Jose "Pepe" was our sales representative and he helped us throughout the entire process of buying our car. He was extremely amicable and knowledgable of all aspects of our new chosen vehicle. He was extremely helpful when it came to helping us find a good rate and bank where we would get approved. I would definitely recommend friends and family to come to Palmetto Nissan and I'll be referring them to Pepe! My daughter is already thinking about changing her vehicle to a newer Nissan. I went in with issues of my instrument cluster going in and out, they found out it was a faulty display in no time came to me and let me know they had to order the new display and I couldn't drive my car until it was fixed. Eifran was upfront about everything and got me taken care of..

BAIT AND SWITCH lives here at Palmetto 57 Nissan. Home of the "Agree to one price and jack up the price on the last piece of paper" deal. BEWARE of this very deceptive outfit. Larry Jackson (GM) agreed to sell me a car at one price. I agreed. After driving in and spending a day in the process, Carmen the finance guy tries to slip in another $800 above our agreed price. I refused, and asked to speak Larry. Then Carmen just disappeared. Gone. Not a word. We walked out, thinking how hard it would be for someone to spot the gimmick. We thought it would be a cruel and evil trick to play on someone who was not a seasoned car buyer: someone elderly or a woman or someone just out of school. This place will eat you alive. Roger Tovar is the owner, so he must approve of these shady tactics. Roger Tovar must think it is good to try to cheat people like this, and I wonder how many have been cheated by him and his outfit. How many walk in unaware of the mistake they are making?I would never be comfortable with my wife or my sons trying to buy a car here. Roger Tovar and his crew would try to cheat them at the last minute. My wife would be completely frazzled and upset. She would feel beaten up and abused. They would take advantage of her. Roger's tactics are evil. Do yourself a favor. Do not be cheated and lied to. Do not fall for their trick of promising one price and trying to sneak another $800 without you looking. Do not waste your time at Palmetto 57 Nissan. They are a bad dealership that will try to take advantage of you. There are many reliable Nissan dealers out there. But Roger Tovar and his dealership of deception makes me realize that I do not want any part of Nissan. If Nissan thinks Roger is good, then Nissan is not my kind of company. Hey Roger! Smart move hiring that Larry guy. You don't have to cheat people yourself anymore

In april 2015, I went to palmetto 57 nissan to see prices to buy a truck. I left from there with a Nissan Frontier and Nissan Sentra, after one month they call me to return both cars. The have a problem with the payoff price, they said it was $700 short and (Mr. Carman) said I need to pay for that. I ask for my Camry to get it back but Jorge said the car was already sold to another person and they don't know were it was. So, I decide to return both cars and they gave my a lemon car to drive until my Camry gets back. In July 2015 they approved only the Nissan Sentra and pay the Camry later, but the Camry was already taken by the bank as a repossession and now I have the repossession on our credit (my wife and I) and they said that is not there fault. Bad customer service / a lot of time waiting / and NO MANAGER to sold my issue. Just on guy helps me after this and is the only one I trust.

Quick and very courteous service. They really are concerned about your satisfaction. The service members update you throughout your wait and inform you of potential repairs that they recommended be addressed immediately and which ones can be addressed in the future. I've been driving Nissan brand cars for over 5 years and have been and will continue servicing through Palmetto57 Nissan.

Very disappointing sales experience. The sales person never negotiated the price with me. Just took me to the financial manager after a two hour wait in the show room. The financial manager never discussed the terms of the financing with me. Just pulled the paperwork for me to sign. I had an approval from a bank. He got the financing thru Nissan with a higher interest rate. Tried to upsell with different extended services plans and misinformed me about the warranty. The car that I bought has a 5 year, 60K miles bumper to bumper warranty. He told me its 3 years, 36K miles. Forced me to buy the Gap insurance. Worst new car buying experience ever.

