Matt was easy to work with. He was always ready to help without being pushy. The finance man (can't remember his name( took my husband and I through the financing process quickly without wasting time. At the same time he spelled out various total costs of each term and interest basis that we could choose. Both did a good job. Service waiting area looks small, so I will have to see how that works out when I get me first service. I like the idea of a loaner so I don't have to spend a lot of time waiting.

We came in to purchase a used Elantra with the thought that we might have to drive to Fayetteville or Raleigh to get the type of deal that we wanted. Mich McCullough took the time to find out what we were in the market for and showed us a couple of vehicles. As this was our first dealership we decided to visit another dealer, it was very professionally managed. We came back afterwards to complete the transaction. I was looking for a reliable used car and knew my budget going in. I had the good fortune of working with Leroy Montgomery and was very happy with the entire process. I was never treated like a target or a sell, rather a customer with particular needs. I never felt pressured, he never tried to push me beyond my budget, was knowledgeable, respectful and generally very pleasant. The sales manager Glen McIntye was also quick to help with anything and everything I needed. I HATE buying cars so I was surprised by how good this experience was. I drove all the way from Kannapolis and am glad I did. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon, with no notice, for a test drive of a new Genesis G80, during peak traffic, and rainy weather. The salesman, Mitchell, was very helpful and easy to work with. Within a very short window, I had an estimated price breakdown based on several different leasing terms and down payments. After driving vehicles from two other area dealers of different manufacture, I texted Mitchell on the way to Parkway on another rainy day for another test drive and to see if we could make a deal. He was very accommodating , and in a few short hours, I had traded my previous vehicle and drove home in my new car. I also want to add that Mitchell has been responsive to questions I have asked even days after the deal was done. I believe once the dealership can differentiate the Genesis showroom a bit more from their Hyundai side, the in house experience will be a complete rival for those of more expensive brands.

This is our second purchase at Parkway, the first being our Elantra from Jimmy Todd. We were pleased that there was no high-pressure sales pitch, just personable, knowledgeable communication regarding the car, the price, the service. Last week we returned to Parkway for another car (something higher and easier to get in and out of). Once again we dealt with a wonderful representative of Parkway--Ken Berton, who exhibited the same great qualities as Jimmy. We bought the Tucson, and love it, and if we ever need another car, we will again return to Parkway! It's a great dealership!!!

Great experience. Purchased a car through their internet sales department. Matt Heath outstanding to work with. Worked out deal through phone and email communication. Very responsive. I live in Kansas City and fly to Wilmington to pickup car, Bob Hart picked me up at the airport and took me to dealership to finalize paperwork. Very fast process , car detailed and ready to go. Bob called me two days later to ensure I made trip back to KC safely and that car operated great. Even though live in KC, I will certainly consider using them again in the future.

They have done an excellent job maintaining my 2011 sonata (bought from a different dealer) and now I can say they have a great sales staff and did an excellent job selling me my wife's new Sonata. Bob was our salesman and he did a wonderful job thru the entire process. I never felt pressured and we agreed on a price in a very painless fashion. The day we picked up the car, it was in excellent condition, and Bob spent all the time we needed explaining the new car controls and features.

Dealer stock appears to come from Raleigh NC, which is ok for better selection. Salesman quickly understood what we wanted and found a few vehicles that matched our request. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price that compared with a good deal from the buying services. 0% 4 year loan clinched the deal. Salesman and paper processor were excellent and efficient. This was our second car purchased from Parkway of Wilmington.

