I was comparing the Lexus along with the Cadillac, Infinity, and Acura. When I got to Park Place, I was immediately impressed with the dealership - a very up-scale atmosphere and decor. Though the snacks could be better! Craig was very low key, but effective, as we looked for the perfect vehicle - which we ultimately found, a gorgeous champagne 350 with the beige interior. A truly beautiful vehicle. I've taken advantage of the car wash service only once so far but will again as that is a real treat. Car shopping is not something one looks forward to in general but this was a very pleasant experience.

We were very impressed with the salespeople we worked with at Park Place Lexus. Jay was very helpful without being overbearing. We ended up buying a used vehicle from a different dealer that fit our qualifications better, but we wouldn't hesitate to visit Park Place Lexus again when we need another vehicle.

I like the online service from park place!... It was easy and fast!....after researched for the car, options, and target price, then call and talk to the online specialist for about 30 mins, and that was it! Soon as I pulled up I was greeted by Jay Akingbolagun. I was frustrated as I had been going to multiple car dealerships and still had not found what I needed. Jay immediately put my mind at as we began to go over all vehicle options that was best suited for me. I test drove a few vehicles as I was unable to make up my mind and asked a gazillion questions. Jay was very patient and never got frustrated with me. He actually made the buying process run alot smoother and didn't try to convince me to purchase anything out of my set price range. From the minute I drove up on the lot I was treated with respect and professionalism. Ned worked with me for hours to get me the right car, He showed me car after car and never complained even though the temperature was very hot. Have dealt with EZ for many years and many cars. Now there is Kevin who a fine young man with tremendous potential. This time around - I blew it and purchased a Certified RX350. After one day of driving it, realized what a mistake I had made. SO, the next day I went PP. I did not own a Lexus but always wanted one and a friend had purchased one at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine and I was with him once when he had to take the car for service. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ferid and told him what I was looking for. He quickly retrieved he keys for me to test drive the cars. We recently purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Santa Fe (worked with Sean Musser) four our daughter and could not be more pleased. I have purchased 4 new vehicles and help friends and family purchase new vehicles in the past as well. From the variety of dealerships between different manufactures, I would say all dealerships experiences except Park Place were about the same. No matter what they say, you always end up spending about 8 hours there being passed around from individual to individual. From the Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Car Delivery Specialist, etc. At Park Place, I was only there for a total of 3 hours which is a record for me and walked away with a beautiful 2016 RX 350. I worked with Emily House and it was amazing to see the efficiency, knowledge, and positive attitude she and everyone who works there carries. Even though my time spent there was cut in half from my past experiences; Emily took us on a test drive, showed us multiple RX 350s on the lot with all the different interior/technology packages, took care of the finance/warranty phase, went over set up and delivery of our purchase, on top of answering all my questions in between! I have never considered buying a car based of dealership experience alone but Park Place has set the bar. I will definitely purchase from here again!

I had already heard from two people about the excellent service of Park Place Grapevine, so chose to visit them for my first Lexus purchase. I was given Walter Onubogu's name by a friend who had already purchased two Lexus' from Walter. The physical dealership space is beautiful and fully staffed. I was immediately greeted and taken to see Walter. I told Walter what model I wanted, and my price range. He listened, showed me several models, and didn't try to "pitch" me a different model or price. I pretty quickly settled on a gently used Lexus IS 250 Sport. Price negotiation was also painless. I told him what my monthly max was, and he met it without trying to convince me to go higher. After the paperwork he introduced me to my service guy, Anthony, who has also been great, promptly responding to my emails and questions. I had a small issue with my sunroof which they fixed while I waited. Their customer service is really, really good.Walter worked well with me without any of that dreaded stereotypical "car salesman" pitch. If you're in DFW and looking for a Lexus I highly recommend Walter and Park Place Grapevine.

Went to Park Place in Plano and wasn't happy with how they were assisting me. Called Park Place in Grapevine and got Sean.. I told him what I wanted and was ready to purchase in a few days. My experience at this dealership was a very positive one. Normally when trying to shop for cars, I am hassled, misled, and pressured. Thankfully, this was not the case at Lexus of Grapevine. Our story started with the April hailstorms in Wylie, Texas where my husbands car was totaled while at work. The following week we left for vacation and when we returned the insurance company was pressuring us to settle. Working full time, he did not have much time to shop for a new vehicle. Having just purchased a new car for me in March, we had not planned to buy another new car this soon. I set out "scouting" used cars that might meet our needs. We were frustrated with the process.Several of the dealership allowed us to test drive "around the block". Hardly a test without taking it on the interstate. When I saw a car advertised that met our needs, I called Park Lexus Of Grapevine to confirm that it was still available. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted and made comfortable.The car was as advertised and no surprises. Bobby H. was my sales person. He was very professional, knowledgable and, respectful. Things could not have gone more smoothly. There was no pressure and Bobby even suggested that I drive the car home for my husband to check over when he returned from work. We returned that evening to purchase the car. Bobby had everything in place for a smooth transaction. We could not have ask for a more professional , yet comfortable experience. My purchase of a new Lexus GX 460 was the least complicated, most straightforward and best car buying experience I have ever had. Our sales experience manager, Mr Terry Song, contacted us before our arrival to get an idea of our preferences. When we went to Park Place Lexus, he was simply a great person with whom to work. He found the exact vehicle we wanted and took care of all the details without any type of glitch or inconvenience whatsoever. On arriving the next day to pick up the vehicle to drive back home, he demonstrated all the basic operation features, did some basic programming and explained all the onboard features that are available on this vehicle which are a lot! In short and in sum, it was a great car buying experience.

As a former Sewell customer, I have been spoiled by the exception customer oriented service provided. I didn't think I could find another dealership that could match the experience I've had but Park Place has so far. I first called to inquire about availability and spoke to a Jay. On my first visit, I found the dealership to be modern, clean, and had a impressive waiting area for people getting their cars serviced. Many other dealerships I've visited do not make me feel like a valued customer (age bias?), but Sewell and Park Place does a good job of making me feel like a valued potential customer (*exception is Sewell Subaru - no one bothered me as I was walking around and looking at demo cars - had to chase someone down to get test drive).Mr Michael Moore who was the preowned sales representative that I was appointed and he was one of the primary reasons why we felt comfortable making a purchase at Park Place. I appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and no pressure approach. I got away the first time with a positive feeling because the car I was interested in lacked backup camera that we wanted. Did not hesitate to call him when I found a vehicle they were selling. Felt like he did his best to find us a good deal and we ended up purchasing a CPO RX350. I appreciated him coming in on his day off to settle paperwork and deliver the vehicle. I can only hope the post sales and service experience can match the excellent pre-sales experience I received from Mr. Michael Moore. I like the Park Place app offered, but kind of disappointed that Car Wash is frequently closed; unless you go early enough only to see a loooong line at the car wash lane. With Sewell, you can pull up to any lane and their car wash closes by time, not by how busy the dealership is. Also, while waiting in the lobby, I have heard problems with some customers and thier service, but it sounded like Park Place was doing their best to correct the situation which is good to hear. Will share if anything changes, but we are happy with our purchase experience so far. A big thank you to Michael Moore.

I was totally surprised by the welcome, atmosphere and service provided during the entire transaction. In my search for a vehicle, I went to and researched at least 15 different dealerships and types of automobiles, however, the overall tone was very unwelcoming and left me with a feeling of... I can't go to 1 more dealership!. I even went to some twice.From the moment I entered the dealership, I was treated with respect and dignity. I was waiting on the something to happen. Of course the something negative to happen. Pat Goebel was totally awesome! He showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the technology person, the cashier in accessories , as well as other managers, salesmen etc. I have never had this type service at any dealership in "ALL" my experiences of buying an automobile. I have bought 7 new cars through the years. During 1 of my last visits there, I did not eat breakfast and Pat offered to go out and get me food. He was very personable. Pat, thank you again for your kindness and your ability to breakdown the negative barriers to sale me this wonderful automobile. I was at a point of... Purchasing our MB E350 was an experience that built confidence in the Internet buying process.Park Place was very understanding of the hesitation to purchase a vehicle sight unseen and accommodated an independent inspection of the vehicle without pause. They picked me up at the nearby airport and provided a loaner to drive while the car was being prepped. I felt the staff was honest and straight forward, there were no surprises with the car or the process. Our salesman Hasan, was prompt on all communication leading up to, and again post sale regarding final paperwork. I can only sight one area of improvement they could capture, that was the time it took to get the car prepped. I anticipated and planned for about 4 hrs to complete the sale and it took longer then that just to get the car prepped. Minor inconvenience, and Hasan was very apologetic. Very pleased overall, got the car and drove it 10 hrs home without issue.

