed and the service manager gave me a price to repair it. By 4pm the repair was completed at the price quoted. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, and they got me in and out in under five minutes for both drop off and pickup. What more could you ask?

I have been so impressed with Steve's professionalism and great attitude. Since we don't have a car, Steve has to pick us up. On the first day, we cannot come to terms with pricing. However, Steve still wanted to drive us back. He did not show any frustration, instead, he continued to be humorous and pleasant. I could have gone to another dealership (our original plan was to check out Honda, and Subaru as well), however, we just felt that we must buy a car from Steve. I feel I am cared for because of Cliff's attitude. He recognized me the second time I came in. This is two years already. Only one thing upsets me. Every time I drive my Mazda I am faced with the ennoying direction switch that doesn't cancel every time. Most time I have to do it manually. Mazda never answers my messages. I probably will never buy another Mazda because of this annoyance. This from someone who owned a GLC, a 323, a MX3 and a truck. All cancelled the direction switch on their own. Yuck!

I went home first to think on as I always do, it didn't much thought, one night and we were back the next day and saw Carl again, he placed my husband and I with Gina Puggi, finance mgr. we signed papers for our Mazda. Gina Pugi made it pleasurable and made us feel confident in our meeting. It was a toss up between the Mazda and a Ford focus, We chose the Mazda, love the size especially for parking in the city. mileage per gallon and the one year warranty bumper to bumper. thanks Ford Mazda for making this experience so great and you are worthy of 5 stars to me.. the price and financing was perfect in every way for my needs. I am still so surprised and happy with my car and the friendly and professional experience with my needs always first with Ford dealer at this site.

Wow what a great experience buying a new car from Jodi was for me and my wife. Jodi knows cars and didn't miss any details and listened to what we wanted in a new car. My salesman was Mac. He was extremely understanding the whole time, and made it as easy as possible to lease my new Mazda. I test drove it and made it feel like mine before we even talked about signing anything. Mac made sure I wasn't pressured or badgered to buy from him/Pacifico, and I know I'd come back to him for my next car.The only thing that tarnished the experience was the finance manager, whose name escapes me. I made sure they knew I had to leave by 4pm that day after getting there at 2:00, and he didn't have me looking at paperwork by 4:15. Mac kept checking to see what was going on, because he knew how much I was affected.

Will have the machanics find the proble, no matter how long it takes. She will than let me know what the problem is and before it is fixed. Will quote me the exact cost. Due to numerous issues with my previous car (purchased from another dealership) I was forced to buy a new car and needed to get it fast. Went to Pacifico to browse Mazda's, felt no pressure when browsing their large inventory of cars and pressure free test drove 4 different models. They worked with me to make sure every aspect I wanted my new car to have was met. (Even when the specific color I wanted was not available they had it down within a day, I never felt as if I had to settle or buy something I didn't want) . When it came to discuss pricing and financing options I never felt confused or mislead, everything was extremely straighforward. Pricing for the Mazda 6 Loaded grand touring was actually much less than I initially thought it would be. To summarize my experience it was easy, comfortable and unpressurized, I dealt with Mac and Roy who,were great to work with! I had a really terrible experience with the last car I purchased.. I decided I did not want another used car with what was left on the warranty. I decided I wanted a Hyundai, after searching the internet for dealership ratings I decided to go to Pacifico. I arrived at Pacifico Mazda on a freezing cold Saturday, before getting out of my car someone was holding the door open to the dealership. He introduced himself as Lamont and I was on the road to a great car buying experience. Lamont showed me and my husband a ton of cars, went over features and made recommendations. I decided on a vehicle, got my financing and have an awesome new car. Lamont has called me a few times to be sure the bluelink is working and that I'm enjoying the car. I am still waiting for floor mats but Lamont has called me a few times to tell me he is still waiting for the order and it is still top of mind for him. My experience was easy, and pleasant. Lamont has been amazing and I will definitely see him again when I want to purchase mt next car.

I recently looked into buying a car here and within 10 minutes of being inside I got flat-out hit on by an employee. I called 2 hours ahead of time to say I was interested in checking out a particular car there and when I came in, they made me wait 25 minutes before telling me that it was parked behind some fence they couldn't open for me. When I asked to look at a different car, the manager said it was "just outside" but the sales guy gave me a creepy smile and then made me wander through the lot in the freezing cold and couldn't find it. He finally located it but the dude was clearly not as sharp as he used to be. When I asked to see the car's maintenance records and CPO checklist, they made me wait around for a long time but couldn't find that either. They kept me there for 2 hours, looking around for cars, missing documents, and then trying to get me to talk about financing before I had even seen the car I wanted. It was so bad it was hilarious. When I came back the next day, I finally got to see the car I was interested in. During the test drive, the salesman encouraged me to speed through the roads surrounding the dealership. When I made a comment that the cops must being really lax, he joked about them getting kickbacks for staying out of their way (?). He then mocked me for being concerned about the rust on the underside of the other car I looked at the previous day. The car I wanted was hard to find, they had it, and so despite having a gross experience, I entered into negotiation with them. They really, really tried to pressure me into financing before even talking about the OOTD price. I left and will never, EVER, come back.

Working with Cynthia Crum and Mike Conahan was amazing....My mother and I spoke with Cynthia Crum before coming in and she was able to get us a great price on my 2015 Mazda6 i Sport that no other dealership could match. She went all out to make sure we got the best deal possible. My sales person was Mike Conahan and he was just as helpful and extremely friendly, honest, and personable. As soon as my mom and I walked onto the lot, Mike was there to help us every step of the way. I wasn't sure on what color to get and he was patient and helped me decide, showing me both colors and giving his honest opinion and advice. I ended up taking his advice and I am very happy I did because he was right about everything! He showed me all the features and answered all the questions I had and he never made me feel pressured at any point. He was very easy to work with and gave us tips on where to go for different accessories and options that I wanted added on to the car. He had inside knowledge you wouldn't find anywhere else and I was very impressed with how nice and honest he was. Everything about this experience was great and the interaction with the other people at Pacifico was just as pleasant. I would definitely buy another car from Pacifico Mazda because of the wonderful experience I had working with Mike Conahan and Cynthia Crum!