First of All the only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because I couldn't leave a review with out giving a star. WARNING Stay Away from this facility..... They are nice to you just to sell but after that good luck. FALSE Advertisement about Customer Satisfaction and Money Back Warranty. I bought a 2014 Altima and a couple of months later it has been Hell with this car. Car has so many issues, I have been to the dealer 7 times and every time there's new issues with the car. Overall I'm exhausted with the back and forth and The problems with car are still happening. Extremely disappointed with the way that This Dealer and Nissan handle things.

Worst experience at Palmetto57 Nissan. Would not recommend to anyone nor would we buy anything else from them.When you go in and want to buy a car, they offer you the world, but once you leave with your new car they don't care who you are anymore.We bought three (3) cars from them on the same day and now I've been trying to speak to someone regarding a refund they owe us and no one seems to know anything or they just don't pick up the phone. I've left numerous telephone and cellphone voice messages for Larry Diaz, Maggie Diaz, Mariana, Brandy Herndon and no one has had the courtesy to call me back.I would really like to know if the owner/president Mr. Roger Tovar knows how his employees conduct themselves

On 12/22/2013 my dad wanted to purchase a car to find out his credit was not good to do so. The financial officer at Palmetto 57 Nissan asked if I could be a co-signer, I said I could, but he then asked my dad for a big down payment and supposedly was going to use his credit. They asked for my personal/social information just in case. I asked the person taking my information NOT to run my credit without my authorization, to please let me know when they were about to do so. A few minutes later, the financial officer printed out my credit report and I almost passed out. They didnt let me know! And he said, your credit is not good, you dont have a car in your credit report. Thats something I could have answered without them having to run my credit!My dad drove off with the car that day after giving a big down payment. A few days later, they requested my dad to come back and pay the rest IN CASH! These people are definitely crooks. My credit score dropped 70 points because of this inquiry so I checked my credit report and find out that they not only ran it once from their office but twice. the second time they did with another company on 12/27/2013. They have the worst costumer service, all they want is to screw you over!

Courtesy of sales Rep was very good but it seems that the Vehicle Maintenance Shop/Service neglected in a way the service request by the sales consultant of taking care of the indicators of the "Check Engine Light" and "Air Bag Light Indicators" since the lights came back on before I arrived to my residence. They either neglected the task, simply ignored the Sales Consultant request, didn't took it seriously, don't care about the customer or don't know what they are doing. Is a disappointment and a shame, as important as a business is, so is the time and satisfaction of a customer. I hope to get the opportunity to retrieve all, and finalize with a better/positive experience because after all I did met good people in your facility.

STAY AWAY! Horrible service. Offered us a payment of $368 4.9 interest, signed on our part. When it came time to finalize paperwork, terms read $504 monthly payment and 8.8 interest! We asked about the paper we signed and it was "lost." Thankfully we made a last minute inspection of the car, because we found of all things MOLD in it. Managers we terrible, finance guys were rude. Trying to switch up the deals on us, READ YOUR PAPERWORK!! Stay away. Oh I forgot to mention, we got this treatment and we had two cars in the mix.

This dealer is awful!! The sales person Alex was great, but finance people are awful. When we tried to qualify for car finance, they were going to submit papers to bank. Well, they said takes 1-2 ok, The next day I tried calling finance to get feed back mailbox full never could speak to him. I showed up, says still waiting for bank, FINE. Day 2 came AGAIN, can't get any info on what is going on. We got so fed up with the BS, they could have just said to us off the bat "Can't help you guys"! We went to big dealership in Miami, and we were there for a few hours and they helped us till the end. We drove off with our new car with better options!This dealer don't have the sense of customer service !!

My initial contact with the dealership was through cars.com. I got a speedy response the next day and made an appointment with the salesperson. Mr. Davis was patient, attentive and friendly. Even when we had to come back the next day Mr. Davis was still as friendly as the day before. So far I have no complaints with my experience at esserman nissan.

