My Jeep Wrangler has been serviced, and not fixed, by Park Jeep on multiple occasions. Unless you want to repeatedly bring your car to the shop and not have it fixed (and pay for it), I would go elsewhere. To top it off, each and every time I have picked it up after it was supposedly "serviced," they told me that the problem was fixed. When I point out it has not been fixed, they tell me I do not know what I am talking about. Each time that I have brought it back, (again and again for the same problem) they acknowledge that the problem was not fixed. Last time they informed me the reason they did not fix it the previous time was that the part that was defective was not even on any of their schematics (this, at least got me no charge service; although I had previously paid for it not getting fixed). WOW!! There is this thing called the internet. Dealers and their service departments should be cognizant of that and stop treating their customers like they are incompetent.

From the moment Don Dahler walked out of the front door to greet us until I drove off in my new car the next morning the experience was awesome! I have to be honest and say that buying a new car is one of my least favorite things to do...that was until Friday eve. I purchased a car that I cherished for 8 years from Park so of course I would head back there to start my search. Start and complete that is! Don was genuine, trustworthy, friendly and knowledgable! I am not your typical emotional buyer and hate the traditional dealers multilevel decision process that is both exasperating and demeaning (my view). This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from them and can tell you they will listen and adjust to your needs. I specifically dealt with Craig Schroeder and was very up front with how I had historically dealt with them and defined the working parameters of what it would take to deal on the vehicle of my interest. He listened and we both agreed we could make it work... it did! Most believe the dealers approach to direct customer sales are mostly the same...that being said...they are! But, they also realize with the internet and tools available to customers today the historical way of closing a sale is radically changing. The customer today has much more control over the process then most believe. I challenged them... again... to be different and they rose to the occasion. Dealerships must change their approach or risk losing business through the perpetuation of old practices. I for one believe they all have much to learn...but...can tell you Park hears the sound of change and appears to be adapting. Thanks, Craig for working within my demands and to your team for making the uncomfortable changes to meet one customers expectations. They do listen!

I was looking for a used car online and after extensive research and hours of Carfax verifications, I found my perfect car at Park Chrysler Jeep. But my challenge was how to close the deal and get the car from Burnsville, MN to San Francisco, California where I live. My anxiety was put to rest after I met Mark Kremer. In fact, Mark is a first class human being and consummate professional. He went out of his way to take pictures of the car, gave me full disclosures on things I may consider before buying the car, and he answered all my questions. There were things that came up and needed to be fixed before the close of the deal, Mark promised to fix them and he came true with his promise. He didn't try to sale me anything or force me to buy either, but made himself available to answer whatever questions I may have and that made me feel very comfortable. I was totally happy with the transaction. In all, Mark linked me with a contact who delivered my Land Rover hassle free to me in San Francisco. Anthony Williams was an excellent and courteous salesmen. From the time he asked me how I was doing and introduced himself, to the time he handed me the keys to my new car, I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. He was very down to earth, modest and friendly. I had asked Anthony if he was ok if I continued to drive the car a little further while out testing it, and he said, take your time, I have been waiting for you to come in and drive this car all day. It's just something clever like that sentence that can stick with you forever. All the other staff I had dealt with were friendly and helpful as well, I will definitely be making my next purchase through Park Chrysler Jeep again.

We then drove a Pacifica and Scott showed us the colors available on the lots. We then scheduled a meeting to drive the van we had selected. I made an appointment for a check engine light on my '16 Durango for 10:30 (6/7), left the vehicle the night before and noted in the envelope would like the vehicle in the PM. Never heard from service on the progress, what they found, determined was the cause of the light, etc. I called and talked to the operator after 6p and she was not able to tell me anything but Service was closed and they were gone for the day. I asked to speak to a manager, but got the same answer. Decided to stop in and was met by Paul Peterson, nice and helpful. I asked to speak to the GM or Sales Manager. I them met Duane. Very nice, very helpful and he found the ppwk, the keys and where it was parked. He brought me the vehicle, apologized for his colleagues in service and said I should expect a call explaining what they found, did and why I was not kept updated. It is 10:30 and I have not yet been contacted by Service. Called in myself and get voicemail vs. advisor. Now, writing a review.My whole issue is the lack of notice from the service team. If they planned to keep it longer than a day, would have been nice to just received a call. Pick up the phone and call to say we got your Durango in, looked at it, think we have it fixed, but need it here overnight. Would have been totally fine with it. I had another issue awhile back with my 2001 Dodge Durango I had in for service that I met with Mike Choe about. Otherwise been satisfied with Express Lube and work they did on my 300C.Just a phone call!!

I took my 10 year old Jeep in to the dealership for service. I had no idea that I would buy a new car that day. I was looking at the cars on the sales floor when I met Craig Schroeder. He walked me around and showed me the different features and options. We took 2 different cars out for a test drive. He gave me all the time I wanted and answered all my questions. By that time I was really getting interested in a new Jeep. Craig was very sensitive to my concern about the price. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. Rather he started at the low end of the scale and let me work my way up by adding the features that I wanted. I left the dealership that day, totally excited and happy, after ordering a new Jeep with exactly the features that I wanted. The car came in earlier than I expected and it arrived on a holiday weekend so I received an additional rebate. Again Craig took all the time I needed to go over the many features on the car and he has followed up with phone calls to see how I feel about the car and to answer additional questions. All things considered it was a very positive experience. And I am very happy with the car.

I worked with Juan on my purchase yesterday and today. He was very easy to work with and helpful - he made it a great experience. Ruben really went above and beyond to make sure we got a car that fit our needs and was something we could afford. Due to a recent accident, I had to get a vehicle right away. Mike Simons and the staff were amazing in their response and enthusiasm. They gave me a loaner car while we patiently waited for the insurance check to clear and even removed some rust from the 2012 car I purchased. I would suggest Mike and the entire staff. The service head and the owner came out and introduced themselves to me, as though I were buying a luxury car. Great customer service!

I recently purchased a used Chrysler town & country and after test driving at many dealerships, I came back to Park Jeep as their vehicle was fully loaded and very well priced. Park Jeep was not able to give me the same ice I wanted for my trade in, so after some shopping around I decided to sell my vehicle private party to get the price I wanted. Haiying Yu was the sales rep I worked with and she made every accommodation I asked for in terms of price negotiation on the van, add ons, and even made extra accommodations for my private party used car buyer I was selling, as we did a "pass through" at the dealership. Park Jeep cleaned out my used vehicle, and aired up the tires while we were signing paper work on the pass through transaction. I felt that this dealer went the extra mile to earn my business and Haiying wanted to ensure I had a good purchasing experience.

After searching the Internet (using dealer sites, search sites, and third party sites) as well as several dealerships... I finally found what I was looking for. A dealership that not only had a vehicle that fit my needs, but also a salesperson that was looking to put me into the right vehicle (FOR ME NOT THEM). I traded my vehicle, and got more that I had been offered anywhere else. Steve also made the whole process relaxing and dare I say enjoyable!? I would send my friends and family there in a heartbeat.

We started the process online and through phone conversations, e-mailing and texting we were able to find the perfect car. We made an appointment for a test drive the car and to have Juan explain all the features of the car. It was the perfect car for two boys, hockey bags and all, not to mention the milage and price were perfect. Juan and Rueben did a great job together, we appreciate their help. It was the easiest car purchase we have ever made.

Needed to buy a vehicle for my son fast, before be returned to college, was sold a Jeep and promised the plates would be mailed to my home. Three weeks later, no plates. I emailed my sales guy,No response. I Live Chatted with Aley, she tells me the plates are at the dealer and I can come and pick them up. The dealership is not close to my house, I was promised the plates would be mailed to me, the temporary license is expired and my son is headed back to school, out of state. My entire experience with Park Chrysler Jeep has been classic lack of service after the sale. Very Disappointing, I won't be back.

When we arrived at the Jeep dealer, we were very excited to test drive the Jeep we had scheduled for a test drive. However, when we were greeted and sat down with our Product Specialist, we were disappointed that the Jeep was at the offsite lot and not ready for the test drive, and we did not feel welcomed by our Specialist. Plus, we were given a speech about how he (our specialist) does not work on commission, but then contradicted himself when he said if "I don't make a sale, I don't get paid." This was very confusing.We had scheduled the appointment hoping it would help streamline the experience. We were told that it would not be long and that the vehicle would be right up (which was pretty quick). During our waiting time, we were greeted by other staff members who were actually very inviting and asked if we had been helped. This gave us a sense of hope.Then when the test drive came, our Specialist did not seem very enthusiastic to be showing us the vehicle. It seemed very clinical and impersonal. Yes, he explained the details of the vehicle, etc., but it didn't feel like he was happy to be working with us. The vehicle itself drove nice, and we were excited to maybe make a purchase. But once back at the office, the experience did not improve. All of the other staff members, including one of the owners, seem very inviting, asking if we wanted any coffee, etc., but our Specialist continued to make me and my partner feel unwelcome. Pricing started to come through, and we were ready to talk about a deal. However, respectfully, it just wasn't the right time to for us to make a purchase after we saw the numbers (hoping our trade-in would be worth a little more), and we wanted to wait a bit. So, we said we were not ready to make a purchase today and would like to receive our keys. This was followed by another offer, but again, we were not ready, as realistically it wasn't in our budget, so we just really wanted our keys. Then a third offer came in, and for the third time, we said not today. This turned into our Specialist trying to offer us a different vehicle that we were not interested in. At this point we still had not received our keys either. So, my partner had to cut our Specialist off and ask for the keys. He finally gave them to us so that we could be on our way. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, as we asked for our keys three times, but did not receive them. We felt sorry for being rude, but we felt like were being pressured into something that we were not ready for.We really would have liked to have made a purchase with Park Jeep, as we see there are many positive reviews, and we met some very nice people. However, this experience with our Specialist made us feel uneasy and not welcome.

I found my used vehicle on car soup, which directed my attention to Park Jeep. Upon visiting the dealership I was greeted immediately by the sales staff. Steve Carpenter took very good care of me and showed me all the wonderful features that the Grand Cherokee has to offer. I purchased a used 2013 Wrangler. The finance dept. really did a great job, above and beyond. The service team was fantastic. It had an issue the first day with the rear brakes. I called Park Jeep's Bruce Smith, and he took great care of me. The service manager called me, right away, and scheduled a tow for me. They repaired it the next morning and delivered it to my home. I couldn't be happier about the service.About the only complaint I have is there was No Owners Manual with it, I have asked for one and never received it.

