Over all great service. What I did understand is why the shop didnt carry brake pad for a very popular car Toyota Corolla. Because Service didnt have them, I was charged an additional twenty dollars, ever tho I have a coupon for complete brake job for 179.99

Our salesman Gabriel was incredible. He wasn't aggressive in mannerisms and provided us with all the details needed to help us make our decisions. He even went as far as to let us test drive the, now ours, 2016 Flex, to the Toyota dealership to compare it to the other car of our interest (which was the Toyota Sienna); however, sorry to say- that did manage to make it very clear that the quality of the Sienna was poor in contrast to the Flex. The Sales Manager, Max, was diligent in his efforts of providing us the best monthly payment he could for our desired budget (he was nearly spot on when I did except the closing offer), he used some very honorable persuasion tactics in the process. I am sure in saying that I was blessed that we had the chance to work with him as well. He provided respectful responses to any declination of service I wished and let me make all the final decisions. After visiting two other dealerships and plenty of internet communications from several others, the end result of choosing Palm Springs Motors/Ford : I am confident that I made the right purchase, and remain proud of the choice to have ultimately chosen this dealership to work with again, as my past two experiences with Palm Springs Motors and the ford name, had went just as well. And those instances had included the purchase of a new Mustang and used Ranger. Thank you all for your excellent customer service.

Highly excellent as always with one exception. The driver did not come find me in the Lincoln Business Center even though I mentioned that on the poorly designed sign in sheet for rides. I put that I was going to PS near Saguaro - in the Lincoln Center. That confused the elderly gentleman, I'm 73 so it appears his mind wasn't working well. After a period of time, I noticed that he had put a "?" next to the entry in the far right part of the page and took two trips. I asked the Parts guys to help and they called the driver . . . I arrived in the waiting area around 8:10 and finally left after 1 1/2 hours. Not your normal service . . .

Premier Residential Services has been in business in the Coachella Valley since 1959. We have a fleet of 18 vehicles, a majority are Ford products with many repeat purchases at PS Motors. This morning I brought my 2014 Ford Focus that was just purchased used in May, for the front air dam hanging under front axle. Immediately I was told I hit something and this was not a defective part. I explained to them how all the holes were intact and the clips and bolts were all missing 5 in total, of course they started pointing out scrapes and scratches that were obvious to everyday driving, mind you I bought this car used from here and I was probably a dealer loaner. So now it's 2:00 and my car is still I sitting in service driveway and everyone in service hsad continued to ignore me and my issue. Great job PSFord service manager Brain another dissatisfied customer you have gained your record is outstanding in the complaint department.

Ford was able to correct the problem with my car alarm on the day I scheduled my appt. It helped being made aware of the alarm techs. availability so it wasn't a wasted trip for me. I live in Fullerton, CA, not Palm Desert, but I come there regularly to a resort in Rancho Mirage. On two occasions I had serious trouble with my Ford Fusion, trouble that could have caused failure in the desert on my way home. The Quick Car facility has hours to 6 pm: but when we went there, we were told that it was too late for an oil or lube.The next day, we went back and purchased tires plus oil and lube. We found the coupon for $24.95 was not used. We were charged full price. Their response: come in and will fix it. Some people don't have the time nor wish to spend the gas money driving back and forth to the dealer from Palm Springs.My experience in the past in trying to purchase this auto there (purchased at another Ford dealer) was just as annoying.

We had been to another Ford dealership and we didn't get any help at all. I called Palm Springs Motors and left a message. I received a call from Ray Salcedo within 30 mins. This is our fourth car we have purchased from Palm Springs Motors. The sales staff and finance personnel were very helpful. We were introduced to our service specialists, Danielle Brian. Danielle was very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about our new C-max Energi. Danielle went over all the information about taking care of our car, and was very patient in answering our onslaught of questions. We would recommend our salesperson, Kelly as well. We did not get the names of the the gentleman in the room where the deal was made, but thank you for giving us a great deal. Sadly, we learned that Mike Melikian, the sales supervisor who has assisted us in all of our car buying adventures, is no longer with the dealership. He is a terrific individual and will be missed. Ford Motor Company should be proud to have Palm Springs Motors as part of their group, as there staff is an excellent reminder of what customer service should be!

From the time We entered PSM to the time we drove out in our new Lincoln MKX was just over two hours. That kind of performance takes a lot of teamwork. We were greeted immediately and were made to feel like our business was important to everyone we worked with. Billy Hayes coordinated all facets of the transaction with Adrien Zamora doing an exemplary job of identifying our needs and wants. Once we made our selection the usually uncomfortable part of the purchase(negotiating price and terms and arranging financing)was handled skilfully and quickly. Our Ford Mustang had some undercarriage damage, it was quickly diagnosed. We were pleasantly surprised when the car was ready for pick up within 24 hours, damage repaired and no extra parts needed. It was first class service from start to finish.

Very friendly staff from the greater in the drop off lane to service repair writer. Very nice and clean waiting room. Just three small issues: Seating in the waiting room was not very comfortable, 2 hours for a oil change with a vehicle wash was a little long especially when you make an appointment and the vehicle wash was ok but not the best. But overall very satisfied. Thank you.

Danielle Brian has been our Savior. Our 2104 ford focus has had to be serviced 4 times now for the same problem with transmission. We have tried to patient, but our patience and loyalty to Ford is waning! Thank goodness for Palm Springs motors and Danielle Brian, or we would be litigating this problem, instead of singing praises for the best employee a business could want or have! Danielle has been super sensitive to our problem, and because of her we are going to give our focus another chance. Again this review does not reflect the excellent employees at Palm Spring Motors, just the incompetence of Ford the corporation for having the audacity to produce many Lemons in the Focus itself. My appointment was at 8:30 arrived earlier. There was a line of customers and both your Mazda service managers were busy. I waited for my vehicle to be completed and they phoned stating the car checked out okay but recommended the spark plugs be replaced at 75,000 miles. I agreed based on the recommendation. I checked out and the service manager did a great job of reviewing the details of their work. I have ALWAYS been very satisfied with the service from your establishment. I actually wait before my next visit to the desert to get my car repairs instead of getting my vehicle worked on in Los Angeles

Went to the dealership asking about lower priced vehicles. They showed us a gorgeous Odyssey which they claimed to have dropped the price $3,000 from 12,900 to 9,900. When sitting on the sales floor we looked up the price of the vehicle on KBB. The highest price for excellent condition was $5,200. We showed this to the sales rep and they still came back with a 9,000 price tag and wanted $4,000 down after pulling our credit which they said would not happen until after a price was agreed on. Will never consider them again.

The diagnosis and repair work was completely satisfactory. The work was completed on time due to constraints that we had as we only have one car. The courtesy shuttle was excellent. The waiting room needs to be expanded at some point as I have trouble finding a place to sit. It would be nice if you offered complimentary water. Your coffee is terrible.

