This past May my wife and I were on a Northwest Road trip with our 2017 Forster with just 11,000 miles on it. After breaking camp at Lake Coeur d’Alene, we were off to visit friends when the serpentine belt started to shred. Fortunately, we were only three miles from Parker Subaru. Without an appointment Andrew, the service manager, was kind enough to check it out. Because we were a walk-in, he couldn't commit to the full extent of the needed repairs or how long it would take. So, he gave us the 2021 Forster as a loner and sent us on our way. He calls later that day to say our car was done and he was able to cover all of the expenses under warranty because of the low mileage - how cool is that! All told the event impacted our schedule by just 2 hours at no cost plus a free car wash, incredible. That's what I'm talking about when it comes to customer service, they are the best! I love Subaru and even though we live in the Bay Area in California I would seriously consider buying my next Subaru from Parker, that's how much I trust these guys! Thank you again Andrew, you rock!!

I was very impressed with Danny. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and (especially) patient! He was not pushy; he waited for us to ask questions about what we wanted to know, and then told us everything else that we didn't know we wanted to know but most assuredly did. And at the end of our visit, he remembered, without notes, the features that were important to us. Thank you Danny for the best car buying experience I've ever had.

This is the third Subaru I've purchased from Parker Subaru. Every time it was a great experience. My salesman Steve Yost for all 3 Subaru's was excellent. Our finance person was very good also sorry I don't remember his name explain everything very precise. Thanks again to all the staff that helped put this deal together.

I loved the way my wife and I were treated at Parker Subaru because there were not pushy salespeople pressuring you 1st for your personal info and second for your time or decisions. It was relaxed and the one salesperson assisting us did just that, assisted us! They did not try to lead us, talk our ear off, or rope us down, they showed us the cars that we were interested in, helped us compare, made positive suggestions, and allowed us to leave the lot when we were ready. When we had opportunity we came back, looked up the same salesperson and continued our shopping experience. All the way through everyone was professional, pleasant, and helpful. I highly recommend Parker Subaru along with Steve Yost our sales rep if you need a nice car.

A nice friendly place to shop and buy a new car. Loved my salesperson, very professional and helpful, not pushy. Allowed us to shop, test drive, and very important, leave when we wished. Coming back, I looked him up again and we compared and hem/hawed and made a relaxed decision about the car we wanted. This dealership is great and we highly recommend it to folks who may not know exactly what they want and don't wish to be steered by a salesperson.

The folks here really make you feel at ease when buying a new vehicle. Traded my old car in and bought a 2016 Crosstrek Limited, and it is stunning. Handles almost like a race car. Lol. Damon and Done were experts at what they do, and I had a terrific experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Subaru.

Jason White and the whole team made the process easy, smooth, and relaxing. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. The customer service was excellent. Attitude: wanting to match customer with the right car for them, rather than trying to push the car the dealer/salesperson wants to sell. Jason is honest and ethical, I felt I could relax because he wasn't using those car salesperson tricks that make you want to run away. I will highly recommend Parker and Jason White to others.

My initial interaction with Parker Subaru was with Brendan over the phone. He was very friendly, helpful, and got the process started on a positive note. Then Jason White was our salesperson. Jason is honest and ethical and I felt like I could relax because he wasn't using those car salesperson tricks that make you want to run away. I was told I could not obtain financing without buying the warranty, was rushed through signing process that took my cash down payment and out the door I went. Later reading the fine print the warranty paperwork stated "the purchase of this service contract is not required to obtain financing ". How do they live with themselves taking advantage of a single mother who sold things and scraped together every ounce of cash I had for a down payment. When I complained I was told I already signed for it. Shame on you Parker Subaru!!! I tell everyone I know not to buy from you.

We have bought a lot of new cars over the years - usually in a high pressure, forced environment. We have to say, Parker was a new experience for us. Attitude: "can I help you" without any feeling of being pushed or prodded into a fast decision. Mike instead spent several hours with us showing great patience and explaining car features in a friendly and informative manner. When we left the first day to do more research after interviewing the cars we were interested in potentially purchasing, Mike simply gave us his card, thanks us sincerely for a Parker Subaru visit and said he was always available if we decided to move forward with our decision. We called him on his personal cell two days later (on a day off) to set up an appointment for the following day. Mike instead suggested we come in that afternoon and he'd meet us to insure the car we interested in buying was available. We did - we bought the car we wanted - we got a fair deal and we are very satisfied customers. All thanks to Mike Vickhammer's approach to selling a great product. Thank you Parker! Steve & Joyce

I had been looking at upgrading our 2011 Outback to a newer model. There were a number of different cars I researched - other than Subaru - which when all was said and done I finally boiled down to two brands: Subaru and Toyota. Oddly enough - the dealerships that treated me with great respect both carry the Parker name: Parker Toyota, and Parker Subaru. My experiences with either dealership was excellent, but Parker Subaru came out on top - not only because of Subaru quality, but because the general manager Chris Leonard, and my sales person Jason White went above and beyond the call of duty to gain my business. I never felt pressured, and our car needs were met in an exemplary fashion. In fact, when I decided on a particular model, I was in and out in under two hours - driving my new 2016 Outback. I would - and do - recommend Parker Subaru to anyone and everyone who asks.