My husband and I came in to purchase a new car after we left work on Friday. We knew that it would be a late night for us and for your employees but it was the only time we had available to complete our purchase. Overall we were satisfied with how the deal went. I loved my experience of buying my first new car from Parkway of Wilmington. Matt Gehen was my salesperson. I had to have a new car because mine died. When I told Matt that I could not leave there with out a car, he made it happen. He also made it possible for me to have a loaner car because mine had to be ordered. I have bought many cars in the past, but this purchase was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had. It was smooth, professional and just plain SIMPLE! (which is surprising!) My credit isn't the greatest and I was super nervous about coming in to even look. Joann and Aaron never blinked an eye. They never once made me feel inferior and they made the process the absolute best one I have ever had. We had been looking for about 6 months for a replacement vehicle for my wife's 16 year old car. We live in the western part of the state and 4wd or awd was a must. After doing quite bit of research we decided to take a strong look at the Subura Outback. While on vacation we drove by Parkway Subaru of Wilmington. While looking around the lot, we were lucky enough to meet Jeremy Race. He was very patient, honest and showed a down to earth level of professionalism what we loved. Even after learning that we lived 7 hrs away at the other end of the state, Jeremy still treated my wife and I like we were his neighbors. We had visited several of our local dealerships and while they were very nice folks they could not hold a candle to Jeremy and the staff at Parkway of Wilmington. That being said we decided to purchase our Outback from Jeremy. Thanks for a great car, at a great price, from a great guy.

I had the opportunity to talk with 3 different salesmen. They all treated me with respect and took me as a serious potential buyer. (This has not always been my experience at other dealerships.) I was able to start and finish my purchase transaction with the same salesperson and this was important to me. Others were always willing to help out by answering questions if my salesman was with another customer when I stopped in unannounced. My sales rep listened to me go over what I was looking for in a new vehicle and only after I has finished, offered a couple of options that he thought would best fit my needs and price point. (I think that is very important and again not always the case at other dealerships.)

I was able to find the car I wanted for a fair price, and the dealer offered a fair trade allowance. The sales consultant (Diana Kenny) was very attentive, patient, really listened to me, and helped me find the car that I wanted; I could not be more complimentary of Diana. The closing was well handled, and the overall time I spent at the dealership was reasonable. There were a couple minor problems with the car that I did not notice immediately at delivery that the dealer had not discovered and addressed, but the dealer did promptly attend to those matters and all were resolved within a couple days. This was, overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Parkway Hyundai to potential buyers.

About a month prior to purchasing my outback I went to the dealership and met with Matt Elliot. Great experience. He was informative and allowed me to test drive a car. I wasn't ready at that time to make a purchase because I wanted to look around some more. I went online and looked at many different dealerships who has an outback that was a cert. pre-owned, in my price range and with the amount of miles on it. It came down to 4 dealerships and parkway was the most responsive when buying a car online from another state. Everyone I emailed or spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. This is our first time visiting Parkway Subaru and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Luckily for us, Jeremy Race was at the door as we entered the dealership and thus became our salesman. He listened to what we wanted in a car, was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback and, in general ,very helpful. His casual but professional manner impressed us. Never pushy but gently reminding us of the features of the car. We purchased the Outback. The after sale presentation was very thorough --from bumper to bumper. There is so much for a salesman to explain regarding all the bells and whistles and so much for the customer to absorb, Jeremy did a fine job. However, we are still learning. We love our Subaru . We also appreciate the emails from the staff at Parkway regarding our purchase as well as the email and phone call from Jeremy inquiring about our purchase and level of satisfaction. Even though when we first stopped in the dealership, we were "just looking" the salesman, Craig Nelson, took us on one of the best test drives we've ever been on - including the highway! We didn't buy that day but ended up ordering a 2016 Outback from the dealership later in the month. We were not pressured in any way on the initial visit. The third time was GOLDEN!!! The 2015 Sonata Limited was the third automobile (the other two were Volvos) that I purchased from Parkway Automotive as well as the third that I dealt with Jeremy Race. Even though Jeremy's desk is in the Suburu store, I searched him out when we had decided to look at the new Sonata's. Since the car was going to be for my wife, he was very patient and answered all of her questions about the features, technology, and available colors. The amazing thing about the Parkway dealership is they all understand the different automobile brands they carry on their lot. We decided to purchase the 2015 Sonata while trading in our 2011 Sonata. We got an excellent deal and a fair price for our trade. That's the way car buying should be; relaxed, no pressure, and plenty of knowledge spewing from the sales team. As I said, this was the third automobile I purchased from Parkway, but in addition to the first two, I've had three other cars serviced (in their brands) by their service department. The Service department is the most helpful, problem solving, and courteous group I've ever dealt with. Not only does Parkway deserve your business, they earn it. Remember, it's a golden experience.