They posted one price online and then increase many thousands of dollars when I got there. Buying process was made easy. We did feel a bit rushed through it, as I know they were getting closer to closing time. This was understandable.We weren't given a "walkthrough" of the 2016 ES we purchased, in turn we had to figure several things out on our own after purchase. But not that big of a deal. I heard they had some technology specialist but we were never offered or introduced to them.Since purchasing our Salesman has followed up about this survey, that's about all. Salesman says he tried calling me to give us 2nd set of keys. (I had to stop by an send a few emails to get) When asked to verify the phone number he was using, he couldn't find it and he didn't remember our name. Seemed a bit strange. But again, not that big of deal.We weren't overwhelmed by PP service, but also not disappointed. We really enjoy the car the most and how easy the buying process was with Park Place.

Danny went above and beyond to help get into the car I wanted. He worked around my work sxhedule, handling most of the deal over the phone, delivered a car to me to test drive, and then delivered my car to me and finalized the deal in my office. Just like many consumers I am not a big fan of the hassle of car shopping and negotiating. I did my research beforehand, knew the model I wanted and approx. value for the purchase and my trade-in. There was no pressure during the initial visit or ensuing discussions with my sales person (Sean Musser). Very open and easy negotiation. After we made our agreement he had the ppwk ready and waiting for me to transact during my lunch hour, there was no 3 hours at the dealership haggling and signing documents. It was all very simple and professional. The vehicle was used and had a couple of minor issues, that's where Park Place really shined. They immediately owned the issues, scheduled the service, and made the process very enjoyable and hassle free for me. I will have my vehicle serviced there as long as I have it!

This is my fourth car that I've had to negotiate and this is by far the most pleasant experience. Normally, I would spend hours talking about pricing, but this process was quick. My initial interaction was with Terry Song via email who gave me the best price compared to what I've seen for the options I wanted and then I worked with Danny Cantu while at the dealership. Danny handled the negotiations with my trade in and all the paperwork from beginning to end. I'm not used to that, but it's so much more convenient! Great facilities, but the entire dealership lacks a respectful and professional attitude towards customers, from sales down to the auto service department . This dealership is far below standard for Lexus. It was a constant battle to receive honest assessment of service issues for my vehicle, and in many cases found the service staff lack proper training. Exercise caution with this dealership.

I initially didn't think I would find anything at Lexus as far as what I wanted compared to what I wanted to spend for a vehicle. Nathan found the perfect car for me and was more than patient as I nitpicked to make sure it did actually have every single thing I wanted. I can honestly say that I didn't ever feel pressured or cajoled in my experience. It was all around a great experience, and I'm so glad I happened to walk in the door.

My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our car here. While yes, a good amount of my love might be due to the fact that I now have a Lexus instead of my high school car with a door that wouldn't full shut... the great experience was all thanks to Craig Williams.My husband and I had just begun our car search and went up to park place to look at their RX350s. We first walked around the lot and it was nice pleasant surprise that no one came bombarding you while you were "window shopping". As we walked into the main door we were hooked up with a car salesman in the new car department. We did not realize they had different salesman for the new and the preowned. I was nervous for our experience because as soon as we told that dealer we were in the market for a preowned vehicle he immediately seemed put off by us wasting his time. Thankfully he did direct us to the preowned department where we met Craig Williams. *que trumpets*If you are searching for a vehicle go visit this man now! I cannot say enough amazing things about him. I've heard horror stories of car salesman but Craig blew all of those worries out of the water. I truly believe he is honest, caring and genuinely a great guy. My husband jokes because he says I sang more praise for Craig than I did my new car!! Don't get me wrong I LOVE my new car but I'm so thankful for the quick and painless experience to purchase it! Our car had just come in and was still being checked over and cleaned but Craig made it a top priority to make sure it was looking beyond expectations. We are going to pick up our license plates and get a complementary car wash and hopefully Craig will be there so I can say hey and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from their magical coffee machine that he introduced me to as well!If you didn't read all this review at least take this with you...if you're going to park place try to get Craig Williams as your car salesman. I went in specifically to look at 2 used cars. One being and Audi and the other being a Lexus.Ferid went above and beyond to assist me with any questions/concerns that i had. Cant be any happier with my experience, TERRY made the best car buying experience i ever had, thanks to him im happy with my new LEXUS RC 200T, just everything about this dealer is perfect, i had worked in the business before and the first thing i noticed you can walk around the lot, take your time without been attacked by sales persons like sharks, trust me i used to to this. You have to go inside and request a sales person service with a front desk once you are ready, this place is awesome, like a 5 stars hotel. great guest wait room, coffe machine, service and parts department are huge. Very disaapointing. Completely misled through out the sales pitch. Spent 4 hours working on buying a $50,000 new car. As I was signing papers, it turned out to be a demo car not a new car as I noticed odometer reading. The spec that was given to me had 15 miles. I lease a GS 350 currently and hence, didn't see a need to drive a new one. Sales manager didn't tell us about the demo nor did he even offer to turn the car on. It was more than one in my party and no one heard anything mentioned about demo. Be careful when you deal with this dealership and make sure you read every single paper before you sign. I didn't buy the car.

I have always taken my car to this dealership for major repairs and the reason I chose this dealership is because of its closeness to my house. However, at the end of each repair, I always come out back depressed. Why? Because they always have a list of something else that needed to be done. On the last two visits, I found out that their recommendations are not always true. The first time, they recommended a 4-wheel alignment which I knew wasn't necessary. I turned it down but took the vehicle to NTB where I bought the tires. NTB put the vehicle on their machine but could not find any problem with the alignment. They printed the result and explained to me that I did not need any alignment. Recently, I took the vehicle to this dealership because the battery lamp came on. They diagnosed the problem and came up with a recommendation to replace the alternator and the battery. Since the battery was new and still under warranty, I turned the battery replacement down but replaced the alternator. The following day, I called AAA that sold the battery requested them to send a technician to check the battery and possibly replace it. The technician came today, checked the battery and found no problem with the battery. This further confirms to me that this dealership is not very honest. I will recommend that you get a second opinion before doing any repair with this dealership.

Josue helped me find and purchase the perfect car in a day! I've wanted a 350Z since I was 10! My husband suggested I get myself a 370Z instead and who would argue with that? I love my new car! Everything was super easy! I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half (and that was only because I took my time deciding on which financial route I would take). I only had to deal with one person instead of being bounced around to different people. I wasn't pressured. We were given plenty of space to talk about everything and not rushed. Josue went out of his way to even throw a bow on top for a killer picture before driving it off of the lot! I highly recommend Park Place and Josue Escoto!

My heart-felt thanks goes to Josue Escoto, who finished helping me get what feels like a car made just for me. The night prior, given it was indeed a used car, there were several requests to make some last minute modifications. Despite having been thru a day of further training Josue brought my 'new' Lexus to me with a nice bottle of champagne and spent upwards of two hours helping familiarize me with yet an unbelievable number of amenities and took the time to download Lexus app, sync with my phone, program my radio stations, showing me voice commands, and even going in my garage to reach up and program the garage door. My wife and I stopped in on impulse, just to look. Jay was helpful right away without the typical car salesman hawking over you. Jay was very laid back and worked hard to make a deal once we decided that the IS250 F sport was the car for us, and even better managed to not pressure us into anything, even though we were there for about two hours after closing. Jay continuer to say hi (and actually remembers who I am) whenever were at the dealership for service or a wash. Continued great service and I'll use him again.

Our first why was visiting from San antonio and buying here. Everything mentioned about the place was correct. Everybody is family. This was my first experience buying a car. You always here horror stories when someone buys a car: people taken advantage of, spending the entire day/night working out a deal, etc. Emily House did everything before I even walked through the door. I spend maybe two hours in the dealership total, most of which was because I was so indecisive. Emily, and Park Place as a whole, really worked with me to get my payment down where it needed to be and made personal phone calls to get me into my car. I attempted to purchase a used Lexus SUV from the dealership. I was in constant communication with the salesperson and reached a point in which I was on the cusp of wiring funds. At the last minute I was informed that the car was sold out from under me. At best you could argue that the salesperson was not aware of a competing buyer. At worst I believe my transaction was slowed because I negotiated a lower price that this new buyer. Unethical.The dealer was unapologetic. Avoid.

