Went to Vestal with a coupon for a cheap oil change and tire rotation last week. I asked if they could also check my battery while there. An hour later they let me know that my battery absolutely needed replaced and quoted a steep $189 which I obviously declined. While paying for the oil change and tire rotation I asked if they filed up the tires and was told absolutely. Two days later my tire light came on. After filling myself I have had no problems. When taking the car to my local mechanic for a $120 battery replacement a few days later, they informed me my battery was in great shape and did not need replacement at all. I would not trust taking my car to a shop that 1.) gouges in price 2.) tries to sell you parts you do not need. Edit: To answer your questions, I was having no trouble with my battery before bringing into the shop. The reason I inquired about the battery life was because I was planning on taking the car on an extended road trip where I would be relying on it to support and charge multiple devices. As for the tires, I noticed one was looking a little low before bringing it in, though the light had not come on yet, it clearly needed to be filled.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I can't thank Beth enough for getting the 2022 Yukon that I had been looking for. This was the smoothest car trading transaction ever. Beth keeps you up to date on the information regarding your vehicle and answers any questions that you may have. When we walked into the dealership to pick up my car, we felt at home there. Everyone is extremely nice. Make sure you deal with Beth (great attitude and extremely helpful), I promise you won't be disappointed. Angelo was very pleasant to work with in the Finance Dept. also We will definitely be back to this dealership even though I live over 3 hours away, simply because of the superior customer service.

I wanted to share my experience here in hopes Parks Buick GMC can get it together and also inform the public on what to be aware of should you deceide to purchase a new vehicle here. There was no follow up from the first rep I interacted with in early Nov 2020, had to go back and find someone new mid-Nov 2020. After taking over 2 weeks to locate the new vehicle I wanted, I purchased a new vehicle, paid cash, but also traded in a vehicle that did have a lien. Red flags went up when it took over 30 days to pay off the vehicle that was being traded in with no communication from dealer as to why. If I had not figured this out, another payment would have drafted! The SD card that controls the GPS and many settings was missing and took 3 weeks to get in so all features could work as designed (remember this was a brand new GMC). Currently I am about to hit 45 days since purchase and still have an expired 30-day tag on my new vehicle. No new tag yet OR the actual clear title! I understand running a business has its challenges and apparently in Nov 2020 Parks bought out Vestal, but there seems like no one here really knows what they are doing or has any control to create a positive customer experience. If there is, unfortunately I did not have the pleasure to work with them. Please go in with your eyes open. Even though this dealership is local to me and I like their product, I do not think I will use them again. Customers have choices and value service.

The sales team is magnificent as I recently purchased a vehicle and they made the process as easy as it comes! Very prompt and great service and they treated us like we were VIP. Eddie and Bob were very accommodating in every aspect of the adventure and we look forward to further dealings in the future! Thank you for your outstanding service and for treating us like family!!! If anyone needs a good vehicle with great customer service then go see these guys!!

I just bought a new car here a few days ago and Beth was AMAZING! She got me everything I wanted and MORE! I couldn’t be happier! This is the best place for buying a car! She even called the next day to make sure that I was enjoying the car and set me up with some key features because she owns the same one. Everyone there is very helpful and welcoming. You will not be disappointed!