We leased a Sonata and have been very happy with our Sonata experience. So here we are again, having just leased a 2015 Sonata Sport. I can't quite put my finger on it but the environment in the building is quite relaxing and low pressure and helps lower the usual anxiety that surrounds the car buying/leasing experience. To that I'd say "well done". Second, we met Ken Berton. Quite simply he's a jewel - low key but extremely attentive and thorough professional while having a good sense of humor throughout the process. Since we've leased with Parkway before the process with Ken this time went quickly and smoothly and included Ken giving us a thorough review of all the Sport's controls, some new to us since our earlier Sonata. All in all I'd have to say our experience was as satisfying as it could be at a "class act" dealership.

I purchased my first Subaru (an Impreza) in the summer of 2013. I loved the car, but it quickly became too small for my growing children. Although it was too small for my family, the Impreza made me fall in love with Subaru so when it was time to look for a bigger vehicle, my first stop was Parkway Subaru. I contacted Jeremy Race who sold me my Impreza. The first experience was so pleasant, I knew I had to go through him again. I test drove (and LOVED) an Outback. The entire experience, from test drive to signing those papers with the finance guy, was stress free, pleasant, no pressure. I asked a lot of questions, and changed my mind more than once. But Jeremy was patient and had an answer for all my questions. I am thrilled with my new Outback, and the next time I am in the market for a new car, I will be right back at Parkway!

I bought a certified pre-owned car from Parkway and it was not the best deal in town and not the worst either. I saw a Hyundai Genesis that I really wanted. I was asked to take it for a test drive and it was a really rough drive. Come to find out, the tires were really bad. I was surprised that they had it in their lot. We negotiated a deal and I agreed to buy the tires. From the beginning, I was told that the car comes with a 90 day warrantee from the dealership and that I could bring the car back if anything mechanical occurs with the car within that time period. On top of the dealership warrantee, I also I also bought an extended bumper to bumper warrantee. The next day when I picked up the car, their finance section gave me a paper labeled "Warrantee promised by the Dealership" or something to that affect but it listed the bumper to bumper warrantee that I had purchased and had nothing about the warrantee that the dealership promised me. I brought it to the attention of the finance person and he stated that he would list the 90 day warrantee but I would have to pay a $100 deductible if I had to bring the car back to the dealership for repairs (even if it is no fault of my own). I asked him why I would have to pay a deductible for a warrantee that they guarantee and for a problem with the car that they sold me. He stated that it's standard practice and that all other dealerships do the same thing. I went to four other dealerships and asked them if this was the case and they told me that this was the furthest from the truth and that their warrantees mean exactly what they say- the dealership will cover repairs for mechanical problems with vehicles during the warrantee period (90 days). I drove all the way to Wilmington from Jacksonville thinking that I would get a better deal but learned that I got a far worst deal from Parkway. Dealerships in Jacksonville offer competitive prices, free oil changes, and stand by their vehicles with dealership warrantees without deductibles. Parkway sold a car for a decent price but no perks or anything compared to the other dealerships.

The overall buying experience was a good one. The process was short and sweet and to the point, and Diana Kenny, Sales, was friendly and quite helpful. If we had a question she either had the answer or knew who to talk to get the answer. The one hiccup was the finance department, The day, a Thursday, we picked up the car (2015 Genesis 3.8) we heard a sale pitch for the Hyundai Extended Warranty which sounded good but we need to sleep on the idea of purchasing the warranty. Decided over the weekend and called the finance representative and left messages but no return call. Strange because we were trying to spend money on a Hyundai product. If not for that one hiccup the rating for Parkway would have been a solid "5 Stars"