I purchased my Mazda6 in Redlands. Because they are also a Chrysler dealer they gave me a service agreement with Chrysler. I had been going to Chrystal Chrysler for the first 5 of my services. However, they were always putting me off until later in the day or later in the week. I was told to call a certain tech and he never answered or returned calls. I would just show up and be put off until later. I made an appointment and was sent away until later. I was told to show up at 6, since they open at 7 I would be first in line. That didn't work either. Just plain old fed up I went to the Mazda dealer in Palm Springs. The service techs there have always been helpful, very nice, and accommodating. They send me email reminders of appointments and needed servicing. They take my car in when they say they will. They did what was asked and checked on the items I was concerned about. They have a shuttle service for when it will take more than a couple of hours. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They also gave recommendations of things to look at for future visits. I will go there from now on even though my service agreement isn't up yet at Chrysler. That's a place I will not go back to and I will tell everyone I know not to go there!!!

Danielle is a Super Star! Brought in 2015 Ford Explorer Sport to replace tire. Danielle said to bring it in as soon as I called at 7:30 for 8:30. She said it would take an hour and a half to two hours. It took something like an hour and thirty-seven minutes. She is a marvel, very professional, courteous and fun. Had to purchase a new antenna and the parts man was professional and accommodating. I was talking to a friend later who mentioned how much he loved the car dealer he went to. When I asked which one, it was of course Palm Springs Motors! We are extremely satisfied.

Lincoln MKZ 2013. Bought on Dec 28, 2014. Danielle has always gone out of her way to make sure things get done in a timely manner. The first service took about 3 weeks to get all the parts in & they had to basically rip the entire insides of my car apart to repair the roof liner. Was in accident and needed a vehicle, we have know Kelly for over 10 years and called him and he found a wonderful SUV , just what I wanted. He was very informative and explained everything about the Escape. Max was very helpful explaining all the new information about warranties and all the bells and whistles that came along with it. Kelly even arranged for my Rental through Enterprise get to where it was going and that helped out since I working 6 days a week. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Palm Springs Ford. I love my Escape.

Although the oil change and warranty service was well handled on 12-23-15 I reported an earlier service call that my wife made to check low air pressure on a tire that showed up on the computer screen. The service dept. refilled the air without checking the tire and the result was after going shopping the following day she noticed the tire was shredded and had to be replaced probably due to a nail in the errant tire at a cost of almost $200. I think the service dept should have checked the tire before filling it with air but we should have noticed the computer screen the next day ourselves so I am only reporting this in case you may want to alert your staff so this doesn't happen to another customer in the future.

My 2011 F-150 Truck driven from Wyoming required an oil change and 60,000 mile service.I did not have an appointment but the Palm Springs Dealership and specifically Brad ,the service representative processed me and I was out within 2 hours.Driving back to Wyoming will be under Winter conditions so I am confident and have peace ofmind that the Truck is prepared to withstand the expected snow and ice awaiting us.The physical dealership facilities are very impressive but the professional yet personalattention that I received was most welcomed and appreciated.

I arrived without an appointment, was welcomed as soon as I drove in, I explained the problem, and it was written up. I directed to the customer shuttle and was home in less than an hour from the time I left home. Later I received a call, was told the diagnosis and solution, and given an estimate. Because it required parts that had to be ordered and extensive labor, I wasn't able to pick it up until the end of the third day. So far everything seems to be fine. I am happy that I had the car serviced here.

Went in a few days before I actually took my car in. Stood in line several minutes. One guy waswith a customer, the other two were on their computers. I just stool there, then another person walked in and started to get in line when one of the guys took her instead of me when he knew I had been waiting. I asked him why he took her first and he said it was because he knew her. I told him that was not the way it was supposed to be so I came back another day. I do know the name of the person, but I do not want to get him in trouble.

The vehicle was a '16 Fusion which we purchased on behalf of our son. Although he brokered the deal on his own behalf as an employee of the dealership, I wish to point out that my wife and I purchased two new cars back in July from the same dealership. He got a terrific deal on a terrific car and I really appreciate the honesty of the finance department regarding the positive impact on our credit. I have been a Ford fan since childhood, my first new car was a Ford, the company for which I work is proud to have PSM as a client and I'm in the process of refurbishing a 1965 Mustang which I've owned since age 16. Service Apt.for our 2013 MKT went well. Agent was very courteous and cordial. Took a little longer than expected but I had a loaner so no problem.Only one comment, The waiting area (I felt) was a little underwhelming for a Lincoln dealer. We have another MKT garaged in our home state of Michigan ( Grand Rapids) and the dealer there (solely Lincoln) has a much more upscale customer waiting lounge. Free water, soda, cappuchino machine etc. Is it possible I was in the Ford waiting area? Do you have 2 areas?

The only issue I have is that they did not clean up the tires and that is why I rated very good. Needless to say my car had just been detailed and the tires stood out as not clean and polished.I think every thing else was excellent(price was perfect) and I will return for my next set of tires.

It was my first time at the facility. I was greeted warmly and was told the time the work would start and the approximate time it would be finished. Many people, myself included at times in the past, feel that a facility such as this would push unneeded services, products, etc. I did not get that sense, none were required and I felt that Tony Hubbert was indeed an honest individual and that he represented an honest facility. Having purchased a new Lincoln a few months prior at Palm Springs Motors, I will return to QuickLane in the future and hope that I can respond at that time in a similar manner as I have done here.

Got my car serviced as part of the package I purchased. Work done fine, Tony is great very convenient.However, I filled out 3 (three) surveys about my car battery experience and I never even got so much as a call. I will get my car serviced at P.S Motors but I will never buy another there. You have lost a local car buyer. In fact, we were interested in the CX-5, however, we just bought a Toyota RAV4. It's beautiful.Once again, the quick lube service center does an excellent job. That is the ONLY side to use!

My wife and I were shopping for a car on October 24, 2015., so we decided to try Palm Springs Motors. We spoke with Clarence and Pappy explained to them what we wanted as far as financing terms and then we test drove a couple of vehicles, a Ford Focus and Ford Fiesta , both are great vehicles, but the fiesta was more in our budget. I am very pleased with the car and with the whole experience of purchasing it. Clarence and Pappy thank you so much!!!

Took my Mustang to the body shop for repair after an accident. Cost of potion I had to pay for seemed very fair & Jerry worked with me to save a little bit, too. A few days after I picked it up, I noticed that they had also cleaned my seats for me. Dealerships used to get a bad rap for being overpriced but I've had my car in for various services over the last few months & have been very pleased with cost & service on all occasions.

I have been experiencing the smell of fuel inside and outside my T-bird a few times over the last 3 months. I only take short trips, The service guy John opened the hood and also could smell fuel. Sometimes it is so strong I drive with the windows open. After having my car for 1.5 days the mechanics could not find where the odor was coming from. I know the diagnostic testing was very thorough but I am still concerned about the safety issues. John said that the next time I should bring it right over. It has happened only once since then...very faint but I was going to an appointment and it was not a good time to come to the dealership.

I have purchased all of my vehicles from Palm Springs Motors since I was 18. I just recently leased a 2016 Ford Focus. The sale an was extremely helpful answering all my questions. I was even taken back when the sales manager came up to me because he recognized me for the many times I've been there buying vehicles. Brandon (I think that is his name) was excellent. He remembered speaking with me by phone when I made the appointment. It was ready at noon when I returned to pick it up. Considering how much I paid for the service warranty pkg, I was very happy with the service. My only complaint is that the shuttle doesn't start until 7:30am. I have to be at work at 7:30am but I enjoy walking; so it's ok. I can't rate quality of repairs. As long as the vehicle runs, I wouldn't know. I do know that it cost an arm and a leg.

