I found parkway Honda on the cars.com app. I was looking for a second car something inexpensive. I talked to Dug Moore he was my salesman, very nice man definitely recommend anyone working with him when buying a car. I went down looking for one car they didn't have it when I got there but he definitely made up for it. I got an awesome deal on the same year, make, and model of the car I found. This car was better with lower miles! The price was out of my price range so Dug and the owner I believe worked with me to get that car down to where I needed the price to be! I got an great looking 99 Honda for a great price! Good experience all the way around.

We recently leased a new Ford Escape from Parkway Auto Group. The staff and salesman were knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful throughout the whole process.

Took my car in to get tires replaced and figured get it detailed too. They charged me $200 for detail and had it all day. I picked it up and opened my back door to put a box in and couldn't believe there was still red sticky stuff on smooth surface of door! Then noticed the seats didnt even look touched. They told me it would look like I just drove off the lot. When I complained service manager told me they specialise in high end vehicles! What a joke! Took it back in to have them fix detail job and told me it would take two days to steam clean seats. They called after 4 hours and said come get it. Seats were wet and when they dried still looked same. The service manager was tellin his son who is their best detailer remember that bmw you just did and gave him $20 and said here is tip from jaguar you just did. Couldn't believe the story telling! I've bought many used cars and they are clean dont know why they couldn't get mine clean it wasnt even that bad! I will continue to spread the word unless you are driving a high end vehicle thats already in pristine condition you might not want this dealership detailing it!

Out of sight out of mind. I guess this is the motto for a car salesmen. A major safety issue has arose in my used vehicle that "someone tried to cover up. Any average Joe would not discover the problem while inspecting the vehicle. Now it is too late. The dealership supposedly did a thorough inspection but obviously they did not. Now i am left with a repair bill that is more than what the car is worth. And luckily my 16 year old daughter has not been in an accident because of it. Please stand by your products, new or used.

I have been buying Honda's from Parkway for over 20 years and it is always such a pleasureable experience! Shane and Mike are the very best in sales and finance. They are knowledgeable and efficient and are always available to answer any questions and to provide follow up after the experience. Go and see Shane when you are looking for a Honda and he will take care of you!

Parkway's Matt Incarnato and Ben Garver provided me a great car buying experience. The used car I bought was a good value, as-advertised and the entire process left me feeling good about Parkway Honda. Ben went out of his way to have the car detailed, remove a couple door dings and sheparded me through the buying process. For him I was the customer and he understood this was a big purchase for me even though it was undoubtedly one of the lowest priced cars on the lot. The dealership prides itself on keeping it simple and building trust with the customers. I witnessed their business approach with this car purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to a friend. On the day I bought the car I drove back home, which was 440 miles away and I smiled the entire way. This dealership is "top knotch" and offers a great car-buying experience.

We found that buying our 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite a very stream-lined process. The sales staff and the facility was found to be very friendly and knowledgeable, all the while with NO high pressure tactics involved. We had been to several other dealerships when we first began our search that would offer a price only to come back and say "this is a today only price". Needless to say we were not impressed! First impressions sometimes are really a good indicator! So... we made our way back to Parkway Honda and finalized our purchase there. Shane Sunderlin took his time in going over all the features of the new Odyssey. He stressed that if we ever had any questions not to hesitate to call him at any time! He even took the time to set up our blue tooth connections with BOTH of our cell phones. When we arrived the paper work was complete and accurate. In just a few minutes we were on our way to go over the features of the vehicle. Our girls played in the dealership playroom while we finalized our purchase and were happy clams not to have to be involved in their mind "boring" details. Thanks again for a great experience!

Purchasing my new Accord from Parkway Honda was a very positive experience! I purchased from out of state making much of the necessary steps having to take place over the phone. My Sales Consultant, Shane, was very knowledgable and very helpful. He took the time to answer any and all questions I had before, during, and after purchasing the car. We were able to have all pertinent information in place before I arrived to buy the car, making the entire process go quickly. Mike, the Financial Consultant, had all the paperwork printed and ready for my signatures. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly and relaxed! After the sale was complete, but before leaving the dealership, Shane took the time to go over all the things the car can do--maximizing gas mileage/electronics/radio/phone capabilities. I left as a happy, satisfied customer! I highly recommend Parkway Honda!
