I came from Flroida visiting family. My car was having major issues with multiple electronic system failures when I arrived. They were able to get me in on short notice, provide accurate details on the issues, and fixed for a more than reasonable price. If I lived here I would not take my car to any other place. John went above and beyond helping me get my transmission repaired from finding one to dealing with my warranty from the dirty dealership that I bought my vehicle from. I highly recommend this business they are honest professional and just good people. I will definitely use them for my future repairs and recommend other people to use them also.

They went above and beyond for me and my fiancee. We had a flat tire on our travel trailer. Pulled in at 445. They close at 5. No problem. Work done and on our way in 20 minutes. Thank you so much.

These guys are great. We were traveling from out of town and noticed an odor coming from the vehicle. We took it over to Parkdale where they called around to find us a new alternator. They were able to locate a part in a nearby town and then completed the work before we had to leave (early morning the next day). Also gave us a great price. Would highly recommend.

After a great time at Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course I decided to hit the road back home to Grand Rapids early the next morning. Unfortunately my car had other plans. The engine was stalling out and the engine light was flashing which I know means stop driving immediately. I had my car towed to Parkdale Auto upon recommendation from a trusted source. I could not have ended up at a better place. Being so far from home with a car that was out of commission was incredibly stressful. On top of that, the unknown expense of getting it repaired was daunting. They were already hoppin with customers and Scott assured me he'd fit me in somewhere, and he did! He was able to identify the problem and get the part ordered from Traverse City in enough time so it would be delivered that day. The crew ordered in lunch and invited me to eat since I clearly couldn't go anywhere. The atmosphere was so upbeat and friendly, and the people... Scott, Anna, Lane, John - THANK YOU for looking out for a complete stranger and getting me back on the road home. Without a doubt, this would be my service shop of choice if I lived in the area!