It has been many years, since I have encountered such a good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but here at Esserman Nissan I am more than happy with the service I have received. My car's AC broke and it took a few days to get the part. Ozzy Dominguez kept in touch with me letting me know what was happening at all times. He also made sure I had a loaner car,so that I could still get around. Even when I go in for my regular scheduled service he is pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect with my car. This young man is very professional and a hard worker. We traded in our 2008 Nissan Xterra in for a New leftover 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. This was without a doubt the best experience we ever had at a dealership. Mitra really worked hard to get us a great deal that we were comfortable with. He was very concerned with getting us the best deal he could. Mitra is very on point, what he says is what he does. There are no surprises or games. I can't believe how easy he made it, we were in and out with our new car. Now, on to our salesmen Bruce........ Amazing . Bruce is very laid back, not pushy at all, just wants you to be happy with your purchase. He will answer any questions you have, no matter how long it takes. He is super friendly and helpful. Esserman Nissan should recognize what assets Mitra & Bruce are to their company. It's people like them that make you come back, I know we will definitely be buying our next car from them and will be telling everyone we know about the phenomenal experience we had. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! WE DROVE 2 HRS TO BUY A USED FORD FOCUS WAGON, BEFORE WE LEFT THE HOUSE I CALLED THE INTERNET SALES PERSON, ANGELICE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CAR WAS STILL THERE AND IN GOOD CONDITION, READY TO GO. SHE ASSURED ME THAT WAS THE CASE. WELL, WHEN WE GOT THERE, THE CAR THAT WAS FINALLY PULLED UP WAS FULL OF DIRT, BRANCHES, LEAVES, FILTH, DISGUSTING!!! MOREOVER, THE PERFECT CONDITIONED CAR TURNED OUT TO BE A CRAP, VERY USED AND SMOKED IN, PROBABLY NEVER CHECKED OR NEVER SERVICED CHEAP JUNK!!! From the moment i walked into Esserman Nissan I was treated with extreme courtesy. I had no intention in buying a brand new car but then I met Mitra Ramprsad and he made my first car buying experience a great one! Not only did I get rid of a used car headache, Mitra put me in 2012 new car that my family and I will enjoy for a long time. He made what I thought impossible possible to make a deal. I would be remissed if I did not take the time to tell of my experience at Esserman Nissan. Towards the end of 2011 I made a decision to purchase a car. And from the beginning I began to stress. There were 2 reasons I dreaded this process one I knew my credit was a "mess" and secondly I felt as if "car salesmen were out to get you".A friend of mine recommended Esserman Nissan and said " I know 2 guys who will take care of you". On January 30,2012 I had the opportunity to meet with Bruce Brady and Wilbert Rejoice who both greeted me with smiles and made me feel at ease. Bruce and I walked the entire lot to find a car.(This displays dedication and commitent). During the visit I also met Mitra Ranpersal who would seal the deal and he too was pleasant, optimistic and informative. Not only did Mitra work to get me approved he also provided me with valuable information to help improve my credit.As I, reflect I definitely put more stress on myself because my experience was stress free. I had a fairly new vehicle (2008 Mitsubishi Galant) but extremely high payments. For the car to be a newer vehicle, it had no upgraded features. I felt trapped in a car that had high payments, high APR, loses its value, and had nothing modern about it except for the year. I went to Esserman Nissan and Alexis Morillo was my dealer. I must say that from the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Alexis sat down with me and asked what I wanted. I told him but I laughed because I felt like I was being unrealistic. Well, Alexis helped me to get the vehicle I wanted with lower payments and everything I said I wanted in the car. I couldnt believe it! I have never felt so happy leaving a dealership!! Where Can I start. I met these two guys a year and a half ago,and I could tell you I will not tray them for any other. Most humiliating experience I have ever had shopping for a car. The salesman had me waiting for hours and hours and hours and hours. It was totally bizarre. He would say he need to make a copy of my license and then not return for over an hour. I had to search all over the dealership and find him and he acted like nothing had happened. Then he put me in a room with another worker who switched everything up an acted super happy saying "Yes I can get you this car for such-and-such a price right now. Are you ready to buy?", then he would leave the room and disappear for 45 minutes. WTF? I will never do business with these scum for as long as I live. BEWARE of these scam artists.