My Mercedes SL500 was totaled on October 24th and my insurance gave me my check on October 25th. I called Ezelle and asked him if he could find me a car by Wednesday since my rental was due back on Wednesday. He meet my husband and I Tuesday morning on his off day and started the process. He was patient and very helpful as we gathered the information and did the test drives. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied. My husband and I were shopping for a new ES350, but we weren't sure we were ready to buy yet. We stopped by the dealership while we were in the area Saturday afternoon. Rob Herring is awesome. I found a used car online, stopped in after work just look and he didn't pressure me at all. Answered all of my questions and let me just look. When I say No Pressure, I mean No Pressure. Dealing with Rob was like dealing with a long family friend. He talked to me like a man and let me make up my own mind.Rob sent me over to Randi Squier to finish up the paperwork and she was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and professional. If it bothered her that we were there so late, she didn't let it show. I'm not sure I can find adequate words to communicate the wonderful experience I had at Park Place. I was treated like an intelligent human being and there was absolutely no pressure involved. I felt that the staff bent over backwards to find the vehicle at the price I could afford. I was very comfortable with the salesman, Terry Hough. He is down to earth and makes you feel like family. He did everything possible to help me find the vehicle of my dreams. I LOVE my Lexus and enjoy driving it every day. I highly recommend Terry Hough and the entire staff of Park Place. After my initial online research, I had originally thought I wanted the CT 200h. After driving it: not. But I had on the same outing driven an ES 350, decided that was the right vehicle, nd was awatching the various online deals for about a month because I wasn't quite ready to buy. Then the first used ES 300h's popped on, and I was sold: the features I wanted in a hybrid with the feature I wanted in a luxury car. Park Place Grapevine had the first three I saw come on the market in the DFW area. Jae Lee responded to my internet inquiries, and then was responsive to everything along the purchase process. He (and Jeff in the Numbers Crunching dept) made it happen, and now I'm a Happy Hybrid Lexus Driver!

We turned in our leased 2013 RX350s. I decided to lease a 2014 GS350, and my wife leased a 2015 RX350. This time we both chose silver body color with black interior. The entire transaction was handled smoothly and quickly by the staff at Park Place. We worked with Walter on our first lease, and again on this transaction. He made the whole process very enjoyable. After doing some online research, I drove to Park Place Lexus to look at used cars. The salesman that came up to help me was Ryan Frederick. I instantly felt at ease with with his low key manner. He was able to find a low mileage car for me that matched my list of requirements. There was no hype or pressure to buy the car. I did a test drive on Saturday and was able to take the car home until Monday to allow time for me to decide on the car. The trade in on my BMW was very fair. I was comfortable with the whole transaction and felt I could rely on his honesty and expertise. Because of previous bad experiences with car dealerships my recent thoughts have been to buy from an individual. But, my thinking was turned on its head when I bought my Lexus at Park place. The amount of professionalism and service was extraordinary! When we arrived the car had been brought up front so we could see and drive it. All employees we came in contact with we're very courteous and helpful. Within minutes I knew we were at the right place and I would buy a car. I felt that I could trust them to be very reasonable and honest.

I loved Ming Yang the first time I sat down with him to discuss new car options. We told him what we wanted and that if he could make it happen, we would sign. Park Place Lexus Grapevine has one of the nicest atmospheres out of any car dealership I've seen. The beautiful building really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole way through the process, and the sales associate I worked with, Shane Welter, did absolutely everything to maintain the positivity. Everyone was cordial, my trade-in value was very fair, and I came out with the car I wanted (2012 Cadillac SRX) in only a few short hours. Shane even priority mailed my plates to my address so I didn't have to make the two hour drive back to the dealership. Outstanding staff, good prices on pre-owned vehicles, and free soda fountain!! Similar to other reviews, I had a very smooth car buying experience. I had originally started out at anothermLexus dealer and it was not smooth nor were they that helpful or friendly.I found the car I wanted on the Park Place website and contacted them 1st thing in the morning and Mark Griffiths answered and was very helpful confirming that the car was available. I told him that I was on my way from Temple Tx and would be there in 2.5 hrs. When I got there, Mark was very helpful and friendly and Mark was involved in the whole buying experience. I got the car that I wanted and the whole buying experience was pleasurable and smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Mark Griffiths, and Park Place!

I just bought GS350 F-Sport from Ned Fardeecey on 7/5. I am extremely pleased with the efficient sales process at Park Place Lexus Grapevine. I owned a RX 330 for a long time, loved the quality of it. I sent an online quote request for the new model, Ned was quickly respond and provide all the info that I need. Although I will admit that purchasing a vehicle is usually far from being an amazing experience, Park Place Lexus has shown me that they truly care about customer service, both before and after the sell. My experience was so positive a couple of years ago, that what started out as purchasing a car for myself, ended up including another one for my wife. I have recently just purchased my third vehicle from them and can honestly say this experience was just as good as my last, if not better. We have bought three cars there. The buying experience is a pain, but the Service is horrible. Overly Frequent service, overcharging, talking down to a customer. The service department obviously looks at the standard interval as an excuse to get you in, and get deeper into your purse. Simply a miserable experience every frigging time. If you believe everything they tell you, you will be overcharged. I have had Infinitis and Nissans from various dealerships. This includes the G35 and G37 sports cars, optional with Synthetic Oil. Never have I been made to feel as stupid or as over charged as at Parkplace Grapevine. When I asked why Synthetic was required, the "service advisor" told me, "It is a synthetic engine" as if that were the answer, when in reality, in 2010 Toyota began to use synthetic. When I asked why I was being charged 100 dollar for a tire rotation every 5000 miles, the "service advisor" told me, "It will save you money" when in reality they are using that to justify the prorating value of the tire. It does NOT save me money, but it warrants they get 100 bucks every 5000 miles. Air and cabinet filters are separate, of course. In past Lexus cars I have been overcharged for necessary repairs to steering components, for instance, and the steering was never right again. When I had two wheel rims redone, mysteriously, the car went out of alignment so bad the steering wheel was tilted. They had to remove the two wheels from the car, so no one could explain how that caused an alignment problem. That was a 3 day ordeal. I equate Parkplace Lexus service to my prior experiences from Firestone and Sears where overcharging and talking down to a customer were considered Standard practice.

I was about to purchase a Lexus from another dealership but became frustrated with the process. I found a nicer Lexus online at Park Place and had the luck to get Johnny Malaspina on the phone. He was a Godsend. I received better financing, a great trade-in, first class delivery service and all around wonderful experience. I never expected such ease in purchasing my car. However when my Ex- Husband was shopping around he happened to be connected with Mike McAlisterat Park Place. I only have my Lexus RX450h (and the Lexus before it) serviced here, well I did. I will not be returning. I spoke to the service dept mgr a year or so ago because my service adviser would never return calls. I let it slide after one call with management but when another call went unreturned I again spoke to the Manager asked to be changed to a more pro active adviser. I was assured the new person was the best they had.I have left two calls for this best adviser that have never been returned, The first was five months ago to ask if they carried the tires I wanted that everyone loved on Lexus Forums and to schedule an appointment for some cosmetic work for my hood they had previously given me an estimate on. He never called. I ended up getting both done elsewhere at a cost of over $2K. I spoke with the manager about this when scheduling some regular maintenance some time later and he said that was not like Aisea at all and I accepted that we are all human and I should cut him a break. Last week I received a mail from them indicating I was due for a body throttle service and fuel injector cleaning, I called him on 7/18 at 3:31pm and was told he was off but would be back the following day, I left a message for him asking what the body throttle service was, how much it cost and letting him know we should get it scheduled. My voice mail is yet to be returned. I will be taking my car to Sewell from now on. Park Place service is amazing when I am in the dealership wallet in hand, but otherwise I may as well be at Wal-Mart on a Saturday afternoon when there are 2 lanes open because that is the level of service offered when I am not physically there. I don't shop at Wal-Mart for that reason and will not be back to Park Place for the same reason.

I purchased a Certified pre-owned 2013 Lexus ES ultra luxury package from Mark last week without having even seen the car. Mark delivered well above expectations. Car matched his description to the T. It was in great shape and Mark was very up front about the condition of the car, which was impeccable. He arranged delivery and provided fantastic play by play updates of the progress of the process from start to finish. I honestly do not know where to begin with Craig. We came to Park Place on a Saturday afternoon, well, evening, at approximately 10 after 6, not knowing that they closed at 6. Craig was by the front door and when we realized they were closed, we turned around and headed back to our car. Then we heard Craig call us and say "Come on in!" We were looking for a 2014 GX 460 and fell in love with the 2014 GX that was on the showroom floor, and decided to buy it. We wanted to trade our EX 350 but did not drive it that day. Craig STILL worked up a deal, INCLUDING the trade in, taking our word on the condition of our car without even seeing it, and 2 1/2 hours after closing time, we drove off in our new Lexus, but not before Craig gave my wife a beautiful pink Lexus duffle bag as a gift. It gets better. The NEXT day, SUNDAY, Craig came by our house at our convenience and picked up the EX.The following day, Monday, we went back to Park Place looking for a 2014 CTh, but didn't find anything we liked. Craig spent a tremendous amount of time searching the southwest US looking for what we wanted, but nothing was available. After several hours, we changed our mind and decided to look for an IS250. We spent the rest of the day trying to find "the one" and just when we had given up, Craig found it! He took our GS in trade. Instead of getting mad or frustrated with us because of all the time we had taken, he actually offered to buy us dinner! Today I went back to Park Place to sign the contract and pick up the car, but with all the add-ons, the car was not ready. So what does Craig do? He tells me he will have the car ready tomorrow and deliver it to my house and pick up my GS. Oh, and he bought me BBQ ribs!I will not forget to mention that Craig got us a great deal on BOTH cars! Both times we had the pleasure of Dealing with Bridgett Ryan, and again, this is the first time I actually enjoyed "signing my life away"! She is as pleasant and professional as anyone could ask for!These are the 7th and 8th Lexus' I have purchased over the years, but my first purchase at Park Place, and this is HANDS DOWN the best experience I have ever had with ANY sale... of ANY product... We have purchased six cars from Park Place Lexus at Grapevine. Three have been new. Three have been used. I drove one of the used ones, a GX470, 125,000 miles after I bought it. I used that vehicle very hard in mud, snow and dust with no issues. My wife drove a GX 470 for seven years and the only thing that went wrong with the car was a right front turn signal bulb after six years. So selling good vehicles is where it starts. But the thing that I keep coming back to is that all the people at the dealership care a great deal about taking care of us as customers. Their service is beyond my high expectations. Since I have run a service company for many years, I know how hard that is. Our sales contact, Hasan Qazi, is just terrific. Buying a car from him is so easy. You know that you are getting a good price and that he will follow up to be sure that you are completely satisfied. He doesn't come over to the house and mow my lawn, but he just might if I asked him to. Hasan is good people.You can always get a loaner car if you want it. You can leave your car for service and get out of there in about 10 minutes, sometimes sooner. They pay for the gas in your loaner. You know what each service will cost before you leave the dealership; and if the cost changes you get a phone car or text explaining the difference before the service is performed. If you want to have your car washed, you can drop by and they will wash it for free. Now what more can you expect?