We shopped around at many dealerships and by far our experience with Pacifico Mazda and with Lamont specifically was the best. He did not make us feel pressured into anything in anyway, offered us a competitive deal at below fair market price with no hidden fees and a great warranty, and was available for any questions. We found the car that we wanted and were very happy with the price. Other dealers that were very pushy and not forthcoming, but working with Lamont was easy and he was very helpful. Ted made me and my son feel like we were family. I appreciated the level of customer service that he showed us and he has his way of telling you the truth. HONESTLY HE DOES NOT FIT THE TYPICAL CATEGORY OF A CAR SALESMAN DUE TO THE BLATENT HONESTY AND SINCERENESS THAT HE WILL EXPRESS IN HELPING YOU FIND A NEW VEHICLE. My son came in there for something that I couldn't talk him out of because I didn't want him to take on a bill that may not be feasible. Ted showed us a few alternatives and then recommended a vehicle to him, and what do you know, my son drove off in something a lot more economical but most imoportantly to me is that he didn't try to get over on us and to me that means a lot. He is a very bright young man and I believe if he stay's in the car business he will be very successful do to his personality. Thank you again Ted.

I went to Lamont with the intention to lease a Mazda CX5. Lamont was very helpful and in showing me the merits of this car. A few days later my decision was to purchase the car not lease. I secured the financing from my credit at a good rate. I called Lamont and made an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership he had everything . After he checked my interest rate he told me he might be able to better that figure. He was true to his word. I took possession of the car and at a better rate. I had to return to the dealer he took time to set up my Bluetooth and Sirius radio. Lamont made this an enjoyable experience.

Pacifico Mazda should run classes to show other dealerships how to sell cars. We had a great experience buying our new Mazda from Angelo Delvecchio, and Reginald Jefferson was very helpful when we came to finalize our car purchase. We didn't feel pressured at all, they were open and honest, and made the entire experience was very relaxing - and quick. We had been to many different dealerships from different car companies, and either felt pressured to make a decision, found the "personal relationships" some dealers push very off-putting, or they would not stop contacting us even after we clearly communicated we were no longer interested in their business. I would highly recommend to anyone to stop by Pacifico, and look forward to using their service department and working with them in the future.

Price might not be the best but service definitely a FIVE STARS rating...Before this dealership, I went others(probably about 5 around PA and NJ, including the used and new cars), felt being pushing and forcing to make decision by other dealerships, didn't have good experiences at all till I found this one from web. I walked in by myself that day, first attempt to get a brand new car, and ended up I got my 2014 Mazda 2 with a pretty good deal( again, may not be the best deal but the service worth the mark-up)...staffs were very nice and friendly there, especially Mr. Mac Hirsch. He explained the difference between models and trims, and wasn't impaitent at all( Since I am a new driver and never owned a car before, I knew nothing about cars. I had tons of questions when I was there trying to buy one lol)... I believe I picked the right car because of him. He made me feel comfortable for being there as a customer, and also being treated like a friend. Strongly recommend Mr. Mac Hirsch, if you want to get the right car. Other staffs like Mr. Jason Oquendo was very friendly and helpful too.

This was my first new purchase car in 12 years. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My sales associate was very good with working with me while I was shopping around for the best deal. As I expected, it took a while to get to the price I wanted. I had to mention True Car price quote to really make a difference in the negotiation. I get it .... They want to make money and I want to save money. In the end we worked out a deal that we both found acceptable. I give Jodi my sales associate a 5 star rating. She was helpful and not overly aggressive. She even came back to work late to close the deal because of my limited availability.I haven't had to work with Pacifico for service yet so I can't rate that (gave a generic good rating). But we got off to a good start. I am loving my new Mazda 6.

Lamont made the experience very easy and comfortable. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the inventory and told me which cars I would qualify for with the info I gave him even without having to run a credit check first. I came close to closing time but he didn't rush or try to get me out quickly. He took his time and gave excellent customer service. Leslie made what could have been a long painful experience a real pleasure. He meet us in the parking lot and went out of his way to help us narrow down our choices.To the point of helping us do head to head comparisons of the vehicles we were considering. Having been to several dealerships before Pacifico I can say beyond a doubt he is very knowledgeable about his product. In the last 2 weeks I have met some sales men who had to consult the brochure in order to answer questions and some who just didn't answer the question. If Leslie didn't know an answer then he admitted that but that did not happen very often,unlike other dealership we were at. When he found out the car was primarily for my wife he spoke to her as the intelligent person she is, not talking to her as a "dumb women" as one salesman did elsewhere. While everyone at Pacifico was very good I highly recommend asking for Leslie if your are shopping for a new Mazda.