This was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase we have ever made. Greg Price at Parkway was professional, attentive and open and honest. This dealership is excellent and clearly prides itself on making customer service its number one priority. Greg was knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward and got us exactly what we wanted at a price we were happy to pay. We really liked the fact that there was no painful price haggling, or that typical "let me see what my manager can do" nonsense that you get at other places...the price was made clear up front without any further need to go back and forth. We purchased a Crosstrek with the exact specs that we wanted, and when we picked it up I was amazed that Greg took the time to go over the car and how to operate all of its features..normally the dealer just takes your money and hands you the keys! We would highly recommend this dealership, and Greg, to anyone interested in a Subaru. The only downside to all of this is that we plan to keep this car for many, many years, so it will be a while before we go back to buy another one! But in the meantime, we encourage others to have the same experience we did. In addition, the savings we received from being costco members were an added bonus - we did not even know we were eligible until Greg told us about it. All in all, an excellent experience, all the way from shopping, to making the purchase and driving our new car away. I would give customer service a rating of 10 if I could - staff at this dealership goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. My three-star review of facilities reflects the current state of the show room, but Parkway is just starting a renovation, so that will be sure to be a 5 star rating by next year.

We recently brought our 2013 Sonata in for inspection and a recall. While waiting we decided to look at the 2015 Sonata models. Since we really weren't in the market for a new car we had many questions about the differences in the 2013 to 2015. We were very pleased with the attentiveness of our salesman, Bob Hart. He answered all our questions and was able to match us with a 2015 Sonata Sport. We took a test drive and decided this was the car for us. We drove home in our new car that day. After researching several brands, we decided to use Hyundai as the base line to judge the others by. Arriving at Parkway, we were greeted by a sales manager who then paired us up with Marcus Diaz. Although Marcus works primarily in Volvo sales, he was extremely knowledgeable with all of Parkway's products. After determining what we wanted (and didn't want) he brought us a 2014 and a 2015 Sonata out to compare side by side. Having dealt with many dealerships in the past, I have never seen such accommodating and energetic service from a sales staff. Marcus answered all of our questions, pointed out the differences between the two models and gave us a very attractive quote. We then left to visit the competition and have lunch. After dealing with several "less than honest" salesmen at other dealers and seeing their products, we came back to Parkway and purchased a 2015 Sonata Sport. I have to say that buying from Parkway was a joyful experience. Marcus is a very conscientious young man and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Parkway and Marcus Diaz for your future automobile needs. This was the easiest car that I have ever bought.

The buying process was easy and seamless. Although the experience took longer than expected, the extra time was mostly attributable to a thorough explanation of the many special updated features available with the 2015.5 Volvo S60. This proved especially valuable to folks like us who have difficulty fully understanding the value of Bluetooth and other tech features which are available in scores on this vehicle. Diana Kenny and the rest of the sales team more or less let the vehicle sell itself, and we were pleased with the overall value of our purchase. Financing and associated paperwork was handled efficiently. Although not experienced yet, we are confident the service team at Parkway will be equally pleasant and responsive.

Having just been in a car accident and needing to replace my current vehicle, my experience at Parkway of Wilmington was one of ease and overall excellence. Purchasing a new vehicle can be both a hassle in dealing with the process and the people, with an overwhelming and drawn out process, however, at Parkway of Wilmington, it was the complete opposite. The sales department, and Jeremy in particular, were excellent to work with! My family was familiar with Jeremy, as he had previously sold my parents their car, and their experience with him was what brought us back to Parkway; this expereince with Jeremy was no different, as it was just as pleasant and hassle free. When provided with an idea of what kind of vehicle we were looking for, upon our arrival, Jeremy had several cars pulled up and ready for us to look at and test drive, which was very convenient. A true sales person, he was familiar with all aspects of all the models, with a knowledge of all available features, especially with the safety components, which was a great concern for us. Once we had decided upon a vehicle, we worked with Aaron, the Bussiness Manager, he too provided us with an awesome experience, as he was both pleasant to work with and was very open and flexible in regards to financing the vehicle. The overall experience at Parkway of Wilmington was one of excellence and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