Everything about our experience was very good except that it took a long time to negotiate our trade and we were in a hurry. Everyone we spoke with (the salespeople we dealt with as well as others in the building) was very kind and helpful. Scott was very helpful and did everything he could to speed the process up, but the trade negotiating seemed to take longer than necessary. Overall our experience was good, just long.

Bruce was great! Made everything quick and simple. Restored my faith in dealerships. To make a long story short, my son is starting a new job in Buffalo, NY and needed a dependable vehicle. He's from Kansas City and I'm from Fargo. We decided to meet in the middle to look for a Jeep for him. My brother recommended Park Chrysler Jeep and we only had one day to find a car for him so we stopped by to look at their used inventory. We found a couple of Cherokees he liked, but thought we could find a better deal at a larger dealership. Headed out and spent the next two+ hours elsewhere. The other dealership was not dealing at all on used vehicles (there prices were literally thousands higher for a similar year and model). So we contact George on the phone and told him we were coming back even though it was close to closing time. I told him what we were looking for, he confirmed they had a couple on the lot so I and asked him to keep the doors open for us. When we arrived at the dealership (yes, one minute before closing) Haiying Yu had both cars out front and ready for us to test drive. We gave her the keys to my son's car to give us an estimate and headed out for a quick test run. When we got back, they had everything ready to go. Paperwork was painless, everyone was pleasant to work with, and the price was very fair.Financing took about an hour, but we were the third sale in line so I'm not going to complain - Shannon found a great rate for my son. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for your next car.

My wife and I were looking to trade our 2011 Grand Cherokee for a new diesel model and the entire staff was a treat to work with. Straight forward on pricing and when the vehicle we were looking at was sold to another person our sales person went to bat for us and got us a great deal on an even better vehicle. They took an unpleasant event (vehicle desired being sold to someone else) and turned it into a better experience for us and did everything they could to make the process painless. The service department was great on making sure the vehicle was ready for us and that we were happy with our new purchase.Can't say enough good things about our sales rep (Mark Kremer) as he was great at keeping us informed of what was going on and the options available to us. I know this seems silly, but of the last 3 new cars we've purchased, this was the only dealer we've had provide a full tank of fuel and ensuring everything was as it should be without even asking for it. Great people, great vehicle selection, and I know where we'll be looking when in the market for another vehicle..

This was the most " non- pressure" and easiest purchase of a vehicle that we've ever made, Jim Toye and Haiying Yu were exceptional to work with! They got everything done quickly with no glitches...start to finish! We had already did our homework online thus we knew what we wanted to look at when we arrived at the dealership. It certainly was nice to not be pressured into looking at anything else. We also worked with Shannon Dunn with our financing and she did a fantastic job as well. I caught the bus and arrived rather early they weren't even open with the exception of service. No one ever asked if they could help me at all; although one gentleman asked it I had a car in service it was then I told him of my appointment and he showed me the way. I had an appointment with Ruben King he had already walked past me. I walked in and met with Ruben who dangled a really nice carrot (car) that I knew I couldn't have and once he found out I couldn't then passed me off to another sales person Danny who pulled up in yet another vehicle for me to test drive. I drove it of course. And after that I waited for hours while they made a high priced deal for me no questions or options offered. I was then sent over to the main building where I waited additional time. No one had informed me how long I would wait or anything else about the deal. Thanks for letting me use your phone to get insurance they jacked me too the rep lied so I could get a good rate only to have to pay more in the end. Another story!! First of all, I was stuck after catching the bus so whatever vehicle I was sold I would have to take it to get home. I then met up with Tom in finance where I met up with 22.9% interest and signed my life away on a car I didn't even like. Never will I ever go back here. Paying for it and trading it someplace else. Thanks but no thanks. I shook everybody's hand thanked them for getting me off the bus and finally on my way to work. Got wrote up at work too! The master cylinder light came on the next day and all the good gas mileage numbers changed too.

I just purchased a third vehicle from Park Chrysler Jeep, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ruben King blessed us! He got my son into a great vehicle at the best rate for his situation. Then, he gave him the blueprint for how to clean up his credit and raise his credit score in preparation for a possible refinance down the road. Why am I writing the review? because I am the co-signer/owner. Believe it or not, the day after we walked away with the car we got a call from Ruben letting us know that we needed to come back in because they'd found an even better interest rate! What dealership does that? They continually impress me with their customer service. I first purchased a used Chrysler from Tim Stolte in 2013. Because I'd followed his credit repair advice, I purchased a brand new 2015 Chrysler. Why was my experience EXTRAORDINARY? I was treated like royalty when I bought a used car, a new car, and as a co-signer/owner. Best dealership and staff ever!

I originally considered Park Jeep due to their large inventory. It took me a while to decide on the right vehicle, and had a lot of questions that weren't answered on the manufacturer's website. Bruce, our sales person was very helpful and patient answering all of my questions without any pressure to make a decision. Once we had decided on a vehicle the negotiation was straightforward and I felt like we paid a fair price for our new Jeep.

The dealer had a very attractive price on the internet, that was much better than any competitor. The price was not some pie-in-the-sky price that only 1 person in 100,000 can qualify for it was the regular price. It took all of the back and forth out of the equation. No meetings between the reps and the "sales manager" to get the price. Very quick delivery as well, same day. Definitely will go back to Park Jeep first next time.

From the moment we made our first steps to the dealerships doors we were welcomed and made to feel right at home. We had made contact on line and were introduced to a salesman, Mi Nam Chloe, that made us feel he was there to help answer any questions we had. He was very informative and knew his product. We were offered many options and was always made to feel our choice was the right one and never felt pressured to buy any certain vehicle. As a first time vehicle buyer, I had no idea what to expect, what questions to ask, and didn't know ANY terminology associated with vehicles or the financial aspect of buying a new vehicle. Out of all the dealers I visited, trying to buy a car, these guys were undoubtedly the best, Jantzen Procai was the Sales person I dealt with and he was a pleasure to work with. No pressure tactics, no beating around the bush, honest and transparent from the word go. I am a man who has done my research and know my stuff at the back of my hand. They didnt try to hide anything and gave me all the numbers upfront that I asked for (Money Factor, Residual Value and so on). They did quote an incentive on the car that they later rescinded saying that wasn't applicable for leases. Maybe it was my mistake that I didnt check, but I didnt dig deep(their email quote did imply that they knew I was leasing because I was told that I do qualify for a leasing bonus and was included in the final price). No complaints though. This dealership made me feel important. They showed that they valued my business. Even people who werent working with me directly were patient enough to talk to me about my needs and experiences. Jantzen's manager(s) were so nice and helpful too. Without going into the details, they went an extra mile to keep my happy by paying off my current lease (4 months remaining) and let me keep my current car to avoid the early termination fees that my current leasing company would charge me. Thats what people do when they value customers and are serious about customer service. I would go back there in a blink of an eye for my wife's car that we'll need to buy in a month and if she decides on one of the Chrysler products. Cheers to an honest, professional and pro-customer dealership which is becoming a rarity these days! [PS. Oh I am not a dealership employee or a friend of anyone of them. I did not plan to shop at Jeep very long. I had actually been down to the Dodge dealer and knew Park Jeep was right up the hill. I thought I would swing by before heading up to the Ford dealer in Bloomington to check out an Explorer. My salesperson, Bruce Smith, did a good job in convincing me I need not go, at least not immediately, and to check out some of the Grand Cherokees which he said might impress me more than the Ford. I at least agreed to take a ride. Something the guy at Dodge could not talk me into. After a test ride in a certified pre-owned Grand C. Ltd. I was sold. I was totally impressed with the lifetime drive train warranty and the reasonably priced option to extend the bumper to bumper warranty. The performance of the Cherokee was also impressive. I have had the truck a few days now and can say I made a great decision.

This is the second Jeep we have purchased from Park Jeep. We came back because of the great service, employees and quality of the Jeep. Our first Jeep is a 2003 Grand Cherokee and has been a great vehicle that is why we kept it when we purchased our 2015 Latitude. And though we wished the ordering process to delivery was not so long, it would have been GREAT to get our new Wrangler for Christmas, that was not in your control and Joe did a wonderful job keeping us updated. I went in to get my first car (I had owned one previously, but this was my first time going through a dealership as well as financing). The person with whom I talked helped many to narrow from a wide selection several cars which would not only meet my needs but provided many features I hadn't even considered (like a regular wall outlet plug :p). After selecting the car I desired the salesmen worked vigorously to get me the financing I needed. By no means was my credit bad (actually it was rather good) but as I was inexperienced it was going to be tricky as I had a maximum limit I was looking to pay monthly. Well, sure enough two hours later I get a call from him saying he had worked it out with a third party that if I paid a little more on the down payment I would get the rate I desired. I discussed what I was getting with a friend who had worked for Chrysler in the past and he informed me that they were getting very little if any profit from my transaction.While I would never condemn a man for making a living, the commitment displayed to get me what I needed without any fuss or hustle definitely made this a painless experience and I shall definitely be less anxious in the future when working with dealerships, especially as I'll most likely be returning to Park Chrysler for all my needs.As an aside they even bought from me the car I was driving at the time, a '99 Pontiac Grand Am, for several hundred more than I thought it worth, which was the absolute icing on the cake.Thanks, Park Chrysler!

I found the staff friendly and helpful.Steve Carpenter knew his product well and was most helpful in making a deal for a new Wrangler. He was a bit too intense sometimes and threw lots of information at me very quickly but always was willing to slow down when I needed time to digest what I was learning. I appreciate dealing with someone knowledgeable about a product!I do wish the place wasn't so landlocked so there would be a bit more room for easy client parking.

Rueben did an excellent job with the whole sale experience...his follow up was incredible and I felt I could trust him. However late last fall I decided to go back to a Wrangler and that is where the experience with Park went south. The deal and the amount of money that they were offering for my trade in that I had just purchased from them the year before was outrageous. The guys at Park Jeep were friendly and willing to help when buying a new vehicle. Ruben helped us find a vehicle we could afford and that we liked. They said they would touch up the paint scratches and fix the door dents and dings on the right front door. We were unhappy when they just touched and buffed the right door. It should have been sanded down and painted. They also fixed the growling noise in the rear end. They did a good job on the rear end.