John was on his way out the door after his shift had ended as I was walking in. With a smile, he volunteered to stay later to help me out. It's worse than trying on bathing suits:) However, it was time to put Old Betsy, my 1994 Toyota Corolla, down to rest and bite the bullet. And the fact that I was looking at as many cars as shoes in my closet just made this task even more dreadful. Thank God for Jodi, my salesperson! After going to a number of other dealerships, my stress level was through the roof, but Jodi brought it home. She made my experience from beginning to end so easy and so pleasant, I thought, 'this is too good to be true.' Jodi shoots from the hip, doesn't sugar coat anything, and tells it like is, and all that adds up to one caring and honest salesperson; one you can trust. I walked away with a used 2009 Ford Focus, and I love it. The vehicle, price, and the salesperson could not have been better. The only regret I have is not stopping at Pacifico Mazda first, because then I would have avoided all the crap and stress I got from previous dealerships and salespeople. After getting an online quote for a new Mazda 3i Touring hatchback, I headed over to Pacifico, where I met up with Mac. From the outset, Mac was friendly and obviously on top of things with respect to his knowledge of the car, but he gave me plenty of time to come to my own conclusions and decision. I got a great deal for my trade in, and an excellent price on the car. I was given a number of financing options, and everything was explained clearly in terms of available interest rates, terms and the various downpayment levels I was considering. I Was looking for 2013 accord, found the one I liked in PA.(1 1/2 hours away).They supplied a free Car Fax report.Called and spoke with Craig from Pacifico Mazda. He was more than helpful in finding out any concerns that I had about the vehicle. He went and looked over the car for any blemishes. He helped in arranging for financing before I made the trip. I Sent him pictures of my trade-in and he gave me a quote for my car. I went to PA to see the Accord Craig wasn't in yet so Jason a different salesman helped me we took it for a test ride and he showed me how the controls and the new features worked Jason was friendly and knowledgeable of the car as well as Craig. I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i in for service on May 5th, 2014. I needed the evap filter assembly replaced and the service team discovered an additional issue with my right rear tire and tire wheel well assembly. Cliff in the service dept was excellent in giving customer service and honest evaluation. I then joined up with Glenn Kemmery, Service Director and Cliff to fully evaluate my problem and get the issue fixed.I dropped the car off on Tuesday May 6th and was given a service shuttle ride home by Frank. At that time, Glenn explained to me that they would evaluate the problem completely and get the job done. I had purchased my vehicle from a Nissan dealership because they happened to have the correct year and style I was looking for.Glenn kept me informed with updates via phone calls and by Friday, May 9th the service work was completed. I was so pleased by the professionalism, work detail, price of the repair and customer service by Glenn and his team that I will bring my Mazda in for service moving forward. This car was purchased for my son to drive to college in Virginia and I am now relieved to know that that the car is safe and reliable for him to drive. We came into Pacifico Hyundai for the sole purpose of having 3 recalls repaired. It was a rainy dismal day and we came in with books and an IPad to help us make it through a long boring wait. During the wait we were approached by a lovely woman named Kelly. She asked that if anyone who had an older model would be interested in looking at a brand new vehicle. To my surprise my husband jumped up to say sure. From this point we became introduced to Jodi Delia in sales. She took us under her wing and was so amazing. Jodi doesn't sell cars as a typical car sales person. Her knowledge is impressive, her enthusiasm is infectious and she truly looked out for our best interests. Working in a male dominated profession, Jodi rises to the top and kicks the pants off any male car sales person that I've ever met. I recently purchased a New 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback and I can't begin to tell you how happy I was from the beginning of purchase to the our continuing service from the dealership. Jodi our sales representative made everything so stress free and she was really great in the beginning helping me find something that would fit my needs. She was really wonderful! Sometimes it's really hard to find someone that can make you feel at home and she did just that making the decision easy for me. I love my new Mazda!! It was great for the winter driving. My lease is up on my current car in about 6 months, and we were thinking about replacing it with a Mazda 6. We stopped by Pacifico on a random Saturday afternoon to check out some different models and maybe talk about getting out of the current lease early.We ended up staying there for hours while Craig helped us test drive a couple of different models, work out financing, etc. He called Nissan to find out how much was needed to get out of the current lease, worked with the finance department to get us a good monthly payment and basically did everything he could to get us into a Mazda. We're very pleased with the car and with Craig's hard work.

Jodi provided an excellent no-pressure experience that resulted in me acquiring a CX-5 that perfectly met my needs. I recently returned for my first oil change (free!) and told Jodi that I was amazed with the driving experience. In my lifetime, I have owned over 15 new cars - all of which I considered basic transportation for work and hobby. The CX-5 was actually fun to drive - especially on a snowy New England trip covering almost 900 miles in four days. I expected a "decent" driving experience - not a "great" driving experience. I guess the commercials are right about Mazdas.

Unlike my previous Mazda dealership experience, things with Pacifico Mazda was pretty smooth. This was the second vehicle I purchased/ leased from a Mazda dealership and knew exactly what I wanted, so there was no budging from there. Lamont and his team found and got me what I was looking for even though they did not have the specific car in their inventory. Everything was hassle free, stress free, and I never felt pressured at all. Lamont was as cool as cool can be and frankly he was friendly and easy to have a conversation with, even just to pass the time while we waited on the paperwork. Finance was great too; got some good points to consider on my way out about small business vs. taxes. Overall, it was what I hope the experience would be, and it was very positive.

When I want to buy something, my most fundamental wish is to be allowed to buy - not "sold". That means the salesperson has know the product, present options, offer suggestions, price the product fairly (in line with the marketplace) and avoid manipulation and pushes to "close". More so than any other industry (with the possible exception of vacation home sales), the auto business has seemed to discourage this approach.That's why I so much appreciated Jodi's willingness to create an environment in which I felt free to ask questions, make several visits and ultimately purchase our new CX-5. So she clearly gets 5 well-earned stars from me.It didn't stop there. When additional questions arose about cars possible not in inventory, the sales manager, Brian, got involved. A sales manager should be supportive of his staff efforts - not in competition with them. Again, that's a rarity in the automobile business. But Brian showed that essential characteristic. He worked with Jodi and us to figure out what would be the right choice in vehicles and then found the car and got it quickly delivered to Pacifico for us.When we took delivery, we got to meet some of the service staff - they are the same sorts of folks. The name of the game for me is customer service orientation and Pacifico has demonstrated that, if you want that in a car dealership, they are the place to go.And if you're looking for a Mazda, talk with Jodi - you'll be glad you did.

