I'm pleased to report all my dealings with the staff at Paradise Buick/GMC was favorable and trouble-free. Particularly, Service Consultant Nick Pellegrino, excelled once again by delivering top notch service & professionalism in the repairs to my 2012 Chevrolet Malibu LT. After listening carefully to my service issue, Mr. Pellegrino informed me of two (2) Service Campaigns the vehicle was due to have performed, one of which directly addressed my drivability issue.The Chevrolet was left in his care and I was called soon thereafter advising the necessary repairs were completed on-time, on-schedule and the vehicle was ready for delivery.Upon taking possession of my Malibu, I saw it had been washed and vacuumed, and was told a complete safety inspection had taken place.This is a validation of Mr. Pellegrino's commitment to me as a customer, and the agency as a whole.The Paradise agency stores are well served to have Nick Pellegrino on staff and greeting customers.I appreciate the high level of service, professionalism and courtesy I always receive at Paradise Buick/GMC

Worked With John Unruh over the phone. Very easy and enjoyable process. John identified an additional $1000 rebate we were not aware of. We showed up at 8:45pm and Theresa and Casey were waiting for us. We took a quick look at the 2017 Acadia. We had visited a different GMC dealer previously so we already knew what we wanted. We had visited the other dealer twice and let them know we wanted the AWD version. NO follow up though. John made it worth our time to drive the 45 minutes at 8pm to buy from Paradise. Both Casey and Theresa spend about 15 minutes with us getting through the paperwork. The car needed to be detailed and they agreed to deliver the car to our home in Carlsbad the next day. Everyone was great and we are looking forward to scheduling our service. We will drive the 45 minutes to take advantage of the free oil changes.

Had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and recall service with Nick Pellegrino, the service advisor. Nick promised the vehicle would be ready by 1:15 pm. I waited 2 1/2 hours at the dealership only to find out from Nick that they hadn't even started the service on my vehicle (not even the oil change). How can you be a service advisor and not even know the status of the vehicles that you are in charge of?! Absolutely horrible service and I would not recommend him to anyone. Additionally I was told by Nick that a manager would be contacting me, and that hasn't happened. My family has bought numerous vehicles from this location and will no longer recommend it to anyone!

I went to this dealership to have my Allison Transmission serviced and I cane away with THE worst service experience of my life. Cody assured me that the correct fluid would be put in my transmission, " we put in what the manufacturer recommends...". Not in my case. Allison recommends a TES-295 or equivalent fluid for my transmission, they put in Dextron 6. I showed Cody two different Service Bulletins FROM Allison that stated, "simple exposure to Dextron 6 can cause degradation to the seals utilized in early(2000-2005) Allison 1000 transmissions!!! Cody, nor Jesse the Service manager would remove the fluid from my truck voluntarily. Armed with two bulletins from Allison, they basically told me to pound sand. I wound up paying another $320.00 to have the correct/approved TES-295 (purchased directly from Allison) fluid put in my truck. I would advise all DURAMAX enthusiasts to seek out knowledgeable service elsewhere.

This dealership (Paradise Buick GMC, Temecula, CA) left me feeling so disgusted that I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them! Someone in their service dept. (my belief is it was the female service consultant who drove my car into the service bay) stole items out of my new Buick when I took it in to have service done. No proper investigation was done and they just blew it off like it was nothing. Well, I don't take it as NOTHING, in fact I take theft VERY SERIOUSLY and should have reported it to the police. Now I don't feel like I can ever trust this dealership again. These things trickle down and affect every person working there, because it eventually means loss of sales.In the future when I need to take my car into Paradise Buick GMC for any service work, I will strip it of EVERY ITEM inside of the car and the trunk.

It makes people happy to invest in a new car, however when your tire is low the first day you drive it it makes one sad..so I immediately called Carly H my service consultant and she had me in the same day! They gave me a loaner to get to work, ordered a new tire and I picked up my new vehicle that same day after that at no charge and replaced my tire!..so every step from the purchase to maintaining my new ride was fully supported by the Buick GMC family..cant wait for my first oil change!! My service tech, Nick, was great. He really took care of us by making sure we had a vehicle to drive while my Denali was being worked on. Unfortunately, I will have to make another trip to the service department because 3 items were not properly fixed. My retractable step is still extremely noisy along with the passenger rear window and my screen still flickers.