All I have to say is Alexis and Esserman get 5 stars out of 5 in my buying experience. I was treated with respect, honesty, and with a no hassling attitude. Alexis listened to what I had to say and acted accordingly without trying to sway me into another vehicle. The dealership has endless stock of all vehicles, even though the 57th Ave facing dealership looks small, they have an entire other parking lot full of cars behind the BJs. They had the exact color and trim I wanted and was not pressured into anything else. Alexis and the sales manager worked with me to approve my lease at a rate I could afford and the finance manger was pleasant to talk and work with, as opposed to so many other dealers. Questions were welcomed and all were answered. They went above and beyond to service me as a loyal Nissan customer and I appreciate their insight into my early lease trade-in. I am so pleased with the dealreship I am recommending it to all my friends and will definitely be back to trade in my lease for a new one when I can. I settled on a base-line Maxima 3.5. 300 horse power and a 3.5L V6 on this baby hums on the highway. The acceleration is amazing. This is the 4th vehicle I purchase from Esserman Nissan. They are miles above all others and a big part of that is their friendly staff, that go above and beyond to take care of all your needs. During this purchase, I dealt with Mike Robinson, who is the biggest reason why I keep coming back to Esserman. He is courteous, friendly and does whatever it takes to make your shopping experience a positive one. Nothing like other salespersons I've dealt with in the past. Due to hardship, my credit is not what it once was, therfore, Mike introduced me to Mitra in financing. My name is Susana Dominguez and I visited the Esserman Nissan Dealership on Monday, April 4, 2011 in search of a car which would fit me well. I was greeted by Michael Robinson, who made me feel at ease with my experience almost immediately. I was in a state of shock dealing with an emergency situation with my previous car and I was very much in need of a car immediately; however, I did not want to make a hasty purchase. We tried the Juke, which was comparable to what I used to drive, but I wasn't 100% sure if this was going to be my next purchase. Mike showed me the Rogue, which I also test drove and it felt "like a perfect fit". Mike was very knowledgeable about all of the cars he showed me. He covered all details and showed me the engine components as well. I finally found a beautiful black Rogue with the right features and the right price. All of this happen late in the evening, and my salesman was a "trooper". He was fabulous...he set up my financing paperwork and had my car prepped so I could take it home as soon as possible. The next day he took the extra time to set up my bluetooth, which I'm in love with, and he reviewed some very important details with me again. My wife and I decided to trade-in our 2006 Nissan Pathfinder for the 2011 Pathfinder. Our previous visits (2005 Nissan Sentra, 2006 Pathfinder) we have always been treated with respect an courtesy. Bruce always greets us with an amazing smile and presents a calm and pleasing sense of humor. Bianca went back and forth with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my sale.Even after I left the dealership at first because I was not happy with the sales manager offer, she kept in touch with me knowing that I was serious about buying the 2011 Rougue. Other salesperson would have been happy to be rid of me but I know that Biance felt that I was a serious and qualified buyer but I would not settle for anything less then a GREAT DEAL. After going to another dealership and then contacting her by phone always letting her know that I do have other options, she asked me to please return to her to see if she can make a deal with me. She got the General Manager involved and manage to seal the deal with me.I was always upfront with her that although I was a tough customer who only wanted to get the Best Deal possible, I was also someone who was Financially qualified to buy the car. Bruce did an amazing job introducing me to the car-buying process. He was able to relate to my situation almost immediately and took very good care of myself and my family during our visit. Bruce laid out a few options and maintained a high quality of professionalism. He and Mitra seem to make a great team. I spent nearly 5 hours negotiating with Mitra. I was sick with a fever and congestion/headache and still Mitra was as attentive as when we first met. Mitra understood where I needed to be financially and came up with a deal that I felt would not be offered any where else. Bruce of course continued to be a great mediator between the test-driving and talks with Mitra. They both made me feel as family in the end. I could go on about my most positive experience at Esserman Nissan. Overall, my time there was fantastic and I hope to return when the time comes for another vehicle/upgrade. Overall, we had mostly a pleasant experience at this dealer.However, nothing is perfect. The final selling price in the Itemization of the Amount Financed was higher than what I had previously agreed with Bernie, I had already signed (using the electronic signatures where you dont get to see the application like the old days) ending up paying above the MSRP price! Thanks God Nissan was offering 0% financing and still qualified as a good deal. Otherwise this would have been excellent