I was looking to buy a 2014 Mazda 6. I wanted to get haggling out of the way, so contacted some dealerships around my area for quotes and what not. Kyle was always quickest, most courteous and genuinely helpful. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle so much, I chose to buy my car from Pacifico Mazda, even though Piazza Mazda was willing to sell for $50.00 less. One caveat I had was that while they said they had my car, they didn't. They said it shows on their inventory but wasn't there. Not a huge deal as I was not in a hurry to buy the car. Jason Oquendo was the sales person who worked with me.Jason is very down to earth, pleasant and professional. He gave me absolutely no pressure and made me feel very comfortable.I really appreciated how he was genuinely wanting to make sure I was compeletely satisfied.It was a very pleasant experience and I wound recommend to my friends!

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Pacifico Mazda. Angelo Delvecchio greeted us in the lot and we explained to him we just wanted numbers for a CX9. We had purchased a new Mazda 5 in 2012 at Pacifico so we had no intention on buying another car. Angelo brought us inside and introduced us to Brain Green and Jerry DeMary. Angelo explain to Jerry what we wanted.Jerry than preceded to explain to us the difference between buying and leasing.Angelo then went over the numbers with us and we were pleased at what we saw. Angelo made us feel very comfortable and relax and at no time did we feel pressure. We decided to lease the CX9 and are very please with our decision. We would recommend Pacifico Mazada and Angelo Delvecchio to our family and friends for the service we received. Jack Kettell was also great to deal with in finalizing the lease.We will be a return customer.

When I needed to purchase a new car I started with an internet search that referred me to two Hyundai dealers in the Philadelphia area. I checked off both dealers expecting to receive follow-up from both. One dealership responded immediately - Pacifico Hyundai - via email - and then followed up with a telephone call. I spoke with Kyle Keehn. Kyle was very pleasant and also informative. He explained that I would qualify for a special rate because I had contacted Pacifico via the internet and he also gave me quotes for different models that would be of interest to me. He told me that his area of sales was dealing with internet responses and he was going to transfer me to the salesperson who would have more in depth information and specifics about what was available for me. I was transferred to Lamont Dean. Based on experiences of buying a new car, I was braced for "getting through" what in the past had not really been enjoyable experiences. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Pacifico. My conversations with Lamont Dean began on a Friday and he answered any questions I had and called me back with any additional information, when necessary. I went to Pacifico Hyundai on the following Monday, traded in my car, and drove home in a new Hyundai! At all times, Lamont Dean was personable and helpful and he went out of his way to come up with a deal that worked for me. In the few hours that I spent working out details, there was never an unpleasant moment he made me feel relaxed and I never felt like I was being pushed or forced. Brian Green was the person who handled all the contracts and paperwork and he was very efficient and also pleasant and ensured that the experience was not overwhelming in any way. I also met Jodi Delia, another salesperson at Pacifico. She introduced herself to me and, with a big smile, congratulated me about my new car a lovely woman and her friendliness just added further to making my experience there a pleasant and positive one. I also spoke with a couple of other employees there. Unfortunately, I cannot recall there names - but everyone was most pleasant. Back to Lamont - I cannot say enough good things about Lamont Dean! My impression is that he is a good and decent human being and it shows through. He knows all the details of his job, but also seems to like his job and likes helping the people he meets. He was good to me. When I was leaving, he told me that I was now part of the Hyundai family and to let him know if I needed help with anything in the future and that he looked forward to a long relationship. A very nice man. (Lamont I expect that you get to read this so Im saying again thank you!)I'm pleased to say that my impression, in general, of the Pacific dealership, was very positive. There was an overall feeling of friendliness and congeniality to the customers but also amongst the employees. The environment was busy but not in a stressful way. I think it must be a good place to work! I bought my last Hyundai at another dealership but on occasion I used the service department at Pacifico and I recall that the experience was good. I guess I will be seeing more of them now that I have bought a new car there and will be using them for all the regular servicing!p.s. I had to "Select vehicle brand purchased/considered" before I could submit this review and the only option was "Mazda" and that is what I selected - when, in fact, the brand I purchased was a "Hyundai."