This dealer has changed my opinion of car salesman to way above average. The sales people were exceptional in the whole buying experience. Even when we did not like the vehicle we came to look at we found the right vehicle for us and the vehicle which has everything a person could want in a home away from home. Mike was our terrific Sales agent. He was very knowledgeable but more important was HE LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS!!! The unit we wanted had already been sold so he found a comparable unit that met our needs and budget. If he didn't know something, he was honest and found the answer quickly. He did not exaggerate, but Honest and enthusiastic. As for the financial department, they were very experienced for our awkward situation. They were all pros. The whole team was great.I have bought from them before and did not hesitate to come back. Next time I need a car ... Park Chrysler Jeep is where I will go. I called around almost every jeep dealer searching for a specific part for my XJ with short responces and crabby people. I called your location and Katelyn Rose Miell far exceeded any expectations in customer service that I ever expected. In fact, I have not come across any individual in any business that went as far as she did in assisting me. She called me back three separate times and called other dealers for me and went above and beyond. I recently bought a 2015 Cherokee from Park Jeep. I have bought a number of cars from them over the years, and now that it is under new ownership, I can report I was very happy with my experience despite the change. They have stepped up customer service since I was there 10 years previously, and I am very grateful for the extra help. I only took 1 star off for price because I maybe could have used a bit more discussion time regarding my financial options, but the initial offer was still very good and within our target budget. The bargain hunter in me wonders if I could have gotten a slightly better deal by comparing a number of different arrangements before choosing, but it's my own fault as well for not asking and I consider this a very minor criticism. =) I am not a "tech" person, and my sales associate Mi Nam Choe II was able to explain everything to me in a simple manner. He skipped over a few extra computer features I had no interest in, at my request, and respected my time schedule. He was very personable, efficient, and helpful - he even held my daughter at one point so I could set up some paperwork. The car was delivered promptly and freshly washed and cleaned. The general manager also took the time to introduce himself and follow up with me. I have received several calls and emails to make sure I am happy with the car, and definitely know I can call them with any questions. I also got a very good deal on my trade in with them. They were not high-pressure sales driven, and I felt comfortable taking my time to look and test drive. Definitely recommend.

I am a 63 yr. old Viet Nam Veteran who has dreamed of owning a JEEP since I was a teenager. I have been buying Ford vehicles for the last 20 years due to the fact I could take advantage of Fords Z plan. I finally worked myself to a position to purchase my Jeep of my dreams in 2014. On my first visit to your dealership, I was extremely fortunate to meet Scott Rosequist, Product Specialist. As most people my age, I have been purchasing vehicles my entire life but never met a Car Salesman quite like Scott. Scott wasnt at all like most salesmen Ive encountered in the past. He couldnt have been more enthusiastic, but at the same time so laid back. He was most understanding and patient and answered every question I asked. And believe me I asked numerous questions. If Scott did not know the answer, he would bring in someone who could. Scott has a great sense of humor and we found out we had a lot in common. We shared some laughs and even some personal matters and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I visited your dealership at least 4--5 times and test drove 4-5 different vehicles before I finally elected to purchase my 2014 JEEP Cherokee. We were unable to find the exact vehicle with the options and color of my choice at your dealership or in the surrounding geographical area. Scott suggested I order and customize my vehicle to my particular specifications. Scott informed me it would be a 4-6 week process for delivery, but more likely six weeks. Scott was right on. Six weeks later my JEEP was delivered. I could not have been more elated. Unfortunately, an issue arose with the JEEP and I brought back the vehicle to the Service Department for resolution. Your Service department, Shane Custer in particular, was working closely with Chrysler Engineering to help resolve the issue. But after 4-5 different appointments the problem was still unresolved. It seems your dealership and Chrysler had hit a roadblock on a resolution. I shared my concerns with Scott and he put me in touch with Duane Brause, the Team Manager. After some discussion, Duane asked if I would be interested in perhaps another vehicle. I was taken aback by the offer. To be honest, shocked was an understatement. He stated the dealership would do whatever it takes to make me a happy customer. I believe Park Chrysler JEEP took every action to placate me. I didnt find a suitable replacement at your particular Dealership but I did find a 2015 Grand Cherokee at another local dealership that I was very interested in. Park Chrysler did a dealership trade and procured the vehicle for me. Not only did I get new 2015 Grand Cherokee, a full refund for my existing vehicle, but Park Chrysler stepped up and made me whole on all aftermarket accessories and warranties I had previously purchased. Again, as with Scott, working with Duane was nothing short of a great experience. I am extremely gratified and would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Chrysler or JEEP vehicle contact PARK Chrysler JEEP first. It is truly apparent that Park Chrysler Jeep not only Talks the talk but also walks the walk. Living in northern Wisconsin, people have asked why I drive 170 miles for my new Jeeps when there are dealers much closer! The answer is simple; I trust them and service is excellent! If you buy a car from Park Chrysler Jeep and that new car breaks down under warranty, don't expect much in the way customer service. They leave it up to you to figure it out. I will never buy a vehicle from there again

We had found a couple of cars to look and stopped in to look at them. Daniel listened to our desires and while we were test driving one of the cars, he found us the exact make, model, and specifications we were looking for that was yet to be serviced. The service people went to work on it and by the next day, had it ready. It was exactly the car we wanted.

Park Jeep is now our go to dealership for new vehicles! We had purchased a new Wrangler from them in 2006, which we love and will never get rid of, so when it came time for us to trade in our 2006 Dodge Charger we thought of them. We liked the new Grand Cherokees, but we weren't sure it was what we wanted. We test drove a Grand Cherokee Outlander 5.7 Hemi and loved it! Jim Giacherio helped us with our purchase and he couldn't be a nicer guy! Both my husband and I hate buying cars, we have had some horrible experiences in the past, but Jim made it enjoyable! After we signed all the paperwork, Jim took us to our new Jeep, got us set up with U-connect and showed us all cool stuff our jeep has to offer. Before we left the dealership the owner spoke with us for a while and thanked us for purchasing from them. We will definitely be back to see Jim when it comes time for another new vehicle!

The time it took to purchase a new vehicle was ridiculous. We walked in knowing we wanted to buy a car that day. That was at 11 AM.....just past 5:30 PM we finally drove off with the car. Part of the time was consumed because we had to dash home to get some financing info and eat a late lunch....however that accounted for only 90 minutes of our "purchasing" time. 30+ minutes for a test drive.....leaving 4+ hours of time to finalize paperwork. When we finally thought we were ready to go, we had to listen to up selling by folks. Such as extra warranties, lost key insurance, winterizing packages etc. It was just too much wasted time for us. Would we return to Park Jeep.....yes we would. I would recommend that they streamline their process for better customer service. That is why I rated customer service 3 stars.Our sales person did his best with the circumstance, but most of the time delay was beyond his control. We love our new vehicle.

I can't say enough great things about Park Jeep ! After a disappointing experience with a dealer in Coon Rapids I went online to Park Jeep.. I met Aley who was amazing found a jeep for me to look at and set me up with Steve "jeep man". Steve is absolutely the best I had my heart set on a special addition Jeep not yet available. Steve showed me the Jeep they had and introduced me to Chris where he helped me turn that Jeep into the Jeep I had dreamed of and much more! Steve got us the best price too. From start to finish everyone treated us the best. Do yourself a favor and go to Park the simply are the most knowledgeable, friendliest people I have ever dealt with! I have the jeep of my dreams thanks to Aley, Steve "jeep man" and Chris! After a disappointing experience at an dealer in Coon Rapids. I went online to Park Jeep where I met Aley, she found a few jeeps I could look at that were close to what I was looking for. Steve "jeep man". Was ready for us when we arrived. He was so knowledgeable, and kind! I had my heart set on a special edition that was not available Steve sat us down with Chris who was awesome and beyond knowledgeable. Chris listened to what would make that jeep the jeep of my dreams and he made it happen! The price was amazing way better then I ever imagined and I love that Jeep more than if I would of if I got the one I had first wanted! It is custom to me and that is thanks to Steve and Chris! I've had various experiences at dealerships over the years, and this experience was finally fun. I never felt pressure and all my questions were answered without any dismissive attitude. Joe Hance isn't just a salesman, he's a solid guy. He knows the Jeep world of vehicles and the complicated features of the UConnect NAV, something I've never actually found at other dealers. Incidentally, the NAV doesnt seem so complicated anymore after having Joe go over the features. Joe was also very understanding when it came to answering my "dumb" questions, which is also refreshing. Overall, it was a great experience, even my 14 year old daughter who was with me the whole time thought it was fun (aside from the paperwork) Love the Jeep! Thanks guys.

I brought our son's car (which we originally purchased from ParkJeep) in for oil change and tire rotation. When they were finished they told me that they broke the stud/nut on one of the tires. Then told me that they would order the part and charge me $125-$150 to fix it. Are you kidding me? What makes it even worse is that a couple of oil changes ago on the same car, they broke a bolt on the protective cover which needs to be removed to change the oil filter - AND DIDN'T TELL ME. I discovered that as it made noise while the car was being driven. When I brought it back they admitted that they broke the bolt and did fix it but not happy doing it. As my wife said, "Why do you keep going back?" She is right. I would think oil changes and tire rotations would be pretty basic services for a dealer to perform. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from Park Jeep. The probability of going back either looking for a car or having service performed is very slim.

My wife and I purchased a 2006 Grand Cherokee from this dealership 2 weeks ago. Prior to purchasing the vehicle we read reviews on that make/model, and we saw that the dealership was highly rated online. We also read the vehicles Carfax and we were ensured by the salesperson that the car had just passed an 87-point inspection. Unfortunately, problems with the vehicle became apparent the day we brought it home. We noticed that the engine would rev when the car was idling. We brought it to Park Chrysler Jeeps repair shop the next chance we got. It was somewhat of an unpleasant experience for my wife because she ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours, during which time the mechanic never offered so much as an update on the vehicles progress or an estimation of how long it would take. When they were done working on the car, the mechanic sent my wife out the door without any paperwork and an extremely brief explanation of what work was done. Within 24 hours, we realized that the vehicles problems had worsened: all of the lights were flashing on and off, the Check Engine light stayed on, the vehicle was losing coolant, the sunroof was leaking water, the engine would still rev in idle, etc. We brought the vehicle back to the repair shop and this time we were ensured that they would call us to give us an update within an hour or two. This did not happen, and we had to call back twice to receive an update on the car. After giving it a lot of thought, my wife and I both agreed that we no longer wanted the vehicle. We feel strongly that this vehicle never should have passed inspection or been sold in its current state. We returned on Monday and spoke with the sales manager, to whom we communicated our wishes. He told us that this is more or less what we get when we buy a used car, and that this dealership is not in the business of taking cars back the first time something goes wrong with them. My wife reminded him that this was, in fact, the second time within 9 days that something had gone wrong with this car. However, he informed us that he would not take the vehicle back until this second attempt to fix it. My wife and I agreed to those terms (albeit unhappily). When we received a call that the repairs were complete and that the car was ready to go, my wife went there to pick it up. Before driving it, she checked the coolant level. Even though we had been told that the car was ready to be driven, there was almost no coolant in the tank. We both feel strongly that customers should not be responsible for double-checking the work of mechanics at a repair shop, especially one that is supposedly the best Jeep dealership in the Midwest(sales managers words). Furthermore, part of the repairs involved the removal of an automatic start that had been installed by a previous owner. According to the mechanic, this auto start had been improperly installed and was causing the problems with the lights. However, Park Chrysler Jeep did not replace the auto start, so even though we bought a vehicle with that feature we are left with one that does not have it.