I bought a new 2016 Buick Lacrosse, It has been in the shop twice for the same thing. Left fender liner came off the second time I drove it. Then on the Third time I drove it it was coming loose again. I am going to turn it it to the Lemon Law.

I had a mix of outstanding customer service and the typical 'upsell' of services that are not required -- including a grossly inaccurate analysis of my brakes. I was told that I had 2mm or less on my front and rear brakes and that I needed to get all my brakes done. I informed them that I had just had the rear brakes done less than 15k miles ago and that they needed to look at them again. This kind of crap is what causes people not to trust you. If that hadn't happened, this would have been a great experience.

I dealt with John Unruh on this deal and have never met him face to face. I did stop in to the Dealership about 6 weeks ago and due to other things going on I was not in the position to purchase at that time. Once I arrived to the dealership I did meet with one sales person and knew after visiting the dealership that Paradise Buick GMC was going to be the location that I would make my purchase. Different sales associates called a few times a week to check and see what was going on and as soon as I was ready, John assisted in pulling this together. The delivery of the truck was performed by Dean, paperwork was signed with Dean in the Wendy's dining room. Such a easy purchase!!!

Went in because Michael Moreno and showed my husband and I a Terrain on Sunday. He remembered that we want the car what kind of engine we wanted and some other things. He e-mailed me on Monday and said he had found a car that matched what I wanted. Saw him on Tuesday and Michael and many of the others salesmen made the process of leasing a car very easy. All of them went far above to make sure I was happy with the car. When my lease is up I will go back to Paradise to get another car. I give Michael Moreno and the others 5 stars.

In working the deal with John, he was very transparent with all the costs and there wasn't the usual going back and forth for hours that is typical with the car buying process. I originally was considering a used vehicle, but ended up purchasing a new one due to the incentives and rebates offered, and the fair price we ended up agreeing to.. I would highly recommend that if you're in the market to purchase new or used vehicle, this is the place to go in the Inland Empire!

I solicited an online quote, and Michael Moreno responded immediately to my request. I was busy and could not get back to him right away, but Mike continued to reach out to me and when I was ready to view a vehicle Mike answered my questions, set up a test drive, then matched me to the appropriate vehicle for my budget and family needs. John Unruh was also instrumental in "closing" the deal. Everyone I dealt with at Paradise Buick GMC tried to meet my needs and were straight forward. I appreciate not having to haggle for hours, or someone trying to sell more than I could afford before getting the deal done. I was also impressed with how clean the facilities were, and the coffee was even good! I would totally recommend Mike and John, and the dealership!

I feel like it takes to long for a simple oil change and tire rotation when I made an appointment days in advance. It should not e a 2 1/2 hour wait for this service. Everyone is friendly and pleasant, and the dealership is clean and comfortable, I just wish for these basic services it didn't take quite as long.

I have no issues with the service department, Cory has been excellent and for that I thank him. David who is the assistant to the person who sold me my Regal has been wonderful. Has for Mr. Unruh he promised the scratches on the car who be taken care of, he never fulfilled his promise. Would I purchase another car from him no, he sold it and just never followed through. We drive 60 miles to take our Yukon to be serviced at Paradise Buick GMC. My family loves the service and the great people in this location. They go above and beyond what is needed. Just this past weekend, I left my laptop in the loaner vehicle provided to us. I called the dealership afterhours and spoke to Alice. She listened to my situation and explained to me that the service manager is gone for the evening and will return Monday. After voicing my concern, she worked tirelessly to get hold of the service manager. Received a call today and now my device is now in my possession. My service advisor was Cody Santana who clearly explained what the problem was about my concern. He spent time with me which made me feel alot better about the situation eventhough they could not do anything about it at the present time. Two previous visits to Buick dealers I was told I needed a new water pump which I declined. Today Cody had them inspect my vehicle and I did not need a new one. He certainly went the extra mile for me.

Since we were doing customized build on a 2500 denali, the customization process could have gone smoother. Thanks to the product specialist, David Sanchez, the rest of the experience was extremely enjoyable. Ben the rep was amazing. I took my car in to fix the head lights an oil change. An he also fixed the items recalled on my vehicle. By them doing the work my strut went out on the right side.