After communicating with the internet department, my husband and I and our 14 year old son went to Pacifico to purchase the Mazda CX-5 we had decided we wanted. We only went to Pacifico because they had the CX-5 with the options I wanted in stock. Upon arrival at around 11 am, we were greeted by an individual (he never asked us our names or told us his) and, in response to my asking for Kyle, said that Kyle was in the internet department, not Sales, but that he could help us. He turned out to be Michael Conahan (oddly, he is not one of the employees listed on their website or as a choice on this form.) We told him we wanted to see/test drive the car about which I was speaking to Kyle. We first walked around the parking lot looking for the right car, then we began driving around to other lots looking for it. Could not find it. When he went in to inquire, he found out that the car I was looking for was the one in the showroom just feet away from the desk he sat at. What a waste of time.We then proceeded to negotiate. Well, we did. Michael had nothing to say at all. He simply took what we said to the Sales Manager, Brian Green, who then took over the whole process-including actually showing me some quirky features of the car. Once we made an agreement and decided to proceed, it was probably around 12:30. Michael began to tell us that it would take time to "prep" the car and we would have to be "in line" for financing. As this was the holiday season and we had tons to do and had our college daughter at home waiting for us, I told Michael I would prefer to leave and come back later to pick up the car. He said he wouldn't advise that because we would lose our place in the finance line. As for the prep, it "wouldn't take long" because they have two guys working on it at one time. We agreed to proceed.We saw them take the car from the showroom floor. We sat with Michael who said absolutely nothing to us. When I saw other customers eating soft pretzels, I asked Michael if there were soft pretzels somewhere so my son could eat something. It was well after lunch at this point. Michael pointed to a hallway and said they might be back there. And we could purchase beverages. We continued to wait. I watch the other sales people meet with other people. The salesperson next to us met with 3 different groups of people and sold them cars in the time we sat there in silence and hunger. Michael did schedule an oil change for the car we hadn't yet purchased--he said he was required to do so. They get evaluated on it.At some point, Michael disappeared for over an hour. We had no idea where he went or what he was doing. It was around 2pm. When he returned, around 3 or 3:30, he advised that he had "done a favor" for someone and ran out of gas doing it and had to walk back to the dealership because no one would answer the phone. In the meantime, no one had been advocating for us or doing anything for us actually. The sales manager was definitely aware that we were there, sitting alone, doing nothing.Still no lunch for any of us and we are not allowed to leave because we risk losing our place in line for financing. We are now confused because the two guys who were prepping our new car, had had the car for almost 3 hours. Then, it appeared. I went to go look at it. Unbelievable. The only thing the guys in prep had done was vacuum the floor. This was a car that had been in the showroom. There were fingerprints everywhere, dust and dirt everywhere in the car, including on the seats, and all they had done for the 2.5 hours they had the car was vacuum the floor. There was even tons of dirt in the grill of the car so I am pretty sure it wasn't even washed. WHAT WERE THEY DOING ALL THAT TIME? Michael got some cleaning fluid and started to clean the interior of the car. I kept finding more and more that they hadn't done. It was a disgrace. Michael asked if I wanted them to redo. I said I could not be there for any more hours. And, there was no reason to expect a different result.Then, finally, around 4:30pm we get into finance. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER HAD THE WRONG INFORMATION ON IT. According to the finance woman, our salesman or Brian Green gave her the wrong information regarding the term and amount of the financing. WOW! Interestingly, when we told her about how the car was so filthy after being "prepped" for 2 hours, she was not surprised at all and looked at the clock noting that the supervisor there was now gone so there was no point in taking it back there because it would not be done right anyway in his absence. (Not sure that matters because he would have been there when the car was there in the first place...)Finally, at 5pm, it is now dark outside. We are ready to leave. Michael told us nothing about how the car worked; his only concern was to pair up my phone I guess so he could check that off the list with the scheduling of the oil change. I asked him about the Sirius subscription period--wanted to confirm it was 4 months--he said it was 3-WRONG. My husband asked him how large the gas tank was-Michael said-13 gallons. I had to correct him-it is 15 gallons. I then drove the car home in terror because I did not know how anything worked. We couldn't get the navigation to work and we had a 40 minute drive home on I-95. So scary.When we got home we had left the car outside the garage. When I went out to start the car to then put it in the garage, I couldn't get the car to work. I was in a panic. The key did nothing. I went in the house and got the other key and it worked. It turns out, we were given a key to a different car so we only had one key that was the right one. Additionally, we discovered that the prep guys had forgotten to install the $200 cargo cover we had purchased. Keep in mind this dealership is 40 minutes from our home--we were not going back there for things that should have been done right in the 6 hours we had been there. We demanded they overnight our key and send me a check for the cargo cover. They agreed to do that.In reviewing the materials, it appears that the salesman was supposed to go over all of the workings of the car with me. It also appears that a label was supposed to be put on the car windows to let me know who to call for assistance in the case of a breakdown. To this day I have no idea how to get access to the Mazda Assistance program that comes with the car for 3 years and for which I cancelled my AAA.Additionally, the car has a feature--City Assist Brake--something like that--which I paid extra for in a package--and I don't know exactly how it works but I have had a couple of experiences where it should have kicked in and didn't. I half wonder if I paid for something else I didn't get. The Volvo dealer takes you on a mini track to show you how that feature works--Michael didn't even talk about it. He probably has no idea.What is really disturbing is that I was told over and over again that I would be getting a survey from Mazda which would ask me to rate/discuss my sales experience. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I asked Pacifico about why I never received it and they said they had no way to suppress it but do you think that it is a coincidence that I never got the survey? I don't.Finally, they send me multiple letters, like one on December 5th, thanking me for my purchase and asking me to refer people there--but there is no name or signature on the letter--only an open space for one. "Sincerely, ----------------------------." Every single letter sent is unsigned like that. I recall other dealers not only signing the letter but giving me business cards.We have purchased many, many cars over the years. Hondas, Toyotas, Acuras, etc. We have never had such a poor purchase experience. I would not want anyone else to experience this. '

Went to dealer for a specific vehicle we found on their website. Explained our whole situation to our internet contact Kyle, as well as the exact car we were coming to see. When we got there we were informed that the car was no longer there and they weren't even sure how long it was gone (or so they say). The deal was an amazing deal (too good to be true). While we were there, trying to find something that might work, Kyle did come to the salesperson's desk that we were at but didn't even acknowledge us. Jodi is the reason I gave a 5 on friendliness. I gave them an "OK" on quality of work because Jodi did try hard but I couldn't give higher than that because they felt as though it was no big deal that the car we came for had been long gone, as far as we can tell, and no one cared to come to us and apologize in any way. After sitting there for hours finally had to leave to see if we could get 2nd option car at another dealer. Had read several good reviews from people that came over to there from NJ and was looking forward to what I thought would be a different kind of experience. Instead found just another typical car dealership. No different than the one right around the corner from where ever you live. Big time feeling of BAIT & SWITCH!

I wanted to celebrate by birthday in a special way. I wanted to do something for me. I ended up at the Pacifico Mazda dealership on March 3, 2013. I was warmly greeted by Craig, who from first sight say I was out of my element. Though I had my husband and brother, I wanted to do this myself. I have never brought a brand new car, nor set foot into a dealership. Craig asked me what I looking for and how much I was will to pay. I told him I was looking for a certified used car, to fit 6 people. Oh and by the way, I DON'T DO MINIVANS. Out to the lot, Craig directs me to a Meteror Gray, 6 passager MAZDA 5 TOURING edition. It had EVERYTHING I wanted and was NOT a minivan. Back in he dealership, I had the key an full tank and only 3 miles. Yes craig was able to get me a BRAND NEW car for a cheaper payment that a USED one. I LOVE MY MAZDA and the MADZA family!!!LENORA and TROY!!!