Almost all of our repairs were satisfactory, but for the Sync of our iPhones. That was not working and we had to go to our Sprint Store and have their Rep mess with it. Now only one phone will sync, not both, no matter what we do!Also, all our saved destinations were deleted! Grrrrr

We bought a new 2015 Focus; Ford (in Detroit) took back our leased Fiesta (which had serious transmission problems) a year early, and refunded part of our payments over the two-plus years we had it. It was a very fair deal. This is the fourth car we have purchased or leased at Palm Springs Motors in Cathedral City, California, so I guess you would say we're loyal customers!

Came into the service center for an oil change, but they were very busy and was told it would be at least two and a half hours before they could get to it. A very efficient young lady that was helping me suggested that I take it over to the Quick Service area. She said she would be happy to call over to the Quick Service and see how busy they were. Turned out they could take me right away! During the check-in process it was discovered that my vehicle had a recall on the transmission and while the vehicle was being serviced; a major oil leak was discovered (I thought I had seen drops of oil in the garage). Made an appointment to return and have the work completed. I received a rental car for just over a week and a half. Ford's Service Department is amazing at this location. Every single person I dealt with was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. That's why my last three vehicles have come from Palm Springs Motors!!

Returned back to PS Ford, after a long term out of town dealer experience, due to the very positive experience associated with my wife's recent Mazda purchase. I believed I was experiencing a transmission issue with my Explorer and called the local Edison garage (I am a retired SCE employee) and found that they use PS Ford for their transmission related issues.It was determined that the issues were not associated with the transmission, but they were a coolant system issue. Rick, the service person was very timely in communicating the status, explaining the issues, the recommendations, and follow up communications. The work was thorough and complete. This experience was clearly very positive, which with the new car purchase will cause us to return to PS Ford for our automotive needs.

And I question why a major recall was warranted in a brand new vehicle that was supposed to pass rigid quality control standards during the manufacturing process.

When you offer to wash the car, make sure the guy doing it makes sure all windows are clean especially the front one in and out, as the hot weather leaves a film on it. Maybe this is why you do not have many people wanting their cars washed.

I drove up to service area w/o an appt. Was immediately greeted by a staff member who directed me to the inside service tech, Danielle. She brought up the car info on the computer and registered it for service. She then walked with me to the upstairs waiting area and said I was free to roam around, it would be about an hour. While roaming around I discovered a free hot dog stand, as it was Labor Day weekend. Several staff members made sure I had coffee, water, etc., while I was waiting in the lounge. The service took alittle over an hour, not complaining, and I was on my way. I felt very catered to during the visit. I skipped the car wash. The interior of the car was not dirtied up while being serviced. You definitely deserved a 10 rating.

My Ford Taurus 1999 needed $2,000 of air conditioning And new tires very soon. so I ran down to buy a car. I did not want to do this I was hot, tired and not expecting to have to 'deal'., but it turned out just fine. Thank you to Michael Sarge Riley. He made my day less stressful than it had to be and I do mean my entire day. If I have any complaint it would be to make this process a bit shorter for those who would like it to be shorter. I would have liked to have said that I walked away with a deal, but I believe I paid your price all the way, because I was hungry and tired And I am not very good at negotiating like you want us to do. Bottom line, I love my new car, Ford Fusion 2009. It is in the price range I wanted and has all the bells and whistles that I did not even know I was looking for. Leased a Lincoln 2015 MKZ Hybrid about one year ago. Took it in to Palm Springs Motors last week for its first service. The service rep was excellent, opted to wait and she took to me to the service lounge. An excellent facility. She came over to the lounge and fully explained the services performed and took me out to my car which had been driven over after being completely washed. All done in 90 minutes. Very satisfied.

Can't remember the ford motor finance guys name but he got us a deal we never expected in a million years...when he showed us the deal we were like, what are you talking about, theres know way we qualify for that good of a deal... He said oh yeah....and we said oh yeah!!! I would highly recommend wearing protection covers over their shoes when getting in and out of test drives. I brought in my 2013 Ford CMAX for recalls from Ford. I did not have an appointment and was worried about having to wait. But Rick Mills came out right away, took the information he needed from the car and we went to the service writer desk to write up the service ticket. My intention was to wait for the repairs but when Rick told me the vehicle would need to stay overnight I was disappointed I had no way to get home. Rick was going to see what he could do about getting a rental car but Veneisha suggested that one of the recalls may have a rental provided by Ford. Bingo, it did! Boy was I happy about that. The car stayed over night and the recalls were performed as well as a vehicle inspection and a courtesy car wash. The rental car was available on the spot and returned there as well. The vehicle and I were well taken care of bu the staff in Service and at Enterprise.

Our search for my new car began weeks ago, research, test drives, online statistics for my top vehicles was time consuming, but worth it.Marcos Zacarias met us at Palm Springs Motors/Mazda lot and the rest is history. He was friendly, not pushy, professional, positive, knowledgeable and could tell I was happy with the Mazda6 and wanted to give me what I wanted.He treated my husband and I with dignity and respect.His manager was very helpful and encouraging and the Finance gentleman was personable and helpful understanding the sometimes confusing details. I have a max energi that had its 20000 mile service and it seemed to go okay but a few days later I had an email stating my tires are needing replaced soon. I took it in to the service dept and was told I have about 5-7000 miles left and will need to replace them. I find this very unsettling considering I bought the car new and need to replace tires at around 25000 miles. This make me suspicious if my vehicle came with new tires or replacement ties on when I bought it!On another note my husband , who drives an electric Fiat 500, was interested in seeing the electric Ford Focus I think it was? We came into the dealership and he left feeling very reluctant to return because of the way the sales person dealt with us when the sales person realized we wanted electric and there were none in stock he obviously did not see any relevance in assisting us if he want getting a sale that day from us being there.

I like my car, but was sad to find out it did not have the visor with the button for the garage on it. I am hoping I can get one. I left town the day after I got the car and returned today. I will call tomorrow and ask about the visor. Also, I could not get a new password for SYNC. It kept kicking me out, so I asked Kelly if he could work on it for me.

I brought in our 2013 Fusion for a 5th solar shield application and am always so pleased when I get the car back, the interior looks just as good as the day we brought it home; I appreciate all the other things that Ford does, too, checking the fluids, proper air pressure in the tires, etc.And my "guy", Brad T., was on top of everything and very helpful. I know those guys put in lots of hours, how they stay so good natured it a talent. Not forgetting, either, the shuttle drivers, I'd be up the stump without them since I live over ten miles from the dealership.Good Job, Everybody!

This is the 3rd time I have taken my 2015 F-250 (6.7L Diesel) to PS Ford for service and the team there did a great job. Last time I came in, there seemed to be a communication error between myself and staff, but we have moved forward and they provided great service and it was done in a timely manner. The guys at the service counter are very willing to answer questions, you just have to ask. If you don't ask, they don't know what your needs are.