Parker Toyota/Subaru in Coeur d Alene, Idaho, is by far the best car dealership we have ever dealt within our 70 +years. We moved her three years ago and purchased two Toyotas ( Rav 4 & Highlander) The sales person was extremely helpful and courteous. He is like my "son" today. Now, has his own office in finance. Getting older and "sicker" we stopped by Subaru yesterday "to check out an Outback". We once again met a young man which I could consider my "son". Chad too, will someday end up with he's own office. These two young men exemplify the the excellence of personal care and treatment that is found at Parker Dealership. It took 70 years to move here but we will never deal with anyone else!

I just purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback with only 25,000 miles on it at a great price from Parker Subaru a few days ago and the whole experience was fantastic! Started off with an email conversation with a gentleman named Brendan a few weeks ago then met with a salesman by the name of Don shortly after and he was great. Both Brendan and Don knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and helped me find the perfect car, I couldn't be more happy! Very nice, personable & professional. And such a friendly environment. Damon, Mitch and Matt were great as well with working on the right price for me. And Don was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I had about the cars I looked at (and went over everything with me on the car I ended up purchasing). I had been driving the same vehicle for almost 15 years (not a Subaru) and never had any problems with it; it cost less brand new than my Subaru did at 5 years old. I got it when it was brand new, took excellent care of it and still have it. My old car was a very small 2 door coup and because I am 38 1/2 weeks pregnant my mother in Idaho convinced me it was time to get a new vehicle that would be more practical and above all else safer. I used to think of Subaru as the epitome of safe and reliable vehicles, now that I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have already had to put almost $800 into fixing standard equipment I will never purchase a Subaru again. I hadn't had the vehicle for 2 weeks before I discovered the driver side window wouldn't roll up. It is the middle of December, and I had to pay $388 and have it in the shop for a week to fix the window. Then it took less than a week after getting my car back before I discovered my driver and passenger airbags are not working. Parker Subaru has declined to help. The window is one thing but for me to spend the money on a vehicle I've always exalted specifically because I viewed it as safe and to have such a crucial piece of safety equipment break before I've had it 1 month is beyond disappointing, especially as I prepare to bring my new baby home in a vehicle with no operating airbag. This vehicle was sold to me as "certified" and now that classification means nothing. I feel incredibly let down by my Subaru product and even more so by the service I've received.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with Parker Subaru. My sales person Steve Novaktook the time to listen to what my needs and wants were. This is something I've experienced only at one other car dealer (Parker Toyota) . Steve did not try to sell me anything, it was all about finding the best vehicle. Once we narrowed down which car I wanted the sales team did their majic at at giving me a fair amount for my trade in and a great price for the new car. Finance stepped up and secured a low interest rate and the deal was done. I just want to thank everyone involved in making my buying experience pleasant and not the agony it has been with some dealers in the past.

Not gonna lie, most car salesmen are annoying and all over you. I haven't had that experience with anyone at the Parker family of dealerships. I purchased a 2016 WRX STi yesterday & the experience was great. I was in and out, no haggling, no drama, no b.s. I got a fair price for my trade in, and got great financing on the new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. At least give them a visit if you're car shopping... You won't regret the trip.Thanks again guys! I knew I wanted a Sabaru but not sure what model. Sales person showed all models very patient answering all my questions on each model..I chose the Forrester..and the best was that I told him what I could afford..bottom line and they made that happen.. I have not had a Brand New car since 1997. I keep my cars, my last car was a used 2006. So to think about car payments and the prices of new cars was overwhelming at times. I decided to use the internet to do my homework and check on the availability of the car that I had decided on which was a 2015 Forester 25i Premuim package. From my 1st contact with Eric Sherman the Sales Coordinator at Parker it was a no nonsense conversation. I went to the dealership and met with Mike Brown who was the salesman I had been assigned with and after 2 1/2 hours I was in my new car on my way home. The time spent there included looking at other colors ( I was 95% sure I wanted a Silver car) but needed to check the other colors out a test drive, appraisal for my old car & closing the deal! Boy have things changed, no going back and forth on pricing etc...I'm looking forward to enjoying this car!