Worst service ever. My husband and I went there 2 years ago to trade my Escalade for a LEXUS LX570 4X4 SUV. The agent who took care of us was very nice until we started debating the price. He then called his superior to finish the deal with us. That man was the worst. So disrespectful. We decided to leave and never returned there. Last week my husband decided to buy me the 2014 convertible for my 40th birthday, so we both went to park place and once again received the same bad and awful service. We live in Southlake and Park Place Grapevine is closest; because of this awful service we finally drove to Lexus Fort worth and closed the deal there. Will never return to park place...

Recently I purchased a new RX 350 from Tom and Ned. Extremely pleased with the efficient sales process at Park Place Lexus Grapevine. I owned a RX for a long time, loved the quality of it. I sent an online quote request for the new model, Tom was the first one responded to me, the other dealers were almost 1-2 days behind. Tom was friendly with great communication skills. He emailed me a quote and arranged his business partner Ned helped me the next morning. Ned was a great listener, we agreed on a fair win-win price in about 15 minutes. I drove my new car away in less than 2 hours. Before I went in Park Place, I was worried about the hassle of buying a new car. Time is extremely valuable to me and I am sure to them as well, I appreciated that Tom and Ned listened and made the whole process very pleasant and efficient which was just the way I wanted. About 2 weeks after my car purchase, they already took care of all the necessary car registering, title paperwork. They installed my new license plates and provided a free car wash. A service tech. was patiently answered my questions of some features on the new model.Overall, I highly recommend Park Place Lexus Grapevine to everyone!

There sure is a difference between a Lexus dealership and a Lincoln, Ford, or Toyota dealership! We live about 200 miles from Park Place Lexus and received several calls from other Lexus dealers but Mike McAllister gave us what I thought was a great deal on a ES350 as well as making me feel like he was the guy I wanted to do business with. Mike kept in close touch with me throughout the buying process and I was even more impressed when we personally met him. I really liked the way he explained how everything worked in the car. Non-Lexus dealerships just give you the keys and a phonebook sized owners manual and say bye-bye. I couldn't possibly remember every one of the different functions and I liked that they have someone I can call especially to explain tech matters. I was also given a tour of the dealership, never got one of those before at non-Lexus dealership, and met Dalton Elam the Assistant Service Manager. I was impressed at how even though he was obviously busy he took the time to greet us and explain how the service set-up worked and didn't give the impression at all that we were interrupting him. As if I haven't used the word enough I have to say that Park Place Lexus is very impressive!

This is the 5th car I have either purchased for myself or assisted someone buying from Park Place in the last 24 months. Each time I shopped the best price I got was through Molly Wee at Park Place. I helped 4 women buy cars through Park Place and Molly Wee was excellent working with them. Buying a car can be a really stressful experience and Molly makes it easy. Each time I try to shop at Sewell on Lemon Ave I got pricing that was "in error" for which they always apologize. If you don't have time to waste and would like someone who can give you competitive pricing and not treat you like an idiot call Molly Wee at Park Place.The service department has taken excellent care of everyone I know that I have referred to Park Place. I work with a number of single and widowed women who know nothing about cars so they are easy to take advantage of. Came to the dealership because my car had recently been totaled. I have leased two other IS250s from Park Place and decided to go back to Lexus. As it turned out, it was definitely the right choice. I must say, I later found out it was my lucky day when Shane McCafferty picked up the phone when I called the dealership. Shane was very professional and extremely nice. After the negotiations and the purchase, Shane really went out of his way to make sure I got the best customer service I could ever hope for.We had to get the car from another dealership which took about a week. They gave me a loaner that was exactly like the one I ordered so I could get used to the feel and drive of the new IS. Once the car arrived, I was not feeling well so Shane brought the car to my home. He went over every feature in detail and was willing to stay as long as it took until I was comfortable with everything. Since then, I have had several questions about various features on the car. Every time I called, Shane either picked up the phone or got back to me with the information I needed. He even offered to come back to my house after he was off duty to help me with something. I have had a good experience overall with the three cars I have leased from Park Place but this last one was truly outstanding. Shane was the best. He is a real asset for the dealership.

I recently had a serious rollover accident at 65 mph in my 2011 Lexus GX 460 from which my wife and I walked away from. I had made the decision to buy another GX 460 based on our lifesaving experience and felt comfortable finding a car on the internet. I had successfully found two previous cars on the internet. I knew about Lexus Park Place Plano from an excellent experience I had when getting a new wheel for my 2011 GX 460 under warranty from them even though I had not been the original buyer. All they required was a photo of the VIN and a picture of the damage!My first contact for the internet sale was Mike McAllister. He was extremely helpful in sorting through the GX 460s in inventory based on my requirements, identifying which were really on the lot and those that were on the boat from Japan! Mike found a shipper to have the car transported to me within a shifting schedule of availability on my part; and the car was delivered as promised. We did have some communication problems sorting out what is required of an out of state buyer, but Mike always found who could get us the right answer. Of course I cannot comment about service at Park Place but the Lexus dealer in Albuquerque has been the finest service experiences I have ever had.In summary, I knew that the Lexus GX 460 was the car that to me I can trust with my life and my wife's, Mike McAllister made buying the car I wanted from an out of state dealer a workable experience and I love my new Lexus. There is no question that when I need another car, Park Place is the place that I will look. By the way Mike's price was the lowest I could find!

The team at Park Place Lexus are one of the best in the business. I have had some good and some bad car purchase experience, and my dealings with Park Place stand clearly at the top of my list. From the immediate friendliness of the team, to the no-pressure deal with the sales members, everything was clearly written out from beginning to end, and I received an excellent deal that I am still satisfied with to this day.Josh Elam immediately came out to meet me and was both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He treated me like he would any customer who actually came in to seriously look, even though I had been out in the sun all day and had a good amount of sweat and dirt on me and I had only the intention to test drive. I have great respect for people who show not the slightest sense of judgement when they meet another person like Josh did. I had no intentions of buying a car that day, but after the test drive, and after working with both Josh and Raymond, they were able to give me an offer for my current vehicle that was very respectable and more than I thought I could get in trade. Raymond was very transparent about his offer and showed me exactly what he was using to base his offer on, and he was even able to give me slightly more than he wanted in order to make the deal happen. He and Josh took my request seriously, and they were able to make the deal work for both of us.Josh Patel was also very straightforward when it came to financing. He walked through every step of the negotiations and did not pressure me through the looking over of each document. He showed me exactly where every fee and every cost was coming from, and at the end, the numbers all matched up to what I had been given as an offer. No hidden costs or tacked on features added to the car to pad the price. The offer I received out front matched up to the dollar to what I was signing in the back.I will definitely recommend Park Place Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I highly recommend the team that assisted me with my purchase.

Haggling wasn't necessary! There was only 1 key, no sweat, they made a second at no charge. The dealership itself is clean, and welcoming. The salesman Walter was friendly, helpful, and did not try to sell me a car that didn't fit my needs. He listened, and leaned me toward a less expensive car. I came in with a GS in mind, but because it's rear wheel drive, there is a huge "hump" in the floor of the back seat... He showed me the front wheel drive ES and I couldn't pass it up. The savings allowed me to buy more car for my budget... Who'd have thought, a salesman actually qualifying his customer and meeting his needs with a less expensive product. I was picky, and didn't like this color or that, then I wanted the "dark wood" rather than the "red"... Finally I preferred the nav dash over the standard... He only had 1 car that fit my every desire, but he had it! And I paid a fair price! Nothing like my experience at other "import" dealers. I've always been a Toyota guy, now I'm a Lexus Man! A customer for life!