No matter what, do not bring your car here for service!!!!!!!! My mother brought her brand new 2013 Mazda2, which we purchased from this dealership (this was another headache that will be discussed in a different review), in for replacement service of her passenger side mirror. The mirror face needed to be replaced. When she brought her car in for service, the service adviser told her she needed to replace both the mirror face and the casing, though only the face was damaged. It was evident that the casing did not need to be replaced and that the mirror facing could be popped in as it looked like it popped right out. However, they told her to replace both. Then they made her prepay for the parts!!!! It's a dealership, since when do you need to prepay for parts when you have all the parts you need right there in the service department!????!!!Nonetheless, my mother, like many senior citizens, are ignorant to such things and so they comply without questioning the validity of what's being asked. She prepaid for the parts (one of which was not needed) and came back later for service. Two days later, after service was completed, she noticed the passenger mirror casing, which was just replaced, was cracked on the bottom and the swivel housing that holds the mirror now had a 1/4" gap. It is obvious that whomever replaced the mirror did so incorrectly or there is a manufacturer defect. My mother returned to the dealership (without my knowledge, as I would've went with her the first time and the second time) and showed them the damage and the service technician John said, "someone hit your car again."No one hit her car the first time, let alone this time. We took pictures of the mirror and the car to prove that there was no outside influence to cause the damage. She asked him was it like this when she brought the car in the first time and he said "no." So if it wasn't like that before service was done on the car but after service there's now more visible damage to the mirror; but no scratches or nicks or cracks (which would be evident if the car was "hit again") are on the car or the mirror as a result of some outside influence, then it is clear that there is some defect.The service adviser said, "you need to replace the whole thing." My mother asked him why this was not recommended the first time. John states, "because it wasn't like that the first time." They are trying to milk her out of paying more money for damage that was not a result of outside influence but a result of careless service reparations.WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PACIFICO MAZDA FOR REPAIR!!!!!! THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR BUSINESS IS APPRECIATED AND THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. GO ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE VALUED AND APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER.I own a 2006 Mini and even though I am past warranty, the BMW/Mini Dealership values you as a customer! I've never had a problem with getting excellent customer service. I am also a former Toyota owner and have never had a problem with the Toyota Service department. Pacifico Mazda is the first dealership where I have seen poor customer service to new customers.

I purchased my brand new Mazda CX-9 on July 26, 2013. I initially did my research on-line and was assisted by Kyle Keehn; who was very informative and helpful with additional information and pricing. Thanks Kyle! Upon visiting Pacifico Mazda's Dealership, I was warmly greeted by Sales Manager; Brian Green--who was expecting me, thanks to Kyle--and he quickly arranged for sales associate; Jason Oquendo to assist me and my wife with our purchase. Thanks Brian! Jason was joined by new sales associate; Jodi Delia; (well, new to Pacifico, that is) and both were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. Jason brought the CX-9 around from the lot and together we all took a test drive. Needless to say, we all had a great time on the test-drive and loved the CX-9---Zoom Zoom! After the test drive, both Jason and Jodi patiently answered all of our questions and gave us a detailed description of the vehicle and its options. Satisfied that the CX-9 was right for us, my wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle. Thanks Jason & Jodi! We went back into the dealership and were presented with a fair price quote for the CX-9. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful with the "no-pressure" and "no-haggle" style of negotiations process utilized by the entire Pacifico team. So much so, that we accepted the offer and made the deal. The process was quick, too. Mainly, because everyone pitched in--from completing the paperwork, to detailing and fueling the vehicle, to delivering us our brand-new vehicle--everyone played a part...it was a team effort. Thanks Pacifico! I must add that everyone at Pacifico was wonderful and provided us with a wonderful car-buying experience. After visiting about 15 dealerships (not exaggerating) we decided to try Pacifico aiming to buy a Kia or Hyundai used sedan. We barely got through the gate and Lamont came out to meet us. He was friendly but not pushy. We told him what we were looking for and he knew what was in stock and where it was precisely on the lot. Unfortunately, it started pouring rain. Lamont brought us in and sat us down and discussed our options and using a calculator was able to get us an idea of what price range we should be looking for, etc. With the bad weather we decided to come back another day to walk around and test drive. Our decision to return to Pacifico was based soley on the customer service and attitude of Lamont. When we returned Lamont was able to work with us and after talking a bit more he informed us about Mazda which we did not consider and after crunching the numbers and test driving we bought a new Mazda2. Lamont even came in on his day off to sign the final papers with us. We could not be more happy with our purchase or the customer service provided to us by Lamont as well as the other Pacifico staff we talked with (Brian Green, Carol Fahy and a newer employee). I definitely plan to recommend Lamont and Pacifico to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I initially spoke with Brian Green and explained my dis-satisfaction with another Mazda dealer a few years ago. I knew exactly which car I wanted and exactly how much I was willing to pay for it. At this point, he was able to work everything out for me. He asked me to speak with Ryan Daly when I arrived to the dealership. Ryan handled all the details QUICKLY & PROFESSIONALLY. As opposed to other dealers who say one thing and then do another, Pacifico and its sales team are number one in my opinion. I definitely would recommend them to my friends or family.