We bought a used Jeep from this dealership, and we were told that it had passed inspection before we bought it. However, the day we brought it home it began to have trouble. We brought it into the repair shop the next business day, and we waited in their waiting room for almost 4 hours without a word. When we finally got the vehicle back, the problems were worse (they must not have checked their work at all). In fact, the problems were so bad that we told the sales manager that we wanted to get something else. We explained that we were really worried about all of the problems with this car, especially since we had only had it one week and were experiencing so many issues. At that point the manager acted rudely and told us that this is what you get when you buy a used car (the car had 70k miles on it when we bought it). He told us that Park Chrysler Jeep is "not in the business of taking cars back". We said that we understood the return policy, but that we did not understand how the vehicle ever passed inspection since we had problems with it the same day we drove it off the lot. We felt that the fact that there were so many issues with it within the first week, and that they had not fixed it the first time, made us concerned about keeping the car any longer. The manager made a couple more snotty comments, but then said that he would take the vehicle back only after we let them try to fix it a second time. Even though this is not what we wanted, we agreed to it because we did not feel like the manager was willing to work with us any further. We are still waiting to get the vehicle back from the repair shop, and meanwhile we are driving an awful loaner vehicle that they gave us. I really hope that these guys come through for us. We chose this dealership because we saw that it had good reviews online. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been disappointing.

Purchased used car (2 yrs. old). Paid their asking price. Asked for a few things: change fluids and clean car up as their were stains all over it. They delivered it to me full of stains and below empty on gas tank. I can only imagine the service details weren't touched either. I would not go back to this dealer with many others to choose from.

I was expecting to be treated like a number or a sale. Instead, Peter treated me like an old friend or family member. I went to Park Jeep for a test drive because a dealer 5 minutes from my house didn't acknowledge my presence in their showroom. I walked into Park Jeep and was greeted by an individual immediaately and asked what they could do for me. I test drove a brand new and my choice of color vehicle. Upon finishing the drive there was nno pressure to buy only a request to allow them to contact me for follow up. I bought two weeks later, I highly recommend this dealership and Robert Becker the rep I worked with.

My first was a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the second a Cadillac CTS they happened to have which I was in the market for. I had been thinking for quite sometime on getting a new vehicle and weighed my options between 3 different bend Suv's and since my wife already owned a jeep I was convinced that was the way to go. I then did my research on prices to pay and then top dealerships. I read all the reviews And knew that I wanted to drive up to Park Jeep in Burnsville from Rochester where I live. I had already called and spoke to Peter Landorf about a week ahead of time so he could look for what I wanted. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted warmly by staff and then by Peter.He showed me a jeep limited that had some extra options I was not looking for, but wanted me to take it for a drive so I could get a feel for it, I was very impressed with it, but we kept looking in the lot for what I wanted and could out I would have to order it. After getting a quote for a latitude vs the limited my wife and I came to the conclusion to buy the limited as with all the options I was adding onto the latitude the pricing was not much different and besides I like the options it came with. Peter was so patient, understanding and worked with us all day long to make us happy. The finance mgr found us some great rebates and they also matched the low interest rate my bank was offering us so we decided to finance thru them. Shannon Dunn was a real pleasure to work with when going over all the paperwork, very pleasant person who you cN tell really enjoys her job.Chris bulling war was also very helpful in explaining some other options for my new jeep and answered any questions I had about taking care of the vehicle and for rust proofing.What a fantastic place to shop.P.S. Ruben at Park Jeep in Burnsville was really great to work with. I came in to test drive a Mitsubishi Endeavor and ended up driving it home. I had not come prepared to trade that night but everything worked and Ruben let me drive the Endeavor home to get the title to the vehicle I was trading. He also has gone out of his way to help me get an owners Manuel. Great experience.

I bought a Ford Edge from Joe Hance and it has been a TOTAL nightmare. He was quick to make the sale, but not available or helpful when things were supposed to be taken care of. A few days after the sale was made I noticed things wrong with the vehicle and thought he would take care of it to make things right. So after a WEEK in a rental car he called me to tell me they CANT help me because the service they need to fix the wheels is not a service provided in Minnesota. THEN spent more time trying to "sell" me the bent wheel and corrosion on the wheels which will cost $1,200 out of my pocket to fix. So they want $700 to fix it.(a little more than half to replace them.) My co signer has called Rob (sales manager), emailed him and still we have not gotten a response OR anything fixed. Joe was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL on the phone when confronted about the broken promises made. "This is a USED vehicle mam" "and there are gonna be things wrong". Bring us $700 and we will find you some new wheels.I would like to express that I am single mom out here trying to drive a safe and reliable vehicle just like ANYONE ELSE who signs a car loan. I would HOPE a dealership wouldn't make false promises and ignore the fact that when you sell someone something, if it isn't right, just like any other business , you do what you can TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR YOUR CUSTOMER. I have not been treated like this before, and this is the THIRD vehicle I have purchased. I wish I would have just went to Ford, like I have in the past. I am DEVASTATED that that not only have I been patient and clear about how I wanted things to be handled, I feel disrespected by not only Joe by making me feel irrational and annoying to him, but his manager too when he has been unhelpful and not returning my co signers phone calls or emails. Glad Joe told me to write this review. Hope the feedback helps you with his people and customer service skills around there. I talk to about 100 people a week cutting hair...and know that NEGATIVE things spread WAY faster than the positive things with situations like this...

When I walked into Park Chrysler Jeep, the first person that greeted me was Scott Rosequist. He was courteous and very frienndly. Scott is what I call "Old School." He is laid back, personable and has a great sense of humor. Being a first time JEEP buyer, I was guarded when it came to auto sales personnel. Scott was easy going and made me feel very comfortable. Scoott is truly a professional. I felt no pressure to purchase in the least. Scott definetly earned this sale. I stopped in 2 or 3 times and I drove multiple aotomobiles with different configurations and options. Scott was patient with me and never showed frustration. I just could not find exactly what I was looking for. Finally, after a few test drives, I came to a decision that the JEEP Cherokke Limited was the vehicle I wanted. My color choice and options I wanted were not available with the automibiles in their inventory. Scott suggested that I could custom order my JEEP made to my own specifications. I had a firm payment maximum in mind. Scott worked with me on worksheets multiple times to meet my payments goal. We finally came to an agreement and I ordered my vehicle. Scott informed me delivery wouldn't be for 6-8 weeks and stated more likely 8 weeks. He hit on the button. My new JEEP Cherokee was delivered to the dealership 8 week to the day. I wanted a few aftermarket parts installed including a Magna Flow exhaust system installed on my JEEP. Scott referred me to Chris Bullinger the Accessories manager. Chris did the legwork gave me a quote with a more than fair price. Although there was a couple of glitches getting the exhaust, Chris kept me informed through the entire process. He even gave me the tracking number for the exhaust order so I may monitor dellivery.Thus far, I am extremely satisfied with the entire buying process with Park Chrysler Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership and especially sales associate Scott Rosequist and Accessories Manager, Chris Bullinger..Respectfully,Rich J.

Love my new Jeep. Would never go any where else to buy one. Park Chrysler had the white Jeep Altitude I wanted and they got it FAST. Pretty impressive. Joe Hance was the sales rep helping me. He is a great guy that made the whole process really easy and I walked out feeling so happy and proud to own my new Jeep. 10 Years ago my wife and I were car shopping and stopped at Park Chrysler Jeep. We learned very quickly that this is a place where the customer is not only truly valued but treated with great respect. There was no hard sell or any of the pricing games that we experienced at other dealers and ended up buying a vehicle. For the next 5 years we continued to go back for all of our service needs because of their professionalism and dedication to excellent customer service. Even if you just pull in for an oil change you feel like you are important to them. This great customer service exists no matter who you are talking to or dealing with. When it was time to replace our car the first place we contacted was Park Chrysler Jeep. Same story no hard sell no games just a genuine interest in listening to our needs and sincerely trying to meet them. They gave us a fair trade-in value and several price options on replacement cars. When the one we wanted didnt have the towing package we were looking for they installed it the next day and delivered it to our driveway. Even though by now we lived 25 miles away we continued to travel there for all our service simply because why would we go anywhere else. Its now been 5 more years and on Saturday I stopped in and even though the building has changed the people and their integrity has not. Within a couple hours I left in my 3rd car from Park Chrysler Jeep and thanks to Kevin and Daniel feel like a valued customer who they sincerely care about. We talked and the first car I test drove was exactly what I was looking for. I believe they would rather sell me nothing then sell me the wrong one just to make a sale. Thanks also to Shannon in finance who just laid out the options and let me make the decisions. Not the high pressure that most people complain about when looking for cars. The only downside is that unless I run into them while getting regular maintenance I probably wont see them for 5 more years but when that time is up I know where Ill go.

I would say AWESOME!!!! But I am not sure that would be enough of a good thing to say about our experience. With a ever expanding family like ours we had simply out grew our minivan. With budgets tight we were worried about what we would need to do to make it work. We met with Tim who walked us through everything. And was nothing but first class through the whole experience. After a lot of shopping for a new SUV, I opted for a Grand Cherokee Laredo from Park Jeep. I had prior experience with the dealership having leased several Jeeps from them in the past. They are still a large full-service dealership with a lot of options, experience, good prices and friendly people. We drove away in our new Grand Cherokee in about 24 hours from the first visit.

I brought my 2011 Wranger in for an oil change and Shane Custer has known I have never loved that Jeep. Not like I loved my 1999 Sahara. So he asked if I wanted to meet with Andy Kovalik to see if he could help me get into a new Wrangler that I would love again. I didn't think Andy would be able to work out a deal financially for me to be able to get a different Jeep. I told Andy I would only buy a new Jeep if I loved it so much I would hug it. Andy and his team worked magic and came up with not only a Jeep that I LOVE but a financing deal I could not pass up. Park Jeep only reinforced why I've been so loyal to them for all these years, because I can hug my Jeep again!