I emailed first through the Costco sight, which got me to Mike, so guess that makes him the fleet rep. for Park Place. After telling him I couldn't afford a new car, he is in new car sales, he didn't send me away. He started checking used cars that might fit my needs. As my 98 LX470 was more car than I needed, and up at the 200,000 mark, it was time to reassess my needs. Mike started working back and forth with me in the AM. I had midday obligations, that didn't stop Mike. As I arrived back to pick up my LX470 we met. He stayed late and worked with me after the place closed, and I drove home in a pristine 2010 certified RX. I am pleased with how hard he and finance worked with me, to make another Lexus part of my life. Though this is my 5th Lexus, financial changes in my life made the Lexus dream look out of reach on this go around. In my heart I knew I had to lower my standards and was prepared to look elsewhere. When it came right down to it, the quality of Lexus is what I know to be the best, and my relationship with Park Place was not something easily given up. I have been with Grapevine Lexus since the day they opened there doors, and I am still clinging to them. Mark made that possible. On a side note my service advisor Abe was a big part of my long term Lexus experience, practically a member of the family, as he has been there for me in so many ways. I consider him a friend, not just someone I do business with. After all he has seem my girls grow from Elementary, through College and been there all throughout, as much as the quality of a Lexus means to me, the quality of that service Abe has provided for me is equally important. I'm not giving you his full name as I don't want him to get any busier then he already is. I consider myself, part of the Park Place Lexus Family!

The day I walked into Park Place Lexus was the same day I had previously visited other dealers and test drove other luxury cars. Lexus was my last stop! Test driving the LS 460 was by far the most impressive luxury car I had driven that day. Not only was I impressed by this car but I was impressed by the whole sales process. It was a breeze. My sales rep, Mike McAlister, was friendy, relaxed, knowledgable and easy going. I never felt pressured by him to buy that day in any way. I cannot say the same about my prior day's experiences. Mark always takes care of us. We feel like royalty when we come. This time it was for Mom, who at 81 still drives to the store and church and needed a reliable and safe used vehicle. Mark kept an eye open for us and called when a wonderful Yaris became available. He was so patient and answered all our questions. He also worked with us to let us take the paperwork home for Mom to sign, to minimize her stress. This is my 3rd time buying a new Lexus and the 1st time purchasing at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, although I have used them exclusively for servicing in the past (highly recommend Blake Horn). This was also the 1st time I've ever negotiated a purchase solely through the use of email. It isn't that Kevin wasn't available for a face to face or phone conversations, it was just that this means was most convenient to me at the time with travel/work schedule not allowing me to be available any other way.Kevin was top notch and very quick to respond to any questions that I had. Everything from financing, trade-in, car selection, and scheduling was all setup in a way that was most convenient to me. Kevin made the hand-off from used vehicle to new vehicle seamless.Josh Patel was finance manager who was very thorough in answering questions and validating any concerns that I had (very few) while signing docs. Never felt like I was being oversold on products (extended warranties, etc) like I have at other dealerships. Docs signing was quick, easy, and effortless.We love our 2014 GX and look forward to doing business with Park Place Grapevine in the future.

I went in to test drive the new 2014 IS 250 on February 22th, I meet Emily House. She was very helpful and went over the colors available and the packages available on the IS 250. She took me on a test drive and I have to say it was a very nice smooth ride. She was very knowledgeable about the lease options and understood what I want I wanted, what payments I wanted etc. Thought out our visit she keep making sure I was happy with this vehicle and that this is the car you want. I felt well taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. I felt like the dealership has respect for both its cars and its customers. The initial price on the car was a good one and I got a great value on my trade in. I did feel like I could've haggled a little more, but didn't feel it necessary. They were happy and I was happy with the price we agreed upon. Plus they had certified my used car and had run a ridiculous amount of checks on it and even put it through one of the expensive checkups that wasn't due for another 5k miles. Couple that with the unlimited free car wash & details and their willingness to fix the dings on my used car, and I left with a huge smile on my face. While we were there, the US had already played an Olympic game and someone mentioned it since my husband was wearing a Stars ballcap. He told them that we had recorded it and O'Neal made an announcement to the floor to not let the score slip as we were going to watch it in a little bit. Everyone who came in shook our hands and made us feel welcome and comfortable.I've purchased cars from a number of different dealerships and always left with a bad taste in my mouth - they were always an unpleasant necessity to purchase a car. This is the first time I've ever left happy and satisfied. I'll even bring my car into their service center, which is something I've always sworn I wouldn't do - take a car into a dealership for service!

I need to take a moment to recognize the service of my salesman, Ned Fardeecey. I've purchased (or assisted in the buying) of 9-10 cars in the past. All different manufacturers, and many styles of dealerships (Acrua, Honda, Toyota, Carmax, eCarOne, etc). Never have I referenced a car purchase as an experience, until now. I'm blown away by the level of transparency, candor and customer service that I experienced while working with Ned and Park Place Grapevine. Ned was quick to respond via email and phone throughout the afternoon while I was at work. We started talking after lunch, and by 7pm I was in the dealership with numbers locked down and ready to make a deal. He worked with me on my trade-in, stayed late to walk me through all of the features on the car (2013 Lexus CT w/ navigation) and provided in depth details on the extras that your dealership has to offer such as free car washes, loaner cars for services, the deli, wi-fi and technology center. It really was a great experience. After 10 cars, I think I see why everyone says "Once you go Lexus, you don't go back". I plan on leasing a new vehicle every 2-3 years. I've started with a Lexus CT and can see myself being a loyal customer to the Lexus brand (and especially dealership) for the next 10-15 years. Not only do I see myself doing so, I'm looking forward to it.

Only color available for LX was here. Was in the process of negotiating until my local dealer said he would match the offer with local free service. Park Place was then willing to trade the car to my local dealer with a little nudging. Would still consider buying from them from a distance in the future. The salesman, Tom, was very gracious in losing the sale.

I bought a 2013 GX from another dealer. Someone traded it in and had only kept the car for a couple months. It was black and I'm OCD and those two things just don't go together. My husband told me that I was polishing the paint off of it because of swirling. I finally couldn't deal with it so within 3o minutes of my emailing the dealership Ned had called and within 2 hours on a Saturday night I ended up with a 2014 GX 460. I loved working with Ned. He never made this feel like a car deal. If all deals were this easy I'd buy a new car every year. One thing for sure, I'll never own another vehicle and I will always buy from Ned as long as he is there. Best experience ever!!!

He was very observant and considerate when it came to the things that I was looking for. He has completely customized my experience throughout, from our initial interaction to the follow ups I continue to receive a month after my purchase. Purchasing our new car from Park Place Grapevine was such a good experience. Not only were the sales people friendly and extremely professional but the service and finance department were great too. We started our search on the internet and quickly became acquainted with Jae Lee. We had not decided exactly what model or make car we wanted, but Jae persuaded us to come take a look at the Lexus ES and a test drive. Jae was instrumental in getting us into a new 2014 ES350 instead of the certified vehicle we originally talked about. Because of a family emergency, Jae had to travel out of state and he turned us over to Tom Miles to complete the purchase. Tom was equally professional and made the purchase of our new care such a pleasure. He was very thorough in explaining all the new features of the car and made us feel totally comfortable. Craig Williams was Awesome! It was like having my own personal shopper. I told him that I needed cargo space for road trips without feeling cramped. I didn't want to think about a car and be low to the ground, but for financial issues I would think about it. He found me exactly what I needed. I fell in love with a Toyota Venza on the test drive! I had never heard of it, but the leg room, the cargo space the height off the ground its a perfect match! Craig is very professional, courteous and has treated me like family! Casey was again helpful, low pressure, and helped us get into the car that was best for us both in terms of the fit and the price. Not being one who takes time out to write emails to a business or provide ratings online, I found it necessary to do so in this instance to express my appreciation of the excellent customer service that I have received prior to and after my recent purchase a Park Place. I purchased a 2014 Lexus ES 350 from Park Place Grapevine December 14th. Without a doubt this has been the best auto purchase that I have ever made from sales to service. Driving the car is smooth and comfortable. I made one road trip after Christmas to San Antonio and the drive was excellent. I have received a number of compliments from friends and family, who rave about the color, the smooth driving, and luxurious features.Maybe the real question is why did I take so long before purchasing my first Lexus? Pat Goebel, my New Car Sales Consultant was awesome. Our first encounter was on a cold Sunday morning in early 2013. Honestly my expectation was that the Park Place lot would be empty of those pushy car salesman people talk about and to my surprise, I met Pat there all bundled up walking the lot. Even better, he took time to educate me on the greatness that is Lexus and Park Place as well. He made no false claims, but responded in professional manner without utilizing sale pressure tactics. I kept his card and advised I would get back to him when I was serious about acquiring a new car. When Park Place had their IS event in late summer, I attended along with my wife. Pat, was ust as professional as our first visit, taking time to show me the IS model and fully explaining the differences between it and the ES model. During the ice storm in December, when I was more serious about a purchase, one item that really stood out to me was that he worked around those challenges and kept his commitments to get back to me despite the tough condiions. That is more than I can say about your competitor across town. The closing of this purchase was easy from finding the car that I was seeking, looking into additional features and to the closing, every step went extremely smooth. The day I picked up the car, I was like a kid getting his first bike. Much to my wife's chagrin, since I will not let her drive it, I still have the same feeling.This past week, Park Place continued to demonstrate their commitment to the customer. On Wednesday night, after a late night at the office as I was leaving, I noticed that my phone was not connecting to the car. The funny thing about it, was that both the car and my bluetooth indicated that they were on and working. I stopped by Park Place just before 8:00. The place was almost a ghost town, but there was one gentleman (I did not get his name), who advised me that the technology staff was gone. However, this employee took the time to walk out to my car, review the systems and get the phone connected. He did not hesitate one bit in offering his assistance. This morning I came in for a quick car wash, and I pulled into the bay and the first thing I noticed was that my name was on the electronic board welcoming me to Park Place. Not sure how you did that, but it was just another sign of the small things your dealership does to appeal to your customers. Since that first meeting in early 2013 up until now, the service from every employee that I have engaged has been outstanding. I am sure their competitot provides good service as well. .However, the only comparison I can truly make is of the sales approach and efforts. If the rest of the Service is similar to the differences in salesmanship, then I believe I can honestly say that their competitot may try to imitate, but could never duplicate the experiences I have received from Park Place. Just think, this whole experience got started with a chance encounter with Pat on a cold Sunday morning last year and everything you told me a year ago has proven to be true. As I moved throught the process and met with the Sales Manager Dorian Jiminez, to Tony Puricelli in Finance, and the technology group, there has not been a drop in customer service letter.Pat, will need keep my name and number in his rolodex. I will be calling him up probably within the next year to start this same experience with my wife. Thanks again and I look forward to future encounters.