From the moment I walked into the dealership show room, I was immediately greeted by the staff with the proper greeting of the day. I didn't give off that feeling of desperation like you get from other dealerships will pretty much try to sell you anything. This staff was honest with me as far as what I wanted but more importantly, what I could afford. Initially I wanted the 2010 Nissan Murano which I knew I couldn't afford but was convinced that the 2010 Altima was the best choice for me financially speaking. Had I been at another dealership I'm sure they would have made the deal work with the Murano but because of the payment, I would have end losing it because I couldn't afford it. As a customer purchasing my first new vehicle I can appreciate the honest and straight forwardness of the staff. Esserman Nissan as a dealership demonstrates how professionals in the automotive sales world should conduct business on a daily basis.

I originally contacted the company through the web, first viewing the cars available, then was able to have a "chat" through texting to get some more details. After establishing it looked like they potentially had the right car, Mike came into the picture to improve the level of communication and understand the situation. I highly recommend Esserman Nissan for you next car purchase. The shopping experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. Unfortunately I cant say that I ever had a positive experience in a dealership this far and I was prepared to deal again with pushy, annoying and deceptive salespersons (no offense please). Not the case here. To my surprise, everyone was very professional, respectful, and straightforward. The OTD price I paid was exactly what was quoted over the phone. No surprises and no hidden fees when I got there. Even the feared F&I room was not what I expected; the finance officer Mitra Rampersad simply walked me through the paperwork without pushing me to buy all those optional products I didn't really want. If you want to purchase a car from the comfort of your couch I recommend you to contact the internet coordinator Angela Agudelo or if you go the traditional way, do ask for Bianca Duhaney when you get there, she is a very serious and pleasant sales consultant. At some point the sales manager Pedro Radio may show up. No need put your guard up; he will be good to you...

I've been to many other car dealers in the past and have bought and leased several cars in a period of around 12 years. I was really amazed of how good and comfortable I felt when I visited Esserman Nissan last Saturday. From the very beginning my salesperson (Agustin Davis) was the best, with no pressure and full of honesty and willingness he did the demo of the cars my wife and I were interested in. Our credit is less than perfect and we let him know that in advance. Usually I had seen other salesmen losing interest in you immediately after you tell them about problems in your credit. On the contrary, Agustin dedicated even more of his time to us to explain all the options and did not lose focus or energy in his efforts to understand what car we wanted and what were our car needs...all without even asking for our Social Security Number and without any pressure to go and run our credit. Agustin really performed like a professional trying to fulfill our needs first without even worrying about anything else.Of course we wanted the car so we started working with the finance staff and they were equally professionals. Mr. Simon Robles (Finance Director) spoke to us and explained to us the options based on our credit. He focused on us and instead of pushing us to sign and leave, he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with the monthly payment we classified. He explained to us where that payment was coming from and helped us in every possible way he could.Both, Agustin Davis and Simon Robles provided outstanding service and attention. Since I love Nissan cars (I have two now and had a Murano 3 years ago) I can honestly say that after finding a car dealer like Esserman Nissan and staff like Agustin and Simon, it will be really difficult for me to go somewhere else ever. I would recommend this dealer 1000%.