Went to Palm Springs Motors to purchase the new Ford Mustang. I was helped out by Gilbert Alvarez who was friendly and knowledgeable. Him and his team managed to get me a good deal despite the fact that I had bad credit. The apr and payment was a little higher than I was hoping for. But I think this is the best they could do given my credit history. The only other complain was that the finance manager was a little overbearing and tried to talk me into extended warranties, gap insurance and other things I didn't want which would have pushed my car payment over 100 dollars more a month. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone buying a new or pre-owned car. Just make sure to do your homework first and know when to set your foot dowjln

I contacted someone over the phone regarding a Mazda 3 I was interested in. My price was accepted, and I drove out from L.A. to buy my car. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. The party atmosphere on holidays helps put you in a good mood to buy and makes you feel appreciated. I got a great car (last year's model) for a great price- much lower than anything for sale in the L.A. area.The parts department closes pretty early, and they don't have the best trained staff, so know what you want/need in advance.Highly recommend this dealership.

I came in on July 4th to look at cars since they had all kinds of deals going on at Ford. My old car was still in good shape though it had 175,000 miles in it because I drive so much. So I thought I'd come into the Ford dealership to look at my options. Having my mom in assisted living really limits my budget of what I can actually pay. Ray and the team at Ford worked out a great deal to be able to put me in the payment bracket I needed to be. Being that I have always had Fords and I made payments on my last car till I bought it off from a Ford dealership really gave me the confidence that they would be able to help me. I went in to speak with the internet rep regarding their dela on the Ford Fiesta. Online was MSRP 15885 with a discount of 1500. Sales manager refused to honor the online price. They had no idea about the price and instead made me pay the 1500 down out of pocket and made my payments higher than I wanted.I would still recommend buying a car there only because the sales rep who showed us around made the experience worthwhile. I have shopped at Palm Springs Ford & Fiesta Ford many times over a lot of years. I like the test drives but they don't want to deal. One Mustang in the show room they have marked up $25,000 above sticker. Both dealerships are owned by the same people. I don't care for the way they try to force you into a deal. I made an offer on a car. They left me sitting for about 1/2 hr. I told them I had to go. They said wait the deal was almost done. I told them to call me when done & I'll come back. They called & said it is done. I asked what the deal was, they didn't get close to my deal. They just wanted me back in the dealership to work on me. Not cool.Shop but don't buy Mike Shearer

I leased my 2014 Focus at Fiesta Ford in Indio, not knowing at the time that they were owned by the same people as Palm Springs Motors. I previously had problems with PS Motors and certainly did not want to do business with them. Had I known I would have bought another make of car. There are lots of problems with the car which have not been addressed but the two things that bug me the most is the rear window in the hatch which looks like it was put in a waffle iron. There is a distinct pattern in the glass that is extremely distracting. All they will tell me is that since some other cars have the same problem that makes it normal! So why do we ever have recalls if that is the case? No answer to that question. The other thing that is bad is the sync system. I'll be driving along and my phone disconnects and I have to re-connect manually. Also the music source switches itself. and then I have to manually switch it back to whatever I was listening to. For these problems the response is that a/ it's my phone, and b/ the sync system is fine and there are no problems with it. Yet, I received a letter from Ford months ago that there were so many problems with the sync system that Ford was extending the warranty to five years and that they were dumping Microsoft for that reason. Extending the warranty won't do any good though if they refuse to acknowledge any problems and blame the customer. I spoke to customer disservice at Ford headquarters and they were just as bad. Ford simply refuses to acknowledge that their cars are not perfect and the customer is never right. I wrote a letter to the president/CEO of Ford weeks ago and he won't even respond. Here I sit with a car that is far from perfect and they think it's my fault. What is my fault is choosing Ford. I have bought and leased many cars in my long life but I've never been treated so badly and so rudely both by the manufacturer and the dealer. I will repeat once more this is my last Ford product.

From.the moment we walked.in there was a sense of.possibility and openness. We were warmly greater and offered good cold water. I had already had email conversations with a really enjoyable woman sales person to.explain Emmy situation to.her. She greeted us and after some brief talk we were refered the another salesman who.worked the deal. My situation s complicated financially, but there was always a sense of "I think we can make this work." Our needs situation and hopes were discussed as we filled.out some forms. Soon we were talking about car colors and options. After some further paperwork, we signed and drove home in our new Fiesta. Everyone was more then friendly. There was a "Can and want to do" spirit from start to finish. It was a real joy. I highly recommend Palm Springs Motors. They even asked us to come back to help.explain the sound system and security system. I.am.very happy.

We totaled our car on Wednesday. That night we started researching our options online and we drove a new care home on Thursday! Jared Pruett was our salesperson and he was very positive and helpful in getting our urgent need satisfied during the visit. We had a positive experience from our first online "chat", to phone and email follow-up with assistants Taylor and Lisa, meeting with Jared and selecting a car, and working with Freddy the Finance Manager. Even though we don't have the best credit in the world we got great financing and a great car: 2014 Ford Fusion with exactly the light exterior and light leather interior we prefer in the desert. We drove it up to Idyllwild today and it handled beautifully - and LOVE all the new bells and whistles (and rear video and lane sensor and blue-tooth, and Sirius Radio...).

I came in from the Los Angeles area to visit and have been searching different dealerships. I plan to purchase a new vehicle either the end of this year or early next. I told the salesman Louie that I was just looking and he was so nice and patient about it. He didn't seem bothered at all and answered all questions I had. Ive been to other dealerships and the min I mention Im not planning to buy till later in the year, they immediately get impatient. My car was towed for inspection after it was under flood. My insurance company took it to I10 collision and they said nothing was wrong with it there are no lights indicating a problem the engine was running fine but i knew it had problems so they took it to palm spings motors autobody. Ivan was taking care of it he kept me in the loop during the whole process and inspect the car had all the issues pointed out and imposed the repairs needed. He and Jane are very courteous and professional and took care of their customers' need. I had a great experience working with them. These people go the extra mile to deliver satisfaction my car was washed and polished it went in dirty and not functional and came out looking like brand new. I would recommend everyone to use their services...

Ivan, Jane and Jerry, at the Body Shop of Palm Springs Motors, are outstanding. They all went out of their way to facilitate the work on my 2009 Ford F150 SuperCrew 4x4. They kept me well informed of the status of my truck and went the extra mile in ensuring that all of my concerns were handled in a timely and professional manner. 've had problem after problem with my 2012 Focus SE including the transmission issues that are still not fixed. Palm Springs Motors along with Corporate haven given me the run around and avoid having to pay for the clutch shutter and will not do the procedure TSB 14-0047 because it will cost them $3000.Vanesha did all she could as a Service Rep to calm my anger. She was helpful and I understand that she is no in charge of making the decision. However, I still gave 1 star to ensure that anyone who reads this knows not to buy from this dealer or buy a Ford in general. Yup, another review said the people BUYING a ford are happy with PSM, just not the people who have to deal with the repairs, after repairs, after repairs.I will never buy a Ford again. I'm working on taking my transmission problems to another dealer (Not Fiest Ford because they are owned by the same people).This morning I went to the dealer website to find the email address of the owner - it's not listed and I think we all know why. A chat window opened and I asked the person chatting with me for the email address and she refused. .CLEARLY THE OWNER DOES NOT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS BUSINESS.