Erikan made this a very pleasant buying experience. We were able to test drive the car twice and bought the RX350 off the showroom floor, There are so many options and colors to choose from that, originally, it was a bit daunting. But Erikan made it easy and helped us home in on what we liked the most in terms of both colors and options. We had also tested the Audi SQ5 and several Infiniti SUVs. But there was no comparison to the Lexus product and the Park Place experience. Both Audi and Infiniti had a joke of a lobby and sales people who did not really know their products.

Johnny Malaspina was easy to work with, did not play games and kept his word. I got the impression his leadership supported the same methodology. I had leased a 2012 Lexus ES, was in the second year of my lease and over shooting my miles by 5 K. He didn't apply a lot of pressure, but rather, he highlighting the features of the Lexus 350ES and showed me why this particular vehicle compared favorably against other luxury sedans. This was my third Lexus bought from Park Place, and the second bought from Terry Hough. My first Lexus had 180,000 miles when we gave it to our daughter. The second one had 230,000 miles when we traded it. I do not have to spend much money over and above normal maintenance with a Lexus versus the BMW we have had. The service department is outstanding, and Terry Hough does a stellar job as a salesperson. I would do it all again!!!

We loved working with Emily House during the purchase of our new 2014 Lexus ES300h. She was very knowledgeable about all of the cars in the Lexus brand. (and even the competition) She road with me to our home some 30 miles away to make sure this was the car my wife did in fact like/want. What has most impressed us about Emily has been her "Service After the Sale". Several days after we purchased our car we made a Saturday morning appointment with Emily and she sat down with us (for 3 hours) in our new LEXUS and went over every aspect of the car with myself and my wife (the primary driver) so that she knew how everything worked. She "patiently answered questions" and in an orderly fashion walked us through the Navigation, Blue tooth set up, and all the numerous other aspects of the set up of our new car... To top it all off I mentioned to Emily that I was havng an issue programming my garage door opener (on the rear view mirror) and a couple days after I mention this "she" called me back to ask me if I had been able to resolve the issue. When I told her no she said Ok I'll be there within an hour.. When she arrived after trying a few things she knew, we were still unsuccessful. But Emily didn't give up, she called one of her technology buddies at the dealership and within minutes she had the garage door opener programmed and we have not had an issue with it since... THAT WAS SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.... Emily is a wonderful young lady! She is smart, she is learning the car business, and she listens. She has a great deal of integrity, and she knows these vehicles. Now with that said, I can tell you that if she didn't know sometihing about the car she was quick to ask other folks in the office that might know the answer. I totally respect and appreciate that because at the end of the day I got my questions answered to my satifaction. I have not doubt that Emily made my wife comfortable, at ease, and happy about her new car.. In my mind Emily gets it. She knows that by listening and helping us resolve the litte things she has earned a life long cusomer. We now have a freindship with Emily. Would I recommend Emily House to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus??? You bet I would. And I'd recommend Park Place Lexus as well. SIGNED: NO BUYERS REMORSE HERE!

We have bought Lexus brand vehicles since 1999 and we love them! Erkan is very organized, so nice, and knows absolutely everything about each and every switch in every Lexus. I'm not kidding! We purchased an RX 450h: the price was reasonable, the trade-in value for our 2008 GX 470 was reasonable, and the process was quick and efficient.We seriously considered purchasing a Range Rover this time simply because we have only owned Lexus for so long. Michael Frink took the time to explain all options for financing and leasing as well as introduce me to my service advisor, new car sales manager, service advisor, technology specialist, etc. All were most professional-- no high pressure, and great to negotiate with. My experience at Park Place could not have been better. Everyone I worked with was wonderful. Initially I worked with Erkan, but once I decided to purchase a pre-owned car I dealt with Ryan Frederick and Peter Bagrow. Both of these guys were great and I truly felt like they were there to help meet my needs, not just to sell a car. Ryan was patient and answered all of my questions and helped me look at multiple cars. In total I was only there for about 2 hours and that included 2 test drives and the time I spent with Kevin Navid in finance. Kevin was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I could not be more pleased with my experience buying a Lexus 460L at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. The sales consultant who assisted me, Johnny Malaspina, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the car I was interested in seeing and explained its features thoroughly. He was helpful, but never pushy. After I purchased the car, he reviewed its features again and helped me set up the GPS and my I-Phone. I have called him a couple of times since the sale to ask further questions, and he has seemed pleased to hear from me and to answer my questions. I was in the market for a new car. I have been to several dealerships in Los Angeles and Kingman AZ. I have looked at Dodge, Ford, Mercedes, Audi and BMW most recently.When I was discussing my desire to buy a new car while visiting family in Dallas, Molly was listening intently to my "needs". While the used car salesman who owns a car lot and a Mini Cooper salesman, and a man who sells mercedes all vied to have me come to see what they had to offer, Molly was the one who GOT what I needed and explained the benefits of the Lexus ES Hybrid. I would solve a few problems. 1) great gas mileage 2) luxury enough that I can pick up my film studio executives and not feel ashamed of my car 3) I can use blue tooth as I drive a lot... and 4) I can park even in the smallest parking lots ( something I have to contend with LA.... and I generally drive a HUGE truck...)So she invited me to test drive the remaining 2013 Lexus you had on the lot.... I loved it from the get go... but truthfully she had me at "GREAT MILEAGE".So I bought the car ( of course after Molly sold the car to my husband... as he had to agree it was what he wanted).... and we drove back to LA. I entered the dealership and asked for the best sales person on the floor. The receptionist told me that all of them were outstanding and she then shared her personal story of why she came to work for the dealership and the culture of the people and business. This was an impressive beginning to my experience and it shows that the culture of excellence, taking care of clients and high class service resonates at all levels of the business. I was introduced to Mike McAllister and he first understood my objectives and he worked to meet everyone of them. Although I had a very short timeframe, Mike worked to bring the entire team together to exceed all of my expectations. After initial conversations on Friday evening, my entire experience from identifying the car I preferred to closing the deal with finance and delivery was done in less than 2.5 hours. The best part was, the experience was not rushed, it was just streamlined to meet my timing expectations. Mike was extremely helpful in updating me on the new feautures of the LS460L. I would highly recommend others to Park Park Lexus. I have been with Park Place for over 4 years and every person (service, sales, etc) have exceeded my expectations every time I have encountered them.

He actually converted me and my family from BMW advocates to Lexus beleivers/owners. James knew his product line/features and was able to convince us to buy our RX350 opposed to another BMW or Acura. I had shopped at an Acura dealership earlier in the day and had a horrible experience. I almost stopped shopping for the day but instead had my husband meet me at Park Place when he got off work. I am so glad I did. The experience at Park Place was amazing and such a breath of fresh air after what I had been through at the other dealership. The customer service was exceptional. Kelly met me outside when I got out of my car - not in an "attack" manner, but with a warm friendly smile. He then took the time to give me a brief tour of the dealership while we waited on my husband. He then carefully listened to what I wanted (which I wasn't really sure by this time) and sat down with us to go over what our options might be and showed us several vehicles that might work for us. He patiently rode with us as we test drove at least 6 cars until we found exactly the one we fell in love with. We came in just an hour before closing and he showed no concern over staying late to help us. We were able to negotiate a deal on our trade and purchase which pleased everyone and we took the car home that night and came back the next day to finish the paperwork. True professionalism at its best! I will definately be a Park Place Lexus repeat customer and will reccomend everyone I know looking for a car to Kelly.