At age 71 I have been around the car buying block more than once. I keep my cars a long time and I do a lot of online research before visiting a dealership. I do not need to be wheeled and dealed, but I do need clear showing and telling of facts about the vehicles I am considering. So, I was most fortunate that I met Greg Price when I entered the dealership. After two visits to another dealership where even the most elemental questions were not answered, my expectations were not high. Greg soon demonstrated both a deep knowledge of his products and enthusiasm to clearly explain all details, questions, and follow on questions. Greg has been helpful at every step of the process. Yesterday we returned to the dealership to pick up a floor mat for the cargo area. Greg saw us and assisted my wife with putting it in while I paid. He answered further questions and assisted with setting up another phone on the blue tooth feature. No razzmatazz, just solid communication that enabled a thoughtful decision to purchase. Very very honest dealership. Obviously deal with Subaru, Hyundai, and Volvo, but I bought a 2005 Infiniti g35x there. The dealer was honest with me and told me he knew nothing about the car, but answered all questions to his best ability. Gave me a very good deal on the car and even noticed I was military and told me about the discount they can give me. These guys didn't pressure me at all unlike all the other dealers I dealt with looking for my car. Bought the car a year ago and never had any problems yet. They offer great service as well. No unnecessary "work" with those guys.

It was finally time to replace my 12 year old SUV and I was not looking forward to the process. My previous two car shopping experiences were not good and probably one reason I kept my car so long. I did my research on what I wanted out of a new vehicle and narrowed down the list of contenders using various sites on the internet as well as collecting and reviewing brochures. Once I narrowed my list to 5 choices I started visiting dealerships. From the first time I walked into Parkway of Wilmington I was impressed. The whole experience was totally unlike my previous ones. David, the sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what I wanted and provided both information and advice but in an informative manner rather than the pressure sales tactics that I had experienced before. It was about getting me what I wanted and NOT trying to sell me something on the lot from the inventory that they wanted to move quickly. David introduced me to other members of the Parkway team and I was quickly impressed with all of them and their demonstrated expertise in their various areas. I did visit other dealerships and look at other vehicles but the car that met my needs and the experience interacting with the Parkway team made the decision an easy one. I took delivery of my new Subaru last week, one week ahead of schedule, and even that was a great experience. They took the time to go over all of the paperwork with me and explained everything in detail (line by line when requested) as we went through. David also went through all of the key features of the SUV including the navigation system, and even helped me register my phone on the Bluetooth system. While I was in the showroom I also had an opportunity to observe other sales consultants interacting with other customers. While I am convinced that David is the best it was clear that they all had the same personable approach. Maybe it is the Parkway way or maybe it is from the Subaru playbook but whichever it is they are doing it right. I cleaned out the garage this weekend just in case we decide to trade in the wife's compact for a BRX in the near future. I normally do not write reviews but in this case I felt like the service I received warranted letting others know about it.

This is my 3rd trip to Parkway and now my 3rd car purchase. We purchased a Sonata Hybrid followed by a Genesis Coupe Grand Touring and although we were not looking for another car the experience we had purchasing the first two cars we decided we would get our son a Hyundai. No searching prices or inventory this time, we just got in the car and made the 80 mile drive. Josh and Glenn greeted us once again and Josh took us through a few car models and after driving the Elantra Limited we decided it was the right choice. The safety, and options on the Limited like backup camera, Navigation, sunroof, auto headlights, vicinity key, and push start are just some of the features that make this a great little sedan. What makes this a great deal is Glenn, Josh, and the entire dealership staff. The entire process from start to finish was like no other car buying experience we have been through and we would not hesitate to recommend Parkway to anyone we know, in fact I ask them for several business cards to be able to hand out to anyone we know. We will not go anywhere else, after the 3rd purchase experience at Parkway, we are raging fans!

We just purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from Parkway. I appreciated the friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable approach employed by our sales consultant, Sean Hogan. Also appreciated what he didn't do; no high-pressure tactics, gimmicks, or bait & switch. Being a "car person" (my other ride is a Lotus Elise), I rather exhaustively researched our prospective purchase, and having been given the opportunity by Sean to drive several different makes and models, we picked Subaru as the make best suiting our needs and pocketbook. So my decision to buy was based on the nature of the dealership itself, the product, and the process. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Parkway in the last few months, my younger daughter Charli having bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring there. 'Nuff said!