I bought a jeep at this dealership and other than the nice salesman the experience was the worst I have ever had from a dealership. Every time there was a problem they always said it was my fault. They we're suppose to pay off my old car under the agreement of the contract but they did not pay it off and not only did have a new payment a down payment but I was hit with my old car payment which was auto pay from my bank account. When I asked Kevin in fiance he told me I would be reimburse within a couple of weeks. It took over two months. When I called Kevin he told he said that because I was pressured him to say that, wow. Also the payment was a couple of hundred dollars short. ALSO I HAVE HAD THIS JEEP FOR OVER 5 months and still have not received title or tagsDo not deal with folks believe me everyone I talk I tell of my experience and they agree there are better choices for a car.

I just had body work done on my 2012 Mazda 3 and I am extremely happy with the results. Not only was my car done but I was given a clean, washed, and armor tires cleaned, and inside as clean as the outside. Jerry Soto was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Also I want to commend two of your tire & auto center, Quick Lane, employees; Tony Hubbert and John Fitzgerald. My husband I bring our cars to have our cars lubed and tires rotated, etc. and talk about friendly,trustworthy, and efficient employees! We have lived in the desert a long time and we have been to many auto centers because of these two fellows we continue to bring our cars to Cathedral City and we live in Indio. Bought my car new in 2012 it has had 5 warranty problems already and my door on the inside damaged from them then in a routine oil change my oil drain lid was damaged they have an Ok front office but the people working on your vehicle have No care about your car. The car salesman technique has definitely changed, making buying a car not so dreadful. I can't stand a pushy salesman hawking your every move. Jordan Johnson, was pleasant, not pushy and very informative. My family and I went to the dealership "just looking" and now we know exactly what we want when we are ready.. and we will definitely go back to see Jordan. My experience was great! A young man named Jordan helped me right when I got to the lot. I hate pushy sales guys but he was awesome. He was friendly and funny and showed me a few f150's which is what I was looking for. We found one with everything I wanted AND the color I liked. Jordan made the whole experience smooth and pleasant ( not like most car dealers ). When we were getting ready to sit down with his sales manager to sign the papers my wife called and she was GOING INTO LABOR!! Before I rushed out of there Jordan told me he would make sure he would have the truck for me when I come back and would still give me the same deal. I had driven a Chevy for nearly 20 yrs. I knew the owner of the small dealership in Colorado & leased and traded in every 2-3 yrs. for a new truck. The last GM product I actually purchased as the economy didn't warrant leasing again. I kept it for 7 yrs. Was happy to not have a monthly payment anymore as it was paid off. Unfortunately I was putting $1500.-$2500. into it every few mos. on maintenance. So I really did still have a pmt. just not monthly anymore. When the most recent issues started with my GM truck, trying to be prudent I took it to a local Chevy dealer to have them diagnose the problem. They said they were too busy and come back later. Just in case there was a major problem I began to look at trucks to get over sticker shock in case I had to purchase a new one. Keep in mind I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in 7 yrs. I looked at every truck on the lot a few times, was there a good 1/2 hour or more and no-one even approached me. I thought that unusual and got in my truck to leave. I thought oh I'll go down the street to ford to see what trucks they have, look at prices etc. I absolutely had no intention of buying a Ford as I was a Chevy man! A salesman came out talked to me and turned me over to Ben Villarreal. A nice young man. I absolutely felt no pressure from either salesman. I explained to Ben that I wasn't ready to buy a truck today and didn't feel they could meet my idea of a payment if I did indeed decide to purchase anyway. After showing me what a payment on the truck we looked at would be. I told Ben that was way beyond what I would be comfortable paying. He asked me what payment I would be comfortable with. I told him. I didn't feel we could come to terms as the numbers were so far apart. He asked me to wait for a moment and he would get His sales mgr. His name is Mike. These two Men worked with me gave me more than a fair price for my GMC and got a payment that I felt comfortable with. I felt both of them went above & beyond the call of duty. I drove away with my new f-150. I absolutely love my new truck. The bed is deeper than my GMC, it rides up higher. And after being a truck driver for 36 yrs. I can just feel it is a better built truck! I am absolutely 100% happy with my experience with these two salesman and Palm Springs Motors. I think I will be seeing a lot of them in years to come as I am a dedicated customer, this is a two year lease and I love driving a new truck. Sincerely David Hulstine

About two weeks ago, I had my brand new Ford Fusion towed to the service department because I got stranded with my family out in Yucca Valley. It happen on a Sunday afternoon, when we were heading out of town to celebrate my fathers birthday. It ruined my whole day when the plan did not worked out. I had to wait till Monday morning when the Service Dept was opened to run a diagnostics on my car to find out the cause of the problem. I was disappointed since I had bought the car the beginning of the year. When I spoke to Bryan the Manager of the Service department and notified me that the cause was over an oil change not done properly that I had done elsewhere he still took care of me. Although it was not PSM responsibility he went out of his way to sympathize and work with me to make me happy.Bryan turned disappointing to satisfying right away. I must admit never again will I go anywhere else but to PSM to get everything done correctly. I am a beyond happy satisfy customer and will tell all my friends how a great customer service PSM has. Bryan I cant thank you enough for being very understanding and helpful. Bryan is the Best!!!!

Had an appointment for 10 am. Said they would call me in a couple of hours to tell me how it was going. I called back at 3;30 - they had just taken into the techs. Now wouldn't be completed. They have no courtesy cars. Said they would call me first thing next day. At 10:30 I called them....not ready. Finally completed about 11;45 but couldn't fix intermittent problem with a/c. Why make appointments if you aren't going to work on the car for several hours. Total disregard for customer. Several friends are thinking of purchasing Fords -- surely not going to recommend this dealer!

If you ever need auto body repair work, we recommend that you bring your vehicle to Palm Springs Motors Auto Body Shop. Our car was involved in an accident, and after everything was said and done, these professionals made it look brand new! We are very pleased with the work performed on our vehicle, AND we recommend this auto body shop to others who live in the area. The customer service is top notch, they work as a team, and you'll be happy with the results! Do I dare say it? Sure, why not? They're miracle workers!

My dad and I went into the dealership to check out prices on a new truck. Once we were parked, we already had an employee walk up to us to help us out. His name was Louie and he was very nice, he showed us a couple of trucks and then took us out for a test drive. Like with any car dealer, it takes some negotiating to get the right price and payments, but everybody in the dealership was helpful and willing to work around our needs. It was a very smooth process of picking out the truck, negotiating, and signing paperwork, they even threw in some hats [my dad is a huge hat person], a carwash, and a few tanks of gas. I will definitely be returning for my upgrade on my Ford Focus.

We recently had some body repair work done at Palm Springs Motors. The entire staff (car rental, body shop manager and administrators) were extremely well versed in how to provide the highest level of customer service. Polite, unsolicited communication, poised, polished, etc.I have been taking our Ford products to this dealership for over five years and have received the same level of consisten service. I would highly recomment this dealership to anyone!!!