Had a great experience here. I got an estimated price through the AAA auto buying program, in which you enter your zip code and the car model/options you want, and it gives you an estimated price for various dealerships in the area (Pacifico is AAA certified, always a good sign).I called about this price and left a voicemail with Cynthia, their internet sales manager. She called me back immediately (within 5 minutes), offered me a price that was $500 below the AAA quote, and within an hour emailed me the quoted price and sticker for the specific car model/options/color I was looking for (including the VIN number for the specific vehicle). If you're new to car buying, this is a pretty big deal. Other dealerships (Sussman, for example) won't email you a hard quote with price and VIN number for a specfific car. This is because the "price" they give you on the phone/internet includes rebates you're often not eligible for (and they will try to mark up the price in other ways like individual options on specific vehicles). So being able to go in with an exact price on a specific car (down to the VIN number) is a huge plus.I called a few days later to check if the car was available. Cynthia was out, but my call was again promptly returned by Brian, the sales manager, who checked the VIN number, told me it was still in stock, and was very clear and direct in discussing price and payment options. Much to my surprise, when I told them I would come in tomorrow to purchase it, they actually held the car for me--this is not something I would expect from any dealer, as they obviously want to sell a car whenever they get the chance and don't like to hold inventory. When I went in the next day they pulled the car around, let me check it out, and then sold it to me for the exact price they quoted without even _attempting_ to sell me any additional upgrades or options. Furthermore, when I told them I would be paying in full up front, they didn't try to talk me into financing in any way. They processed everything relatively quickly (took a couple hours, but that's standard at a busy dealership), and were able to get me registered in PA and give me a license plate on the spot--no need to go to the DMV.So in summary: 1) they were super helpful and responsive over the phone; 2) they quoted me an exact price on a specific vehicle/VIN# and emailed me the full window sticker before I even set foot in the dealership; 3) they held the car for me overnight once I told them I was prepared to buy, again before I had even set foot in the dealership; 4) they made no attempt whatsoever to sell me anything other than what I requested, or to raise the price they had emailed to me in any way; and 5) they made no attempt to convince me to finance after I told them I would be paying in full.I honestly never imagined I would have such a good experience purchasing a car in Philly. I was thankful enough to write this review--I'm a pretty lazy person and barely ever yelp, but I wanted to return the favor for the great service they gave me. Oh, and did I mention that I paid more than $3000 below MSRP? I suppose the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted and was obviously knowledgeable and direct in our negotiations helped me out, but there's no denying they did everything they could to make my experience a good one.

From the first telephone contact with Cynthia Crum, Internet Mgr., I knew we would be on a mutually beneficial path to a new Mazda CX-5 SUV purchase. She was understanding and confident in presenting the model, equipment, and color car that my wife and I were looking for. The price was very realistic, with no hidden items. We made an appointment and were greeted by Cynthia outside the Pacifico Dealership and then were introduced to Craig Starn who steared us patiently through the sales procedure and our very fair Honda trade in. I purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 car. Craig is a very knowledgeable sales person. He was very patient with the loan process and the paperwork required to transfer the car over. He was also very informative about the car and setting up the ipad phone and other good stuff car came with. My daughter was happy with the car we purchased and its performance. Craig folled up with me after the purchase and informed me w/the new plate/registration status. This is the first time that I've bought a car through email and telephone. I was looking for a Mazda 5 to replace my 5 year old RAV4. I read a great review about their business/Internet sales manager, Cynthia Crum. I called her and told her what I needed. She was very nice and quoted me the price, the license fee and sales tax all through email before her vacation and told me who to contact at Pacifico. Since their Mazda manager was out sick, their general manager, Jim Little, took care of me. He was a true professional: quick to respond to emails and phone calls, took care to answer all my questions and set up the transaction. Most importantly, he made it clear that there were no hidden charges, such as documentation fees. My son-in-law took my RAV4 to Pacifico and Jim gave a fair trade-in value. Since I was paying cash, they also gave me a discount on the sales price.All of the details of the sale transaction were taking care of by a young Sales Consultant named Christopher Yohannan. He was also very professional and quick to respond to questions. I finally met them all in person on the day of the sale when I went to pick up my new Mazda 5. They were just as nice in person as on the phone. This was a very pleasant buying experience for me, I felt that I was fairly treated and well taken care of. My family and I will buy cars from them again. I also love my new Mazda 5 very much!!!!

Chris was knowledgeable anmd personable. He knew and loved cars. He was patient answering questions and helped guide to exactly the car we wanted. He was not pushy and really listened to us. I plan to buy my next car fromhim and he convinced me that Mazdas have a lot to offer. The price was good and the agreement easily made. Having had a previous negative experience with another Mazda dealer in NJ, it was refreshing to know that there are still car dealers/salespersons with high levels of integrity and customer service, as I experienced at Pacifico. From the manager, and even other salesmen I was not working with, everyone was pleasant, professional, and accomodating. As for the salesman I was working with, Chris Yohannan is a very knowledgable, and excellent sales person. He treated me with the uttermost respect, and was quite friedly, patient, and humorous. The entire car buying experience was truly exceptional to say the least, and I'd only wish I'd done business with them before. However, I'll be sure to recommend them to my friends.

I Love my CX-9! My husband and I wanted a reliable and affordable suv for our family but we didn't know which one. James knew all about the different suvs and promised us he would find the one that suits our needs the best. He delievered. He showed us a used Cx-9 that was in great condition and perfect for what we needed and wanted to spend. He made it very easy for us. James was very nice, professinal and honest. His supervisor Brian was also a nice guy. He offered us refreshments and even told us a few stories while we waited for the final paperwork to be ready. Overall it was great!

I wanted to get a new 2012 Mazda 3. I've searched and talked to over 8 dealerships in my area to find the best price online. Jill Dawson contacted me about a quote online and answered any question I had to ask. She got me the best quote around, so I decided to go in and check it out. Once I got to the dealership, I met up with Brian Green, who set me up with Erica Leitzel to talk about and look at the new Mazda 3. This is my first time buying a new car. I heard that buying one can be intimidating and frustrating. Erica made it seem like the total opposite of that. She was very informative/professional, but she was also someone that put you at ease. We talked about some cars, test drove one, and it was the right car for me.All in all, the dealership experience was great and I would suggest you give them a try if you are in the market for a new Mazda.