We worked with Aliek Velez most of the day. Originally we visited for an oil change but decided to consider trading our vehicle for a new model. We had a little trouble at first finding the right vehicle within our budget... we wanted much more than what we could afford... but Aliek did not give up on us and in the end, we ended up with exactly what we wanted at a price we were willing to live with. Aliek stuck with us the whole day answering our questions and working with his Manger to help us "make a deal" and walk away happy. He had a great attitude and a great personality. We really enjoyed working with him. He did not make us feel like he was desperate to make a sale. He made us feel like he genuinely cared about us and wanted to see us pull out of the lot in something that was going to make us happy. Mike Robinson stepped in toward the end of our negotiations to assist in explaining in more detail exactly how the Manager comes up with the number. This helped us to really understand where they were coming from. It was Mike that finally was able to help us come to that final number that we felt comfortable saying yes to. Lastly, it was Freddy in finance that closed out our acquisition. He was terrific. He had a great personality and made us feel great out our purchase. My husband and I were with our 10 month old daughter and all three men, Aliek, Mike and especially Freddy were wonderful with her which we really appreciated. The overall experience was very pleasant. We love Nissan's. We now have two 2010 Nissan's both with 39 month leases. We will be back for all of our service needs... but when it's time to trade in, it will be with Esserman!

As usual, a great experience!!! I took my car in for an alignment and waited for it. My appointment was for 9 am and they took my car in as soon as I got there. I was out on the road again at 10:45 am. I live in Delray beach and this dealership is not close to my home but I go there because they always take care of me.

When I walked in to Esserman Nissan I wasn't sure Pathfinder was going to be my next car even if it was in my wish list. The professionalism and friendliness of Michael Robinson made that possible. My first visit was not a success, Michael called me many times after and insisted that I have to come back which I did and I was treated like a VIP. Wilbert Rejouis helped me through the finance process and I walked out with my dream car and a great finance option. I don't buy a car every year but if I have to do it I will go back to Esserman Nissan and ask for Michael Robinson.

7/27/2010I came into Nissan today because my 2nd row left seat recliner lever was not working. At this same time I wanted to inquire about how to complete the online "DealerRater" survey so I went in to see Mr. Carlo Ullysse in order to get some help. Mr. Ullysse was able to get me into the site, but we both were not sure where to go from there, so he called Ms. Dyshawn Rigby who walked us through the entire process. She make it seem soooooo easy. After the walk through, it was easy. Thank you Mr. Carlo Ullysse and Ms. Dyshawn Rigby for helping me to learn your "Dealer Rater" survey system. I think it is very important that customers get the opportunity to express the experience that they had after visiting Esserman Nissan. I also beleive that it is equally important that staff members are recognized and rewarded for the EXCELLECT job that they are doing each day to serve the customers!

I had stepped in to Essserman nissan expecting to meet a stereotypical sales representative. "Boy, was I wrong": I was treated with excellent care and attention, real and honest people. Every detail about the vehicle in mention was given to me with clear and coherent notice. Agustin made my experience an unforgettable delight. When it came time to sit down, and crunch numbers he unflinchingly went back and forth creating opportunities, as though it were his car at stake. When I arrived at Nissan Bernardo was so friendly from the moment I walked in. He was so helpful and always very positive that they would be able to help me. I stopped by after work to get a oil change and brake pad check and was trying to figure out what to do while waiting but ,to my dismay, the manager,Eric greeted me witha haNDSHAKE AND SMILE , and I just knew he was going to try to sell me somnething , but I felt he was truly genuine with addressing my concerns for today,s visit , He was very knowledgeable and offered price effective suggestions that were very appealing , My service advisor, Anderson, was very helpful in resolving my concerns about my tire pressure . They both made my visit an absolute pleasure and I am so glad that the people I recommended to purchase from actually bought their vehicle here , They have come back with similar stories so I know it is NOT JUST ME that they treat with professionalism and courtesy, I didnot find out till I was ready to leave that the guy named Eric was the Service Manager, I drive a 2004 Sentra and they treated me like a drove up in the Armada ! My sales consultant Mr. Manduley was the best we've ever dealt with when looking for a new car. This was our second time working with him and both times we were his utmost importance and made sure that everything we were looking for was met. Bianca was extremely knowledgeable about my new vehicle during our initial meeting. I had already made up my mind to purchase from another dealership closer to my home. Bianca was persistent in following up with me regarding being able to work out the best deal for me. I made an attempt to purchase with a competitor, but the vehicle I wanted had been sold. I called Bianca back and they were able to get me the car I wanted within one day. The entire purchase process was seamless and Bianca, Carlo and Wilbert were flexible in getting paperwork to me by fax. The follow-up was GREAT! I visited Esserman Nissan earlier this week, while looking for a new Nissan or VW lease. Lets be honest, shopping for a car by yourself if you are a female can be quite daunting and you can anticipate feeling like a prey. It was rather refreshing to have a completely opposite experience! My sales person Alexis Morillo was not only knowledgeable and courteous, he went out of his way to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. He was genuinely interested in my best interest and pairing me with the right vehicle. He also did not knock the completion, but was honest and objective. While I did not feel that Nissan would work for me, I was curious to test out the VW CC Sport model. Alexis took me over to VWs showroom and ensured that my experience there was just as impressive. He spent several hours with me and followed up to address any additional questions I had. Alexis is not only a phenomenal representation of the Nissan Brand in terms of knowledge and professionalism, but also a great person!

