My experience was a breeze honestly the most smooth process I’ve ever had. Jon was able to get me in and out with quality service. He was able to match me with a vehicle that met my personal and financial circumstances. There was literally no hassle, at least not on my end! He definitely made it look easy. Hans was very welcoming upon my arrival and Jon was able to step right in and work with me to assure I leave with a vehicle that I was overall happy with. Ironically Jon also helped my grandmother get her vehicle a few years back which she is still extremely happy with as well. Thank you!

I must say that I am very disheartened that my tire problem had to be resolved at an outside source.When I purchased my 2012 Kia Sorento, I had "tire issues" from the beginning. I am sure that you can look up my service record. It didn't ride right, it made a rumbling noise and always pulled. I brought my vehicle in many times with the same complaint. The answer always was "we didn't notice anything" .There were rotations and balancing done but to no avail. Also pretty sure I even had two flat tires repaired there. I even bought an "extended warranty" on my tires. Sad to say, that such a warranty is valueless and a waste of money because it doesn't cover anything.I finally gave up on bringing my car in there since problem was never resolved. I recently brought my car into Tires Plus because I had a flat. They brought to my attention that a belt was busted on one of my tires! I saw it with my own eyes. What a surprise to me!! I purchased two tires from them, they rotated, balanced and the problem is miraculously GONE!The sad thing is that I was driving on that busted belt since I purchased the car (or at least shortly after that) and no one in your service department saw or noticed that.I am not a tire expert, (but you should be) but I would venture to say the the busted belt caused my other tires to not ride right and possibly caused the 3 flat tires I experienced.Very unhappy customer.

The kindness and concern of the staff. They go out of their way to help you in any way they can. The dealership send e-mail to inform you of the cars up coming needs, after you take your car in they call to make sure everything went well doing your visit. The salesman, was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I had recently purchased a 2015 Kia Sportage from Palmen Kia and he worked very diligently in trying to help me finance the car. I had appointments with other dealers in the area, but I saw that he was determined to get me financing, which he and other staff members were able to do. I told Warren that if I received extra funds that I would be back. So, I came back to Warren and he was able to work his Palmen Kia magic and now I have a 2017 Kia Sportage.

I use Palmen in Kenosha for all of my auto service needs and they never disappoint. Top notch all the way! Between appointments, I stopped in for an oil change. I stepped outside. Sitting there in the lot was my dream car, used, making it priced for my budget. Being between appointments I had very little time but wanted to negotiate that car. Joe in sales put a rush on it for me. Shortly after the oil change was complete and the wonderful porter washed my car for me, the old one was traded and several Palmen staff helped me empty my many items from the old to the new and away I went. In time for my next appointment! I got the car I love, at a price I could afford, fair trade in value for the old and out the door in no time at all. All involved, including Joe in sales, Steve and the porter in service, put a rush on everything, going above and beyond to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. I couldn't be happier and will certainly be back for my next car.

I go in, an average American middle class buyer. Explain that I am looking for a vehicle that is reliable but am limited on my price range. Automatically salesperson was not very interested in providing professional service. service. Schefuled a follow up call, 5pm, receive a phone call asking if I am interested in vehicle, I say yes. Salesperson states he cannot make it in until 1pm next day. I accommodate to HIS schedule. 1 pm next day, sales person informs me car had been sold that morning and basically says .. Too bad so sad!! No interest in explaining why vehicle sold if I was scheduled to make final negotiations on purchase and I had accommodated to his schedule. Very disappointed that a dealership of this caliber would treat an average American buyer like so, just because salesperson would not make thousands of dollars on sale. Left feeling as if was not worthy of professional service because I would not make dealership thousands of dollars on a car sale.

My Husband and I went to palmen to buy a van, we went there and took it for a test drive we liked it and our sales person was really nice and helpful and seemed to be willing to work with us. When we went to crunch numbers they didn't want to go down a whole lot on price even though it was a used Van. So the manager Niko quoted us a price it was a little more than we wanted but we said we would think about it and call them. My Husband called the next day to talk to them and Niko claimed that he never quoted us the price he did and my husband told him it was horrible business practice to give one price and then take it back and say that he never quoted us that price! So Niko started raving about how even if he did quote us that price doesn't mean he could have actually done it for what he quoted!! So why even give a number if you don't know it would work!! This is the second time they have lied to us!! We tried to give them another chance but they lied again!! I will never ever go back to Palmen again even if they had a van for a penny!! Very disappointed Palmen I don't know how you live with yourself lying to people!! I will never recommend you to any one ever!!

My wife and I just drove down from Muskego to Palmen. We purchase our last car from them and again, we are very happy. We test drove several cars. John D. or salesman was very helpful and informative. He laid out options but was not pushy and didn't "oversell" us. The manager Don worked a great deal. The entire staff was very friendly during the process. One even gave my daughter a new yo-yo to play with while we waited. The one negative is the amount of time the process takes, which is pretty standard, especially on a busy Memorial day weekend. Even from Milwaukee, I would take the drive and give Palmen a try first.