Terriable! After spending for a new subaru Legacy. We called last week for an appointment for our first oil change. THEY scheduled it for 2PM today. As a courtesy we took it in at 11AM told them they could have it all day. They said it would be ready at 4PM. At 4 we were their to pick up, they had us sign for the oil change. We walked out, the car had not been washed, there was Magic Marker instructions written across the back window. I opened the door, they had not Vacuumed, I knew they had been in there as there was a work order hanging from the rearview mirror. They didn't even have the decency to wipe the Magic Marker off. Hard to believe in 5 hours they couldn't service the car. My first oil change experience, is a poor one. I Have one sentence to ad to the Magic Marker still on my window. PARKER SUBARU POOR SERVICE.

Everyone was very welcoming and I did not feel pressured. They really did everything possible to get me into the car I wanted and keep me comfortable financially. I highly recommend Parker Subaru over any dealership I have been to previously.

We recently spent an afternoon with salesman Matt Robinson and were impressed with his vehicle knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism! Although we did not buy if in the future we wanted to we would come to this dealership and talk again with Matt Robinson as he did a very nice job!

I have never been treated so good at any other dealer in my life. I used to hate going to any car dealer, But chris has changed my mind. I will always buy my cars from Parker from now on.

Generally a good experience. The staff were all great and helpfull. The only downfall was the amount of time it took to do paperwork. That said I would go back and purchase again. Just as nice as Parker Toyota!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Parker Subaru. Chris, our sales person, was the most patient sales person we've ever met. He went the extra mile to help us get the car we wanted at the price we could afford. Everyone at Parker Subaru really cares about their service to you and wants to make you happy.

I've dealt with many dealers over the years. Parker Subaruhas been the best. no hassle shopping, good pricing and they helped me get the financing. The salesman was great.

Excellent experience, Chris was always trying to be helpful. I already knew pretty much what I wanted in an Outback. They were helpful and there was no fight over the price, they just wanted to be my dealer since there are a number of Subaru dealers in the region. The dealership was happy to find what I wanted and when it would be in. They answered my questions describing the pros and cons of different purchasing methods.

Saw an ad on cars.com for a car I have been looking for. I called the Parker folks and asked for the specific name of the person listed on the ad and he came on the line withing seconds of being put on hold. I told this salesman that I would drive over from Spokane to chat with him and take a test drive if he was going to be in the show room. When I arrived a few hours later I was introduced to the salesperson and he told me it was his turn do answer the phones that day but Daniel Erny would assist me. I was shown the car, and drove it and was impressed with the care the dealership took to present this car, it was clean inside and out and everything worked like it was new. Daniel was very attentive to my situation and wanted to help in anyway he could without being pushy or overly confident that he was going to make a sale. Daniel asked questions about my car and took the vin number and other information for the manager to look at. Ultimatly we could not reach an agreement about the vehicle in question and I left the dealership disapointed that we could not put something together. Parker Subaru and their representatives are the best and I hope I can do business with them someday.

My reason for this poor review is due to the lack of professionalism at this dealership. My daughter is looking for a used car and found one she was interested in at Parker Subaru. My daughter went to the dealership and needed me to co sign. I went to the dealership where I re explained my daughters financial capabilities. I was up front on how much she owed on her current car, cash available and monthly payment, as not to waste anyones time. Of course the still played the back and forth game but what irritated me most was how the salesman suggested she put more cash down by using a credit card our how she should buy local to put money back into the city (this from a salesman from spokane). We left without a car but I did call the manager to voice my displeasure in the our salesmans words. Here is where it gets better, a few days later my daughter gets a call from a manager that they have a car in her price range. We go to see this car and she loves it. We sit down thinking we are getting this car when this new salesman gives us numbers we can't work with. My daughter was disappointed again and what irritated me was the fact that they had all the numbers, gave us the wrong selling price on the phone and then could not come to the terms they new we could do.

Car was in for 60k maintenance & check engine light on. Service Dept. kept me informed on what they would do, I was provided with a new loaner car, and the car was finished on time. Car is running great now. I would recommend this service dept. Helpful, friendly and overall a good experience.

Best experience I've ever had at any dealership or service facility! Great customer service - very friendly and helpful, got the work done in a timely manner and did a great job. Plus - a very comfortable waiting area with coffee, free internet/computer, comfy chairs... and a friendly dealership dog!