I started out on the Internet and connected with Sally Berry who was professional, courteous, communicated beautifully and made me feel comfortable. Next contact was the General Sales Manager who sent an email which contained information about the dealership in general. The Sales Manager was also professional and helpful. We drove 180 miles to see a BRZ and met the salesman, David Jones. He went out of his way to move cars and get me situated behind the wheel. I had a good driving experience because not only was the car great but so was the salesman. He knew a great deal about the car and did not make me feel like I was "just a woman looking at cars!" Even though I asked some silly questions he always took my questions seriously. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely consider contacting Parkway and Mr. Jones when I am ready to buy. Purchase our Sonata from Josh Jones after doing extensive research on line. We had previously gone to another dealer and received the typical high pressure sales approach. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Josh was a true Southern gentleman thru out the whole process. We live in Murrells Inlet, SC (approx 100 miles away) and decided to buy at Parkway due to price and the poor treatment we received at Hadwin White in Myrtle Beach. This is our 4th Subaru. I bought an older used Volvo. Sold as is no warranty but they replaced break light switch without me asking and when I picked up the car. They also had replaced the battery because the salesman thought it started slowly They gave me a very fair price and trade in on my old Volvo. I have been dealing with the salesman and the service department (with the same service writer) for years and have been totally satisfied.

Without question the best buying experience I have ever had. Buying a car can be very stressful, the service at Parkway makes one wonder why the other dealerships don't get on board. Our salesman, Glenn McIntyre, was absolutely outstanding. What amazzed my wife and I the most was that we only talked to two people, Glenn and the young man in the finace department. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer (pictures listed online were not even of the vehicle i purchased) and found several things wrong with the vehicle after purchase, the dealer would not even address a $60 issue to satisfy a customer. I couldn't even get the sales manager or president to respond to my calls. I was told the car was sold as is and they discounted it enough to cover anything that may be wrong. They also low balled the trade in I had. and wouldn't budge on a $100 difference. This is the worst case of customer service or lack there of that I have ever dealt with.

We were very pleased with the knowledge and the service we received from Parkway Hyundai about the Equus that we purchased. We live in Charlotte and I started to talk with Glenn McIntyre a salesman at the dealership. We were so pleased with the knowledge that Glenn had with the product and his willingness to allow the car to sell itself. We arrived there on Friday the 9th and Glenn took the time we needed to understand the car and allow us to decide this was the car we wanted. We had received some erroneous information from other dealerships concerning leasing. We were very pleased with the information that Glenn provided prior to a sale to allow us to make our best decision. This car requires a class of 101 technology to understand all of the electronics and Glenn volunteered to be our contact person with us being over 200 miles away. The Equus will prove itself in the months and years to come from the day to day of operation. Parkway Hyundai has already proven themselves to us with how we were treated while at the dealership.

The purchase price negotiated/offered was lower than my researched expectations. To add my loan request was negotiated and processed very efficiently and at an excellently low and affordable rate. He answered every question with great detail and information to help better my search on a new vehicle. I almost bought a Kia Optima, but i was treated poorly at the dealership i went to. When matt helped me with the specifications and pricing i was thrilled to be attended to with everything i needed. He was also very patient with my schedule as far as being able to come in and get back with him. I came in and he handed me over to a great sales person..but my main point i want to make is that i think every dealership should have an internet sales person like this...made my car buying experience so much easier.

I was pleasantly surprised with the buying experience that I had with this dealership. Steven Bethke, the internet salesman was superb! We communicated via email numerous times, we visited the dealership for a test drive and decided on what model to purchase. We then communicated via email again and arrived at a price. Only after we agreed on the purchase did Steve ask for my phone number, I loved this way of purchasing a car because I am a better negotiator on email than in person. Recently purchased a car noticed onCars.com from Parkway In Wilmington, NC. From to start to finish the process was difficult.Once the funds were processed, there was no accountability. Delivery date was missed by two weeks, car was damaged in transport and previous damage to the car was not outlined prior to the sale/delivery. Pictures online did not reflect damages. After the delivery the GM and Owner would not return calls to rectify situation properly. They offered a minimum amount of monies via email to cover significant damage and then pulled the offer after I disagreed.