Very competitive pricing on new 300S I was looking at, and they also found, which I was not aware, that I had received some sort of Chrysler Corp. add'l customer loyalty discount of $500.00 I had discarded, from previous new Dodge Charger R/T's I had purchased. I was satisfied with the trade in value they gave me for my 2011 Charger R/T and my salesman, Jeffrey, was very helpful in making sure all doc's were in order and car was ready to go...with a full tank of gas.....when I left my old car and signed all finance paperwork.

My overall experience with Park Jeep was wonderful - I made a few stops there prior to my Jeep purchase for browsing purposes and was never pressured to test drive vehicles or complete paperwork. Once I was ready to start thinking about buying a new vehicle, Park Jeep presented several reasonable options for investigation. David Charter provided detailed answers to a majority of my questions and left the decision entirely up to me when I chose my perfect Jeep. Additionally, he was quite serious when it came to getting the most money for my trade-in. My only complaint with Park Jeep is the rather low trade-in offers I received for a "LIFTED" Jeep Cherokee. You'd think a dealership that specializes in this type of vehicle would jump at the opportunity to add a clean Jeep to their lot. As far as my eventual Jeep purchase is concerned, Chris Larson made sure to guide me through all significant paperwork steps with absolute ease. At the same time, he has provided crucial advice throughout the remainder of the process.

I knew that I wanted to replace my vehicle but I was worried about spending too much money and making a poor choice in selecting my next vehicle. We have had a very brutal winter in Minnesota this year and trying to get around in my compact car was starting to become a big challenge. I wanted more ground clearance but I did not want to give up fuel efficiency. Joe Hance listened to what my needs were in a vehicle and helped me select a vehicle that met all my needs. He made the process painless. I was driving home my brand new truck within two and a half hours of my appointment. Joe patiently answered all of my questions but I never felt pressured or hurried. Based on this experience I plan on purchasing another Jeep and will refer anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle to Joe Hance.

My wife and I were extremely happy with our visit to Park Chrysler Jeep. Upon walking in, we were promptly greeted, offered a seat and a salesman was with us quickly. Our salesman (Robert Becker) was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions. He brought us the Jeep Cherokee Sport that we were interested in test driving and let us take it for a drive. We both fell in love with the vehicle. It gave a much smoother ride than the Ford Escape that we had just test drove. It also had a lot more options for the same price. We ended up purchasing the vehicle! While some paperwork was being done, we met the Sales Manager, as well as one of the Owners. This meant a lot to me, as we own our own small business, and this type of family owned/worked business is what I like to deal with.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited. This was absolutely, hands down, the most enjoyable car purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2000 Cadillac Eldorado that was very clean and appeared to be in very good condition, only 49000 miles. When I test drove the vehicle the check engine light was on. Salesman said he would have service tech read out the error code but not to worry because with the low miles there would be a 3 month warranty , which they later would not offer. I believe they did read the code, but they claimed they didn't know what the code (P0471) meant. They reset the check engine light and said they would take $200 off the price. I liked the car very much, so I closed the purchase with no warranty. On the way home the check engine light came on again. Had the error analyzed and found out this code is a well known serious problem with the torque converter estimated to cost $2500 to repair. I asked dealer for help with cost to repair. Used car sales manager said he would ask his manager and get back to me, HE NEVER RETURNED THE CALL. They did offer to buy back the car, but by than I didn't want to give the car up. I believe I was deceived and would not recommend this dealer for any used car puchase.

We found a car through Cars.com that interested us, so we sent an inquiry via Card.com. We received a very prompt response from Mike in the Internet sales department. He was able to answer all our questions, and E-mailed us a CarFax report right away. We decided that we were interested in looking at the car, and drove to the dealer on Saturday. Mike had us all set-up with a salesperson (David Charter) who had the car waiting for us. After a couple of test drives we decided to buy. David made this process very simple, and we were able to get out of the dealership fairly quickly, and on our way. Loved the no-haggle price, which made the whole experience really simple and straight-forward. We would not hesitate to return to this dealer for future purchases.

I spoke with Mine Munzen over the internet. I am currently working in Calgary, Canada. I told them I would fly in and buy a Jeep on Monday. I know that they were shocked when I actually walked in the door. Mike was great. Joe Hance stepped in and helped out as well. The business manager answered some unique questions for me. We got everything done in fairly short order, and I was on the road driving back to Calgary on Tuesday morning. All in all a very good experience.

We are long time Park Jeep customers. All of our Jeeps are /have been serviced at Park Jeep. We have owned a total of 6 Jeeps, 4 of which were purchased new from Park Jeep. The new car purchasing process takes way too long. We were at Park Jeep for over 5 hours. Granted it was very busy and we took two test drives (FYI, both cars needed gas and we had to fuel up), yet the overall process is too long. Truthfully this is not an isolated occurence. Especially for repeat customers, there must be a way to streamline the process. We also had some paperwork problems that required our return to Park Jeep after the purchase. While these type of things do occur, it just extended the overall process.We will continue to be Park Jeep customers, but would encourage the Mangement Team to seek new methods and procedures to expedite the new car purchasing process.All of our service is done at Park Jeep and the staff and work is outstanding.

We went to Park Jeep looking for a Grand Cherokee. The specific one we originally went to look at had just been sold. Robert Becker who was helping us out found a couple very nice alternatives. The vehicles he showed us were better than what we had originally went to look at. He was friendly and very helpful, never pushy. We went to several other dealerships that day and were never received better service than what Robert did. Once we narrowed our vehicle search to two vehicles Robert worked with us to make the deal happen. I asked several questions and through a couple of curve balls at him and he always answered promptly and courteously. We ended up purchasing a very nice certified pre-owned vehicle. When we went to pick it up Christopher Kimmel was the Finance manager that worked with us. We did not finance through Park Jeep but he handled the financial transaction and paperwork. Everything was ready to go when we showed up and all we had to do was read, review and sign. He answered any questions we had on that process and was also very friendly. We were never pressured to buy extended warranties or any other extra stuff we didn't want. Everyone we spoke with at Park Jeep was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Park Jeep to anyone looking at a new or used vehicle.

I was just discharged from a chapter 7 bankruptcy and visited four automobile dealers. They all told me they could get me zero down with low payments that I could afford. Every one of them wanted to get me into a newer car with an extended warranty say that the banks wanted to see the car covered. I went to one dealer and sat four and a half hours only to hear they were over my monthly price rand by 150 dollars. Christopher and Tim were totally awesome and completely honest with me and got me the exact deal I needed in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with questionable credit. In all my years of dealing with car dealers, I have to say, this is THE very first one that was so completely honest and sincere. I found a vehicle at Park Chrysler through carsoup. My husband and I went to the dealership to check it out. Our salesperson, Joe, was very helpful in locating the car and getting us on the road for a test drive. I ended up trading in my vehicle and purchasing a Jeep. Joe was very straight-forward and informative throughout the whole process. We had a couple issues with the vehicle, but the repairs department were completely on top of it and fixed the problem immediately. I would definitely go back.

I went to Walser in Hopkins and had a salesperson who was very uninformed about Jeeps and created some great frustration on my part because of the inability to answer my questions about a product he was trying to sell - I wasted 75 minutes of my life I will not get back! So, I proceeded to Park Jeep as another option, the experience was great from introduction to guiding me to the right vehicle/model for me based on my needs - Jeffrey had good knowledge and if he did not know the answer he did some research before saying something just to answer the question. As a sales/marketing professional myself, it is refreshing to have a team like the Park Jeep team who actually knows the product and guides the buyer to the right purchase. It was a great experience and highly recommend this team!

I inquired about a vehicle for sale, and never did hear back from they. Would have been a matter of common courtesy to respond, even if to tell me the vehicle had been sold. Overall, great experience with Park Chrysler Jeep. I've test driven 4 different cars before going to Park Chrysler and this was the first time that a sales associate tried to sit down and understand my needs before even seeing what's available. This approach is what I usually use in business and I was pleased to see it employed correctly.Joe Hance did a very thorough job answering my many questions. Don't be fooled by his young looks. I came across this particular vehicle on-line (car soup) and called to let the dealership to let them know that I was traveling from out of state. They were very professional, and returned a few phone calls back and forth very promptly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was impressed with the vehicle and their pricing. I walked into the dealership needing to know more and get answers about purchasing a Jeep. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Jay Ruby was (and still is) the employee I worked with. Jay made sure to tell me differences in types, styles, options and accessories for each Jeep we looked at. What impressed me most, is that he took the time to not only explain, but demonstrate and educate so I could make an informed decision. I did buy a Jeep! I felt comfortable and confident in my choice. From finance to mechanic, everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful. "Jay" was very patient with me and never acted like my question was irrelevant or idiotic. After the purchase, Jay didn't just say good bye. He made sure I had a good send off and he will be the first one I call when I need anything for my Jeep.Chris Bullinger was the Jeep Wangler soft top expert. Although I was desperate for a more reliable car, I held on to the letters because I was apprehensive about contacting the dealers. Overall the services rendered were great! Our sales person, Craig and the dealership manager Mike, were very professional and helpful.All the others were also very professional and attentive. I was looking for a new SUV. I had 3 mfrs in mind to test drive and I saved the best for last. I was told to ask for Stephan (who was great). He was the only mgr in that day, so he asked Scott R to help us. I already had the stock #'s of the JGC's I was interested in. We did a test drive of the 2013 and looked at the 2014. It was a tough decision, but with the help and encouragement of the sales staff/service staff/finance people, I walked away a happy Jeep owner!

I purchased a slightly used Jeep Rubicon Unlimited that had been built up with after market parts by their parts manager. After a couple of discusions on the phone with Daniel Estrada and even one of the owners I decided to make the trip. This is the fifth Jeep I have owned and am familiar with the off-road world and the capabilities of a well built Jeep. I was very pleased with my decision to make the 3.5 hour drive to Parks. I walked into Park Chrysler Jeep to check out the current stock of new Jeep Wranglers and wound up leaving with one of my own. Upon entering the lot, Peter Landorf approached me to ensure I would have any and all of my questions answered. After asking me a few questions, Peter guided me to a few Wranglers that he felt matched the criteria for which I was looking. After test driving a couple Wranglers to get a feel for the differences between the new models and the 2004 Wrangler I had, Peter asked me a few more questions to ensure my questions had been answered. Peter took the time to make sure that my Wrangler purchase was a good experience and that I drove away with the right Jeep, not just a Jeep. While Peter was writing up the paper work for me several other employees came up to introduce themselves, and speak with me about my purchase as well as the Wrangler I was trading in. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and most importantly, they provided a great experience. This is the second purchase I have made at Park Chrylser Jeep and the fourth by my family. We had a great experience with the dealership and Scott Rosequist. He's a very nice and understanding salesman. He practically didn't talk at all during the test drive, letting us explore the car on our own. No sales pressure at all! The dealership then seemingly bent over backwards to get us a great price and financing for the car, even better than our bank offered us. When we arrived to sign the papers, the financing rate was even lower than quoted over the phone! They also gave us a 1/2 tank of gas and cleaned the car too! This was all for a Kia, and not a Jeep. But they took care of it like it was a Jeep. Just one great thing after another with Scott and the dealership.