They will promise things they can't do. Give you the vehicle yank your chain over and over again only to have you return the vehicle. My husband dealt with Ray Salazar a sales associate at that location. This guy gave my husband the keys to a f150 2011 truck and took our trade in, told us not to worry about it, that he would take care of him. My husband was to stop payment on the trade in and was assured the vehicle. Later we got the call. The DEAL was Done and the truck was ours. Soon after they called to say that, they were still working on the finance. A day later it was our truck. We went out of town to celebrate and upon returning we had a notice in the mail to return the vehicle. My husband called them to sort out the notice and they said it was a mistake that the TRUCK was in fact OURS. Not even half an hour later they called back saying they were sorry there was an error in communication and that the truck was NOT ours. My husband had already excepted a great new job opportunity were the truck was a valuable tool and fallen behind on his trade in vehicle payment. He got fed up with Ray and told him he had till Friday (two days) to either give him the truck or take it back but we couldn't continue wasting time. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and lack communication among their employees. My husband also found out that they did the same thing to a friend of his. ....Palm Springs Motors IS NOT the right choice when thinking about purchasing a new vehicle

Our local dealer Palm Springs Motors palmspringsmotors.com has the worst service ever. I brought my brand new car almost a month ago with an electrical problem, could sound big but not, the mechanism to open the trunk stopped working. They turned this problem into a nightmare, they made some damage to my car, scratched the glove box and two dents on the doors, took the car back and got it fixed, apparently, a week passed and a lot of damages are coming out on the area where they were working. They have the excuse of our signature on the paper that says "they fixed the problem we brought the car in for" and a video that shows us inspecting the part of the car that was fixed and we signed the car out but we were not told that we supposed to look for new damages caused by the dealer for the second time in a row. All I can say is that those problems weren't there before the car went in and now if a bring my car to them I don't know what other mayor damaged they could make. Why do I have to accept this?, I changed my car for a new one and now my new one doesn't look as a new one after only four months because they didn't take care of the problem as they should.

On Saturday, March 8th, my wife and I came into Palm Springs Motors with the intent of looking to purchase her a vehicle. Jason immediately stepped in to help us find the vehicle with every item she could possibly want while simultaneously ensuring that all services were completed on my recently purchased F-350. His desire to help and sincere willingness to go above and beyond made this the best purchase experience we have ever had. I truly believe that the professionalism of Jason, Billy and Raymond in finance were more than I could have ever asked for. This dealership will take care of you. We not only felt welcomed by Jason Klang but more importantly he didn't waste our time showing us vehicles we weren't interested in or trying to sell us something we didn't want. We told him what we were looking for and the price range we had and Jason made it easy to see what they have! Before you buy your vehicle, even if you found one you like at another dealership, stop by Palm Springs Motors just to see what they have. We were in love with a Honda CR-V from another dealership. After walking in and seeing the great deal we got on our Certified Pre-Owned Ford Edge (which we thought was out of our price range), it was a no-brainer for us. We're glad we came to Palm Springs Motors!

I purchased a new 2014 Ford Edge limited yesterday at Palm Springs Motors. The sales manager, Trent Hanna, the sales mgr, Billy Hayes, and the salesman, Marcos Zacarias, were all great to work with. Marcos was extremely patient as I was trying to figure out which vehicle that I liked. We looked at many vehicles and it was nice to not be pressured into buying something that I didnt want. I drove off the lot with the car that I wanted and for a good price. I would extremely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great car purchasing experience.

We wanted a new Lincoln MKZ and researched all over California to find the best deal. We wanted all of the options and bells and whistles. Some of the sales people at other dealerships were not very helpful. We were also mislead to come to a dealership and the cars we wanted were not available. Ben Villareal was very knowledgeable about how to use the new technology on the Lincoln. He worked out a fair price for us. He is always accomdodating every time we visit the dealership.

We met Ben when we were shopping for a work truck for my husband. We had gone out of the Palm Springs area to see if we could get a better deal. Palm Springs Motors was our last stop for the day. We had already gone to 3 or more dealerships where the salesmen didn't listen to our needs and tried to bump up our price. My husband was starting his own business and we wanted to keep to our budget. Ben came out, we told him what we were looking for, he was friendly, had a great smile and brought us to the truck my husband purchased. We are very happy with the truck and the deal we got so when my daughter needed a new, safer car we called Ben and he gave us the same incredible service. We bought her a Mazda and she loves it.

When arriving at the Ford lot my Husband and I were welcomed with smiles and harming greeting. Our sales clerk Jason Klang was the most helpful sales we have ever encountered he showed us a Jeep Wrangler and we instantly fell in love with the vehicle. I would like to comment on the wonderful experience I had purchasing my new F150. I can't believe I am even writing a review for this based on my previous unpleasant experiences when purchasing new vehicles. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Jason Klang and my experience from there was outstanding. Jason was very informative on the truck I was looking for. We went over the features on the truck to my liking. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase which in the passed always made it an unpleasant experience. We eventually got to price and to my delight with rebates the price was better than i expected. I then dealt with the finance manager and got the financing rate and warranties that I wanted. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Palm Springs Motors, Jason Klang and their employees.

from the moment we arrived at the dealership to deliver toys for a toy drive we were not there to purchase and came across jason he was helpful in every way possible that he had control over. i will return to this dealership shortly to purchase (2) new work trucks as long as long as they keep there word.The reason i say this is i was promised one price in front of several dealer principals and when it came time to take delivery of this vehicle the price changed by $ 1000.00 not in my favor this and the pre delivery wash by some very inexperienced lot personnel created noticeable scratches which the dealership paid to have corrected.overall i was satisfied with this dealership and will return

With Mike in the mix making sure I could get everything that I wanted (although I changed my mind on several occasions), for what I believe to be at the best value. Allen worked my husband, Jack, behind the scenes to secure the exact model, color and energy efficiency of my new Hybrid Ford Fusion. This car was a total surprise to me on December 26! He never pressed, just worked to find the exact car in our price range. We sealed the deal in a couple or hours. We're very happy with the professionalism and diligence of Allen. When we had to come in after New Years to get the keyless entry redone, Allen drove with us to service, made introductions to the service dept, and stayed with us until an appt was secured . I was looking for a rare and largely unknown car, a Ford Focus Electric. Ben and his team really knew the ins and outs of the electric Focus and knew how to sell it against its competition. They were also great at explaining the unique features of the electric version of the Focus and how to maximize its efficiency through smart driving. Leasing my new Focus Electric was a great experience and I heartily recommend Ben and the entire Palm Springs Motors team.

My initial visit was for a lease, but upon arrival I found out the lease special had expired. This dealership worked with me and I ended up purchasing the car I wanted and not being put into something else. This will be the first time in my life that I will leave the original license plate cover on my vehicle from the dealership. "Palm Springs Motors" I wear it proud!

