Don’t purchase a vehicle from here at Park Rd nor the other location in Largo on Ulmerton Rd. They will sell you vehicles that have multiple missing parts, in the vehicle only works for a little minute, and then it will start working, you were discover that there are so many issues with the vehicle. I strongly recommend to bring a mechanical tech expert with you when purchasing a vehicle from these two locations or anyone that’s partnered with them/affiliated with them. Warning. Stay away From this auto dealer. They sold my 2 friends a vehicle, With extremely high interest rate, and multiple problems of the vehicle, that now they’re stuck with paying for. And the offices are so filthy, it’s like walking into a dumpster... Omg!!!!

07 nissan I bought is junk, cooling fan temp sensor, water pump timing chain tensioner, main bearing seal, & now water pump all in 12 weeks. $2000.00 in repairs, I know now why this vehicle bounced back and forth from sister dealership, this is what they put a disabled senior citizen in, despicable!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, not to mention the temp tag expired after 1 month &I got a notice from TALLAHASSEE that my licence was going to be suspended, total incompetence!!

The salesman asked us to get in his car and ride 20 minutes to the other location. We chose to follow in our car instead obviously. When we got there the car was a wreck despite what they told us Editing to reapond to the reply: the car you told us youd already looked at and was in great condition, was a wreck. Soon as we got in the glove box fell off, there were burn holes and glue on the roof, mold too. This is a car you said youd personally inspected yourself before we got there. You told us it was all we could get approved for. Went up the street and got approved for anything under 18k at the next dealership, you only gave us up to like 6k.

I am now on my second car from Palm Auto and I am elated by the experience. This is the first dealership I have ever purchased a car from, so initially I was on edge about the sales process, but the salesman was able to recommend a very cost-efficient solution for my drives across the Howard Frankland to work and back, with very affordable payments and even address my initial concerns with the car with same-day repairs. The car had high-mileage so there was some understandable wear but it did help me until I had paid it off IN UNDER A YEAR to get another car from Palm Auto. Though the sales staff appears to change somewhat frequently, Kenny is the rock that keeps customer satsifaction at 100%. Very understanding and helpful with credit situations and income, they actually care about the individual driving off the lot and not just closing the sale. I will continue to use Palm Auto for my car needa in the future!

I drove over from Hillsborough County because this dealer had a car with the transmission and options I was looking for. The price was far and the car had fairly low miles, was very clean, and passed inspection with my private mechanic. There was no high pressure sales and everyone was nice.

My overall experience with Palm Auto Brokers was exceptional. I have to be honest that I came into this buying experience with very low expectations given my past experiences buying used cars at other lots here in the Tampa Bay Area. To my surprise, Kenny and his sales staff really went above and beyond to give me a fair trade-in value on my Mazda RX8 not to mention a good deal the Prius I purchased. The buying process took much less time than I had expected and was out the door in under two hours. Although this was my first car purchase from Palm Auto Brokers, it won't be my last. I really felt like they wanted my business. They also treated me with respect regardless of my credit challenges. I didn't feel as if I was being judged. These are things that are hard to find these days when buying a car. I will certainly give them my business when it's time to purchase my next car.

We've been to numerous car dealerships within Hillsborough and Pinellas county. Only to be either denied or asked for some outrageous down payment. Were more than grateful for the treatment and professionalism of the Palm Auto Brokers promise to deliver. This is the most reliable auto company around. Period.

Out of the many auto dealers we went to, Palm Auto Brokers was the ONLY one that someone met us in the lot and said "hello", shortly after we got out of our car. That counts! They were nice to work with and very helpful getting financing at competitive rate.

My sales guy Ed was very nice and Ken worked really hard to get me financed with zero credit and little money down. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and worked with me to get me the car I want at the price I wanted to pay! Really great experience. I would highly recommend them.