I would like to share my experience with Palmen Motors of Kenosha. I went in on a Saturday to test drive a truck, when I got there they said was already sold. Saw an 04 Cummins outside and decided to take it for a drive. I was sold. After talking prices, since the banks were closed for the weekend they said to take it home for the weekend. When I got back Monday we ended up purchasing the Vehichle. I brought in a list of things I wanted fixed, but they refused without bringing the price up, one was an alignment. So I decided to get it done by my mechanic. As they were doing the alignment they noticed that the sway bar had a lot of play in it, the back brakes and rotors were shot, and the rear seals were out of the axle. I immediately contacted them and got an estimate for them. Palmen didn't want to even fix the stuff in the first place and after a week I Was able to convince them that it was their responsibility. They still refused to fix the brakes saying "a man should do his own brake job." My estimate (from a certified shop, with a warranty) was $700 to do the axle seals, sway bar, and complete brake job. They insisted I bring it back to their dealership to fix. I brought it down and within a day I got a call from the service department. He said that the rotors are dangerously bad. But, the brakes are pressed and they are gonna put the seals in, but in order to do the rotors you need to break the seals deeming it a waste of time. They said they would "cut me a deal" and do the brakes for $800. I said no and immediately called up the sales manager (who's name I'll leave out). After some convincing he said he'll pay for half. Of course I was still upset and told them I didn't have $400 to pay for it. The same guy who told me the brakes needed done ASAP told me "they aren't gonna break down on you right away. Maybe you should save up some money then and get them done." After some fighting, I decided it'd be okay to pay $200 and they pay the rest. I called him up asking him if that would be okay, he said "since you wrote a bad review about me, I'm not gonna do it." Well, here's your review mister! I never wrote one before. These guys are a bunch of crooks. Look at all the other reviews of this place. They leave parts broken on their vehicles so after you buy them you have to pay to fix them. I'm not the first person to write about this. If they want to fix my Vehichle I'll gladly take this down. But until then I'm warning everybody to NEVER buy from them again. This review will be posted on every website I can.

This is the 3rd Kia Soul I have leased with Ray H. Im comfortable with him and appreciate his expertise in knowing the features of what I want in the car, as well as the extra benefits that I may not be aware of. The whole car shopping experience was great! We went into the dealership planning on just looking and test driving a new Sportage. We ended up walking away with a brand new one. This was all after a very horrible experience at the Subaru dealership up the road. Our sales consultant, Mike Moreno was fantastic! He was not pushy, explained all of the cars options, as well as ours (leasing vs buying). He worked hard to get us at the price point we needed to be at, and was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely recommend him to others! Last, the sales manager, Don Smith was also great. He introduced himself and told me to let him know if I had any issues, etc. The next day I noticed a ding in the door. HeImmediately said they would take care of it, and I actually have an appointment today to have it fixed! They are both an asset to KIA, and great to do business with!

Went in to look at a vehicle I seen on line for one price... Went there the price was totally different... Then told them about Classic advertising for vehicle's cheaper and Palmen Kia tells me that, that is Classic's way of getting people to go to their dealer, that they really don't do the deals.... So I went to Classic.. and they did offer me advertised deal. And called Palmen to see if they will match it and to tell them that Classic did offer the advertised price..... Never received a call back from Sales guy(Mr. Moreno) or manager.... Bad Service.... Bad Advertising... Bad Communication.... Dealership is about lies....

The salesman, Warren, was willing to do a follow-up call to make sure that I was understanding all of the features of the vehicle. We were able to get everything concluded in about a half hour. They filled the gas tank of the vehicle up all the way before I drove off.

He is a first class employee, and speaking from 24 years of customer service in my own career, he is invaluable to your team. Went in to the Kia in Kenosha to get my tire fixed on my 2015 Kia Sorento with 5,000 miles on it. Had my tire pressure sensor light come on and took it to get my tire plugged being that I was loosing air at a very fast rate. Psi went from 34-20 in a matter of an hour. The place that I took it to get plugged said there was nothing stuck in it can't find the hole. They put the tire under water and bubble come out. Tire can't be plugged. Go figure. I was very upset to begin with. Brand new truck. Brand new tires. Go to Kia thinking that my tires has a warranty or something being that it's so new. And that I didn't have anything punctured in them. No. The guy that helped me in the service department was rude beyond belief! I was telling him that I think I had the titanium package that would cover the tires. And he was like I can't tell you that. I have a call out to the guy that will tell me. Okay cool thanks. Then he said I would love to help you but you are being a pain. REALLY! I was being a pain! For what? What did I do?! Want my tire replaced. Of course. And lo and behold I did have the titanium package and ohh of course thy don't have my tire in stock so I have to go back down to Kenosha again tomorrow. Imagine that. My $35,000 truck is now driving around on a bunk xxx spare!