Was looking for a used Ford Fusion - 2010-2012 year range. Called the sales department and spoke to Jessica. She said that she had a 2011 for $13995, a great price, with only 42K miles on it. I drove an hour one direction to get there, only to find out that this was a "bait and switch" tactic. Jessica wasn't even there for our appointment - instead, another salesman told us that Jessica must have "confused" their Fusion prices with the Focus prices. The only Fusions they had were the 2012 models selling for $15999 - no room to negotiate. Then they drove us all the way to their sister store, Fiesta Ford, to look for this possible 2011 Fusion. Needless to stay, it didn't exist. In my opinion, if your job is selling cars there is no excuse for confusing a stock of Fusions with Focuses. Won't shop here again.

It seems the Buyers are satisfied with this dealer, it seems to be the "service" that is lacking. My service engine light on my Expedition came on and It was time for an oil change anyway, I was told it was a cracked intake manifold gasket, i approved the repair. As I drove out the driveway after the repair my air conditioner started switching back and forth from dash vents to defrost vents, I immediately informed Ms. Foster of the problem and she said bring it back, when I did I was told it had noting to do with the removal of the manifold or the replacement of the PVC device, that it was a vacuum leak and they did not cause it, I was even told that the manifold and the PVC valve are totally unrelated to the vacuum system, which is of course NOT true. They even said they would fix the air so it would only come out the dash vents as a solution, after all this is Palm Springs and I seldom need the defroster, but always need the air conditioning. Five minutes after leaving the dealer for the second time this "fix" failed as well and it is back to switching from dash to defrost again. I left another voice mail for Ms. Foster who has not returned my call.This morning in an attempt to find the leak myself I discovered a puddle of oil in my garage that is dripping from the oil pan.While on the web page for PS Motors yesterday a box opened up with a chat person asking if she could help, i explained my issue and was promised a return call from a manager....no call.As is customary, I'm sure I will get a "Sorry your had a bad experience" reply from one of the two people who have replied to the previous service complaints, but no solution. If I get a satisfactory solution, I will post it.If you buy a car from this dealer, get it serviced out of the desert as the owner of this dealership also owns the Indio dealership as well.I also had a brake job done and so far I can still stop....

Went there to buy a 2014 Mazda CX 5 found one with 665 miles on it drove put of alignment said would fix next day drove still put of alignment had a previous owner had to take to there body shop because of these huge paint flaws on drivers side when we took it over noticed frame above front tire had body work with poor match paint job also body did not line up with bumper my guess was in accident. During this time the deal was complete xxxx with small talk took 3 hrs to make deal. Poor salesman Sean who was so nice had no control over mgrs decisions, once I noticed body flaw Roy his mgr and Roy's mgr knew car was damaged so they killed the deal I already signed for. Went to riverside Mazda gave me a better deal saved $150 overall got a CX 5 with 9 miles as opposed to the one in Palm Springs which had 665 and I would of been 2nd owner. Riverside threw in the LoJack at no cost and next week giving me a complete detail clay and acid wash for free plus they are going to fill my tank again after the detail. Also Palm Springs motors warranty extended is almost 1000.00 more! So glad I went to riverside. It was worth the drive.

I took my 2007 f-150 in because my engine light was on.Dennis said he would check it out.I said I needed to rent a car to get to work. He said they had an onsite rental. After four days of calls "can't find problem,part being rerouted"I got my truck back at cost of $1100.00. 400.00 being rental charges. The $85.00 discount didn't help. Prior to that I had taken my truck to their quicklane service. Tony said I needed front brakes and tires. I told him I wanted all terain and he sold me touring tires.I said thats not what I wanted.Tony said he would to order them and call me when they came in. He never did. Mark

We were helping a friend shop for a car. He looked at 2 used cars. The one he liked was $14,900 but was out of his price range so we started talking about the second choice which was marked at $9,900. We were then told that the price of that car just went up to $11,900 in the 20 minutes we were negotiating on the first choice. The price on the windshield still read $9,900. Needless to say we were surprised at the price hike. If you want to be jerked around by a shady character, go see Clarence at Palm Springs Motors. He is the epitome of every bad stereotypical trait you might ever have about a used car salesman. He uses guilt and scare tactics, all the while never looks you in the eye. Gordon on the other hand seems to care and worked with us. Sorry, but after the price increase right in front of our eyes, there's no way I could ever recommend this dealership. I've dealt with their sister store, Fiesta Ford, better attitudes there and no Clarence.

Friends DON'T let friends go to PALM SPRINGS MOTORS/QUICKLANE! Never do business with this company. During a routine oil change, their technician failed to replace multiple fluid caps, stripped the oil plug, and broke a major part on my engine. They never told me about it, did a crappy glue job to attempt to hide/fix it, it didn't hold. I discovered it after spelling burning oil and power steering fluid. They are trying to say it wasn't them. Funny thing is they have all the maintenance records in their system and are the only ones that have touched my vehicle. They are refusing to do the $600.00 repair. They are horrible with customer service, and have done me wrong! WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING, GET THE MESSAGE OUT! SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This Ford dealership has been the worst experience of my life. I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge in January. My first issue came with my finance. The salesman never bothered to explain that finance is subject to 10 days approval or return of vehicle. I was notified by letter that I had to return vehicle. When I went to dealership, they tell me it was a paperwork delay and letter was erroneously sent. A phone call would have been nice. Six months later and a relocation later, I went to use my paint shield package I purchased in my initial package, only to be informed the package was only valid in the Palm Springs area. Again, the salesman did not divulge all relevant information. I called three times before I spoke to Michael Beaty. It took five days and another phone call by my husband before we were informed of the status of our contract. After emails to both Michael Beaty and Scott Simmers, no one has the courtesy to call and provide us information. In addition, they claim they were unable to send copies of the correction due to email failure. Funny how they got my emails but they cannot reply. I have never been more disappointed with the customer service after the sale than with this vehicle. I would definitely never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Outstanding customer service. I tried 10 different dealerships, but Rick Freeze was the only one who took on shot. He welcomed me into the dealership and got my and family and I into a brand new Ford Explorer Limited. It's the wife's primary vehicle and she loves it. The entire staff was friendly and very eager to adhere to my family's needs as they sat waiting for the paperwork side of the house to finish. I was a skeptical at first because of the size of this dealership and its location, but if I was going to buy another Ford again I would make the drive to these guys...

The salesman met us promptly upon entering the lot, greeted us, helped us find the make,color and convenience package we wanted and was very knowledgeable with the product line. Promptly introduced us to the credit manager, where the lease was signed, and we were out the door. Showed us how to use the various features. Felt like we were part of the family!

The entire team was great to work with. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable and got to the bottom line as we requested. Abundant amount of friendliness and good humor, especially Michael Melikian. Josh Reynolds is a true afficionado of all of the features Ford has to offer and Kevin Rock reviews the required paperwork with ease and is great following up on the details.We leased a 2013 Ford Explorer which is our 10th Ford. Mitch Mileusnic deceived us into thinking he would not cash the down payment check until 1 month had passed. (3 days later)As soon as I wrote the review of his service,the idiot cashed the check. There wasn't any money in the account so it went minus. Instead of my Bank turning down the check due to insufficient funds,THEY CASHED THE CHECK.Now there are OVERDRAFT FEE's because of MITCH MILEUSNIC. Rick listened to my needs and suggested relevant models similar to what I visited to check out that better fit my needs. He knows cars with many years of sales experience in the Coachella Valley. During the test drive I took he guided me through a variety of terrains and pointed out the strengths of the car. The Mazda3 trim package I wanted was not on the Palm Springs Motors lot but he found one quickly at another dealer in the LA area. I signed on the dotted line around lunch Sun (Mother's Day). He had the car transported to Palm Springs Motors and I drove away that night at 6:00 PM in my new Mazda. Amazing to me! Rick is a no pressure sales person and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend him!!