My husband and I recently visited Park Chrysler Jeep in Burnsville MN. I typically dislike the whole car buying experience because it is such a process. Park Chrysler Jeep was the first dealership we stopped at and we were one and done. We definitely knew what we wanted to pay and "kind of" knew what we wanted to purchase. The team made some great reccommendations and delivered. No haggling and no back and forth...it was great. Gregg and Peter Landorf were awesome. We got what we wanted and did not leave feeling drained or taken advantage of. Craig Schroeder was professional and helpful and I was overall satisfied with purchasing my vehicle at Park Jeep.However,I felt underwhelmed as a customer. After striking a deal with Park Jeep and agreeing to have the tires converted to nitrogen, the tire presser indication system had a fault which required us to leave the vehicle at the dealer. After two days, one of which was a holiday, the system was fixed but my wife had to return to get the vehicle as I was out of town. After all this hassle and inconvenience, Park Jeep still charged us $45 for the nitrogen conversion. The last letdown as a customer was to pick up this vehicle and not even have a full tank of gas. I have purchased numerous vehicles new and used over the years and this is the first dealer I have taken delivery from that didn't fill up the tank.

I worked with Bill Ohland at Park Jeep and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted a manual jeep wrangler and most people scoff at a woman driving a manual but it did not seem to phase him at all which was nice. I test drove about 12 different cars before I came to Park Jeep, there I test drove one and bought it. They gave me a super fair deal for my old volkswagen Rabbit which I was happy to get rid of. I have been driving my wrangler for a week and love everything about it! Thanks Bill!

We bought a used Commander from Park. Our salesman Jeffrey, while new to the business, worked very hard to find us the vehicle we wanted. When Park Jeep didn't have what we wanted, Jeffrey kept us abreast of any new additions to their inventory. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Jeffrey called us to say one was coming in from out of state. It was EXACTLY what we wanted! The process went smoothly. In fact, Gray and Jason in the finance department are skilled. They got us a rate better than our bank AND did it in less than a half hour. That straight-forward dealing will get us to look there again. Like the previous poster mentioned, the facilities leave something to be desired: The sales lot is small and in need of repair, It's off the beaten path and all the sales people are jammed into a little space so it's a little uncomfortable as a purchaser. The quicklube and repair facilities are very nice and clean. The service reps are very nice and relatable. Chris Bullinger in the the aftermarket sales is VERY knowledgeable. If you are buying any Jeep assessories, he is your man. Overall, I would recommend Park Chrysler Jeep.

Since I have gone back years later, my experience completely changed my thoughts 110% and this is all because of my sales rep, Jay Ruby. Jay was very knowledgeable in their product as well as prices. I appreciated the fact that I could go home while the vechicle was being detailed and have it delivered to my home. I am not sure if it was Chris Kimmel (no picture posted)that helped me complete the final financial paperwork, but whoever it was, he was very pleasant and helpful. I had worked with Park in finding the vehicle I wanted with a very specific option package. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. They found the exact vehicle I wanted. The price they quoted me I didn't like. Another dealer offered a significantly lower price. I presented them the quote and they beat it by $500. I worked with George Wilkerson. He was a genuine nice guy and pleasant to work with.

This was my first venture into buying/leasing my first vehicle. I visited multiple dealerships that had pushy sales people and inflated prices on even the most basic model vehicles. When I stepped foot on the lot David greeted us with a smile and just asked if we know what we were looking for, or if we need some direction. We did plenty of research on vehicles prior to stepping foot on the lot so we know what we wanted. David directed us right to the vehicle... we looked at it for a bit, and then we went in and got the keys to take it for a test drive. It was, quick, easy, and painless! After test driving the car we went over some options and said we'd be back if interested. The next day David picked up the phone and worked hand in hand with us to get the deal closed on the vehicle in a very short time frame. They weren't at all pushy and they accomodated our every need! Chris was also great to work with. He handled the actual signing of the paperwork with us and going over ALL of the features our new vehicle had to offer! The service was fantastic! I highly recommend going into Park Chrysler Jeep for your next vehicle!

I enjoyed working with Nick! He was friendly and professional! I was disappointed in the trade-in appraisal process that started with an online quote then was followed by another, by the pre-owned auto appraiser at the dealership. I felt force fed an offer much lower than I had anticipated and never really heard WHY or how that price was finally determined. I was looking for a used Ford F150 which they had on the lot. During the test drive the ABS light came on, although I wasn't overly concerned, (Nick assured me that it would be fixed if I wanted to purchase the truck).Odd thing considering the 87 point inspection that it supposedly received! I decided to make the trade and found that we were quite some distance apart from a deal due to the low appraisal of my 2005 300 touring. I finally decided that I was'nt going to get anywhere and chalked it up to low resale of a Chrysler car that I had originally purchased from them. Sad that they put more value in a 2003 ford than a 2005 Chrysler. Hmmmm....It took the entire next day to have the ABS fixed, (they actually had to take it to a Ford dealer to have it checked/fixed), because they could'nt find the code need to diagnose the problem. I was provided witha courtesy car, which I appreciated. Sadly, when I picked uo the truck later that evening I discovered that the antenna had been broken during the repair. I am currently waiting for them to send me a replacement. I cant recommend Park for a used auto trade. I will not take a Ford to them for service! How did they do an 87 point inspection with out the proper equipment!? I doubt that I would consider purchasing a new Chrysler again, considering the re-sale value they placed on it.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Park Jeep. The buying process was awesome. They showed me a lot of features other dealers knew nothing about on this vehicle. I had a great experience at Park Jeep in Burnsville. I worked with Daniel E. he was professional and friendly even after the fact that I had started off at a 10 car dealership within walking distance from Park Jeep and went back and forth. Daniel never had anything bad to say about the small car lots near him. He was upfront and wasn't pushy. There was a great selection of quality cars to choose from. I looked at a Altima but also looked at a BMW that was a trade in and was able to take the vehicle over night and have it inspected by a BMW professional mechanic. I did purchase the BMW at a very fair price and I was very happy with the overall experience at PJ and would love to work with them again in the future. The car was washed and was filled with gas before I took it home with me. Thank you PJ for the overall experience!

Picked out a vehicle, test drove vehicle, purchased vehicle all in 1 1/2 hours! Amazing! Left vehicle at dealership overnight to be cleaned and inspected. Upon picking up vehicle the following day, vehicle had white dog hair all over seats, no floor mats and no owners manual. When confronted salesman about this, the salesman took vehicle to Detailing to resolve dog hair issues. Vehicle was brought back to me UN-cleaned and I was told that Detail was busy cleaning other cars on the lot. So, you are going to continue to clean cars that are not sold and let a customers car that is purchased stay unclean? Unacceptable. When it comes to floor mats, find some. Instead they decided to order them and they would be in in about three days. Again, unacceptable. Owners manual, who sells a vehicle without an owners manual? This also was ordered and would arrive in three weeks.These are basic things when selling a car to check before the client arrives. Especially when I did not take the vehicle the same day I purchased it.NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THESE COMMENTS.

My husband I and I recently went to Park to look at a used car. We returned a few days later with the intent of purchasing said car. We met with a different associate who to begin with seemed to be in a horrible mood after we stated we had talked to a different person a few days ago. After viewing the car, it had numerous issues and according to kelly blue book, not worth what they were asking for even if it was in EXCELLENT condition. The sales person became quite hostile and proceeded to tell us that they were a one price store (no price listed on vehicle) and when we told him that we were not willing to pay the price stated, he said well goodbye and walked out of the room. Horrific customer service and would not even buy a new car from them if I had to deal with the people.

My parents bought a Jeep from this dealership awhile back and I was looking online at Avengers when I found one (that I purchased) on their website. Since my parents had such a positive experience with the dealership, I went out there to look at the car. Everyone was very polite and friendly! I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee on carsoup.com and was able to contact the dealership via email and phone. I was concerned about qualifying for a loan. The finance department was able to determine that I did qualify before I came to the dealership and looked at the vehichle. I didn't want take up the time of the staff if I didn't qualify. David was very friendly and knowledgable about the Jeep. My experience was wonderful and I will recommend this dealership in the future.

We've just gotten home with our new Jeep Wrangler Sport and we couldn't be happier. We had researched various Jeep dealers and it was obvious Park Jeep had the best selection. If we had any worries about how we would be treated when we arrived, they were put to rest immediately. Norman Coco met my wife and I right as we walked in and put us at ease right away with his gregarious personality. Buying a new car is never a short process. He was patient with us the whole time. Park Jeep truely exceeded my expectations across the board!! Before driving over I had looked at their site and found a Jeep Sport I felt worth making the drive worth it. Once there, I wad blown away by the number of options! Frankly by then I had forgotten about the one online; the customer service is Superb! It did not matter I was driving an old beater... Or what my bying power was, I was treated with respect and like a million bucks. I must have seeing every Jeep! The Jeep is great. Unfortunately the sales team said they would order us a vehicle owners manual. Three months later along with sent emails NO OWNERS MANUAL. Then they send me deals on oil changes and routine service inspections......LET ME CHECK MY OWNERS MANUAL FOR THAT..This might no seem like an issue to some,But if you have never had a 4x4 or have no idea about the traction control options it does made a difference.

I bought my 2006 Sebring convertible just after Christmas. Zach was great in helping me with the decision making process. I knew I liked the car but knew nothing about the dealership. He put me at ease and made some suggestions that got me to buy. I am so glad I did. I have taken advantage of the free oil change and the free bulb replacement policy. I think they lost money on that one. A 2006 vehicle must be about due to replace all the lights. Next on the list is the wiper blades. The service department is fast and dependable and the free car wash is a nice feature, too. I have already told others about Park. I'm glad I found them.