Upon arriving, Kelly took us on a tour of the facility to show us what Lexus offered its customers. During the tour we met employees from all different areas of the facility. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a no pressure sale and there was a large inventory of different cars to pick from. Kelly took the time to listen to our needs and helped us narrow our search down to two vehicles. We were allowed to take one home for the weekend to drive to see if that was the one that we wanted. It actually turned out to be the car we purchased. After the purchase, we had employees call to inquire that everything went smoothly. I went to Park Place Lexus after owning a Mercedes and purchased through Park Place and wanted to try out the latest Lexus models. I sent an email and quickly received a call from Mike McAllister. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car in the US as a Brit resident here for nearly 14 years. I have been used to the usual games played by dealerships in the past having purchased around 8 cars in the time I have been here for one family member of another. My experience at Park Place was made simple and straightforward, with an honest presentation of how much I was paying for the IS250 I was purchasing, how much I was going to receive for my trade in and the interest rate on the offered loan. Even though I had unfortunately mislaid my original title document, the dearlership dealt with the replacement for me. Joe Phu was polite and not pushy in his dealings, and I highly recommend doing business with him. The sales manager who spoke to me only briefly was a little more salesy, and I am glad I did not have to do business with him, but all in all, it was a great experience.

Grapevine Lexus was great from start to finish. This literally was one of the fastest car deals ever. The surprising thing was they were able to honor and beat the Plano location was giving with my trade sight unseen. I actually just went in to check out the new IS, and they made it happen. I truly did not have much flexability and had pretty high demands for what I wanted. They met every need, I was pretty shocked. This was a seamless process.....absolutely zero high pressure. Bridgett in finance was quick and painless and again no high pressure sale. Strong work to Ray and especially Josh. I was thinking of trading my wife's IS 250 in and purchasing a new RX 350. A good friend of mine recommended Reuben McPherson and gave me his cell number. I called and told Reuben what I was interested in doing. It was around 10:00 am when we first spoke. Shortly after lunch, he already had numbers back to me and deal approved. After my car was totaled in an accident, I was abruptly left without a car. I normally have time to research and think about what car I want that can fit within my budget, but this time I was completely caught off guard. All these friends of mine gave me various recommendations, and somehow my name and number ended up at numerous dealerships. I had many dealerships call me and talk to me. My husband and I visited Park Place Lexus Grapevine at late afternoon on Saturday, August 10, 2013. We happened to meet Erkan Buyukyildirim who gave us a test drive for Lexus ES 300H. Actually, I was thinking of buying Lexus SUV type, but, after having the test drive of ES 300H made me to change my mind dramatically due to smoothness and quietness of the ride. Especially when we stopped at the intersection during the course, I felt like as if engine was stopped because it was too quiet due to hybrid!! I felt in love with ES 300H instantly and anyhow we decided to buy it since my husband had wanted to buy Lexus hybrid, plus, we were supposed to consider energy saving toward to green.. With regard to color of vehicle, our favorit "Nebula Gray Pearl" was not available in an inventory at that time. As a result, we had to wait for the arrival of the vehicle from Japan until the end of August. However, we got a car on Wednesday, August 21, 2013! Most of all, Erkan's polite, precise, careful, and thoughtfull course of services from the beginning to today for which we have been provided are wonderful! In addition to that, we are grateful to Dorian Jimenez who is new car sales manager and Risa Foster who is HR manager, for their warm welcome. We are also thankful to Greg Milner, Nick Burkett, and Sabrina Quenet who are technology specialists for their generous assistance as well. We were looking for a late model Lexus RX 350 and were recommended to explore Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. Our friends have purchased 4 new or used vehicles there over the years, and highly recommended we speak to Joe Phu, as he had always taken great care of them. We were not disappointed. In fact, we were overwhelmed with the complete shopping/buying experience. From the moment we walked in the door, until we left in our recently purchased vehicle, we felt as if we had been lifelong customers (which we now will be!). All questions were answered, the sales manager and service manager introduced themselves (as well as the technical advisor). I bellieve a "good deal" is when everyone leaves more than satisfied. I may shop other places, for comparison's sake, but I doubt I will buy from anyone else. From Josh to Darryl to Dorian, everyone at Park Place Lexus Grapevine made our vehicle purchase a pleasurable experience. We live in San Antonio and chose to buy our car here versus anywhere else in Texas. They even drove the vehicle to us once it was available. Josh drove the vehicle to San Antonio and walked us through the features with ease. The price for the quality of SUV we purchased was superb and could not be beat anywhere in Texas. To Park Place Management:Our recent experience in putting ourselves into a new Park Place RX350 Lexus was enjoyable and exceeded our expectations . This is the second Lexus we have obtained from Park Place. When we went shopping for a new car for my wife a few years back we were looking to replace a Infinity G35 Coupe. My wife likes a car thats "zippy". We had a number of makes on our list and although Lexus was on the list my wife did not think Lexus was very "zippy" based on the Lexus models her friends drove. Well in we walked at Park Place and met Pat Goebel, a very personable and patient sales consultant . It did not take Pat long to acquaint my wife to the "zippy" Lexus is250. My wife was sold and I was a very happy husband. I think Pat was happy also. Over the last few years Pat has stayed in touch with us making certain we were still happy with our purchase and checking to see if there was anything he could do for us. Here recently I had an experience with my 2010 Crossover/ Wagon ,not a Lexus, that prompted my need for a more powerful SUV. Not being able to get out of the way of a speeding eighteen wheeler is a diffident wake-up call. It was an easy choice, go see Pat Goebel at Park Place. Pat took me thru the options available in choosing a new SUV . I made my choice and closed the deal. I have always been a BMW loyalist and still love their cars BUT...I traded my last BMW for a LEXUS SUV and was beyond " wowed " by their customer service. I worked with Hasan and he could not have been more friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted..when I wasn't sure myself. I looked at BMWs but just could not resist the total customer service he and the dealership provided EVERY time. Park Place Grapevine could very easily become home away from home! I purchased a 2014 IS 350 and could not be more pleased. We went to the dealership with only the intention of test driving an RX 350. This was on Saturday, 5 minutes before their closing time that I and my wife reached there. We met with Erkan and his manager Dorian. What ended up happening was that their customer service was so great and the price that they offered was so good that we ended up buying that vehicle. I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience that either of us ever had!

The best customer service ever! The easy part.... The CD changer was replaced.A bit harder...My service manager, Dalton Elam, made arrangements to accept my vehicle and made sure there was a rental for my use as my car was being serviced. He called when he said he would to relay vital information concerning fix actions for my car. He kept me abreast of the situation and was flexible with the delivery of my car since I was unavailable on the day it was repaired. He scheduled delivery of my car and pick up of the rental which for my wife and I, is a huge benefit since we live in Wichita Falls!Lexus has a reputation for taking care of it's customers..... Dalton Elam is on the front line making sure that reputation stays intact!