The moment I walked in the staff was very kind and helpful. I told Jonathan I needed a car within a certain price range and what kinds of cars I was interested in and he showed me everything within my price range. when we found the car I liked he put in the best effort to get me the best deal possible and he did. The deal was very low pressure and was actually very enjoyable. He made everything very easy to understand, being that I'm a first time car buyer, all this stuff can get very confusing to me, but Jonathan made it all easy to understand and I was comfortable the whole time. He walked me though everything with the paper work and the car itself. There is a lot of new features on this car I've never used and he was patient with me and took his time explaining everything. I would definitely recommend Palm Springs Motors to all my friends and family for their car needs.

When I arrived at the dealership I was approached by Mitch Mileusnic. Mitch provided me with all the necessary information to be able to make a decision on what my car and financing options were. I live and work in San Bernardino. So obviously we went to our local (Loco) Ford dealer first because we were interested in a low milage used Ford Edge. We we amazed by the pushy attitude of the sales person, he pushed an attitude of problems issues with not enough used vehicles and the prices were rediculous. We then went to Redlands same pushy attitude. So we went to a Buick Dealer, the same. Finally we found ourselves in Palm Springs, one of our favorite places anyway. We met with the most awesome dealer and sales person ever. We test drove several cars then our sales person Mitch Mileusnic pulled the Rabbit out of the Hat! a 2008 Linclon MKX. Did he sell us? No, he helped us and provided patience and fellowship, which ultimately gave us the personal time to make the best purchase decision we could have. We are so super pleased with the Linclon and have made an awesome future relationship with Palm springs Motors and Sales people like Mitch Mileusnic. I have visited a couple of dealerships in the last couple of months, knowing it will be soon that I will need to buy a new car. I have been dedicated to Dodge for the last 14 years and planned on getting a new truck. Every time I would enter the dealership, I always had a uneasy feeling during and after visiting and that does not sit with me very well. Four weeks ago, I stopped in at Dodge with the plan to buy. The dealer just did not have the "welcome" felling about him. I felt like I was wasting his time. I left and on my way home, thought why not see the boys at PALM SPRINGS MOTORS. They have been bugging me to stop in and see what they could offer for the last 10 years or more. I run a grocery store down the street and deal with them a lot for lunch. I stopped in and told them my situation and told them I needed to get home. They said to come back the following day and see what we could work out. I met up with Mitch and after looking around the lot, I was able to find what I was looking for. Mitch was very helpful. Every time I drive by the dealership, I smile thinking why did it take me so long to stop by and see what they have to offer. I am happy and when its time to buy again, Palm Springs motors will be my first and probably only stop.

We started out to look/buy a new Lincoln MKZ, but a walk through the "used" section, a Mercedes E350 with only 5000 miles on it (a recent trade) called to us and with Mitch's help, is the car we drove happily home. Mitch was a pleasure to work with, making clear each step of the purchase and through the paperwork. We have had the car almost 5 months and with the Ford added warrantee could not be happier. We have dealt with Palm Springs Motors for service on our 2000 Lincoln (purchased there new) and have always gotten excellent service so my positive view of the dealership extends to both the sales staff and service. I highly recommend Mitch Mileusnic as a sales person for his honesty and assistance, both during and after the sale.

Mitch is always attentive and helpful. The entire staff is committed and friendly. When I encountered difficulty accessing the in-car telephone service, they immediately called in the "inhouse" expert and solved the problem before I ever left the shop. The follow up contacts have been welcomed and sincere. Good experience.

I was very impressed right from my first visit, to Palm Springs Motors. Mitch and the staff went out of their way to ensure that I felt welcomed and that all of my automotive needs were looked after. There was a good selection of used vehicles to choose from and we managed to find one that satisfied my requirements. I was so impressed that I brought my Lexus in for servicing and new tires. MUST READ ALL OF THIS.crooks liars & cheats. I live far away and was buying a car from Ray & Ron they both are liars & cheats here is the story.i made an offer on the car they did not like it but they accepted it so when they where going through ford credit they made it sound like that Ford credit would only do the loan if i purchased the extended warranty & the maintenance package these items would have added almost 6k to the purchase price their excuse for this was that the credit company would be assured that the car would not cost me anything to maintain over the course of the loan so i looked into that and found out that those are optional packages offered by the dealers they make about $1500.00 on each package so when i called them back to tell them i did not want these packages the sales man got all but hurt about it a said OK whatever with an attitude because i chose not to take these optional packages & they would not make any money on the deal they not have taken my offer but they did. OK so now they sent me the contract and all the dmv paper work to sign however my name was spelled wrong so when i called them they said don't worry sign & send it back we will fix it when you pick up the car this took place on a Sat. so Monday morning comes around i get a call from Roy asking me if i sent back the paper work i told him no i will do it when i get to my office he then said i need you to tear it up and send it back to him and that a new contract will need to be written. Well that was all BS as i did that they sold the car to some one else for more money. i would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership

I was referred to Mike Beaty by a good friend. We talked about my needs for a truck. He suggested that I talk with Billy Hays after I looked online at some of the trucks. I did that and Mike had already talked with Billy to let him know I would be contacting him. Billy provided me with links and photos of trucks that would possibly meet my needs. After some discussions I met Billy and test drove the truck. After I went home I decided it would be the right fit for my needs. Billy had the truck detailed and gassed up and ready for me to take home the next day. Gilbert handled the financing side. He presented and explained options which I accepted or declined without any pressure. The following day I went down to pick up the extra key and books. There was a slight scratch on the truck and they took care of it immediately. Mike, Billy, and Gilbert all talked with me on that day. My overall experience was very positive with all the people involved.

Just tried to take my new F-150 into the Service Department for a bit of service (nothing serious). At the appointed time of 1:30 p.m. I was in Row 3 of the Service Area to see Ron, who as it turns out was away. Lots of Service Advisors around (and only 3 cars in the service aisles) and not one person made any attempt to help. Ron's office mate (Fernando or Alfredo) could not even take our keys from us so that we could leave the truck. We were parked right in front of his office - it would have taken him one minute to take the keys. We waited over 25 minutes and finally left. I am happy that I did not purchase my truck here because I would have to return.Part of vehicle sales is service and this dealership should know this and ensure that their Service Advisors are trained or in this case re-trained. This is not Ron Walker's fault (he was not there).

Please see review at cardealercheck.com Basically they butcherd my car; I would get it back in worse condition than brought in. Grease everywhere and took 3 times to fix problem. They put 211 miles on my car the 3rd time I took it in.Very poor customer service.