Very deceptive car dealer. I had been dealing with Palmen's internet personnel on a car that I found on cars.com. The car was advertised at a great price. I called before I went to the dealership and was assured the car was still available and the price was correct. I arrived and believe I saw the car in the parking lot and proceeded inside. I was approached by a salesman and I explained I had been dealing with an Internet sale rep and I was supposed to ask for a specific sales rep. Though that sales rep I wanted was busy, I was assigned a new sales rep. I was taken back to his office and was told the car I was looking for sold 30 minutes before I arrived. The dealer wanted to show me something else, though I refused, I only wanted the deal I saw on the Internet. As I left the dealership I noticed the car I thought was the car I was looking for was mysteriously gone. I decided to take a drive around the parking lot and noticed the car in the dealerships garage. Well it has been 5 days since my visit to Palmen and guess what, the car I was looking for is still on Cars.com. So my wife called today to see if the car was available, and it was. It is official, Palmen did a BAIT AND SWITCH! If you want a hassle free and honest experience drive a few miles and go to Raymond Kia in Antioch, Il. Raymond Kia honors their cars.com prices and actually have the car when you arrive.

It was amazing! I drove in at 5:45 with a tire that was leaking air fast- even though they were closing soon they agreed to help me. When the tire couldn't be repaired they were able to locate a match, get it over there and installed. They were super friendly and efficient and I drove out with a new tire at 6:09. I know Steve was the person who handled it - I don't remember the mechanic's name but they were both kind and reassuring. I can't tell you how impressed I was. I'm almost 60 years old and this was one of the best treatments of customer service I've ever had in my life. Thank you!!!

Ray Hilberger, he was wonderful. I live in Dover Delaware and purchased my car from your dealership via the internet. I found "my car" in your showroom. My local Kia dealership were great too trying to find it but "the right one" was not in their area. So as scary as it was for me I decided to embrace trust and ride the World Wide Web to your dealership. The greatest part with Ray was that he was so transparent in everything we did. Anything I ask to see he immediately took a photo of it and text it to me. No games were played. He was very friendly, caring and related to me as if I was his most important customer. My experience of purchasing my Kia 2006 Sorento Limited with Ray was delightful. I will miss him, it was easier than visiting and sitting down with a salesman in my area. Also, my first contact was with Carolyn, she too had similar qualities as Ray..Delightful and transparent.

I had read and heard a lot of good things about Kias. I went to Palmen to just look and test drive a Kia. Brian Ambrogio was my salesman. He was very friendly, informative, and made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure at all from him. I made the decision to buy, and was very pleased with what I got for my trade-in. The financing went smoothly, and I was out the door in what I thought was a relatively short period of time for buying a car. I have referred my friends, family, and co-workers to Brian at Palmen.

Traveled from Nashville, TN to Kenosha, WI to purchase my Kia Sorento. The great deal and exceptional personal service made it worth every mile!!! Bait and switch on car. I came in on a Saturday and told the sales person I was interested in a 2013 Kia optima in White Pearl. I went on a test ride in an EX model and agreed to get it. I was trading in my Santa fe because my mother could not get her legs high enough to get in it any more. She has back trouble and a tear in her shoulder muscle. I was told there were 6 white ex models nearby and I should get it on Monday. I came in on Monday and was told all 6 were sold and I would have to choose from the three on the lot or a different color. My next color was Corsica blue and was told I could not get that color. I had to bring a car home that day since I am my mother's care taker and Monday through Friday I take her to a local senior center. In a way it was my mistake to choose a color I did not like to get the car home. I called the next day and was told my car with 25 miles was a used car Then I get a call a few days later saying they found a car but I would have to pay $3000 more. The dealer took advantage of my problem. They knew I had to have the car on Monday and why didn't they call on Saturday to get my car. Shoddy dealer. I was call by Palmen from a Pat, who I explained the problem with and was told "I promise you a call from the sales manager". That was over 3 weeks ago. No call, no service. No wonder they don't belong to the BBB.

Overall, our experience at Palmen Kia was superb. Dave is super nice to deal with, always professional, and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a brand new Kia. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from David and would definitely purchase again. We love our Kia's.

Terrific service!! Absolutely no pressure to buy and Niko was especially patient with me, due to the fact that I pretty much test drove every car available.Tonya and Niko were helpful from start to finish! Would definitely recommend to all looking for an automobile. They all went out of their way to get me the best deal and financing.

I was referred to Brian Ambrogio through a friend who knew I was looking, but not seriously looking for a Kia. I e-mailed back and forth with Brian for a day or so and decided to stop in and see what he could do for me. I test drove a Kia Optima with him and 3 hours later I was leasing the vehicle! There was no pressure what so ever from Brian! He took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He knew I was on a tight budget and did everything he could to get me behind the wheel of my 2013 Kia Optima. Overall, it was a great experience and I would refer others to Brian Ambrogio in a heartbeat!

Our experience at Palmen was fantastic! Brian Ambrogio was an excellent salesmen. His approach to selling a car was very refreshing. Brian was not pushy or cocky. He knew his product and worked to get us a deal both sides could work with. We had gone to another dealership that had a similar aiuto but not the same experience. We purchased a Cadilac from another Palmen location and we would rate the experience the same, FABULOUS!We will always go to Palmen for our cars.