This is our 2 lexus car in 3 years with Park Place. We worked directly with Joe Phu, and he is a great person to get to know. He is very friendly and listen to your criteria for the vehicle that you want in it. There was no pressure of selling or spending more. We went for 2013 RX350 and he pull a car for us to test drive and answer all of our questions. We wanted a particular color and interior and Joe did everything to get us the color and the interior we wanted. We had the car ready for us in 3 days and that was very impressive. The whole process was a breeze. He made sure everything is ready to go and all we had to do is sign and drive. Joe introduced us to key contacts for service and technology consultants. He then took us to our new RX350 and gave us the complete car overview with all the new gadgets and how to work with them. Joe is an outstanding person to work with, i would highly recommend him to my friends and i will sure to be back for another lexus purchase in future from Park Place Lexus. I've had service here 4 times. I'll tell you about each.The first was a squeaky wheel. They gave me a free loaner and, after a few hours, told me the fix was new brakes (which, from talking to my dad, I suspected was not the case). This service was luxury-car-priced at $300/axle, so I said no. Surprisingly, there was no charge for the "diagnostic". I took the car to my dad and uncle who build cars, and they fixed it by noticing someone had not assembled the rotor properly. I'm not sure if it was Park Place or NTB, so I'll give Park Place the benefit of the doubt. But even if they didn't do it, they should have at least noticed it instead of just giving up and wanting $300-600.The second was a broken key fob. The back cover was cracked so I knew I just needed a new back cover. I couldn't find one online, so I asked my wife to take the key in. They charged her $70 for a brand new key. Needless to say, I was livid and asked her to return the key, which she reluctantly did. Fortunately, they gave us our money and the old key back. I took the key to Sewell on Bryant Irvin the next day and they sold me the new key back for $5 and assembled it for me.The third was for an interesting problem that caused the car to stutter when taking off, and it emitted blue smoke once. I took it to Park Place and told them the problem started immediately after I had the oil changed at Kwik Kar. They gave me a free loaner, and the next day they said "we think the oil level might be too high, so we removed some and we think the problem is gone". They charged me $49 - half of the normal fee since they couldn't prove they solved the problem - and I got the car back. The problem was not gone. I checked the oil level and it was twice as high as it should be. A few days later, Crystal from Park Place (not sure which department) texted me wanting to know how everything went. Within an hour, I replied and told her they didn't fix the problem, so not too well. I got an auto-reply stating she was out of the office for a week. I waited for her to return and still got no response, so a week later I replied again. Again, she never replied. My wife took the car in to Park Place again and they gave us a free oil change, which fixed the problem.The fourth was for recommended maintenance. I wanted the rear differential fluid changed, as well as the drive belt, timing belt and water pump replaced. I also wanted the tires rotated. The price for this was again of the luxury-car range - $1,330 - but I did it anyway because I was scared to take it anywhere but a Lexus dealer for this type of service, and Sewell was the same price and inconvenient. They gave us a free loaner, kept us pretty well informed, and did all the stuff in a day, and my wife picked up the car. She got it less than 2 miles down the road and the Check Engine light came on. It appeared they didn't road test it after replacing the timing belt, which came as a surprise to me since the process of changing a timing belt requires extreme precision-tuning. This was the Saturday before Labor Day. They gave her a different free loaner and didn't work on it until Tuesday even though there was still plenty of time left in the day Saturday (they told me later the tech that road tested the car was gone that day). On Tuesday, they claimed the timing was off, fixed it, and gave the car back to us. The Check Engine light did not re-display. They stated the tech did in fact road test the vehicle, but he didn't follow the Lexus procedure exactly in that he should have road tested it twice (apparently it requires a restart of the engine as well as another short drive in order for the error to be displayed). They did give us a full tank of gas as a "we're sorry". A week later, they sent 2 letters to our home which, before I read them, I thought might be apology letters. Nope - they were just begging us to give them an Outstanding rating on the survey, should I receive one. Obviously, I won't be doing that. I would probably give them an average rating (like I did here).All in all, they did poor and careless work with an eye clearly only on the profit line (which is understandable - businesses have to make money), but when we raised the concerns to them, they usually took care of the issue. And since they give free loaners, we were never out a vehicle.

I went to Park Place Lexus to receive an estimate on my 2002 ES 300 with the notion of eventually trading it in for a newer used SUV. I had no intention of buying a vehicle that day but Reuben McPherson, who I consider a true friend of mine, was able to work with me to the extent I could not pass up the offer. I told him how much I could afford to pay monthly and he told me he would take care of it. I left that day with a great vehicle at a great value. I use to own a Lexus & used this dealership .. Temporarily thought I wanted a change, switched to a couple of other luxury brands but I ultimately wasn't happy until I came back to Park place Lexus. After researching every Lexus dealership in Houston, I drove five hours from Houston to Dallas to get a better deal on a 2012 Lexus ES. Kelly Mitchell promised me the car was perfect and gave me a price on the car; as well as a quote for my trade in. The car was exactly what he said it would be, and he stuck to his commitment on trade in and price of the new car. The car was ready to go, and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Although the drive to and from Houston was horrendous, I would do it all again for the professional service I received at Park Place Lexus. See you in a few years!

We had called Park Place Lexus regarding a Certified - Pre Owned RX350 and arrange an appointment to look at a few vehicles. At that point, our Sales Consultant Walter Onubogu spent time to determine what my wife was looking for in a pre-owned vehicle. Based on that criteria, we talked about 5 vehicles that he felt might meet her needs. We narrowed it down to 3 possibilities on the phone. As soon as we arrived at Park Place Lexus, we were greeted and welcomed. Our sales consultant, Walter Onubogu, spent time to make us feel welcome at Park Place Lexus, provided a tour of the facilities, introduced us to the Nick Burkett in Technology and Tammy Campbell in the Service Department. The General Manager, Gary Venner, took time out of his schedule to introduce himself and welcome us as well. Walter then took us out to show us the 3 vehicles previously selected. He spent a great deal of time explaining and demonstrating the features on the RX350. After selecting a vehicle, agreeing on a price, Walter introduced us to Jeff Lasseter, Finance Manager, completed the necessary paperwork and we were out the door in one visit with our vehicle. The 70 miles we drove to do business with Park Place Lexus was well worth it. They did not disappoint. Park Place made this vehicle pruchase a truly enjoyable experience. Our Sales Consultant Walter did an excellent job of ensuring our experience was truly outstanding. We would recommend Park Place Lexus and our Sales Consultant, Walter Onubogu, to anyone in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.

From the very beginning, I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful experience I recently had with these folks in my quest to purchase a used vehicle. I told them when I first came in, that I would rather have dental surgery than go through the process of buying a car. If there was such a thing as a 6 star rating for professionalism, friendliness, no pressure and integrity, these guys deserve it. My experience at Park Place was above and beyond any expectations going into buying at new care. I worked with Molly Wee, she is FANTASTIC. I went in knowing which car I wanted and what I could spend. We had worked with Molly before buying my Mom's car and she made herself available to us that evening. We test drove the Lexus ct200 hybrid and she walked me through all the features. When I decided to get the car the dreaded paper work was quick and easy compared to past car buying experience. I then came the next day to pick up the car and Molly (on her day off) walked me again through every inch of the vehicle making sure I has no questions. Jeff Lasseter had handled my financing the evening prior and had even found me extra savings the next day! I cannot see myself going anywhere but Park Place to buy a car in the future!

My experience with Park Place Lexus in Grapevine and Mr. Ed Stefanko was the smoothest experience I have ever had when purchasing/leasing a new vehicle.Mr. Stefanko listened to what I desired and he did not "pressure" me into something other than what "I" wanted. Molly made the trade-in/buying experience very easy. She was extremely attentive, incredibly efficient and friendly, and took very little time putting together a price/deal that met my expectations. Friendly staff. Customer service oriented. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Dealership atmosphere is way above average. Waiting area is comfortable with great coffee and sodas. WIFI available along with several PCs for customer use.

Bobby is a low preasure want to please you kind of person. He lets you tink for yourself instead of preasuring you toward a certain vehicle. My husband and I were treated with the utmost of respect. Dealings were honorable, timely and with competency. I would highly recommend this dealership, Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. At least from the salesman's part, was a wonderful experience with a kind, considerate, and respectful, humble man whom we trusted. He gained our trust because of his honesty and courteousness. The Financial person, I am sorry do not remember his name but he was jovial, competent, honest and did not push and prod. Exceptional service provided by Sales Consultant, Daryl Livingston. Quite a few months before I purchased a Pre-owned Certified RX 350, I spoke to Mr. Livingston explaining I was interested in a Certified RX with specific mechanical, convenience, and color features (features uncommon in Texas). A few months later, I was quite surprised to hear from Mr. Livingston that a RX meeting my criteria had arrived at the dealership. Kudos to Mr. Livingston for his initiative and follow-up. To make a long story short, I purchased the RX. Having searched for this uniquely equipped vehicle for a number of months, I was very aware of used car values and the value of my trade-in. We expeditiously handled the purchase negotiation and I was very satisfied with the final pricing. I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service from all the Park Place employees I dealt with. I highly recommend both the Lexus vehicles and Park Place Lexus Grapevine.

The experience has always been great, this is our 5th Lexus from Park Place, 4 of them purchased with Casey Case. This is our 54th new car, I dont like to take a day to buy, and Casey is always ready with the paperwork and car selected. The price is as good as I have seen with other Lexus dealers, Casey emails or calls when the time is right with promotions that complement the deal. My son and his wife have now bought 3 new Lexus cars from Park Place, they like us feel the sales and service is excellent. We had a Clear Bra installed by the Park Place for the first time. All my cars in the past 12 years have had Clear Bras installed, the work and price was as good as the best after market installers.Our family strongly recommend Park Place and so far trouble free Lexus cars.

Finally came to a point in life when it was time to combine luxury and efficiency. Have always dreamed of owning a Lexus and the 'h' series models was enough to push me over the edge. Chose Park Place because of proximity to home and work. Reached out via on-line query and was responded to the same day by Ned Fardeecey. Ned was VERY polite and accommodating and I NEVER felt any pressure. Finally made a trip to the dealer lot a couple of weeks later and asked Ned to get back to me via e-mail with his best offer as I had no intention of haggling. Price came back better than expected which led me to consummate the deal a few days later. Ned was fantastic to work with ... again, no pressure. Next pleasant surprise came when I sat down with the 'finance guy.' I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Again, no pressure. I've owned the ES300h for a month now and look forward to visiting the service area for my car wash. I have nothing but praise for Ned and the entire staff at Park Place Lexus. My buying experience was top notch and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.