From the minute I got out of my car to look around the lot, I felt at ease. Bill Ohland was highly professional during the complete transaction from showing us around the lot to helping us with service after the sale. We had been to five other dealerships and I have to say I was most comfortable at Park Jeep because of Bill. He is a great commlunicator because he listened to my needs, didn't talk down to me even though it was my first time buying a car on my own at age 70, and his behavior showed integrity and commitment to satisfying the customer. We also loved the fact that he shared some personal experiences in off roading and his love of jeeps which made me feel like I now was a member of the Jeep family even down to learning the wave!Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I needed to bring the vehicle back into the dealship for some minor adjustments and am extremely happy with the service department staff and especially the manager who approved the work on my Commander after the sale. They all were great and did excellent work.I would surely recommend Park Jeep to my friends. It is a great place to buy a car and I am certainly loving my new Commander.

A few days ago Park Chrysler Jeep had a Scion xB. I really liked, VERY clean. We talked to Peter. The next day I decided I wanted to buy it, I was really excited because it was going to be my first car. I called them to hold it for 30 minutes, buy the time I had got there someone else bought it. We were pissed. A few hours later, Peter called us and told us they had another one coming in, same model, same wheels, less mileage, and more features. We went in to look at it and ended up purchasing it because they gave it to us for the same price as the previous Scion. The interaction was amazing! They are very nice people to work with and the car looks and runs great! I don't know how Peter did it but he is the best car salesman I worked with! The dealership is very nice as well, very nice people. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car whether its used or new! Talk to Peter he will take care of you!!

The dealer had two 2012 JKU Rubicons in stock that I was interested in, so I contacted the dealer to see if they would honor the business partner affiliate pricing structure. I received an email that they would. After thinking about and talking trade-in price, the day before I was ready to make the purchase, I emailed them to get the "out the door price". That evening, I got an email saying sorry, the price was no longer good for in stock vehicles, only for ordered vehicles. Bait and Switch? Maybe. Poor dealer? Definitely.

My wife Connie and I have purchased 22 new vehicles through the years, and yet the last new purchase was in the year 2000. We would absolutely dread the process and nearly always felt negatively about the deal. Well with an aging vehicle and seeing all the new technology being incorporated into the new cars, we felt we had to brave the process. Much to our delight, from the very beginning, Bill Ohland was most helpful and very pleasant to work with. We drove 3 hours to reach the dealership and Bill was very knowledgeable of his inventory. Went to a car lot down the block to check out a Jeep Commander lemon and ended up stopping in at Park Jeep. An hour later drove away very happy with our 06 Commander. Very good customer service, Norman was a blast to work with and would recommend anyone looking to buy a Jeep to stop and see him. I usually can't stand car salesmen but Norman was a very down to earth straight shooter, not some slick talker. Will defineatly come back and am very satified with my purchase.

I came in to look at Used Jeep grand Cherokees and met Elisabeth Kent right away. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I test drove two vehicles and she was very knowledgable about both as well as well as great to talk to. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and overall i had a GREAT experience. I originally went into Park Chrysler Jeep to have my car repaired. When I found out that my car needed more repair than I cared to pay for, I decided to see if I could buy a good used car to replaced it. I had bad credit and was sure that there was no way I would be able to finance a different car. Christopher worked with me to find financing and Steve showed me cars in my price range. I have never been to a car dealer where they worked so hard to help me get into a car. The were super friendly and hard working for the customer. It was an amazing experience. I also bring my other car to their service center which is also top notch. I would highly recommend buying a car from Park Chrysler Jeep.

Norm was really great to work with. We got off to a slightly slow start because the cars we came to see/test drive had been sold in the preceding days. So we had some uncertainty about exactly how we wanted to move forward. But Norm was informative without being pushy, and when we warmed up to the idea of the 2011 Jeep Cherokee Limited, he gave us every bit of info needed and lots of reassurance that we were making a great decision.As the process was underway and we waited for paperwork, detailing, etc., Norm was really good about answering any additional questions we had and ensuring we didn't have any remaining uncertainties. We never felt rushed and felt we were Norm's only priority the entire time we were at the dealership.While we do not currently know of any family or friends in the market for a new vehicle, when we do, we would definitely endorse Park Chrysler Jeep and Norm Coco.

Park Chrysler Jeep Here is what you will get - a no frills building that has what you need to get business done, a genuine sales team, and a good selection of inventory. The team here is very unique and personable and I never felt I was being pushed to buy, maybe a little over eager to help but never pushy.Norman Coco was the dealer I was working with and while he was a little on the quirky side, he was the most genuine car dealer I have ever interacted with and a very relatable person. He left me with the sense that while at the end of the day they are there to make a profit but also make you feel valued for your business and that they want to support you long term. Even when it came to the "package" upsells (extended warranty, body protectant, etc) it was never a hard sell, more just informing of what options were there, prices and then leaving the rest up to you.I did end up purchasing a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Arctic, but even if we weren't able to reach a deal, I would have returned at a later point to make a purchase.If you are in the market for a Jeep, take some time to check out Park Chrysler Jeep and the team over here. I absolutely recommend and have recommended Park Chrystler Jeep. I visited a few dealerships one Saturday and found a couple of cars I liked, but wasnt completely sold on any of them. I went to Park Chryster Jeep to test drive a Jeep Patriot. Ruben King showed me the vehicle I was interested in, test drove it and loved it! While we waited for the paperwork Ruben gave my granddaughter a coloring book and crayons to help her wait. After the purchase Ruben showed me around the dealership and introduced me to people in the service dept, the management dept and the accessories dept. A couple of days later I received an e-mail asking me to come to a seminar for people that purchased a new or used car from Park Chryster Jeep. I went and they shared some history about the dealership, gave more information about the service dept and even gave a demonstration how to jump start a car. I have been completely satisfied with the friendliness and helpfulness of this dealership.

On saturday 9/17/11 I had gone to Park Jeep looking at a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At this time I had met Norman Coco and we went on a test drive. Norman was very good at explaining the process and why he needed to ask for specific information from us. He took his time and did not rush us through the process giving us time to make our decision. He made sure to point out that he wanted us to be happy with the vehicle we test drove.All the sales and dealer personnel in the showroom were friendly, and made a point to congratulate us on our purchase. This was even before we won a DVD player by tossing 2 out of 3 bean bags into the hole as part of the dealer promotion--the first person in two days to get 2 out of 3!

Buying a new vehicle can be stressful and car salesmen can be pushy and agressive to the point of making buying a car something you wish you never had to do, but the people at Park Chrysler Jeep never were any of those things. In fact they were very patient in explaining their pricing and I left confident I was getting the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. They did offer extended warranties and other add ons but didn't push if I didn't want to purchase the add ons. They went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted from another dealership. I enjoyed working with my salesman, Norman Coco, and wouldn't hesitate to send friends and relatives his way because I know he will treat them right.

Five-stars across the board. Absolutely the best all around car buying experience Ive ever had. I was deployed in Afghanistan and needed to find a vehicle for when I returned. I knew I wouldn't have much time to do this when I got back to the States and I knew exactly what I wanted. I did my research, knew what I was willing to pay for my Jeep Rubicon, and found exactly what I wanted at Park Chrysler Jeep. The Internet Sales Manager (Wendy) was very helpful and responsive to my emails (great customer service). Wendy secured transportation for my Jeep from MN to CO and even took care of my CO state sales taxes. When my wife received the Jeep, we found that the change in humidity level and having the emergency brake on so long during transport had caused the brake system to bind. The Jeep was brought to a local Jeep dealer in Colorado Springs and I contacted Wendy at Park Chrysler. Kevin at Park Chrysler immediately approved and paid for all the repairs. Ive got no complaints and nothing but praise for Park Chrysler and their people. Thanks Wendy and Kevin for your help. I just hope my wife doesnt decide the Jeep belongs to her;-)

We had been looking for a good used car for our daughther. I am one who does my homework prior to purchasing so I was aware of the particular car I was looking for. Like most we found all of the cars on the web we wanted to go see. We had spent most of the day traveling around the twin cities area visiting dealerships. Once arriving at Park Chrysler Jeep it was appent they wanted to see if we could make something work. They had a car we wanted, however current economic times put us in a position that made it difficult.The sales representative, Norman Coco worked with us dilgently to see how we could make it work. I have to say, Park Chrysler Jeep was one of the only few who did that throught our day. In the end we were able to purchase the car we wanted thanks to the Park Chrsler Jeep team. I went to this dealership because they had a listing for a Jeep grand Cherokee which had lower miles and a lower price than any of the other comparable SUVs I was looking for within my price range. When I got to the dealership, Norm Coco greeted me as I stepped out of my car, and proceeded to show me the options available on their lot, including the Jeep I had seen on their website. He let me take the car for a test drive right away, and when I expressed interest in the car, he went to a lot of trouble to meet the criteria I had for the purchase. He met my price point, he threw in a free towing hitch, he gave me a great interest rate, and he made me feel very comfortable in my first car buying experience.I would highly recommend Park Chrysler Jeep for both their great prices, and their great service. We came in to get extended warrenty on 3 year old, Chrysler. ended up at end of day with a new Chrysler, instead!! Norm Coco is the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with. He truly cares about what the customer wants vs. forcing a sale on you. He has shown us so much patience and really delivered that WOW factor to us. He really listened to what our needs were and he provided us with high quality cars to look at. We really like the fact that they sell ceritfied pre owned vehicles as well. Coco was truly great to deal with. Another thing I like with Park Jeep is that they demonstrate team work really well. John, the business manager really knows his stuff as well and he was able to get us a great deal on the financing side. Joshua "CC" was very nice to us as well- although he is new he seems to really know his stuff as well. Took my 2004 Jeep Gr Chrkee (100K miles) in for service, not knowing what was wrong, but knowing something bad was happening. Turned out several things were going wrong. Ryan, Service Mngr, listened well, and got my repairs for me, communicating with me all the way. Thanks to him and the mechanics!

Norm was a great salesmen, he helped me choose the correct car for my needs and in my price range. I thought it was respectable how he was working with 3 or for different customers and still allowed time to talk to me even though my sale was not going to give him much commission. He seemed to really care about my well being and how he wouldnt sell me a car that he didnt think was right for me. He was easy to talk to and he didnt just talk at you. for my first car buy I had a good experience with norm.

I worked with Josh Dennsion on Saturday June 18th, 2011 in purchasing a used 2010 Nissan Frontier. From my initial point of inquiry the dealership's online sales team gave me their contact information, offered to set an appointment to have the vehicle detailed/ready for a test drive and were prepared when I made the 70 some mile venture to visit in person. The Nissan I purchased was a local trade for the dealership and not one of their standard Jeep/Chrysler options represenatives are generally trained/educated on. Josh was professional and surprisingly knowledgable about this particular car; I had already done my share of research (KBB, consumer reports, car & driver, etc.) and knew the facts. Once I had made the decision to purchase that afternoon, Josh/several assisting associates made the process comfortable and ultimately offered a fair value for my trade. The customer service/personable atmosphere of Park Chrysler Jeep was outstanding; anyone can fill out the appropriate paperwork and sell a car, but the enviornment in which its done/presented makes all the difference. Its been nearly two weeks since my purchase and I feel comfortable recommending Park Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville, MN to others in the market for a new car. Thanks again Josh!

