I gave four stars even though I didn't buy a car from this dealership. I inquired about an older Toyota 4Runner with high mileage and got an immediate response. They followed up with me a week or so later after not hearing back from me as well. If this dealer wasn't so far from me (an hour away) I would have went in to see the vehicle and there's a good chance I would have bought it. My wife wanted something newer so we ended up buying a new vehicle instead. I don't know anything about the dealer's facility, vehicles in stock or how their financing works but definitely got a good first impression from them.

2008 Expedition I found the car we were looking for on Cars.com and contacted Todd at Parkway. He was very friendly and informative about the vehicle. He sent a car fax report right away and even took more pictures to email out to me. We also estimated my trade in prior to arrival so we both had an idea of price. We drove out to Springfield and everything was exactly as we had spoke about on the phone. It was a very easy in and out with no troubles. I would buy here again and would recommend it to anyone looking at buying from a distance. Todd was awesome to work with!!!!!!

returned my call by first business day and upon requesting a better rate, returned my call with a counter offer that day. Purchased a truck locally so did not buy from this dealership. Excellent customer service from my perspective.

Our shopping experience at Parkway Motors was perfectly suited to our needs. We saw the truck we liked on cars.com and called ahead to see if it was still available. Before we arrived they had the truck ready for the test drive. Russell Marsh helped the process to go quickly and smooth. The truck was clean, smelled good and priced right. Can't as for much more than that.

I like this auto dealer. You never know what you might find here so its always fun to look. There are always several truly nice vehicles here and a few not so great but those are priced accordingly. Good people run this place. They've been around a long time. Good salesman is Russell M. He's a straight shooter and he'll be real with you. That's uncommon in my experience.

I found a car I potentially liked. I filled out the form. Gave phone and email. I heard NOTHING from anyone. I get cars.com emails all the time now. It's been a waste of my time.
