Wonderful place to buy a car. Their prices were the best around and our vehicle is flawless. Not one aspect was shady as some other cars lots are. Great bunch of people to do business with.

We previously bought a car from the Johnson City location 2 years ago...immediately after purchase we had to put $3000 into the car to fix the issues that were wrong. We had been told that the car was taken and checked out and everything was fine. Mind you, the car was for our oldest teenage son - and you want to trust that a dealership wouldn't send you home with a car that had so many issues - being it is for a young person. HONESTY IS AN AMAZING THING. Two years later, we find a car at the Bristol location for our youngest son, and thought we would attempt to trust the dealership for this car. WELL SHAME ON US!!! The check engine light was on, and they sent it to a mechanic that they use and he said it was a "loose wire". He fixed that and "forgot to turn the check engine light off". The dealership proceeded to turn off the light themselves, and insisted they drove the car and all was well. Yes, we drove the car, and again, thought we would trust their word. Well...on the way home, the check engine light came on again, and it even died on me sitting at a red light. Yet...everything was supposed to be fixed, right? I told the dealership multiple times that this was for my teenage son, and I wanted everything to be in good working order. Thank goodness it didn't break down on him, being a new driver! Now we have paid for another car that will immediately need $2000 worth of work to correct what their mechanic "thought was a wire". DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP - DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES WE DID...I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN NOT TO BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM. They will not pay to fix the car by the mechanic we choose...they will only agree to have it fixed by the mechanic that obviously didn't know what he was doing in the first place....or, was it all a lie because the dealership didn't want to pay the amount that it would take to truly fix the problem. AGAIN - PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES WE DID...DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.

If you need a vehicle, this is the place to go! The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Over all it was a great experience, and we will purchase our vehicles from them from here on

I live in Michigan and bought a used Tahoe from Parkway sight unseen. Tyler was awesome very professional and honest sent me many pictures and videos. Told me everything about the car and was honest about it’s few flaws. I went though with the deal wiring the funds and had the Tahoe shipped to me. It’s exactly what I expected or better could not be happier with this purchase and would definitely recommend parkway auto and Tyler

I went on a search for my mother a dependable car that would last her into her retirement and hopefully be the last car she would ever need. After a week of being told no, or wanting thousands of dollars down, I was about to give up. Until I found Josh and his amazing crew. From the word go they went above and beyond to help my mother. I drove several cars before I found the one I liked for her. When I told them that's the one I wanted to try and get her they began the foot work of getting her approved. Due to some not so good credit I knew this wouldn't be easy, but they never batted an eye. In fact they actually made me feel at home, and included me in every single thing they did. I was never made to feel less than, or that my mother wasn't important. I got the call that they had everything ready, just needed her to come sign the paperwork. They had the car ready to go with drive out tags, and $20 bucks to fill her gas tank up. These people are the best. Not only did they walk with us in every step, but they also showed great compassion. Because they were so amazing to my mother, my best friend also bought a car from them about two weeks after my mother. Same with her, they were the best ever! Last week I took my brother to them, told them what he was looking for. Drove 3 cars, gave them the order we wanted, number one being the one he fell in love with. We knew upfront that it may not happen, it may be out of reach, but they never gave up. They pushed and pushed with the finance company and was able to get the deal done. I've never seen my brother so happy in my life. He was walking on air. Places, people like the group at Parkway auto is few and far between and I want to let everyone out here now how amazing they are. My family are true blue hard working people who don't have money laying around to buy a lemon, or drop a huge down payment. Parkway never treated us any different than they would someone with cash in hand. I can't express how happy Josh, Jamie, Lorrie, and Braden has made my family. They now hold their head up as they go to and from work, knowing the car they have is not only nice to look at, but its also dependable and will get them where they need to go. Parkway auto, please never change, you guys are the best, and from the bottom of my heart I thank you for all you've done, my family thanks you, and we will continue to send as many people we can, your direction.
