Pana Motors is awesome. Our old Yukon dropped its transmission while we were on vacation in the area - 1,000 miles from home. We decided to buy a newer vehicle from another dealer, who refused to take our truck as a trade in. We knew that truck had a lot of value. For someone who could fix it. When I drove by Pana, I saw their mechanics bringing vehicles with this or that problem back to life. They offered us a good price for our truck and have since fixed it up in a way that we think it could easily get another 100,000 miles from a buyer. I know this because we've stayed in touch. As a family who was in a real bind, far from home, Pana Motors was honest, easy to work with, and produced a win-win.

I bought a Ford Escape from Jay at Pana Motors about a year ago. I really like the car and Jay always makes it quick and easy to get an oil change.

wonderful people! I drove 400 miles to this dealership because the had the exact vehicle that i was looking for, as i was driving I was praying that the vehicle was just as good as it was described because i would of hate to take a 10 hour round trip and come back home empty handed. I arrived at Pana Motors and went straight to the car, they gave me the space i need it to inspect the car with out putting any pressure on me, the car was just as nice or even better in person so it was very obvious that the really care about what they are selling. The guy clearly told me on the phone that they don't play play any negotiation games and he was right but the cars they sell give no reason to even try to bring down the price. If only more dealerships ware as good and straightforward as Pana motors. thank you guys

I just swung into this place needed help with my car. Jay not only fixed my issue in under 10 minutes, but was super kind and gave me constructive advice. I will from here on out come here for car solutions. Thanks Jay!

Do NOT go here unless you want to get scammed out of a used vehicle that will break down in the middle of the road only to be told that these things happen!!! Only 5 months into having purchased my used vehicle from them it makes loud sounds while driving, brakes are going out and now it needs alternator replacement!!! Since covid 19 going on, this vehicle has been home mostly and only used for errands, absolutely no highway since I have had it. It's a 2010 Honda Odyssey so I expected better, well since the dealer doesn't care, I will seek further help via other options. I should have went to Mac Haik where I purchased a used van, that NEVER gave problems until 10 years after having it. They are more reputable and dependable. So I would advise you to steer clear of Pana Motors in Austin Texas unless you want a LEMON.

It was our first time buying a car ever. It can be a bit daunting because we don't have much background. However, we found Pana Motors website to be the most helpful above the rest, so we chose to get our first car from them. When we went there, Jay was never intimidating. He didn't do much marketing. He allowed the car to do the talking. The car was in very good condition even if it's been running for a decade. It was very well maintained and they had it cleaned before we could bring it home. We love our car and we are so thankful that we bought it at the right place.

I went with a girlfriend to buy a car from Jay Blackwell, Pana Motors. I was obviously an outsider (not the car buyer), totally observing everything around me. First stop, the restroom. OMG... Great A+ and we are talking where mechanics roam, WOW! Oh... to note, I am a female, so very picky in that category. Jay, the owner, said he would meet my friend at 2:00PM and rolled up at 1:55PM with time to spare. He actually rushed BACK from San Antonio to Austin, just to ensure that he was on time for the appointment, another very impressive note. Again, I'm an outsider watching the entire car deal transaction and I've never seen such great customer service from not only a car salesman, BUT we are talking THE OWNER of Pana Motors, Mr. Jay Blackman. My friend traded a car for one of his cars and the transaction was smooth without kinks. My friend's NEW car was washed and shined up via very friendly and courteous employees for my friend to drive back to San Antonio. I personally grade Pana Motors an A+, 5 Stars, (even though I'm not an actual purchaser) and my only regret is that I live in San Antonio and NOT Austin. I would love to send my friends Jay's way to ensure they all my friends receive the best of service. Although, distance will not stop some of us... Good Job Jay. Keep up that AWESOME Customer Service and thanks for taking such great care of my dear friend, Kim. Final Note... This new car was purchased by Kim and her husband David as a gift for their daughter McKenzie who is graduating from High School this year... so, to close... thanks JAY! We shall send you customers your way... all the way from San Antonio!

I purchased a used infinity g35 from Pana Motors. They were great and was the best car buying experience i have had. After shopping around from dealer to dealer and having frustrating time dealing with other salesmen, i found Jay at Pana Motors. He was very helpful and professional and wasnt your typical pushy care salesmen. it made the car buying process easy and enjoyable. I have had my Infinity for 6 months now and its still running strong with no problems, Is my Baby and I love It. I am so happy I found Pana Motors so I highly recommend them to anyone Looking for a car.

I passed by Pana Motors and noticed that they had a vw gti and i decided to check it out and the car was super clean and in very good condition, the warm welcome and customer service at this dealership made my decision easier because the customer service was great. i am really happy with my purchase.

My car broke down on me and I wasn't expecting it. I came across Pana Motors and was able to find a car that didn't require breaking the bank! Jofrett was amazing to deal with. It felt like I was dealing with a friend instead of a "used car salesman". I told him about my situation and he was honest and upfront about what he had and what he felt would be in my best interest. The process was smooth and easy, I think it helped that he is a huge soccer fan, (as am I) so it made for the time to go by really fast! All in all, if you are in need of a car and don't have a huge budget, go see J at Pana Motors!

I purchased a BMW 330 from this dealership and it has been great, I got it 6 months ago and is running as good as the day i purchase it. Jay runs a small but very organised on straight forward operation. next door to them is a mechanic shop that inspect all of their vehicle before they place them up for sale and also offers discounts to pana motors customers. I really recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a solid reliable car