I came into the dealership to price compare Mazda's lineup. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. Although the model I preferred was out of my price range and I did purchase a newer version of my old car, I did recommend Pacifico to a friend who was looking and he bought a car from there.

Great staff and great cars Just got a brand new mazda 3 with the sky active gas mileage and I love it. My salesman was James Fishburne and he was awesome. He was great to work with because he is the first salesperson in our car process to truly try to flind and fill all of our needs. He was. very funny, a great listener, and it seemed like he knew everything about sky active. We had a fun time and we are going back to buy our son a car soon. If you want a mazda this is the place to go.

I walked into Pacifico Mazda looking for a new Mazda 3. My sales rep. Chris Yohannan helped me find a nice new Mazda that worked for me. LAmont was extremely helpful and friendly and most important, honest. He helped me purchase a car hat I did not originally ntend to buy at a lower price even though it was two years newer than the car I was oiginally intent on buying. I received an excellent price and the customer service was impeccable. He talked me through the purchasing process withour pressuring me and made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I was given a great value of the trade in, I was actually given $1200 more than I was expecting to receive for my trade in and they found me financing that significantly reduced the interest I have to pay on the car I purchased through them. I went from paying %18 in intereset with a big bank to %5.49with a cedit union which was awesome. Also, the Pacifico for Life program is awesome. They really take care of their customers.There will never be enpough words to thank them for working with me to express how much of a blessing it is for me to found a dealership that is truly customer oriented. I would recommend Pacifico to anyone looking for quality, honest dealership to do business .

I cant believe I got a new car!!! I came to pacifico to have my oil change. I decided I would sit in some of the showroom cars while I waited for my car to be serviced. As I sat in the mazda 2 Jim came over and introduced himelf. He told me about the mazda. He was very professional, polite and it seem like he knew everyting about the car. He also wasnt very pushy like I've come to expect from salesmen. I just thought it was a cute car but Jim proved it to be much more. I liked it so much when he gave me the numbers, it was an offer I couldnt refuse... So I didn't. Needless to say I got a new car and I love it. Thank you pacifico and james fishburn.

The whole experience was great. This is my second purchase from Pacifico and this time around was even better than the last time. I came in with an internet quote and spent very little tile negotiating price. I got what i wanted at a reasonable price including a few extras. The whole experience was very efficient. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had in buying a new car and I have bought many over the years. My sales rep, Craig Starn, was a true profesional who never once pushed the sale on me. Craig provided me with all of the data that I needed to help me make my decision. The dealership was very fair with the price and with my trade in value on my used car. Each person I came in contact with was very friendly and respected me as a customer. But the biggest impression made was the follow up phone calls that I have received from Craig since my purchase, checking in to see how I like my Mazda 3 and to see if I had any questions about the car or any of the features in the car. This shows that not only bought the car from the right dealership but that I also bought it from the right person! Thank you Craig and Pacifico!

We were looking for a new car for my daughter. She had nothing but bad experiences with local dealers so I tried this one from the internet. When we arrived we were greeted almost instanly by a very friendly salesman. He told us all about the car that was saved for Alyssa and did it in a way that made you want to listen. He knew alot about the car. He spent time with her and not me. He new who the customer was. Everything he told us came true and my daughter is very satisfied. I wish I lived closer to Phily because this is the best car dealer I have ever been to and I have bought alot of cars over the years.

My sales person was Forester. As soon as my dad and I appeared on the lot, he was there, friendly as ever. He was extremely personable and loved to talk! He was determined to get a sale, but to make sure that I was happy with it and I was. I went in to get a 2011 Mazda Mazda3 iSport with an automatic transmission and I got a 2011 iTouring for a sweet deal! They have such great service. The only caveat to the whole experience was how long we had to wait to get into the financial office. We had to wait at least 2 hours. But this was our fault as well - we went in on the last day of the month and they have 0% financing. But it was well worth the wait!

We had the BEST car buying experience ever! I contacted Pacifico via email when I was initially shopping because they had the exact vehicle I wanted. They responded to all my email inquiries very timely. I shopped around and their price was extremely competitive. I even spoke with another dealership and told them the price and interest rate I was quoted and they couldn't believe it. They said if I was truly getting the vehicle for that price to go for it because that is an extremely great price and that they were sorry they couldn't touch it. We arrived at Pacifico late on a Friday night. Lamont was so nice and did not mind that we were keeping him past closing. He was polite the whole time and did not rush us at all during the test-drive or when we had questions. We had a trade-in and the amount offered to us was so close to KBB. We were very happy with the figure. This just shows how honest this dealership is. Then it came time for the paperwork for our new vehicle. The price I was quoted via the internet was the same price in person; no bait & switch, no gimmicks, just complete honesty! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and have already told our friends and family!

Initially I had a negative experience but then had a VERY positive experience so much that I purchased the car the next morning after sorting through the options I wanted. I have rented the Mazda 3 many times and the timing was right for purchasing one for myself. I love the handling and the feel of the car. Lamont was great, letting me test 3 cars and spent 3 hours helping me through the process. The General Manager, Jim Little, met with me and everything turned out very positive. The financing was easy, the car was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I would recommend Lamont and Pacifico Mazda. When my car needs arise again I will look to Pacifico Mazda first.

I was in the market for a second Mazda and although had a great experience with Lamonte the first time I was driving by Piazza Mazda of West Chester and decided to take a look at the Mazda3...what a mistake!!!! So I ended up calling Lamonte and letting him know what happened. He not only was able to get me an even better deal on my trade, but he was very attentive to my needs.