We walked into Park Jeep with a list of what we wanted/needed in a new vehicle. Elisabeth worked with our list and found us a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that more than met our expectations. We are excited to be Jeep Grand Cherokee owners once again. We purchased Jeeps in 1998 and 2004 but then moved to a 2007 Toyota 4 Runner because of the positive (at the time)Toyota reputation. The Toyota never measured up to our Previous Jeeps so when it came time to trade, we came back to Jeep. Elisabeth made our purchase a very positive experience. Great vehicle + great sales associate = Happy Customers.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Park, a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The expereince was great. They evaluated my tradein and shot my the value that topped other dealer offers from the start. Jeff was great to work with and when they could not aquire the vehicle we were interested in from another dealer, they searched and found another one that we liked the options on. The delivery went smooth and the delivery specialist offered several options that could be added, but never got pushy if we said no. Overall a great experience.

I stopped in to look at the new Chrysler 200 and Elisabeth was my salesperson. She was friendly, informative, and efficient at her job. She took the time to completely explain the leasing program and the manager, Jason, took time to see that I was comfortable with the financial aspect.Since I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 10 years, it seems that leasing is the best way for me to drive a new vehicle. So, I drove away in the 200 that had caught my attention and felt I had gotten a great deal with the leasing incentives that were available through Chrysler.The whole experience I would rate a 5+. My first experience dealing with my salesperson, Norman, was what brought me back to Park Jeep to purchase my Wrangler Unlimited. My wife and I had stopped by because I wanted to show her the new interior of the Jeep. We had previously leased a 2007 Wrangler Unlimited. We were greeted by Norman and we walked around looking at the large selection ( more than other dealerships I visited ). Norman was very friendly and was great at providing information about the different models. I felt no sales pressure from Norman and left with a handshake and his business card. After a week of researching different models online, I met Norman early Monday morning and I purchased our new Jeep. My wife and I are very excited about it and very pleased with the experience at Park Jeep.

I shopped a few other dealerships, was attracted to Park by depth of inventory in Jeeps. When I got there the inventory was the best I had seen. The biggest plus was the service. Steve knew far more about Jeeps than his competitors. He took a lot of time with me. His follow up after the sale was excellent. These folks get the concept of earning a longterm customer vs. making a sale.

Everyone is friendly as soon as you enter the building. They listen and do not try to oversell. Questions are answered and new information is provided. A thorough test drive is always provided. They seem to have a very good inventory when I go and they offer good deals. The closer is always friendly and does not try to sell additional products or services- they are mentioned but in a very low key manner that I appreciate. Help is always available and I feel that their service is top notch in all facets. I have used their service department and have been very satisfied.

I had a great experience at Burnsville Jeep! Both my sister and dad have jeeps from this location - that is the reason I went to this particular dealership. Steve was informative and helpful without being pushy. Another dealer helped me sync my phone with the car and went over everything in the navigation system - he was soooo helpful and informative - I didn't catch his name but he was AWESOME!!

Park Jeep is a very friendly and knowledgable place to go to. Craig was very helpful and was able to get the perfect car for me, which was a RED Jeep Compass. I love how it drives, it's very smooth and it seems like your driving a car. I like being more higher so I can see better. The gas mileage seems to be better then my car, or at least the same, so I don't have to worry about a huge gas price increase when I go and fill up the tank. I feel very comfortable in going to Park Jeep to get any service done on the Jeep. I would recommend Park Jeep to all of my family and friends.

My experience at Park Crysler Jeep was great. I went in several times to view and test drive a vehicle I was interested in. Norman is a friendly, low pressure salesman who brought up alot of good points between buying from a dealer vs a private party. I was able to walk away the first time with no pressure to make a purchase. This low pressure had a very large influence on buying from Park Chrysler Jeep, as compared to several other dealers I had vistied. The prices are great right off the bat, there was no heckling needed. I had done alot of reserach and test drives, and I knew the value of the vehicle and Park Chrysler Jeep hit it right on the money. I will definatly return to Park Chrysler Jeep in the future when I am ready for a new Jeep!

We had an excellent experience with Joe Saba as the sales rep for our purchase of a 2001 Ford Focus. He went out of his way to answer our many questions and get answers for us when he didn't have the information. The reason I didn't rate Customer Service, Friendliness, and Overall Experience as "Great" was not due to Joe, but because of a different sales manager who was condescending when we asked a question, and the Finance Rep, who verged on being rude and argumentative and kept interrupting me when I tried to ask questions. However, overall this was a much more positive experience buying a used car than others I have had.

We arrived at the dealership rather late in the afternoon but the salesperson was very patient with us and showed us several vehicles which took us a long time to decide on all the options and color and when we finished it was way past closing time. The salesperson was very kind and explained all the vans features, it took a long time and he called in some very experinced people to go over some very compicated features. We purchased the vehicle and are happy with the experience.

Went to a lot of Jeep dealerships to evaluate the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. At first I was reluctant to go with a Jeep, but after driving several, this is a great vehicle. Almost bought the Jeep at anoterh dealership, but did not like to treatment. Came back to Park. George was very patient and answered all of my questions. He spent quality time showing us the features of the Laredo. Very pleased so far with my experience at Park.

Norman Coco was great to work with, efficient, great with every detail, friendly and did what I needed to be done. As a Jeep leaser for 20 years it was the best experience I've ever had. I didn't get jerked around like I've been with other Jeep dealerships. A few of the nitty gritty details that needed to be cleared up after the lease was complete were done so quickly. I'd recommend anyone to Park Jeep for the great service of both Norman and Alex in finance.

We would recommend Park Jeep Chrysler to anyone. As a matter of fact,after we bought our car, we called my mother to buy a car from the same dealership and the same salesman that we dealt with who was Norman Coco. I had called Norman a couple of days before to let him know that we were coming to the twin cities area from Duluth to buy a car. He took the time to let us know what kind of vehicles that they had that we were interested in. We called him when we got to the dealership, and he made himself readily available. He was courteous and very friendly. He was very easy to talk to and humorous. We felt very at home. He ended up giving us a very fair price on the car, and gave us a fair price for our trade. He was also knowledgeable and We left very happy! We love our new car, and I would go back to Park Jeep Chrysler for all my car needs.

Since totaling my Santa Fe early in March, I have been on a quest to find a good replacement. I have gone to almost every car dealership in my area, and for the most part was very disappointed, not in the product, but in the attitude of the sales department. I would consider most of them "order takers" instead of professional sales people. Even at a place that advertised "we need you more than you need us" failed to live up to its billing.When I called Park Jeep to inquire about a vehicle, I was invited to come in for a test drive. I explained that because of a snow storm, I would have to wait until I could get my wife's car out of the garage. The person I talked to, Norm Coco, said "no problem - I drive a Jeep - I will come and pick you up!" He and George Wilkinson (he came along as navigator) picked me up and drove me to the dealership. My test drive of my 2010 Compass turned out to be a long one since I was called to North St. Paul to pick up a video project. During that time Norm and I became better acquainted. I was impressed that he was interested in me and my needs and honestly didn't put any pressure on me to purchase the vehicle.Long story short - I purchased the vehicle - was able to meet other staff people, including Mike Choe, the sales manager, and other staff members, including one of the owners. I have been impressed with the dealerships desire to be known for integrity and exceptional customer service. When I go there I feel like I am part of the "Park-Jeep" family.

George went above and beyond to help me out. He let me take the vehicle for the weekend, after I had been in an accident. I wasn't even sure if I was going to be able to buy it, of course I did. The attitude and atmosphere at Park Chrysler Jeep compared to other dealerships was amazing. They all seemed to love their jobs and there was no pressure to buy. I've purchased two jeeps from Park Jeep in the past and when I decided that I was ready for a third, my first stop was to Park Jeep. Was I ever surprised. I found a vehicle I was mildly interested in. Went on a test drive and decided I'd like to see what the "numbers" were on my trade and on the vehicle I was looking at. I was informed by Mike Choe, the General manager, that even though the asking price of the vehicle I was looking at was Three (3) thousand dollars over blue book value, he wasn't going to budge, even though he couldn't explain why, other than saying "I had to pay more than blue book to get it". After that I decided to put off buying a car for a little while. I ended up buying a Jeep from another dealer (another story) and had to stop by Park Jeep to look for some parts. I ran into a salesperson who asked where I purchased my jeep and was then told that they could have sold me the same vehicle for less. What bothers me is their website listed the price at more than what I paid for the vehicle I was driving. Lowest price first, I think not! What really bothered me about this was that if they really wanted my business why did they try to low ball my trade-in when another dealership had no problem paying what I was asking. I love the fact that they know about Jeeps, but have a problem with their "business" practices.

I've bought three Jeeps from Wendy and Kevin Lowen at Park Jeep. My family bought 2 others. These guys are great and have always helped me out when I need it. The service department is where I drop a star. I've had less than satisfactory experience there. My suggestion is to buy a vehicle here but service it elsewhere.

My 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport was purchased new in January 2002. Between January 2002 and June 2006 this supposedly "Trail Ready" 4x4 endured: five-5 factory recalls, two-2 sets of front brake rotors,replacement of both front sway bar links (this vehicle never went off-road), replacement of the fuel sending unit, replacement of the O2 sensor, a blown head gasket, replacement of both front turn signal housings two-2 times and eleven-11 front turn signal bulbs (the front turn signalsare mounted in the front fenders - the tire spray in wet conditions fills the inadequately sealed turn signal housings). This vehicle had all regular service performed by Park Jeep under the purchsed service plan. All things considered the vehicle was a POS, the dealer (and Chrysler's) response was to ask me if I wanted to trade in for a different Chrysler product. I responded by buying a Ford Van! Prior to this, I had been a loyal "MOPAR" fan owning nothing but Plymouth and Dodge products until this Jeep - never again. Granted the dealer did not build the product, unfortunately they were just stuck supporting a product that was not subjected to quality engineering for material selection, assembly or design prior to its delivery to the dealership.

My vehicle gets serviced by this dealer evey month. Evey time it is very easy and convenient to set up an appointment. They even send appointment reminders to your cell phone! Any time I have had a problem or needed and oil change, the experience was great and they were able to get me in and out fast! I am very pleased with the work they provide me on my Jeep! I definitely reccommend this dealer for your service needs!