I choose this Dealer because my mom purchased a Nissan Murano about 1 yr ago & the Sales person Michael Robinson was great, aside from that we trust Nissan vehicles. As we walked in the door we noticed Michael & Chris A. greeting us we were surprised & recognized who Chris was immediately (gentleman from the advertising commercials). I advised them that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that was not too expensive as I was on a budget & didn't have a ll day to be toyed around with because I was preparing a party at home & needed to leave by a certain time. Immediately Mike asked me if there was a vehicle that I already had in mind & I told him yes since I had been doing my homework all week. I advised him of the Sentra SR but needed the price to be a little better then what I had seen it for. Too make a long story I was out of there by 3pm. I got a great price Mike & Chris made sure that the Financing guy did everything possible to make this a smmoth deal.. I was extremely satisfied & happy. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I purchased my Nissan Maxima in 2005 and dealt with Chris Assmar, who was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new car. Eight months after the purchase of my car, I was in an unfortunate accident and my car was rear-ended, and again, Chris helped me in getting the car to the dealer and working through in getting my car repaired at the dealer and the body shop. Peter Alvarez of the Service Department has been extremely helpful throughout the years since 2005, always accommodating, clear quotes and mechanical information, and quickly getting my car serviced and returned to me in a timely manner. Peter also helped me a lot throughout the time when my car was in for repairs due to the accident. My experience at this dealer has been very pleasant and would definitely recommend customers to visit.

when my car needs fixed Francisco is always helful and friendly.When i tell him something is wrong with my car he always identify the promblem right away. he always take care my car.The prices are always reasonable for me. with every visit i have a great expierence.

I like Esserman because the staff is very professional, considerate and friendly. I have zero wait time for an appointment. My car is taken at the time it is scheduled. In fact, I came early for my appointment, and they took the car then, and it was ready even sooner than they predicted. The facility is clean, too, and there's a cafe; so, one need not feel that he/she's going to a grungy garage. It's a pleasure to go there.

Less than impressed.I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.Be aware, if they can make your life difficult, they will, with pleasure.From trying to contact a sales person, who by the way had called me several times on my cell phone, so that I could get a quote for a new car, to trying to return a lease, that I got from them, not from another nissan.It goes from the receptionist, all the way to sales, you name it, they got.Worse customer service/sales I ever encountered.

This dealer and it's team went above and beyond when I called in for a service quote. They were by far the best price in town and Mr. Alvarez who I initially spoke to was friendly & personable. It made me want to go in. Once there, I experienced minimal wait time when dropping off my car. Mr. Picado mentioned to me that there were recalls on my Sentra and asked if I wanted to check for them. This was the first I had heard of this. I had taken my car in for service 3 separate times and they never mentioned it. GREAT JOB ESSERMAN NISSAN!!!
